give
me
a

I'm
to
step
up.
F
A
G
C
C
C
H
Put
your
hands
together
for
that.
Thank
you,
I,
always
getting
a
little
fomo,
so
I'm
taking
Judith
mik
in
the
meantime,
all
right,
as
Judith
said,
45
years
of
building
homes,
raising
voices
and
connecting
with
resources.
So
tonight
we
celebrate
our
supporters,
Community
partners
and
Resident
leaders
and.
H
Thank
you,
Jud
I
couldn't
have
said
it
any
better.
I
know
right:
I'm
I'm
going
try
to
English.
You
don't
want
to
hear
my
Spanish.
It
is
only
good
when
I
get
yelled
at
by
my
wife
and
children.
First
we'd
like
to
thank
our
Sapphire
sponsor
nii
general.
H
Ne,
along
with
their
leadership
of
Joe
rhman,
always
goes
above
and
beyond.
Besides
the
individ
ual
spons
sponsorship,
they
helped
to
raise
another
$35,000
through
the
Outreach
of
subcontractors.
C
H
Absolutely,
in
addition,
nii
has
also
generously
donated
some
amazing
raffle
items,
including
four
tickets,
to
both
the
Celtics
and
the.
H
In
addition,
Judith
I
just
want
to
mention
on
a
side
note
that
I
actually
was
a
winner
last
year
in
the
raffle
and
and
I
was
able
to
go
to
a
Bruins
game
and
I
had
some
amazing
amazing
seats,
so
I
mean,
and
that
was
that
was
due
to
Nei.
So
I
would
implore
you
to
look
at
all
of
the
great
Raffles
we
have,
but
they
really
do
go
above
and
beyond.
So
thank
you
very
much
to
the
team.
C
H
Thank
you
once
again
to
the
general
supporters
of
Cambridge
Saving
Bank,
who,
once
again,
you
returns
as
our
matching
gift,
sponsor.
H
C
H
H
All
right
and
a
big
big
thanks
and
this
one
is
very,
very
important
to
eastn
salt.
Besides
being
a
generous
Platinum
sponsor
eastn
Sal
East
Salt
has
generally
donated
the
space
and
the
tent
I
mean.
This
is
amazing
that
we'd
be
able
to
have
this
event
in
such
a
great
spot
space.
So
really,
really,
you
know
big.
C
C
C
H
Thank
you,
Judith.
Our
other
Platinum
sponsors
are
Ball
Hill
Builders,
who
is
a
general
supporter
and
a
dedicated
management
company.
When.
C
H
We
go
East
Cambridge,
Savings,
Bank,
David,
Square,
Architects,
Insperity,
Eastern,
Bank
Klein,
horning,
LLP
santand,
there
Bank
Monahan,
Technologies
Superior,
Plumbing
Inc,
the
nor

companies,
paint
and
coding;
Services
Hannah,
environmental
and
energy
Inc
Del
Brook
jks
JBC,
Development,
Inc
and
David
Square
Architects
Inc,
which
we
manage
twice
because
we
really
like.
C
H
All
right
we're
glad
to
see
so
many
familiar
faces
in
the
room,
I've
seen
so
many
friends,
families
and
supporters.
So
thank
you
so
much
for
being
here.
Thank
you
to
all
of
our
state
and
local
politicians
and
attendance.
I
did
see
s
s
if
you
could
raise
your
hand,
please
or
say
hi
to
you,
hey.
C
H
Thank
you
dudas.
If
you
hadn't
had
a
chance
yet
make
sure
you
check
out
his
exciting
raffle
items
like
we
mentioned
before,
you
don't
want
to
miss
your
chance
to
you
know:
win
Patriots
their
Celtics
tickets,
they're
going
to
do
good
this
year.
H
See
we
also
have
a
golf
Excursion
at
dinner
for
two
at
Soo
featuring
a
chef
counter
experience
and
a
wine.
C
H
There
you
go,
we
also
have
cooking
lessons
in
your
home
and
much
more
so
please
look
out
for
a
host
Community
member
they'll
be
going
around
U,
please
grab
them.
Sandy
and
Laura
will
be
selling
tickets
so
Sandy
and
Laura.
Oh,
there
goes
I
see
Sandy.
H
Yes,
so
tickets
are
$20
for
six,
but
we
implore
you
to
buy
more
to
raise
your.
C
H
C
G
C
We're
giving
a
warm
welcome
to
Senator
D
Dominico,
who
has
been
a
longtime
friend
of
tnd.
Our
senator,
who
I
have
the
privilege
to
call
a
colleague
at
the
state
house
has
been
a
champion
of
Chelsea
Everett
on
affordable
housing
and
actually
I
must
mention.
He
was
the
person
who
introduced
us
to
Everett,
so
so
the
neighborhood
developers
could
have
its
first
development
project
in
the
city.
So
it
is
an
honor
for
me
to
welcome
our
Senator
Senator
Sal
Dominico
to
the.
C
I
Good
evening,
everyone
good
evening,
all
right,
I,
I,
first
I,
want
to
just
say
thank
you
to
tnd
D
for
all
their
amazing
work
in
our
communities
and
Chelsea
and
Rivier,
and
ever
and
thank
you
to
all
of
you
for
supporting
such
a
great
event
and
all
the
great
work
they
do
in
our
community
unities
and
congratulations
to
syvia
as
well.
Getting
an
award
tonight
but
I
have
the
honor
and
privilege
tonight
to.
I
Power
and
before
I
bring
her
up
here.
I
just
want
to
say
a
few
things
about
Maria
and
her
amazing
work
that
she
has
done
her
really
her
lifelong
commitment
to
making
our
communities
a
better
place
for
all
of
us
to
live
work
and
raise
our
families
and
Maria
has
done
amazing
work,
as
you
know,
with
green
roots
in
the
city
of
Chelsea
in
the
surrounding
area.
I
She's
also
been
recognized
by
President,
Joe
Biden,
and
he
she
is
on
his
EJ
advisory
Council
and
most
most
recently,
Governor
Hy
knew
the
gem
that
we
had
in
our
community
and
she
stole
Maria
from
Chelsea
and
took
it
to
the
state
house
where
she
now
serves
as
under
Secretary
of
violence.
Justice
and
Equity,
so
Maria
has
had
a
hand
in
creating
policy
for
EJ
at
the
local
level,
the
state
level
and
the
federal
level.
F
I
I
am
going
just
going
to
read
this
award
of
2023
present
to
Maria
Balan
power,
the
neighbor
developers
raise
the
roof
honor
and
congratulations
and
welld
deserved.
My
friend
have
a
this
is
this
is
really
an
exceptional
honor
for
her,
but
it
really
is
an
exceptional
honor
for
her
entire
family
as
well
being
with
us
tonight.
Thank
you,
Maria
for
all
that
you've.
J
J
J
You
so
thank
you
so
much
I'm
honor
to
be
here
and
to
be
recognized
by
tnd
during
the
years
that
I
worked
in
Chelsea
tnd
was,
and
really
continues
to
be,
a
really
strong
partner.
We
shared
our
norstar,
which
was
really
ensuring
that
residents
were
at
the
table
and
had
a
voice
and
were
really
driving
the
decisions
that
affected
their
lives
and
their
communities.
J
You
know
together,
we
addressed
issues
around
environmental
justice,
around
housing,
stability,
quality
of
life
and
the
work
that
tnd
does
is
truly
indispensable
in
communities
like
Chelsea,
Everett
and
Rivier,
and
it
is
not
only
because
they
are
the
only
Community
Development
Corporation
in
Chelsea
that
is
really
building
affordable,
housing
every
single
day,
but
they're,
also
an
integral
part
of
our
community
and
of
the
fabric
of
Elie,
Everett
and
R,
and
the
positive.
J
Happening
here,
and
it's
not
really
just
all
about
Rafael
or
Jose
or
Sharon,
Marcus
Lucia,
and
so
many
others
who
are
out
there
visible
in
the
community.
There
is
an
entire
team
and
I
know
you're
all
here
today
and
I
know
that
there
is
an
entire
team
behind
the
scenes
that
is
also
making
the
work
happen
from
the
community
building
team
to
resident
services
to
to
real
estate
development,
to
connect
and
to
so
many
other
people
that
are
working
to
make
sure
Chelsea
ever
and
R
have
affordable
housing
and
a
good
quality
of
life.
J
A
H
H
We
welcome
to
the
stage
Senator
Lydia
Edwards.
H
W,
how
you
doing
before
I
have
the
the
senator
here
speak.
I
wanted
to
just
note
that
cuz
she's
not
going
to
say
it
about
about
herself
she's,
a
very
humble
person,
so
Senator
Edwards
is
a
trailblazer
and
a
relentless
advocate
for
families
across
the
city.
She
serves
she
recently
partnered
with
tnd
to
support
the
fire
victims
in
Riv
and
today
she's
here
as
to
honor
a
Riv
Champion
Senator.
Thank
you
very
much
for
everything
that
you're
doing
for
being.
L
Here
good
evening,
everyone,
my
name,
is
Lydia
Edwards
I'm,
a
senator
of
the
third
suff
I,
represent
that
little
area
across
the
harbor
across
the
creek
called
East
Boston,
also
Rivier
winr
and
several
parts
of
downtown
Boston
I'm.
Here
today,
though,
to
celebrate
Community,
that's
why
I'm
so
excited
to
talk
about
Sylvia
Sylvia
is
her.
Work
has
been
instrumental
in
building
bridges
in
community.
A
L
And
making
sure
that
we
Center
the
patients
we
Center
them
appropriately
and
culturally
competently
and
also
making
sure
their
stories
their
pain,
but
also
their
Joy
is
part
of
all
of
our
conversations,
often
times
in
medical
care.
We
can
see
path,
we
can
see
the
disease,
but
we
don't
see
the
human
being
often
times.
We
don't
recognize
that
we
need
to
treat
the
whole
person
in
front
of
us.
Syvia
reminds
us
quietly
yet
forcefully
to
always
see
the
human
being.
L
Sylvia
comes
from
Honduras
and
using
her
knowledge
of
English
has
managed
to
become
what
a
force
when
it
comes
to
medical,
racial
equity,
and
we
need
that
in
R.
We
need
that
actually
everywhere
in
the
Commonwealth.
So
it's
my
honor
to
not
only
celebrate
her
to
recognize
her
hard
work,
but
also
to
present
this
award
to
her
tonight.
So
if
everyone
could,
please
join
me
in
a
round
of
applause
and
thank
Dr,
syvia
CH,
director
of
Health
operations
at
MGH,
Health
Center,
please.
A
L
K
Thank
you
all
so
much
I'm,
humbled
and
deeply
honored
by
this
recognition.
I
want
to
express
my
heartfelt
gratitude
to
the
staff
and
the
leader
leadership
of
the
neighborhood
Developers,
for
choosing
me
as
one
of
their
honores
this
night
and
congratulations
to
Maria
vain.
On
her
recognition
too,
it
has
been
a
privilege
to
work
alongside
the
TNT
staff,
and
so
many
of
you
actually
out
here
tonight,
I've
learned
so
much
from
each
of
you.
We've
shared
many
laughs,
a
few
tough
moments,
but
it
all
led
to
some
great
friendships.
K
I
can't
say
enough
about
the
importance
of
supporting
and
working
alongside
the
neighborhood
developers,
dedicated
and
talented
team
tnb
addresses
the
social
determinance
of
Health.
These
are
non-medical
conditions
that
impact
your
health
and
they
do
it
incredibly
well
and
tnd
tackles
one
one
of
the
most
important
of
these
social
determinance
and
that's
housing.
They
do
not
only
produce
housing,
but
they
develop
the
neighborhood.
They
engage
the
community
and
they
also
offer
wraparound
services
and
that's
where
our
Coalition
work
has
overlapped
with
their
work.
K
My
work
as
a
public
health
practitioner
began
here
in
Chelsea,
actually
with
Pam
M
at
the
health
center
I
was
the
coordinator
for
safe
start.
Safe
start
was
a
grandf
funded
research
program
that
helped
Children
and
Families
exposed
to
traumatic
experiences.
I
would
help
recruit
participants,
and
we
would
feel
this
long
surveys,
but
there
was
one
mother
and
one
conversation
that
stay
in
my
mind
in
my
memory,
and
it
comes
back
ever
so
often.
Throughout
the
years
this
mother
she
had
experienced
a
traumatic
trip
immigrating
from
her
home
country.
K
She
was
living
in
extremely
crowded
conditions
in
a
bedroom
in
a
house
shared
with
many
other
families,
and
her
young
son
was
experiencing
some
behavioral
difficulties
in
the
midst
of
her
highly
complicated
life
with
the
ver
challenges.
She
shared
with
me
that
the
one
thing
she
wanted
in
life
was
her
own
little
home,
where
she
could
have
her
own
kitchen
and
hang
up
pretty
curtains.
When
this
memory
comes
into
my
head
throughout
the
years,
I
pray
that
this
mom
has
been
able
to
find
the
little
home
she
so
much
desired.
She
was
was
wise.
K
She
knew
that
the
home
would
begin
to
solve
a
lot
of
her
problems,
that
it
would
be
the
foundation
upon
which
everything
else
would
just
start
falling
into
place.
A
home
is
a
refuge,
a
place
where
you
can
feel
safe,
be
your
own
person
express
your
creativity,
it's
a
place
where
you
can
be
happy
and
therefore
healthy.
There's
still
today
we
are
living.
You
know
especially
hard
times,
and
we
not
nearly
enough
access
to
affordable
housing.
There
can
be
no
better
moment
than
to
support
the
neighborhood
developers.
Our
work
is
not
done.
K
There's
still
so
much
need
out
there
to
all
of
us
here
tonight.
Let's
remain
committed
to
a
shared
Mission
and
working
together.
We
will
continue
to
inspire
the
changes
that
our
neighborhoods
needs
and
that
they
so
richly
deserve
to
my
wonderful
colleagues
to
my
dear
family
and
friends
to
everyone
here
tonight.
Thank
you
all
so
very.
A
C
H
All
right,
thank
you
dud
at
this
time
our
Senators
are
going
to
present
our
Senate.
Oh,
my
gosh
I'm,
like
losing
my
word
at
this
time,
we're
going
to
we're
going
to
present
our
Senate
citations
of
our
tnd
honores.
So
at
this
time,
if
we
can
have.
L
Microphone
good
evening,
everyone
Senator
Edwards
and
Senator
D
Dominico.
L
Here
again,
we're
actually
wanted
to
present
this
citation
to
the
neighborhood
developers,
specifically
an
acknowledgement
from
the
Massachusetts
state
senate
for
the
hard
work
that
has
that
is
part
of
developing
a
neighborhood
I'm
just
going
to
read
the
citation
and
then
Senator
Domino
is
going
to
say
some
words,
so
be
it
known
that
the
Massachusetts
Senate
hereby
extends
its
congratulations
to
the
neighborhood
developers,
recog
of
45
years
of
promoting
economic
diversity,
opportunity
and
quality
life
in
the
communities
of
Chelsea
Rivier
and
ever
and
be
it
further
known.
H
I
I
just
want
to
extend
my
thanks
and
appreciation
to
Raphael
and
jeruth,
and
the
amazing
team
and
like
at
tnd
D,
you
know
I
The,
Good
Fortune
of
having
ever
in
Chelsea.
My
district
and
I
can
tell
you
that
tnd
is
the
gold
standard
when
it
comes
to
Community
Development
corporations
across
the
state.
The
amazing
reputation
that
tnd
has
in
the
entire
world
what
they
do
every
day
is,
is
pretty
inspiring
for
all
of
us
and
which
is
very
fortunate.
Sometimes
when
you
live
in
the
community,
you
don't
see
it.
I
When
you
go
outside
the
city,
you
realize
how
lucky
we
are
to
have
Raphael
and
tnd
d
and
the
amazing
team.
Do
the
amazing
work
that
they
do
and
the
best
part
about
what
they
do,
not
just
addressing
the
housing
crisis
but
centering
equity
and
everything
they
do
going
forward.
So
thank
you
to
tnd
D
and
all
the
amazing
people
who
work
with
tnd
d
for
all
that
you
do
for
so
many
people
across
the
communities
you
serve.
Thank
you
very
much.
Everyone
have
a
great
night.
C
And
now
I
will
take
a
moment
to
also
present
a
special
salutation
from
the
State
House
of
Representatives
of
Massachusetts.
For
many
of
you
who
know
me,
you
might
know
that,
aside
from
being
the
master
of
ceremony
today,
I
am
also
proudly
the
state
representative
of
the
11th
stopic
District
represented
Chelsea
and
a
and
on

All
right
up
next,
we
are
once
again
want
to
thank
any
of
our
local
and
state
politicians
that
might
have
come
in
late,
and
we
thank
all
of
you
for
sticking
around
and
just
please
we're
just
going
through
the
program.
So
we
can
just
have
your
attention
just
for
a
little
bit
more
time.
Everything
that
we
have
up
here
is
very,
very
important,
and
we
want
to
make
sure
that
we're
giving
everybody
on
this
stage.
You
know
ample
respect
and
time.
So
thank
you
for.
C
H
Thank
you
very
much
stud
so
now
I
have
the
honor
to
introduce
a
fellow
board
member
and
the
team
and
D
board
president.
Please
welcome
to
the
stage
our
distinguished
colleague,
Alice.
C
G
N
Us
tonight
so
many
of
the
local
community
members
here
and
I
hope
you
are
enjoying
yourself
I
want
to
congratulate
the
young
people
who
started
the
show
tonight
they
were
excellent.
They
were
superb
and
also
I
want
to
acknowledge
the
honores
I'm,
so
very
proud
of
them.
Thank
you
all
right.
So
let
me
continue.
Thank
you.
Toia
and
Judith.
First
I
want
to
thank
my
fellow
tnd
Board
of
Directors
for
their
ongoing
support
of
our
mission.
N
N
Mission
and
we're
always
looking
for
more
board
members,
so
if
you're
interested
please
connect
with
us,
this
is
our
sixth
year
of
raise
the
roof.
We
did
some
of
those
virtually,
but
this
is
our
sixth
raise
the
roof
event
every
year
the
event
grows,
and
this
year
are,
it
is
by
far
the
bigest
yet,
and
this
facility
has
turned
out
to
be
superb.
For
us,
it
could
not
be
done
without
the
hard
work
of
our
raise.
N
The
roof
host
committee
members
will
all
the
host
committee
members
please
stand
up
or
raise
your
hand.
We
thank
you
for
the
work
this
past
to
your
host
committee
members.
Where
are
you
this
committee
meets
regularly
for
months
until
everything
gets
organized,
they
are
responsible
for
getting
the
donations,
the
recognitions,
the
contributions
and
anything
that
you
see
that
you're
getting
with
the
raffle
tickets.
So
thank
you
all
for
your
work
this
past
year
and
thank
you
again
to
all
of
our
sponsors,
all
all
of
those
representing
our
sponsors.
N
Please
also
raise
your
hand
or
stand
up
and
when
I
say
sponsors,
we
have
multiple
levels
of
sponsors.
We
have
you've
heard
who
they
are
already.
We
have
the
sapphire
sponsor
the
Platinum
sponsor,
four
of
them,
gold
and
silver
sponsors.
We
have
15
and
then
a
ton
of
bronze
sponsors
and
I
want
to
acknowledge
my
own
institution,
Bunker
Hill,
Community
College
was
one
of
the
proud
Bron
sponsors.
Thank
you
all
for
committing
to
our
mission.
N
We're
celebrating
45
years
for
the
past
45
years,
tnd
has
created
and
preserved
safe,
healthy
housing
so
that
all
of
our
neighbors
have
a
place
to
call
home.
Tnd
empowers
Community
leaders
to
transform
and
build
better
neighborhoods,
constantly
engaging
the
community
in
opportunities
for
training,
education
and
celebrations.
N
As
part
of
our
ongoing
work
with
the
communities
we
serve,
the
real
estate
team
is
gathering
input
from
the
community
members
and
residents
of
our
existing
properties
via
surveys
and
conversations,
so
we're
gathering
information.
This
information
that's
gathered
will
help
the
real
estate
team
clarify
our
development
priorities.
It'll
guide
the
next
project
that
we
pursue
and
we
want
to
make
sure
that
these
projects
reflect
each
community's
needs
as
they
evolve
over
time.
So
your
feedback
and
your
commentary
is.
N
Important
examples
of
the
questions
we
are
asking
the
community
include:
where
should
affordable
housing
be
built?
What
Supportive
Services
should
be
offered
in
the
residents
and
the
buildings
that
include
affordable
homes?
What
type
of
businesses
should
be
close,
close
proximity
to
the
development,
and
that
includes
child
care,
grocery
stores,
community
meeting
space,
public
transportation.
So
we're
asking
all
of
you
what
is
important
to
the
community
where
we
build
make
sure
it's
accessible
and
available
to
everyone.
N
What
is
important
to
youth?
What
is
important
in
the
priorities
of
our
development
and
last
but
not
least,
I
want
to
thank
the
real
estate
and
community
building
teams
for
conducting
this
important
survey.
It
will
continue,
but
it's
only
going
to
be
valuable
if
you
all
participate
so
pleas,
please
go
to
our
website
and
provide
your
feedback.
Thank
you
very
much.
Everyone
I
hope
you
continue
to
enjoy
the
evening
and
I
want
to
pass
it
back
to
Mia
and
Judith.
Thank
you
very
much,
not.
H
Yes,
absolutely
so
folks,
we
are
so
close
to
our
goal,
and
so
I
want
to
implore
everybody
to
make
sure.
C
H
We
need
to
get
raffle
tickets
if
everybody
buys
$5,000
worth
of
raffle
tickets
right
now.
Judith
will
break
dance
right
here
for.
C
H
C
H
So
I
have
the
absolute
pleasure,
ABS
absolute
pleasure,
of
introducing
our
next
speaker
and
that's
resident
leader.
C
O
P

O
O
P
O
O
P
We
got
a
call
from
tnz
saying
that
we
qualified
for
a
two-bedroom
apartment
and
that's
the
moment
where
our
lives
changed.
I.
Remember
that
day,
like
it
was
yesterday
when
they
handed
me
the
keys
of
my
new
home
when
they
showed
me
the
kitchen,
the
living
room,
the
bedrooms
I
could
not
believe
it.
For
the
first
time
my
son
was
going
to
have
his
own.
P
P
Not
only
do
I
have
a
home
to
share
with
my
children
and
my
husband,
but
I
also
have
developed
as
a
community
leader
with
the
Wednesday
walks.
Every
Wednesday,
my
neighbors
and
I
go
out
for
a
walk
for
one
hour
to
improve
our
health
by
exercising,
but
also
getting
involved
more
with
important
topics
involving
the
Chelsea.
O
P
C
For
11
years,
and
also
a
warm
Applause
to
Magda
her
interpreter,
thank
you
so
much
for
sharing
your.
C
M
Maris
thank
thank
you.
Thank
you.
Everyone
for
joining
us
at
our
sixth
annual
raise
the
roof.
So
you
should.
You
should
be
thrilled
to
see
me
up
there
because
it
means
we're
getting
towards
the
end
of
the
program.
Can
we
have
a
a
loud
Round
of
Applause
for
the
host
committee,
for
our
sponsors
and
for
Heather
for
putting
this
wonderful
event.
M
Together,
I
am
so
excited
to
be
here
to
celebrate
45
years
of
TD's
impactful
work
with
you,
but
it
is
easy
to
lose
hope
in
this
day
and
age.
In
Massachusetts
alone,
we
are
two
about
200,000
housing
units
short
of
the
actual
need,
under
the
circumstances,
you'd
think
that
communities
would
welcome
new
construction
of
quality,
affordable
housing
with
open
arms,
but
unfortunately
that
is
frequently
not
the
case.
We
have
a
paradoxical
job
market
in
which
employers
struggle
to
fill
positions,
yet
the
people
we
serve
have
a
hard
time
finding
a
job.
M
M
We
find
Hope
in
community
organizations
like
tnd
D
and
the
residents
who
are
making
change
for
themselves
for
their
families
and
for
our
cities.
Community
members,
in
partnership
with
us
and
all
of
you-
are
working
hard,
smart
and
getting
results.
Collectively.
We
have
demonstrated
ways
to
address
housing,
insecurity,
fight
displacement
and
create
Financial
wellbeing,
maybe
not
all
at
once,
but
maybe
like
the
Red
Sox
won
the
World
Series
in
2004
one
game
at
a
time.
M
Homes
Bren
community
members
are
finding
jobs,
are
accessing
the
benefits
that
they
need
and
are
making
and
implementing
Financial
plans
that
change
their
future.
When
our
tenants
need
support,
they
know
they
can
turn
to
our
amazing
resident
services
team
who
respond
not
only
with
compassion
but
with
good
ideas
and
resources,
and
we
have
Community
leaders
who
are
out
there
advocating
and
calling
for
policy
changes
to
create
housing,
Justice
and
they're
all
supported
by
our
community
building
team.
M
You
can
see
some
of
the
numbers
behind
TD's
recent
successes
right
over
the
on
the
screen
in
partnership
with
Urban
Edge
and
opco
and
supported
by
neighbor
works.
We
have
started
a
new
Fellowship
for
affordable
housing
developers
that
will
help
to
address
the
under
representation
of
people
of
color
in
real
estate,
development
positions
and
Community
Development
corporations.
So
if
you
indulge
me,
I
will
briefly
very
briefly
turn
this
into
the
State
of
the
Union,
because
we
are
really
lucky
because
we
have
a
number
of
the
fellows
and
the
fellowship
director
Melinda
here
tonight.
M
Thank
you
so
if
youve
already
contributed
to
tnd
to
honor
our
45th
anniversary,
thank
you.
We
really
appreciate
it.
You
are
making
a
real
difference.
If
you
can
stretch
yourself
further
tonight,
please
do
so.
If
you
know
anyone
else
can
and
should
be
contributing
to
tnd.
Please
ask
them
tonight
or
honestly
anytime,
between
now
and
the
end
of
the
year
and
whether
you
can
donate
or
not.
We
appreciate
your
partnership,
since
the
only
way
we
can
achieve
our
goals,
build,
hope
and
make
a
difference
is
with
you.
