So, like the more we move and make the more we keep active, you know the more we can feel better. We can stay healthy, I.

Love to see them to get active to get busy with their time because after retirement, they don't have nothing to do so. They come here. They get socialization with the other participants and they get sick. They get healthy. They love it and I love to see that.

Some of them, you know they don't have family around, so they come here and they they find some friends and then they get active.

I love my job I know that I'm doing something good for other people. You know helping other people.
