B
All
right,
this
is
the
mayor
manager
meeting
on
july
28
and
the
time
is
8
32
and
in
the
team's
meeting
at
this
point
is
myself:
linda
olsen,
allison,
mckinney
brown,
jade,
truskett,
reed,
stephanie,
carlisle
and
sean
lewis
and
nathaniel.
Sierra
is
running
a
few
minutes
late
joining
us
in
just
a
bit.
C
All
right
we'll
get
started
with
the
august
3rd
study
session
items.
We
have
three.
The
first
is
the
2020
model
traffic
code.
Adoption
second
is
citizen
of
the
year.
Update
and
third,
is
communications
department
update
moving
on
to
a
couple
of
consent
items.
I
think
this
first
one
word
of
contract
to
silva
for
the
construction
of
the
2020
concrete
utility.
I
think
that
can
go
on
consent
is.
E
D
C
E
Right
did
we
decide
on
if
silva
would
be
consent.
C
Oh
okay,
I
mean
mayor
of
daniel.
Your
call
on
that.
C
C
Yeah,
I
think
it's
actually
been
very
helpful
for
staff,
also,
first
reading
of
an
ordinance
for
arapahoe
county
2020
election
services
bill
for
an
ordinance
second
reading
iga
with
the
state
department
of
revenue,
sales
and
tax
use
software,
and
remind
me,
was
that
something
that
was.
C
Great
thank
you.
Cb26
little
drag
creek
plaza
drainage
and
flood
control
improvements.
That
was
not
unanimous.
I
believe.
E
B
But
but
we
got
the
information
for
that.
C
Date
and
assign
times.
G
A
F
I
wouldn't
say
lead
it,
but
at
least
there's
a
couple
of
high-level
items
that
I
do
want
to
discuss,
which
I
think
will
generate
discussion.
So,
if
that's
what
you
mean
by
lead
sure.
B
Well,
I
mean
usually
the
traffic
engineer
does
as
well,
but
if
you're
ready
to
do
that
also
the
question
is:
is
it
information
or
do
we
have
to
or
are
we
giving
direction
to
move
it
forward?.
G
Mayor,
I'm
sorry,
I
miscommunicated,
I
meant
that
oh
daniel
would
be
leading
the
dis.
The
questions
from
the
council,
not
leading
the
presentation,
because
with
etac
they've,
been
asking
a
lot
of
questions
about
bicycles
and
those
rules
have
been
updated.
So
I
think
that
that's
what
I
meant
the
traffic
engineer
and
whatever
members
of
staff
will
be
available
to
answer
the
questions
of
counsel.
B
B
E
I
will
add
it
in
with
the
notes,
so
we
did
cite
information
and
direction
correct.
C
B
B
Oh
sean
did
we
did
do
we
have
a
map
that
shows
all
the
parking.
What
what
happened
yesterday?
Yes,
somebody
said
the
was
it
member
anderson
that
was
talking
about.
C
Yes,
he
did
bring
that
up.
I
don't
think
we
do
have
such
a
map,
but
we
could
certainly
create
a
map
of
public
parking
lots.
I
mean.
A
C
Although
I
suspect
that
the
conference
of
plan,
when
it
was
done
back
in
the
day
many
times,
those
those
plans
contain
parking,
I
can
check
with
planning
on
that.
C
Mayor,
I
did
have
a
question
from
staff.
Sorry,
this
is
since
we're
already
on
this
tangent
a
bit.
What
was
the
name
of
the
books
that
you
mentioned
last
night
that
were
planning
about
racism.
B
Yeah,
the
book
that
I
think
would
be
the
most
helpful
is
segregation
by
design
local
politics
and
inequity
in
american
cities.
The
book
that
that
I,
that
I
noted
with
memory
russell
is
really
old
and
it's
and
while
it's
it's
a
good
read
it,
it
really
doesn't
apply
to
englewood
because
we're
not
in
a
sprawl
situation
where
we're
just
you
know,
amassing
land
and
building
it's
it's
so
different
for
a
first-year
city.
But
you
know
it's
a
great
read
for
thinking
about
how
how
far
out
do
we
keep
gobbling
up
the
planes?
B
And
you
know
it's
really
actually
in
some
ways
a
call
for
density,
but,
okay,
it's
like
21
years
old
and
there's
so
much
since
then.
That
has
been
thought
about
in
terms
of
urbanism
and
suburbanism
and
and
yeah.
So
I
mean
I'm
not
opposed
to
anybody
reading
it,
but
I
I
just
think
it
doesn't
have
as
directive
impact,
but
your
your
community
development
staff
probably
know
better.
B
C
It
was
segregation
by
design
was
the
one
that
wade
could
not
remember
this
morning,
yeah.
B
C
All
right,
so
what
did
you
decide
on
citizen
of
the
year
timing.
C
I'm
sorry,
I'm
not
sure.
Okay.
E
C
D
B
So
how
long
do
we
need
for
that?
I
guess
I
guess
we
have
to
be
deciding
if
we're
gonna
we're
gonna,
do
it
and
we're
gonna
pick.
Somebody
and
so
is.
Is
that
what
we're.
A
F
E
The
communications
department
update
is
flexible.
However,
I
could
see
where
they
might
may
find
it
valuable
having
both
of
the
communications
department
not
the
same
time,
but
I
did
want
to
note
that
they
did
market
as
flexible.
B
E
Yeah
might
not
be
the
best
the
17th.
We
only
have
the
proposal,
stormwater
improvement
for
study
session.
I
apologize
it's
out
of
order,
but.
A
Thank
you
mayor.
I
also
know
that
last
night,
when
you
discussed
bringing
back
the
police
department
discussion,
you
had
mentioned
two
weeks
to
bring
that
back
as
well.
So
just
something
that's
not
probably
currently
on
there,
but
we
need
to
also
find
a
spot
for,
based
on
last
night's
discussion
that
that's
what
we're
making.
B
In
getting
ready
for
the
town
hall
discussion,
summary
discussion.
B
Do
you
want
us
to
have
police?
I
mean
I
don't
know
daniel.
What
do
you
think
we
should
do
with
that
time?
I
think
that
some
of
us
have
some
very
specific
things,
we're
hearing
and
would
like
to
see
some
things
on,
and
I
imagine
that
the
police
do
too
so,
should
we
discuss
what
we
heard
then
do
we
want
any
input,
then
to
move
quicker
or
should
we
just
have
a
discussion
of
what
we're
thinking
of
and
then
and
then
take
action.
F
I
guess
it
wouldn't
hurt
to
have
the
chief
or
just
representative
of
the
police
department
there.
Originally
I
was
thinking
it
was
just
more
of
a
discussion
like
takeaways
what
we
wanted
to
prioritize
or
just
what
we
heard
from
the
community,
but
in
order
to
be
more
efficient,
it
probably
would
make
sense
to
have
the
police
department.
F
C
Yeah,
I
think
that
you
know
police
is
ready
to
talk,
certainly
in
general
about
areas
that
they
think
that
we
should,
you
know,
dig
into
for
change.
I
mean
I'm
sure
they
could
quickly
come
up
with
specific
proposals
too
and
council
did
seem
receptive
to
hearing
the
police
department's
ideas
about.
You
know,
improvements,
reform
efforts,
so
I
told
police
to
make
sure
that
they
they
had
already
been
talking
to
me
about
a
couple
of
things,
but
I
said
that
they
need
to
really
kind
of
sees
me
flesh
that
out
a
bit.
C
So
I
think
that
they're
ready
to
do
that
either
in
generalities
or
in
specifics
either.
One.
B
Okay
and
then
we
can
take,
we
can
take
direct
what
our
next
steps
would
be
based
on
some
of
that,
and
if
it's
doing
what
member
stone
suggested,
putting
a
small
task
group
together
to
kind
of
outline
things
that
would
be
next
steps
or
whether
we
do
it
as
a
whole.
B
I
I
don't
really
care,
I
I
think
it's
if,
if
he's
really
motivated
to
sit
down
and
figure
out
some
things
with
next
steps,
I'm
glad
to
have
him.
Do
it
I'd
like
to
see
another
council
member
on
it,
I'd
be
glad
to
be
on
it
myself.
B
B
F
C
You
know
what
actually
would
be
more
helpful,
and
here
this
is
probably
what
you
were
getting
at
is
for
us
to,
instead
of
jumping
into
because
I'm
now
seeing
the
title
that
you
guys
put
on
this,
the
town
hall,
summary
discussion.
C
I
actually
think
we
should
just
do
police
reform
learning
session
summary
or
something,
because
we
really
had
the
two
and
I
I'd
kind
of
like
to
hear
not
necessarily
a
list
of
ideas
yet
from
police
on
what
should
change,
but
rather
what
they
heard
and
learned,
even
though
you
know
with
the
telephone
town
hall,
it
was
somewhat
between
the
lines
on
some
of
the
questions
you
know,
I
was
really
struck
by
the
neurodiversity
question
and
the
fact
that
we
don't
have
a
good
answer
for
how
we
train
on
neurodiversity
neurodiverse
populations.
C
So
you
know
the
police
heard
that
loud
and
clear.
I
had
talked
to
the
chief
about
that,
so
there
may
be
some
things
that
I
think
there
will
be
commonalities
between
what
we
learn
from
the
panel
as
well
as
or
it
doesn't
have
to
be
commonalities,
but
just
different
things.
We
learned
from
both
of
those
sessions
and
and
then
you.
C
Really
dug
that
much
into
the
21st
century,
policing
document
either
we
we
asked
council
to
read
it,
but
are
there
things
that
we
can
extract
from
that
too,
as
as
a
information
source
that
was
sent
out
in
the
packet
that
we
can
draw
from.
B
A
F
C
D
B
I
like
that
idea
of
having
the
police
report
back.
What
do
they
think
they're
hearing
from
this?
What
are
they
learning
and
then
what
are
we
as
counsel
hearing
and
learning
from
this?
I'm
a
bit
disappointed
in
lack
of
real
engagement
around
this
issue.
To
be
honest-
and
I
don't
know
what
that
says,.
C
Well
I
mean
I
do
think
john's
idea
about
the
you
know
the
group
that
could
involve
citizens,
but
I'm
I'm
also
wondering
I
mean,
I
think,
that's
a
source
of
engagement
of
for
at
least
a
handful
of
community
members,
but
I
also
wonder
if
the
people
that
reached
out
to
you
with
regard
to
these
could
kind
of
be
re-engaged.
We
have
their
email
addresses
to
kind
of
talk
about
if
they're,
watching
trends
or
if
they
were
just
forwarding,
form
letters.
You
know,
I
think
many
of
them
were
very
thoughtful,
but.
B
C
It
does,
and
so
just
to
recap,
the
police
will
be
doing
the
presentation
and
it's
going
to
be
kind
of
lessons
learned
from
the
various
information
sources,
21st
century
policing
on
the
town
hall
and
the
panel
discussion.
C
B
C
Yeah
well,
would
you
rather
just
kind
of
lead
that
mirror
and
have
councils
tick
it
off.
Excuse
me:
kick
it
off
or
police.
B
B
Counsel,
what
are
you
hearing
and
learning
from
it
and
then
what's
the
next?
What
are
our
next
steps
and
if
the,
if
it's
a
small
group,
that
kind
of
hammers
out
with
ideas
from
and
then
I
think
the
third
thing
should
be,
what
do
we
see
from
the
21st
police,
21st,
policing,
21st
century
policing
document
that
we
haven't
really
considered,
which
I
think
is
what
you're
saying
right.
C
C
C
C
B
A
E
And
then
were
we
going
to
have
a
presentation?
I
thought
I
had
heard
at
the
beginning
of
talking
about
the
police
reform
that
we
would
just
duke
discussion,
but
I'm
happy
to
do
a
presentation
time.
B
Well,
I
I
guess
what
we
could
do
is
say:
okay,
police,
whoever,
if
it's
the
chief
or
someone
else,
he
assigns
yeah,
give
us
10
minutes
of
what
have
you
heard
in
this
process
for
the
last
couple
months?
What
are
you
learning
and
what
are
you
reading
and
thinking
about
and
then
council
same
thing?
C
F
B
F
F
Well,
we
would
eliminate
the
presentation
there,
so
I
think
it
would
just
be
30
minute
discussion.
Obviously
we
could
still
go
over,
but
I.
E
D
B
A
F
I
get
we're
getting
stuck
on
this
subject
and
to
me
I
I
felt
the
town
hall,
at
least
since
we've
been
discussing
it
for
the
past
six
weeks
or
so
there
wasn't
a
lot
of
new
information
for
me
personally,
but
I
did
get
some
information
from
the
public.
F
So
to
me,
there's
just
going
to
be
a
rehashing
of.
Let's
make
sure
we're
doing
this
a
little
bit
more
clarification
on
this.
I
don't
expect
at
least
me
personally,
I'm
going
to
add
much
to
the
conversation
than
what
we've
already
shared
okay
and
then,
obviously
the
police
department
can
start
identifying.
Well,
these
are
the
things
that
we've
heard,
and
these
are
the
things
that
we're
working
on.
Are
we
going
in
the
right
direction?
Kind
of
thing?
F
A
B
A
B
I
don't
know
daniel
are,
you
are?
Are
you
okay,
with
putting
the
iga
on
consent.
F
B
B
Okay
and
on
the
executive
session,
are
there
sort
of
tools
for
us
to
have
for
that
that
are
not
gonna
get
us
into
yeah.
A
We're
going
to
set
it
up
the
way
that
we
did
the
last
one
where
you
would
exit
the
meeting,
so
you
would
adjourn
into
two
exec
sessions,
we'll
have
two
separate
teams:
meetings
set
up,
one
for
the
executive
session,
which
is
monitor
and
then
a
separate
one
for
the
for
the
city
attorney.
So
basically
it's
two
separate
meetings.
You
would
have
to
get
into
just
to
keep
it.
B
G
The
director
of
human
resources
is
completing
some
paperwork
on
that
and
she
will
be
sending
that
out
to
the
members
of
council,
so
that
they'll
have
some
guidance
on
review
she's,
putting
together
a
process
because
there
isn't
any
identified
process
in
our
records,
so
that
should
be
much
more
effective
than
than
we've
had
in
years
past.
C
B
C
D
F
A
A
C
Ready
and
then
the
rest
is
beyond
their
presentation
is
just
the
budget
presentation,
which
will
be
a
similar
format
to
what
you
saw
a
month
or
so
ago.
C
Yes,
yeah
and-
and
I
think
I've
told
both
of
you-
I
in
all
of
my
one-on-ones
I've-
been
telling
council
that
the
the
proposed
budget
that
count
the
departments
are
asking
for
is
going
to
be
about
3.2
million
dollars
over
budget.
We
have
had
budget
hearings
where
we
have
already
begun
to
whittle
that
down,
but
we
really
want
to
hear
council
preferences
on
if
there's
something
that
you
know,
departments
are
asking
for,
for
instance,
I've.
C
I
think
it's
a
pretty
foregone
conclusion
that
one
of
the
few
new
positions
we
should
really
pursue
and
try
to
get
into
the
budget
is
the
park
rangers
based
on
nearly
unanimous
support
from
council
and
previous
discussions.
But
we
do
have
a
number
of
cuts
that
we
are
ready
and
willing
to
make.
But
we
do
want
to
show
you
the
department
budgets,
as
proposed
by
the
departments.
B
F
B
F
F
Well,
I
guess
it
just
depends
city
manager
of
the
three
hours,
because
the
bac
recommendation
or
their
annual
report
kind
of
slips
into
the
budget.
For
me,
in
a
sense
right,
it's
items
we're
discussing
already
right,
hey
that
this
is
going
to
be
now
like
a
9
40
in
time,
which
is
kind
of
like
on
par
with
where
our
meetings
have
been
over
the
past
few
weeks.
F
C
B
E
B
F
Let
them
know
tonight,
but
honestly,
if
they
need
15
minutes
and
we're
giving
them
this
late
notice,
I'd
rather
keep
it
at
15,
but
I'll
I'll
I'll
make
it
I'll
make
a
note
of
it
for
tonight.
E
B
E
D
E
I
think
this
is
just
total
overall.
This
one
was
entered
prior
to
prior
to
us
asking
them
to
only
give
us
the
presentation,
time
yeah.
So
this
one,
we
do
have
a
little
bit
more
flexibility
with
yeah.
B
It's
probably
easier
yeah,
it's
probably
just
easier
to
say,
you've
got
this
chunk
of
time.
You
all
figure
it
out,
including
discussion
right,
so
keep
your
nations
really
really
pithy.
C
Yeah
and
really
what
the
what
the
plan
is
right
now
is
just
to
hit
the
highlights
of
in
the
from
the
departments.
The
finance
department
has
their
own
kind
of
standard
thing.
Here's
what
we've
estimated
on
revenue,
here's
kind
of
total
expenses
here
our
set
costs
with
personnel,
and
now
the
departments
will
present.
You
know
what
changes
that
they're
proposing
to
their
budgets
that
both
both
reductions
as
well
as
additions.
B
C
August
5th,
isn't
it
yes,
amazing?
It
is,
and
then
august
17th
we've
got
the
study
session
memo
on
storm
water
improvements.
We
saw
central
drainage
basin,
that's
s3,
but
we've
got
some
information
on
all
the
yeses.
We've
got.
The
municipal
court
judge
salary
discussion,
the
work
on
that
the
background
work
is
complete.
C
We've
got
authorized
application
for
u.s
bureau
of
reclamation,
water,
smart
energy
efficiency
grant
program,
and-
and
that
is
a
grant-
that
we're
applying
for
to
help
really
offset
those
costs
of
going
to
the
flat
meters
which
we've
been
talking
about
for
a
few
months,
and
then
we've
got
appointment
of
some
associate
judges
in
municipal
court
grant
of
a
water
line,
easement
vehicle
purchase
for
some
chevy
colorado's
vehicle
purchase
some
bucket
trucks
on
the
police
headquarters
building.
Unfortunately,
we've
got
one
more
change
order
to
process.
There
was
a
problem.
C
We
actually
had
a
near
fire
in
our
computer
room
of
that
building,
because
the
air
conditioner
unit
had
some
problems.
So
anyway,
we've
got.
D
C
Changes
well
yeah,
it
was
it
overheated
and,
I
think,
set
off
the
sprinkler
system
and
it
worked
exactly
as
it
was
supposed
to,
but
it
was
too
close
for
comfort.
We've
got
some
changes.
We've
got
to
make
citizen
of
the
year
now
remind
me.
Is
this
to
make
a
final
decision
yeah.
C
E
E
Okay,
are
we
okay
with,
I
know
you
were
saying
the
ordinances
you'd
prefer
those
not
to
be
on
consent
now,
so
I
can
go
ahead
and
remove
that
one.
Are
you
okay
with
this,
these
resolutions
being
on
consent,
or
would
you
prefer
them
not
to
be.
B
Yeah,
I
think
anything
really
new
or
that
isn't
like
every
year.
We
do
this,
so
the
vehicle
purchases-
that's
probably
gonna,
be
a
usually
people
ask
you
know
it's
part
of
the
fleet
process
right.
C
C
All
right,
moving
on
to
the
24th
we've
got
the
that
this
is
the
cip
discussion
that
I
mentioned
last
night
just
to
give
you
an
update
both
for
the
2021,
but
I
also
want
to
give
a
brief.
C
B
C
And
then,
which
meeting
daniel
did
do
we
already
have
reflected
the
cancel
cancel
meeting
it
was
there
it's
the
14th,
no.
C
I
know,
and
I'm
just
now,
starting
my
caffeine.
So
the
only
thing
we
have
there
is
not
terribly
time
sensitive.
We
can
push
the
building
fire
code
and
I
think
jade
you
reached
out
to
them
yesterday.
E
They
did
and
they're
fine
with
moving
it
to
september
28th.
B
F
F
I'm
not
sure
they're
still
it's
the
27th,
but
there
was
a
meeting
to
discuss
it
last
night
and
I
haven't
heard
an
update
yet.
C
All
right:
well,
I
think
the
only
thing
we
have
coming
up
after
that
is
city
center
redevelopment
update
some
the
budget,
some
more
budget
stuff.
C
B
So
the
public
hearing
for
the
amendment
to
title
16,
floodplain
regulations-
that's
set,
it's
not
flexible,
others
looming.
E
Besides
it
yeah,
so
we
unfortunately
have
both
of
these
public
hearings,
and
either
of
them
are
necessarily
flexible.
The
next
upcoming
ones
would
be
huron,
and
then
we
do
also
have
one
that's
been
put
to
upcoming,
but
they
need
to.
They
have
a
little
bit
more,
that
they
need
to
figure
out
before
they
can
actually
place
it
on
a
date.
B
E
B
I'm
only
asking
to
say
if
we
need
to
split
them
out
of
two
different
nights
and
have
a
second
meeting
another
night,
but
if
we,
if
we
can
keep
it
just
to
those
things
on
the
21st
it'll,
be
really
great.
Okay,
I
don't
know
study
sessions,
city
center
redevelopment
update
right.
So
we
don't
know
exactly
all
right
looks
good
anything
else.
We
have
console
requests.
C
With
the
schedule,
the
one
that
I
got
in
terms
of
council
requests,
I
think,
is
already
in
the
system,
but
information
on
how
south
inglewood
wastewater
district
came
into
existence.
I
think
peter
mentioned
that
they're
working
on
that
one,
so
I
wasn't
recalling
it
being
in
the
system,
but
that
was
councilmember
russell's
did
anyone
else
get
a
council
request
that
I
may
have
missed
we're
going
to
do
the
look
into
the
parking
lot
map
see
if
there's
something
available
for
that
in
our
gia.
C
We've
actually
got
a
gis
staff
member
who's
working
from
home
periodically,
and
so
maybe
he
could
he.
He
just
had
a
baby,
and
so
maybe
he
could
work
on
the
parking
lot
map
over
the
next
few
weeks.
B
Okay,
I'm
looking
in
my
notes,
more
notes
than
normal
last
night
would.
F
That
we'll
have
to
put
on
the
calendar,
actually
the
one
that
we
do
need
to
put
on
the
calendar
is
just
just
right
after
labor
day
when
council
is
going
to
go
back
so
again.
So
what
is
that.
A
F
F
Along
with
that,
just
I
guess
a
discussion
about
whether
what
is
it
just
like
providing
more
work
from
home
opportunities,
I
guess
or
just
look
at
city
openings,
I'm
not
sure
exactly
how
to
a
discussion
topic.
B
Yeah
sean
you
have
50
percent
back
or
how?
What
percent
is.
F
C
Sorry
I
was
speaking-
and
I
had
my
other
microphone
muted,
two
mutes-
to
work
with,
so
what
we
we're
actually
at
close
to
full
staffing,
with
the
exception
of
vulnerable
populations,
which
of
course,
is
what
the
state
guidance
says
and
allows
for.
I
did
didn't
point
it
out
last
night,
but
you
know
one
of
the
questions
that
you
all
have
not
weighed
in
on,
because
we've
we
felt
like
it
was
more
in
staff's
purview,
although
certainly,
if
you
you
all
want
us
to
close
back
down,
we
can.
C
But
you
have
actually
not.
You
shouldn't,
feel
the
burden
of
city
buildings
having
reopened
because
number
one
most
of
our
city
buildings
or
about
half
of
them
are
considered
essential,
so
there's
not
really
an
option
there
and
then
in
the
other
ones.
We
haven't
had,
to
my
knowledge,
a
single
case
decay.
You
know:
person-to-person
transmission
of
covid
in
one
of
the
buildings
that's
been
reopened
under
our
safety
precautions.
C
We
have
had
two
different
cases:
three
in
police
and
one
at
wastewater
in
terms
of
covet,
but
those
those
are
buildings
that
would
have
been
opened
anyway.
So
we
do
think
we've
been
very
careful
you
you
all
have
not
weighed
in
on.
You
know
reopening
city
hall,
although
I
certainly
wanted
your
input
on
reopening
recreation,
centers,
etc,
but
we're
glad
to
provide
any
information
that
you
all
want
on
that.
Well,
during.
F
The
last
friday's
your
weekly
update,
I
believe
that
you
mentioned
about
the
rec
centers.
It
was
one
of
the
previous
ones
where
it's
not
at
capacity
or
they're,
not
full
the
yeah.
The
attendance
is
slow,
but
at
least
the
pirates
code.
That's
seems
to
be
hitting
the
maximum
a
lot
allotment
at
this
point
right
so.
C
Yeah
you're
correct
we're
definitely
still
down
at
mali
and
england
rec
center,
but
and
if
we
do
lose
our
variance
at
pirate's
cove,
we're
probably
going
to
recommend
a
closure
because
we
we
will
be
back
in
the
red
if
we
lose
that
variance
to
go
to
250
per
time
slot.
C
But
again
it's
another
area
where
we
have
had
one
lifeguard
that
I
believe
tested
positive,
did
not
come
from
transmission
within
the
facility
and
there
was
no
other
spread
there.
So
I
do
take
that
back.
That
was
an
optional
one,
but
one
that
council
did
not
city
staff
in
terms
of
reopening.
B
Thank
you
for
separating
those
out.
That's
what
I
was
trying
to
say
last
night
and
I
I
think
everybody
realizes.
We
have
some
some
things.
We
decided
on
others,
it's
really
up
to
you
and
how
you
need
to
run
the
city,
and
I
think
it's
fine.
I
think
I
think
we're
all
going
to
see
people
you
know
with
getting
it.
B
We
just
want
to
keep
it
as
curtailed
as
possible,
so
I
don't
know:
do
we
can
put
it
on
the
agenda
to
have
a
discussion
at
some
point
and
say:
maybe
we
just
do
it
in
august.
Is
that
okay.
F
D
G
B
G
Something's
coming
through
from
historic
preservation,
society
and
when
I
see
it
and
have
a
better
idea
of
what
it
is,
they
they're
asking
I'll
get
with
you.
E
B
All
right,
I
think,
we're
I
thought
I
had
another
council
request
and
I
can't
find
it,
but
maybe
it
was
the
historic
preservation
or
maybe
it
wasn't
do
you
have
anything
else
shown.
