B
All
right,
this
is
tuesday
november
24th,
mayor
manager,
meeting
it's
12,
12
p.m
and
in
the
team's
meeting,
is
linda
olsen,
jade,
truskett,
reed,
daniel
sierra
and
sean
lewis,
and
we
all
had
trouble
finding
our
way
here
today.
So
we're
starting
a
little
late
is
allison
coming.
C
B
C
Although
it
was
a
fine
meeting
but
december
7th,
we've
got
recommendations
on
next
steps
from
the
citizens
committee
for
organized
waste
and
recycling
collection,
longest
committee
name
ever
so
we're
just
going
to
give
you
an
update
on
some
of
the
things
that
the
committee
wants,
namely
to
release
a
new
rfp.
C
They
think
he
can
get
some
better
options
for
that,
so
we
just
want
to
get
council's
blessing
before
we
proceed
with
that.
The
second
item
is
the
financial
review
or
yeah
the
2020
review
for
october
we've
got
the
student
art
calendar
recognition
after
that
recommendation
to
award
contract
to
hs3
for
security
cameras,
wilson
and
company
design,
engineering
services
for
the
oxford
bridge.
C
That's
the
pedestrian
bridge
and
then
moving
on
consent.
Probably
is
a
motion
to
approve
transit
shuttle
services
for
with
envy
transportation.
C
Motion
to
approve
utility
billing
software,
with
cogsdale
renewal
of
an
agreement
for
engineering
services
and
that's
just
on-call
services
in
public
works,
renewal
of
a
contract
for
on-call
services
with
stanley
consultants,
also
for
on-call
services
and
public
works,
and
then
body
worn
cameras.
C
So
this
is
about,
I
think,
a
600
and
some
odd
thousand
dollar
purchase.
We
can
do
that
out
of
the
bond
premium
dollars
and
still
have
some
bond
premium
leftover.
Actually,
so
that's
gonna
be
on
that
agenda.
We've
got
an
easement
agreement
for
the
big
dry
creek
project.
C
34.
Excuse
me:
3649,
grant
street
public
right-of-way
built
for
first
reading,
first
reading
of
an
agreement
with
arapahoe
county
for
the
emergency
management
contract.
No
changes
to
that
vacation
of
public
right-of-way
was
swedish
that
second
reading
and
then
a
second
reading
for
an
iga
with
c-dot
pertaining
to
the
dartmouth
bridge
over
this
side.
C
Problem
yeah:
this
is
a
long
one,
cb
57
water
monitoring,
station
joint
funding
agreement
and
that's
with
the
usgs
in
the
city
of
england.
B
C
And
then
farm
lease
for
southpaw
renew
and
then
discussion
of
in-person
meetings
under
mayor's
choice.
So
I
think
we've
already
assigned
times
to
all
those
study
sessions
right,
jane.
B
No,
I
don't
think
so.
I'm
looking
forward
to
the
police,
oh,
I
know
what
the
14th
well,
what.
C
Well,
I
was
gonna
say
on
the
seventh.
I
you
know,
based
on
our
discussion
with
council,
about
some
of
the
what
I
would
call
clerical
changes
to
the
strategic
plan
we
could
put
on
consent
agenda
for
december
7th.
You
know
anything,
that's
a
duplicate!
Nothing!
That's
substantial!
But
anything!
That's
duplicated
in
you
know
multiple
sections
or
something
like
that.
If
you
would
like
tim,
can
get
that
ready
on
december
7th
or
the
14th.
Oh
wait.
The
14th
is
the
study
session.
B
C
B
C
Moving
on
to
december
14th
study
session,
we've
got
a
pretty
long
discussion
and
presentation
on
the
police,
reform
task,
force,
police
and
legal
have
done
really
good
work
on
that.
So
far,
I'll
have
the
off
leash
dog
task
force
update,
and
you
will
have
your
moderator
on
that
call
he's
also
our
the
city's
contract
mediator,
but
he's
moderating
that
discussion
and
then
we'll
have
a
discussion
on
next
steps
with.
B
Oh,
so
I
also.
A
C
Yeah,
let's
go
ahead
and
do
that
I'll
have
to
go
with
allison.
I
think
that,
because
she
and
alex
have
already
drafted
that
ordinance,
we
can
definitely
be
ready
to
go
by
the
seventh
and
then,
if
possible,
we
could
convert
the
study
session
to
a
regular
so
that
you
can
vote
on
it.
The
following
week.
D
B
I
I
mentioned
the
points
of
light
thing
and
that
isn't
on
here
either
forgotten
that
it
was
police
reform
that
night
off
leash
dogs.
But
that
would
be
the
night
that
we
would
do
it.
Yeah.
B
C
I
like
the
idea
of
having
people
bringing
people
if
they
want
to
participate.
You
know
we
can
send
them
a
link
to
the
meeting
and
they
just
jump
on.
B
B
A
I
believe,
since
it
would
be
a
regular
meeting
through
and
through,
we
would
have
public
meeting
if
you
were
going
to
convert
it
into
our
public
comment.
If
we
were
going
to
convert
it
into
that,
however,
I
would
want
to
double
check
with
allison.
I
believe,
since
we've
moved
forward
with
the
meetings
classified
the
way
they
are
as
special,
regular
or
special
study
session
meetings.
I
believe
you
can
still
vote
at
those
meetings.
I
would
want
to
confirm
with
allison,
though,
but
I
believe
that's
why
we
classified
them.
B
Well,
I
would
prefer
for
us
not
to
have
to
I
mean
it's
going
to
be
a
long
meeting.
I
think
that's
what
I'm
worried
about.
If
we
do
this
points
of
light-
and
I
don't
want
it
to-
and
I
want
to
make
sure
we
really
wanted
enough
time
for
the
police
reforce,
the
dog
thing
is
just
an
update.
I'd
be
worried
that
that
would
spark
a
lot
of
concern.
People
will.
B
B
C
B
C
B
C
Wow
all
right
this
january
24th.
By
the
way
we
are
going
to
move
your
wayfinding
discussion
decision
this
morning.
We
will
have
the
task
force
meeting
towards
the
end
of
december,
but
we
are
moving
your
next
look
at
the
wayfinding
to
the
first
meeting
in
january,
because
that
will
allow
the
committee
to
meet
make
a
recommendation
to
council
based
on
the
public
feedback
that
we
get
and
give
us
more
time.
You
know
to
get
have
that
survey
out
so.
C
Actually,
no,
I
think
it
would
need
to
be
on
regular.
So
well,
you
know
what
to
finalize
design.
Yes,
let's
do
study.
C
And
then
we'll
bring
back
to
you
just
on
consent.
You
know
the
the
actual
manual
that
will
be
like
the
the
bible
of
signs
and
place
making.
C
Yeah,
the
manual
is
pretty
comprehensive,
it
says
locations,
it's
it's
a
you
can
almost
use
it
as
a
bid
document
to
give
to,
like
you
know,
a
sign
maker
and
say
here
are
the
signs
we
want
they'll
make
them.
You
know,
install
them
here
and
that
sort
of
thing.
So
it's
a
pretty
complicated
document,
but
the
most
important
thing
is
for
you
guys
to
sign
off
on
the
design.
C
All
right
so
january
4th
thank
you
jade
for
adding
that,
but
we'll
have
the
boarding
commission
handbook.
First,
we've
slotted
10
minutes
for
that
30
minutes
discussion.
A
Sorry,
I
also
want
to
break
in
really
quick.
I
believe
jackie
was
also
wanting
to
bring
forward
talking
about
the
liaisons
for
boards
and
commissions
at
this
meeting,
since
we're
talking
about
boarding
commission
handbook
would
that
be
something
you're
interested
in
sorry?
I
talked
with
you
yesterday,
so
it's
unfortunately
not
on
there,
but.
A
Resolution
of
pointing
them,
but
for
the
liaisons
for
you
all
as
liaisons
to
boards
and
commissions.
B
A
Oh
okay,
then
I
guess
we
wouldn't
need
to
I
apologize
about
that.
It
was
brought
up
between
krista
and
jackie,
so
I
wanted
to
double
check
about
that.
But
if
that's
not
something,
we
normally
do
we're
happy
to
proceed
without
doing
that.
B
D
D
B
Yeah,
it
was
water
and
sewer
board
and
keeping
wood,
beautiful
and
keeping
away
beautiful.
He
announced
a
few
weeks
ago
changed
their
time
so
he's
not
a
conflict
anymore.
A
C
All
right,
we
also
will
have
the
keb
holiday
lighting
award
winners
at
this
meeting.
B
Hang
on
just
on
my
head
is
slow.
Let's
go
back
to
that
email.
I
don't
want
to
instigate
a
change
of
committees
by
let's
just
say,
if
you're
having
conflict
with
the
committee
that
you
can't
go
to
january,
be
the
time
to
let
others
I
don't
want
us
to
have
a
free-for-all,
though
I'd
rather
be
on
this,
and
rather
be
on
that
we
made
two-year
commitments.
I
would
hope
that
we
could
keep
those
and
not
do
a
shuffle.
A
So,
basically,
just
a
verification
about
if
anybody
has
any
conflicts
with
current
boards
and
commissions.
B
C
And
then
we
moving
into
public
hearings
on
the
4th
of
january,
we'll
have
the
winslow
crane
public
pud.
We
will
have
designation
of
the
official
posting
place
for
legal
notices,
that's
annual
that
can
go
on
consent.
I
think
that's
an
annual
thing
resolution
appointing
members
to
various
boards
and
communities
and
commissions
police
department,
budget
supplemental.
This
will
be
your
action
from
the
police
record
reform
recommendations
we'll
need
this
supplemental.
C
We
may
actually
do
your
whole.
I
don't
know
if
we'll
be
ready,
but
we
may
actually
do
a
big
supplemental
to
kind
of
balance.
The
books
for
2020
during
this
as
well,
but
I'll
get
with
marie
on
that
and
we'll
have
second
reading
a
vacation
of
the
grant
street
right
away.
C
B
B
A
The
reason
why
it
was
like
that
is
because
we
only
had
one
regular
meeting
at
in
december,
and
so
the
second
next
regular
meeting
would
have
been
dec
or
would
have
been
january.
So
that's
why
it
ended
up
falling
that
way.
If
we
do
convert
the
next
december
meeting
into
a
true
regular
meeting,
then
that
second
reading,
I
believe,
would
also
fall
back
onto
that
meeting.
B
C
Right
anything
else
on
the
4th.
B
C
Moving
on
to
january
11th,
we
will
have
the
presentation
of
unified
development
code
assessment,
outreach
findings
and
we
should
have
your
your
survey
results
by
then
by
the
way
brad
did
send
out
in
the
friday
update
the
survey
for
you
guys
to
review
and
give
feedback
on.
So
if
you
haven't
taken
a
look
at
that,
go
back
to
last
week's
friday
update
and
you
will
have
that
survey,
we
also
have
walkability
in
inglewood
transportation,
safety
and
resident
safety.
These
are
strategic
plan,
follow-ups.
C
B
Out,
let's
see
I.
B
C
Sorry,
no,
the
the
survey
was
in
reference
to
the
first
item
on
january
11th.
The
unified
development
code
assessments,
outreach
findings,
so.
B
C
B
B
But
I
missed
that
in
it
somehow
I
or
I
forgot
to
do
it.
I
don't
know.
C
Well,
someone's
told
greenwood
village
and
I
got
a
teacher's
pet
joke
from
the
city
manager
of
greenwood
village.
For
my
friday
updates
like
well,
maybe
you
should
just
be
doing
it
up.
This
is
what
I
was
thinking.
C
Okay,
I
will
get
the
information
from
brad
and
we'll
send
that
out.
If
we
haven't
gotten
feedback
on
january
19th,
we've
got
first
reading
of
winslow
crane
pud
we've
got
the
supplemental,
that's
going
to
be
second
reading
of
the
police
department,
supplemental
and
the
annual
highway
user
tax
fund
mileage
certification
form
that's
required
by
cdot.
C
That,
of
course,
just
as
a
fyi,
you
probably
already
know
this
is
a
diminishing
fund,
because
we
have
more
hybrids
and
less
people
buying
gas
and
everything
else.
Transportation
funding
is
in
crisis
in
the
state
january.
23Rd
wait:
okay,
23rd
of
2021
got
it
that'll,
be
your
council
retreat
and
those
three
items
that
we
had
on.
C
The
fourth
will
be
good
kind
of
lead-ins,
because
those
are
three
big
sections
of
your
in
your
strategic
plan
that
we'll
have
a
chance
to
kind
of
talk
through
before
the
retreat,
walkability
safety
and
transportation
and
by
the
way
mayor,
will
you
be
asking
council.
Maybe
after
we've
looked
at
some
book
options,
if
they,
if
people
want
to
do
that,
one
of
those.
D
A
B
I
wonder
if
we
can
get.
D
B
D
I
was
gonna
say
it's
so
much
easier
when
my
son
is
on
on
break
yeah
stay
in
the
juggle.
It
is
easier,
oh,
so
much
easier
when
he's
gone,
yeah
cause
he's
with
his
mom
this
week.
B
D
C
So
mayor,
I've
got
strong
and
jade
by
the
way
I'll
take
care
of
this
follow-up,
strong
towns,
color
of
law
and
what
was
the
others
of
segregation.
A
B
Alternatively,
not
I
don't
want
to
add
articles
okay
right,
john
or
alternatively,
articles
I
wouldn't
do
both
unless
I'm
teaching
a
class
but.
C
B
B
C
Yes
and
then
the
yeah,
you
guys
were
going
to
talk
about
the
public
comments
at
public
meetings,
potential
changes
to
that
totally
sleeping
and
tobacco
rated
low
on
the
survey.
So
it's
still
there,
but
as
did
aging
and
the
dr
cog
stuff.
B
C
Well,
mayor,
I
don't
disagree
and
I
think
this
should
be
something
that
comes
up
as
part
of
your
strategic
plan.
I
think
it
was
a
bit
of
a
missing
link
last
year,
particularly
based
on
my
conversations
with
you
and
a
couple
of
other
council
members.
C
I
think
we
should
probably
have
at
least
a
goal
around
that
you
know
we're
really
lucky
to
have
essentially
two
rec
centers,
but
one
really
functions
like
a
senior
center
and
we
are
starting
some
new
resources
at
mali
for
seniors,
but
you
know,
I
really
think
we
could
be
doing
a
bit
more
focus
on
aging
issues
through
that.
B
B
B
It's
part
of
the
issue
about
land
use
that
those
who
are
aging
in
place,
which
is
me
we're
getting
upset
with
what's
happening
in
our
neighborhoods.
We
need
walkability.
We
need
services
that
are
different.
I
don't
know
if
we
can,
it
would
be
really
nice
to
get
jalen
to
come
and
tell
her.
You
know
you
get
a
30-minute
presentation
of
what
we
know
from
dr
cogs.
C
I
mean
I
see
what
you're,
where
you're
heading
with
that
you
know
if
I
could
suggest
putting
that
in
january,
4th
as
an
actual
st,
oh
you've
already
got
two
study
session
items
there
shoot.
C
I
agree,
we
should
probably
have
a
study
session
on
that
before
so
before
the
retreat.
The
other
thing
you
could
do
is
just
put
it
as
one
of
your
goals
you
know
under
I
don't
know
exactly
where
that
would
fit.
Oh
well,
maybe
neighborhoods,
but
put
it
as
a
goal
in
your
strategic
plan,
and
then
we
can,
you
know,
have
a
subsequent
study
session
about
that.
To
put
more
meat
to
the
bones.
A
We
also
currently
don't
have
anything
planned
for
a
study
session
for
january
19th,
and
that
is
right
before
the
retreat.
If
that's
something
that
you
would
be
interested
in
yeah.
B
C
Yeah,
I
think
that's
a
great
idea
jade
and
we
do
you
want
us
to
go
ahead
and
maybe
reach
out
to
dr
cogg
and
see
if
they
can
have.
C
B
C
B
We've
we've
kind
of
exhausted
our
topics
under
the
study
session,
so
this
was
the
lowest
one,
but
I
think
it's
time
to
bring
it
up
then,
because
we
have
to
be
considering
it
in
our
strategic
plan
and
in
our
zoning.
B
B
No,
I'm
choosing
it's
just
I
found
I
find
the
data
to
be
unbelievable
and
really
helpful
to
think
about,
but
I
think
jayla
and
I
we'll
have
to
help
her
be
really
succinct
because
she
likes
to
go
on
and
on.
C
Gotcha
all
right,
we
already
responded
to
what
I
think
was
one
of
the
only
council
requests
last
night
and
that
was
to
get
a
list
of
the
businesses
that
we
sent
grants
to,
so
that
you
guys
can
do
your
own
outreach.
If
you'd,
like
I
didn't
catch
any
other
council
requests,
did
I
miss
any.
B
I
have
a
question
about
whether
or
not
bringing
john
douglas
to
a
meeting
at
some
point
would
be
useful,
dr
douglas,
and
I
guess
it
would
be
sooner
than
later
and
probably
don't
have
time
for
it,
but
I
I
know
that
many
councils
have
invited
him
to
come.
Help
explain
the
covid
dial
the
process,
but
maybe
we
don't
need
to
worry
about
it.
D
I
don't
I
don't
have
concern,
I
guess
for
me
personally.
I
wouldn't
need
to
see
it,
but
maybe
for
the
community
at
large.
I
think
it
probably
would
be
beneficial,
so
it
wouldn't
be
necessarily
just
for
council
but
for
the
community.
I
think
understanding
it,
I
think,
would
yeah,
I
would
say,
if
we're
able
to
get
them
on
the
calendar
and
soon
so
I
guess
within
the
20s
we
have
in
december.
B
B
B
B
B
B
B
B
Pretty
full,
I
guess
we
can
ask
it's
you
know,
would
people
want
some
kind
of
a.
A
C
A
Yeah,
so
we
got
one
two,
three,
four,
oh
four,
five,
six,
seven
things
on
consent
and
then
three
marriage
choice.
A
And
then,
of
course,
the
two
two
study
session
and
then
one
update.
B
Okay,
let's
hold
off
on
dr
douglas.
A
Okay,
sorry
for
being
a
little
bit
out
of
the
loop,
but
for
dr
douglas
to
join
us
for
a
discussion.
What
would
that
discussion
be
under?
Oh.
B
D
B
D
B
All
right
are,
we
finished,
I
think
so
all
right.
So
it's
12.
A
I'm
so
sorry,
the
ceac
letter
have
you
guys
discussed
that,
or
was
that
needed
to
get
discussed
today.
C
Oh
shoot:
oh
yeah,
the
code
enforcement
advisory
committee
did
forward
did
want
to
have
a
policy
change.
We
do
need
to
get
that
slated.
B
A
C
Mayor,
I
don't
know
the
sense
of
urgency
on
that.
I
think
it's
got
broad
support
from
and
city
staff,
but
you
know
I
don't
know
that
we
couldn't
wait
till
january
on
that,
but
I
can
check.
C
B
C
B
Right,
well,
I
think
that
that's
all
we've
got
okay,
great
all
right.
It's
12,
53
whoo
that
took
a
while
sorry
and
this
meeting
is
adjourned.
