Nope,
it
could
be
the
subject
matter,
it's
gotta
be
with
because
you
have
your
windows,
oh
wait.
Those
aren't
really
your
windows.
C
Here
comes
Lauren,
hello,
you're,
clear.

J
K
Helene
Federici
is
here
it's
very
nice
to
meet
you
all
and
I'm,
so
excited
actually
to
be
part
of
this
group.
I
have
no
idea
what
we're
gonna
be
doing,
but
whatever
it
is,
I
bet
it's
going
to
be
awesome
and
my
background
is
in
media
and
instructional
design.
So
I
have
a
lot
that
I
can
bring
to
the
table
and
skill
sets
like
I.
K
F
L
D
C
I
G
I
C
I
I
L
At
the
end,
we
have
Council
members
choice
and
so
I
brought
this
up.
I,
don't
believe
it
was
the
last
meeting,
but
the
meeting
prior
they
you,
you
guys
previewed
it
well,
I'm
sure
everybody
recalls
when
he
spoke
Council.
They
actually
saw
the
emblems
that
I
believe
Matt
had
kind
of
carved
down
in
his
garage
I.
Think
everybody
was
really
pleased
without
those
turned
down
and
think
they'll
be
a
good
addition.
L
I
honestly
think
they'd
like
to
keep
the
bar
relatively
low
on
being
able
to
participate
now
and
so
I
think
that
that
goes
back
to
this
group,
because
I
think
it
would
like
to
get
it
on
as
many
buildings
as
possible
for
folks
that
that
are
the
property
owners
or
operators
that
you
think
fit
the
mold
of
that
designation.
But
I
think
else
was
going
to
be
very
receptive,
assuming
that
it's
not
binding.
I
L
You
bet
I,
don't
think
it
hurts
present.
Both
I
think
that
the
less
stringent,
probably
almost
I,
don't
want
to
say
forever
Stan,
but
I
think
that
that
gets
through
quite
easily
I
think
that
it
doesn't
hurt
to
put
the
second
one
out
there.
That
is
more
stringent,
for
the
sake
of
the
conversation,
I'm
curious
to
see
what
the
pulses
on
Council
on
that
one.
So
if
I
were,
if
it
was
my
decision,
I
would
take
both
to
Council
for
presentation
again
I'm
pretty
certain.
L
That's
that
the
less
stringent
moves
through
and
I'm
curious
to
see
what
happens
on
the
first,
so
I
think
that
it's
a
good
starting
point
and
then
I
think
it
might
give
this
group
some
feedback
on
exactly.
Where
does
council
stand
on
this
almost
philosophically,
in
terms
of
you
know
what
is
their
perspective
on
these
buildings
going
forward
and
in
the
perspective
of
this
council
for
I?
L
E
Okay,
thanks
for
that
David
and
uh-oh,
just
curious
I
can't
quite
remember
what
was
it
that
email
from
cache?
But
you
know
one
of
the
things
we
kind
of
spoke
about
and
previous
meetings
as
far
as
language
goes
is
that
from
history
Colorado,
there's
kind
of
template
language
for
that,
for
it
says
it
was
made
for
a
CLG
guidebook,
but
it
can
be
used
by
anybody
and
I.
E
E
You
know
it
still
comes
to
the
Preservation
Commission
for
review,
but
those
findings
are
finding
to
the
homeowner
and
that's
probably
the
biggest
difference
between
limited
and
basic,
whereas
basic
usually
calls
for
some
level
of
compliance
but
limited,
usually
still
review
from
the
board,
because
you
know
there's
people
who
want
to
do
right
by
their
historic
property,
and
you
know
we
as
experts,
we
can
say
like
well.
No
those
those
windows
aren't
appropriate
to
that
building
or
you
know
that
you
know
roof
and
stuff
and
provide
those
comments.
E
L
That
is
one
thing
that
I
didn't
think
about
until
you
mention
it
now
is
that
it
might
be
worth
me
forwarding
this
to
the
city
attorney
as
well.
She
likes
to
put
her
eyes
on
these
things,
and
I
should
probably
do
that
just
to
see
if
she
has
any
feedback.
You
know
and
she's
got
a
couple
folks
in
our
office.
It
might
not
even
make
it
to
her.
L
She
might
hand
it
off
to
somebody
there,
but
if
you
don't
mind,
let
me
get
it
over
to
her
I'll
follow
up
with
the
group
if
she
has
any
thoughts
whenever
a
or
the
other.
Needless
to
say,
it's,
it's
still
counsels
decision
how
they
would
proceed,
but
she
might
have
some
guidance
or
at
least
perspective
on
it,
so
all
involve
her
as
well.
Yeah.
H
D
H
L
And
I
think
that
you
know
if
we
do
it
in
a
study
session,
I'm
not
sure
needs
to
go
through
a
formal
council
meeting
for
approval
in
Eric
I
would
I
would
even
defer
to
you
if
you
happen
to
know,
and
that
might
even
be
a
city
manager,
question
I'm,
not
sure
that
this
is
something
right
now.
Let's
say
we
did
go
with
the
one
that
was
more
stringent,
that
that
might
be
something
that
took
a
more
formal
approach
and
would
have
to
go
through
the
formal
council
meeting.
L
I
believe
the
less
stringent
one
might
even
just
begin
could
be
decided
that
night
at
the
study
session,
but
procedures
a
critical
part
here,
and
that's
probably
something
that
I
should
have
grabbed
more
detail
on
I
kind
of
thought,
people
out
on
an
opinion,
but
not
so
much
process
of
how
exactly
would
this
look?
So,
if
you
guys
don't
mind,
allow
me
to
follow
up
with
you
on
that.
One
too
and
Eric
I'll
probably
copy
you
on
those
emails
as
well.
Just
so
you've
got
some
visibility.
There
sounds.
G
F
L
L
It
shouldn't
be
too
far
out
at
this
point
now,
if
I
had
to
put
a
month
on
it-
and
this
is
where
I
get
myself
in
trouble,
you
know
we
have
two
a
month.
I'm
thinking
we
shouldn't
be
any
more
than
four
study
sessions
out,
which
would
I
should
be
I,
guess
9
to
10
weeks
and
I.
Guess
you
know
time
passes
in
a
weird
way.
These
days,
that
doesn't
seem
that
long
to
me,
but
that
does
probably
the
ballpark
I'd
put
at
him.
A
L
I'd
be
the
most
helpful
I
think
that
would
be
the
best
bet.
If
here's
what
we've
got
in
mind
and
just
doubt
that
if
you
know
she
might
see
something
there,
that
could
serve
as
a
pitfall
for
us
that
it
be
better
to
correct
it
in
advance
than
to
just
get
caught
on
it.
That
night,
so
I
think
that's
a
great
idea
kind
of
here's.
What
we're
proposing
she
can
even
read
line
at
which
she
does
for
some
things.
K
E
To
do
a
lot
of
brain
paint
on
thinking?
What's
all
in
there,
we
can
provide
these
templates.
So
then
again,
it's
obviously
we
can
do
its
best
for
angle,
wet
enough.
That
city
attorney
thinks
there
should
be
some
mixing
matching,
or
you
know,
kind
of
things
like
that
that
languages
there's
just
a
kind
of
a
good
slight
to
start
with
and
getting
input
from
her
and
council
and
other
other
folks,
depending
on
the
track.
It
goes.
L
H
I
I
J
Yes,
people
have
filled
out,
but
we
filled
out
the
map
that
I
explained.
Last
time
we
haven't
been
pushing
it
right
now,
we're
in
the
process
like
I
explained,
of
recruiting
neighborhood
leaders
actually
gonna
have
a
meeting
next
month.
So
if
anyone
wants
to
get
their
neighborhoods
organized,
you
should
join
and
then
we're
trying
or
we
are
going
to
figure
out
a
process
to
honor
the
historic
names
and
the
support,
neighborhoods
and
subdivisions
that
have
been
those
names
have
been
given
and
also
make
it.
I
I
think
that
is,
there
needs
to
be
some
education
process
here.
Let
people
know
what
their
neighborhoods
name
is.
Perhaps
I
remember
from
something
like
Jones
and
put
together
that
there's
like
a
down
in
the
south
part
of
the
city.
There's
a
Nazi
neighborhood
I
mean
it
was
a
an
unappealing
name.
I
forget
what
it
was.
D
B
J
But
I
do
want
to
say
that
we
are
working
to
honor
the
historic
parts
of
Englewood
and
teach
them
about
the
history
of
their
neighborhoods,
and
that's
where
you
guys
will
come
in.
We
just
we're
not
that
far,
so
we
haven't
figured
out
a
process
for
that.
Quite
yet,
did
you
guys
ever
get
that
subdivision
map
that
I
spoke
about
last
time.
B
J
Okay,
so
here's
the
man
and
so
I
think
I
talked
about
this
last
time,
so
you
just
click
on
it
and
the
subdivisions
will
come
up.
Gis
put
these
together
there
so
like,
for
example,
this
is
South
Broadway
Heights.
You
have
to
click
to
see
exactly
what
it
is,
but
this
is
I
believe
the
historic
map
that
you
J
and
I
went
through
and
that
you
guys
have
referred
to
my
Jones
also
going
through
and
you
see,
I
asked
did
put
it
in
this
application
online.
B
E
Look
to
get
in
the
future
here
having
the
chat
option,
because
it
would
be
help
for
sharing
links
and
stuff
and
it
should
be
able
I
haven't
messed
with
zoom
to
zoom
too
much,
but
I
think
the
house
should
be
able
to
add
kind
of
stuff
like
that
when
it's
created
and
things
like
that.
So
this
for
a
future
one
yeah.
G
Sure
I'll.
G
L
J
It's
only
if
there's
overlapping
areas
and
say
you
know,
there's
one
block,
that's
supposed
to
be
named
Bellevue
and
then
there's
three
more
blocks
around
it.
That's
supposed
to
be
means
pushing
park,
it's
kind
of
how
are
we
going
to
somehow
combine
those
or
not
combine
those
moving
forward?
Because
when
you
get
the
map,
you'll
see
that
some
of
the
neighborhoods
are
just
like,
I
said
blocks,
they're
very
small,
and
so
we
are.
Ideally
we
want
it
to
be
more
of
a
neighborhood
name,
not
just
a
block
name.
C
Well,
the
one
thing
that's
interesting
is
when
you
look
at
it,
as
far
has
subdivisions
that
have
like
what
I
would
call
pretty
names
like
South,
Broadway
heights
and
rapo
acres
or
whatever
in
Carnation
corner
I,
don't
know
what
that
one
was.
But
anyway
it
was
carnation
something.
But
some
of
those
subdivisions
are
just
so
small.
You
know
they're
like
two
to
five
houses.
J
Honestly
I
think
people
like
if
they
are
in
a
larger
neighborhood
called
Broadway
heights,
they're
going
to
be
excited
that
there's
a
name
there
and
they're
really.
Yes,
this
is
our
name.
This
is
great
and
we
can
definitely
direct
them
and
push
them
towards
that
name,
and
then
others
are
going
to
want
to
name
their
neighborhoods.
If
you
don't
watch
them
and
it's
going
to
be
more
of
a
group
decision,
a
cohesive
decision
we're
not
just
going
to
have
one
person
name
the
whole
neighborhood,
you
know
so.
C
K
C
Don't
have
name
names,
so
what
had
happened
was
Mike
Jones
and
myself
and
through
the
Arapahoe
County
GIS
guy,
we
went
ahead
and
pulled
all
the
subdivisions
that
we
knew
of
in
Englewood.
Quite
a
few
different
things
were
even
back
and
Bank
add-ons
or
different
things.
So
when
you
look,
if
you
went
seriously
and
took
your
time
and
click
through
that
whole
map,
that
Madeline
has
there's
certain
areas
that
are
kind
of
blank
or
that
have
a
weird
name
or
that
one
or
two
developers
only
did
one
or
two
houses.
C
K
When
you
have
all
the
neighborhoods
determined,
you
should
do
an
email
blast
to
all
the
real
estate
agents
and
tell
them
her
name
because
they're,
the
ones
that
love
that
stuff
and
they'll
put
them
in
the
listings
and
they'll
hype.
Them
up
and
they'll
feel
like
they're
in
the
know.
For
knowing
the
names
of
the
neighborhood.
C
B
B
B
B
Right,
if
you
want
to
create
the
neighborhood,
feel
that's
not
an
effective
thing
to
have.
You
know
your
next-door
neighbor
in
a
different
neighborhood
than
you,
even
though
you're
in
the
same
area
type
thing,
but
of
course,
from
the
standpoint
that
there
are
a
larger
areas
in
the
city,
there
would
be
nice
to
recognize
those
those
developments,
I.
I
F
To
two
things
that
with
historic
districts,
they
don't
necessarily
have
to
be
along
neighborhood
lines,
so
the
district
could
be.
It
could
be
just
those
five
houses
that
are
along
one
block,
even
if
it's
neighborhood
or
anything
and
the
other
thing
I
was
gonna,
ask
is
have
we
thought
about
just
like
combining
like
if
there's
two
smaller
neighborhoods,
just
combining
them
together
and
calling
it
like
Logan
Jason
neighborhood
you
know
like,
and
that
way
we
do
get
like
one
cohesive,
neighborhood,
that's
honoring,
both
of
the
official
names
I.
F
J
That's
a
really
great
idea,
that's
something!
Definitely
that
as
we
get
down
the
road
to
naming
and
crying
official
boundaries,
I
think
that's
a
great
idea.
Man
I'm
really
interested
in
the
history.
They
don't
know
the
history
and
if
we
tell
them
about
it,
they're
gonna
be
really
excited
about
it.
So
I
think
that's
an
awesome
idea.
J
J
So
we
can
chat
and
share
ideas
and
I'm
hoping
to
get
a
neighborhood
registration
out
just
hesitant
to
do
that,
because
I
want
to
make
sure
that
people
it's
a
whole
neighborhood
thing
and
not
just
one
individual
I'm.
Getting
a
neighborhood
registered
so
I
want
to
make
sure
that
it's
a
full
neighborhood
effort
coming
together.
E
J
J
J
I
I
I
B
B
K
B
B
I
I
I
B
E
But
again
for
that
there
is,
you
know
we
maintain
a
list
of
consultants,
front
history,
Colorado
and
again
the
list
does
endorse
people.
Doesn't
you
know,
list
their
qualifications,
but
it's
people
who
are
listed
on
there.
So
it's
somebody
you
know,
can
that
can
be
looked
at
for
and
you
know
what
other
kind
of
procedures
the
city
ask
you
I,
don't
know
that
they
have,
they
have
to
do
their
RFP
is.
If
it
you
know
if
it's
totally
open
posting
at
certain
places
and
whatnot.
So.
G
G
I
Because
we
want
the
city
to
understand
we're
asking
for
proposals
so
that
we
can
request
a
grant
to
pay
for
it
that
we're
not
asking
the
city
to
to
put
money
into
it.
Because
we
know
times
are
hard.
Budgets
are
being
cut
everywhere,
so
and
but
apparently
there's
still
some
grant
money
available.
So
where's.
C
I
E
So
when
you're
requesting
it-
oh
sorry,
Melinda
but
yeah
when
you're
requesting
a
grant
from
the
state
historical
fund,
you
need
a
supporting
document
documents
that
include
bids
from
contractors.
It
doesn't
have
to
be
the
person
you
select,
but
you
know,
including
those
bids.
I
also
has
to
include
things
like
a
scope
of
work.
So
they
understand
that
this
is
going
to
be
a
successful
grant
and
things
like
that,
which
would
also
you
know
that
scope
of
work
there's
a
template,
one
from
the
State
Historical
fund,
which
be
help
with
spinning.
L
E
F
H
H
L
E
M
And
I've
actually
been
on
the
other
side
of
RFPs
in
the
past.
So
I
don't
know
if
this
is
going
to
be
helpful
or
not.
But
usually
the
request
has
a
couple
like
categories,
one
being
like:
what's
your
financial
bid,
but
the
other
being
like
like?
How
are
you
gonna
ensure
quality
or
like
just
these
categories,
and
then
they
get
assigned
like
values
and
then
like?
We
as
a
group
would
like
determine
the
credibility
of
each
section
of
it
and
then
like
a
numerical
value,
would
determine
like
there
was
the
winner
of
the
RFP
I.
M
I
Agreed
whoops
I
think
you
locked
up
hurry.
I'll
increment
the
guy
well
and
I've,
been
on
the
receiving
end
of
request
for
proposal,
and
they
frequently
include
a
scope
of
work
and
as
well
as
terms
and
conditions,
and
that
you
have
to
address.
But
if
they're
asking
you
to
submit
a
proposal,
then
they
usually
has
a
scope
of
work
fit.
It
wants
you
to
propose
I.
E
E
E
E
Further
things,
so
it's
really
can
be
really
helpful,
but
but
yeah
you're
good
good
point
with
the
grants
and
stuff
and
yeah
this
one.
It's
a
things
have
been
changed
because
of
kovin
you
know
was
like
a
rolling
non-competitive
grant.
They
are
now
kind
of
banking,
those
until
August
and
kind
of
like
a
first-come
first-serve.
Just
because.
D
M
Really
appreciate
that
clarity-
and
there
was
like
one
other,
really
random
thing-
that
I
want
to
share
with
the
group
that
I
recently
learned
that
could
be
helpful
to
some
of
these
initiatives.
If
you
tie
preservation
efforts
to
clean
up,
there
are
like
countless
avenues
of
funds
and
I'm,
actually
producing
a
course
on
this
right
now.
This
is
how
I
know
this,
and
basically
it's
United
Nations
course.
M
That's
teaching
groups
like
even
ours
how
to
tap
into
allocated
funds
for
climate
change
by
tying
and
tethering
climate
change
to
your
efforts,
and
you
can
do
that
with
reservation.
There's
actually
like
divisions
of
the
EPA
and
other
organizations
that
have
like
preservation,
subcategories.
So
there's
like
ways
to
do
it
and
then
once
you've
done
that
and
your
proposal,
you've
opened
up
channels
of
funding,
so
I
mean
it's
a
little
bit
like
kind
of
like
a
scheme.
M
I
M
Actually
you're
a
hundred
percent
correct,
because
even
if
you
don't
see
the
connective
tissue,
this
is
exactly
the
course
I'm
designing
right
now,
according
to
the
United
Nations
and
even
our
own
EPA
housing
like
climate
change,
disproportionately
impacts,
low-income
communities,
so
housing
issues,
women's
issues,
children's
issues
all
have
automatic
tie-ins
to
climate
change
concerns
and
can
open
up
avenues
for
funding.
So
you're
100%
right
about
that.
I'm.
Just
sharing
this
with
you,
because
it
was
kind
of
mind-blowing
to
me
and
as
I
teach
it
I'm
learning
like
how
to
do
it.
M
M
C
E
C
E
No
again,
this
is
one:
that's
one
of
they're,
not
competitive
grants,
so
it's
accepted
on
a
rolling
basis.
As
I
noted
before
things
are
a
little
working,
a
little
different
with
fallout
from
kovat,
so
they
are
still
they're
accepting
grants
but
they're
kind
of
putting
them
in
it
like
so
baking
them
putting
them
aside
to
see
what
kind
of
funds
they're
gonna
actually
have
and
then
kind
of
going
off
that
on
a
kind
of
the
kind
of
queue
people
and
a
first-come,
first-serve
sort
of
thing,
but
again
with
finances.
E
G
I
L
And
I
would
say
to
the
Commissioner
sure
I
I
don't
have
any
updates
here.
It's
been
generally
pretty
slow
weekend.
We've
had
full
dockets,
but
we're
just
moving
through
as
much
administrative
stuff
as
we
can.
But
again
I've
got
some
to-do
lists
after
this
meeting
and
so
I'll
get
with
staff
city
attorney.
Eric
I'll
keep
you
hopping
on
those
and
then
get
back
with
the
group
here.
I
You
have
to
get
back
to
your
say:
are
you
actually
working
in
the
in
the
building
nowadays
or
yep.
L
J
We
have
bandanas
that
we
just
got
in
with
the
angle
with
logo
on
it.
So
I
know
that
we're
giving
those
away
with
hand
sanitizer
at
our
drive-in
movie
coming
up
Saturday
night
and
I'm
sure
we're
going
to
give
them
away.
We
have
I.
