If this is YOUR meeting, an easy way to fix this is to add a description to your video, wherever mtngs.io found it (probably YouTube).
A
B
C
B
I
expect
other
members
of
the
council
will
make
their
way
in
as
we
get
going
here,
but
we
will
get
started
because
it's
a
quarter
two
so
we're
officially
yeah
Quarter
Two
we're
officially
started
time
to
go.
We
are
officially
underway
officially
called
to
order.
We've
got
two
folks
who
have
signed
up
and
so
what
we
usually
do.
We
see
who
signs
up
at
the
beginning
of
the
before
the
meeting
and
kind
of
parse
out
time.
B
Accordingly,
with
a
maximum
of
10
minutes
per
speaker,
we
don't
want
to
give
anybody
more
than
10
minutes,
and
so
so
we've
got
twofolds
or
two
groups.
I.
Think
the
three
of
you
are
together
correct,
yeah.
D
B
D
C
B
But
this
is
gonna
work.
If
you
think
you
have
a
seat,
you
can
State
your
we'll
need
you
to
state
your
name
officially
for
the
record,
and
then
we
can
it's
the
conversation
back
and
forth.
You
can
excellent,
but
we'll
also
talk
about
it
so
and.
B
C
I'm
all
ready
to
stand.
Okay,
so
thank
you
all
Mr
mayor
council,
members,
council,
member
Lona
staff.
Thank
you
for
listening.
My
name
is
Diana
D
Christina
I'm
here
today
to
talk
to
you
about
Bryant
Park,
specifically
the
South
area
from
85th
to
86th
streets
and
Bryant
to
Emerson
Avenues.
My
roots
grow
deep
here
in
Bloomington.
C
One
of
the
reasons
I
bought
my
house
on
Bryant
Avenue
was
the
park
I
loved
living
on
Bryant
Park,
a
little
Countryside
green
within
the
city,
a
beautiful
quiet
place
to
live
and
Thrive
I
have
lived
directly
across
from
Bryant
Park
on
Bryant
Avenue
South
for
42
years
on
September
12
at
the
Bryant
Park
Community
conversation,
the
second
of
three
that
I
was
able
to
attend.
A
member
of
the
city
council
asked
another
Resident
and
me
questions
regarding
longevity
in
our
home
and
our
perceived
vision
of
the
neighborhood.
C
Neither
of
us
was
able
to
answer
because
we
were
stunned,
but
the
question
stuck
Accord
and
made
each
of
us
think
and
question
what
is
the
city
planning?
What
is
a
city
park?
A
city
park
is
an
ex
is
an
aesthetic
expansive
public,
natural
Green
Space,
providing
environmental
and
recreational
Gathering
areas
for
people
of
all
ages.
A
protected
area
of
Countryside
people
come
to
use
and
enjoy
Bryant
Park
South
for
its
Tranquility.
They
come
to
sit
in
nature.
They
have
a
private
conversation.
They
come
to
sit
and
read
a
book.
They
come
to
do
yoga.
C
They
come
to
meditate.
They
come
to
exercise
all
alone,
yet
surrounded
by
Nature.
They
come
just
to
get
away
from
it.
All.
Please
do
not
take
that
away
just
because
the
land
of
Bryant
Park
is
here,
doesn't
mean
it
has
to
be
filled
with
a
this,
or
that
thing
to
do
less
is
more
look
at
our
neighboring
Community
Edina,
with
its
breathtaking
and
beautiful
Roslyn
Park.
As
an
example,
Roslyn
Park
is
just
one
acre
smaller
than
Bryan
Park
and
yes,
it's
paired
with
the
Edina
pool,
but
it
is
surrounded
by
nature.
C
One
feels
freedom
and
calm,
even
within
its
beautiful
inclusive
play-drawn
area.
Bloomington
is
a
separate
in
Minneapolis.
That
is
some
type
called
the
Mini
Apple,
because
it's
five
is
similar
to
New
York
City
I.
Invite
you
to
go
online
and
visit
Central
Park
in
New
York
City.
It
is
800
plus
acres
with
21
Parks,
most
of
which
are
inclusive.
C
The
colors
of
the
playground,
equipment
blend
and
complement
the
environments
and
the
wrought
iron
fences
to
protect
those
with
disabilities
from
running
afar
are
very
intentional.
In
studying
and
stunning
Central
Park
is
such
an
Exquisite
example
of
how
to
embrace
and
use
the
beauty
of
nature.
Bloomington
2
can
have
its
own
Central
Park
at
Bryant
Park.
C
The
city
of
Bloomington,
continues
to
build
and
rebuild
for
density.
People
will
be
literally
will
literally
be
searching
for
green
spaces
for
nature
to
look
into
the
future
using
nature
as
your
guide
Bryant
Park
can
continue
to
be
very
appealing
and
inviting
especially
after
the
Lindale
project
is
complete.
C
Imagining
imagine
nurturing
at
no
cost
other
than
time.
What
a
blessing
for
people
Bryant
Park
and
the
city
of
Bloomington
I
asked
the
Bloomington
City
Council
in
the
Bloomington
Park
planning
committee
to
please
see
the
forest
through
the
cookies,
so
to
speak.
Honor
nature
give
your
eyes
your
body
and
your
soul
a
chance
to
breathe
with
green
between
the
play
elements
in
the
park.
I'm
excited
about
the
park
Renovations
and
do
respect
the
city,
but
Bryant
Park
should
not
be
focused.
Just
for
eight
should
not
be
focused
just
for
children
with
disabilities.
C
Bryant
Park
should
be
a
park
for
all
people
of
all
ages
and
all
abilities
and
don't
forget
to
add
some
benches
through
the
park
on
both
the
South
and
the
north
areas.
Currently
benches
are
limited
from
a
bird's
eye
view
of
the
most
used
Park
areas
in
Bryant.
Park
are
the
basketball
court,
the
tennis
courts
ball
field
number
two
I've
been
told
that
half
of
the
tennis
courts
and
the
ball
field
number
two
are
going
away
to
make
room
from
our
parking
and
move
the
park
shelter
away
from
the
hill.
What
a
shame?
C
C
Please
do
not
destroy
the
Integrity
of
Bryant
Park
and
make
it
look
and
feel
like
the
city
tried
to
reinvent
the
wheel
and
use
every
square
into
the
South
area
of
Bryant
Park
for
hardscapes
and
busyness
on
the
map
displayed
on
September
12
2023
at
the
Bryant
Park
Community
conversation,
it
showed
the
playground
equipment
look
area
located
to
where
the
existing
parking
area
is
on
Bryant.
Why
have
a
playground
area
at
the
immediate
corner
of
two
intersecting
roads?
C
sunrise
to
sunset,
moonrise
to
moonset.
Literally,
all
the
time
I've
been
told
that
there
is
a
consideration
to
leave
the
playground
equipment
area
at
its
current
location
and
place
a
skateboard
spot
where
the
Bryant
Avenue
parking
lot
is
now
sight.
Lines
are
important
not
only
within
the
park
but
also,
and
especially
from
and
for
the
surrounding
neighborhood.
Please
don't
allow
Bryant
Park
to
look
like
a
sales
display
for
playground
equipment
as
one
approaches
the
park.
C
I
understand
that
the
city
has
had
multiple
conversations
and
our
meetings
with
a
non-profit
organization
that
gathers
mom
dads
and
their
children
to
visit
Parks
throughout
the
metro
area.
I
appreciate,
but
Linda
Quinn
a
long
time
Bloomington
resident
who
lives
on
Bryant
Park,
has
spent
endless
hours
measuring
and
drafting
a
hand-drawn
map
of
the
South
Bryant
Park
area.
C
All
of
the
notes
and
maps
that
Linda,
Quinn
and
I
have
prepared
to
date
have
been
given
directly
to
Renee,
Clark
and
well
received
I
come
from
a
family
of
land
developers,
Builders
and
fine,
finishing
Carpenters
I,
know
and
understand,
always
measure
twice
and
cut
once
I'm
asking
the
city
to
continue
to
study,
ask
questions,
listen
to
options
and
play
yes
play
with
options.
Consider
consider
consider
before
final
planning.
What
looks
good
on
paper
does
not
always
look
good
and
or
a
workout.
The
way
it
was
intended.
C
I
have
discussed
the
proposed
Riot
plan
Renovations
and
concerns
with
several
neighbors
who
have
been
long-time
residents,
such
as
Richard
kutasik
and
Linda
Quinn.
The
residents
that
live
on
Bryant
Park
are
very
in
tune
and
intimately
connected
to
the
land,
Bryant
Park
its
nature
and
its
curb
appeal.
We
have
the
rep
the
responsibility
to
support
the
new
inclusive
playground.
We
also
have
the
responsibility
to
support,
protect,
preserve
and
respect
our
treasure
treasured,
Bryant
Park.
We
have
the
responsibility
to
the
Future.
C
Here
the
land
we
know
as
Bryant
Park
is
once
again
in
a
similar
position:
the
first
Park
in
Bloomington
up
for
renovation
for
the
future.
Collectively,
let's
work
together
with
honesty
and
transparency,
to
create
a
beautiful,
nurturing,
Bryant
parks
for
all
to
embrace,
enjoy
and
be
proud.
We
will
not
get
a
second
chance
to
do
it
right.
If
anyone
would
like
to
talk
to
me
personally,
I
welcome
a
friendly
phone
call.
Thank
you
for
listening.
D
I
was
I
was
I
was
with
them
as
as
I
mentioned,
and
we
had
a
really
good
conversation.
I
think
the
the
drawing
that
Linda
did
is
excellent.
I
would
not
have
been
able
to
do
the
same
and
so
I
believe
I
I,
don't
know,
and
if
you
had
any
comment
on,
but
I
think
Renee's
probably
has
presented
to
you
and
is
our
director
of
Parks
and
Recreation.
We.
C
D
A
I
at
Roslyn
Park,
we
added
the
inclusive
playground.
D
C
Was
really
fun
and
I
I
was
I,
actually
am
from
I
am
from
Edina,
and
so
I
I
you'll
get
a
kick
out
of
this
I
drove
over
there.
I
go.
Oh
I,
know
where
this
is.
You
know,
and
so
I
go
over
and
on
the
east
side
there's
a
little
park
there.
You
have
to
walk
away
up
a
hill
and
there's
a
dinosaur
or
something
or
a
hippopotamus
buried
in
the
ground.
I
go
what
is
this
this
can't
and
so
then
apparently
I
had
to
call
a
friend
of
mine.
C
There
was
wrought
iron
that
protected
the
little
ones
from
rushing
off,
because
I
know
that
it
autistic
children
have
a
tendency
that,
and
so
that
was
really
nice
and
I
got
to
see
what
a
zip
line
Looks
like
because
I
personally
was
concerned
about
what
a
zipline
looks
like,
and
the
other
thing
is
that
my
my
friend
with
the
grandchild
said
that
they
that
her
grandson
especially
loves
that
is
an
AstroTurf,
the
cushy
stuff
that
they
walk
on.
C
It
looks
like
rice
yeah,
so
you
know
it
was
nice
and
it
was
nice
to
see
the
big
Pavilion
there
with
people
you
know,
but
it
was
all.
B
E
Hey
first
a
comment
and
then
and
ask
so
the
comment
at
the
August
28
2023
listing
session
an
attorney
submitted
legal
papers
to
the
city
concerning
the
mayor,
inaccurately
stating
at
the
November
14
2022
listening
session.
So
he
was
posting
pictures
on
anti-islamic
website
for
God's
sake,
council
member
Dale,
Sandra
responded
by
inaccurately
stating
Sally
came
in
here
and
accused
us
of
something
and
I
rebutted
saying
that
here's
the
deal
the
rebuttal
that
councilmember
Dallas
Sandra
provided
on
November,
14th
and
accurately
stated,
can
I
also
add
those
pictures
were
used.
E
The
way
that
the
mayor
described
them,
I
can
pull
them.
I
can
pull
it
up
and
I
can
show
it
to
you,
council
member
Carter
stated
they
are
online
and
council
member
Martin
States,
that's
where
I
saw
them
and
council
member
Carter
States
council
member
Dil
Sandro
showed
you
council
member
Martin
comments.
I've
been
shown
it
by
several
folks.
I'll
follow
up
with
you
after
this
I'm
going
to
provide
that
councilmember
dilisandro
can't
pull
it
up
and
councilmember
Martin
has
not
seen
the
pictures
or
provided
the
pictures
because
they
are
not
online.
E
What
council,
member
dalessandro
provided
me
were
screenshots
from
a
video
that
include
the
date
of
March
2019
indicating
she
did
not
provide
proof,
because
the
attorney
took
pictures
September
2019..
The
pictures
are
not
in
the
video.
The
pictures
are
not
online
and
I
should
not
have
to
prove
they
are
not
online.
Just
like
the
firemen
should
not
have
to
prove
an
overhand
loop
knot
found
in
a
locker
that
does
not
have
a
door
is
not
racism.
E
E
A
comment
about
my
concerns
with
Success
Academy,
a
private
business
use
of
the
city
playground
having
detectives
at
my
house
and
the
inappropriate
questions
detective
asked
such
as.
Do
you
have
access
to?
Are
you
handicapped
at
all?
Do
you
have
access
to
take
your
kids
to
any
of
the
other
parks
in
Bloomington?
Do
you
have
access
to
bring
the
children
over
there
other
times
of
the
day?
The
response
to
my
comments
include
asked
and
answered:
we've
had
this
discussion
before
it
has
not
been
discussed
and
it
has
not
been
litigated
again.
E
This
is
an
ask
I'm
asking
for
an
internal
affairs
investigation.
I
previously
requested
an
internal
affairs
investigation
and
I
received
a
response
and
inaccurately
stated
it
has
been
determined
through
subsequent
civil
proceedings
that
there
was
no
misconduct
on
the
part
of
any
officers.
It
was
not
determined
that
there
was
no
misconduct.
It
was
determined
that
the
officers
were
entitled
to
qualified
immunity.
E
The
detectives
were,
at
my
home,
twice
an
incident
report
and
a
request
for
prosecution
that
was
submitted
to
the
county,
then
County
attorney
and
the
city
both
acknowledge
Ness,
intended
conduct
is
not
prescribed
by
the
harassment
statute
because
she
is
not
tracking
or
monitoring
a
particular
individual
The
Nest
versus
City
Bloomington
decision
stated
Nest
decision
to
chill
Her
speech
was
not
objectively
reasonable
for
two
principal
reasons.
First,
her
intended
conduct
is
not
prescribed
by
the
statute.
Additionally.
E
The
definition
of
harass
and
the
word
another
suggests
that
harassment
must
Target
an
individual
victim
as
such
does
not
extend
to
the
monitoring
of
a
physical
space,
an
issue
or
a
random
crowd
of
people.
Again
I'm
asking
for
an
internal
affairs
investigation
concerning
detectives
at
my
home,
twice
an
incident
report
and
a
request
for
prosecution
that
was
submitted
to
the
county
when
the
County
Attorney
quote
the
county
attorney
and
the
city
both
acknowledge
Ness,
intended
conduct
is
not
prescribed
by
the
harassment
statute.
A
There
are
a
variety
of
ways
that
that
can
happen.
I
can
certainly
check
in
on
the
status
of
the
investigation
that
is
being
alleged
in
the
comments
to
have
occurred
and
report
back
to
the
mayor
and
City
Council
on
that,
if
appropriate,
to
share
in
this
kind
of
a
setting
and
I
can
also
indicate
that
it's
possible
to
submit
comments
or
City
website.
If
you
are
interested
in
making
a
comment
or
putting
forth
a
concern,
so
that's
another
opportunity,
that's
also
available
for
anyone
at
any
time.
So.
A
Mayor
members,
that's
roughly
accurate
and
I
can
confirm
and
check
whether
it's
possible
to
check
for
this
particular
the
status
and
existence
of
the
follow-up
on
this
particular
complaint.
