C
A
F
A
How
does
it
feel
like
what?
What
what
did
you
first
think
when
they
called
your
name
like,
because
I
knew
it
was
down
to
two
or
three
people?
So
what
what
did
it
feel
like
when
they
actually
called
your
name.
F
A
F
Okay,
I've
only
been
teaching.
This
completes
my
fourth
year,
wow
I,
was
in
social
work
for
the
longest
and
I
was
doing
group
counseling
and,
as
a
group
counselor,
what
I
did
was
I
was
working
with
a
men
support
group,
and
at
that
time
one
young
man
brought
his
daughter
and
so
bringing
her
there
I
helped
tutor
her
on
the
side
which
helped
him
to
want
to
get
his
life
together
together,
even
more,
and
so
from
that
moment,
when
he
graduated.
A
F
A
That
is
awesome,
I,
remember
just
watching
all
the
love
that
you
received
that
day
and
I
thought.
Oh,
my
God.
This
is
amazing.
It
was
an
amazing
event,
so
I'm
glad
that
you
were
chosen-
and
you
did
such
a
great
job
on
your
speech,
so
I
do
want
to
talk
about
the
different
techniques
from
about
when
teaching.
So
when
you
first
start
from
when
you
first
started
teaching
four
years
ago,
what
has
changed
during
that
time?
A
F
Are
learning
I
think
the
biggest
thing
that
I
do
is
get
to
know
my
students
first
and
foremost,
because
certain
strategies
and
skills
may
work
for
some,
but
not
for
all.
So
it's
super
important
that
I
get
to
know
each
and
every
child
and
then
I
adapt
whatever
skill
or
strategy
that
I
know
will
best
fit
that
child
individually
and
then
I.
Look
at
the
whole
of
my
entire
class.
A
F
Amazing,
in
that
initially
I
didn't
even
even
know
that
that
was
what
I
was
doing,
was
personalized
learning
I
just
thought:
hey
I
needed
to
get
to
know
this
student
so
that
I
can
help
them
the
best
way.
So
when
I
finally
realized
there
was
an
actual
title
to
it
and
was
able
to
get
even
more
strategies,
it
really
took
my
teaching
ability
to
the
next
level.
I
feel
like
I
can
make
so
much
more
of
an
impact
with
personalized
learning.
A
Really
that
is
awesome
and
that's
good
to
know,
since
it's
just
being
implemented
like
last
year,
you've
all
you,
you
have
already
been
doing
it,
so
that
is
awesome.
So
is
there
anything
or
any
advice
you
can
give
to
upcoming
teachers
or
young
people
that
are
in
school
that
are
Inspire
aspiring
to
be
a
teacher?
Do
you
have
any
advice
for
them.
F
Yes,
I
think
the
biggest
piece
of
advice
that
I
can
give
new
and
upcoming
teachers
would
be
to
go
with
your
heart.
Go
with
your
good
and
do
what
is
needed
for
your
class
and
the
data
will
begin
to
show.
But
you
have
to
love
on
them.
Babies
way
more
than
you
are
able
to
do
anything
else,
because
you
have
to
be
able
to
help
them
with
those
skills
and
they
will
get
to
a
place
where
they
trust
you,
because
of
the
love
that
you
show
them.
F
F
To
parents
I
would
just
like
to
say
thank
you
for
investing
in
your
children
with
us
as
we
strive
to
take
the
students
to
the
next
level.
Thank
you
for
all
of
your
support
at
home
and
behind
the
scenes.
Also
thank
you
to
the
community
and
the
stakeholders
and
everybody
that
is
invested
in
our
students,
as
well
as
our
teachers.
And,
of
course,
thank
you
to
me
who
gave
me
this
opportunity
and
this
platform
to
be
able
to
share
the
goodness
and
the
light.
That's
within.
A
A
I
City,
this
is
a
great
venue
for
showcasing
our
art.
That
would
not
have
been
possible
without
Kevin
green
doing
this
as
part
of
his
Boy
Scout
Eagle
Scout
project,
in
partnership
with
the
Columbus
Civic
Center
and,
of
course,
the
Muscogee
County
School
District
helping
him
to
complete
this
project,
a
really
significant
achievement
for
for
sure.
But
now
we
are
going
to
be
able
to
Showcase
Talent
from
our
high
schools
throughout
the
district
as
they
rotate
their
artwork
through
on
their
rotation.
So.
I
Center
well
anytime,
an
artist
can
display
their
work
for
others
to
see.
I
think
that's
tremendous.
It's
a
great
accomplishment
for
them
individually,
but
also
it
helps
to
just
enhance
the
Aesthetics
of
the
Civic
Center,
and
let
the
community
see
that
our
we
have
tremendously
gifted
and
talented
artists
right
here
in
our
own
school
system.
That.
A
I
We're
always
looking
for
opportunities
to
showcase
our
talented
students,
as
we
already
have
several
of
our
music
groups
that
go
out
and
perform
in
various
venues
at
different
times
throughout
the
city
for
various
celebrations.
So
anytime
we
can
expand
those
venues
to
include
visual
Performing,
Arts
Visual
Arts,
whatever
it
might
be.
We
want
to
do
that,
and
this
is
one
more
opportunity
to
showcase
our
talent
and
our
students.
I
C
A
J
When
Kevin
explained
why
he
wanted
to
do
this
project
for
having
his
play
at
the
Atlanta
airport,
he
was
so
very
proud
that
people
got
a
chance
to
see
his
his
creative
talents
and
he
wanted
to
have
that
opportunity
for
other
students
in
the
Columbus
area.
So
he
wanted
a
public
place
where
the
art
can
be
displayed
and
that
students
from
all
of
the
schools
will
have
the
same
opportunities
that
he
enjoyed
at
the
Atlanta
airport
and
what
better
place
than
the
Civic
Center
the
center
of
it
all.
Here.
J
I'm
extremely
proud
of
because
Kevin
has
been
a
Boy
Scout
for
a
long
long
time
and
Auntie
has
brought
a
lot
of
that
bar.
J
And
we
try
to
do
everything
we
can
to
support
our
young
people,
particularly
when
they
are
trying
to
Garner
the
skills
and
the
characteristics
of
a
strong
leader
and
that's
what
Kevin
is
trying
to
do
as
part
of
Boy
Scouts
and
it's
been
great
for
him.
It's
been
a
great
program
and
he's
been
a
scout
since
he
was
like
five
so
so.
I
I
applaud
that
his
his
troop
leaders
and
all
of
the
people
that
work
with
them
for
what
they
have
done
and
it's
just
a
great
day.
What.
A
J
I
think
this
is
will
be
another
incentive
for
those
students
who
have
artistic
talents
at
the
various
high
schools,
because
the
schools
will
choose
which
students
work
will
go
on
display,
so
I
think
it
will
provide
an
additional
incentive
for
them
to
give
their
best
work
and
to
think
outside
the
box
show
their
individuality
and
creativity
and
so
that
they
can
be
on
the
wall
here
as
part
of
the
gallery.
That's.
A
C
A
H
H
A
H
It
was
like
more
based
off,
like
my
experiences
as
like
young
artists,
to
being
like
there's,
not
really
many
opportunities,
but
like
art,
artists
like
hang
up
work
other
than
like
school
events
like
the
school
Museum.
There's
not
really
a
lot
of
events,
so
I
wanted
something
for,
like
other
young
artists,
can
publish
their
work.
Basically
Okay.
