Good

the

There
are
some
traffic

with

will

D
A
E
E
I,
currently
own
two
restaurants
in
town
and
a
food
truck
and
parking
has
always
been
an
issue
so
on
this.
One
I
would
like
it
to
have
plenty
of
parking
for
everyone,
because
I
do
lose
out
on
some
customers,
because
I
don't
have
enough
parking
at
Minnie's,
Uptown,
restaurant
or
the
chicken
ladies
Coop,
so
first
thing
I
wanted
to
ensure
that
this
one
had
plenty
of
parking.
F
E
E
F
I
have
a
question
for
staff.
As
far
as
the
traffic
analysis
goes,
it
seems
like
restaurant
traffic
would
be
concentrated
lunchtime
and
dinner
time
and
all
the
other
buildings
around
there
seem
to
be
businesses
that
would
have
a
more
even
flow
through
the
day.
Does
the
traffic
analysis
look
at
that,
or
does
it.
D
It
does
it
actually
goes
into
great
detail
on
the
type
of
restaurant,
whether
it's
upscale
or
fast
casual.
There
are
a
lot
of
factors
and
it
goes
quite
into
depth
on
the
type
of
restaurant.
The
reason
this
is
so
high
for
the
average
annual
daily
trips
is
because
the
entire
13-acre
property
would
be
rezoned.
General,
commercial
and
the
restaurant
site
is
just
a
small
part
of
that.
Okay,.
F
So
it's
I
guess
the
thing
is:
if
it's
rezoned,
they
could
always
wind
up
putting
in
a
whole
lot
more
restaurants
than
they
plan
and
that
could
cause
traffic
impact.
D
E
E
Because
the
complex
is,
it
looks
to
be
around
five
five
acres,
so
yes,
Security
will
be
needed.

21
property
owners
were
notified,
I
received
one
call
and
one
email
in
opposition
in
the
phone
call.
The
concerns
discussed
were
crime,
traffic
and
wildlife
in
the
email.
The
oppositions
discussed
were
lower
home
values,
noise,
traffic
and
child
safety.
Concerning
a
school
bus
across
the
street
into
Robin's
Nest
subdivision
the
proposed
GC
zoning
will
apply
to
parcel
a
which
will
be
2.5
acres.
Three
commercial
buildings
are
proposed:
a
retail,
an
Urgent
Care
Pharmacy
and
restaurant.
L
It's
five
acres
on
Schomburg
Road,
as
the
planning
department
said,
and
so
that
this
is
the
property
here
that
we're
talking
about
in
just
north
of
this
property
is
the
interchange
with
with
J.R
Allen
Parkway,
where
the
off
ramps
are
getting
onto
Schaumburg,
Road
and
then
a
little
further
north,
of
course,
is
the
Public's
development
and
all
those
things
excuse
me.
L
Okay
and
as
as
the
planning
department
said,
this
is
a
five
acre
site
and
we're
attempting
to
rezone
it
into
two
separate
site,
two
separate
Parcels,
one
of
which
would
be
a
commercial
parcel
two
and
a
half
acres.
And
then
the
remaining
two
and
a
half
acres
roughly
would
be
the
multi-family
piece.
L
And
so,
as
as
planning
said,
the
subject
property
is
there,
and
this
is
the
zoning
map.
And
so,
as
you
see,
the
red
is
the
GC
and
the
brown
is
the
or
I
guess
the
the
darker
brown
is
the
is
the
multi-family
uses
around
the
property
and
then,
of
course,
across
the
street.
L
You
have
the
lighter
shade
of
yellowish
Brown,
which
is
single
family,
residential
and
then
future
land
use,
as
planning
mentioned,
it
is
mixed,
it
is
contemplated,
it
would
be
for
mixed
use,
which
is
consistent
with
the
with
the
development
that's
being
proposed.
This
is
the
site
plan
of
the
development.
L
You'll
see
the
three
commercial
buildings
in
the
front
and
then
the
six
multi-family
buildings
in
the
back
there,
and
then
they
just
can
close
up
renderings
of
those
and
as
you
can
see,
those
are
you
know,
nice
nicely
done
and
they'll
be
brick
and
all
those
things.
So
they
should
be
a
very
nice,
very
nice
buildings.
L
As
far
as
economic
impact
goes,
this
rezoning
would
have
a
positive
economic
impact
in
the
fact
that
there'd
be
there'd,
be
some
sales
tax
revenue
and
things
of
that
nature
in
relation
to
the
businesses
that
finally
go
into
the
front
portion
and
then
also
some
job
creation
in
terms
of
the
construction
phase
and
then
also
subsequently,
when
the
when
the
development
is
complete,
you'd
have
jobs
in
the
in
the
commercial
spaces
and
then
also
maybe
some
jobs
in
the
leasing
office
of
the
residential
area.
L
G
L
I
mean
obviously
I
think
it'll
it'll
traffic
will
increase
from
a
vacant
property
to
a
property
that
is
being
used
for
a
use
such
as
this,
but
but
I
you
know,
I
live
out
in
that
area
and
I'd,
say
Schomburg
Road
is
in
the
morning
time
and
in
the
afternoons
is
there's
a
lot
of
traffic
on
that
road,
already
going
back
and
forth
to
Warm,
Springs,
Road
and,
and
you
know,
Blackman
Road
and
all
those
areas
there's
depending
on
the
time
of
day
there.
L
A
M
M
M
and
it
really
needs
to
be
slower
already
and
there
is
an
immense
amount
of
traffic.
My
other
concern
is
that
there
are
50
homes
in
our
neighborhood
and
only
about
a
third
of
the
homes
got
notification
of
this
rezoning
and
so
that
there
would
would
have
probably
been
been
more
input.
I
also
have,
as
the
secretary
I
didn't
get
notice,
but
I
had
Neighbors
at
the
front
of
the
front
of
the
community
who
sent
me
a
list
of
questions.
M
A
M
Okay,
so
the
question
about
how
much
traffic
is
Schaumburg,
Road,
I
I,
understood
that
something
about
49
trips
currently
increasing
to
610
trips.
I,
don't
understand
exactly
what
that
means
as
opposed
to,
but
it's
it's
a
it's
more
than
what
five
times
more
on
traffic.
It's
just
my
fibo
math
will
the
speed
limit
be
changed
with?
M
Will
Schomburg
Road
be
widened
and
if
so,
how
many
lanes
and
I
know
these
are
things
that
you
probably
don't
have
answers
for,
but
I'm
just
going
to
go
ahead
on
one
more
and
we'll
sidewalks
be
added
because
they're
there
are
kids
walking
back
and
forth
to
the
high
school
kids.
We
see
high
school
kids
walking.
We
fortunately
don't
see
elementary
school
kids
walking
to
the
school,
but
it's
already
pretty
dangerous
and
there's
no
sidewalks
where
and
where
will
the
entrance
be
to
these
facilities?
M
M
What
considerations
will
be
given
to
the
residents
of
the
Robin's
Nest
and
the
two
churches
on
either
side
of
Robinson's
Nest
who
use
Schomburg
Road?
You
know
entering
Schaumburg
Road
to
get
in
there
for
a
lifetime.
M
What
type
of
businesses
we
really
hope
there
won't
be
a
gas
station
it
we
don't
know
if
there's
a
plan
for
a
gas
station.
M
Somebody
pointed
out
that
Schaumburg
Road
is
not
rated
for
large
commercial
trucks
and
that
there
are
city-wide
guidelines
revised
12
to
15
years
ago,
that
tankers
and
gas
trucks
and
big
trucks
are
not
supposed
to
be
traveling
around
Schaumburg
right
now,
I,
don't
know
how
accurate
that
is.
That
was
from
a
resident.
M
You
know
pointed
that
out,
and
so,
since
the
tax
revenue
will
be
increased,
if
this
goes
in,
will
it
will
it
help
us
senior
citizens
and
lower
our
property
taxes
any
or
is
it
going
to
increase
our
property
taxes?
M
I
mean
what
what
kind
of
impact
is
it
going
to
have
on
the
current
residence
and
and
I
do
realize?
We
do
all
realize
that
that
land?
You
know
it
was
nice
when
it
was
a
farm
for
so
long.
It
was
very
nice
to
have
a
farm
across
the
street,
but
we
know
that
something's
got
to
go
in
there,
but
we
just
really
concerned
about
the
traffic
and
in
that
in
congestion
in
that
area.
If
anybody
has
ever
tried
to
get
out
of
Robin's
Nest,
they
know
that
it
is
not
a
safe
place
to
be.
M
There
is
a
turn
lane
going
in,
so
you
feel
a
little
bit
better.
You
know
going
in
from
Schaumburg
Road
I
mean
from
J.R
Allen,
but
going
out
to
go
towards
J.R
Allen
is
a
nightmare
and
those
are
our
concerns.
I,
don't
know
if
you
can
address
any
of
them
now,
but
we
just
wanted
it
and
again.
This
is
many
people.
You
know
it
was
not
I,
don't
think
the
distribution
of
the
information
was
fairly
put
out.
You
know
the
circle
drawn
on
the
map
shows
how
many
houses
were
left
off.
A
I
would
say
this
anything
outside
the
purview
of
rezoning.
The
property
would
fall
outside
of
this
commission,
like
your
traffic,
your
sidewalks,
the
widening
of
the
road.
We
have
no
control
over
that
we're
here
to
rezone
a
piece
of
property,
so
I
want
to
jam.
You
know
that's
our
answer.
Unfortunately.
A
Is
anybody
else
got
anything
they'd
like
to
add?
Yes,
Mr
Dudley.
F
D
M
L
So
there
were
a
couple
questions,
so
I'll
try
to
address
the
ones
that
haven't
been
addressed
already
and
if
I
missed
one.
Please
tell
me
so
I
guess:
first
as
far
as
the
the
notices
go,
we
we
don't
send
those
notices
out.
The
planning
department
does
and
they
have
you
know
a
set
number
of.
L
However
many
yards
close
enough
to
development
that
those
get
sent
to.
So
that's,
that's,
probably
how
those
notifications
got
sent
out.
So
that's
probably
why
some
folks
were
left
off
as
far
as
the
traffic
improvements
go.
You
know
the
developer,
of
course,
as
Morgan
said,
would
be
willing
to
do
whatever
the
engineering
department
requires
of
the
development.
So
we
you
know
if
engineering
required
that
we,
you
know,
have
an
Excel
Z
cell
Lanes.
L
You
know
left
turn
lane
that
sort
of
thing,
obviously
that's
something
we
would
do
if
we
wanted
to
move
forward
with
the
development
as
far
as
sidewalks
that
that's
something
that
that
our
client
would
probably
be
willing
to
put
in
on
his
side
of
the
road.
I
guess
the
only
issue
at
that
point
is:
do
we
want
to
encourage?
You
know
foot
traffic
across
those
J.R,
Allen,
ramps
and
I.
L
Don't
know
the
answer
to
that,
but
you
know
if
sidewalks
were
something
that
would
that
would
be
better
for
the
you
know
surrounding
residents,
I'm
sure,
that's
something
they'd
be
willing
to
do,
and
then
there
was
one
question
about
a
gas
station.
There
are
no
plans
to
put
a
gas
station
in
this
in
this
development.
We've
I've
personally
been
down
that
road
a
few
times
and
it's
it's
not
a
very
fruitful
Enterprise
right
now,
and
so
that's
that's
not
something
that
we're
looking
to
do
and
as
as
we
mentioned.
L
Obviously
it's
in
the
very
preliminary
stages
because
nothing's
been
built.
Yet
who
knows
what
the
economy
will
look
like
when
it
actually
is
built,
but
but
the
planned
uses
are
you
know
more
of
your
restaurant
Pharmacy
that
that
sort
of
use
and
I
think
something
to
keep
in
mind
with
these
mixed-use
developments?
Is
the
developer
is
incentivized
to
make
sure
that
he
puts
in
good?
L
You
know
good
establishments
on
the
front
end
or
otherwise,
no
one's
going
to
want
to
rent
his
multi-family
stuff
in
the
back,
because
if
there's
a
you
know
tattoo
parlor
in
a
strip
club,
you
know
nothing
against
those.
But
if,
if
those
are
in
the
front
of
the
neighborhood,
people
are
probably
not
going
to
want
to
rent
those
apartments
behind
it,
so
he
he
has
incentive
to.
You
know
there
is
incentive
to
make
sure
that
those
that
those
businesses
aren't
good.
L
For
you
know
those
residential
uses
both
behind
and
you
know-
and
you
know
we
obviously
when
you
build
a
retail
development.
You'd
hope
that
you
know
the
people
directly
across
the
street
would
be
using
that
development
as
well.
So
they'd
want
to
put
something
in
that
would
be
beneficial
to
everyone.
F
Did
you
have
anything
on
the
question
about
entrances?
How
many
entrances
to
the
parliament.
L
I,
don't
if
we
might
could
pull
this
back
up
to
the
site
plan
and
just
see
what
they
have
preliminarily,
but
my
understanding
is
all
that
gets
set
with
the
engineering
department
afterwards,
but
I
think.
As
you
see
here,
it
looks
like
there's.
There's
two
entrances,
maybe
one
over
here
on
the
left
and
then
one
right
just
outside
of
the
picture
on
the
right,
so
I
I
think
that's
probably
the
preliminary
plan
I.
Think
with
that.
M
Well,
I
was
just
I,
threw
a
lot
out
here
and
I,
don't
know
for
sure.
So.
B
L
So
the
way
it's
the
way
it's
preliminarily
they've
got
it
planned
out.
Is
they
think
this?
This
far
right
building
would
be
a
restaurant?
The
middle
would
be
some
sort
of
Pharmacy
and
then
the
far
left
would
be
some
sort
of
retail
pharmacy
type
type
thing
there.
L
B
A
L
I
think
all
we
know
for
now,
as
far
as
the
traffic
goes,
is
that
there
would
be
a
left
turn
lane
into
the
development
required,
so
we'd
obviously
widen
the
road
there.
Oh.
C
L
M
Name
well,
I
have
given
our
input,
we're
concerned
about
the
tax
Revenue
would
increase
and
who
are
who
are
where
our.
N
L
N
L
One
thing
I
may
suggest:
we've
done
this
before
is
maybe,
if,
if
your
HOA
wanted
to
set
up
some
sort
of
meeting
I'd
be
happy
to
come
and
meet
with
y'all,
and
we
could
talk
about
it
a
little
more
to
get
anybody
who's
interested,
they
could
come
and
we
could
talk.
I
think
you
work
with
our
HOA
before.
M
M
B
A
M
O
O
You
know
it's.
It's
pretty
quiet
out
there
now,
but
is
this
going
to
increase
the
crime
rate
and
also
the
noise
level?
It's
pretty
quiet,
it's
country
across
the
street,
from
our
neighborhood,
which
is
nice
when
you
have
Apartments
you
have
that
many
more
people
moving
in
and
it's
going
to
increase
noise
as
well
as
the.
O
A
pharmacy
and
all
that
is
just
going
to
create
noise
and
there's
another
one.
That's
probably
not
really
has
anybody
ever
thought
about
the
wildlife
that
live
in
there
I
don't
like
snakes,
I
mean
I,
really
don't
like
snakes,
and
when
you
have
a
lot
of
construction
going
on.
It's
disturbing
not
only
the
snakes
but
other
Wildlife.
Where
are
they
gonna
go?
A
F
A
A
Q
D
Is
an
undivided
collector
and
for
this
use
the
average
annual
daily
trips
would
not
increase
or
decrease.
It
would
remain
exactly
at
124
trips.
If
used
for
a
school,
the
access
would
have
to
be
improved.
We've
been
discussing
this
with
the
applicant
and
with
engineering.
They
know
that
they'll
have
to
meet
whatever
engineering
requires
and
they
seem
amenable
to
that.
There
are
some
issues
with
the
shoulder
and
sight
distance
and
the
turn
in
and
out
from
the
property.
D
The
property
is
surrounded
by
sfr2
single
family
residential
two,
the
school
will
operate
out
of
the
existing
buildings.
There
are
no
plans
for
any
new
building.
They
plan
to
paint
and
fix
up
the
existing
buildings
and
move
the
school
into
that.
The
school
is
going
to
be
AK
through
12,
with
approximately
50
students,
maximum
48
property
owners
were
notified
and
I
did
receive
three
calls.
These
were
just
questions
not
in
favor
or
opposition.
Just
questions
about
what
type
of
school,
how
many
kids
was
the
building
large
enough,
and
what
about
the
issues?
P
Special
exception
for
a
private
school
that
is
currently
a
church.
That's
there
or
was
there
I've
brought
the
school
owner
with
me
so
that
she
can
answer
any
kind
of
questions
we
have
also
submitted.
I
know.
One
of
the
concerns
was
the
turning
in
and
out
and
how
much
traffic
wise,
and
we
have
got
a
plan
for
that
as
well.
F
C
N
N
Pre-K
the
12th
grade
I
just
want
to
put
that
out
there.
We
have
about
50
students
and
we're
just
a
small
private
school
that
specializes
in
personalizing
instruction
to
our
students.
So
we
cater
to
those
students
that
don't
quite
fit
into
the
public
school
setting.
We
do
have
Aftercare
for
our
our
students
currently
and
we
will
continue
at
the
new
location.
F
N
Just
to
not
be
in
a
shared
space
to
have
our
own
space,
it's
about
the
same
space,
but
we
currently
share
so
we're
looking
to
be
on
our
own.
Oh.
A
R
R
The
main
concern
when
I
moved
to
this
area
was
the
heavy
traffic
from
Morningside
to
Ames,
particularly
for
the
fire
department,
which
uses
that
to
access
that
gotta
be
honest.
I
am
Child
free
by
choice
and
not
at
all
happy
about
having
a
school
next
door.
To
me,
I've
also
brought
my
husband.
There
are
some
other
people
with
adjoining
property.
A
R
They
did
say
that
they
were
going
to
address
the
parking
and
the
traffic
I'd
like
to
know
exactly
how
they
plan
to
do
that,
because
if
they
have
a
bunch
of
parents,
just
parked
all
on
Weems
Road
picking
up
and
dropping
off
that's
going
to
block
up
that
traffic.
That's
going
to
block
ambulances!
That's
going
to
block
police,
particularly
the
fire
departments.
R
R
I'm
also
concerned
about
what
they're
going
to
do
to
mitigate
noise
from
the
children.
I
rescue
animals,
along
with
my
job
in
pest
control
and
currently
have
two
rescue
pits
who
not
exactly
I
mean
they're
they've,
never
hurt
anyone,
but
I'm
worried
about
kids
playing
in
the
woods
around
my
house.
Getting
up
on
my
fence
messing
with
my
dogs
and.
P
C
And
also,
could
you
please
address
noise
mitigation,
I've
been
affiliated
with
a
private
school
and
that's
something
that
always
came
up.
Okay,
telling
you
in
advance.
P
P
P
So
it
where
there's
an
entrance
here,
all
right,
it's
going
to
go
in
here
it's
going
to
go
around
and
then
it'll
go
around.
But
if
it's
two
lanes
two
lanes
two
lanes,
so
there
won't
be
traffic
sitting
out
there.
Okay,
there
are.
They
are
staggered
currently,
as
far
as
when
the
doors
open
when
the
class
spell
rings.
R
Okay,
on
top
of
wondering
how
they're
going
to
block
the
noise
from
the
traffic
going
around
there,
I
would
like
to
know
how,
late
into
the
day
they
plan
on
having
sorry
I'm
not
used
to
this.
How
late
in
the
day
are
they
planning
to
have
these
classes
these
after
school
activities,
and
are
they
going
to
do
anything
to
block
the
noise
from
the
track.
N
As
far
as
the
noise
goes,
we
for
one
don't
have
a
lot
of
students,
but
we
also
at
the
moment
we
don't
have
like
a
playground
or
anything.
So
for
the
most
part,
the
children
will
be
indoors
all
day
and
as
far
as
after
school,
we
do
have
after
school
care,
like
I,
talked
about
until
six
o'clock,
so
that's
Monday
through
Friday,
but
in
after
school
we
have
like
10
to
15
children
that
stay
after
after
school
and,
like
I
said
they
will
be
indoors.
They
don't
really
go
outside.
N
I
This
is
why
I
want
to
know:
what's
how
many
students
you
have
now?
What's
your
expected
growth
and
what's
your
operation
hours.
N
A
I'm
not
sure
I
want
to
go
to
that
school.
You
don't
go
outside
and
you
don't
feed
him
without
just
playing
all
right.
You
know
the
questions
for
the
applicant.
All
righty.
Does
anybody
else
like
to
speak
against?
Yes,
sir?
Yes
ma'am,
please
come
forward
and
state
your
name
and
address
for
the
record.
A
S
S
It
gets
water
in
from
North
Oaks,
there's
actually
four
ponds
in
that
little
neighborhood
that
cut
I
purchased
this
property
from
my
uncle,
who
him
and
his
brother
developed
it
back
in
the
I
guess,
50s
late,
40s
or
50s
I
have
three
and
a
half
acres
approximately
back
there,
and
my
main
concern
is
the
property
that
the
church
is
on.
Now
it
does
come
down
to
the
edge
of
the
water
line
and
you
could
proximately
say
close
to
maybe
a
foot
of
the
water.
S
The
gentleman
that
owned
the
church
before
we
had
an
agreement,
I
always
kept
there's
a
little
road
that
goes
Trail
around
the
pond.
To
give
me
access
to
fish
all
around,
they
never
had
a
congregation
that
came
down
or
anything
maintain
that
pond
dragged
it
out.
I
stocked
that
pond
my
house
deck
on
the
back
I.
Look
to
the
back
of
that
property,
it's
nice
and
wooded.
We
we
have
wildlife
in
there,
deer
herons,
all
sorts
of
things.
S
I
am
very
concerned
about
the
liability
of
some
child
getting
down
there
and
getting
hurt
or
possibly
drowning
God
forbid
in
this
pond.
I'm
also
concerned
that
I
don't
want
to
look
up
and
all
sudden
the
woods
are
gone.
I'm.
Looking
at
the
back
of
school
buildings,
you
know
when
I'm
out
there
in
the
morning
having
coffee
or
whatnot.
So
the
liability
is
a
huge
concern
of
mine
for
someone
getting
hurt
the
size
of
the
school,
the
young
kids
that
could
possibly
get
out
be
unsupervised.
S
I
know
she
said
they
don't
have
recess,
but
pretty
sunny
days
and
they
decide
to
have
recess
I'm,
not
sure
if
these.
If
this
is
a
school,
that's
for
more
troubled
kids,
youth
or
is
it
just
those
that
don't
fit
well?
In
with
you
know,
Public
School,
just
a
few
overall
concerns
of
the
use
of
the
property.
S
How
far
later
on
would
go
and
they
developed
I
had
reached
out
to
Mrs
Gill
to
called
her
and
actually
would
add
Express
interest
in
purchasing
about
a
half
acre
across
that
back
to
create
a
buffer
that
I
could
keep
this
Trail
I
could
keep
it
wooded
and
you
know,
cut
down
the
woods
cuts
down
on
the
noise,
although
you
can't
do
anything
about
the
fire
trucks
and
ambulances
coming
through
there
traffic,
but
it
does
cut
down
on
the
noise.
S
It
would
some
and
at
a
bare
minimum
I
would
like
if,
if
the
zoning
does
go
through
the
the
they
insisted,
they
put
up
some
type
of
fence
off
of
the
across
this
whole
back
line
off
of
the
property
or
surrounding
the
thing
that
cut
down
on
any
liability.
C
S
So,
if
we're
looking
at
this
map,
the
the
part
where
the
church
can
I
walk
over
here.
B
S
S
B
S
That
keeps
a
nice
buffer
and
and
cuts
down
on
the
liability.
I
I
was
previously
in
98,
had
a
was
over
there
at
this
property
and
had
a
young
kid.
His
friend,
my
daughter,
got
bit
by
a
dog
and
I've
already,
you
know,
got
sued
one
time
for
about
300.
Grand
I,
certainly
don't
want
them.
B
A
T
My
name
is
Virginia
Brown
and
my
residence
is
at
4396
ridgehaven
Road
and
my
question
is
I
want
to
know.
How
is
this
going
to
affect
my
property
value,
the
taxes
and
and
the
property
value,
or
what
have
you
most
of
the
property
value
like
for
resale
or
whatever?
Would
that
bring
the
property
value
down
or
will
it
affect
it
in
any
way.
A
T
T
A
S
The
liability
of
that
yes
I,
just
I'm,
not
I,
would
not
like
to
walk
out
there
one
morning
and
have
coffee,
and
maybe
the
school
decided
today
we're
going
to
have
a
field
trip
down
to
the
pond
and
everybody
fish
and
just
people
lined
up
along
through
there.
It's
it's
I.
B
S
S
Spring
feeding
this
it's
this,
it's
all
water
retention,
runoff.
It
drops
two
to
three
feet.
You
know
four
feet
but
just
concerned
with
the
liability
concern
with
the
use.
If
they
had
would
clear
the
whole
thing
to
add
on
you
know
or
or
put
in
playgrounds
I,
don't
want
to
look
at
the
back
of
the
school
want
to
try
to
maintain
that
wooded
buffer.
Okay.
G
A
J
Hey
my
name
is
Rebecca
Andrews
I
own,
a
parcel.
That's
almost
adjoining
to
the
church
right
now
and
I
have
pretty
much
sleep.
Seen
concerns
as
the
other
neighbors
I
know.
It
sounds
easy
to
just
say
like
they
want
to
build
a
school
they're,
fine
and
it
doesn't
affect
your
lives
at
all.
But
it's
going
to
affect
our
lives
a
lot,
because
it's
that
I've
lived
in
other
places
in
Columbus.
That
are,
you
know,
better,
sorry,
better
neighborhoods
or
whatever,
but
it's
a
very
peaceful
place
to
live
right
now.
J
He
does
a
very
good
job
of
that
and
I
just
want
to
reiterate
everything
that
everyone
here
has
already
said
in
terms
of
the
wildlife
It's
Not
Just,
Bats,
there's
snakes,
mice
I
mean
it's
a
constant
battle,
raccoons
in
your
attic,
squirrels
Turtles
frogs
bugs,
but
like
it's
just
constant
battle
way
more
than
other
places
in
Columbus
that
I've
lived,
so
the
school
might
not
know
that,
but
they're
probably
gonna
have
to
be
dealing
with
that
too,
not
just
from
the
pond,
but
the
woods.
It's
just
a
lot
of
wildlife
in
there.
J
So
that's
one
thing,
because
now
miss
McBride
is
right.
That
Wildlife
is
going
to
be
displaced
and
we've
dealt
with
that
already
in
the
neighborhood,
when
other
things
have
happened,
but
even
more
so
now
and
I'm.
You
know
obviously
Pro
children
and
I
looked
up
to
school
I.
J
Think
it's
a
Christian
school
and
I
support
that
it's
just
that
I've
lived
close
to
a
school
before
in
Columbus,
and
it's
like
Miss
McBride
said
it's
constant
kids,
climbing
on
your
fins,
things
getting
torn
down
noise
traffic
and
I
appreciate
their
Vision
right
now
in
terms
of
where
they
are
and
where
they
plan
to
grow,
but
that
once
they
own
the
land
and
they
are
going
to
grow,
I
just
think
it'd
be
better
to
kind
of
address
some
of
these
things
now,
rather
than
we're
going
to
be
back
here
doing
this
again,
knowing
that
Mr
rich
is
interested
in
buying
that
parcel.
J
That
would
make
me
feel
a
lot
more
comfortable
because
it
is
a
wooded
view.
There
that's
one
of
the
reasons
that
it's
nice
there
and,
if
that's
gone,
it's
gonna
affect
our
lives.
A
lot
I'm
concerned
about
the
right
now,
there's
some
children
who
already
do
events
and
things
there
I
want
to
say
Boy,
Scouts
I,
don't
know.
Maybe
the
other
residents
can
speak
to
that
that
I've,
seen
and
I'm
concerned
for
them
too,
not
just
for
the
water,
but
for
the
Wildlife.
J
J
Like
that's
just
what's
going
to
happen,
and
you
know
it's
easy
for
everyone
here
to
just
not
care
about
that,
but
it's
going
to
affect
our
lives
a
lot
and
then
growing
also
with
it's
going
to
be
traffic
and
noise
and
carpool
lanes
and
all
those
things
that
it's
just
really
gonna
change
the
neighborhood,
so
I
really
just
would
beg
you
to
look
more
into
it
or
just
anything
to
try
and
consider
how
other
people
feel
in
the
neighborhood.
So
thank
you.
Yes,.
I
Jackson
and
what
population
of
children
are
you,
sir?
Are
they
the
special
needs?
You
know
the
different
stages,
so
you
just
serving
everybody
who
wants
to
come
there.
N
Well,
we'll
definitely
try
to
be
as
inclusive
as
possible,
but
with
that
being
said,
we
do
not
serve
children
with
severe
special
needs
or
behavioral
disorders,
or
things
of
that
nature
we're
not
equipped
or
staffed
for
that
population
of
children.
So
major,
all
of
our
children
are
typical
children
that
you
know
their
parents
want
them
to
be
in
a
smaller
setting.
N
A
lot
of
our
children
were
homeschooled
previously,
but
their
parents
don't
want
them
in
a
more
traditional
setting
or
you
know
when
they
get
older,
they
feel
like
they
want
teachers
that
we
all
are.
We
are
an
accredited
school,
so
all
of
our
teachers
are
certified,
so
they
want
them
in
a
more
traditional
setting.
N
But
we
had
discussed
selling
selling
that
part
of
the
lake
and
putting
up
with
us.
A
J
Familiar
with
commercial
real
estate,
but
I
have
a
real
estate.
Broker's
license.
I
know,
I,
see
Jack
here
today,
I'm
sure,
there's
something
that
can
be
worked
out
to
wear
part
of
this
parcel.
Mr
Rich
can
buy.
If
that's
what
he
wants
to
do
and
the
school
is
willing
to
I
know
that
that
probably
needs
to
be
a
bigger
discussion
between
them.
But
surely
it's
possible
that
that
could
be
part
of
the
deal
I
mean
they
could
say
whatever
they
want
in
the
deal?
That's
legal.
You
know.
A
Q
Jack

Whitesville,

Columbus,
Georgia,
no
you're
correct.
Absolutely
something
could
be
worked
out.
One
thing
we
were
discussing
earlier
is
the
idea
of
putting
a
fence
up.
It
may
be
a
landscape
buffer
of
some
sort
that
would
not
be
disturbed
rather
in
lieu
of
selling
I.
Think
that's
something
we'd
be
amenable
to
modeling.
Concern
is
with
the
site.
Work.
That's
going
to
be
done
at
the
back
side
of
school.
To
provide
for
the
24
foot
drive
away.
R
There
was
nothing
mentioned
about
the
bats
and
we
actually
have
several
species
that
are
endangered
in
Georgia.
Have
they
done
an
inspection
for
the
bats?
Will
they
be
erecting
a
house
or
something
for
the
bats?
And
if
there
is
bats
present
on
that
property,
have
they
already
put
into
motion
something
for
cleanup.
P
S
J
I
just
want
to
say
in
regards
to
the
bat
issue
that
Miss
McBride
mentioned:
It's
Not,
Just,
Bats
I'm,
really
familiar
with
how
Building
Inspections
work
and
there's
not
just
it's
not
just
bats.
That
might
be
I
mean
there
could
have
been
bats
in
there
and
they're,
not
there
now
and
the
built.
The
inspector
won't
know
that.
But
it's
this
whole
there's
a
lot
of
wildlife
that
lives
there,
like
personally
I
found
an
endangered
species.
Turtle
and
I
know
like
to
a
lot
of
you.
J
None
of
this
matters
like
that
I
appreciate
the
ones
of
you
who
are
paying
attention
but
like
this
is
going
to
affect
our
lives
a
lot
and
there's
a
lot
of
wildlife
there.
The
school
probably
doesn't
even
realize
that
I
mean
I've,
never
seen
so
much
just
Critters
and
it's
it's
it's
constantly
a
thing
and
I
know
with
other
developments
in
Columbus.
There
have
been
concerns
with
endangered
species
and
bald
eagles,
and
things
like
that
and
I.
Don't
know
everything
that
lives
there.
Obviously,
but
you
know
it's
that's
a
real
concern.
A
F
J
I,
don't
know
about
the
building
itself,
but
I
know
in
my
building
that
is
adjacent
to
this
there's
all
kinds
of
Critters
that
try
to
live
in
the
building.
I
know
my
neighbor
had
a
really
bad
raccoon
problem
of
raccoons
trying
to
live
in
her
house
and
I
haven't
had
raccoons
in
my
house
personally,
but
they
live
all
around
their
Museum
all
the
time.
I'm
sure
any
of
you
can
speak
to
that.
It's
not
just
raccoons,
though
snakes,
all
kinds
of
wildlife
that
you
can
imagine
it's
like
its
own
ecosystem
in
there.
J
So
I
don't
know
about
the
building
itself,
because
I've
seen
the
building
it
looks,
abandoned,
I,
don't
know,
I've
never
really
walked
around
or
anything.
Occasionally
you
see
cars
there,
but
there's
it's
going
to
affect
the
wildlife
around
there
for
sure
and
they're
going
to
move
to
the
adjacent
Parcels,
because
we've
had
that
happen
before
yes,
sir.
I
A
C
Mr
King,
yes,
sir
I'd
like
to
make
emotional
guard,
in
this
case,
exp
zero,
five,
twenty
three
zero.
Eight

I'd
like
to
make
make
a
motion
that
we
approve
this.
However,
I'm
recommending
that
there's
a
50-foot
undisturbed
buffer
behind
this
church
between
the
church
and
the
and
the
pond,
and
also
an
opaque
fence
is
privacy
fence
is
put
up
across
the
back
as
well
between
the
church
and
the
undisturbed
buffer.
