Last
year
in
this
will
stay
added.
Next
today
is
Saturday
and
Sunday.
It's
a
it's
a
really
big
event,
but
this
year,
they're
just
gonna.
Have
it
they're
gonna
go
back
to
just
having
their
honest
Saturday
and
it's
a
really
big
event,
and
it
really
disrupts
the
noise
and
the
crowds
parking.
So
we
always
close
for
that
event
and
then
the
Jazz
Fest
in
October
as
well.
We
close
early
on
the
Thursday
the
opening
day
at
2
o'clock,
and
then
we
close
all
day
on
Saturday
during
the
Jazz
Fest.
So
we've
got
pregnant.
C
C
C
Disgust
Pinellas
public
library,
operative,
countywide
development
staff
development,
a
this
is
the
first
year
that
our
cooperative
is
gonna.
Do
a
countywide
staff
development,
which
I
think
is
a
great
idea,
because
we
don't
always
get
together.
The
directors
do,
but
our
staff
don't
always
get
together.
C
C
The
theme
this
year
was
space,
so
it
really
allowed
for
a
variety
of
different
programming
opportunities.
For
example,
we
did
telescope
programs
where
we
go
outside
or
not
need
a
second
go
outside
and
look
at
the
Sun
and
the
moon
and
and
what
not
so
the
kids
and
with
crafts
that
with
it.
So
it
was
really
just
a
great
theme
and
again
so
many
children
and
teens
and
Families
really
enjoyed.
C
The
summer
break
spot,
which
we
have
here
right
outside
in
the
cafe
this
is
our
third
year
of
offering
a
summer
break
spot
and
love.
That
is,
we
offer
lunch
for
children's
children
and
teens,
17
and
hunger,
and
afternoon
snack.
This
is
funded
by
jwb,
the
Junior
junior
Welfare
Board.
So
we're
very
grateful
for
their
support.
I
believe
we
were
averaging
25
to
30
families
a
day,
so
it's
been
just
another
successful
year.
C
D
C
Next,
one
update
library
programs,
you
know
we're
doing
a
variety
of
various
programs.
Work
have
really
heavily
focused
on
our
maker
studio
programming
right
now.
As
you
know,
we
have
four
different,
distinct
Studios,
the
art
studio.
We
have
youth
services,
discovery,
studio,
third
floor
innovation,
studio
and
the
fourth
floor,
heritage,
studio
and
we've
just
just
been
adding
more
hardware,
for
especially
in
our
heritage,
studio
to
digitize,
family
treasures,
we're
getting
into
alternative
reality
programs,
and
it's
just
it's
been
great
and
again
we
continually
add
new
services
to
the
studios.
C
Book
clubs
and
author
programs
and
programs
for
children-
and
so
but
this
is
this-
is
their
own
maker
studios
and
are
pretty
pretty
special
and
we're
gonna
start
branching.
We've
already
have
start
branching
them
out
to
other
locations.
In
fact,
North
Greenwood
is
gonna,
start
doing
oral
history
recordings
and
capturing
those
and
digitizing
those.
So
it's
been,
it's
been
really.
A
C
An
update
on
library
foundation,
they
did
not
meet
the
summer,
they
should
typically
don't
meet
in
the
summer.
Their
next
meeting
was
August
7th,
so
I
don't
really
have
an
update
from
from
the
foundation
other
than
our
volunteer
coordinator
Graham,
which
they
partly
fund
has
been
going
smoothly.
We
have
so
many
volunteers
that
help
out,
and
so
that's
been
going
very
very
smoothly.
So
that's
we
couldn't
do
all
that.
We
do
with
our
wonderful
volunteers.
C
A
C
C
A
C
D
C
So
what
our
plan
is
right
now
is
to
try
to
get
more
people
along
closer
to
either
completion
or
95
percent
completion
and
hopefully
have
a
graduation
ceremony
sometime
this
fall,
so
we
have
staff
looking
into
where
we
are
in
the
student
status
and
then
planning
a
graduation
moving
forward.
If
we
decide
to
continue
this
program,
we
would
have
to
find
alternative
funding
for
scholarships
and
I.
Think
I
reported
previously
and
previously
made
that
a
scholarship
costs
about
$1,200.
C
C
B
C
A
C
A
C
Aren't
you
miss
right
now,
magic
there,
water
main
library,
feasibility
study,
I,
did
a
presentation,
June
17th
to
the
City
Council,
and
so
they
overwhelmingly
supported
moving
forward
with
the
renovations
from
the
main
library
right
now.
We're
engineering-
and
this
is
a
city
manager,
doing
some
pre-work
pulling
permits
and
working
out
the
funding,
structure
and
whatnot.
So
all
I
know
is
I.
Don't
have
a
firm
timeline
when
this
would
begin,
but
the
last
I
heard
would
be
sometime
in
in
2020,
which
is
right
around
the
corner.
C
A
lot
of
moving
parts
in
this
project,
I'm
sure
you've
seen
the
plans
and
its
major
renovations
to
this
library.
So
I
don't
know
if
they
can
do
it
in
parts
and
we
can
still
remain
open
or
if
we
have
to
shut
down
and
relocate
I
mean
these
are
all
questions
I'm
asking
and
they
just
don't
know
right
so
as
soon
as
I
know
more
maybe
by
our
next
meeting.
C
A
First
of
all,
I
would
simply
like
to
commend
the
library
system
for
its
summer
programs,
especially
feeding
the
kids
in
need.
That
is
a
need
that
we
are
now
meeting
at
least
to
some
extent
I'm
very
pleased
about
that.
So
thank
you
for
all
your
efforts
and
and
I
just
wanted
to
mention
a
friend
of
mine,
expressed
interest
in
the
library
board.
Kathleen
Beckman,
so
I
invited
her
to
come
see
what
the
library
board
talks
about.
A
Can
I
go
back
to
an
edge
and
it's
there
water
for
a
moment,
I.
Remember
speaking
at
a
previous
meeting
about
my
concern
about
loss
of
parking
spots.
Where
does
that
stand
now
in
the
plant?
I
really
didn't
see,
I
thought
I
saw
that
we
were
losing
some,
but
I,
don't
know.
If
that's
accurate,
do
you
know.
C
Probably
won't
be
losing
that
many
spaces,
but
we
don't
know
the
impact
the
overall
impact,
the
activation
of
the
park.
The
parking
is
always
been
my
concern
and
it's
still
my
concern.
Now
we
have
some
challenges,
especially
now.
The
Chambers
is
here
is
in
this
room,
but
any
chance
I
get
I
mentioned
Park
Weaver
I
know
they
did
apartment
study
to
look
for
areas
in
near
and
around
downtown
bison
parking
alternatives.
I,
don't
know
the
outcome
I'm.
C
B
C
There
are
many
one
big
one
is
we
have
another
if
you've
ever
been
to
our
fifth
floor,
rooftop
terrace,
it's
it's
an
area
that
we
do
offer
some
programs,
but
we're
very
limited,
because
we
don't
have
staff
to
have
it
open
all
the
time.
So
it's
it's
kind
of
an
underused
area
and
it
has
one
of
the
best
views
of
Clearwater.
C
C
So
just
it
would
dramatically
move,
but
it
would
move
Southwest
and
then,
where
our
front
entrances
and
to
the
corner
here
would
be
proposing
a
gallery
space
or
an
open
space.
So
that
sort
of
like
2nd,
2nd
century
studios,
if
you've
been
there,
so
we
could
have
nice
art
displays
and
different
events.
We
can
have
it
as
a
programming
space.
C
The
other
big
change
is
actually
this
room,
but
we
can't
really
touch
this
room
until
chambers
moves
out
and
then
a
five-year
lease,
so
they
made
this
room.
They
pushed
it
out
to
toward
Osceola,
so
the
gallery
space
will
be
now
relocated
to
the
front
and
they
would
activate
Alfio
and
then
our
cafe
space
will
get
a
little
smaller
proposed
as
I
grab
and
go
type
of
space
kind
of
like
airports
where
you
can
grab
a
sandwich
or
a
drink
or
whatnot
and.
C
A
C
C
C
Plans
yes,
nothing's
set
in
stone,
they
would
have
to
issue
an
RFQ
for
construction
manager,
risk
and
then
yeah.
There's
somebody
unknown
I
mean
this
is
what
they
proposed
and
so
things
there
might
be
slight
modifications
and
changes,
but
overall
I
mean
I.
Think
that's.
It
really
takes
what
was
once
was
now
a
conventional
library
built
15
years
ago
and
really
is
smaller
than
icing,
the
library
for
or
needs
for,
today's
needs,
but
it's
the
major
renovation
yeah
and
six
and
a
half
million
dollars.
So.
