planning
advisory
commission
meeting
to
order
official
start
of
this
meeting
is

Would

Uptown

District.
Currently,
a
tattoo
and
body
piercing
shop

only
permitted

General,
commercial
GC
and
no
other
zoning
District.
This
would
allow
it
to
come
in
as
a
special
exception
use
not
permitted
outright
so
itself
to
go
through
the
Planning
Commission
city
council
process
for
each
one.

hoping
will
also

the
hours

I

quite
a
bit
of
property
in
Harris
County
and
everything
and
I've
run
a
lot
of
it
out,
and
everything
and
I
am

This
I
own

business
down
on
10th,
Street
and
I
on
9th
Street.
This
business
I'm
noticing
that
there's
a
lot
of
space
down
there.
It's
for
rent
it's
coming
vacant
because
of
the
government
center
being
relocated
for
a
period
of
time.

had
to
clean
up
a
couple
times
because
of
the
homeless,
people
that
are
trying
to
sleep
along
that
area
and
everything,
and
if
we
can
get
somebody
down
there
with
a
good
business
that
this
lady
wants

able
to
clean
up
a
little
bit
earlier
and

up

lot

and
her
husband

dealt
with
Calhoun
for
leasing
this
property

they
called
me

they
called
me
about
a
lot
of
people
wanting
to
lease
this
property.

of
people
didn't
have
their
ducks
in
a
row.
These
people
have
their
Ducks
they're,
smart
business
people
and
they're

clean
professional
people.

said,

would
be
four
employees,
and
she
has
told
me
that
these
are
appointment
only
so
there
is
ample
parking.

that
is

plan

a
daycare
owner
who
was
unsure
of
what
this
is
going
to
look
like
what
operations
are
going
to
be
held.
What
parents
of
the
children
being
dropped
off
will
think
and
that
the
is
not
conducive
to
the
area,
and
that
is
all
the
the
calls
I
received.
