B
Okay,
great:
this
is
the
mayor
manager
meeting
on
june,
8th
at
7
32
a.m
and,
oh,
I
need
to
say
who's
in
the
room.
So
in
the
team's
meeting
is
linda
olsen,
jade,
trusket,
reed,
daniel
sierra
sean
lewis,
stephanie
carlisle
and
tamara
niles
you're
good
to
go.
We
were
just
talking
about
whether
or
not
the
charter
amendment
whether
we
understood
it
all
together
the
same,
but
let's
start
with
the
schedule,
and
you
want
to
take
the
lead
on
that.
You
you
all
on
your
end
in
the
city.
C
So
we'll
start
with
june
14th,
we
have
the
organized
garbage
and
recycling
collection,
rfp
content
review
and
looks
like
we've
already
put
time
frames
to
all
these,
so
I'll
just
run
through
them
discussion
of
options.
One
question.
C
Maria
d'andrea
public
works
director
said
that
we
could
issue
the
rfp
as
soon
as
you
give
us
the
green
light,
and
then
that's
going
to
be,
I
think,
an
at
least
a
30-day
rfp.
Okay,
I
can't
remember
what
the
time
frame
is.
C
And
then
we
have
a
discussion
of
options
for
rescinding
emergency
ordinance,
10
a
with
the
alone
application
for
all
the
underground
work
that
utilities
needs
to
do.
We
would
be
going
this
route
potentially
instead
of
bonding
and
then
2020
audited,
financial
statements
review
budget
workshop
part,
one
which
is
going
to
be
some
of
the
smaller
departments
plus
police
and
that
wraps
that
up.
I
think,
we've
got
time
frames
assigned
to
all
of
these
right.
C
C
Water
treatment,
plant
resolution
authorizing
submittal
of
with
the
loan
application
and
the
associated
application
fee
resolution,
appointing
hearing
officers
for
2021
consideration
of
contract
to
construct
south
akoma
area
drainage
improvements,
number
one
filter,
filter
interface
panel
replacement
project
in
the
utilities
department
contract
with
selected
consultant
for
udc
rewrite,
and
I
think
we
got
a
recommendation
from
the
consultants
on
that
and
excuse
me.
The
president
committee
and
then
city
ditch
crossing
license
agreement
with
the
public
service
company
of
colorado,
aka
excel
energy.
B
C
Only
one
that
we
didn't
put
a
time
frame
to
of
the
discussion
was
edda.
A
C
Right
and
I
suggested
that
they
break
that
up
because
it
does
have
multiple
parts
that
are
pretty
lengthy.
I
talked
to
dan
about
that,
and
so
it's
really
up
to
you
mayor
and
I
and
I
guess,
may
approach
him
too.
Just
how
you
want
that
presented.
C
Yeah,
I
think,
he's
concerned
that
we'll
get
off
track
if
there
is
a
break
and
not
ever
get
to
the
ballot
question,
and
so,
even
though
this
says
information
and
talking
to
him
about
this
presentation
it,
it
sounds
like
he
really
wants
to
make
sure
that
you
guys
are
briefed
on
the
ballot
question
that
the
dda
board
has
recommended
you
put
on
the
ballot,
which
is
the
bonding
ability
that
that
giving
tif
the
excuse
me
dda:
the
ability
to
tiff
from
bonding
revenue
to
bond
from
tif
revenues.
Sorry,
okay,.
B
D
D
So
I
don't
think
it's
that
big
of
a
deal
I
may
be
speaking
out
of
turn
here,
but
the
downtown
plan
update
may
be
a
little
bit
of
information,
but
I
I
I
I'm
wondering
it
may
be
just
like
about
a
30-minute
conversation,
but
a
lot
of
it's
gonna
be
centered
around
the
ballot
question.
A
B
A
A
B
All
sides
almost
unless
yeah,
but
I
yeah,
I
think,
you're
right
with
daniel.
So
I
think
that's
good
timing.
B
B
B
A
C
A
C
C
B
E
The
hearing
officer,
one
is
just
standard
appointments
of
hearing
officers
for
the
year.
E
E
It's
for
any
any
time
that
a
hearing
officer
would
need
to
be
appointed,
so
the
city
attorney's
office
brings
it
forward
every
year
so
that
that
is
set
so
that,
if
there's
a
hearing
of
any
kind-
and
they
have
a
diverse
group
of
attorneys
on
there-
then
they
already
have
the
approval
by
council
and
they
can
just
appoint
them.
A
A
A
B
A
C
C
C
A
B
C
A
A
C
C
A
B
C
All
right,
moving
on
to
july
6th
we've
got
the
sidewalk
gap
prioritization,
and
this
is
going
to
be
really
digging
into
our
missing
sidewalk
segments.
The
us
85
planning
pel
update
oxford
avenue,
pedestrian
bridge
regarding
design
and
ace
discussion.
This
is
alliance
for
commerce
in
inglewood
and
just
discussion
of
the
future
of
that
committee
as
a
board
and
commission
of
this
city
and
then
the
resolution
for
b
city
usa,
we're
very
excited
about
downtown
development
authority.
Budget
council
has
to
approve
that
budget
each
year
per
state
law
and
the
eda
edda
ballot
language.
C
So
this
is
on
the
bonding
question,
tabor
bonding
question
and
then
we'll
have
an
iga
with
arapahoe
county
for
election
services
and
an
iga
between
the
city
and
the
downtown
development
authority,
which
really
spells
out
the
responsibilities
of
each
entity.
B
E
B
B
B
C
E
Okay,
great,
so
would
we
want
to
put
that
on
the
which,
which
meeting
in
june
would
work
work
for
that.
B
F
I
mean
we
obviously
have
form
documents.
We
can
drop
language
in
my
concern,
is
we
don't
know
what
language
to
to
write
yet
because
we
haven't
received
sufficient
direction
from
the
council.
B
Yeah,
I
think
it
would
be
fairly
similar
to
the
one
in
littleton
which
they
did,
what
what
we
were
trying
to,
what
we
were
doing
and
that
is
they
waited.
They
waited
to
vote
on
it.
This
last
fall
so
that
they
had
time
the
next
year
to
do
it
and
we
bumped
it
another
year
because
of
the
timing
of
everything,
I
don't
know
that
it
would
be
that
complicated.
B
D
D
I
think
I
I
think
it
just
helps
with
the
discussion
yeah
just
I
don't
want
to
make
any
assumptions
about
what
direction
the
council
as
a
whole
is
going,
but
if
we're
able
to
get
more
information
about
what
an
ordinance
looks
like
what
the
ballot
question
would
look
like
that.
That
may
help,
but
it
may
drive
conversation,
but
ultimately
it
may
not
change
the
minds
of
people.
B
A
B
So
it's
not
a
constant
revolution,
don't
you
think
daniel
I
mean
I
I
would.
I
would
definitely
not
support
that,
but
I
just
I
think
it
defeats
the
whole
reason
for
why
we
were
trying
to
do
it,
which
was
to
give
a
mayor
a
little
bit
more
time
to
work
on
regional
issues,
be
there
and
have
some
longevity
with
it.
But.
E
Tamara
you
and
I
and
I've
been
working
also
with
kendra
carberry
on
this.
So
just
so,
we
can
kind
of
maybe
put
our
heads
together
on
that
as
well.
Yeah.
B
If
you
can
bring
forward,
you
know
some
examples.
This
is
what
it
would
look
like
if
that
doesn't
take
like
a
lot
a
lot
of
time,
then
yeah,
let's,
let's
bring
something
forward
to
show-
and
I
guess
in
the
future
if
they
want
to
go
back
to
at
least
they'd,
have
something
to
look
at.
E
So
bringing
back
the
discussion.
Yes,
we
can
just
bring
forward
the
information
we've
provided.
I
just
want
to
make
sure
tamara
you're
comfortable
with
a
two-day
turnaround.
F
E
Well,
it
was
last
friday
it's
going
to
the
next
meeting,
but
we
have
the
packet
actually
goes
out
on
thursday,
so
we
we
will
just
kind
of
make
that
a
priority.
Then.
F
C
B
B
F
B
D
Yeah,
the
the
steve
ward
dumping
conversation.
C
A
A
Yep,
who
would
I
send
that
out
to
would
it
be
you
or.
C
Tim
for
arpa,
it
would
be
tim
and
for
the
dumping.
It
would
be
me.
F
And
sean
I
had
some
ideas
about
the
dumping
or
some
sort
of
victims
compensation
fund.
In
the
past,
I've
worked
with
municipal
court
to
add
a
small
fee
for
victim
compensation.
So
I'd
be
happy
to
talk
to
you
about
that.
F
B
I
I
think
that's
what
the
city
might
have
had
somewhat.
I
don't
think
it
was
a
fee,
but
somehow,
when
I
had
my
thing,
it
was
back
in
the
80s,
it
was
87.
I
think
when
I
was
thinking
about
it
and
there
was
a
non-profit
in
town
and
it
no
longer
exists
that
also
had
something
that
helped
people
and
you
had
to
qualify
for
it.
It
had
to
be
a
certain
level
of
amount
and.
F
There's
a
state
statute
on
that,
but
it
only
applies
to
violent
crime,
victims
of
violent
crime.
B
Yeah,
I
mean,
I
think
we
need
to
have
a
really
good
good
discussion
all
around
this,
because
you
know
we
had
we've
had
people.
I
mean,
even
even
a
past
council
member
to
respond
to
remember
russell's
thing
last
night
who
had
her
fence
burned
down
and
she
thought
it
was
vandalism
because
of
her
being
a
council
member.
B
But
you
know
who
knows,
but
it
was
very
traumatic
and
you
know
they
had
to
take
care
of
it,
and
so
I
think
we
need
to
really
and
that
shouldn't
get
special
treatment
just
because
she
was
on
council
and
it
didn't.
But
I
think
we
need
to
think
through
the
whole
thing.
What
are
the
possibilities
for
everybody?
And
it
is-
I
mean
it
is
difficult
to
find
dumping
of
things.
How
do
you
get
rid
of
stuff?
It's?
It's
not
easy.
F
F
To
discuss
statistician,
yes,
and
I
know
that
council
member
russell
mentioned
wanting
an
update,
I
anticipate
we
will
have
that
by
next
week.
If,
if
we
need
an
executive
session
to
discuss
it.
B
A
Right,
can
I
get
a.
A
I
was
just
wondering
if
I
could
get
a
little
bit
more
information
about
that.
So
that'll
be
like
a
motion
or.
F
D
C
Last
night,
I
forgot
to
brief
counsel
mayor
on
the
the
earmark
project
that
you
know
we
haven't
had
a
council
meeting
for
a
few
weeks
and
in
that
time
we
got
a
request
from
hickenlooper's
office
for
earmarks.
We
submitted
five
projects
and
all
of
which
have
been
council,
discussed
and
reviewed,
but
that
are
mostly
related
to
infrastructure
or
bridge
house,
and
this
morning
hickenlooper's
office
came
back
and
said
that
we've
got.
We
need
to
prioritize
those.
A
C
B
A
C
B
B
Sure
yeah,
it's
always
like
hurry
up,
and
then
we
wait
anyway.
But
let's
hope,
if
we
have
to
shoehorn
this
into
the
14th,
we
would
have
to
that's
a
lot
of
money.
It
is.
C
A
Maybe
sorry
I
was
muted,
we
went
through
the
12th.
A
B
It's
a
lot
on
the
19th,
but
those
are
all
oh,
but
those
are
all
on
the
regular
meeting
right
so
correct
yeah.
So
last
night
there
were
a
couple
of
council
requests.
Weren't
there.
C
There
were,
let's
pull,
that
up,
looks
like
I've
got.
Councilmember
ward
had
calls
for
service
on
dangerous
dogs
since
2020
yeah.
A
C
And
then
we
have,
can
we
put
up
signage
stating
that
pedestrians
have
the
right-of-way
in
new
crosswalks
at
bates
and
logan
and
baitsy
and
clarkson,
and
then
the
one
from
russell
that
was
from
the
citizen
was
how
much
money
does
the
city
generate
from
sports
league
usage
fees
if
possible,
please
break
down
the
fee
by
fee
revenue
by
field
and
lastly,
how
much
money
does
the
city
spend
to
maintain
these
fields.
B
Yeah,
okay,
yep
those
were
them
too.
It
would
be
nice
if
we
had
time
at
some
point.
Maybe
it
would
be
the
12th.
If
we
don't
have
a
lot
on,
there
would
be
to
discuss
the
role
of
parks,
because
they're
meant
for
all
kinds
of
activity
right
and
not
just
one,
but
anyway
I
don't
know
if
that
would
be
a
useful
conversation
or
not.
At
this
point,
I
think
when
we
get
to
the
dog
park
stuff,
we'll
we'll
probably
have
to
have
that
conversation.
F
I
also
had
the
easement
public
notification
requirements
for
usage
or
modification
procedurally.
Does
the
council
want
that
in
a
memo
or
a
verbal
discussion.
F
C
C
F
Yes,
the
additional
easement.
C
B
B
That's
fine,
I
think
I'm
confused
about
some
of
the
easement
stuff.
I
mean
we've
talked
about
these
easements.
We
talked
about
them
last
week,
so
I
don't
know
exactly
what
more
is
being
asked
for,
but
if
we
have
any
more
information
that
you
think
is
generally
helpful,
let's,
let's
make
sure
we
get
it.
B
C
And
tamara
krista
in
our
office
coordinates
all
the
council
requests,
so
she
can
get
the
well
actually
all
if
you
can
just
send
her.
The
question
then
she'll
enter
that
into
the
system
and
it
gets
it
into
the
approval
cue
for
for
everyone.
It's
a
it's.
A
pretty
nice
easy
to
use
system.
