the

could
best
use
the

located
at

as
better
places
for
pedestrians

circulation.
One

a
safety
light
over
the
rear
entrance
to
every

and
what
that
was
doing
was
creating
these
hot
spots
of
light
so
that
when
employees

they
were
going
from
a

they'd

to
have
more

so
that
it
would
be
safer
at
night.
