A
Welcome
to
CC
GTV
the
ki
Columbus
beautiful,
ARF,
nose,
I'm
Gloria,
Weston,
smart,
the
director
for
keep
Columbus
beautiful,
and
for
those
of
you
all
who
are
tuning
in
for
the
very
first
time
and
I
hope
it's
not
a
lot
of
you
I'll.
Our
mission
is
to
engage
in
educate
individuals
to
be
better
stewards
to
our
environment
by
eliminating
litter
and
blight,
protecting
our
environment
and
really
just
being
a
good
steward.
A
So
we
are
coming
to
you
each
week
just
to
give
you
information
so
that
you'll
be
able
to
be
a
better
Stewart
to
our
environment.
We
always
like
to
invite
guests
to
have
information
that
they
can
share
to
help
you
to
do
so
too.
So,
just
remember
that
if
you
have
not
started
recycling,
you
can
download
3x1
the
citizen
service
center
and
just
request
your
blue
bin
today,
and
that
will
be
one
way
that
you
can
start
being
a
good
Stewart
to
our
environment.
A
B
B
A
B
C
B
Making
sure
that
no
dirts
leaving
the
site
and
getting
into
our
waterways
making
sure
nothing's
getting
spilled
into
stormwater
and
things
like
that
awesome
now.
How
long
have
you
been
doing
that
mostly
so
just
started
with
construction?
A
couple
weeks
ago,
almost
previously,
with
ms4
but
I've,
been
with
Fort
Benning
for
a
little
over
two
years
now,
one-four.
C
C
B
B
C
A
Actually,
our
event
is
scheduled
for
October
the
12th
and
the
13th
yeah
on
the
12th
will
actually
encouraging
students
across
this
tri
community
to
clean
up
on
the
school
campuses
and
then
on
the
13th
on
Saturday.
That
is
our
community-wide
cleanup
and
our
watershed
festival,
and
so
no
buts
forbidden
is
always
cleaned
up
on
a
different
date.
Yes,.
A
B
C
A
A
In
Google
kik
Columbus
beautiful,
because
ours
is
really
long
and
then
you
can
or
you
can
go
to
the
Facebook
page
and
register,
and
it's
so
important
for
us
to
try
and
get
as
many
people
engaged
as
possible.
We
were
so
excited.
Last
year
we
had
an
increase
of
a
lot
of
people
from
the
Harris
County
area
to
support
our
efforts,
and
so
it's
important
for
us
to
do
all
that.
A
We
can
do
and
engage
as
many
people
as
possible,
and
so
one
of
the
other
ways
that
we'd
love
for
our
listening
and
viewing
audience
to
do
is
that
you
know
your
front
yard
is
the
entrance
to
your
home.
We
would
love
for
you
all
to
have
a
community
cleanup.
That's
right
there
out
your
back
door
out
your
front
door,
so
you
can
clean
up.
A
If
you'd
like
to
have
some
supplies,
you
can
call
3-1-1
and
x4
king
columbus
beautiful
and
they
will
actually
bring
us
and
we'll
be
able
to
set
you
up
and
can
also
give
you
gloves
and
trash
bags
so
that
you
can
be
a
part
of
this
effort.
It's
so
important
for
us
all
right.
Is
there
anything,
that's
that
you
like
just
say,
Melissa
you
like
to
share
with
this
audience.
Oh.
B
A
B
C
Of
us
share
responsibility
to
keep
Columbus
beautiful.
You
may
not
intend
to
litter,
but
if
you're
not
securing
the
items
in
the
back
of
your
pickup
truck,
you
may
be
contributing
to
the
problem.
Please
don't
use
your
truck
bed
as
a
mobile
trashcan.
It
doesn't
take
much
for
the
debris
to
blow
out
on
our
roadways,
causing
it
unsightly
and
hazardous
mess.
Law
enforcement
is
out
ticketing
litterbugs.
So
do
your
part
secure
your
load.
Nobody
likes
the
litter
bug.
Welcome.
A
Back
to
CCG
TV
to
keep
Columbus
beautiful
arf
note
saying,
as
I
mentioned
earlier,
I'm
Gloria,
Weston,
smart
and
I
have
a
wonderful
guest.
We've
been
working
together
for
probably
or
maybe
seven
or
eight
years
or
so
Joan
Brent.
He
was
out
at
fort
benning
before
and
now
we
have
scooped
him
up
and
he's
serving
on
the
keep
Columbus
beautiful,
Key,
Palomas
Georgia,
beautiful
Commission.
That's
our
nonprofit
organization.
Welcome
to
our
set
John.
D
A
You
so
much
for
all
that
you
have
done
that
you
are
doing
and
that
you
will
do
to
support,
keep
Columbus
beautiful
in
this
surrounding
area.
Now
now
John,
you
worked
at
fort
benning
before
tell
us
a
little
bit
what
you
did
at
fort
benning
before
we
start
talking
about
what
you're
doing
for
us.
With
this
help
to
huge
effort
in
Harris,
County,
okay,
I
worked.
D
At
Fort,
Benning
and
I
was
in
charge
of
the
environmental
programs
and
for
those
who
might
not
know
about
it,
that
meant
the
forestry
programs,
the
environmental
programs,
the
cultural
resources,
as
well
as
clean
air
and
clean
water.
So
helping
try
to
manage
the
resources
there
and
support
the
military
training
awesome.
A
A
D
I'm
working
with
the
Harris
County
school
systems-
this
is
the
second
year
last
year,
I
met
with
the
teachers
and
wanted
to
know
whether
or
not
they
would
be
interested
in
participating
with
college,
not
too
many
of
them
knew
about
it.
So
this
is
an
opportunity
to
sort
of
educate
the
teachers,
as
well
as
the
students,
and
my
goal
was
about
maybe
500
students,
but
they
more.
They
exceeded
my
expectations.
They
had.
D
A
Awesome,
you
know
the
more
the
merrier
and
you
know
everybody
need
to
know
what
this.
What
they
have
to
huuge
is
what
keeps
Columbus
beautiful
yes
and
they
need
to
be
engaged
because
we
all
need
to
take
on
our
responsibility.
So
tell
us
now
how
many
people
you
think
you're
gonna
have
this
year
right.
D
A
Awesome
awesome
that
is
awesome.
Well,
we
certainly
do
appreciate
your
efforts
and
we
really
appreciate
your
serving
on
their
nonprofit
board
that
helps
us
to
raise
funds
so
that
we'll
be
able
to
to
really
implement
the
programs
and
projects
that
we
have
on
a
regular
basis
and
then
last
year
you
also
did
an
awesome
job
with
our
shoe
recycling
campaign.
So
you
should
tell
us
what
you
did
with
that.
So
that's
because
we've
always
thought
we
have
also
kicked
off
our
shoes,
recycling
campaign,
I'm.
D
A
D
A
There's
no
way
for
us
to
do
it
and
for
it
to
be
successful
without
getting
the
students
involved.
So
we
appreciate
your
effort.
You
know
I
want
to
really
extend
an
invitation
to
you
all
to
to
participate
in
our
recycling
campaign.
It's
so
important
important.
It
is
a
three.
It
has
a
three-fold
purpose.
One
is
to
divert
those
shoes
from
our
landfill.
The
other
one
is
to
give
them
to
someone
who
need
them
so
they're
going
to
third
world
developing
countries
and
then
keep
Columbus
beautiful,
get
its
40
cents
for
each
pound.
A
Of
that
we
actually
turn
in
and
we
take
that
money
and
we
use
that
for
our
program
efforts.
So
it's
important
for
you
all
to
participate.
We've
already
started.
We
have
boxes
that
every
last
one
of
the
fire
stations
in
Columbus
Georgia,
so
you
can
drop
off
your
shoes
any
day
of
the
week
any
time
of
the
day,
and
we
just
asked
you
if
you
would
just
buckle
them
together,
tie
them
together
or
rubber
band
them
together
and
then
drop
them
off.
So
your
we're
looking
for
for
your
participation,
because
we
can't
reach
our
goal.
A
We
want
to
only
collect
30,000
pair
now
and
there's
over
200,000
people
in
Columbus,
so
we
should
be
able
to
do
that.
You
know
with
our
school
participation,
but
we
know
that
we're
gonna
need
your
support,
so
we'd
love
for
you
ought
to
support
us
again.
Our
recycling
campaign
will
not
end
until
Saturday
November
the
17th,
but
during
that
time,
from
this
point
on,
you
can
take
those
shoes
to
any
fire
station
in
Columbus.
Georgia,
all
right
make
sure
you
stay
tuned
John.
We
appreciate
you
being
here
and
we'll
look
forward
to
you.
A
E
C
Of
us

You

A
Back
to
CC
GTV
that
keep
Columbus
beautiful
earth
notes,
you
know,
I
told
you
I
had
a
wonderful
guest
and
we're
so
excited
about
this
young
lady,
because
she's
just
been
recently
appointed
to
the
keep
Columbus
beautiful
commissioned
by
City
Council,
and
she
was
recruited
by
one
of
our
current
commissioners
that
works
out
at
Columbus
State
University,
dr.
Bridget
downs.
Thank
you
for
being
with
us
a
Lori
Smithson.
Yes,.
A
Doing
well,
thank
you
for
being
with
us.
We
appreciate
it
and
let
me
thank
you
ahead
of
time
for
giving
them
your
time,
your
talent
and
your
resources
to
keep
Columbus
beautiful,
because
we
need
you.
We
need
people
who
care
about
our
environment
and
who
want
to
make
a
difference,
and
so
we
thank
you
for
agreeing
to
serve
on
our
board
and
for
what
you're
getting
ready
to
do.
A
E
A
A
E
E
A
Wonderful
yeah
well
welcome
to
Columbus
it's
a
wonderful
place
to
live,
play
and
worship.
That's
what
I
always
say
a
great
place
for
family.
We
are
excited
that
you
have
been
a
part
of
our
board.
You
came
right
on
even
before
you
was
actually
sworn
in
and
went
to
work.
You
helped
with
our
grease
and
drug
collection
right.
E
A
E
Was
great
fun
we
were
out
there
in
the
parking
lot
at
Big
Lots
with
our
tent
and
other
volunteers
and
other
commissioners
and
Bridget
yes,
widget
down,
says
a
personal
friend
of
mine
also-
and
it
was
just
very
intriguing
to
me
to
see
how
our
community
accumulates
all
these
drugs
yeah
it's.
It
was
vast
numbers,
we're
not
talking
about
one
little
small
pill
bottle
we're
talking
about
garbage
bags
in.
D
E
A
A
E
E
A
But
now
it's
important
for
you
all
to
know
that
we
are
going
to
be
collecting
men,
women,
boys
and
girls,
shoes
all
styles
and
any
size
as
long
as
they
are
in
pretty
good
condition,
because
I
mentioned
earlier
that
we're
going
to
send
those
shoes
to
someone
who
can
use
them
in
third
world
developing
countries.
So
it's
important
for
us
to
just
make
sure
that
we
don't
just
bring
shoes
out
that
are
torn
up
or
just
discolored.
A
We
need
to
make
sure
that
we
put
some
shoes
in
there
that
someone
can
use,
and
we
are
so
appreciative
of
you
coming
onboard
and
I'm
already
identified
where
you're
going
to
get
your
shoes
from
so
we're.
Looking
forward
to
that,
and
just
remember
now,
you
all
can
recycle
shoes.
It's
important.
We
started
this
program,
we
kicked
it
off
on
the
5th
of
September
and
it's
gonna
roll
on
until
the
Saturday
November,
the
17th
and
we're
gonna
have
a
community-wide
drop-off
on
that
particular
day.
A
But
you
all
can
take
those
shoes
to
anyone,
large
fire
stations
throughout
Columbus
and
just
drop
them
off,
and
you
know,
fire
stations
are
just
teach
strategically
placed
in
each
one
of
the
districts
areas,
and
so
it's
important
for
us
to
have
ways
where
it
will
be
easy
for
people
to
participate,
and
that
makes
it
easy
and
we
think
the
fire
department
for
allowing
us
to
working
with
us
coming
on
board.
And
so
we
thank
them,
and
we
thank
you
too.
Thank
you
and
we
appreciate
you
coming
in
today.
A
One
of
the
reason
why
is
so
important
for
you
to
be
here
is
that
we
want
our
viewing
audience
to
know
the
people
who
are
serving
as
their
commissioner
on
the
Columbus
beautiful
Commission
board,
and
so
thank
you
for
introducing
yourself
and
coming
in
with
a
lot
of
energy
and
just
taking
off.
So
we
look
forward
to
you
coming
back
on
our
set
and
we
are
so
excited
about
what
you're
going
to
do
to
help
us
keep
Columbus
beautiful
now.
A
Just
remember
you
all
can
do
the
very
same
help
us
to
keep
Columbus
beautiful,
make
sure
that
you
are
recycling
if
you're,
not
down
3-1-1
the
citizen
service
center
and
request
a
ban.
Also,
you
all
are
the
ears,
the
eyes,
the
mouth,
the
hands
and
the
feet
for
our
environment.
It's
so
important
for
us
to
take
care
of
what
gives
us
life
and
that's
why
I
enjoy
what
we
were
doing
because
we're
taking
care
of
what
gives
us
life,
not
some
quality
of
life,
but
gives
us
life.
