City Council Meeting

I
was
fortunate
enough
to
go
to
high
school
in
Poland.
She
was
a
standout
herself.
She
motivated
me
into
a
moderator
every
day,
so
I
know
the
passion
and
enthusiastic
attitude
she
brings
to
erdog
so
great
job
Nicole.
The
first
one
is
actually
to
you
that
if
you
you
and
console
member
of
August
will
hand
out
the
rest
as
we
go.
D

A
F
And
not
getting
the
work
done
really
affecting
the
grades.
This
is
very
important
to
have
education
about
application
in
schools,
not
just
for
the
comparison
of
my
teachers,
but
students
also.
So,
for
example,
if
someone
has
a
seizure
in
class
or
in
the
hallway,
the
students
need
to
know
how
to
handle
the
situation
as
a
team
living
with
dethology
I
feel
it
makes
me
safer
that
people
know
about
infrasty,
so
they
know
what
to
do.
If
they
are
near
me
and
I
have
a
teacher.
F
As
you
may
know,
the
average
class
size
is
about
26
students.
However,
something
you
may
not
have
known
is
that
when,
in
terms
of
two
people
have
epilepsy
and
only
10,
people
will
have
a
seizure
in
their
lifetime
in
actuality,
11,
000
people
living
live
without
policy.
Now,
even
though
I
have
autopsy
asking
for
people
to
deliver.
C
C
A
We
must
increase
public
knowledge
with
absolute
epilepsy
and
seize
your
first
aid
and
change
the
way
people
think
about
epilepsy
and
seizures.
Now,
therefore,
we
hereby
complaint.
October
28
2019
make
epilepsy
History
Day
to
encourage
all
plants
and
residents
to
take
action
together
and
make
epilepsy
history.
We
hereby
send
our
stances
into
the
seal
October
28th
2019,
signed
by
mayor
Allen,
Fung
council
president
under
Farina,
the
rest
of
the
Brandon
City
Council.
A
A
G
I'll
be
briefly,
I
was
the
president
and
you
weren't
here
at
the
northern
committees.
I
just
want
to
go
over
a
few
things
that
you
have
on
the
project:
I'm
representing
Oakland,
Development,
LLC
and
Anthony
principals
again
with
regard
to
the
Chase
Bank,
proposing
175
Outland
Avenue,
as
you
know,
there's
a
presentations
before
the
public
works
and
one
is
committees
on
October
17th
before
the
Public
Works
committee
was
a
resolution
for
the
advantage
of
the
block
street.
As
was
mentioned
at
that
meeting,
the
requirement
of
the
city
is
when
you
propose
to
abandon
the
street.
G
You
have
to
get
the
street
appraised
by
an
appraiser
on
the
city's
list.
We
did
that
with
Peter
and
Scotty,
with
this
ordinance
and
the
others
are
granted,
the
city
will
receive
some
of
the
paint
based
upon
the
phrases
194
500,
in
addition
here
for
a
Zone
chain,
from
B1
to
C3,
for
the
properties
that
make
up
the
make
up
the
Chase
Bank
and
also
the
Sorting
companies
quinnamon
for
some
of
those
lots.
If
all
of
these
are
approved,
there
will
be
an
administrative
subdivision
and
a
virtual
lodging
question
for
approval.
G
H
As
part
of
the
end
use
of
this
ultimate
project,
we've
received
planning
board
approval,
it's
also
received
on
the
plane,
commission,
review
and
approval,
and
before
the
ordinance
committee
and
handy
what
his
committee
reviewed
this
project
as
well
I'm
available
as
our
Engineers
create
PHP
are
available
from
any
council
members,
have
any
questions
or
concerns
about
the
project.
The
ordinance
quickly
matches
essentially
those
three
things.
It
essentially
clarifies
the
existing
sizes
of
the
buildings
on
site
now
what
it
has
been
built.
H
It's
secondly,
addresses
the
uses,
the
industrial,
the
clarity
cash
boys
could
have
some
issues
with
respect
to
what
the
uses
were
and
how
they
were
being
permitted,
and
that
is
that
is
finally
come
to
fruition,
and
it
also
eliminates
any
issue
with
respect
to
science,
we're
not
proposing
any
science
and
essentially
put
something
into
that.
This
is
our
final
phase,
final
development,
and
we
have
no
intention
of
coming
back
other.
I
A
A
couple
of
updates
in
God
Works
website
reported
that
third
violation
of
the
temporary
structures
on
their
property
I
believe
it
was
a
2400
fine
that
they
were
saved
for
and
the
reports
that
they
can
no
longer
put
any
additional
structures
on
that
property.
That's
one
positive
also,
we
did
have
our
noise
monitoring
companies
that
lived
the
city,
the
report
and
their
findings,
and
we
have
yeah.
J
A
I
Just
wanted
to
also
say
thank
you
again
very
much
to
the
council
and
to
the
administration
for
taking
the
time
to
listen
to
us
and
be
receptive
to
what
we've
had
to
say
and
to
take
this
decibel
testing,
and
everything
else
is
also
as
far
as
taking
a
matter
further
into
court.
We're
grateful
for
that
when
I
say
thank
you
as
well
to
everyone,
and
we
look
forward
to
being
contacted
shortly
in
any
way
that
we
could
help
with
that
matter
as
well.
So,
thank
you
all
very
much
and
we'll
see
you
next
time.
A
K
Committee
that,
with
regards
to

any
further

K
Because
then,
we'll

we
had

to

I'll
skip
those
no
okay.
First
Natalie
we
heard
8-19-04
coordinates
an
amendment
of
title
10,
chapter
32.570,
according
to
passed
in
2005.
that'll

by
a

Donegan,
co-sponsored
by
council

Macaulay.
This
past
I
believe
was
it

the

that
company.
C
K
A
Thank
you,
I'll
be
sticking
with
Olivia's
now,
who
shared
that,
in
my
absence.
A
L
A
M
M
L
Believe
me,
I'm
not
opposed
to
solar
panels
and
I
would
like
to
see
them
installed
throughout
the
city
if
they've
done
properly
and
I
think
it's
a
good
idea,
but
in
this
case
I
think
we're
getting
into
a
dangerous
dangerous
territory
when
we
get
accompanied
that's
willing
to
come
in
and
take
an
abandoned
property.
That's
been
vacant,
so
God
knows
how
many
years
and
they're
going
to
spends
millions
of
dollars
to
fix
it
up
and
then
to
ask
them
to
put
some
solar
panels
on
the
roof
after
they've
done.
All
their
work.
D
I
agree
with
councilman
Hawkins
I
think
you
know
we're
asking
the
company
to
come
in
and
invest
four
million
dollars
plus
into
the
project
in
the
Northern
Area.
First
of
all,
I'm
not
sure
if
legal
I
guess
we'd
have
potassium
attorneys,
but
obviously
there
should
be
initiatives
to
encourage
businesses
to
use
solar
energy
for
the
environment.
I.
Just
don't
think
we
should
require
any
events
coming
to
the
city
to
do
so.
K
Thank
you,
council
president
I
looked
in
I
looked
at
this
subsequent
to
the
hearing
as
well,
and
one
of
the
things
is
that
there's
no
science
behind
even
requesting
this,
even
if
it
were
legal
I,
don't
believe
that
we
have
the
authority
to
impose
this
restriction.
K
I'm
one
developer,
I,
don't
think
we
compose
it
on
anyone
else,
but
the
science
doesn't
match
up
and
I
know.
Our
planning
department
has
a
lot
of
information
on
this,
but
we
have
I
would
say
maybe
20
to
25
000
structures
in
the
entire
city
and
even
if
you
put
a
solar
panels
on
every
one
of
our
structures,
you'd
be
above
50
000
should
of
is
powering
the
whole
city
up
with
solar
power.
So
there's
just
no
science
and
math
behind
it
to
back
it
up,
it's
a
great
goal.
K
It's
something
I
think
we
should
do.
But,
as
I
said,
the
committee
as
the
technology
gets
better,
then
you
may
be
able
to.
You
know
create
smaller
solar
panels
that
generate
far
more
electricity
until
they're,
that's
done
and
it's
affordable,
I,
don't
see
how
we
can
impose
that
kind
of
a
restriction
and
especially
on
a
small
building
like
this
I'm
told
that
you
know,
if
you
don't
have
50
000
square
feet
of
panel
you're,
not
generating
a
heck
of
a
lot
of
electricity.
K
Especially
the
fact
that
I
don't
think
we
have
the
authority
to
even
close
it.
So
I
would
oppose
the
amendment.
I
think,
tax
incentives
or
technological
advancement
of
the
way
to
generate
new
forms
of
renewable
energy,
not
trying
to
dictate
that
you
know
an
existing
business
or
a
new
business.
Try
to
do
it
while
they're
building
their
structure.
H
Two
parts
first
I
think
that
going
forward.
This
is
something
that
we
should
look
after
all,
we're
going
to
seriously
start
to
take
on
climate
change,
leading
to
start
to
look
at
these
big
initiatives,
and
this
is
these
are
the
kind
of
patients
that
we
need
to
do
in
front
of
and
take
on,
but
not
to
put
the
Mr
Christian
bomb
or
Mr
her
Debbie
on
the
spot.
Do
you
have
a
legal
opinion
on
the
legality
of
the
amendment?
Just
you
know,
for
so
through
the
JFK
to
explicitor.
H
That
was
pretty
fascinating.
Now
you
may
again,
I
know
I'll
put
you
on
the
spot.
Yeah
is
your
opinion
on
that,
because
this
is
a
you
know
a
one-off
instance,
or
would
that.
M
Be
do
you
feel
that
would
be
the
same
going
forward
if
it
was
codified
into
you
know
code
that
new
construction
going
forward
had
to
I
think
it
actually
modify
that
there
has
to
be
some
kind
of
reason
why
we
are
signaling
out
Chase
Banks
control
panels
versus
any
others.
M
M
You
know
well,
I
think
that
this
this
Corporation
is
one
of
the
wealthiest
corporations
in
the
world,
so
they
can
certainly
afford
to
put
solar
panels
on
the
roof
of
a
branch
office
in
Grants
Colorado.
It's
not
going
to
really
bother
them
at
all.
The
second
thing
is
that
I
think
we
we
have
the
right.
This
is
our
property
and
we
have
the
right
to
sell
it
for
what
we
want
to
sell
for
I
mean
we
have
to
wonder
the
law.
We
have
to
do
an
appraisal
and.
D
M
Least
the
appraised
value,
but
the
reason
I'm
tempting
to
attach
this
amendment
to
this
section
is
because
this
is
ours.
This
is
something
we're,
selling
and
I.
Think
the
price
that
we
should
sell
this,
for
is
the
190
000
Plus,
the
requirement
of
therapy
solar
panels
on
the
roof.
I
think
we
have
to
take
steps
like
this
or
the
alternatives.
Are
these
massive
solar
Farms?
M
That
I
think
most
of
us
realize
are
are
a
mistake
in
our
city
and
or
agreeing
that
we're
just
gonna
destroy
the
planet
and
our
grandchildren
are
going
to
be
in
one
hell
of
a
mess.
So
it's
a
very
small
step.
I
know
that,
but
I
think
we
do
have
the
right
set
of
price
on
our
on
something
we're
selling
and
there
should
be
part
of
the
price.
N
I
understand
for
the
planning,
I
don't
know
if
we
should
do
this
on
a
single
basis,
Steve
I
think
we're
better
off
coming
up
with
something
like
you
say,
that
of
avoid
the
big
solar
farms
and
work
on
something
that
we'll
make
the
city
of
Cranston
a
better
friendly
Regional
place
to
live.
I
think
we
have
to
sit
down
and
really
work
on
some
kind
of
resolution.
The
ordinance
to
come
up
with
something
I,
don't
think.
Now
is
the
time
to
single
out
one
individual
company,
though,
to
to
mandate
this.
H
Given
Mr
hershbomb's
opinion
upon
their
vote
against
the
amendment,
not
against
the
idea,
but
because
of
the
illegal
opinion
with
that
said,
I
think
this.
This
is
something
that
we
should
do
going
forward:
the
planning
directors
in
the
room
and
I'd
love
to
work
together,
and
it's
a
Christian
bomb
to
try
and
codify
this
idea
into
into
code
going
forward.
So
we
can
start
to
take
on
some
of
these
challenges,
but
I
mean
this
is
a
priority
for
the
city.
H
There
are
a
number
of
ways
to
specific
to
do
this
legally
and
not
just
on
Facebook
on
how
much
money
someone
perceives
someone
has.
So
it's
always
fun
to
spend
other
people's
money.
But
we
can't
do
that
in
this
country.
D
But
What
proposes
we
do
taxes,
selling
programs,
maybe
we'll
get
into
some
kind
of
set
a
program
based
upon
a
green
incentive
program.
We
have
a
job
to
send
you
the
buildings
and
I.
Don't
think
it
would
be
wrong
for
many
people
want
to
do
that.
D
That
being
said,
I
appreciate
the
conversation,
and
you
know
I
think
that
you
know
we
can
definitely
work
around
an
incentive
to
make
the
city
of
Princeton
a
little
more
green
and
to
encourage
it.
But
you
know
I,
like
I,
said
a
committee
or
pull
up
this
business
for
coming
into
the
city
of
Tennessee
spending,
four
or
plus
a
million
dollars
cleaning
up
an
area
buying
out
six
plus
properties
and
I.
K
Know
a
hard
this
deal
was
to
put
together,
so
you
know,
I
encourage
it.
I,
look
forward
to
this
Bank
coming
to
our
city
and
I.
Thank
them
for
their
investment.
Further
discussion
just
very
quickly.
Yeah
I
I
would
I
certain
as
I
said,
I.
Certainly
favor
tax
incentive
methods
of
obtaining
some
technological
advancement
and
projects
like
this
but
I
think
we
should
listen
to
the
science
and
I
think
our
planning
department
has
a
lot
of
knowledge
with
regard
to
this.
So
the
feasibility
is
an
issue.
K
K
A
To
find
spots
where
you
can
potentially
go,
but
I
was
sitting
here
and
tell
you
now,
the
only
person
in
the
Stream
is
qualified
to
decide
if
solar,
rational
accountability
is
the
director
of
planning.
Is
the
training
to
understand?
What's
going
on?
Okay,
what
the
HVAC
system
will
look
like
integrated
with
the
operations
of
the
building
and
to
sit
here
and
change
a
law
or
something
that
they
sold
not
be
feasible,
for
it
doesn't
make
the
best
sense.
I!
Think
that's
something
the
city
wants
to
do.
A
A
A
good
piece
of
legislation
to
just
put
it
in
an
abandonment-
it
just
doesn't
seem
like
it's
still
white
council
member.
Yes,
in
light
of
the
Contour
comments,
always
draw
my
Amendment
yeah.
H
In
the
committee,
the
fact
that
they're
we
are
going
to
be
losing,
of
course
willingly
they
are
selling
their
homes.
We
are
using
some
some
units,
I,
don't
know
if
anyone
else
on
the
council
has
had
a
chance
to
read
through
the
Housing
Works,
we're
out
in
fact
late
last
week,
but
according
to
their
statistics,.
H
The
annual
income
needed
to
reportedly
purchase
a
median
price
home
granting
is
78
000
in
the
Canadian
household
products.
I
think
is
64
000.,
so
losing
housing
units
is
a
significant
issue
and
I'm
wondering
if
the
kid,
if
this
body
has
any
willingness
to
earmark
some
of
the
money
that
we're
going
to
receive
through
the
amendment
towards
something
like
the
CCAP
natural
assistance
program
or
in
the
community
development,
Department,
Affairs
and
I,
believe
they
have
some
funds
for
purchasing
products
to
develop
for
affordable
housing.
H
A
A
M
K
O
O
K
K
Very
lengthy
meeting
and
coordinates
on
this
and
I
want
to
thank
the
developer
and
the
experts
that
appeared
and
gave
us
a
very
extensive
plan
of
what's
going
to
happen.
There
I
think
it's
a
very
good
project.
I
think
it's
going
to
create
some
buffer
for
the
for
the
other
residences
that
are
there
and
I.
Think
it's.
You
know
it's
a
win-win
for
the
city.
K
It's
going
to
create
not
only
12
years
of
income
upfront
from
the
taxes,
but
it's
going
to
create
a
tax-based
commercial
tax
base,
one
of
the
things
that
didn't
come
out
in
the
committee
they
accomplish
that
ask
the
question.
Excuse
me:
this
property
will
also
be
taxed
at
the
commercial
rate
rather
than
the
residential
rate.
So
it's
already
ten
dollars
per
thousand
higher
and
it's
going
to
be
obviously
substantially
more
in
value
than
I.
Think
the
the
five
houses.
K
Thank
you,
council
president
titled
10.32
code
of
the
city
of
Cranston
2005.
It's
had
a
lot
of
vehicles
in
traffic,
Puritan
and
Standish
streets
three-way
stop
concert
by
council
member
done
again.
C
L
A
A
A
P
And
I
have
presented
an
initial
report
which
was
into
the
docket,
so
hopefully
you
had
a
chance
to
review
the
initial
findings
of
the
commission.
The
report
contains
you
know,
there's
some
initial
preliminary
work
results
to
this
point,
which
I
think
has
been
very
successful,
but
rather
than
to
repeat
the
contents
of
the
report.
At
this
point,
the
other
and
I
will
be
happy
to
address
any
questions
you
have
but
providing
verification
on
any
of
the
individual
items
that
were
contained
in
the
report.
N
A
A
So
we
think
we
need
to
sign
up
to
yes
he's
a
heading
out
for
the
for
the
event
phenomena.
M
P
Was
a
very
well:
it
was
a
very
contentious
issue
of
generated
son
of
a
commission
meetings.
Basically,
the
way
the
city
of
Cranston
runs
the
application
process.
An
applicant
must
possess
the
EMT
cardiac
license.
P
We
must
have
that
training
and
testing
completely
other
municipalities.
We
have
learned,
don't
require
the
applicant
to
because
that's
that
license
when
they
apply,
rather
after
they
hired
they're,
given
a
certain
period
of
time
under
six
months
or
a
year
to
to
obtain
after
a
lot
of
debate,
research
and
collaboration
I
think
the
mayor
recognize
that
perhaps
it
is
a
barrier
to
some
people
in
a
blind
and
he
again
he's
recommending
that
that
be
changed,
but
probably
the
next
five
eleven
improvements
will
be
after
his
term
ends.
M
M
M
When,
when
does
this
come
up
in
the
past,
the
escapement
was
made
that
that
would
create
a
lot
of
overtime,
because
that
would
be
a
cost
of
the
city.
Is
that
we
decided
that
that
has
to
be
accomplished.
M
They
would
have
to
accomplish
that
certification
of
all
time
on
their
own,
so
it
does
not
affect
the
41-10
minimum
refining
so
across
the
city
should
be
all
the
time
and
they
have
to
do
that
within
the
probationary
period
or
they
will
not
pass
it
restricted,
so
they
they
would
do
it
after
their
a
completely
pattern.
Did
you
say
yes,.
A
N
Oh
okay,
but
one
more
question:
I,
wonder
if
I
could,
who
did
she
ask
her
if
she
comes
from
cycle
just
to
shed
some
light
on
this
CCRI
offers
a
program
and
I
know
one
of
the
instructors
I
spoke
to
him
about
this
and
they
have
it
Steve
so
that
if
they
do
accommodate
the
different
departments
at
different
times-
and
they
have
one
evening
where
they'll
do
it
and
they'll
have
one
afternoon
while
they're
doing
so,
they
do
accommodate
different
different
schedules.
J
B
O
The
can
you
still
take
that
loan
out
in
the
event
that
you
just
got
hired
in
the
fire
department.
K
As
a
follow-up
to
that,
what
is
the
fire
department
is
that
kind
of
is
that
going
to
affect
the
fire
department,
because
from
what
I
understand
everyone
that's
on
duty
has
that
certification,
so
will
that
won't
that
affect
the
Manning
of
the
Staffing
for
a
debt?
That's
a
conversation
so.
A
It's
probably
going
to
do
something
some
aspects
negotiated,
and
you
have
to
be
a
different
process
for
that
training
period,
because
I
have
that
c
so
that
that
means
they
have
the
right
detention.
A
E
I
just
wanted
to
add
something
to
make
a
comment
to
say
that
I
commend
his
body.
The
relationship
from
a
council
president,
the
mayor's
office
in
America
itself,
because
this
brought
some
diversity
is
a
very
serious
situation.
It's
something
that
we
didn't
have
to
tackle
as
a
society.
So
I
think
that
the
personal
element
that's
very
important
to
political
will,
and
you
can
see
that
there's
a
wonderful
world
again,
we
just
have
to
work
on
regulations
and
move
forward.
I
think
we're
in
the
right
step
in
2019.
So
it's
time
to
change.
Thank
you.
E
Talk
about
ways
to
make
the
hiring
practices
in
the
city
better.
Hopefully
we
can
continue
and
continue
to
work
towards
other
issues
that
make
the
city
once
you
solve
this
one.
So
I
do
want
to
thank
for
directors
for
the
work,
they've
done
and
remember
time
in
to
actually
work
to
solve
this
issue.
It's
not
just
checking
a
box
for
us.
It's.
D
D
D
A
M
Yeah
all
right
and
could
I
just
say
that
that
building
is
that
building
is
right
next
to
a
city
park
and.
A
A
Somehow
incorporate
that
in
the
other
community
we're
going
to
but
I,
don't
know
the
exact
wording
of
that
right
now,
but
that's
how
it's
all
the
stuff
incorporate
the
part
into
that
for
the
infrastructure.
J
A
Coming
out
tonight
earlier
in
the
beginning,
we
had
a
very
confident
and
positive
possible
by
going,
and
hopefully
we
will
see
that
moving
on
I
just
wanted
to
make
mention
that
what
you
see
on
the
agendas.
H
H
H
A
Requirements,
but
some
of
them
are
big
changes
to
the
chart
that
the
government
assistance
did
as
long
as
we
charge
them
around,
because
we
want
to
give
them
a
republic
on
some
of
these
changes
and
thank
you
attorney
Gresham
for
surveying,
Congress,
commission.
We
do
appreciate
it.
I
know
you're
a
busy
busy
person
in
your
personal
life,
your
business
and
your
family
and
the
world
you
so
across
as
our
attorney.
So
thank
you
for
working
and
taking
the
lead
on
the
internet.
M
What
needs
to
have
it?
They
give
you
if
you
look
at
in
the
charter.
Let
me
just
look
this
up:
3.08
0.040
F
and
it's.
M
M
M
What
I'm
handing
around
is
a
is
a
report
about
the
chemical
fire
that
was
in
Cranston
that
the
administration
of
temporal
specifically
provided
for
me
to
be
following
the
meeting
we
had
about
six
weeks
ago
with
the
mayor
concerning
the
financial
likely
Financial
situations
of
the
city
in
the
last
fiscal
year
and
how
the
chemicals
fire
on
Illinois
Avenue
had
a
major
was
a
major
hit
for
the
safe,
both
in
terms
of
medical
costs
and
backfilling.
Fire
positions
for
people
who
are
out
due
to
what
happened
in
that
fire.
M
Look
at
getting
money
from
process
the
company
for
the
fight,
because,
according
to
this
report,
from
the
from
niac,
which
is
the
National
Institute
of
occupational
safety
and
health,
there's
a
lot
of
responsibility
for
what
happened
on
the
company.
This
wasn't
just
a
lightning
struck
a
building
or
something.
And
if
you
look
on
the
third
page
of
what
I'm
handed
out
under
incident,
you've
got
to
hear
mark
it
says:
firefighters
entered
the
building
and
found
an
active
fire
burning
in
a
chemical
disposal,
vat.
It
was
unclear
what
was.
M
M
M
According
to
this
I,
don't
know
any
more
than
what's
in
here.
You
know
these
guys,
the
chemical
firefighters
walk
into
this
building
and
there's
a
vat
of
chemicals
on
fire,
and
nobody
knows
what's
in
the
back,
so
that
had
major
Health
consequences
for
the
firefighters
and
I
I.
Think
the
company,
the
company
screwed
up
so
from
Reading,
going
back
and
reading
old
newspaper
articles
on
the
Fire,
the
article
said
the
two
things
that
I
thought
were
particularly
interesting.
M
That
the
I
believe
it
was
the
chief
of
Canada
estimated
that
the
city
lost
a
hundred
and
fifty
thousand
dollars
of
equipment
in
that,
in
that
instance,
so
even
separate
from
the
medical
bills
and
the
overtime
costs
due
to
this
fire.
Are
the
equipment
costs
that
right
now
the
taxpayers
are
being
expected
to
come
and
I?
Don't
think
we
should
be
picking
up?
We
should
be
picking
up
those
costs
when
the
company
clearly
was
negligent
in
its
responsibilities
to
keep
records
to
label
things,
and
there
may
be
more
details
about
their
negligence.
M
A
A
Thousand
dollars
so
again,
I'm,
not
an
attorney
but
I've,
been
told.
That's
negligence
in
a
situation
like
that
is
very
difficult
to
prove
by
the
city
against
a
choice
of
our
case,
but
I
mean
that's
what
I
was
advised
by
schools
so
to
the
director.
If
we
need
to
have
an
executive
session
next
month,
you
think
that
this
will
really
actually
pre-existence.
Please,
let
me
know
so
we
can
schedule
them.
A
Thank
you.
I
know
that
the
majors
are
still
here
so
regarding
traffic
again,
I
know
that
you
know
science
has
been
happening
last
weekend,
I
was
walking
in
the
neighborhood
behind
them
in
middle
school.
There's
a
there's,
a
home
management
control
officer
there,
the
entire
time
on
auto
foreign.
A
A
N
Thank
you.
Thank
you,
council,
president
being
that
Province
just
implemented
it.
Maybe
we
can
pick
their
brain
on
how
they
went
about
notifying
the
businesses
and
the
residents
as
well.
A
A
Can't
no
longer
use
plastic
I
think
it's
going
to
be
cd-wide
effort.
Obviously
police
and
inspection
would
be
foreign.
J
Except
believe,
there's
no
parking
section
where
the
sign
has
either
been
faded
or
have
been
taken
down,
they're
going
to
put
it
back
up
again,
not
sure
when
everything
happens,
but
I
just
want
to
give
you
a
heads
ahead,
stuff
an
event
to
signed
us.
The
other
thing
that
I
do
have
none
of
the
complications
or
none
of
this
is
but
is
there
anyone
yeah
conversation
going
as
far
as
the
process
for
the
first
position
and
I
know
the
equipment
itself
is
January
or
remind
myself
known.
A
We're
looking
to
post
that
next
couple
of
weeks,
hopefully
it's
finished
I,
don't
have
a
chance
to
touch
things
with
her
mind,
but
we're
looking
to
create
a
job
description
and
postal
position
externally
and
review
applicants
as
they
come
in.
As
you
guys
said,
she
will
say
the
name
of
January
I
accomplished
that
even
if
she
works
for
two
months
at
the
current
Staffing
in
thanks.
