their
contributions
to
water
quality
conservation
and
the

A
In
recent
years.
The
city's
engineering
division
has
collaborated
with
the
bush
lake
chapter
on
a
number
of
projects,
including
the
installation
of
wood,
duck
houses
on
normandale
lake,
implemented
water
quality
management
practices
in
west
bush
lake
park
to
further
protect
the
lake
and
are
planning
to
manage
the
invasive
cattail
around
bush
lake,
just
to
name
a
few
things
that
led
to
the
recognition,
a
big
congratulations
on
their
efforts.
A

health

A
A
B
These
events
are
really
important
right
now,
especially
for
the
community
and
for
the
police,
because
we've
just
had
some
really
different
years.
The
last
couple
years
have
just
been
been
different
and
and
not
so
much
for
the
better.
These
are
the
positive
events.
These
are
the
fun
times,
and
these
are
the
things
that
really
rebuild
the
the
trust
and
relationship
that
we
have
with
the
community.
C
A
City
leaders
went
to
great
heights
to
raise
money
for
an
important
cause:
city
manager,
jamie
verbruge
and
director
of
community
development.
Carla
henderson
were
two
of
more
than
150
people
who
repelled
15
stories
down
the
jw
marriott
at
mall
of
america
in
september.
It
was
all
for
a
fundraiser
for
the
salvation
army
to
help
those
experiencing
homelessness
or
food
insecurity.
A
More
than
300
thousand
dollars
was
raised
in
the
down
for
the
challenge
event.
That
is
the
buzz
on
bloomington
today
for
the
week
of
september,
29th
through
october
5th.
If
you
would
like
to
watch
other
stories
from
the
show
go
to
this
week's
playlist,
there
you'll
find
a
look
inside
the
community
commons
at
mall
of
america,
plus
your
weekly
check-in
with
mayor
tim
bussey.
Thanks
for
watching.
