C
A
Council
member
Chelsea
noon
account
present
and
guess.
We
have
Lindsey
Runyan
executive
director
of
Greater
in
food
Chamber
of
Commerce
here
and
excuse
me
of
Leo
Moran
excused
and
Emily
and
Kona
Inglewood
Public
Schools
excused
absent.
We
have
alternate
member
Monica,
alvidres
and
Steph.
We
have
director
Christina,
Underhill
library
and
virtual
Arts
manager,
Bethany
Lafferty
and
event
supervisor
Tony
arnoldy.
A
B
B
I
was
fortunate
enough
to
meet
with
Rhys
and
Kyle
at
the
end
of
last
year
to
discuss
some
of
these
opportunities,
so
I'm
here
today,
basically
to
run
through
what
that
could
look
like
and
potentially
what
the
chamber
would
like
to
request
of
your
commission
in
terms
of
time
effort
and
some
funding.
So
the
first
one
up
is
the
chamber
pop-up
Lounge
concept,
so
this
would
be
essentially
a
pop-up
Lounge
that
would
be
part
of
adjacent
to
the
block
party
on
the
same
day
same
time.
B
All
of
those
things
this
would
be
a
ticketed
event,
possibly
featuring
like
a
specialty
cocktail,
maybe
served
in
a
specialty,
glass
or
commemorative
glass
to
take
home
with
you.
We
kind
of
see
this,
as
you
know,
fun,
loungey,
Furniture,
great
lighting,
maybe
there's
a
red
rope.
You
know,
and
the
part
that
I
would
be
most
interested
in
talking
with
you.
B
All
about
is
activating
the
space
just
a
little
bit
more
by
maybe
having
some
chalk
artists,
and
so
that
is
essentially
what
you're
seeing
in
some
of
these
photos
here,
where's
it
going
to
be
so
we
are
still
looking
at
locations.
B
We
are
working
with
Tony
and
the
Edda
to
kind
of
look
at
some
spots
that
could
be
activated
in
terms
of
Alleyways
or
parking
lots.
We
don't
want
to
get
too
far
off
the
beaten
path.
You
know
we
want
to
be
somewhat
visible,
so
people
are
you
know,
their
interest
is
peaked.
B
Essentially
so
I
think
there's
a
couple
of
spots
that
we
can
pursue
one
being
kind
of
Behind,
The,
Breakfast,
Queen
and
adjacent
to
where
the
oars
Trading
Post
used
to
be
that's
one
idea,
like
I
said
we
don't
want
to
get
too
far
off
the
beaten
path
when
Kyle
and
I
met
recently,
we
we
talked
a
little
bit
about
well
what,
if
the
alleyway
next
to
Devil's
Head
was
activated
and,
and
although
that
could
be
a
really
fun
spot
in
the
future,
I
think
it's
a
little
bit
too
off
the
beaten
path
for
the
actual
block
party.
B
So
and
I
would
I'd
be
happy
to
you
know,
report
back
to
you
all
on
some
of
those
ideas
and
where,
specifically,
it
would
be
once
we
get
a
little
more
settled
with
the
idea.
E
B
One
idea
that
I
think
could
be
really
interesting
would
be
actually
where
Tony
had
the
food
trucks
last
year
on
the
3300
block.
You
know
what,
if
a
section
of
that
space
was
activated,
you
know
with
some.
You
know
ropes
or
temporary
fencing
so
that
it
was
like.
You
still
saw
it
and
you're
kind
of
like
oh
what's
going
on
over
there,
and
it
would
be
visible
and
if
we
made
it
still
kind
of
you
know
fun
and
bougie
and
had
a
like
a
kitchen,
Vibe
I
think
it
would
be
great.
F
And
I
think,
because
last
year
we
learned
we
just
met,
we
just
shut
down
half
of
that
at
extended
block,
but
we
had
to
shut
down
the
traffic
for
the
whole
block.
So
we
even
talked
at
the
at
our
wrap-up
meeting
last
year.
The
might
as
well
use
that
hope.
You
know
if
we're
going
to
have
that
second
block,
we
might
as
well
use
it.
So
that
might
be
a
perfect
idea.
C
B
B
So
that's
that
idea
and
then
I
kind
of
have
you
know
a
preliminary
budget
set
up
here
when
I
spoke
with
Kyle.
Last
week
we
talked
a
little
bit
about
possibly
the
idea
of
chalk
artist
being
around
a
thousand
dollars.
So
you'll
see
that
indicated
towards
the
bottom.
B
I,
don't
know
if
that's
two
chalk
artists
both
doing
a
fun,
you
know
drawing
or
maybe
it's
just
one,
and
maybe
that
person's
just
500
I'm,
not
sure
exactly
what
that
would
look
at
I.
Look
to
you
guys
more
because
of
your
involvement
with
local
artists
that
you
probably
have
a
better
concept
and
idea
of
what
those
costs
would
be.
That's
what
it
cost.
E
The
reason
I
asked
to
where
the
location
would
be
is
when
we've
done
Chalk
in
the
past.
It's
gotten,
unfortunately
drunk
into
like
restaurants
and
stuff,
and
so
I
wanted
to
make
sure
that.
F
B
Then
that
would
be
ideal
because
there
would
not
be
any
active
shops
or
restaurants
open
on.
B
That's
the
first
concept:
do
you
want
to
do
any
questions
now
or
go.
G
B
Just
to
give
you
guys
a
little
bit
of
background
about
mirrors
on
mason
jars,
we've
done
it
twice.
The
first
year
was
simply
a
community
event.
B
It
was
you
know,
kind
of
in
the
middle
of
covid
just
to
get
people
out
of
their
homes.
Walking
around
you
know
obviously
practicing
social
distancing.
It
was
a
great
way
for
the
restaurants.
You
know
to
encourage
traffic
back
into
their
establishments
by
giving
away
gift
cards,
and
you
know
fun
coupons
things
like
that.
So
the
second
year,
which
was
this
past
year,
we
kind
of
skipped
a
year.
If
you
count
it
up,
it
was
more
like
16
or
18
months,
but
so
last
year
was
we
had
some
changes.
B
We
had
a
base
camp
area
set
up
with
live
mural
paintings,
so
the
old
hope
building,
which
is
now
blue,
Tile
gallery
space.
They
were
completing
a
mural
but
correlated
at
the
same
time
as
the
event
we
still
gave
away
prizes.
However,
people
could
earn
tickets
based
on
how
many
murals
they
visited,
the
tickets
went
into
a
bowl
and
then
every
30
minutes,
or
so
we
drew
prizes.
So
not
every
single
person
won,
but
hopefully
people
won.
You
know
multiple
times.
We
also
had
a
DJ.
B
We
had
a
food
truck
and
we
had
about
six
Artisan
Craftsman
booths,
and
so
we
would
like
to
do
that
again
this
year
and
we
really
thought
it
would
be
wonderful
to
add
a
contest
for
activating
a
mural
and
I
have
been
speaking
with
the
owner
of
felt
bar,
which
is
on
the
corner
of
a
coma
and
Floyd.
Yes,
that
drawing
right
there
and
if
you've
never
seen
this
building
I'm
sure
you
have,
but
if
you
never
have
I
mean
it's
almost
perfectly
framed
to
have
a
series
of
murals.
B
You
know
like
year
after
year
and
it's
he
had
actually
approached
me
during
murals
and
Mason
jars.
You
know
this
past
October
and
said
how
do
I
you
know,
get
on
a
list
to
get
a
mural
and
I
said:
oh
well,
hey
I,
don't
have
a
list,
but
I
love
your
enthusiasm.
Let
me
work
on
this
and
so
just
some
early
conversations
with
Reese
and
Kyle.
They
they
liked
the
idea-
and
you
all
were
so
successful
at
putting
together
the
Swedish
horse
or
the
contest.
B
B
The
chamber
does
not
have
the
funding
for
that,
so
I
would
be
looking
to
you
guys
to
help
with
compensation
for
the
artist
I
do
believe
that
we
can
get
some
sponsorship
for
the
paint
for
sure
for
the
wall
itself
and
then
obviously,
I
still
have
to
do
the
other
side
of
the
event.
So,
if
I'm
able
to
get
an
additional
sponsor
or
two
beyond
what
I
need
in
order
to
make
that
function,
the
event
function
properly,
then
I
would
push
that
towards
the
Artist
as
well.
B
So
the
event
is
in
October:
we
usually
do
it
the
first
or
second
week.
That
seems
to
be
a
good
spot
because
it
was
after
the
block
party.
It's
before
weather
has
gotten
really
crazy.
B
B
You
know
that
they
would
like
to
see
happen
is
for
the
base
camp
to
be
more
Central,
so
we
did
it.
You
know
further
down
South
Broadway
last
time,
so
perhaps
you
know
we
have
the
opportunity
to
activate
Phelps
parking
lot
or
maybe
even
you
know
the
Overflow
lot
from
Wells
Fargo
or
maybe
you
know,
we
incorporate
more
energy
with.
B
You
know
devil's
head
and
sunroom,
and
maybe
they
get
on
board
as
well.
Maybe
that's
an
opportunity
to
activate
that
alleyway.
So
I
think
the
potential
is.
B
F
B
B
If
we
were
to
shut
down
and
activate
that
street,
that
would
be
amazing.
I
mean
I'd
love
to
have
kind
of
the
unveiling
or
finishing
touches
being
put
on
that
mural
like
on
that
day,
you
know
like
as
part
leading
up
to
murals
of
mason
jars
itself
and,
if
you're
not
familiar
complete,
if
you
scroll
down
just
a
little
bit
further
I
did
include
like
a
poster
from
last
year
for
you
all
to
see
and
the
map
of
the
actual
all
the
spots,
and
you
know
that
changes
every
year.
B
We
add
a
few
more
here
in
their
new
murals
pop
up.
So
that
gives
you
an
idea
of
all
the
spots
that
are
activated,
so
it
does
extend
from
the
2700
block
of
South
Broadway
to
the
4600
Block
of
South
Broadway,
and
we
also
include
the
wellness
District
area
in
that
and
Tony
was
a
a
great
participant
last
year.
I
think
she
got
tons
of
tickets.
B
That
I
still
have
all
my
pictures
and
and
then
yeah
I
included
some
photos.
So
we
did
do
a
branded
mason
jar.
Where
folks
could
you
know
purchase
their
ticket
to
so
you
could
play
I
mean
you
could
hang
out
and
go
visit
the
murals.
But
if
you
wanted
to
earn
prizes,
you
paid
ten
dollars
to
participate,
and
if
you
wanted
a
commemorative
glass,
you
paid
18,
I,
believe
and
then
several
bars
and
restaurants
on
the
list.
I
think
we
had
14
offered
a
dollar
off.
B
If
you
showed
your
mason
jar,
and
that
was
for
that
Saturday
and
also
the
Sunday.
If
they
were
open,
we
did
not
have
any
alcohol
on
site
and
honestly
I
think
it
made
things
a
lot
easier.
B
I
mean
the
chamber
may
have
been
able
to
make
more
money
if
we
had
had
an
alcohol
sponsor
or
a
booth,
but
I
like
the
idea
of
people
staying
within
our
community
and
and
going
to
these
businesses
and
spending
that
gift
card
They
just
won
and
getting
a
dollar
off
their
beer,
so
so
that
that's
kind
of
it
in
a
nutshell,
can
I
answer
any
questions
about
murals
and
mason
jars.
B
For
for
you
guys,
I
was
hoping
that
we
could
some
talk
about
something
around
5
000.
You
know
which
would
literally
be
going
to
the
artist
and
then
your
help
in
actually
facilitating
the
contest,
and
also
you
know
the
selection
of
the
artist.
My
only
thing
would
be.
You
know
that
I
would
love
if
we
decide
that
this
is
a.
This
is
going
to
work
and
we
want
to
do
felt.
I
would
want
him
to
have
an
opportunity.
You
know
obviously
to
weigh
in
on
what
those
parameters
would
be.
B
B
He
could
he
said
it
could
be
more.
You
know
inglewood-based,
it
could
have
like
a
historic,
some
history
type
element.
He
said
I'm
not
looking
for,
like
you
know,
pool
hall,
pictures
and
a
you
know
an
eight
ball
or
anything
so,
but
that
that
was
a
conversation
we
had
a
couple
weeks
ago.
So
things
made,
he
may
have
some
other
new
ideas,
so
I
think
the
next
steps
would
be
really
just
sitting
down
with
him
and
kind
of
getting
a
feel
for
some
of
his
thoughts.
Okay,.
D
G
C
G
B
E
B
G
I
think
it
would
serve.
You
know,
there's
a
lot
of
cool
businesses
right
on
that
strip,
so
it's
not
just
serving
fall
like
that,
would
be
serving
that
streaks.
There's,
not
a
lot
of
statically
pleasing
things
right
there
and
I
really
feel
like
for
the
whole,
the
businesses
and
everybody
and
people
who
drive
by
to
king
supers.
It
just
brings
people
into
that
area,
maybe
in
a
new
way.
B
C
B
Okay,
great,
so,
please
reach
out
with
any
questions.
If
that
can
be
available,
you
know
for
if
you,
for
a
conversation
or
whatever,
let
me
know
from
you
guys.
Thank
you
for
letting
me
take
the
first
part
of
your
meeting
too
I
really
appreciate
it.
Thanks
for
framing.
B
Right,
what's
your
next
meeting
back
yeah,
Olivia,
Engelbert
I'm
presenting
see
you
guys?
Thank
you.
Do
you
want
me
to
shut
this.
D
The
minutes
I'm
sorry,
we've
gone
straight
into
it.
Okay,
I
need
to
approve
a
motion
to
approve.
C
E
The
only
thing
I
have
well
is
that
I
sent
out
a
packet
to
that's
like
was
not
fancy.
It
was
a
Word
document,
but
it
had
all
of
the
submissions
on
it
and
I
think
we
probably
would
want
to
figure
out
a
voting.
Did
we
figure
out
a
voting
mechanism
for
like
whittling
it
down
to
the
so
we
had
so
many
submissions
that,
like
we
didn't,
want
Public
Works
to
have
to
go
through
all
of
them,
so
they
said
it
would
be
helpful
if
we
can
get
it
down
to
six
and
that
way.
Well.
E
I
said
I
suggested
six,
because
we
have
three
pads
and
if,
for
some
reason,
the
art
isn't
available
when
we
go
to
secure
it
or
an
artist
isn't
available.
For
some
reason
we
have
backup
pieces,
but
if
we
could
select
six
Public
Works
can
look
at
it
make
sure
it
fits
the
bill
for
main
traffic
flow
and
then,
after
that,
we
narrow
it
down
again
to
the
final
three.
E
Does
that
sound
like
a
okay,
yeah
I
was
like
I?
We
had
a
lot
of
submissions
and
of
all
different
types
and
budgets
and
so
I
think
that
seems
like
a
fair
way
to
to
narrow
it
down,
but
yeah.
So
I
guess
I
guess
at
some
point.
We
just
need
to.
A
Put
it,
do
you
guys
feel
comfortable
that
you
could
rate
your
top
six
like
one
through
six,
because
I
think
if
you
wait,
you
know
by
like
one
through
ten,
we
could
end
up
with
a
lot
of
ties.
Yeah,
do
you
know
what
I
mean
yeah
so
and
then,
if
you
guys
could
submit
I
mean
I
could
send
you
a
form,
okay,
create
your
top
six
and
that
backs
back
to
me
and
then
I'll
just
you
know,
keep.
D
I
look
through
them,
I
was
through
them
all
today,
again
and
kind
of
just
made
notes
about
the
ones
I
liked,
but
some
of
them
that
take
the
entire
budget
and
some
of
them
that's
right,
and
some
of
them
that
are
inexpensive
are
also
maybe
not
ideal
for
that
spot,
like
they're
good
I
like
them,
but
it's
like
they
might
just
blend
into
the
background.
Nobody
would
see
them.
G
I
was
wondering
that
as
well
like
some
of
them
looked
I
don't
want.
The
word
that
comes
to
mind
is
almost
too
delicate
or
flimsy
for
where
they're
going
to
be
around
traffic,
like
they
I,
don't
know,
they're,
yeah
I,
don't
know
if
they
met
what
we
were
asking
for
and
maybe
they
did,
but
they
they
almost
seem
like.
They
belong
more
and
like
yard
or
our
garden.
Yes,
I.
E
I
whittled
it
down
by
essentially
size
and
budget
so
that
we
knew
and
type,
but
so
that
we
could,
just
because
we
had
like
700
that
didn't
fit,
maybe
not
that
many,
but
quite
a
few
that
were
like
exceeded
or
dictate
the
guidelines.
So
what
we
do
have
I
think
I
think
we
have
some
that
are
definite
contenders,
yeah
I,
think!
If,
if
you
don't
mind
sending
out
a
form,
we
could
just.
H
C
D
And
I
was
just
thinking
about
like
kind
of
guidelines
that
maybe
you
should
talk
about
of
how
to
of
things
to
think
about
I.
Guess
for
that
art
that,
like
it's
super
high
traffic
volume
there,
sometimes
the
traffic's
going
really
fast.
Sometimes
it's
not
going
fast.
Sometimes
it
stands
too,
but
it
has
like
a
lot
like
there's
a
lot
of
signs
and
a
lot
of
kind
of
I.
D
Don't
know
like
not
Old
Town
type
build
it's
just
like
Box
Store
type
buildings
there
and
so
like
what
can
stand
out
from
the
from
all
that
stuff.
Well,
I.
Think,
of
course,
the
traffic
distractions,
but
the
Public
Works
will
tell
us
all
that
and
then
I
don't
know.
I
was
thinking
about
like
how
do
we
tie
it
in
with
with
Place
making
we
have
the
graphs
on
Broadway.
E
The
only
question
that
I
had
and
I
don't
know
Chris,
but
if
you
know
this
on
immediately,
but
what
would
Public
Works
I
included
them
just
to
be
just
to
be
safe,
but
what
do
they
think
about
having
animals?
Because
there
are
some
like
bronze
animals?
Are
they
is
that
problematic
to
have
in
a
main
like
area
like?
If
you
have.
B
D
D
A
Soon,
as
possible,
I'll
send
out
tomorrow,
it's
like
an
Excel
kind
of
type
sheet,
where
you
can
rate
okay
and
then
I'll
send
that
out
to
you
tomorrow.
How
long
do
you
guys
I
mean
is
a
week
enough?
Is.
E
D
D
You
need
to
approve
the
contest
for
a
month,
let
it
run
for
a
month
and
then
done
so.
You
know
the
painters
we
I.
We
need
to
have
somebody
selected
by
August.
I
would
say
that
gives
them
two
months
to
paint,
which
means
we
probably
by
may
need
to
decide
on
the
contest
of
it
it's
next
month
to
get
that,
get
that
going
and
and
have
the
call
approved
artists
and
all
that
stuff.
E
Was
through
an
online
application
process
and
the
city
collected,
we
had
like
a
form
and
then
they
could
submit
like
a
picture
if
they
wanted.
G
E
G
A
So
next
month,
we're
also
going
to
have
our
Communications
Department
come
to
the
meeting.
They
are
hoping
you
guys
can
help
them
with
the
mural.
Also,
what
they're
wanting
is
more
just
your
knowledge
in
the
process
and
also
help
finding
a
muralist.
A
So
that's
something
to
consider
as
maybe
like
you're
going
to
be
putting
out.
You
know,
requests
for
real
list
for
this
one.
There
will
also
be
that
one
they're
looking
at
right
now
trying
to
determine
a
location
but
I
think
they're,
looking
at
more
mural
that
you
know
the
ones
where
people
can
take
a
picture
yeah
for
somebody
standing,
we.
B
B
And
then
one
that's
kind
of
whatever
you
want
to
come
up
with.
This
is
the
location
it
will
be
and
then
we'll
have
one
that's
more
of
a
Gateway
mural.
So
it
might
be
worth
to
do
a
call
for
three
and
they
check,
whichever
box,
that
they're
interested
in
submit
the
artwork
based
off
of
whatever
they
they've
chosen.
So
they
can
go
for
all
three
and
then
we
can
also.
We
can
talk
about
it
with
Communications,
but
what
what's
the
cost
for
each
of
them
exactly?
B
B
So
we
can
knock
out
three
three
murals
in
one
request,
potentially
I
mean
and
then
we
have,
and
then
we
also
have
a
database
of
potential
future
murals.
If
they're
looking
at
five
years
out
or
four
years
out
right
the
one
wall
yeah,
we
might
get
some
really
cool
stuff,
we're
like
we
can't
fund
you
this
year,
but
you're
on
deck
for
next
year.
Yeah.
E
G
D
B
D
G
E
G
And
that
was
something
I
was
thinking
about,
because
I
still
want
to
support
Tony
on
the
block
party
and
I.
Do
think
what
I
loved
last
year
that
we
sponsored
was
that
we
sponsored
a
booth
that
was
very
interactive
for
families
yeah.
What
Lindsay
needs
is
very
interactive
for
adults,
which
is
great,
but
those
to
me
are
two
different
things
and
so,
like
I,
don't
want
to
take
away
from
the
cool
interactive
piece
like
what
we
did
last
year.
I
still
want
to
see
something
like
that.
I
know
it
shouldn't
be
the
same.
G
It
should
be
something
cool
and
new,
but
I
just
want
to
make
sure
we
have
that,
like
family
art
piece
for
the
kiddos
at
the
block
party,
because
I
just
feel
like
there's
not
you
know
it's
pretty
limited
and
yeah
it's
a
it's
a
party
for
everyone.
You
know
totally
so
I,
guess
I'm
trying
to
say
I
didn't
want
to
switch
the
funding
over
just
the
chambers.
Out
of
that
thousand.
E
I
put
together
a
list
of
potential
events
for
this
coming
year,
the
block
party
being
one
of
them
10
000,
right
yeah,
but
the
block
party
is
in
September.
It's
August
26th.
E
E
So
we're
kind
of
in
call
overload,
because
if
we
do
it
in
May,
if
we
approve
it
in
May
by
the
time
we
get
a
call
out
June
take
somebody
in
July,
I
mean
July
essentially
and
get
then
I'll
have
a
month,
so
so
I
agree.
Maybe
we
shouldn't
divert
too
far
off
that,
should
we
go
ahead
and
talk
about
the
mural
for
the
for
the
chamber.
First.
D
Is
that
that's
just
we've
just
divvied
up
what
we
what
we
receive
every
year
into
those
different,
so
we
have
a
little
extra
if.
A
F
E
Okay
I
mean
I,
would
I
would
vote
to
I'd
move
to
support
the
murals
in
mason
jar
with
the
five
thousand
dollar
support
and
then
also
then
do
the
entry
on
the
entry
process
and
selection
for
the
mural
or
work,
obviously
with
the
owner
of
felt,
but
for
the
chamber.
I.
Think
that's
murals
are
on
the
been
on
the
top
of
everybody's
minds
and
it's
an
event
that
we
don't
have
to
plan
so
I
think
it's
a
good
thing
to
support
all.
E
D
A
motion
to
approve
the
five
thousand
dollars
for
the
mural
yeah
take
on
the
contest.
The
artists
call
somebody
second,
that
I'll.
H
I
H
G
And
then
I
was
going
to
make
a
suggestion
for
the
block
party.
What
if
we
did
700
for
Lindsay
and
700
for
Tony
and
had
two
booths,
because
I
think
it
wasn't
quite
a
thousand
for
sure
we
paid
when
we
did
was
it
a
flex?
It
was
a
full
thousand
and
I
think.
Maybe
we
could
not
go
as
high
the.
D
Other
thing
that
we
had
talked
about
just
regarding
that
the
block
party
is
it's
a
sponsorship
for
booths
for
the
events
and
I
thought
one
of
those
included
the
block
party,
so
that
that's.
We
have
two
thousand
satisfied
for
that
for
the
sponsorships.
With
all
the
events,
that's
something
that
we
could
probably
pull
up
from
in
order
to
do
that
and
and
sponsor
an
interactive
artist
or
sponsor
a
booth.
G
G
D
E
D
So
if
we,
if
we
took
a
thousand
from
the
food
sponsorships,
then
money
we
set
aside
for
Tony.
E
E
C
E
Includes
artist
fee
plus
supplies.
G
G
No
I
think
we
just
I
mean
I
I
I
hear
I'm.
My
worries
that,
like
I,
want
to
support
the
chambers
and
I
think
what
the
chambers
is
doing
for
Inglewood
supports
a
lot
of
different
businesses,
so
it
obviously
touches
a
lot
of
people
and
that's
important,
but
supporting
the
mural
feels
pretty
big
and
so
I
don't
want
to
reach
in.
If
another
neighborhood
group
comes
in,
our
school
group
comes
in
and
they
want
that
money
from
you.
C
H
Yeah
I'm
not
feeling
great
about
the
check
artist.
I
know
it's
great
for
that
night,
but
it's
just
that
night.
Yeah
we're
the
mural
for
giving
the
full
five
thousand
dollars
to
them.
That's
like
that's
gonna,
be
there
forever
yeah
and
it's
a
permanent
fixture,
so
I'm
pretty
hesitant
on
the
thousand
for
the
talk
artist.
E
C
E
D
E
Amount
and
they
I
true
or
we
could
just
do
like
a
200
sponsorship
towards
it
and.
D
A
H
E
F
G
A
D
E
I
have
that
celebrate
Englewood
We're
not
gonna,
be
able
to
do
that
because
that's
too
quick,
because
we
have
it
one
market
in
May,
One
Market
in
July,
One
Market
in
August,
No.
E
D
D
D
So
if
we
did
two
two
artists
in
June,
if
we
were
just
covering
the,
if
we
were
just
covering
the
booth
via
tax
fee,
then
I
think
you
have
two
artists:
a
hundred
three
hundred
block
parties.
We
could
sponsor
two
artists
there
for
100
each
five
hundred
six
hundred
dollars
that
we
could,
because
we
could
do
six
of
those.
D
E
I
think
we'll
just
have
to
manage
that,
like
maybe
we
do
one
call
for
all
booth
for
all
markets
like
apply
for
this.
You
know
a
special
date
yeah
and
how
many
we
have
for
each
and
two
per
market
right.
G
E
E
E
For
so,
if
it's
not
the
block
party,
it's
fifty
dollars
right,
go
for
the
event
fee
and
then
the
artist
for
the
licensing
for
you
that's
on
them
is
that
yep.
So.
I
I
E
Okay,
I
would
go
ahead,
then
in
motion
to
support
two
artists
per
Market,
fifty
dollars
for
event
fee,
except
for
the
for
the
block
party,
where
it's
a
hundred
dollars
per
event
fee
and
so
I.
Don't
know
how
many
markets,
but
the
first
one's
in
June,
so
600,
total
yeah.
I
G
G
I
can
go
back
and
look
at
the
data
base,
but,
having
looked
at
it
a
fair
amount
recently
I,
don't
remember
anybody
being
a
direct
chalk
artist,
but
a
lot
of
people
don't
always
Mark
what
they
do
like.
There's
a
lot
of
people
that
say
drawing
on
there
who
might
be
track,
artists
or
true
painting
who
might
be
chalk
artists,
but
what
they
Mark
for
us
may
not
match.
Could.
H
A
F
So
my
first
question
was
I:
just
wanted,
I
was
100
sure,
so,
if
you
guys
were
gonna,
be
at
celebrate,
Englewood
or
I
wanted
representation
at
it.
I
wanted
just
to
make
sure
to
have
a
space
and
have
stuff
there
for
you
all.
If
you
don't
I,
mean
not
necessarily
having
a
activity
or
anything
but
like
for
CAC
to
have
a
booth
or
at
minimum
to
be
represented
at
so
I.
Just
wasn't
sure
where
that's.
F
D
F
And
then
the
other
thing
that
I
wanted
to
chat
about
and
ask
about
so
we
are
looking
at
we're
working
with
the
Edda
and
trying
to
really
spunk
up
some
things
for
the
summer,
especially
in
activating
the
circle
area.
So
one
of
the
things
that
we
are
looking
at
doing
it
as
a
happy
hour
that
is
going
to
take
place
before
each
of
the
summer
concerts.
So
it
would
be
on
the
Thursdays
in
July,
which
are
the
same
nights
of
the
summer
concerts.
F
It
would
be
a
happy
hour
from
you
know,
maybe
like
3
30
to
5
30,
because
the
concert
starts
at
six
and
so
I
was
wondering
if
you
all
would
consider
helping
me
with
music
for
the
happy
hours
and
just
again
real
sure
we
could
even
do
an
hour
like
we
do
for
or
the
two
hours
like
we
do
for
the
markets
or
we
could
do
a
shorter
time,
but
just
a
solo
artist,
maybe
cellist
or
guitarist,
or
is
that
just
something
fun
for
that
short
period?
E
F
So
they'll
be
alcohol,
which
that
brings
the
crowd,
a
nice
crowd,
pleaser
and
then
we'll
have
the
food
truck
that
is
coming
for
the
concert
and
so
I
could
ask
them
if
they
wanted
to
also
extend
their
time
to
be
because
food
trucks
are
easy
because
they
can
they'll
be
in
the
same
place.
Basically,
the
happy
hour
will
kind
of
happen
on
the
grassy
area,
where
the
fountain
is
and
then
of
course
the
concerts
happen
in
the
amphitheater
area,
but
the
food
trucks
are
kind
of
going
to
be
staying
in
the
same
place.
F
So
we
can
either
have
a
different
food
truck
because
they
just
roll
up
and
roll
out,
but
there
will
be
food
available,
which
is
yeah
and
it
will
probably
be
a
festival
permit
for
the
happy
hour
and
then
pirate
Esports
and
Breckenridge
are
the
alcohol
for
the
concert.
E
And
how
many
concerts
are
there?
Four
four,
the
other
Martin
I
didn't
put
the
concerts.
I
didn't
yeah.
That's
that's
an
interesting
idea
for
music.
The
other
thing
I
was
gonna
tell
you
is
I
know
we've
talked
about
in
the
past,
but
if
you
wanted
to
do
any
cons,
any
music
from
neighborhood
nights,
because
there
are
several
of
those
around
the
different
neighborhoods
and
I,
don't
know
if
those
are
planned
already
or
not.
But
I
know
in
the
past
they
are
the
music's
platform.
Oh
not
music,
I.
E
D
C
D
This
thing
I
think
we
could
probably
still
do
it
with
solo
artists.
I
just
try
to
pay
them
good
yeah,
but
it's
a
good
gig.
D
C
H
Well,
I
will
motion
to
provide
music
for
three
markets
and
four
happy
hours
for
a
total
of
two
thousand
dollars
a
second.
It.
E
D
F
E
H
F
F
B
C
B
Have
abuse
the
good
news
is
that
I
am
in
contract
out
of
home,
which
I
never
thought
I
could
do
on
my
own.
The
sad
news
is
that
it's
in
Ken
Carl
area,
because
that's
where
I
can
afford
to
buy
a
home.
So
this
will
be
my
last
week,
but
we
are
going
to
continue
to
be
in
Englewood
any
sports
and
our
church
Community
here,
so
we're
not
like
totally
leaving
the
Englewood
behind.
But
since
we
won't
be
living
here,
I
I
turned
in
my
resignations.
E
Night
for
the
for
the
volunteer
night
at.
E
E
Have
a
lot
of
communications
requests?
Yes,
I
want
to
make
sure
that
so
we've
got
we're
going
to
resurrect
the
call
for
the
block
party
that
will
be
kind
of
a
big
ask
and
we'll
do
one
mural
call
right
so
we'll
we
have
three
murals
that
we'll
need
to
kind
of
iron.
G
Well,
I
think
they
need
to
be
I
think
they
all
need
to
be
done
together,
but
they
need
to
be
separate
requests
because
they're
going
to
look
very
different,
like
I,
know,
I,
don't
think
we
can
get
the
same
like
a
welcome
sign.
It's
gonna
look
so
different
versus,
like
historical
or
Community
Centric
Justice,
whatever
like
it
depends
on
what
our
themes
are
well,.
B
The
Mastermind
so
yeah
that
might
be
she
might
be
able
to.
We
can
talk
beforehand
with
her
about
the
flyer
and
there
might
be
a
way
to
find
each
call.
So,
if
you're
not
interested
in
doing
a
welcome
to
Inglewood
type
theme,
but
you
have
kind
of
this
cool
subject,
you
really
want
to
do.
You
can
propose
for
that
or
if
you're
able
to
do
those
cool
wings
or
whatever.
So
we
can
talk
to
her
a
little
bit
further
to
figure
out
if
we
can
specify
and
get
what
we're
looking
for
yeah.
G
B
Fun
yeah
one's
gonna
be
on
the
side
of
Santa
Fe.
You
know
you're
going
to
be
up
with
traffic
out
of
the
traffic,
but
so
some
murals
may
not
want
to
be
in
that
kind
of
situation.
So.
E
B
F
I
think
Amanda
will
come
too,
which
on
Asana,
which
is
our
new
platform
I,
think
they
can
I
mean
communication
is
pretty
good
like
they
could
craft
the
call
and
put
here's
them.
Here's
the
current
opportunities
and
then
put
a
little
bit
of
verbage
about
each
one
and
then,
when
they're
completing
the
application
they
can
check,
which
one
they're
interested
in
and
attach
there's
attachments.
D
Art
yep
and
then
I
can
get
the
music
organized
and
then
what
we
need
to
do
the
call
for
the
for.
G
B
D
And
regarding
the
mural
call
or
I
don't
know
if
we
have
time
to
wait
next
month
because
for
the
mural
for
the
murals
and
Mason
jars.
So
we
need
to
decide
that
right
away.
Right
then.
