A
As
you
know,
we
are
now
in
phase
three
of
governor
baker's
reopening
plan.
Many
businesses
are
now
able
to
operate,
including
restaurants,
nail
salons,
gyms
and
casinos.
Recreation
areas
are
open
to
the
public
and
some
low
contact.
Sporting
events
like
baseball
games
and
tennis
games
are
allowed
to
take
place.
B
A
However,
it's
really
important
to
remember
that,
even
though
the
economy
is
slowly
reopened
and
more
and
more
businesses
are
returning,
we
still
have
to
be
very
vigilant
about
the
virus.
Our
numbers
in
chelsea
are
down,
but,
as
we've
seen
in
other
places
like
texas
and
florida
and
arizona,
this
virus
can
return
with
a
vengeance.
If
we
are
not.
B
A
A
Also,
I
caution
everyone
against
having
large
gatherings
or
parties.
The
governor's
order
limits,
indoor
gatherings
to
no
more
than
25
people,
and
even
outdoor
gatherings
are
limited
to
25
occupancy
of
the
area
and
never
more
than
100
persons
in
any
enclosed
outdoor
space.
Please
heed
this
guidance.
A
A
First,
with
the
help
of
the
governor's
office,
additional
testing
is
now
available
here
in
chelsea.
We
encourage
everyone
to
get
tested,
regardless
of
whether
you
have
any
symptoms.
There
is
no
longer
any
requirement
that
you
have
symptoms
of
covid19
in
order
to
get
tested
in
chelsea.
Many
individuals
that
are
infected
with
coven
19
never
have
symptoms.
So
we
encourage
everyone
in
the
city
to
get
tested.
There
is
no
cost
to
these
tests.
You
do
not
need
any
health
insurance
and
no
questions
will
be
asked
about
your
immigration
or
documentation
status.
A
Testing
is
available
at
mgh
chelsea
on
everett
ave
monday
through
friday,
from
8
to
5
and
saturday
from
8
to
12..
Testing
is
available
at
the
drive-thru
at
the
beth
israel
location
on
broadway
across
from
walgreens
near
the
revere
line
monday
through
friday,
10
to
6
and
saturdays
from
9
to
2.
Again,
there
is
no
cost,
no
need
for
insurance
and
no
questions
asked
about
immigration.

B
A
A
617-466-4092
or
three
one
one
to
schedule
an
appointment,
the
public
hours
for
treasury
and
city
clerk
are
monday,
wednesday
and
thursday,
nine
to
three
tuesday,
nine
to
six
and
friday
9
to

We
no
longer
require
that
residents
come
on
different
days
depending
upon
street
address.
You
may
now
come
to
city
hall
to
do
business
in
those
two
offices,
treasury
and
city
clerks
during
any
of
the
public
hours.
A
Parks
and
children's
playgrounds
in
the
city
are
now
open,
but
we
continue
to
strongly
encourage
the
use
of
mass
and
physical
distancing.
Remember
under
the
governor's
current
phase.
3
order
games
are
only
for
those
sports
with
limited
contact
such
as
baseball
and
tennis,
basketball
and
soccer
games
are
still
prohibited.
B
A
B
A
A
The
city's
rental
assistance
program
is
still
ongoing.
We
are
now
in
the
process
of
completing
contracts
between
landlords,
tenants
and
the
city.
Once
the
contracts
are
signed,
rent
money
will
then
be
paid.
The
city
was
able
to
assist
302
tenants
with
this
program,
which
provides
up
to
three
months
of
rental
assistance.
A
Finally,
the
city
is
moving
forward
with
its
small
business
assistance
program.
This
program
is
making
available
to
small
businesses
and
restaurants
in
the
city
over
one
million
dollars
in
direct
financial
relief
in
the
form
of
grants
and
forgivable
loans.
The
city
is
in
the
process
of
hiring
an
administrator
to
help
us
prepare
applications
in
the
program's
terms.
A
That
is
all
for
our
updates
again,
I
urge
you
to
continue
to
exercise
caution.
Just
because
things
are
getting
back
to
normal
does
not
mean
that
the
virus
has
disappeared
only
by
wearing
masks,
maintaining
physical,
distancing
and
staying
away
from
large
crowds.
Can
you
stay
safe
and
keep
your
community
stay
safe.
Thank
you
for
joining
us.
