Conduct the second reading and enact Ordinance No. 13-2114: "An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Cupertino repealing Ordinance No. 1702 and Approving a New Development Agreement By and Between the City of Cupertino and Apple Inc. for the Development of a New Corporate Campus"

Mayor I just want to take this moment to say thank you very much to not only Apple Inc, for working with our wonderful si staff and with the sea council, but 25 years ago, I was mayor here in this room when mr. Steve Jobs came to make the announcement just shortly prior to that that was his last public appearance before his death, Chris Wang and I had opportunity with mr. folks to meet with mr. Jones personally to talk about his vision.

This project, yes, is very important to the sea of Cupertino, but to the greater Silicon, Valley and I know that there's a lot of hard work, a lot of hard negotiation that work very closely with our si staff and there's numerous names like I, can say button and they're, not saying because I miss someone out that we're really proud and I know that there was a lot of negotiation but added in the road.
