so
Recreation
system
doesn't
need
their
annual
maintenance
of
the
last
week
of
August.
A
number
of
the
items
we've
done
was
the
swimming
pool
was
drain
that
the
show
was
clean.
We
do
that
on
a
yearly
basis
and
then
also
they
need
some
gaming,
entertainment,
some
general
opinion,
but
they're
big
things,
but
they
do
in
the
recreation
center.
A
couple
big
things
happened
with
that
one,
the
number
one
they
always
we
try
to
get
to
the
gym
part
done.

So
we
can
rescreen
and
much
really
good
sign
anything
with
the
both
of
the
rooms.
The
I
don't
even
know
what
they're
called
Now
activity
rooms,
so
they
were
done
so
that
flooring
was
done
so
that
initially
into
a
lot
of
general
cleaning
was
done
as
well,
so
in
the
recreation
center.
So
it's
a
week
of
a
lot
of
work
that
goes
in
pretty
Advanced.
It's
amazing
how
it
can
get
as
much
done
through
candy
maximum
week
and
stuff,
so
that
really
happened
with
the
progress
that
happened.

the
renovation
and
stuff
we
were
able
to
work
with
the
contractor
and
they
came
in
and
they
demo
the
front
counter,
and
then
they
also
removed
the
tile
and
maybe
three-way
as
well
and
so
what
they
did
was
they
took
the
concrete
down,
they
polished
it,
and
so
it
matches
what
was
in
the
lobby
and
also
going
down
the
hallway.
So
that's
all
looks
really
good
right
now.

the
reason
that
we
did,
that
was
that
was
a
pretty
big
project
and
took
about
a
full
week
to
get
that
done
and
it
didn't
impact
the
public.
So
the
area
was
closed.
So
that
was
really
key,
that
we
didn't
do
that
one
and
I.
If
something
on
Friday
is
there
anything
he
wants
to
party

to
go
with

so
the
other
thing
that
happened
during
closure
is
part
of
the
renovation.

three
Renovations
project
would
have
been

replacing
the
boiler
in
the
HVAC
in

project

renovation
project
for
a

of
years.

we
started
that
whole
project
and
planning
in
2018
we
or
not
and
got
delayed
because
of
the
lawyers
in
the
work
that
we

HBC.

what
happened?

they
got
delayed
and
then
all
of
a
sudden
have
a
pandemic?

They
got
delayed
more
and
so
by
the
time
we
got
everything
up
and
go
on
to
be
the
kindness
and
how
we
were
able
to
put
the
boiler
in
place
and
get
that
working
and
everything
during
their
maintenance
week,
and
then
they
actually
mostly
made.
They
did
a
lot
of
the
piping
and
stuff,
and
then
they
came
in
on
the
7th
they
came
in
and
they
had
a
royal
place.
They
had
to
take
out
a
bunch
of
Windows
on
the
back
side,
and
so
they
could
bring
in
anything
too.

So
all
that's
in
place
and
we're
moving
forward
right
now,
with
this
instance
of
some
from
you
and
also
depending
and
everything
from
the
design
and
for
the
renovation
part
right,
I
mean
things
ready
to
start
moving
and
start
expecting
the
front
counterpart
and
that's
possibly
officers
about
behind
the
front
counter
and
then
what
that'll
happen
once
that
is
completed,
they
will
move
to
where
the
conference
room
is
right.
Now
and
some
of
the
aquatics
offices,
we
will
knock
out
the
one
wall
pain,
not
concerned
where
the
officers
were.

that's
phase
two
of
this
project
in
case
three
of
the
project
is
going
to
be
redoing,
the
restrooms
that
are
in
the
lobby
area
there
so
anymore,
that
there's
still
tile
in
that
area,
and
so
what
we've
done
is
taking
that
out
and
then
that
will
be
all
this
concrete
is
also
a
massive
rest
of
the
employment
to
do
so.

really
needed
an
updating
there
today,
so
we're
excited
to
have
that
going
to
do
so
a
little
bit
about
what
happened
with
maintenance.

for

camps

government

of
training,
different
events,
the
playground,
Staffing,
and
it
was
all
related
to
youth
programs,
and
we
had
five.

have

000
and
some
change
from
maybe
for
2024.,
and
so
the
number
one
thing
we
really
needed
and
need
is
a
new
trade
at
Bellevue
Park
that
one
has
had
a
great
life
and
we're
it's
still
be
breaking
down
on
us.
It's
getting
more
costly
each
year
to
find
replacement
parts,
and
you
know
repairing
the.
What
do
you
do
wheels
on
its
liquid
Holdings.

The
total
price
per
train,
like
that
that's
electric,
with
two
cars
on
it
and
one
being
ABA
and
much
easier
to
get
in
for
adults,
is
492
550,
and
so
what
we
presented
Council
on
Monday
was
utilizing
320
thousand
one
hundred
fifty
Seven
dollars
of
the
Broncos
money,
and
the
remaining
would
come
from
our
conservation
of
trust
funds,
772
350.
pennies.

So
what
that
means
we'd
have
some
funds
left
to
use
for
other
programs
that
we
could
offer
next
year
to
romance.
So
we
are
bringing
the
contracts
with
a
train
on
October
2nd
for
a
proposal
to
city
council.
There
was
some
discussion
on
the
color
of
the
train.
Does
the
train
actually
make
train
no
reasons,
and
it
does
actually
make
training
devices,
whether
it
be
the
whistle
or
the
whistle.

And
so
it
takes
seven
to
eight
months
to
actually
build
this,
and
then
we
open
Memorial
Day
weekends
in
May,
so
NBA.
So
it's
going
to
be
tight.
We
hope
to
get
the
train
early,
May
or
end
of
April
for
a
Long
Beach,
so
we
can
make
sure
everything's
working
properly.
There's
gonna
be
some
electrical
work
done,
so
we
can.
It
actually
will
charge
when
it's
sitting
at
the
station
and
then
overnight
it
can
be
parked
in
the
tunnel
and
charge
overnight
at
the
time.
So
yeah
I'm
really
excited
about
this
look.

We
can
also
boost
it
forward
and
begin
to
do
trade,
but
other
things
that
we
proposed
in
addition
and
we'll
bring
this
back
to
council
later
this
year
or
leave
the
expert
we're
willing
to
train
us.
The
number
one
thing
we
needed,
but
we
talked
about
doing
30
000
towards
aquatic
programming
that
offers
swim
lessons
for
all
Englewood.
Third,
fourth
graders,
so
I
think
what
Public
Schools
as
well
as
ALS,
also
school
and
homeschool
kids
that
are
third
or
fourth
grade.

We
get
a
voucher
to
come
and
get
free
swim
lessons
at
the
rec
center
or
in
the
summertime
and
private
discovered
the
library
we're
proposing.
Fifteen
thousand
dollars
goes
to
their
summer
reading
program,
so
they
do
a
lot
of
performers.
Okay
tables
performers.
Well,
both
of
you
take
notes
and
the
summer
reading
program
is
wonderful.

Ten
thousand
dollars
towards
broken
teeth
for
junior
golf
programs
over
great
in
Partnership.
Right
now,
with
people
like
high
school
they're,
getting
their
adult
team
back
together
and
bring
it
yeah,
it
was
great
yeah,
and
so
the
other
thing
we
propose
to
the
school
is
doing
some
stem
programming
on
golf
science
and
turf
science
and
how
that
all
works,
because
I
think
a
lot
of
people
want
advice
about
the
science
behind
turf
management,
how
Grass
Grows
and
then
the
kids
would
find
that
really
fascinating.
I
think
I'm
fascinating.

Anyway,
so
10
000
towards
golf
and
then
I
have
a
school
time
camps
so
whether
it
be
the
summer
or
one
of
the
breaks
for
the
holidays,
but
we
all
have
a
lot
of
different
opportunities
for
our
kid
off.
With
the
rec
center
parents
died
out
so
25
000,
going
towards
that
I'm,
offering
a
little
cool
field
trips
or
bringing
presenters
into
the
camps.

Like
the
block
party
I've
heard
from
people
saying
there
wasn't
a
lot
for
little
kids
to
do,
but
that's
true.
We
had
a
cool
bubble
machine
there,
but
really
it's
really
geared
towards
adults.
We
talked
about
expanding
the
youth
activities
down
Inglewood
Parkway
a
little
bit
and
maybe
those
would
go
from
4
pm
until
seven
or
eight
o'clock
and
it's
shut
down.
The
adults
can
keep
having
a
lot
of
fun
on
the
street
themselves.
So
that's
where
we're
at,
and
that
was
what
the
proposal
is.

far
as
all
those
programs
are
concerned,
we'll
come
back
to
council
later
this
week
to
discuss
it's
not
really
the
direction
they
want
to
go.
There's
comments
about.
Maybe
we
put
it
towards
Capital
programs,
but
really
it's
only
150,
plus
thousand,
but
I
feel
so
it's
hard
playgrounds
are
expensive
to
build
and
install
so
we're
going
a
little
bit
back
to
the
drawing
board
after
the
comments
are
during
Monday
night,
but
the
big,
the
big
piece
is,
the
train
is
after
October
Sunday.

maybe
going
more
towards
the
trend

a
family,
locker
room
or
no
gender

where
you
go

there

a

there

give

updated
there

definitely
age

we'd
like

looking

we

do
this
outside
the

a
bike
park
at
Centennial,

looking

asphalt

asphalt
track
there
that
could
be
over
almost

Ruby
Hill
Park
in
Denver
is
the
closest
to
us
and
that's
a
dirt
Park
and
they're
closed
a
lot
of
the
year.
If
there's
heavy
rains
or
snow
London,
so
we'd
like
to
make
it
a
destination
and
something
that
we
can
hang
an
hat
on,
I
think
they'll
fight
populations
be
very
excited.
You'd
have
these
receipts
of
calls
your
relatives,
you
a
bite,
your
cards,
activating
that
part
differently.

have
this
this
great
space
at
Centennial,
I,
really
don't
know
what
else
to
do
with
it.
It's
just
we've
been
dumping
dirt
there
for
ages,
and
so
it's
got
a
really
cool
amount
of
dirt
that
great
keeps
in
the
park.
It's
right
off
the
beach
of
a
trail
for
soft
plaid
married
Trail,
so
I
think
it'd
be
an
amazing
destination.
It's
something
that
you
could
really
could
benefit
from.

it'll
be
we'll
bring

as
we
get
the
plans
figured
out
and
it's
going
to
be
the
problem,
probably
beginner
level
to
an
advanced
fun
park.

anybody

changes

the
train
coming
off,
but
the
bike
park
itself
is
about

million
restaurant
renovation.

guys
are
just
starting
to
get
into

a
lot
of
work,
respect
for
them
continually,

to
invest,
and
it
can
also
work

shadowing

man

wheelchair

trying

make

way
down

sidewalk

of
the
way
Gallo

set
up
with
her
tent
and

couldn't
get
through
and
it
and
then
I
noticed,
like
kind
of
similar
down
that
side
of
the
sidewalk.

created
some
challenges
for
wheelchairs,
so
that
was
just
something:

noticed
that
kind
of
maybe
something
trying
to
adjust
for
next
year.
