B
A
B
A
B
So
getting
started
with
May
26th
we'll
have
the
City
Council
budget
workshop
and
then
the
finalization
of
the
CIP
discussion
as
a
finalization.
It's
kind
of
the
finish
wrapping
up
your
last
discussion
on
it.
They'll
certainly
still
be
time
to
make
changes
to
that
and
then
cove
at
9:18,
update
and
I
did
want
to
ask
you
all
if
it's
okay
with
you,
since
we've
now
really
shifted
into
recovery
phase,
if
Brad
continues
to
make
the
bulk
of
that
report
as
the
recovery
manager
did
that
work
for
you
all.
C
A
The
second
Tuesday
I
mean
Thursday?
Is
it
the
first,
the
second
it's
a
second
yeah,
so
I
think
until
we
see
some
of
that
I,
don't
think
we're
ready
to
I,
don't
think
they're
ready
to
do
anything
there.
So,
let's,
let's
just
take
that
off
for
now
until
we
know
what
we
can
do
and
put
it
on
another
time.
A
C
A
B
A
C
F
B
Good,
so
on
the
regular
agenda,
we
have
a
contract
approval
for
water
treatment,
plant
risk
and
resiliency
study
and
then
the
pre
development
agreement
with
skb
second
reading
of
approval
of
an
IgA
with
C
dot
for
the
design
of
Reconstruction
up
to
85
and
Broadway,
interchange,
which
you're
correct,
can
go
on
consent
and
then
second
reading
of
an
IgA
with
urban
drainage,
flood
control,
I
believe
that
was
seven,
no
as
well
right,
triage
and
then
second
reading
of
approval
of
emergency
ordinance
authorizing
carries
Act.
Well
we're
actually
putting
that
one
Jade
on
this
Wednesday.
Yes,.
B
A
B
B
Library's
hundred
celebration,
she
says
in
lieu
of
the
big
celebration
on
the
first
we're
working
to
create
a
celebratory
announcement
with
her
video
are
written
retrospective.
We
can
share
to
social
media
with
the
rest
of
the
city.
Communications
is
working
with
the
library
staff
to
create
this
message.
It
is
possible
council
would
be
involved
in
this
video
message
and
then
she
has
a
number
of
ideas
of
kind
of
tchotchke
type
things
we
can
do
redesigning
the
library
cards
getting
shirts
and
that
type
of
thing
so
and
then,
throughout
month,
June,
July,
August
and
September.
B
A
number
of
just
different
events
they've
got
a
like
on
July.
They
would
do
a
Historic
Society
presentation
on
the
history
of
the
library
in
possibly
the
city
in
August.
They
would
want
to
maybe
do
silent
movies
with
a
few
short
silent
films
from
the
1920s
and
then
at
1920
s,
gala,
potentially
in
September,
so
I
think
they've
got
it
and
they've
got
a
plan
anyway.
I.
A
A
B
E
Just
to
give
everyone
a
heads
up
if
we
need
the
council
to
do
any
kind
of
resolution
or
anything
in
support
of
reopening
the
restaurants,
downtown
or
entertainment
zones
or
any
of
those
kind
of
things
we'll
have
that
ready
to
go
for
the
June
1st
meeting.
So
just
be
aware
that
that's
that's
a
possibility,
but
if
we
need
it
we'll
need
it
on
the
1st
and
then
there
were
two
ballot
measures
that
were
approved
last
night.
I
would
like
to
bring
them
at
different
meetings
so
that
the
council
has
time
to
to
give
feedback.
E
The
very
last
minute
we
can
bring
them
as
the
first
meeting
of
July,
so
I'd,
rather
not
bring
them.
The
first
meeting
in
the
July
4
first
reading
I
was
thinking.
We'd
bring
one
aren't
IAM.
First,
probably
the
broadband
one
on
June
1st
and
on
June
15th
bring
the
taper
one
for
first
readings.
So
just
let
you
know
those
are
gonna
be
showing
up
on
the
on
the
first
as
well
right.
E
I'm
really
I'm
really
pleased
about
the
direction
that
what
the
council
wanted
to
go
on.
All
of
those
I
think
that
we
can
support
that
move
that
forward
pretty
quickly,
but
I
haven't
had
time
to
create
the
eye
compass
items
on
them,
and
it
looks
right
at
the
moment
like
July
1st
is
thin
and
I,
don't
think
I
mean
June.
1St
is
then
and
I
don't
think.
June
1st
it's
gonna
be
a
thin
meet.
E
F
B
E
Yeah,
it's
possible.
The
nice
thing
about
that
situation.
Is
council
retained
outside
counsel
to
work
with
us
on
that,
so
we
we
have
a
little
more
support
from
from
them
and
I'll
be
in
touch
with
them
in
the
next
week
or
so
to
know
exactly
when
to
expect
that.
But
yes
I
think
that
it's
a
very
last
the
very
last
day
that
could
possibly
come
as
July
first,
but
the
idea
that
we're
running
in
at
the
very
last
minute
concerns
me
some
kind
of
thinking
that
we'll
be
seeing
the
DDA
come
on
the
15th.
E
F
Did
want
to
interject
at
this
point
as
well
for
the
study
session
we
currently
do
have
15
applicants
for
boards
and
commissions
we're
projecting
it
to
go
to
8:30
p.m.
or
180
minutes
with
a
30-minute
discussion
period
after
all
of
the
10-minute
interviews
and
unless
otherwise
noted,
we
can
go
ahead
and
start
setting
up
those
interviews
on
zoom'.
If
you
would
like.
F
B
A
B
B
A
G
G
G
G
A
G
B
B
B
I
see
what
you're
asking
I
didn't
think
about
moving
now
and
well
Stephanie
or
Jade
God.
Let
you
answer
that.
A
F
Believe
they
do
need
to
be
on
that
day,
Stephanie
I
would
I.
D
A
G
B
G
G
A
A
I,
like
Daniels
idea
of
keeping
their
interviews
on
the
ape
just
because
that's
when
we're
used
to
meeting
for
three
three-and-a-half
hours
or
if
needed,
but
then
picking
another
week
and
then
another
night
of
the
week
and
having
short
businesses
and
as
bad
then.
But
let's,
let's
yeah,
send
that
info
to
Council
and
tell
them
we're
gonna
talk
about
it
on
Tuesday
nights
and.
A
G
A
A
B
F
B
All
right,
moving
on
to
June
15th,
we
just
have
two
items:
the
website
overview
that
we
talked
about
at
a
previous
council
meeting
and
then
the
utility
funds
overview
and
then
on
the
regular
session.
We
have
a
DDA
election
ordinance,
the
new
appointments
that
are
going
to
be
approved
by
you
all
four
boards
and
commissions
contract
approval
month
and
would,
and
that's
for
utilities,
I
believe
and
then
contract
renewal
for
Burke
Hill.
Actually
these
are
both
water
rights
right,
Allison,
I
believe
they
are
yeah.
E
I'm
sorry,
it
makes
me
for
every
deaf
mute
and
the
one
with
Burke.
Hill
is
water
rights
and
Martin
and
wood
is
an
engineering
firm
and
they
do
work
for
the
water
department
as
well.
These
are
contract
renewals.
The
first
contracts
went
through
last
year
and
they've
worked
for
the
city
for
like
25
years,
but
under
Maria's
Sebata
they're
now
under
contract.
So
there's
nothing
new
about
either
of
these
firms.
B
Okay,
excuse
me
and
then
have
the
first
reading
of
an
IgA
with
RTD
for
the
trawling.
B
B
F
G
B
A
B
A
G
G
B
A
B
Taking
note
here
and
then
this
June
22nd
will
be
a
pretty
big
night,
as
noted
in
Peters
note
of
sixty
minutes
for
the
utility
rate
discussion.
This
is
really
when
the
around
this
time
is
when
we're
gonna
get
the
rate
and
fee
analysis
back
from
the
water
and
sewer
master
plan
process,
and
so
it
will
be
a
pretty
big
discussion.
B
B
No,
it's
May
its.
My
data,
Maria
and
I
have
been
she's,
been
trying
to
educate
me
on
when
we
get
the
numbers
for
which
month
so
alright.
Moving
on
to
July
6th,
we
have
the
homeless,
study
and
I.
Think
that
was
supposed
to
be
an
update
and
we've
got
the
public
hearing
for
the
DDA
which
is
going
to
be
required,
and
then
the
tentative
appointments
recognized
by
City
Council.
C
And
I
would
add.
Excuse
me
in
the
future
study
session
topics.
You
know
public
comment
at
council
meetings
that
was
just
tabled
till
later,
as
was
the
discussion
of
the
election
of
mayor.
Not
I
assume
excuse
me
just
putting
those
on
future
study
session
topics
is
appropriate
because
there
was
no
date,
certain
yeah.
A
C
C
B
G
G
F
F
Or
can
I
get
a
better
title
or
there
something
you
would
specifically
like
it
to
be
named.
B
And-
and
we
might
be
good
for
the
listening
public-
just
give
a
little
bit
of
detail,
so
the
yes
city
of
Denver
did
some
particularly
during
Cove
in
nineteen
and
continuing
they
did
some
closures
of
some
streets
and
partial
closures
to
just
let
people
have
more
space,
particularly
as
kind
of
parks
were
really
crowded.
I
think,
if
I'm
describing
this
correctly
oath
annual,
that
people
could
kind
of
spill
over
and
use
the
roadway,
as
you
know,
for
recreation
and
that
sort
of
thing,
so
it
so
it's
something
that
they
eat.
B
B
Engineers
are
recommending,
if
we
do,
that,
that
we
bring
in
jersey
barriers,
which
you
know
require
crane
around
and
that
sort
of
thing
just
for
public
safety.
But
we
can
certainly
look
and
see
know
that
there's
our
traffic
calming
devices
that
could
be
incorporated.
That
would
really
slow
down
traffic,
where
we
didn't
feel
like
jersey,
barriers
were
needed,
but.
