to
the
March
23rd

of
the
Bloomington
Planning
Commission,
the
Planning

made
up
of
seven

Tonight
we
have
five,
we
do
have
a
quorum.
Commission
advises
the
city
council
on
development
proposals,
development
standards,
long-range
planning
and
transportation
issues.
Our
work
is
informed
by
the
city's
comprehensive
plan,
various
District
plans
and
the
city
code
for
some
items.
The
commission
makes
a
recommendation
with
the
city
council
having
the
final
decision-making
Authority.
A
In
other
cases,
the
Planning
Commission
excuse
me
can
approve
or
deny
an
application
subject
to
an
appeal
to
the
city
council
for
each
item.
There
will
be
a
staff
report,
an
opportunity
for
the
applicant
to
present
and
then
time
for
any
member
of
the
public
to
provide
testimony.
Our
first

and
also
the

stated
that
there
won't
be
any
animal

or
additional
additional
pet
services.
D
Such
a
grooming
or
Veterinary
Veterinary
Care
I
wanted
to
go
back
to
the
side
plan
just
to
show
you
that
the
tenant,
the
tenant
adjacent
to
the
north
of
the
proposed
use
will
be
at
Children
daycare
use
and
the
Tenant
adjacent
to
the
south
of
the
proposed
use
will
be
a
shoe
repair.
Retail
use
whenever
a
pet
service
facility
shares
a
common
wall
or
ceiling
with
another
user
structure.
Engineering
detail
must
be
provided,
demonstrating,
sound
attenuation
to
SDC
rating
of
55
or
higher
for
such
a
common
walls
and
ceilings.
D
Staff
is
recommending
a
condition
of
approval,
stating
that
engineering
detail
must
be
provided,
demonstrating
the
HTC
rating
of
55
or
higher
for
the
walls
and
ceilings
prior
to
occupancy.
If
these
details
are
not
provided,
a
noise
system
by
a
qualified
professional
must
be
completed
and
submitted
prior
to
a
couponc.
D
I
just
wanted
to
bring
this
up.
As
you
may
know,
staff
is
required
to
notify
Property
Owners
within
certain
certain
boundary,
depending
on
the
type
of
the
application.
In
this
case,
the
staff
has
notified
the
property
owners
within
five
500
feet
radius.
However,
these
notifications
are
only
sent
to
Property
Owners,
not
the
tenants,
since
the
Pet
Service
facility
is
adjacent
to
a
daycare
which
is
noise.
Sensitive,
a
staff
has
corresponded
with
the
applicant
to
make
sure
that
the
daycare
tenants
is
was
not
a
file
of
the
application.
D
D
With
that
staff
was
able
to
make
the
required
findings
and
we
recommend
approval
through
the
following
motion
on
the
screen
and
I'm
available.
If
you
have
any
questions.
Thank.
A
A
A
This
item
is
a
public
hearing.
Is
there
anyone
in
the
chambers
who
would
like
to
speak
on
this
item?
A
Thank
you,
seeing
no
one
in
person
or
online
I
would
entertain
a
motion
to
close
the
public
hearing.
A
A
A
A
C
A
E
C
Yes,
since
this
item
was
not
continued
tonight,
the
April
13th
meeting
will
be
canceled.
There's
no
items
on
that
agenda.
The
current
item
on
the
agenda
for
April
27th
is
the
2022
system
statement,
comp
plan
update
and
so
there
there
will
be
something
on
that
meeting
for
sure.
The
next
meeting
on
May
11th
the
agenda
does
not
close
till
April
5th.
C
We've
got
as
you
well
know,
because
of
a
lot
of
the
factors
out
there.
We
have
a
lot
of
people
who
say
they
will
apply
but
they're
trying
to
make
numbers
work
first,
so
hopefully
we
get
a
little
more
more
business
in
the
next
few
months,
other
than
that
I
just
want
to
report
back
that
City
Council
in
case
you
didn't
know
they
actually
continued
for
more
discussion,
the
two
family
and
single
family
residential
on
Monday
night.
C
A
You
any
other
items
for
this
for
discussion.
