A
B
Right,
you're
good
to
go
all
right
good
morning.
Everyone.
This
is
the
mayor
manager,
meeting
May
27th,
oh
my
gosh,
and
it's
8:31
and
in
the
room
is
Linda:
Olsen
Allison
McKinney
brown,
Dorothy,
Hargrove,
Jade,
Triscuit,
Reid,
Oh,
Samuel,
Sierra
and
Sean
Lewis,
and
by
meaning
in
the
room
we
are
on
Microsoft
teams.
C
B
C
D
A
C
E
Yes,
let
me
let
me
jump
on
that.
One
Jade!
Let's
pull
that
off.
We
were
wondering
about
two
weeks
ago
if
we
were
going
to
need
to
do
a
resolution
to
allow
outdoor
restaurant
seating
turns
out
we're
not
because
the
governor's
taken
other
actions,
so
that
just
needs
to
be
removed,
but
it
was
just
in
a
holding
pattern.
Great.
C
E
E
B
E
C
Next
we
have
second
reading
of
an
IgA
with
C
dot
for
design
and
reconstruction
of
the
285
and
South
Broadway
interchange
and
then
a
second
reading
of
approval
of
an
idea
with
the
urban
drainage
and
flood
control,
district
or
major
drainage
way.
Planning
and
both
of
those
were
7l
on
the
first
reading,
so
they'll
be
on
consent
agenda
and
then
last
we
will
have
a
proclamation
for
the
library
birthday.
So
we're
excited
about
that
and
I.
C
C
And
then,
because
that
one
probably
is
going
to
take
three
or
more
hours,
we
are
you
all
discussed
last
night,
your
council
meeting
about
having
a
special
meeting
on
June,
9th
and
so
at
that
study
session,
and
the
topics
would
be
downtown
matters
and
Dda
authority
by
our
planning
staff
and
redevelopment
staff,
and
then
also
the
procurement
policy
has
been
moved.
You
may
remember.
D
B
D
D
C
Last
one
on
that
meeting
is
restricting
local
streets
to
through
traffic
and
the
3400
block
of
Broadway
to
all
traffic.
We
have
done
a
survey
on
that,
but
we
really
want
to
do
we're
waiting
on
responses
from
some
folks,
just
from
kind
of
anecdotally
talking
to
just
a
couple
of
businesses,
I
think
there
there
may
be
a
desire
to
use
the
alleys
more
than
Broadway.
As
you
know,
even
when
we
have
a
huge
festival
event,
it's
hot,
we
don't
always
completely
fill
up,
Broadway
and
I.
C
F
B
C
C
Thing
I
literally
moved
my
head
four
inches
and
I'm
right
up
next
to
the,
where
I
think
the
microphone
is,
though
yeah.
That's
the
issue
good
to
know,
but
but
the
I
just
wanted
to
give
a
little
more
clarity.
We
have
done
a
survey
on
that
closure
of
Broadway
to
peruse
is
kind
of
an
outdoor
seating
area.
B
C
F
E
B
B
C
C
C
Okay,
let's
see
we
are
on
June
15
study
session,
so
the
study
session
items
for
that
meeting
our
website
overview
utility
funds
overview
and
citizen
of
the
year
on
the
regular
agenda.
We
have
first
reading
of
the
DDA
election
ordinance
a
resolution
for
new
appointments
approved
by
City
Council.
That's
for
boarding,
commission
contract
renewal
for
Martin
and
wood
contract
renewal
for
Burke
Hill,
first
reading
of
an
IPA
with
RTD
for
the
trolley
and
first
reading
of
the
lodger
sex
lodgers
sales
tax
increase.
B
C
C
B
C
E
That
one
Shawn
okay
I
met
with
that
with
the
outside
Council,
on
that
yesterday
and
I
was
asking
why
we've
got
a
public
hearing
for
that
ordinance
because
it
doesn't
make
any
sense
to
me.
It's
not
required
by
law
and
I
think
that
there
was
a
little
bit
of
miscommunication
early
on
in
the
process
where
they
thought
that,
because
it
was
sudden
it
was
going
to
be
going
to
a
ballot
measure
that
the
City
Council
would
want
a
public
hearing.
It's
not
a
quasi-judicial.
E
It
would
be
administrative,
so
I
asked
them
to
ask
City
Council
if
the
City
Council
really
wanted
to
hold
an
administrative
public
hearing,
I'm
hoping
we're
back
in
the
regular
meeting
place
by
July
6th,
but
right
at
the
moment.
Of
course,
we're
just
continuing
to
plan
this
way,
but
either
way
it's
not
required
it
it.
E
It's
not
something
that
we're
doing
for
the
other
two
ballot
measures,
and
it's
not
the
regular
citizen
or
the
electorate
on
this.
It's
it's
corporations.
It's
a
lot!
Yes,
so
anyway,
I'm
not
sure
that
we
need
a
public
hearing
for
that,
and
that
could
be
more
appropriately.
The
second
reading
for
the
DDA
election
ordinance.
D
B
E
Yeah
I
think
at
this
point
that
having
a
public
hearing
is
kind
of
pointless.
It's
not
you
know
it's
not
the
general
electorate
of
the
city
of
Inglewood.
It's
it's
the
corporations
that
are
downtown,
so
there's
really
no
point
in
having
that
there
and
I
think
it
would
mostly
be
confusing
to
everybody
as
we
move
forward.
So
my
my
read
up
is
we
just
have
the
second
reading
on
July
6.
C
Okay,
very
good
all
right
and
then
the
only
other
item
on
that
agenda
right
now
is
new
appointments,
recognized
by
City
Council
for
just
recognition
of
the
new
boarding
commission
numbers
and
then
July.
13Th
is
the
last
item
meeting
that
we
have
an
agenda
item
on
and
that's
for
the
police
oversight
board
discussion
and
that
will
be
the
police
department
and
looks
like
legal
helping
with
that.
Is
that
correct
Alison,
which
you'd
be
help
me
with
that
one.
E
F
Shan
I
was
gonna.
Ask
the
question
regarding
the
police
oversight.
Board
presentation
also
contain
actually
I
would
like
import.
I
would
like
for
it
to
contain
what
the
current
state
is
whenever
something
does
come
up,
what
is
their
current
process
so
just
trying
to
understand
what
current
processes
and
what
the
what
would
change
if
we
went
to
the
oversight
board.
F
C
B
I
sure
would
want
the
police
to
know
this
is
I,
mean
I
think
this
is
a
good
time
to
do.
Something
is
when
you
don't
have
a
crisis.
You
know
I
just
look
at
things
and
say:
okay,
are
we
set
up
really
well
to
honor
their
commitment
to
us
to
serve
our
city
like
this
and
to
make
sure
that
they're
protected
in
all
kinds
of
you
know,
incidents
that
could
arise?
C
B
I
just
want
so
last
night.
It
threw
me
off
just
a
little
bit
I'm
sorry
I
had
just
absolutely
forgotten
about
the
June
9th
thing
that
we
were
looking
at
doing
and
now
it's
the
10th.
But
for
some
reason
in
my
head,
I
thought
we
were
going
to
send
out
an
email
to
that
and
effect
and
I
didn't
follow
up
at
all.
So
I
totally
take
ownership
of
that.
B
But
could
we
in
the
future,
when
we,
let's
just
together,
remind
each
other,
how
we're
gonna
do
this
so
that
if
we
do
want
to
do
it
during
council
meeting,
if
it
could
be
listed
under
mayor's
choice
or
something
that
it
would
remind
me
to
do
it
just
and
then
yeah,
that's
all
and
then
dacovia?
Maybe
we
just
everybody
knows
that
that's
constantly
under
the
managers
report,
so
it
always
just
populates
up
into
that.
A
It's
actually
technically
its
own
agenda
item
place
and
I
do
apologize
about
that.
I
will
take
ownership
for
that,
but
I
will
make
sure
that
it
is
in
all
of
the
rest
of
them
moving
forward
and
I've
actually
gone
in
and
what
I
had
and
I'm
going
to
put
them
in
for
June
as
well.
So
I'll
just
continue
to
have
those
as
a
individual
agenda
item
for
you
guys
and
like
and
I
do
extremely
apologize
about
that.
I.
B
D
D
E
B
E
Hi
I'd
like
to
ask
about
the
illegal
evictions,
I
think
that
was
brought
up
because
of
concerns
about
people
being
evicted
under
kovat,
and
it
wasn't
because
the
city
participates
in
evictions.
What
that
suggests
to
me
is
somebody
is
basically
interested
not
in
not
in
the
city's
role
in
that,
but
in
what
the
rules
are.
E
B
It's
you
know
it's
like
30
years
plus
whatever
months,
and
that
they're
not
there's
not
a
strong
understanding
of
some
of
that,
and
that's
where
some
of
the
eviction
stuff
might
start
to
happen,
because
not
because
landlords
are
upset
with
anyone
or
think
they're
bad
tenants.
It's
just
that
they're
trying
to
make
make
ends
meet
I.
Just
wonder
if
there's
a
little
bit
more
of
a
informational
piece,
that's
written
down
where
people
can
go
back
to
it.
E
Let
me
look
into
that
and
see
if,
if
we
can
get
a
report
generated
for
at
least
the
City
Council,
to
have
something
to
reference
again,
I'm
walking
that
fine
line,
because
I
don't
want
there
to
be
any
implication
that
there's
anything
the
city
can
do
to
step
in
and
interfere
in
a
private
contract
between
other
parties.
But
I
didn't
think
the
question
was
asking
us
to
interfere.
I
think
someone
was
just
wanting
to
know
how
the
rules
changed
under
Kovac,
but
that
was
that
was
long
enough
ago.
I.
F
C
C
B
City
manager,
I
think
Allison
Brown
came
got
a
memo
last
night
from
the
governor
that
made
actually
make
this
all
moot
anyway.
Oh
great.
F
F
A
F
Anyway,
he
I
think
he
classified
himself
as
an
arcade
and
that's
the
reason
why
he's
saying
that
he
can't
open
so
obviously
that
didn't
fall
under
the
executive
order,
so
I'm
just
trying
to
find
out
what
are
the
next
steps
to
the
business
have
to
reach
out
to
somebody?
Do
we
reach
out
on
his
behalf
a
waiver.
E
Goes
through
the
county,
so
in
order
to
get
a
waiver,
we,
as
the
city
would
have
have
to
get
the
county
to
agree
to
present
it
to
I
what
it
goes
to
the
county
to
Trek
county
health
up
to
the
governor.
So
we
don't
have
any
ability
to
go
directly
from
the
city
level
to
the
governor.
The
other
thing
that
I'm,
wondering
and
I
have
no
information
is
because
there
they
are
and
arcade
and
there's
being
a
lot
of
pressure
from
like
the
gambling
resorts
in
other
places
where
people
just
go
to
be
entertained.
E
If,
if
there's,
if
we're
not
going
to
get
some
information
out
on
that
pretty
quickly,
I'm
I
would
think
they
would
all
fall
under
a
similar
heading.
In
that
for
the
governor
to
be
approaching.
So
in
the
meantime,
yeah
we
can
jump
through
the
various
hoops
that
would
get
us
up
to
the
county
to
see
if
tri-county
would
be
interested
in
in
pursuing
that
as
a
variance.
But
thanks
I
come
pretty.
B
Fast
I
would
go
directly
to
trek
county
to
begin
with,
just
to
ask
them
how
they're
going.
How
would
they
interpret
this
one
and
what
would
we
need
to
do
because
the
county
won't
no
I,
don't
think
because
they
don't
oversee
that
kind
of
thing.
They're.
Just
the
the
gatekeeper,
though,
to
present
something
to
try
County,
then
River,
so
I
think
if
we
can
call
somebody
I,
don't
know
if
it's
Melissa
or
who
Melissa
Sager,
who
I
don't
know.
C
E
Just
think,
it's
interesting
that
the
governor's
already
saying
that
businesses
can
change
their
business
model
so,
whereas
pre
kovat
their
business
model
might
have
been
primarily
arcade
at
this
point,
could
they
temporarily
change
their
business
model
and
is
that
even
necessary?
Are
we
going
to
get
another
get
something
else
out
from
the
governor
this
week,
specifically
about
places
and
entertain?
So
there's
just
a
lot
of
questions
that
I
don't
have
the
answer
to
yet
because
I
just
got
the
information
through
at
3
a.m.
C
All
right,
moving
on
to
the
well
continuing
with
the
items
that
we
heard
last
night,
we
did
have
the
request
from
councilmember
Russell
to
consider
reopening
on
the
Mallee
Center
at
the
same
time,
and
so
we'll
we'll
do
kind
of
an
assessment
on
that,
and
maybe
do
a
staff
memo
for
council
on
number
one.
What
the
senior
centers
throughout
the
region
are
doing
and
then
also
you
know,
precautions
that
we
can
take.
C
One
of
the
things
that
she
actually
had
a
great
idea
was
to
really
kind
of
germ
proof
the
Mallee
Center,
which
of
course
is
a
little
longer
term
prospect.
But
we've
got
a
plan
that
we've
submitted
to
Arapahoe
County
for
a
Karass
funding
to
you
know
provide
for
some
shielding
for
carpeting,
replacing
the
carpeting
with
this
more
of
a
solid
surface
that
can
be
cleaned
more
easily,
so
we
are
working
in
some
of
those,
but
it
is
going
to
take
you
know
months
to
get
that
work
done.
C
C
A
C
C
I
I'm
gonna
need
I
would
actually
we've
actually
had
to
study
sessions
on
this
already
and
I
can
remind
counsel
of
that,
because
you
guys
actually
reviewed.
You
know
the
the
notes
first
from
your
visioning
session,
and
then
you
reviewed
and
gave
feedback
actually
quite
a
bit
of
feedback
on
our
specific
goals
that
we've
put
to
those
and
so
and
then
we
actually
I
think
we
had
a
third
item.
Maybe
this
was
during
the
second,
where
you
looked
at
our
action
plan
on
how
we
were
going
to
achieve
those
goals.
C
C
C
Finalization
might
be
most
descriptive,
but
I'll
be
asking
counseled
and
I
can
send
this
out
in
advance
because
we
just
closed
the
public
survey
yesterday
and
we'll
be
getting
that
out
to
Council,
along
with
your
your
responses
and
the
kind
of
the
aggregate
of
all
of
that,
and
so
you
can
look
over
that.
But
during
this,
but
on
June
15th
I'm
really
gonna
need
to
actually
get
a
vote
from
Council.
C
B
C
B
I
meant
so
I
we
haven't
talked
about
the
so
last
night.
Member
Russell
brought
up
BAC
e
and
a
conversation
is
this
different
than
that
about
somehow
there
was
some
feedback
on
the
plan
from
them.
I
thought
was,
I
misunderstanding,
and
she
wanted
to
have
that
kind
of
a
conversation
with
all
of
us.
I
thought
we
have
had
our
conversations,
but
maybe
not
everyone
thinks
that
so
we
need
to.
We
I
would
be
worried
about
making
a
vote
having
a
vote
that
night,
if
not,
everyone
felt
like
we'd
had
a
conversation
already.
C
So
what
they
actually
did
and
I've
got
my
notes
in
front
of
me.
They
made
some
changes
just
to
the
more
more
the
wording
of
some
of
the
goals.
They
really
thought
instead
of
climate
I
think
we
use
the
term
climate
variability,
they
they
suggested
weather
variability.
So
that
was
more
of
just
a
wording
change.
C
B
Do
think
it's
an
issue
of
underemployed
unemployed,
but
we
also
have
unhoused
that
have
other
issues:
mental
health
issues,
other
kinds
of
societal
issues,
so
I
wouldn't
want
to
totally
take
that
term
out,
but
I
get
where
they're
they're
getting
to
and
I
agree
with
them.
There's
a
lot
of
and
that's
why
I
think
member
stone
is
concerned
about
employment
development
rides.
C
So
anyway,
yeah
we
can
kind
of
go
over
those,
just
minor
suggestions
and
edits,
and
then
certainly,
if
we
need
a
there,
will
be
a
refresher
on
kind
of
the
goals.
But
again
we
have
already
had
that
discussion
and
my
need
at
this
point
to
move
forward
is
the
prioritization,
but
will
may
be
how
to
make
it
two
parts
overview
of
the
goals
as
they
stand
today
and
the
and
the
action
plans
that
go
with
those
goals.
Plus,
you
know,
prioritization
of
the
plan.
B
I'm,
just
I'm
just
nervous
about
doing
that
on
one
night
and
having
if,
if
we're
gonna
make
changes
to
words
to
me,
changing
from
climate
to
weather
is
a
big
shift
and
I
mean
we
can
take
their
advice
or
we
can
not.
But
if
we're
gonna
have
a
conversation
about
this
and
then
vote
that
night
I'm
worried
that
we
won't
be
able
to
do
that
all
in
one
night,
if
we
haven't
talked
about
it,
I,
don't
know
maybe
I'm
being
too
concerned
about
stuff
I,
don't
know

Tem.
