A
B
School
academies,
basically,
these
high
school
students
from
all
the
surrounding
area
and
Charlotte.
They
come
to
the
police
academy.
We
work
with
them.
We
do
gel
tours,
we
do
tours
of
the
stadium,
we
bring
them
to
our
Police
Headquarters,
where
they
also
do
tours
and
learn
the
functions
of
dispatchers
and
they
get
an
idea
of
what
police
officers
do,
especially
when
it
comes
to
the
police
academy
they
come
and
they
do.
Traffic
stops,
building
searches.
Things
like
that
welllike.
C
What
we
were
doing
like
the
traffic
stops
and
like
the
building
searches
I,
never
knew
how
much
pressure
they
really
go
through
with
something
so
small
that
can
turn
it
out
to
be
something
like
so
dangerous
and
big.
So
now,
I
see
sometimes
why
officers
do
the
things
they
do
and
I
understand
their
point
of
view
now.
So
that
has
been
one
of
the
biggest
things
that
I've
learned
this
week
is.
D
School
care
to
me
somehow
would
most
definitely
recommend.
I
would
tell
people
to
come
to
it
a
lot.
We
learn
some
defensive
techniques
and
it's
pretty
much.
It's
the
overall
fun
thing
to
do
something
to
keep
you
occupied
for
a
week
of
the
summer,
but
I.
Think
if
you
come
here,
you
will
learn
a
lot.
This.
