A
B
D
I'm
Ray
Crockett
says
Thomas
on
the
paperwork,
but
I
go
by
my
middle
name.
So.
D
What's
your
background,
my
background
I
started
flying
in
the
70s.
I
was
a
flight
instructor
at
Clearwater,
Air
Park
back
in
the
79
8081
range
and.
B
A
A
E
Are
great
again,
informative
knows
a
lot
I,
don't
have
a
ton
beyond
the
last
update
to
share
with
you
guys
today,
but
but
happy
to
do
that
from
a
safety
perspective
over
the
first
120
days,
I
think
you
know,
we've
released
replaced
a
bunch
of
out-of-date
equipment
around
the
fuel
farm
at
RX.
E
Banks
put
two
new
fuel
trucks
into
service
that
both
have
additional
safety
and
monitoring
features
beyond
what
was
there
previously
all
employees
that
Pump
Fuel
are
now
going
through
industry,
recognized
training
as
part
of
their
onboarding
process,
and
that
is
now
documented
in
our
new
Sops
have
been
working
on
the
on
with
with
the
city,
we've
improved
the
quality
and
increased
the
frequency
of
our
fuel
testing
to
be
more
in
line
with
industry
standards
continue
to
work
on
establishing
new
Sops,
which,
as
I
mentioned,
have
really
been
fundamentally
finished
over
the
last
couple
of
weeks
with
help
from
Mike
and
the
team
at
the
city.
E
E
There
are
no
gaps
in
coverage
that
that
team
is
based
inside
the
FBO,
as
opposed
in
the
Old
Guard
Shack,
which
was
on
the
wrong
side
of
the
fence.
But
but
this
is
as
well
so
working
with
the
city
to
install
new
access
gate
on
Grand
Avenue.
The
gate
has
actually
been
installed,
we're
just
waiting
to
get
power
to
it,
so
we
won't
have
no
longer
will
people
have
to
drive
on
the
taxiway
to
get
to
the
northern
hangers.
We
think
that's
a
pretty
significant
safety
Improvement
and
excited
about
that.
E
Hopefully
we'll
get
that
up
open
next
in
the
next
week
or
so
still
working
on
publishing
the
instrument
approach,
no
update.
Since
the
last
meeting
on
that
initiative,
we
have
open
dialogue
and
been
spending
more
time
with
the
FAA,
specifically
the
tower
the
pie
to
start
scheduling,
regular
meetings
and
see
if
we
can
do
to
improve
safety
and
learn
from
one
another.
So
I
think
good
collaboration.
There
developed
an
uninsured
aircraft.
E
We've
now
sent
an
additional
10
notices
of
eviction
or
non-renewal
for
what
we
consider
to
be
unair
worthy
aircraft
that
need
to
need
to
go.
It
has
that
action
has
resulted
in
activity
and
I
think
where
the
old
seaplane
that
was
out
there
is
gone
that
one
left
last
week
a
couple
others
should
be
gone
by
Monday
and
feeling
good
about
our
progress.
With
that
I
know
you
guys
have
heard
from
one
or
two
people
that
are
disgruntled
about
our
approach,
but
we're
consistent
in
doing
what
we
said.
We're
going
to
do.
E
Activity
at
the
airport,
obviously
the
helicopter
training
was
a
big
hop
button.
Oh,
this
has
been
pleased
to
report
that
we
are
down
to
one
R22.
That's
there
for
training
at
the
airport.
They
may
bring
one
helicopter
back,
but
there
were
six
base
there
when
we
started
and
we're
down
to
one
and
maybe
it'll
go
to
two
so
I
think
the
neighborhood
has
been
pleased
with
the
reduction
in
activity
and
our
you
know.
Our
dialogue
with
them
continues
on
a
daily
basis.
E
That's
good
I
think
you
guys
know
we
put
our
own
advisory
Council
together
to
get
kind
of
kind
of
a
real-time
feedback
loop
from
kind
of
conditions
that
are
there
in
and
around
the
Air
Park,
that
group's
made
up
of
two
tenant:
Representatives
One
Flight,
School
representative,
one
EA
leadership
representative
and
one
neighborhood
representative
at
our
first
meeting
a
couple
weeks
ago,
and
it
was
good.
You
know
learned
a
couple
things
that
maybe
we
didn't
realize
were
such
a
big
deal
like
the
golf
ball
problem
from
The
Landings
and
you.
E
Disruptive
that
is
and
I
think
we'll
you
know,
take
that
feedback
and
try
and
that's
good
biggest
feedback.
As
I
mentioned
the
neighborhood
acting.
You
know,
the
feedback
for
the
neighborhood
has
been
you
know,
definitely
less
than
when
we
started
the
reduction
in
the
helicopter
traffic
and
and
really
making
sure
the
flight
school
is
abiding
by
the
other
restrictions,
especially
with
the
Sunday
mornings
for
Flight.
Training
has
all
been
received
well
and
I.
E
Think
everyone
can
agree
that
the
intensity
of
activity
at
the
airport
state
of
gold
from
the
very
beginning,
our
fuel
pricing,
which
I
know
is
always
a
Hot
Topic,
is
competitive.
We
are,
we
were
floating
around
the
lowest
cost
fuel
full
service
fuel,
but
it
seems
that
Albert
wooden
and
Tampa
exactly
reduced
their
prices
when
we
reduced
ours,
so
we're
all
hovering
within
a
dime
of
one
another,
but
again
we're
competitive
for
the
region
overnight.
E
B
F
F
E
Obstacle
report
and
some
of
it
there
were
some
trees
that
they'd
like
to
see
reduced.
If
we
can
cut
them
down
the
few
feet
that
they
need
to
be
cut
down,
that'd
be
great,
if
not
it'll
affect
the
minimums
that
won't
affect
the
actual
public.
You
know
publishing
the
approach,
but
what
would
affect
you
know
where
the
minimum
so.
D
D
E
We're
actually
in
the
process
of
getting
one
getting
a
quote
for
one
we're
going
to
talk
to
Mike
about
seeing
if
there
was
funding
in
this
new
year,
because
the
the
new
fdot
year
started.
July
1st
he's
going
to
talk
a
little
bit
about
the
grants
in
a
bit.
I
suspect,
but
I
think
our
intention
is
to
figure
out
what
that's
going
to
cost
and
move
forward
with
that
one
way
or
another
I
would
think.
That's
I
would
consider
that
this
year,
initiative.
A
And
just
for
Bruce's
information,
what
type
of
instrument
approach
is
it
that
you're.
D
E
You
know
they're
in
the
FBO
now
so
they're
not
no
longer
in
the
shack.
So
would
they
would
they
answer
the
FBO
phone.
B
E
Yeah,
that
was
probably
the
biggest
complaint
from
the
you
know.
The
tenants
that
we
talked
to
you
know
recently,
you
know
between
like
the
beginning
of
three
four
and
the
vastly
lights
seemed
to
be
the
you
know
the
the
trouble
spot
if,
if
we
could
put
a
net
up
over
that
piece
of
the
fence,
I
think
that
would
significantly
reduce
it.
E
We
heard
that
the
we
tried
to
do
that
once
before
and
the
FAA
said
that
they
wouldn't
do
it
because
of
you
know
the
airspace
reasons
I
think
we're
going
to
double
check
that
and
and
make
that
request
again
to
see
if
that's
possible,
because,
as
you
know,
golf
equipment
gets
better
and
golf
balls
fly
further.
This
problem
is
going
to
get
worse,
not
not
better.
E
F
B
So
two
massive
garbage
pails
filled
with
them
in
the.
A
C
C
Through
on
our
talk
last
time
about
the
the
grants
that
we're
currently
working
on
and
what's
in
store
for
the
future,
so
we
went
and
we
received
three
grants
from
the
state
and
they
were
approved
by
Council
we're
working
through
those
right
now,
two
of
them
at
least
the
city,
is
redoing
their
engineered
record
contracts,
so
we're
waiting
for
those
to
be
finalized
and
then
we're
going
to
hire
an
engineer
of
record
to
do
the
design
work
for
both
the
terminal
and
the
remail
overlay,
which
we
have
the
grants
for
so
the
rebound
overlay.
C
We
have
3.382
million
allocated
to
us
through
the
state
through
the
Json
program
and
remember:
that's
an
80
percent
funded
from
them.
20
funded
from
us
I
have
an
estimate
for
1.6
million
previously
to
do
just
the
construction
work
on
that
we're
going
to
try
to
stay
under
that
2
million
dollar
Mark
to
to
to
to
do
the
reveal
Overlook
on
the
apron
and
then
once
those
eors
are
finalized.
We'll
select
a
a
contractor
to
do
that.
C
Work
design,
the
terminal
we
have
300
located
for
that
same
thing:
we're
working
with
engineering
and
we're
also
working
with
fly
USA
to
select
engineer
of
record
for
that
to
do
that,
design,
work,
We've
also
purchased
a
new
electric
operated
vehicle
to
replace
the
40
year
old
golf
cart.
C
There
State
gave
us
17
000
for
that,
and
it
should
be
here
in
August
fiscal
year
what
I'm
working
on
right
now
it
sounds
like
I'm
going
to
be
working
on
a
new
Beacon
at
some
point
here,
pretty
quick,
but
we're
looking
at
a
design
and
construct
the
commercial
hangers.
We've
asked
for
three
million
from
the
state
they've,
given
us
679
so
far,
so
those
talks
with
with
my
counterpart
over
at
the
state
are
ongoing.
You
know
we
have
a
couple
different
options
in
mind.
C
You
know
with
very
fly
USA
the
shade
hanger
area,
looking
at
putting
in
some
corporate
hangers
there,
also
adding
one
down
by
the
other
two
corporate
hangers.
Now,
depending
on
how
much
money,
okay,
it
depends
on
what
what
all
we
can
do
parking
lot
expansion.
They
have
not
given
us
any
money
on
that.
But
I've
asked
for
800
000
we're
looking
at
starting
that
next
year,
expanding
the
parking
lot
at
the
airport
and
rehab
and
what's
there
now
any
questions
or
so
far,
I
know
I'm
going
fast.
The.
C
That
is
probably
going
to
be
an
option
without
a
design.
It's
hard
to
say
exactly.
You
know
what
that
would
look
like,
but
yeah
there's
a
chance
that
those
five
sheds,
five
Portable
Buildings,
could
be
moved
for
the
expansion
yeah.
C
C
C
A
C
All
of
these
things
that
you
guys
what
I
can
do
is
I'll
send
you
over
the
jset
I'll
send
each
of
you
the
copy
of
it
of
where
we're
at
and
the
years
it's
programmed
in
when
it
comes
to
specific
dates.
It's
hard
because
it's
you
know
annual.
Oh.
A
C
Yeah
and
I
mean
the
biggest
part,
is
getting
this
grants
and
then
getting
them
in
front
of
council
when
approved,
and
then
you
can
start
the
project
and
start
the
work
so
hire
the
engineer
firm
to
do
the
work
and
everything
else
so
yeah
it
just
it
takes
time.
It's
a
process,
no.
A
F
G
C
A
F
C
B
B
F
C
So,
moving
to
fiscal
year,
25,
two
years
down
the
road
we've
asked
the
state
for
money
to
paint
the
markings
for
the
runways
and
the
taxiways
asking
for
forty
thousand
dollars
of
unit
to
us.
So
that's
something
that's
going
to
be
in
two
years:
we'll
redo
all
the
striping
I,
don't
know
the
runways
and
taxiways
I've
talked
to
my
counterpart
out
of
FAA.
C
C
D
D
When
they
give
you
money
for
our
terminal,
we.
C
Did
not
receive
any
funding
from
FAA
put
things
done
through
the
state
Florida
department
for
the
terminal
in
2025.?
No,
that's
a
state.
Okay,.
C
C
I've
also
I,
know
that
you
guys
have
seen
bill
here
quite
a
bit
Bill's
going
to
be
a
big
part
of
this
team
during
this
transition
and
there'll
be
some
items
that
you
know
when
we
come
up
here.
He'll
discuss
some
of
the
items,
so
I
just
wanted
to
introduce
Bill
and
let
him
talk
a
little
bit
about
himself.
H
Like
Mike
I'll
keep
a
brief
I've
been
with
Marine
Aviation
since
December
of
last
year,
so
coming
on
eight
months
now,
roughly
eight
months
prior
to
that
I
did
work
for
the
city
of
Clearwater
and
law
enforcement.
I
was
a
sergeant
for
co-order,
PD
and
retired.
After
25
years,
I
ran
the
Marine
unit
for
four
years,
and
Gandy
was
very
involved
in
the
Marine
units.
H
So
he
kind
of
brought
me
on
board
primarily
for
the
marinas,
but
Mike's
been
bringing
me
along
to
all
the
Florida
Aviation
steering
committee
meetings
and
I'm
trying
to
learn
as
much
as
I
can
about
the
Air
Park
as
well.
Like
he
said,
I'll
be
taken,
lead
on
some
of
these
projects
and
presenting
them
to
you.
Okay,.
H
C
A
All
right
we're
just
moving
right
along
so
do
we
have
any,
because
that
would
like
to
liked
items
and
all
no
nope
nope,
no
I
just
had
the
one
item
that
I
mentioned
earlier
that
Miss
Frog.
Maybe
you
can
answer
this
as
far
as
when
the
council
would
like
us
to
present
to
them
on
our
updates
from
the
past
year.
We
did
it
in
November,
originally
scheduled
last
year,
although
we
postponed
it
until
I,
say,
came
out,
came
on
board.
G
I
know
that
those
come
at
the
end
of
the
year
from
all
the
boards
I,
don't
know
who
sets
them.
I,
don't
know
if
it's
somebody
in
the
manager's
office,
but.
C
We
said
like
we
will
but
okay
I
I,
don't
I
haven't
been
privy
to
any
of
those
emails,
so
I
I,
don't
know
if
they're
doing
it
this
year
or
when.
A
G
C
Us
know
yeah
absolutely
I'll,
I'll
email,
you,
the
Jason,
the
parking
lot
question
and
okay.
