Description
No description was provided for this meeting.
If this is YOUR meeting, an easy way to fix this is to add a description to your video, wherever mtngs.io found it (probably YouTube).
A
A
Thank
you
very
much
ready
for
you
sergeant,
I,
believe
councilman
that
we
wanted
to
recognize
someone
in
the
audience.
Thank
You
council,
president
I,
wanted
to
acknowledge
my
nephew
and
his
girlfriend
on
vacation
from
Tacoma
Washington,
so
welcome.
Thank
you
for
coming
their
City
Council
to
see
kind
of
how
we
do
business
here
in
Cranston.
We
appreciate
your
presence
under
paid
acknowledgments
and
commendations.

A
A
A
A
It's
always
nice
to
see
quality
insurance
come
from
one
state
institutions
were
so
happy
to
have
both
of
you
on
behalf
of
the
entire
present
City
Council.
Thank
you
so
much
for
your
hard
work
and
determination
over
the
last
several
months.
Their
time.
This
was
sure
it
was
really
appreciated
and
I
wish
you
both
the
best
and,
if
you
ever
need
anything
state.
Ask
thank
gentlemen.
A
A
Since
its
establishment
in
2007,
the
Center
for
chronic
carriages
at
the
Department
of
Health
has
worked
collaboratively
with
the
American
Heart
Association
behind
affiliate
to
develop
the
land
without
safe
community
program.
The
program
is
designed
to
improve
the
chances
of
survival
for
people
suffering
sudden
cardiac
events
such
as
heart
attack
than
cardiac.
D
A
A
The
efforts
of
local
municipalities
such
as
the
city
of
Cranston,
to
provide
improved
cardiac
response
and
care
to
at
resonance
its
theorists
include
increasing
the
number
of
community
members
trained
in
CPR.
Less
increasingly,
with
an
emphasis
on
there
is
that
a
place
for
public
use
and
optimizing
our
pre-hospital
system
is.
B
A
Collaboration
between
the
Cranston
Fire,
Department,
Cranston,
police
department,
Cranston,
School,
Department
and
other
agencies
that
work
together
to
make
this
designation
possible.
Dr.
Alexander
staccato,
the
Maryland
Department
of
Health
and
I
endorsed
at
a
time
when
officers
community
program
based
on
the
positive
impact
of
efforts
to
reduce
heart
disease
and
respond
to
cardiovascular
events.
Well,
I
know
communities.
A
A
Reduce
the
risk
of
biochemical
heart
attack
and
cardiac
arrest
through
a
comprehensive
approach.
I
wanted
to
present
the
city
of
Princeton
with
a
Rhode
Island
Park
Safe
Communities
traffic
science
at
this
time
at
the
club,
captain
Mancini
chief
Casey
and
she's
Mackendrick
to
get
their
son
once
again.
Congratulations
to
the
city
of
Cranston
for
this
life-saving
achievement.
F
Yes,
I'm
the
mayor
fun.
We
just
called
the
last
minute
he
unfortunately
couldn't
be
here,
but
he
really
did
want
to
be
here
to
recognize
the
hard
work
of
our
fire
department
on
this.
This
is
a
huge
thing
for
us
and
continued
commitment
on
behalf
of
this
department
in
the
safety
of
the
public
within
our
schools
within
our
city
buildings
and
expanding
that
out
and
continued
dedication
to
the
public
never
goes
unnoticed.
So,
on
behalf
of
the
mayor,
I
would
like
to
thank
the
leadership
within
our
fire
department
and
firefighters
and
EMS.
F
A
Personally,
out
of
myself
in
the
transit
City
Council,
something
to
take
a
minute
to
thank
you
for
all
the
work
that
went
into
this
becoming
a
safe
community
is
a
big
step
forward
and,
while
he's
making
step,
fails
and
strives
in
Cranston
for
the
health,
welfare
and
safety
of
our
students
and
citizens
and
I
can't
thank
everything
you
guys
do
is
always
above
board
between
the
police,
the
fire.
We
have
greats
Senate
service
in
this
city.
So
thank
you
so
much
it's
a
fantastic
thing
that
we
can
now
put
this
in
our
school.
G
How's
that
perfect,
thank
you.
Okay,
there's
much
confusion
about
right
away
at
two
particular
intersections
in
South
Korea.
They
are
at
the
intersection
of
Midway
and
the
intersection
of
power
Road.
Those
intersection
involves
turning
traffic,
turning
into
satin
exit
cross
road
with
oncoming
traffic,
exiting
shopping
center
parking
lots
specifically
Midway
and
the
traffic
exiting
the
back
of
Chapel
view,
which
is
primarily
Panero
drive
through
traffic
and
power
traffic,
exiting
the
wholefoods
shopping
center
area,
there's
no
signage
or
street
markings
identifying
right-of-way,
making
traffic
flow,
confusing
and
dangerous.
G
We're
asking
that,
in
conjunction
with
the
shopping
center
property
owners,
the
city
evaluates
signage,
and/or,
roadway
mathews
at
both
intersections,
so
that
drivers
clearly
understood
who
has
right-of-way
and
who
has
to
yield
to
make
both
of
these
intersections
safer
for
everyone.
The
other
area
is
at
the
intersection
of
Socceroos
and
Pontiac.
We
realize
this
is
being
addressed
in
conjunction
with
the
state
d-o-t
in
the
copy
room.
G
However,
there
may
be
an
opportunity
for
some
immediate
relief
evaluating
and
adjusting
the
timing
of
the
lights
at
that
intersection,
Socceroos
and
Pontiac,
and
the
right
Pontiac
at
route
37
may
help
with
a
more
efficient
flow
of
traffic
in
that
area.
We're
requesting
reviews
of
both
of
these
areas
for
potential
immediate
changes
to
make
traffic
flow
more
efficient
and
safer
for
everyone.
Thank
you
for
your
time
and
continued
support
in
addressing
the
traffic
concerns
on
soccer
news
at
crossroad.
G
A
A
It
necessary-
and
since
this
is
a
public
hearing
to
do
that,
my
science,
both
here
in
this
evening,
should
he
have
any
questions
applied
this
property
early
this
year
in
January
of
2017
when
they
purchased
the
property.
They
believed
that
the
abutting
street,
which
is
improved
with
a
garage
at
the
rear
of
the
street,
ran
with
the
property
they
entered
into
a
purchase
and
sales
agreement
after
they
invested
some
additional
sixty
thousand
dollars
to
re-add
those
and
their
proposed
purchaser.
D
A
So
it
existed
at
least
53
years
ago
and
I
can't
determine
when
by
the
construction
occurred,
I
went
to
the
building
inspectors
office
check
the
files
for
40
monument
Street,
and
the
above
was
honest
on
the
side
where
the
garage
exists
and
there's
no
record
of
a
building.
Permit
I
do
know
that
the
house
itself
was
built
in
the
early
1920s,
so
the
houses
on
Revere
sold
more
or
less
and
visually
the
garages
seemed
seems
to
me
to
have
built
contemporaneously
with
with
the
construction
of
the
house.
A
It
appears
and
there's
some
supposition
here
that
the
paper
Street
was
reserved
possibly
to
be
a
through
Street
running
across
monument
Street
at
some
point
in
time,
but
all
of
that
land
has
now
been
to.
Then
there
is
another
subdivision
on
the
westerly
side
of
monument
Street.
So
basically
it's
a
paper
street
to
know
where
it
runs
into
the
garage
and
it's
the
terminus
is
on
monument
street.
So.
A
We
did
have
a
full
moon
survey
of
the
property
done,
including
the
chemistry
with
the
garage
that
was
submitted.
I
was
informed
at
the
last
meeting
that
that
was
reviewed
by
the
tax
assessor.
It
was
found
to
be
in
order.
It
reflects
reasonably
reflects
fair
market
value
and
apparently
that's
been
signed
off
on
by
the
Assessor.
A
A
The
resolution
comes
up
you're
available
for
questions.
Mr.
president,
thank
you.
Thank
you
very
much
attorney
very
well
supposed
to
speak
on
document
items.
There
else
they're
being
done.
That
portion
of
the
meeting
is
now
closed.
Oh
I'm,
sorry,
I'm
I
was
leaving
this
later,
but
it's
probably
easier
now
just
sniff.
If
you'd
like
to
go
over
the
judges
appointment
now
you
can
only
you
can
wait
until
later.
Leave
me
it's
entirely
up
to
you.
A
A
A
I
H
A
I
A
Brings
there's
the
business
of
these
states
turns
22.
Those
two
businesses
welcome
last
and
best
of
luck.
I
can't
wait
to
have
a
barbecue
on
and
the
food
at
the
new
Chinese
restaurant.
So
thank
you.
Finance
committee
counsel,
best
present
scenario:
Thank
You,
council
president.
We
have
first,
we
have
7-17
no.3
ordinance,
an
amendment
of
title
3.16
code
of
the
city
of
Cranston,
2005,
entitled
property
tax
classification.
A
Motor
vehicle
tax
incentive
program
was
routed,
finance
and
sponsored
by
council
president
myself
and
Cosmin
lani,
co-sponsored
by
counsel
and
the
court
hopkins
Colfer
dark
era
when
peplau
Ska's
and
it
was
recommended.
It
was
unanimously
approved,
thank
house
best
presidents,
emotionally
emotionally
your
sentence
under
discussion.
Counselor
president.
Thank
you.
Kosta
present.
If
you
recall
this
was
the
tax
incentive
for
the
rental
car
companies
so
that
they
could
get
an
incentive
to
register
their
vehicles
and
christened
at
a
reduced
rate.
A
A
A
A
A
On
some
staggers
into
further
comments
said
my
two
cents
on
this:
this
bill,
though
it
may
be
a
race
to
the
bottom.
It
is
a
good
attempt
to
grab
additional
revenue
for
the
city
of
Cranston
I,
believe
only
two
other
communities
currently
have
this
program.
That
potentially
could
be
people
who
would
want
to
rent
cause
who
have
businesses
in
the
city
and
I
can
drive
no
revenues
for
the
citizens
and
the
taxpayers,
because
the
council,
we
have
to
look
into
this
20s
that
could
create
more
jobs.
A
People
wanting
to
put
their
businesses
in
here
as
the
tabs,
the
context
it's
phased
out
over
the
next
five
years.
This
would
not
be
an
issue,
so
no
matter
what
happens
over
the
next
five
years.
Contact
is
where
we
issue
with
it.
We
can
draw
some
businesses
to
come
here
in
the
meantime
and
therefore
that
will
a
discussion.
Please
take
the
role.
Yes,
yes,.
I
A
A
C
A
H
A
D
B
I
B
I
A
A
A
B
B
A
I
hear,
could
one
thing
that
was
man
scratching
mentioned
was
some
of
the
signage
around
and
I
noticed
the
other
day
and
Pontiac
turning
into
sock
an
asset,
the
heading
south
from
my
body,
and
you
you
hit
the
Wendy's
intersection.
It
says
no
way
unread
and
there
are
certain,
certainly
at
seven,
eight
o'clock
at
night.
This
there's
no
reason
to
be
stopped
there,
while
it's
red
and
I
was
just
wondering
if
we
could
ask
the
state
to
make
a
change.
They'll
put
right
on
that.
After
stop,
nobody
I'm
ready
a
message
in
that
decision.
A
And
being
so
loyal
they've
been
here
now
four
times
in
there
very,
very
well
and
very
supportive
and
I
know
they
have
a
direct
line
with
direct
among
scene.
So
anything
you
know
we
can
do
we're
gonna
try
to
push
this
fall
as
quickly
as
possible
in
different
events.
I
want
to
echo
the
comments
from
counselors
presence
in
Turkey
organized.
A
With
us
discussion
about
how
self
values,
as
opposed
to
just
telling
us
what
they
want
me
expecting
us
to
do
it,
so
that
is
where
we
appreciated.
If
more
people
there
know
things
like
this,
that
way,
I'm
sure
you've
done
a
lot
easier
in
a
lot
smoother.
So
thank
you
for
being
so
open
and
honest
and
providing
feedback.
We
don't
do
the
right
thing.
So
thank
you.
I
B
A
A
Is
getting
the
rope
so
I'm
very
leery
about
supporting
this
because
I
don't
know
if
there's
been
a
backroom
deal
or
done
deal
here
so
I'm
gonna
do
know
because
it
defies
defines
their
logic
with
the
mill.
Thank
you
come
on
kiddo,
basing
that
concern
from
the
committee
meeting
our
attorney
to
do
some
research
for
you
on
that.
A
A
A
A
A
Yes,
that's
Lucilla,
tied
Lucia,
but
I
don't
see
one
here,
the
same
thing,
I
don't
believe,
but
I
did
speak
mr.
Lata
after
and
as
you
indicated
when
the
when
the
class
one
survey
was
done.
That
was
like
that
my
clients
fences
encroaching
on
Wasilla
Ty's
body.
We
were
unaware
and
I
assured
him
that,
assuming
that
every
my
clients
to
the
need
to
that
strip
that
we
would
in
very
short
order,
we
need
defense
from
his
property
and
you
know
get
rid
of
the
encroachment
because
we're
unaware
of
that.
But
I
gave
her.
A
I
B
A
You
counsel
Hopkins
two
orders,
given
the
Thank
You
mr.
council
president.
First
on
the
ordinance
agenda
is
7-17
no.1
wardens
in
the
amendment
of
title
10,
chapter
32
million
five,
zero,
zero
of
the
code
of
city,
variance
in
2005
entitled
motor
vehicles
and
traffic
Prospect
Street
renewal
parking
sponsored
by
Council,
miss
Lagos.
A
Emotion,
he
was
second
in
the
discussion
council
as
much
president
very
Joe,
Thank
You,
president
yeah,
didn't
we
ask
for
a
study
through
the
chair
to
the
administration
on
there
were
a
couple
of
issues
on
this.
That's
an
excellent!
That's
the
memo
connections
over
important.
Okay,
that's
fine!
Then
I
withdraw
my
question.
Any
additional
questions,
seeing
them
Tuesday.
H
A
F
I
tried
to
ascertain
how
many
homes
they
were
that
had
no
driveway,
and
we
just
logistically
do
not
have
a
capability
of
knowing
that
our
GIS
doesn't
indicate
that
it's
not
something
the
tax
assessor
can
pull
up.
You
know,
driveway
is
not
like
an
abscessed
entity
in
a
separate
category,
so
we
did
try
to
find
we
did
duper.
A
F
Concern
so
now
it's
still
a
little
bit
and
may
open
it
up
to
elect
a
much
larger
number
of
streets
and
the
concern
we
have
with
that
is
to
do
that
without
committee.
Take
a
look
at
it
and
having
the
input
from
fire,
police
and
highway
I.
Think
if
this
point
would
be
premature
in
the
meantime,
obviously
probably
will
continue
it
with
that
gentlemen
and
frankly,
anybody
who
can
spell
it
right
now
who
has
no
driveway.
We
certainly
would
continue
to
look
at
and
work.
F
Why
really
I
believe
just
anecdotally
and
the
people
I
spoke
to?
There
are
probably
very
few
people
who
have
no
driveway,
so
I
think
a
limited
number
and
to
be
manageable
in
the
short
term
for
police
to
handle
and
on
a
one-on-one.
If
someone
else
came
forward
as
well
that
had
no
driveway,
so
we
can
handle
out
in
the
short
term.
F
A
That
was
Ben
Johnson
circus
I'm,
hesitant
to
vote
for
this
until
we
have
a
meeting
of
the
overnight
parking
committee,
I
think.
Maybe
we
should
send
this
ordinance
as
framework
to
the
committee
or
table
lists
and
use
this
as
framework
during
the
committee
I
just
like
to
hear
from
highway
from
the
police
department
and
the
fire
department
before
you
move
forward
on
it.
F
We
got
with
you
back
I
would
defer
to
the
solicitors
as
to
whether
or
not
we
can
do
something
like
that
on
a
first-come,
first-serve
again,
if
we're
talking
about
only
four
or
five
I
know
that
our
Police
Department
can
manage
that
on
a
one
on
one
I
really.
The
other
thing
is
on
any
Street
that
we
were
to
Granta.
F
F
F
Don't
want
to
take
any
steps
that
we
don't
need
to
prematurely.
We
certainly
can
accommodate
this
gentleman
now,
and
we
have
no
reason
that
we
would
not
accommodate
him
and
if
there
were
two
or
three
others
that
came
forward,
we
could
I
just
am
just
very
leery
of
granting
something
when
I
know
it
in
the
past.
F
First
responders
have
totally
told
me
that
they
have
concerns
about
overnight
parking
so
again,
with
patterns
on
every
particular
Street
with
snow
plower
that
the
concerns
that
might
come
up
with
that
with
parking
bins
where
those
people
would
park
their
cars
during
vans.
I
might
like
my
thing
is
that
if
we
can
just
table
this
till
we
get
a
group
together
to
talk
about
it
and
again,
in
the
meantime,
certainly
assist
any
constituents,
because
I
do
understand
the
concern
in
this
situation.
A
A
A
We
also
had
set
this
ordinance
had
set
some
fees
for
parking
and
I
know
fees
are
always
something
that
we
need
to
really
look
at
before
we
impose
them
for
various
reasons.
We've
had
litigation
over
fees
over
whether
they're
there
relevant
whether
they
meet
the
purpose
that
they
were
designed
for,
and
we
have
some
fees
in
here
as
well,
so
I
think
it's
going
to
require
some
study.
A
I
think
everyone's
that
mr.
Flynn
needs
to
be
taken
care
of,
and
certainly
no
one
has
questioned
that
police
are
well
aware
of
his
situation.
There
have
not
bothered
him
at
all
and
continue
to
do
that
so
that
we
can
sort
this
out,
but
I
really
do
think
that
there
are
a
number
of
issues
that
are
not
address
until
we
get
this
study
done.
Then,
council,
vice-president,
additional
comments.
J
D
J
F
My
point
is
about
homes
that
have
no
driveway
I
do
think
they
should
be
looked
at
case-by-case
because
there
are
situations
in
this
city,
but
a
unique
and
that's
exactly
right.
Right
now
the
police
are
accommodating.
You
we'll
continue
to
accommodate
you
until
we
resolve
this,
so
they
you
stand.
Is
you
can
continue
to
populate
your
parking?
Because
at
this
point
the
police
are
not
going
to
tag
you
and
they
all
know.
F
May
talk
about
a
case
by
case.
Perhaps
the
way
this
committee
would
be
to
stay
intact.
Every
time,
there's
a
petition
to
confirm,
and
maybe
the
committee
collectively
agrees,
that
there
should
be
an
ordinance
to
allow
for
case
by
case
review,
which
very
well
may
be
situation
in
in
words
like
one
and
two
and
three,
particularly
where
we
had
a
lot
of
people
who
may
want
it.
But
it
may
well
have
some
streets
and
mouths
and
others
so
I.
F
J
J
F
F
Have
some
homes
that
one
can
I
Drive
away
some
homes
with
three
car
drivers,
some
homes
that
got
converted
to
duplexes
and
three
families?
You
know
when
we
do
zoning
for
in
apartments.
Do
we
consider
how
many
cars
are
going
to
be
in
those
driveways
there's
a
whole
host
of
questions
in
particularly
where
it's
one,
two
and
three
that
are
going
to
come
into
play
and
certain
streets
that
may
work
for
in
certain
streets
that
may
not
certain
homes
that
may
work
for,
and
it
may
not
because
you're
absolutely
right.
It
is
a
case-by-case
situation.
F
If
you
wanted
to
come,
listen
at
that
meeting
you're
certainly
welcome
to
always
encourage
the
public
to
to
listen
in
if
they
have
concerns-
and
you
can
also
keep
in
touch
with
your
councilmen
I
know,
he's
very
directly
involved
and
will
continue
to
be
writing
about
cars
in
the
state,
grocers
always
responsive
to
his
constituents.
So
I
think
that
you
know
if
you
choose
to
come
and
want
to
come,
listen
to
the
overnight
committee
and
hear
and
hear
the
discussion.
It
might
be
very.
F
F
A
Additional
questions
I'll
make
a
couple
comments.
I
think
we
need
a
first
study
on
this
law
before
we
pass
any
kind
of
my
parking
ordinance
that
allows
one
two
three,
four
five,
ten
twenty
permits.
We
didn't
get
the
opinions
of
police
fire
highway,
some
councilmen.
Hence
why
we
created
the
Portland
Commission,
take
a
good
look
at
this
and
fortunately
mr.
A
sand
left
I
wanted
to
ask
and
how
many
tickets
you
got
in
the
last
six
months,
while
we
were
viewing
this
I
know
the
answer
of
zero,
because
I
didn't
call
the
police
department
and
asked,
but
we're
trying
to
know,
but
mr.
Fleming
ensure
that
he
doesn't
get
taken.
I
figure
this
out.
This
is
a
bigger
issue
than
just
one
street
or
when
we
order,
we
have
to
figure
out
a
plan
for
the
city.
A
Any
further
session,
ladies
councilman
Costas
I
like
to
make
a
motion
to
either
me
with
the
faculty
to
do
this
cuz.
The
committee
is
not
formed.
If
you
send
this
to
the
committee
or
to
table
it
for
now.
Do
I
use
this
as
framework
at
the
overnight
parking
committee.
I
think
the
operative
thing
a
bit
of
Taylor
and
using
this
frame
up
for
you
when
I
talk
in
committee.
A
B
B
I
A
A
A
A
Johnson's
got
to
present
direct
consequence
of
thank
you,
quick
question,
I'm
just
completely
sure
as
to
how
this
entire
ordinance
will
be
worded.
I'm,
not
sure,
really
imagine
is
being
put
into
this
ordinance.
That
sounds
like
councilman
buffet
I,
just
it
seems
like
she
has
a
good,
solid
understanding
of
learning.
So
that
was
my
concern
too.
That's
why
I
asked.
E
E
A
Its
translation,
the
project,
the
projects
completed,
collect
procedures
really
before
we
continue
I
know,
councilman
Kelly
made
the
motion
I,
don't
think
we
had
a
second,
so
some
of
it.
Second,
the
amendment.
Thank
you.
So
we
can
stick
with
the
policy,
so
anybody
else
would
like
to
continue
on
discussion.
H
E
F
Right
now,
there's
nothing
and
so
I
could
bring
a
dumpster
in
because
I
decided
to
clean
my
house
a
non-permitted
project
and
leave
that
dumpster
there
for
two
once
three
months,
four
months
and
basically
use
it
as
a
trash
receptacle.
Particularly
now,
given
that
we
don't
pick
a
bulky
waste
anymore
as
as
a
routine.
So
once
you
went
to
it,
the
regular
regulated
sized
trash
bins
and
you
put
a
couch
on
your.
F
F
F
F
A
F
F
A
Thank
You
Casa
present.
Perhaps
we
can
visit
visit
the
inspection,
witness
or
a
required
premise
to
be
renewed
every
so
often
like
every
year
or
every
six
months
or
something
so
that
the
you
know
we
review
to
see
whether
they're
just
languishing
for
years
as
constant
stay,
close
neighbor
with
the
scaffolding
for
two
or
three
years
so
I
mean
we
could
visit
me
visit.
The
inspection
ordinances
is
instead
of
looking
at
this
ordinance.
Thank.
A
The
councilman
said
people
who
leave
dumpsters
on
their
yards
with
no
permits
for
no
reason
just
serving
the
most
councilman
to
that
kill
may
be
on
to
something
that
looks
like
right
now:
train
crusher,
almost
only
a
building
permit,
is
good
for
three
years
based
on
court
ordinances.
So
we
do
want
to
take
a
look
at
some
of
those
organs.
The
limit
changes
are
realized
so
with
Manuel
and
discussion
on
the
amendment
imposed,
eclectic
Lisa
go.
B
B
A
Meant
but
comes
from
the
quarry
as
if
it's
a
great
great
film,
it's
gonna
help
to
see
the
amenities
they
look.
Much
better.
I
know
life
pertaining
to
dumpster
street
more
than
three
months.
Oh
because
you
quit
again
working
less
and
echo
counseling
happens.
This
is
a
systemic
problem.
It's
throughout
the
city,
so.
A
It's
good
to
see
councilman,
in
their
words
caring
about
things
like
dumpsters
and
things
to
help
make
their
works
better.
So
thank
you,
sir,
and
I
did
convey
it
better
to
use
this
would
be
considered
a
not
a
substitution
organism
or
a
change
to
the
business
language
engine
advertise.
So
we
can
make
your
final
approval
tonight
so
that
we
need
a
motion
to
be.
A
B
A
You
now
floor
is
open
to
any
matter
around
a
public
hearing,
so
any
matter-
and
you
would
like
to
speak
about,
please
feel
free
to
come
aboard
with
this
and
I'm
at
the
time
for
the
record
Thank
You.
Mr.
president,
members
of
the
council
representative,
firefighters,
on
his
futility
on
two
articles
that
created
in
the
juror
on
firefighter
disabilities
I
think
I
owe
it
to
the
administration
to
come
before.
You
ascertain
the
other
two,
the
City
Council
to
the
citizens
of
Cranston
land.
A
A
Okay,
so
it'll
be
Jared
in
this
story
was
probably
more
before
they
spoke
to
me,
or
anybody
from
the
administration
and
I
believe
the
administration
was
spoken
to
because
they
were
clearer
than
in
the
article.
So
the
story
changed
a
few
times.
In
my
opinion,
there
was
a
that
season
starts
today
around
and
then
to
bring
in
firefighter
disability
pensions,
which
I've
unfortunately
become
a
dirty
word
in
this
state
of
that
Island.
A
A
That
was
asked
to
read
from
the
reporter
was:
why
are
they
there,
disability
pensions
than
service
pensions
in
the
city
of
Cranston,
there
are
nine
disability
pensions
out
of
thirteen
pensions
in
the
cores.
Now
that's
what
we're
talking
about
now
is
the
nearest
pension,
firefighters,
having
the
most
pension,
so.
A
Why
are
they
amid
disabilities?
Cranston
has
more
disability
pensions
than
any
of
the
22
I
believe
Moore's
fire
departments.
They
had
more
disability
pensions
than
the
service
pensions.
One
of
my
answers
to
that
was
sheer
luck.
You
get
here
as
a
firefighter.
It
only
takes
a
few
feet.
I
could
be
standing
on
a
third
floor
and
have
that
senior
come
down
and
the
guy
next
to
me
gets
in
there
and
I
don't
in
the
head.
So
its
sheer
luck
of
getting
a
clear
and
pious
and
firefighters
do
get.
A
We
probably
could
ask
the
fish
greater
and
they
will
tell
you
it's
a
dangerous
job.
Obviously
the
German
doesn't
know
that,
but
here's
the
real
answer
to
why
there's
only
13
disabilities
that
the
13
pensions
there
were
nine
firefighter
disabilities
because
presently,
as
you
know,
we
did
not
go
into
the
mayor's
system.
The
firefighters
did
not
into
the
mayor
system
till
1995,
which
means
we've
only
been
in
the
more
system
for
22
years,
which
means
we
are
not
eligible
for
service
pensions.
A
H
A
You
is
this:
the
22
fire
departments
in
the
newest
system:
that's
what
they
can
be
entranced
them
to
lose
now.
There's
22
Cranston
does
no
one's
than
any
of
those
departments.
As
a
matter
of
fact,
you
look
at
the
document.
I
just
gave
him.
I
did
a
four-year
study
as
an
analyst
from
the
22
other
departments
that,
with
Cranston.
A
A
A
The
story
I
was
asked.
It
appears
that
most
of
his
disability
pensions
came
in
after
the
2011
pension
fest
that
we
serve
in
that
Island.
So
the
reporter
was
insinuating
that
the
injuries
that
the
firefighters
had
were
bogus
claims
and
for
them
after
2011.
Because
of
the
passion
changes
they
amassed,
so
they
flew
their
company
disability.
They
faked
their.
A
That
the
state
was
how
long
it
takes
to
get
a
fire
disability.
We
actually
have
a
fighter
flavor,
we
put
his
penis
in
two
years
ago
and
he
still
has
not
seen
doctors
yet
so
he's
been
on
the
nails
for
crisis
play
play
for
two
years
for
this
PT
presented
he's.
Definitely
together.
Attention
he's
had
four
back
surgeries,
but
there's
no
question
is
he
can't
come
back
to
it.
They
had
been
processed
tennis
for
two
years
and
I
figured
out
how
much
you've
paid
him
over
time
for
that
firefight.
A
At
the
two
years,
he's
gonna
have
to
back
fill
every
position.
The
city
creation
has
been
two
hundred
twenty
thousand
dollars
in
the
last
two
years
to
cover
this
firefighters
shift
two
years
ago.
He
put
his
papers
end
and
he
still
hasn't
been
to
state
dr.
Shepherd,
so
that
was
the
other
random.
So
fire
phase,
pretty
in
Davis
claims
because
they're
mad
at
the
state
of
their
island
for
changing
their
pensions,
but
as
I
said,
but
ever.
H
A
A
B
A
While
our
actuary
tells
us
that
overall,
the
state
systems
disability
rates
are
within
expected
ranges
and
not
the
cut,
of
course,
for
concern.
There
are
unusually
high
level
of
disability
applications
from
Cranston,
so
he's
saying
that
the
actuary
is
telling
them
that
the
disability
way
in
the
state
of
the
island
at
the
police
and
firefighters
is
within
the
norm
and
there's
nothing
wrong
with
it.
They
can
say.
I
A
Is
the
disability
wait
for
five
days?
The
state
is
that
the
truth,
the
general
treasurer
has
said
that
actual
talent
is
with
these
expected
wages.
1839
now
Cranston's
is
63
the
disability
rate
right
now,
so
we're
didn't
really
know
connect
students
below
that.
He
is
saying
the
sea
is
fine,
even
after.
A
E
A
A
Is
where
they
blame
the
super
transmen
for
the
nearest
pensions.
City
question
has
nothing
to
do
when
the
fire
attention
the
city
person,
has
nothing
to
do
with
that
firefighter
going
out.
That's
what
they're
trying
to
that
was
in
the
spoon
of
the
story
and
then
Sweeney
their
furthest.
Apart
of
it,
then
we
do
it
in
the
application
that
they
give
the
CV
Cranston,
which
the
city
christen
has
the
site.
So
the
process
is
a
fire
flavor.
Let
the
chief
man
oughta
clear
to
see
that
he's
retiring
now,
don't
forget
it
before.
A
And
then
to
the
chief
from
saying
I'm
going
to
retire
he's
been
to
his
own
doctor.
He
may
have
been
to
a
city
doctor
he's
been
on
the
injured
and
duty
status
for
that
knee
of
the
period
so
he's
only
due
to
the
doctors.
So
then
he
goes
to
the
chief
and
says
chief
I'm
ready
to
retire.
I
can't
come
back,
that's
it.
The
city
of
Cranston
is
out
of
it.
They
making
it
sound
like
this.
A
The
mayor,
the
City
Council,
even
mentioned
in
the
article,
also
was
making
the
decision
on
the
firefighters
pension
city
of
Cranston
is
out
of
it.
At
that
point,
the
only
thing
to
see
of
Cranston
see
yes
if
they
have
to
fill
an
application
whence
the
firefighter
goes
to
the
college.
Didn't
is,
they
have
to
feel
like
what
the
firefighter
is.
Making
they
have
to
fill
out
is
the
firefighter
was
the
fire
in
Jeanette.
Where
the
see
nobody
knows
the
firefighter
was
injured
at
work.
That's
why
you,
the
fire.
H
A
The
city
where
the
city
Cranston
has
already
had
the
person
what
about
this?
They
know
that
they
cannot
apply
for
disability
pension
unless
they
have
about
this
note
to
to
retire.
So
the
city
of
Cranston
is
making
no
decision
on
any
firefighter.
That
goes
for
nearest
pension
and,
like
I
say
that
was
another
spin.
They
are
trying
to
do
on
the
city
of
Cranston
I.
A
A
A
A
With
the
Treasury
to
see
reliable
thinks
about
Cranston
firefighter
pensions,
I
care
there,
three
groups
who
care
about
Cranston,
firefighter
pensions,
the
administration,
this
city,
council
and
the
citizens
of
Cranston,
and
when
I'm
asked
the
attorney
whether
this
factual
evidence
that
knows
stays
out
of
the
water.
What
I'm
asking
for
is
this
City
Council
in
this
administration
to
stand
by
their
firefighters
and
then
jump
on
this.
A
That
there
are
bad
disabilities
in
the
city
of
Cranston,
with
firefighters,
nine
disabilities
in
22
years.
I've
invented
easier
personally.
But
my
disabilities
in
22
years
is
not
bad
and
we
just
lost
truly
two
young
guys
in
the
last
three
years
through
I,
guess,
fake
injuries
fazil
after
2000,
and
so
they
must
defeat
their
cancer
and
through
the
job,
cause
a
big
bank.
So.
B
A
A
Have
back
to
me,
Thank
You,
chief
Wow,
any
questions
for
that.
You
can
see
the
body
Thank
You
council,
president
chief
I,
just
wanna.
Let
you
know
that
you
have
my
full
support:
I
I
respect
every
man
and
women.
That's
on
your
department,
as
well
as
the
police
department,
I
appreciate
where
you
folks
do
for
City,
risking
your
life
and
them
every
day.
A
A
B
A
A
Absolutely
right,
we've
grown
a
few
times
licking
the
contracts,
but
this
console
has
never
ever
denied
your
department,
the
equipment
or
whatever
you
needed
to
run
your
department
safely.
The
bothers
me
is
that
the
jury
puts
on
radical
like
this
and
anything
reading.
The
paper,
theoretically
is
the
truth,
the
chivalry
attraction
they
showed
them
something,
but
they
didn't.
A
Realize
how
important
you
out
to
the
citizens
of
this
city?
So
you
have
my
support
and
I'm
sure
you
have
the
power
supply
most
of
the
news,
this
council,
when
these
ladies
I'm
sure
some
of
your
constituent
to
Alaska
they
what's
going
on
and
live
in
the
germ
it's
in
the
journal.
It
must
be
true!
Well
now
you
have
information
to
give
them
misinformation.
A
It's
noted
a
councilman
said
I
can
take
you,
council,
president
Thank
You,
deputy
chief
for
all
this
factual
information.
You're
always
numbers
were
always
accurate
and
we
appreciate
them
and
there's
some
striking
things
and
a
couple
things
that
are
striking.
What
the
second
largest
city
is
not
there,
because
they
have
an
enclosed
pension
there,
so
they're
excluded,
so
the
only
other
large
city
involved,
North
Providence,
has
21
disabilities
doing
half
the
runs
that
we
do
so
we're
not
to
pick
on
anyone,
but
there's
a
twice
as
high.
A
It's
interesting
that
the
article
about
Princeton
and
not
about
what's
happening
yet,
and
you
have
Balaton,
which
has
six,
which
doesn't
seem
terribly
high,
except
they
need
in
two
thousand
ones
a
year,
so
they're
1/7.
You
know
fifty
percent
of
what
we
do.
So
it
seems
to
me
that
you
know
our
ratios
are
pretty
good
and
I.
A
Think
the
most
important
thing
is
that,
like
you
said,
the
state
makes
the
decision
that
the
century,
so
if
they
might
be
men
and
approach,
should
be
on
the
state
systems
where
and
why
they're
taking
so
to
be
two
or
three
years
to
make
decisions.
That
should
be
the
story.
Well,
it's
right.
Education
just
spent
two
hundred
twenty
thousand
dollars
to
pay
overtime
on
a
guy
who
threw
his
wages
in
two
years
ago
and
hasn't
even
been
to
a
state.
Yet
can
you
fail
acknowledge
the
Russians
yeah
I
got
a
quick
question.
Yeah.
E
The
reasons
there
weren't
a
lot
of
from
regular
pensions
was
because
people
haven't
been
in
25
yep.
The
firefighters
haven't
been
in
the
pension
for
25
years
now,
the
and
then
you
said
that
the
third
team
who
had
pensions
through
MERS
their
disability,
pensions,
the
other
four,
are
they
they
just
elected
to
retire
early
and
do
it
at
a
maximum
penalty
penalty.
A
Used
to
be
30
years,
you
get
the
maximum
75
some
pension.
Now
you
have
to
wait
37
years.
So
if
you
think,
if
this
is
really
weights
all
right
now,
really
you
have
70
years
firefighters
on
the
back
of
fire
trucks
in
50
years,
when
I,
the
disability
rates
are
going
through
the
roof.
But
that's
another
story.
A
E
A
A
pension
he's
given
a
counsel
and
that
at
the
at
the
State
Retirement
Board,
and
he
or
she
is
the
person
that
gets
the
process
where
the
problems
is.
You
have
to
get
a
three
state
office
and
other
thing
they
have
trouble.
Reading
about
this
to
to
take
people
in,
but
I
really
think
it's
just
the
thing
in
the
last
ten
years,
not
just
there
at
the
state
and
I.
Just
don't
think
they
have
enough
people
in
the
state
of
Rhode,
Island,
I.
A
A
A
A
So
when
we
in
support
of
this
case-
and
we
haven't
in
the
Supreme
Court-
we've
met
this
case
were
probably
two
years
now,
when
we
even
that
in
the
Supreme
Court,
which
we
may
not
get
this
yeah,
the
city
constant,
can
go
back
after
the
state
and
let
the
pay
and
the
benefits
of
this
firefighter
from
the
play.
They
deny
even
his
disability
that
he
should
have
gone
when
it
doesn't
help
without
him
through
the
military.
Doesn't.
A
A
A
They're
more
than
just
a
comment
instead
of
a
question
and
first
of
all,
thank
you
to
all
the
members
here.
Department
flow
is
your
everyday
I
need
15,000
calls
41
calls
a
day.
You
know
some
more,
some
less
nine
pensions.
The
problem
clearly
lies
on
the
state,
so
thank
you
for
all
you
do
and
all
the
members
of
the
fire
department.
Thank
you
thank
you
and
what
else
you
know
Mike,
my
questions
would
have
been
around
the
Seminole
councilman
Laney
about
how
much
we
spent
in
the
fire
fight
today
as
well.
I
know.
A
A
few
years
ago
you
came
before
his
body
into
the
number
was
in
excess
of
1.2
million
when
he
had
three
heads
that
we're
not
going
to
the
Retirement
Board.
You
know
I
know
as
the
gentleman
sadly,
so
they
will
not
see
the
victory
through
to
fruition.
So
that
does
saddened
me
that
they're
no
longer
with
us
and
I
know
how
much
you,
firefighters,
love
their
brother,
firefighters
and
it's
sad
that
this
is
what
it
has
to
come
to.
Having
grown
up
in
a
house.
My.
A
My
stepdad
was
a
Providence
police
detective,
who
contracted
and
on
the
work
on
the
job
injury
as
long
as
I've
injury
that
actually
killed
him,
but
it
took
30
years
to
kill
him
and
I
got
to
see
him
suffer
every
day
pass
away
and
the
article
that
I
read
in
the
for
Joe
sent
me
to
the
pretending
when
they
insinuated
that
anyone
would
go
out
with
a
fake
injury.
I,
don't
know
if
too
many
people,
cancer,
heart
disease,
emphysema.
A
Discs
that
needed
to
be
seized
me
that
the
Providence
Journal
does
not
want
to
produce
in
order.
That
is
fair
and
in
balance,
when
it
comes
to
firefighter
pensions,
again
I
respect
the
journal.
I
know
that
they
do
a
lot
of
good
work,
but
when
it
comes
to
firefighter
pensions
in
this
to
be
a
class-
and
it
seems
like
they
don't
have
their
facts
straight-
we're
doing
not
just
the
injuries,
the
illnesses
and
we're
dealing
with
anyone.
Now
no
crisis,
that's
been
going
on
where
it's
laced
with
fentanyl.
A
Now
and
people
are
dying
at
record
numbers.
We
do
probably
four
or
five
overdoses
daily
in
the
city
and
it's
not
just
young
people,
it's
an
but
now
they'll
introduce
and
I
can't
another
name.
They've
introduced
a
new
drug
into
this.
Now
that's
showed
up
in
Massachusetts
and
New
Hampshire,
and
it
takes
a
grain
of
sir
to
over
the
dough.
She
and
three
police
officers
in
Chelsea
Mass.
A
The
other
day
went
to
a
neighbor
dose
and
somehow
better
on
the
admitted
friend,
and
they
all
showed
signs
of
evidence
and
they
got
not
gonna
go
to
the
hospital.
These
are
the
recent
fire
can't
burn
the
horses
three
fully
encapsulated
ensues,
but
these
are
the.
These
are
the
things
that
we're
facing.
A
F
Could
just
briefly
usually
mister:
they
have
achieved
that
and
I
equivalent
about
numbers
because,
as
he
said,
we
can
fight
all
we
want
about
contractual
numbers
and
when
we
look
at
numbers
of
runs,
counts,
Marketo,
an
answer.
Your
question
I
very
specifically
told
the
Providence
Journal
verbatim
that
we
had
fifteen
thousand
three
hundred
runs
I,
believe
it
was
the
twenty
sixteen
numbers
which
are
not
on
here.
F
Fifteen
thousand
three
hundred
runs
to
win
sock
with
ten
ten
five
last
year,
I
specifically
gave
that
number
also
the
city
system
that
she
Pilates
referencing
I,
believe
he
talked
about
nineteen
percent
for
the
whole
history
of
that
system.
In
the
past
eight
or
ten
years
past
ten
years,
which
many
of
you
we
may
have
fun
for
a
good
portion
of
those
10
years.
It's
that
you,
rather
than
that.
F
Didn't
discuss
that
this
evening,
the
specifics
of
these
numbers,
so
these
are,
they
are
that's
the
timeframe
any
of
you
on
this
council
have
also
looked
at
those
those
pensions
and
been
responsible
for
that
system
for
the
people
of
Cranston
as
well,
so
I
can't
smile
kiddo
just
like
to
say.
Yes,
we
very
clearly
did
give
and
I
gave
that
number
to
the
journal
as
well.
A
C
The
nominee
Melissa
Lawson,
unfortunately,
she
had
a
a
long-standing
personal
out-of-state
commitment
tonight.
She's
upset
that
she
couldn't
be
here,
but
she
had
to
take
this
commitment
out
of
stainless
a
long-standing
commitment,
so
she
could
not
be
here
tonight
so
I
will
attempt
not
only
on
a
particular.
You
speak
on
her
behalf,
his
loss
of
attorney
Lawson
for
20
years
now
she
is
an
extremely
capable
person.
An
extremely
capable
Attorney
General
for
number
B
is
truly
respected.
Prosecutor
who
are
respected.
Defense
attorney
actually
knows
the
rules
of
evidence.
C
C
Her
critical
Vita
intake
speaks
for
itself,
she's
a
Krantz
award
where
stories
person
it
I
think,
would
be
an
absolutely
wonderful
to
the
bench.
We
do
have
an
unfair
position.
It's
already
been
budgeted.
It's
been
sitting
out
there.
He
quite
frankly,
coming
from
around
male
perspective,
I
think
it's
overdue
respectfully
to
the
council
that
a
woman
be
appointed.
C
Already
made
for
that
matter
with
somebody
who
is
particularly
qualified,
it's
been
my
experience.
That
anything
is
that
trial
will
experience,
that
that
be
so
be
as
a
similarly
here
remember
the
bombing
of
attorney
general
welfare
over
the
public
defender's
office.
That
experience
is
invaluable
when
you
presume
to
preside
over
a
clever
members
of
the
bar
kombi
failure
and
members
of
the
public.
You
have
an
evaluative
a
wealth
of
experience
to
draw
while
dealing
with
victims
dealing
with
defendants,
Ms
Lawson
presents
council
met
once
has
that
experience.
C
Phenomenal
year,
council
president
asked
me
this
numbers
actually
out
daily
since
July
1st.
This
is
not
of
the
fiscal
year
was
to
president
Wallace
and
a
hundred
thousand
dollars
collected
in
less
than
two
months
and
I.
A
treaty
that,
to
a
number
of
fact,
is
certainly
were
working
hand-in-hand,
brave
members
of
women
metal
under
la
police
department.
They
are
fact
rating
far
more
tickets
erected
dollars
for
the
city
in
Rio
handling,
and
also
for
that
too
and
I
addressed.
C
Take
us
so
we've
dismissed,
that's
it's
being
of
January
and
that's
not
just
for
myself.
That's
where
many
members
of
the
court
wait
to
respect
for
the
men,
a
woman
to
appear
before
us
I
think
before
another
set
of
numbers.
I
don't
have
the
exact
numbers
in
front
of
a
point
in
a
specific
date.
Marcus
is
the
amendment
I
thought
I
am
gonna,
be
says
that
was
going
to
be
late.
Spring
forbid,
I
took
from
a
first
up
to
the
present,
and
the
president
will
be
on
the
last
friday
as
a
president
for
a
speed.
C
The
rest,
the
members
of
the
council,
was
continuing.
So
my
idea-
and
here
the
cause
this
whole
idea
from
essentially
awareness
allows
some
discretion
handed
here
overnight
parking
as
well
as
the
court
caustic
workpiece.
We.
She
is
since
me
for
us
on
the
table
this
past
Friday
through
a
360
position
from
overnight
project
and
that's
the
other
side,
but
I
I
felt
was
fear
a
fair
representation
since
the
augmentation
of
the
ordinance
threat
of
the
city's
360.
It's
really
this
year,
just
a
few
dollars
short
of
$7,000.
C
My
revenue
last
year
wrote
the
resources
of
the
tickets,
possibly
270,
275
from
May
1st
2016
told
The
Breakers
of
Angel
I
must
repent
in
August
it
was
just
under
$2,000.
So
little
Enterprise
me,
roughly
5
I
figured
that
logic
for
this
causes
enactment
of
the
change
of
the
ordinance
and
it
gave
the
judges
of
the
court
greater
flexibility
to
handle
a
particular
issue
and
I
can
tell
you
as
an
aside
myself
a
knowledge
I
just
said.
This
is
an
aside
for
the
issue
that
the
cost
was
addressing
the
to
come
forward.
C
Had
not
this
particular
gentleman
point
with
no
driveway
and
we
dismissed
that
ticket
because,
obviously
logistical
problem,
every
no
driveway
I
can't
recall
at
this
time
upside.
Unfortunately,
for
the
council,
you
know
an
individual's
name
was
some
time
ago,
but
they
I
have
an
issue.
I
can
tell
you
just
simply
titled
the
for
the
police
department
speak
to
the
officer
in
charge.
You
oh
I,
see
especially
if
it's
a
temporary
issue.
We've
got
relatives
staying
over
there
problem
with
obstruction.
There
we
go.
C
You
just
have
to
park
the
other
night
and
the
light
on
us.
This
is
it
appear
before
the
court
have
taken
that
advice.
You
usually
works
out
the
police
you
follow
through
and
they
do
work
with
the
citizens
not
to
issue
those
tickets
as
long
as
they're
called
in
advance
and
they
what
the
problem
is
so
in
any
event,
I'm
asking
the
council
to
approve
miss
Lawson,
but
they
should
be
an
invaluable
addition
to
the
cords
of
the
bench.
C
Three
council
that
I
did
I
think
was
all
the
Breck
was
a
character,
a
requisite
experience
and
the
records
of
temperament
to
sit
on
the
bench,
because
I
treat
my
as
the
cause
was
worried
because
she
ultimately
have
to
when
you
say,
pool
pool
on
that
person
and
I
can
assure
the
council
that
would
not
recommend
to
anybody
that
I
felt
at
any
other.
Any
issues
whatsoever
my
mind
she
is
qualified.
She
would
do.
A
great
job
will
be
a.
C
A
Judge
just
to
expound
on
the
comments
in
mr.
Smith
I
hadn't
told
you
mean
attorney
Lawson
in
this
chat
for
qualifications
of
our
ecstatic.
I
think
it's
time
that
we
put
eight
women
on
the
bench
in
Cranston.
I
couldn't
be
the
last
time.
If
ever
we
had
a
little
judge.
So
having
talked
about
Larson
was
awesome
I
also
to
would
urge
for
our
passage.
Thank
you.
A

C

Were

I

this

The

I
have
of
the

It

that

Councilman

that
committee.
Councilman
Hopkins
here
on
the
committee.
A
A
The
second
thing
on
the
docket
tonight
I
was
in
the
talks
about
two
things
to
thank
again
chief
letter
for
coming
tonight,
then
giving
us
some
facts
and
figures
about
you
know
the
truth
is
in
advertising,
and
sometimes
when
you
advertise
things
and
not
the
truth,
it's
good
to
hear
some
things
that
make
a
lot
more
sense
as
to
what
we
know
is
the
place
and
the
firefighters
do.
Secondly,
I
have
a
brother
and
a
sister
who
live
in
Houston.
They
finally
moved
there
exactly
so
lots
of
repairs.
A
People
use
them
right
now,
as
they
historic
flooding,
which
is
something
in
class
tonight.
A
good
outcome,
I
have
first
line
of
communication
to
them
and
they've
told
me
they're,
enjoying
it's
also
a
Houston
reasons
which
is
60
feet
and
they're
expected
to
be
at
59
feet.
So
it's
all
credit.
They
can
give
another
full
range
of
motion
a
little
heavy.
So
I
asked
the
councilman
just
to
say,
quick
prayer
for
the
people.
A
To
the
administration,
if
you
could
have,
if
it's
a
draft
of
an
email
works,
know
if
that's
of
that
works
committee,
could
you
do
this?
How
do
we
do
this?
How
the
investments
in
the
park
you
could
say
it
would
be
able
shoes
being
the
state
park
that
we
want
think
about
a
solution
that
will
help
the
citizens
who
use
the
block
number
item.
We
also
had
a
rash
of
graffiti
on
the
bike
paths,
specifically
in
the
area
of
part
down
which
Oxford
Street.
A
A
A
You
know
an
excellence
council
meeting
a
special
recognition
recognition.
Mr.

Thank
you,

then
Ostara

I
just
want
to
express
my
gratitude
and
administration
for
fixing
a
fence
at
Gladstone
stream
paid
in
the
street
and
fixing
the
sidewalk
to
the
process
of
being
done
before
the
first
day
of
school
open.
So
it's
great.
A
My
constituents,
because
they
really
Kenard
for
us
and
I,
want
them
to
know
that
I
certainly
appreciate
it.
Thank
you,
Thank
You,
mr.
director,
can
you
let
them
know
that
they
were
getting
some
some
good,
kudos
and
I
know,
especially.
You
know
what
we
try
to
around
together
and
do
things
as
a
body
as
opposed
to
the
parties
so
I,
like
that.
Any
additional
comments
says
that
there
is
no
businesses.
So
we
are
introduction
business.
