A
B
Right
this
is
the
mayor
manager
meeting
of
september
28th
in
in
the
team's
room,
is
tim,
dodd,
stephanie,
carlo
jade
truskett,
reed,
tamara
niles,
nathaniel,
sierra
and
sean
lewis
and
linda
olsen.
D
Good
we'll
start
with
october
4th
of
resolution
to
authorize
application
of
innovative,
oh,
which
is
okay,
so
last
night,
with
a
study
session
got
it.
So
this
is
the
resolution,
and
then
we
have
parks,
parks,
rules
and
regulations
regarding
off-leash
dog
privileges,
introduction
of
sean
weiske,
director
of
human
resources
and
tim-
am,
I
saying
his
name
right?
Weiss
key.
D
I
think
that's
how
you
say
it.
A
word
of
contract,
correct
yeah,
great
a
word
of
contract
to
hallmark
inc
for
construction
of
the
broadway
bridge
over
little
dry,
creek
bridge
a
little
dry,
creek
bridge
repair
project.
D
T
golf
course:
pac-9
irrigation
renovation,
crossing
agreement
with
temporary
construction,
easement
level,
3
communications,
allowing
the
installation
of
fiber
across
city,
ditch;
first
reading,
2020
budget
ordinance
and
that's
one
of
five
iga
with
mile
high
flood
district
for
little
dry,
creek,
plaza,
first
reading
of
2022
budget
ordinance,
205
385,
405,
505.
D
and
lastly,
adoption
of
a
bill
for
an
ordinance
first
reading
approval
of
fairfield
inglewood
station
pud.
B
B
C
B
Okay-
and
I
didn't
say
that
to
them
last
night-
sorry,
the
next
one,
the
park,
rules
and
regulations
regarding
no
hang
on.
Where
is
the
no
sorry
forget
it?
I
misread
one
of
these.
I
I'm
I'm
all
clear
now.
B
I,
when
when
will
the
open
container
thing
come
back
to
us
tamara?
Do
you
think.
F
I
still
have
to
drop
the
ordinance
to
authorize
it.
I
didn't
know
what
what
type
of
direction
I
was
going
to
get
so
as
soon
as
I
get
the
ordinance
drafted,
I
would
say
I'll
shoot
for
the
second
regular
meeting
in
october.
Okay,.
B
I
have
a
council
request
for
that
to
go
out
before
which
might
be
helpful
even
this
week,
so
that,
if
there's
a
change
that
we
want,
we
can
mention
it
during
the
meeting.
But
I'm
really
concerned
about
the
duck
pond
being
a
part
of
this
because
of
some
of
the
some
of
the
work
that
has
to
be
done
in
that
area,
and
maybe
it's
going
to
change
because
we
have
to
re.
B
We
do
redo
the
area,
but
I
in
the
meantime
I
know
that
there's
when
I
do
ride-alongs
there's
a
lot
of
policing
of
of
and
park
activity
at
night
there.
That
is
not
really
helpful.
I
mean
it's.
It's
very
difficult
and
I'd
like
to
hear
I'd
like
to
hear
the
police
weigh
in
on
this
one.
In
that
particular
area.
B
I
and
I'm
not
sure
sean
what
you
ask
them
in
regards
to
open
container
kinds
of
things
and
what
this
all
does
when
they
do
have
people
who
are
violating
you
know
where
they
got
it,
just
opening
up
a
bottle
somewhere.
I
I
would
like
a
little
bit
more
info
and
maybe
the
police
weighing
in
on
what
kinds
of
cases
they've
been
dealing
with.
If
at
all,
I
just
don't
know
I
I
don't
want
to
do
something
that
is
going
to
exacerbate
work,
that
they're
trying
to
do
to
get
people
into
care.
F
One
other
question
I
had
is:
if
we
are
just
going
to
allow
open
consumption
in
certain
areas,
do
we
want
to
limit
it
to
certain
times
just
based
on
council
member
anderson's
comments
he
he
kind
of
pictures,
someone
getting
a
drink
at
night
and
walking
down
and
sitting
in
the
park,
and
so,
if
we
just
allow
it,
somebody
could
be
down
there
drinking
at
seven
o'clock
in
the
morning.
C
F
B
And
you
know
I
I
wasn't
thinking
for
some
reason.
I
thought
the
duck
pun
was
not
in
that
map,
but
I
wasn't
reading
it
correctly
at
all.
I'm
just
I
am
really
con.
I
like
the
whole
idea.
It
seems
like
such
a
nice
pleasant
thing,
but
it
doesn't
take
into
account
necessarily
everything.
That's
going
on
and
the
the
constraints
of
you
know
of
the
human
condition.
F
Currently,
there's
a
higher
amount
of
police
contact
in
that
area.
I
know
in
my
ride
along
we
drove
by
and
talked
to
people
several
times
that
appeared
to
be
not
complying
with
yeah.
I
think
exist.
B
Could
make
it
worse,
so
I
think
that
info
needs
to
be
clear
and
so
that
we
have
a
good
conversation
about.
If
we're
going
to
do
this,
where
do
we
limit?
Do
we
limit
your
suggestion
of
hours
might
be,
and
I
don't
know
that
we
had
I
I
would
just
like
that
info
out,
so
we
can
have
a
second
conversation
if
we
need
to.
C
B
Okay,
sorry,
I
for
some
reason
thought
I
saw
it
up
here.
I
think
when
I
saw
the
park
stuff
with
the
dogs,
I
was
thinking
that
was
it.
A
I
wanted
to
go
ahead
and
clarify
for
that
innovative
housing
strategy
grant.
Would
you
like
that
to
be
on
consent
or
no,
because
it's.
D
A
Yes,
I'd
love
to,
and
I
want
to
let
you
know.
Currently,
we
do
have
18
items
for
this
meeting
and
now
we
currently
have
six
on
consent.
So
if
we
could,
it
might
be
helpful
to
if
we
are
able
to
move
some
of
these
over
to
consent,
but
that's
sort
of
kind
of
where
we're
standing
right
now.
So
for
maybe
for
these
three
all
to
do
or
oh,
I
guess
for
these
two.
A
You
just
say:
oh
for
these
two
motions:
would
you
like
for
those
to
be
on
consent.
F
C
F
A
D
We're
just
continuing
to
adjust
the
number
of
custodians
as
conditions
change.
B
A
Those
ones
are
all
yes's
and
then
obviously
we
want
to
have
the
first
readings
on
consent.
C
B
D
So
on
the
11th
we
have
jade
just
to
make
sure
the
line
that
you're
on
is
the
first
line
overview
snowplowing
and
ice.
Great.
Thank
you
overview
of
city,
snow,
plowing
and
ice
removal
program
and
that's
a
study
session
looks
like
we
have
not
assigned
discussion
time
so
may
hear
me
or
put
him.
A
Is
currently
at
15
minutes,
sorry.
D
D
Okay
and
then
we
have
a
study
session
on
curb
to
curb
street
sweeping
looks
like
the
presentation
is
10
minutes
about
discussion.
C
I
actually
get
quite
a
bit
of
questions
about
this
mayor,
so
this
one
might
go
a
little
bit
longer.
So
I
say
15
or
20
minutes
on
the
discussion
on
that
one.
D
Great
next
is
a
study
session
on
training,
training
for
new
equipment
and
city
council
chambers.
C
E
Well,
we've
gotten:
this
is
tentative.
We've
gotten
one
report
that
it
would
be
ready
to
do
the
training
that
way
we're
ready
to
go
for
that
following
meeting
in
council
chambers,
but
it's
but
then
we
also
heard
it
might
not.
They
might
not
be
ready,
so
we
just
put
a
placeholder
in
there
and
we'll
get
jeremy
to
kind
of
commit
either
way.
B
D
Right
yeah,
we've
always
known
it
was
going
to
be
october.
We
just
don't
know
when
in
october
and
then
we
also
have
a
proclamation
language
review.
Does
anybody
know
what
the
topic
is.
A
Yes,
so
the
proclamation
will
be
for
october
planning
month,
and
so-
and
this
is
accidentally
a
mistake-
it
should
be
for
october
18th
to
bring
forward
that
proclamation,
but
this
will
basically
been
be
when
we're
also
recognizing,
I
believe,
will
charles
and
eric
sampson,
so
we
figured.
This
would
also
be
a
good
day
to
bring
forward
that
proclamation.
A
A
No,
so
let
me
refresh
really
quickly
and
it'll
sort
of
kind
of
make
it
a
little
bit
easier
to
see.
So
only
the
proclamation
review
will
be
on
the
11th
and
then
we'll
have
the
actual
proclamation
on
the
18th.
G
G
Okay,
the
kickoff
they're
doing
with
the
city,
though,
isn't
until
the
end
of
october,
but
I
could
see
if
doing
something
like
this
in
early
october
will
be
possible.
G
D
All
right
and
we'll
move
on
to
the
18th
we
have
october
is
planning
month
national
planning
month,
so
I'll
have
a
proclamation
on
that
resolution.
Improving
a
memorandum
of
understanding
with
the
city
and
edda
framework
agreement
with
lnr
recognition
of
will
charles
and
eric
sampson
for
passing
a
icp
exam
award
of
contract
for
custodial
services
at
city
facilities,
2022
stormwater,
utility
rate
increase
ordinance
first
reading
september
monthly
financial
report.
A
That'll
be
for
october
25th,
yep.
D
D
C
D
D
Yeah
great
all
right,
remember:
first,
we
have
code
next
update
if
cop
redemption
supplemental.
This
is
where.
If
we
get
the
final
ruling,
we
could
have
the
arpa
spending
plan
contract
with
aec
west
for
plan
review
services
and
that's
it
november
8th.
We
have
council
orientation
and
that's
the
only
item
slated
for
november
8th.
B
Do
you
want
former
rolling
off
folks
to
be
there
or
is
that
a
night
off.
C
C
C
C
E
C
D
And
on
the
15th
we
have
welcome
wheel
plan
update
consolidated
fee
schedule,
acceptance
of
land
deduction
our
dedication
from
c
dot,
then
november
22nd
financial
report
december
6,
b,
city,
usa
december
20th
november
financials
boarding,
commission
interviews
on
january
10th,
board
and
commission
resolution
january
17th.
C
B
D
And
then,
until
tim
took
down
a
council
request
last
night,
so
tim,
if
you
can.
G
One
go
ahead:
camera
did
you
have
another
one
from
council
member
anderson,
sorry
about
wanting
more
information
about
whether
there
was
any
legislation
that
would
impact
the
questions
relative
to
basically
consumption
of
alcohol
in
the
downtown
area.
G
F
And
I
had
also
written
down
the
information
regarding
legislation,
but
tim:
are
you
going
to
do
that
or
do
you
want
me
to
do
it.
C
E
A
I
realized
that
as
well,
and
so
I
was
actually
going
to
reach
out
reach
out
to
peter
with
that
one.
My
only
concern
is
that
it
says
it
says
928,
and
so
that's
where
I
was
confused,
I'm
not
sure
why
this
one
got
moved
and
I'm
not
sure
I
I
don't
believe
I
would
have
put
this
one
on
it,
because
it's
a
study
session.
So
I'm
not
sure
exactly
why
it
got
put
on
the
25th.
A
So
I'll
do
a
little
bit
of
research
and
figure
out
when
this
date
is
actually
supposed
to
be.
It's
okay,.
B
B
A
And
that's
what
I
was
thinking.
I
just
didn't
want
to
push
it
to
the
18th
if
it
if
he
was
planning
on
bringing
it
back
later
or
if
maybe
they
like,
pushed
it
off
of
the
meeting
that
was
supposed
to
be
so
I
mean
we
can
definitely
fit
it
into
the
18th.
If
that's
where,
if
that's,
where
staff
is
able
to
get
it
on
to-
and
I
can
certainly
work
with
them
to
get
that
if
that's
where
you
guys
would
prefer
to
have
that
public
hearing
sounds
good.
B
A
A
Clarifying
questions
for
tim
and
sean
so.
B
All
right
this
ends,
the
mayor
manager
meeting
then
have
a
great
week.
Everyone.
