B
A
B
C
So
study
session
memo
March
20th,
March
22,
any
financial
review.
We
gave
you
a
little
preview
of
that
last
night,
but
we'll
have
much
more
complete
data,
because
even
the
numbers
that
Maria
gave
you
last
night
keep
in
mind
or
not
I
mean
we're
still
getting
receipts,
so
hopefully
that
oh,
the
picture
will
only
get
better
from
what
we,
which
you
learned
last
night,
which
is
pretty
good
for
March
on
the
downtown.
C
We
also
have
the
downtown
matters
update
preliminary
20,
21,
22,
25,
CIP
requests,
and
so
we
are
gonna
be
focusing
on
CIP
but
I've,
also
a
spurious
about
it
to
have
you
guys.
We
actually,
we
won't.
We've
hinted
around
about
it,
but
we
have
not
taken
kind
of
an
official
poll
of
the
council
on
removing
all
the
parks
expenditures
from
the
the
plan
for
bonding
or
using
unassigned
fund
balance
for
some
of
those
needs.
C
A
A
C
But
but
that's
good
to
know
that
we'll
need
to
go
ahead
and
have
a
second
round
for
small
business
plan
mayor.
Is
this
an
okay
time
to
ask
with
Dania
what
you
and
I
talked
about
after
the
meeting,
which
was
since
I
got
kicked
off?
The
meeting
did
I
understand
correctly
that
we're
having
a
second
round
for
those
who
didn't
get
funding
the
first
round.
That's.
D
C
Great,
that's
that's
what
we're
gonna
do
and
I
don't
know
if
you
saw
in
the
notes,
I
sent
out
last
night
to
all
counsel,
but
we're
gonna
keep
that
open
through
Sunday
night.
The
third
so
it'll
be
two
weeks
open,
and
then
we
can
also
talk
about
at
this
meeting
whether
we
want
to
have
like
maybe
50%
so
a
thousand
dollars
for
a
second
round
for
businesses
that
have
already
applied,
but
I'm
I
would
really
like
direction
on
council.
C
A
C
You
and
then
we
during
the
regular
part
of
that
meeting,
we'll
have
a
first
reading
for
Xcel
Energy
easement
for
biogas
project
resolution
for
purchase
of
two
port
interceptors
for
the
PD
and
was
replace
some
caprices.
We
still
had
caprices
and
then
we
have
a
word
for
a
contract
to
bands.
Brothers
aim
for
construction
of
the
slurry
seal
for
our
street,
paving
projects
and
a
contract
renewal
for
Stifel
financial
services
and,
of
course,
the
Cova
19.
Okay,.
A
B
E
F
D
C
B
E
A
slightly
different
expectation
of
what
what
the
finance
advice
would
be,
but
yeah,
basically,
we've
been
using
another
company
and
we
we
need
somebody
in
that
role.
So
the
question
is:
if
there's
any
question
about
Stifel
or
the
price
I'll
ask
the
finance
director
to
put
that
information
in
the
middle
yeah.
C
Great,
thank
you.
We
also
on
May
11th
will
have
a
budget
workshop,
that'll
be
the
pretty
long
one
and
then
it
co
vat19
update
on,
and
then
this
would
be
a
study
session.
If
you
wanted
just
to
bring
forward
some
of
the
things
you
talked
about
last
night's
instance.
Well,
that's
really
not
like
because
it's
gonna
be
a
three-hour
budget
session,
so
maybe
we
could
look
at
the
18th
or
if
you
wanted
us
to
pull
any
of
those
other
items
that
you
discussed
last
night,
because
we
only
have
body
cameras
for
police,
yeah.
C
C
Should
mention
that
the
Xcel
Energy
presentation
on
power
line
replacement?
It's
it
won't
be
our
choice
well,
I
think
to
some
extent,
but
they
they're
not
ready
to
come
back.
They
did
reach
out
to
me
at
the
beginning
of
the
emergency
to
say
that
they
were
getting
closer
but
they'll.
Let
us
know
when
they're
ready
to
come
on
in
with
that
and.
E
I
would
add
that
member
stone
wanted
to
add
two
topics
to
study
session
consideration.
What
was
procurement,
you
know
best
value
for
clearing
or
contracting,
and
a
discussion
of
illegal
evictions.
So
I
don't
know
whether
we
just
put
those
at
the
bottom
of
the
list
or
what
how
that
fits
in
with
our
the
the
current
topics
that
were
discussed
last
night
I.
B
Let's
do
that
the
other
one
as
homelessness
was
a
table
and
net
study
will
be
coming
with
a
preliminary
in
May,
sometime,
probably
towards
the
end
of
the
day
with
their
because
you
know
they
just
up
in
the
middle
of
it.
So,
but
they
are
gonna,
have
her
elimin
airy
info,
so
we
should
probably
maybe
towards
the
end
of
May,
just
put
that
in
as
one
thing
I.
B
The
eviction
thing
would
be
more
of
a
request
for
the
information
at
how
we
interpret
that
and
how
many
evictions
do.
We
even
know
that
Inglewood
has
it's
just
a
primer
for
that
and
then
but
I
yeah
I
mean
cuz.
That
kind
of
work
is
gonna
have
to
be
done
anyway
for
a
study
session
right.
Otherwise
it's
not
helpful.
So
I
don't.
C
And
we
we
actually
got
the
information
at
council
member
stone
brought
up.
He
emailed
that
last
night
after
the
meeting,
I
did
have
a
couple
of
follow-up
questions
I'll
check
to
see
if
he's
responded
in
a
moment,
but
yeah
I
think
we
can
do
that.
Alison,
as
a
council
request,
is
that
okay
I
ask
you
because
I
think
you'll
have
quite
a
bit
of
legal
analysis
on
that
one
I've.
F
Got
to
be
very
careful
on
that,
because
a
lot
of
and
I
need
to
read
what
council
members
stone
was
where
he
was
going
with,
that
a
lot
of
that
is
private
legal
issues
between
a
a
person,
who's
got
a
lease
or
is
renting
and
their
landlord,
and
if
I
weigh
in
and
start
telling
everybody
what
the
law
is
I'm
getting
the
city
involved
in
private
contracts.
So
I
really
need
to
see
that
before
I
know,
where
that's
going.
B
So
when
my
notes
excuse
me,
I
had
body
cams
in
the
police
oversight,
thing
being
sort
of
I
think
maybe
that's
maybe
that's
one
whole
thing
could
be
lumped
together
and
and
then
the
other
thing
that
was
high
on
everyone's
list
was
discussion
of
public
comment.
That
was
a
top
one
and
I
think
that
we
probably
need
to
do
sooner
than
later.
At
least
I
heard
that
from
others,
Daniel
am
I
right
about
that.
Yeah.
B
A
C
And
it
will
mean
that
they
have
to
attend
to
more
to
meetings,
but
I
actually
think
that
I
don't
really
want
the
officers
seeing
body
cams
tied
to
oversight,
because
you
know
I,
think
body
cams
are
for
public
safety
for
officer
safety,
but
the
police
oversight
board
just
from
a
relations
with
the
police
department.
If
you
wouldn't
mind
having
those
in
two
different
meetings,
I
think
it
would
be
nice
to
separate
those,
but
if
you
want
to
have
them
at
the
same
meeting
I'm
fine
with
that
too,.
C
B
B
C
Do
think
we
can
move
through
the
departmental
budgets
with
some
haste,
though
I
mean
not
super
fast,
but
you
know,
there's
not
gonna
be
as
much.
You
know
kind
of
extra
requests
this
year
and
we
will
have
some,
but
it's
gonna,
be
a
leaner
budget
that
we're
planning
for
I
suspect
all
right.
Are
we
ready
to
move
on
to
Jim
first
or
where
we're
going.
D
A
C
C
E
B
E
C
E
C
News
all
right
so
moving
on
to
well
just
a
review
what
we
have
on
May
26.
We
have
the
budget
workshop
in
case
we
needed
the
April
29th,
we
financially
review
police
oversight,
board,
discussion,
homelessness,
studying
and
code
19,
okay
and
then
on
June
1st.
We
have
the
celebration
of
the
Inglewood
library,
hundredth
anniversary
birthday
policy,
discussion
on
emergency
aid
to
other
agents,
and
then
that
is
the
meeting
we
plan
to
bring
forth
the
demolition
permit
discussion
that
you
all
talked
about
at
a
study
session.
Recently
questions
or
comments.
I'm,
June
8th.
C
B
C
C
E
C
D
D
I
guess
yeah!
Well,
it
sounded
to
me.
It
came
after
public
comments,
so
Journal
so
I'm
thinking
it
has
to
do
with
the
stormwater
stormwater
fees
or
the
water
sewer
fees.
That
was
one
and
then
the
second
one-
and
this
was
that
thing
more
for
mr.
Harkin.
Just
a
campaign
pipeline
list,
marketing
campaign
pipeline
list,
I.
D
D
B
I
think
that's
exactly
what
people
I
mean.
That's
I,
think
that's
what
remember.
Russell
was
concerned
about
that.
This
is
just
a
marketing
campaign,
we're
not
listening
to
people
I.
It
really
needs
to
be
educational.
What
is
it
that
is
needed,
the
options
that
we
have
to
take
care
of
things
and
then
the
decisions
up
to
us?
Oh.
C
E
B
B
D
Actually
Sean
I
was
gonna.
Ask
so
Maria
Deandra
sent
that
email
about
the
three
possible
options
for
closing
off
the
streets,
similar
to
what
Denver
did
I
didn't
bring
it
up
last
night,
just
because
it
sounds
like
we're
kind
of
slowly
winning
up
stand,
hold
I.
Think
it's
more
of
a
topic
for
attack
to
look
at
so
I'm,
not
sure
if
it's
a
future
study
session,
but
any
thoughts
on
on
you
know
where
would
best
fit
yeah.
C
So
I
guess
just
for
clarification
for
everybody
on
the
phone,
so
Oh
Daniel
had
brought
the
the
idea,
and
maybe
it
was
a
constituent.
Maybe
they
brought
it
to
you,
but
the
the
Denver
had
because
their
parks
were
getting
so
crowded.
It
actually
closed
off
a
few
streets
in
the
vicinity
of
parts
to
almost
make
the
street.
C
C
F
F
B
Heard
that
most
people
I,
maybe
I'm
wrong
I
thought
everybody
was
in
favor
of
doing
the
three
percent
just
leaving
it
at
that.
But
then
member
Anderson
said
well
I,
wouldn't
mind
having
both
languages,
both
of
them
to
go
up.
I
thought
he
was
talking
about
above
3%
I'm,
not
sure
that
anybody
was
thinking
it
went
incrementally
to
3%,
but
I
could
be
totally
wrong.
I
didn't.
C
B
C
B
Yeah
I've
been
I,
had
been
talking
to
member
questa
about
a
mere
elected
mayor
and
I.
Don't
know
Allison
if
you
have
any
more
info
on
that.
That
would
be
useful,
but
if
we're
gonna
do
it
now,
it's
time
to
do
it
and
then
it
would
take
it
play
take
place
the
following
year
in
the
next
off
year
election,
but
that's
gonna,
take
a
very
complicated
process.
I
mean
somewhat
complicated,
I.
E
F
So
it
is
not
a
change
of
form
of
government
I.
Think
that's
one
of
the
confusion.
If
it
was
a
change
of
form
of
government,
it
would
require
a
much
bigger
action
on
the
part
of
the
whole
city.
It's
not
a
change
of
form
of
government.
It's
just
changing
the
manner
in
which
the
the
mayor
gets
elected.
D
B
Yeah
yeah
I
think
I.
Think
council
probably
understands
that
I
hope,
but
it's
gonna
be
complicated
and
figuring
out
which
seeds
to
free
up
in
order
to
have
one
of
them
be
a
mayor
obscene
and
it
we
might
have
to
decide.
Maybe
it
goes
on
a
year
when
there's
more
people
up
for
reelection,
I,
don't,
and
so
that
might
delay
it
I
don't
know,
but
it
would
be
good
to
have
the
conversation
soon
and
I.
Don't
know
why
that
wasn't:
I
guess
I'd
never
put
it
on
a
future
study
session
topic
list
and
request.
B
F
B
C
B
C
Council
yeah,
we
can
also
give
you
an
idea.
You
know
how
many
cities
have
that
versus
the
ones
that
don't
I
was
interested
to
learn.
Littleton
had
an
appointed
mayor
from
within
the
council,
the
only
other
city
I'm
sure
there
are
others
with
the
only
other
city
that
I've
been
familiar
with
this
Boulder.
That
does
the
same
thing,
but
you
know
most
cities
haven't
elected
mayor
within
their
council-manager
form
of
government
I.
C
B
C
D
A
B
Want
dr.
cog
on
there
at
some
point
as
a
educational
thing
for
all
of
us,
and
it
might
be,
we
just
do
it
summer
when
there's
the
we.
We
really.
Our
council
needs
to
fully
understand
the
the
amount
of
seniors
and
what
the
issues
are
in
the
city
of
Englewood,
especially
as
we
develop
into
the
future
and
think
about
that
population
and
Englewood
is
a
place
to
age
a
great
place
to
age,
or
you
know
the
vaping
thing
might
actually
get
done
by
the
state.
