A
A
Good
morning,
everyone
welcome
to
today's
mayor's
manager.
Meeting
for
Wednesday
March
22nd
online
with
me
is
Deputy
city
clerk,
Sarah,
Harkness,
mayor
Pro,
Temps,
Stephen,
Ward,
City
attorney
Tamara,
Niles
city
clerk,
Stephanie
Carlisle
and
our
city
manager,
Sean,
Lewis,
Sean
I'll.
Let
you
kick
us
off
experiment.
C
On
the
27th
we
will
have
a
monthly
financial
report
looks
like
that's
got
times
the
utility
strategic
execution
presentation,
number
five
phase:
two
Charter
review
project
presentation
by
Arapahoe,
County
Representatives
regarding
opioid
Council
and.
B
C
And
then
discussion
of
proposed
revisions
to
City
short-term
rental
regulations,
an
overview
of
code,
adoption
for
Building,
A
Fire
and
it
looks
like
these-
are
all
timed
out.
We
did
get
a
request
from
remember
Noonan
Camp,
who
was
coordinating
with
the
the
multi-family
expert
to
move
that
one
up
if
possible.
Just
since
we'll
have
a
consultant
for
that
one
and
then,
of
course,
Tamara
will
have
consultants
for
the
charter
review
as
well
any
any
problems
with
putting
those
at
the
top.
B
C
I'll
tell
you
what
I
was
when
I
was
talking
to
Community
Development
staff
about
and
if
let
me
know
if
this
Works,
basically
that
we
would
have
the
overview
of
the
code
amendments,
we
mainly
focus
on
local
amendments.
You
know
what
we're
adopting
that's
different
than
the
international
building
code
and
fire
code,
as
well
as
what
Denver
has
amended.
C
That's
different
and
kind
of
what
we
want
to
do,
and
since
this
is
one
that
member
Anderson
asked
for
what
we
thought
we
would
do
is
just
slot
the
that
the
gentleman
that
was
recommended
in
to
present
with
staff
at
the
end
of
the
staff
presentation
on
other
local
amendments
that
he
would
present
here's
what's
going
on.
You
know
with
this
and
the
research
that
he's
done
and
put
a
time
frame
on
that,
and
then
council
could
have
a
discussion
about
all
of
them
or
separate
them
out
either
way.
Okay,
I'm.
C
I
think
we've
already
sent
him
the
zoom
link,
he'll
be
a
presenter,
so
I
think
we've
got
it
squared
up
teed
up
I.
Think.
