B
C
B
Are
recording
perfect?
I
see
it
now
all
right
good
morning.
Everyone
welcome
to
today's
mayor
manager,
meeting
for
february
or
wednesday
february
16th
in
on
this
call
is
city
manager,
sean
lewis,
assistant
city
manager,
tim
dodd,
city,
clerk,
stephanie,
carlyle
assistant
city
clerk,
jay,
trusca,
reed
and
city
attorney,
tamra,
niles,
john
I'll.
Kick
it
over
to
you
thanks.
C
Mayor
we
will
start
with
the
february
22nd
meeting.
We
have
a
presentation
on
charter
review
project
from
tamra
resolution,
we'll
just
go
through
and
do
the
assignments
resolution
amending
appropriations
and
city
budget
budget.
The
presentation
probably
won't
be
more
than.
D
C
C
Still
thinking
we're
on
study
session,
thank
you.
So
that's
the
budget
amendment
and
then
2022
bulk
fuel
fluids,
purchase
boarding,
commission,
remember,
appointment,
recognition
and
looks
like
going
back
up
to
the
bulk
fluids.
C
We
have
that
as
our
yes
on
consent,
because
we
do
that
every
year,
no
on
the
appropriations,
public
hearing,
pud
or
south
huron
and
then
the
edda
budget.
That's
the
no
on
consent,
approval
of
civic
center
parking
garage
lighting
replacement.
We
did
put
that
one
on
consent.
C
A
large
amount
is,
are
you
still?
Okay
with
that
daniel
yeah.
C
Ordinance
approving
loan
agreement
between
city
and
edda,
a
proven
ordinance
for
pud
at
3690,
south
jason,
proven
ordinance,
accepting
south
metro
enterprises
on
administrative
grant.
That's
second
reading
it's
on
consent
and
then
it's
code,
change
of
code,
authorized
hours
of
construction
city,
right-of-way
7am
to
7pm
second
reading
consent.
B
B
C
All
right,
thank
you
and
then
we've
got.
Let's
see:
approval
of
intergovernmental
intergovernmental
agreement
for
the
provision
of
homelessness
coordinator
services,
that
is
on
consent.
Second
reading,
first
reading
of
the
actually
this
one
is
moving.
Is
it
what
date
is
it
moving
to
the
28th.
B
A
C
We
just
want
to
make
sure
on
this
marijuana
regulations.
Cameron
was
saying
before
you
got
on
that
we
have
all
the
code
references
correct,
because
it's
got
a
lot,
so
we're
going
to
just
double
check
that
and
move
it
to
march
7th,
if
that's
okay,
and
then
we
have
updates
regarding
the
water.
I
think
this
is
wikio.
B
A
C
Okay
and
then
on
the
28th,
we
have
a
presentation
of
city
payment
of
city
use
tax.
It's
a
change
of
code
to,
I
guess
not
have
to
do
that,
and
this
is
got
a
discussion
of
10
minutes
presentation
of
10.
Excuse
me
a
presentation
of
10
minutes,
preliminary
monthly
financial
report,
10
minute
presentation,
10
minute
discussion,
and
then
we
will
have
the
january
22
monthly
financial
report
10
minute
presentation.
C
And
then
march
7th,
if
there
are
no
questions
on
those,
so.
D
It
does
not
look
like
it
was
entered
with
any
times
at
all.
So
let
me
let
me
look
into
that
item
a
little
bit
more
and
figure
out
what
they're
planning
on
for
presentation-
and
I
can
have
that.
Do
you
guys
have
a
discussion
time
that
you'd
like
to
go
ahead
and
add
to
it.
B
C
D
C
All
right,
so
moving
back
down
to
the
march
7th
meeting,
we
have
presentation
on
newly
created
state
festival
permits
in
consideration
of
a
local
permit,
and
that
is
a
study
session
we'll
we
can
assign
times
on
that
one
later
acceptance
of
dola
innovative
housing
strategies,
planning
grant.
C
Vehicle
purchase
from
john
elway
seven
units
equipment
purchase
from
the
equipment,
company
of
the
rockies,
llc's,
frs,
tweet,
sweet
street
sweeper
and
still
on
march,
7th
moving
down
equipment
purchase
from
let's
see,
purchase
from
transwest
truck
trailer
for
four
snow
plow
trucks
and
one
service
truck,
and
then
approval
of,
or
rather
authorization
for
the
acquisition
of
property
for
the
south
england
storm
sewer
outfall.
C
So
I
haven't
had
my
one-on-one
with
you
mayor,
but
that's
the
big
news
that
we
are
under
contract.
C
C
I
just
told
the
first
council
member
yesterday
in
a
101
and
then
we've
got
resolution
authorizing
possession
use
agreement
for
south
england,
storm
outfall
project
and
tamara
you'll
probably
have
to
explain
why
one
is
for
why
these
are
worded
differently
and
maria
put
that
in
my
notes,
too
differently.
Possession
and
use
versus
acquisition.
A
But
we
can
talk
about
that
later.
Oh,
go
ahead,
yeah!
If
it's
because
we're
we
are
buying
the
property,
but
we're
also
letting
them
stay
in
possession
until
we
start
construction,
so
they
can
find
a
replacement
property.
C
C
C
Yeah
yeah,
I
just
didn't-
realize
it
was
the
same
address,
but
that
makes
perfect
sense.
And
then
we
have
public
hearing
for
pud
for
3600,
south
galapagos
street
and
then
a
word
of
contract
for
services
to
us
ic
for
location
services
and
I
think
camera
services
for.
C
And
then
we
have
a
proof
letter
of
support
regarding
revision
to
colorado,
liquor,
colored,
liquor
code,
I'm
just
going
to
pause
right
here,
because
I'll
forget
by
the
time
I'm
into
march
7th,
but
we
also
need
to
get
the
black
history
month
on
the
next
feb
on
the
meeting
next
week.
So
if
somebody
can
make
note
of
that,
that'd
be
great.
D
Yes,
I
have
those
noted
and
I
apologize.
I
wasn't
able
to
get
all
the
proclamations
into
it
before
our
meeting
this
morning,
but
I
do
have
those
dates
worked
up
and
I
was
hoping
to
run
the
by
10
before
getting
the
midnight
compass.
C
Perfect,
thank
you.
Thank
you
and
then
we've
got
ward
of
a
contract
to
tool
design
for
the
floyd
avenue
and
south
aladdin
intersection
improvements,
first
reading
of
an
ordinance
approving
2022
iga
with
rtd
for
cost
share
of
the
gold
trolley
first
reading
of
the
pud
for
3601
south
huron,
and
we
got
a
lot
of
messaging.
I.
C
Yeah,
I
think
that
the
number
of
these
will
be
able
to
go
on
consent,
but
and
then
first
reading
iga
simply
already
did
one
authorizing
cba
04
authorizing
agreements,
that's
30,
complete
city,
ditch
relocation
project
and
that's
not
related
to
the
littleton
section.
This
is
in
the
in
douglas
county
and
then
with
the
loan
agreement
sewer
fund.
B
So
just
kind
of
curious
how
many
items
we
have
on
that
the
consent
agenda
items.
I
also
was
kind
of
curious
about
because
I
think
those
vehicle
purchases
usually
get
pulled,
so
I'm
not
sure
if
they're
really
going
to
go
on
consent,
I'm
thinking
just
based
on
I.
I
may
not
be
right
about
that,
but
it
just
feels
like
they
get
pulled.
Usually.
D
Okay,
so
we
currently
have
17
items
on
this
meeting
and
you
would
like
the
vehicle
purchases
to
not
go
on
consent.
B
C
Yeah
for
the
ones
that
are
noted
flexible,
I
think.
C
C
All
right
moving
down
to
march
14th,
we
have
santa
fe
pel
review
of
recommendations
in
early
action
plan
and
next
on
regular.
We
have
walking
wheel
public
hearing
approval
right.
C
So
on
march
21st
we
have
a
walk-in
wheel
plan,
public
hearing,
approval
of
updated
city
of
englewood,
strategic
plan,
pirates,
co,
play,
structure,
painting
and
wrap,
and
first
reading,
pud
or
3600
south
galapago
we'll
be
on
a
march
28th.
We
have
the
reserve
policy
discussion
for
the
sliding
scale
reserve
policy,
also
on
the
28th
monthly
financial
report
and
then
on
april
fourth,
resolution
approving
walk-in
wheel
plan
and
consideration
of
organized
garbage
and
recycling
collection
initiative
and
moving
to
study
session
april
11th.
C
We
have
preliminary
2023
revenue
expenditure
underlying
forecast
assumptions
and
then
april
18th.
We
have
consideration
of
citizen
of
the
year
and
elevate
inglewood
graduation
and
on
the
25th,
estimated
fee
penalty,
estimated
assessment
penalty
fee
a
discussion
about
that.
Also
on
the
25th
england,
trolley
update
and
future
planning.
C
Okay
and
then
march
financial
report
on
april
25th,
as
well
as
review
of
preliminary
2023
capital
projects
less
with
cc
and
bc
and
c
lots
of
review
agents
and
then
may
2nd
citizen
of
the
year
recognition.
The
second
police
academy,
graduation.
D
So
I
did
want
to
go
ahead
and
interject
for
the
citizen
of
the
year
recognition.
This
is
currently
just
a
placeholder.
Once
you
guys
have
decided
and
council's
gone
through
the
process
of
selecting
the
citizen
of
the
year,
then
madeline
will
be
able
to
reach
out
and
verify
a
date
that
works
for
them
as
well,
which
I
know
in
the
past.
D
We
have
used
a
study
session
to
recognize
that
person,
but
it's
also
been
a
day
of
the
week
that
isn't
a
monday
meeting,
so
we
will
get
a
confirmed
date
as
soon
as
we
are
a
little
further
into
the
process,
but
I
just
want
to
let
you
know
this
is
a
placeholder
and
I
didn't
want
to
let
it
clash
with
the
citizen
academy,
graduation.
So.
B
C
Because
we
do
have
some
that
are
committees
rather
than
commissions,
so,
okay,
all
right.
Moving
on
to
may
2nd,
we
have
utility
sanitary
sewer,
cctv
inspections,
the
contract
for
that
and
then
may
9th
code.
Next
update,
may
23rd
april
financial
report
june
13th
boarding,
commission
interviews
and
review
of
preliminary
2023
operating
and
staff
prioritized
capital
projects.
C
Actually
before
I
go
to
june
14th,
I
do
remember
that
chelsea
suggested
on
citizen
year
jade.
You
might
mention
this
to
madeline
that
we've
got
so
many
proclamations
on
in
is
it
may
or
june.
A
C
Okay
and
then
june
14th,
no,
because
we
haven't-
oh
that's
just
if
it's
needed
for
a
second
night
of
interviews
and
then
we'll
have
at
some
point
a
framework
agreement
with
l
and
r,
but
we
don't
have.
We
don't
know
when
that
will
be
at
this
point.
D
A
So
we're
not
able
to
do
that.
We
reviewed
the
timeline
after
you
kind
of
brought
that
up
the
last
time
and
when
we're
looking
at
the
time,
the
timeline
and
that
type
of
thing,
so
that
that
june
date
was
our
most
viable
option
to
conduct
the
interviews.
As
long
as
that's
okay
with
you.
B
C
We're
well
since
we
have
a
few
minutes,
while
we're
talking
about
june
and
july,
I
did
want
to
bring
up
something
that
a
staff,
member
and
actually
a
colleague
in
another
city,
brought
up,
and
that
was
the
concept
of
essentially
taking
a
month
off
kind
of
big
year.
A
lot
of
cities
do
either
a
june
or
july
kind
of
month
off
now
our
charter
requires
us
to
have
two
meetings,
so
we
could
potentially
have
like
a
first
of
the
first
week
of
the
month
and
the
last
week
of
the
month.
C
B
Yeah,
maybe
we
should
have
that
id
well.
I
guess
one.
Obviously,
council
has
to
weigh
in
on
that.
So
maybe
we
bring
it
up,
as
I
can
bring
it
up
as
a
mayor's
choice,
discussion
item
and
then
two
is
just
making
sure
that
we
don't
miss
out
on
items.
B
Taking
that
time
off,
so
it's
lc
june's
already
pretty
busy
so
does
july.
Make
sense
then,
at
that
point
I
kind
of
think
I'm
open
to
having
that
discussion
as
long
as
we're
able
to
still
meet
the
needs
of
the
city.
Sure.
D
B
C
A
D
B
D
C
Then
we
do
have
a
bunch
of
council
requests
that
were
entered
yesterday
and
today,
but
I
don't
well,
and
I've
got
gems
the
three
that
jim
had
that
I've
afforded
to
krista.
But
otherwise
I
don't
know
of
anything
else
that
we
have
those.
A
A
D
Yeah
definitely
I
will
get
work
up
some
boots
for
that
and
have
it
ready
for
you
guys
for
next
week.
