From YouTube: April 6, 2021 Planning and Zoning Commission Meeting
Description
No description was provided for this meeting.
If this is YOUR meeting, an easy way to fix this is to add a description to your video, wherever mtngs.io found it (probably YouTube).
C
C
Yeah,
I
don't
get
to
see
her
enough,
and
that
was
terrible
that
when
I
realized
it
been
almost
six
years
since
I'd
been
out,
there.
B
C
Do
you
prefer
being
a
is
it
harder
being
at
home,
especially
for
what
you
do
to
try
and
get
everybody
organized.
B
You
know
when
it
first
started.
It
wasn't
that
bad,
but
now
it's
yeah
we're
just
getting
so
much
busy
it's
easier
to
be
in
the
office.
If
we're
all
in
the
office,
it
takes
a
lot
more
time
to
send
emails
and
right
and
then
going
and
walking
into
someone's
office
and
saying
hey.
You
know
what
about
this,
so
it
just
takes
time
and
then
there's
things
you
always
forget
at
the
office
that
you
need
when
you're
at
home.
C
A
It's
it's
funny
nancy,
because
when
I
saw
that
I've
been
really
busy
with
work-
and
I
emailed
wade-
and
I
said
that's
a
lot
of
material
to
digest-
so
it's
gonna
be
our
working
document
for
almost
a
year.
While
we
work
on
okay,
so
we're
not
making.
A
C
A
Yeah
because
I
was
just
like:
oh
no,
I've
got
to
leave
this
meeting
for
212
pages
of
stuff.
I
just
don't
know
if
I
can
do
that
or
not.
Unless
I
stay
up
24
hours
or
something
and
then
I
would
be
well
and
here's
here's
we're
just
talking
about
what
you
told
me
wade
about.
No,
we
don't
have
to
we're
talk.
We're
just
talking.
E
E
I
yeah,
we
think,
there's
a
lot
of
really
good,
valid
suggestions
there.
We
really
tried
to
look
at
what
you
know.
Colorado
communities
are
doing,
and
you
know
nationwide
trends
and
you
know
there's
there's
some
very
difficult
things
in
there
that
yeah.
E
C
A
I
came
out
of
home
depot
and
I
thought
that
I
mean
I
bought
two
orchids
there
and
I
had
to
hold
on
to
them
to
keep
them
from
blowing
out
of
the
freaking
cart,
which
is
just
they're
like
falling
out
sideways
out
of
the
cart
and
I'm
like
yeah
when
I
went
in
it
was
all
nice.
I
come
out
to
this
gigantic
windstorm
and
rain
everywhere,
and
oh
yeah,
yeah
yeah.
D
B
D
And
warm
well,
where
are
you
duggan
well
I'd
rather
not
say
yeah.
B
B
A
It
can
be
very
useful
at
times
when
you've
like
lost
your
dog
or
something
but
and
also
for
you
know,
my
car
was
stolen
and
that
sort
of
thing
to
kind
of
keep
appraised
of.
What's
going
on
in
the
neighborhoods
but
wow.
Some
of
those
comments
can
go
on
for,
and
some
of
them
are
mean.
F
A
G
A
D
B
H
D
D
A
Okay,
should
we
go
ahead
and
get
started
nancy?
Absolutely?
Okay,
I'm
calling
the
planning
and
zoning
commission
meeting
for
tuesday
april
6th
to
order
and
nancy
will
you
call
the
roll
miss
townley.
B
Thank
you,
miss
donaldson.
G
D
G
A
All
right
we
have
a
quorum
established,
that's
fantastic!
We
now
need
to
approve
the
minutes
from
march
23rd
2021.
A
A
Hearing
none,
let's,
let's
vote
on
the
minutes
from
march
23rd,
2021,
okay,
miss
townley.
H
D
D
F
D
A
Okay,
since
that's
since
we
have
no
members
from
the
public,
we
will
go
on
to
the
I'm
sure
very
well
studied
notes,
taken
212
pages
of
the
unified
development
code
assessment
and
I'll
turn
it
over
to
wade.
E
Thank
you,
chair,
austin,
hello,
everybody.
So,
as
you
all
remember,
this
project
was
kicked
off
at
the
end
of
july
last
summer,
when
you
had
the
joint
work
session
study
session
with
city
council
to
set
expectations
and
have
an
initial
conversation
about
the
existing
unified
development
code
or
title
16,
as
it's
often
called,
and
this
document
is
the
final
product
of
the
almost
five
or
six
months
process
that
staff
went
through
with
the
assistance
of
logan
simpson.
E
Jennifer
gardner
is
also
online
tonight
to
help
answer
any
questions
you
might
have
from
logan
simpson
as
well,
but
what
I
thought
we
would
do
tonight
is
simply
present.
This
document
have
some
conversation
around
it.
I
want
to
spend
a
little
bit
of
time
talking
about
the
next
steps
and
the
role
that
the
planning
and
zoning
commission
is
going
to
play
as
we
move
forward
with
the
full
rewrite
of
the
unified
development
code.
E
I
provided
you
with
a
staff
report
that
that
outlines.
You
know
the
steps
that
we
went
through
and
the
objectives
of
the
process.
I
won't
read
through
all
of
those
again
to
you,
but
essentially,
as
you
know,
our
unified
development
code
was
last
comprehensively
rewritten
in
two
thousand
and
four
yinglewood
has
had
a
lot
of
change.
E
There's
been
a
lot
of
new
planning
documents
adopted
by
city
council,
and
so
the
big
effort
here
is
to
develop
a
unified
development
code
that
is
modern,
easier
to
use,
addresses
a
lot
of
the
existing
things
that
you
know
may
not
be
working
in
the
current
code.
We
start.
We
started
this
process
by
asking
everybody
what
works
in
the
code.
What
doesn't
work
in
the
code?
E
What
might
be
missing
from
the
code
so
with
that
sort
of
those
parameters
set,
the
project
was
kicked
off
and
we
had
a
very
robust
public
outreach
and
engagement
campaign
that
lasted
the
entire
six
months.
So
there
were
certain
steps
that
we
conducted.
You
know
the
first
phase
was
sort
of
you
know,
generally
listening
to
the
community
to
find
out
what
was
working.
E
What
was
on
their
minds
things
like
that,
as
we
wrapped
up
that
first
phase,
there
were
five
main
topics
that
really
rose
to
the
top
that
people
were
wanting
to
dive
a
little
deeper
into
and
focus
more
on.
That's
explained
in
the
final
assessment
report,
but
those
five
high
priority
areas
include
residential
dimensional
and
design
standards.
E
E
The
next
really
high
priority
topic
that
ties
into
that
is
neighborhood
character.
Are
there
codes
and
regulations
we
could
develop
that
protects
the
neighborhood
characters
a
little
bit
more
and
we
look
into
you
know:
does
that
mean
preservation
overlays?
Does
it
talk
about
materials
of
buildings?
You
know
what
does
that
really
mean?
E
E
We've
had
a
lot
of
conversations
through
this
process
about
you
know
areas
of
the
city
that
are
over
parked
versus
areas
of
the
city
that
are
under
parked
and
how
does
that
play
with
the
the
walkability
concept
for
pedestrian
safety
pedestrian
enhancements?
How
can
we
get
people
encouraged
to
do
more
walking?
E
Yet
you
know
safety
becomes
an
issue
with
with
cars
and
so
how
those
two
sort
of
play
off
one
another.
Do
we
decrease
parking
in
favor
of
more
walkable
areas
in
certain
areas
of
town,
but
not
in
others?
So
there's
there's
some
things
in
the
final
assessment
that
are
options
for
us
to
look
at
for
us
to
consider
as
we
move
forward.
E
There's
becoming
a
larger
push
in
the
city
to
develop
green
infrastructure
to
help
with
storm
water,
runoff,
increased
landscaping,
perimeters
or
landscaping
requirements
to
help
catch
some
other
runoff
green
infrastructure.
Solar,
is
becoming
a
bigger
and
big
topic
that
our
code
currently
doesn't
have
a
lot
of
areas
or
regulations
related
to
solar
to
encourage
solar.
E
And
throughout
the
document,
especially
these
five
areas,
we
have
come
up
with
quite
a
list
of
suggestions
or
options
to
consider
as
we
move
forward
with
the
rewrite
we
did
that
for
the
five
high
priority
topics,
but
we
also
have
done
that
and
provided
suggestions
for
update
on
a
chapter
by
chapter
basis
of
the
unified
development
codes.
So
you
can
you
can
look
through
this
document
and
go
to
chapter
6,
which
is
a
pretty
major
chapter
in
the
udc
relating
to
development
standards.
That's
where
all
the
bulk
plane
requirements
are
the
height
the
lot
coverage.
E
E
You
know
what
comments
we
recorded,
etc
and
so
forth,
and
we
also.
E
E
We
had
five
steering
committee
meetings
under
this
initial
phase
of
the
project
that
steering
committee
was
essentially
a
sounding
board
for
for
us
on
the
project
team
to
to
really
throw
ideas
out
there
get
ideas
and
feedback
as
to
how
those
might
work
in
englewood
what
might
not
work.
So
we
utilized
that
group
of
residents
to
really
listen
to
the
ideas
as
well
as
spread
the
word
within
their
neighborhoods.
As
to
you
know,
the
outreach
events
that
were
coming
up
try
to
reach
as
many
members
of
the
community,
as
as
we
could.
A
Wait
could
I
just
interrupt
for
a
moment
since
we
were
talking
a
little
bit
offline
before
the
meeting
started.
I'm
not
certain
everyone
was
was
online
at
that
time.
This
is
a
document
that
we're
going
to
be
working
from
for
an
entire
year
and
we're
talking
tonight
we're
not
correct
decisions.
I
just
want
to
make
sure
that
the
commissioners
understand
that
what
our
purpose
is
tonight.
E
E
E
Meaning
we
will
meet
twice
a
month
at
our
regular
meeting
time
and
if
we
have
any
other
land
development
applications,
we
will
take
care
of
that
first
and
then
the
planning
and
zoning
commission
proper.
You
all
will
adjourn
and
reconvene
at
in
a
study
session
group
and
we
will
talk
through
chapter
by
chapter.
E
E
E
E
E
You
know
another
way
to
spur
attainable.
Housing
is
to
write
in
code
language
that
requires
x
percentage
of
new
units
that
is
being
developed,
be
income
regulated
for
a
certain
level
of
income
that
the
residents
will
have,
whether
that
be
a
10
of
your
units
must
be.
If
you
know,
affordable
based
on
this
criteria,
then
that's
something
we
can
write
in
in
the
code.
E
Another
option
is
increasing
the
definition
or
revising
the
definition
of
a
household
right.
Now
only
two
unrelated
persons
can
live
in
a
in
a
household,
and
that
includes
your,
your
kids
or
you
know
anything
like
that,
but
there
are
jurisdictions
around
englewood
that
allow
up
to
five
unrelated
persons
to
live
in
a
structure
without
it
being
any
violation.
So
there
are
many
ways
we
can
achieve
the
goal
of
more
attainable
housing,
but
what
we're
all
going
to
have
to
do
is
really
dig
in
and
find
what
works
best
in
inglewood.
E
We
are
recommending
five
additional
steering
committee
members
of
their
choosing.
However,
that
is
up
to
them,
but
what
you
all
need
to
know
is
that
there
is
a
application
that
will
be
released
here
in
the
next
couple
days
seeking
volunteers
to
sit
on
the
steering
committee
with
you
all
to
talk
through
all
of
these
issues.
E
E
A
B
F
I
was
wondering,
depending
on
the
subject:
whatever
the
subject
is:
will
there
be
any
data
from
what
other
cities
do
on
what
they
do
like
adus?
Is
there
any
information
on
what
other
cities
do
with
adus
or
most
definitely
whatever.
E
You
do
most
definitely,
yes,
you
will,
you
all
will
be
getting
a
lot
of
data,
a
lot
of
papers
or
electronic
in
this
case.
F
C
His
up
as
well,
okay,
two
clarifying
questions,
one,
you
said
so
the
interviewing
that
you
were
referring
to
that's
of
the
companies
that
are
proposing
not
in
the
interviews
for
the
citizens
that
will
be
joining
us.
C
Okay
and
then
so,
the
council
council's
gonna
appoint
the
citizens
prior
to
us
vetting
these.
These
companies
correct
that's
correct.
Okay,
when
is
the
application
process
done
for
a
spot.
E
A
H
Sure
I'll
go
real,
quick,
so
this
selection
will,
we
obviously
will
receive
the
proposals
that
the
consultants
are
providing
our
we
all
together,
each
individually,
I'm
going
to
be
ranking
them
and
reviewing
that
are
we
only
going
to
be
ranking
reviewing
the
ones
that
the
city
has
determined
we'll
go
on
to
the
interview
phase?
Are
we
just
doing
interviews?
Are
we
going
to
do
this
all
as
one
group
and
come
to
one
selection
or
how
will
that
process.
E
E
I
you
know
we
might
have
to
rethink
that
if
we
get
20
firms
submitting,
you
know
I
don't
we'll
just
have
to
play
that
by
year,
depending
on
how
many
we
we
receive,
but
the
the
idea
right
now
is:
yes,
we
will
look
at
each
one
of
the
firms
collectively
make
that
recommendation
to
city
council
for
them
to
move
forward
with
the
contract.
H
Yeah,
I
think
thanks.
I
think
that
helps
clarify
it's,
that
it
could
get
a
little
dicey
like
I
said,
if
we
get
20,
maybe
we'll
get
two
or
three
right
yeah.
I
know
it's.
A
specialized
group
of
people
that
are
right
are
skilled
to
do
that.
So,
okay,
thank
you.
D
Hi,
I
have
two
questions.
One
pertains
a
bit
to
colin's
question,
so
we,
the
steering
committee
planning
and
zoning
commission
plus
the
up
to
five
additional
individuals,
will
interview
the
consultants
and
will
provide
individual
rankings
that
will
then
I
assume
be
correlated
to
council
and
then
does.
E
E
Right,
thank
you.
So
we
will
have
a
list
of
interview,
questions
prepared
beforehand
for
everybody
and
we
will
have
a
ranking
system
for
everybody
to
use,
so
they
will
rank
each
firm
based
on
completeness
of
response,
for
example,
and
there'll
be
a
point
system
defined
by
to
each
category
that
we
will
then
use
to
total
and-
and
you
know,
usually
there
tends
to
be
one
or
two
that
rise
to
the
top.
You
know
that
may
or
may
not
happen
again
in
this
situation,
but
no
to
your
second
question.
E
City
council
will
then
not
when
they
will
not
interview
them
again.
That
is
what
our
our
task,
one
of
our
first
tasks,
will
be
to
to
vet
the
firms
and
make
that
recommendation
as
to
who
to
to
go
with.
D
G
D
E
E
E
D
Thanks
wait:
I
was
wondering
in
the
rfa
or
I
guess,
within
the
rfa.
Is
there
any
request
for
like
a
economic
impact,
analysis
or
health
analysis
of
the
different
recommendations
for
changes
within
the
code,
mainly
because
we
have
community
input?
We
have,
you
know
our
desire
for
how
we
want
things
to
look,
but
those
also
have
economic
implications
as
well
like
if
we
went
off
of
one
of
the
recommendations
and
from
the
community
and
said.
D
E
There
is
not
specifically
anything
in
there
right
now,
but
we
do
have
an
opportunity
when
we
we
do
the
interviews
we
can,
if
we
want
to
do
some
of
that,
we
can
make
it
known,
and
we
can
also
work
that
into
any
kind
of
scope
of
work
that
the
final
selected
firm
would
have.
So,
if
there's
a
specific
topic
like
that
example,
you
know
keeping
all
the
houses.
One
story,
you
know
in
the
scope
of
work.
We
can
add
that
you
know
please
perform
an
economic
viability
study
on
that
concept.
E
Right
now,
the
there
are
hints
in
the
rfp
about
some
modeling
assistance
in
with
modeling,
because
we've
come
into
this
bulk
plane
situation.
I
think,
with
a
little
bit
of
a
disadvantage,
because
really
what
does
12,
15
and
17
feet
mean?
What
does
it
look
like
in
a
house?
You
know,
brooke
did
some
brook
bell
in
our
office.
Did
some
really
great
work
on
some
graphics
when
we
were
going
through
this,
but
I
don't
think
we
really
understand.
E
I
don't
want
to
speak
for
everybody.
I
don't
even
really
understand
I'll
say
that
you
know
what
what
is
the
material
difference
between
those
numbers
in
with
regard
to
a
a
house.
You
know
new
construction,
so
I
think
if
we
can
model
some
of
that
and
really
understand
some
of
that
I
think
will
be
very
beneficial.
So
there
is
that
in
the
rfp
right
now,
so
you
know
we
still
have
the
room
to
ask
within
the
scope
of
work
specific
for
certain
specific
things.
Yes,.
H
If
I
could,
please
can
we
get
a
copy
of
the
rfp,
so
we
know
what
is
being
requested.
Yep
absolutely-
and
I
guess
last
question
I
don't
recall
ever
having
to
do
this
before
that
we
would
select.
Is
there
a
reason
why
council
would
be
or
planning
zoning
commissions
selecting
as
opposed
to
the
city,
selecting
the
best
for
this
particular
project?
H
H
And
what
how
will
you
your
influence
be
on
that?
Will
you
be
part
of
that
steering
committee
as
well?
Yes,
okay,
great
I
I
will.
E
Yeah,
I
would
just
like
to
open
it
up
to
if
there's
any
specific
areas
that
you
all
have
questions
on
tonight.
Anything
with
regard
to
sort
of
the
the
flow
of
the
document
and
some
of
the
suggestions
that
maybe
jen
can
weigh
in
on
or.
E
You
know
if,
if
we're
good
to
go,
you
know,
as
I
said
we
will,
we
will
visit
this
document
frequently.
You
know,
I
think,
there's
been
several
updates
throughout
this
whole
process
with
you
all.
So
I
think
you,
you
know,
have
seen
a
lot
of
what's
in
there
already,
but
we
are
we're
happy
to
take
your
lead.
If
you
have
questions
we're
happy
to
answer
and
talk
through
them
or
we're
also
happy
to
say,
you
know,
we'll
see
you
probably
in
may
and
june
to
to
really
start
getting
into
the
details
here.
E
E
B
Sorry,
that's
my
best
recollection,
but
without
looking
at
the
document
right
it'll
be
in
there.
Okay,
it
will
be,
and
I'm
pulling
that
up
to
send
to
you
all
and
I
do
see
judy's
and
meg's
hand
when
waits.
E
And
then
we,
if
I
could
just
real
quick,
then
we
will
we
hope,
to
have
a
a
firm
selected
and
approved
in
june.
Probably
the
second
meeting
in
june
of
city
council.
A
Okay,
so
just
to
dig
in
a
little
bit
more
on
these,
these
interviews.
Do
you
well,
of
course
we
don't
know
how
many
people
are
going
or
how
many
firms
are
going
to
submit.
So
we
really
don't
have
a
total
picture
of
that,
but
do
you
envision
that
perhaps
planning
and
zoning
will
need
to
meet
more
than
their
normal
schedule
to
accomplish
those.
E
Interviews
is
a
possibility.
It's
the
possibility.
Okay,
all
right,
I
I
just
don't.
I
don't
know
for
sure
at
this
point.
A
Well,
and-
and
I
have
had
the
same
experience-
there's
usually-
I
just
went
through
the
a
similar-
well,
not
similar,
but
another
rfp
whole
thing
for
for
a
foundation
and
who
would
be
their
investment
advisor
and
you're
right
about
out
of
the
seven
companies
that
submitted
two
or
the
hands
down
favorites.
So
generally,
that
seems
like
that
does
happen.
So
right,
okay,
judy.
B
B
C
A
process
question
I
and
you
may
have
partially
answered
it
and
I'm
wondering
if
possibly
logan
simpson
can
be
a
part
of
this,
but.
C
C
Early
wins,
get
the
low
hanging
fruit
get
those
solidified,
but
but
those
can
also
change
once
you
get
to
those
overarching
things
or
do
you
do
you
attack
the
big
complex
conversations
first
because
of
their
possible
effect,
like
kate
said
in
terms
of
economic
impact
or
just
not
even
really
something
that
should
be
considered
an
englewood,
I
mean-
and
I
can't
think
of
anything
exactly,
but
there
were
a
couple
things
that
I'm
like
you
know
this.
C
C
A
E
E
E
E
So
there
are,
as
you
say,
I
think,
easy
wins
and-
and
I
personally
think
this
is
going
to
have
to
be
split
out
into
those
easy
wins
and
just
because
once
we
start
getting
into
those
heavier
complicated
topics,
we're
going
to
lose
everything
else,
it's
going
to
go
to
the
back
burner
and
and
that's
not
necessarily
where
it
should
go.
But
if
it's
done
it's
done,
we
can
move
on.
I
think
that's
the
best
approach,
but
I
don't
know
jen.
Is
there
anything
else
you
want
to
add
to
that
or.
A
Well,
I
think,
while
jen's
on
muting,
it's
important,
I
think
for
all
of
us
to
experience
some
progress,
so
we
should
not
don't
feel
like
we're
stuck
sure.
G
Yeah
without
giving
out
our
trade
secrets
before
you
actually
review
our
proposal,
we
we
definitely
skin
the
cap,
many
different
ways
so
to
speak,
but
we
our
whole
team,
breaks
out
the
code.
We
don't
write
it
all
in
one
chunk,
so
we
definitely-
and
we
have
many
different,
not
many,
but
we
have
several
writers,
several
different
people
that
will
be
writing
different
sections.
G
So
what
we
can
do
and
what
we
often
do
is
something
like
way
to
telecommunications
example.
We
might
have
one
person
kind
of
writing
some
of
those
low
hanging
fruit
sections
in
the
background,
while
other
people
are
working
on
the
heavier
topics
in
the
foreground
and
then
we
blend
it
all
together
and
we
have
adopted
codes
in
sections
before
where
you
can
adopt
kind
of
an
overall
reorganization,
separate
from
kind
of
the
meteor
design
guidelines,
topics
or
adopt
it
all
at
once.
G
G
Thanks,
I
had
two
quick
questions.
I
guess
so
the
first
one
is
there.
This
might
be
the
rfp
too.
So
sorry,
if
it
is,
is
there
a
target
date
for
completion
of
this
whole
process?
E
It
just
depends
on
you
know
there.
There
will
be
plenty
of
other
public
input.
There'll
be
plenty
of
other
opportunities
for
the
community
to
weigh
in
on
on
these
topics.
You
know
if
we
come
up
against
a
topic
such
as
attainable,
housing
or
parking.
That's
you
know
split.
You
know
45
55.
E
You
know
that
may
be
something
that
warrants
additional
study
and
public
hearing
that
are
not
public
hearing,
but
public
input
that
might
take
another
month
or
two,
and
so
it
could
just
depending
on
you
know,
thoughts
of
of
the
steering
committee
and
we're
also
going
to
be
checking
in
with
city
council
very
frequently
just
because
of
the
volume
of
information
and
technical
aspects
of
the
project
that.
E
G
That's
fair:
well,
that's
a
good
segue
into
my
other
question,
because
that
was
about
community
input,
so
it
sounds
like
there
will
be
more
opportunities
for
that.
But
looking
at
the
results
in
this
report,
it
looks
like
there
was
varied
responses
depending
on
the
topic
right
did
you
feel,
like
you,
had
good
community
input
through
this
or
are
you
looking
for
more.
E
We've
we
tried
to
reach
everybody,
you
know
some
events
did
not
work.
Some
worked
very
well,
you
know
it
was
trial
and
error
through
the
covid
lockdown,
and
you
know
we
could
only
do
things
virtually
essentially,
but
we
do
feel
we.
We
did
get
a
good
response
from
our
efforts,
but
yes,
in
no
means
does
this
document
mean
that
the
conversation
is
over.
H
And
I
was
just
flipping
through
the
rfp
to
see
if
it
was
in
there,
but
is
there
an
opportunity
to
be
able
to
shortlist
before
the
interviews
I
mean
I
think,
like
you
said,
you
know
typically
a
couple
rise,
the
top
and
I'd
love
to
not
interview,
seven
or
eight
and
right.
E
It's
very
possible,
I
mean
we
we,
depending
on
how
many
we
get.
Yes,
it's
very
possible.
Okay,
that's
a
possibility!
Thank
you.
You
know
I'll
be
frank,
that
with
this
process
for
the
assessment,
we
had
a
few
that
were
just
not
going
to
work,
and
so
we
very
well
could
have
several
responses
received,
and
you
know
it's
just
not
going
to
work.
E
H
A
Wade,
I
have
a
question
of
course.
Another
thing
that
can
really
slow
us
down
in
this
whole
process
is
if
we
have
to
take
up
things
with
the
city
center
redevelopment
and
things
like
that.
How
do
you
see
all
of
those
things
coming
forward
because
they'll
be
coming
before
us
too
in
the
next
12
months?.
E
That's
very
true,
yeah
and
city
council
is
very
forthright
and
saying
that
their
plates
are
very
full
their
plates
very
full
with
a
lot
of
different
things.
There's
a
lot
of
different
initiatives
going
on
in
the
city.
E
That,
however,
can
be
re-looked
at
if
we
feel
that
we
missed
something
in
the
city
center
rezoning
process.
If
we've
gotten
through
the
you
know,
everything
and
you
know
a
developer-
comes
in
and
says:
oh,
I
want
to
do
this
and
you
know
we
might
think
it's
something
we
should
consider
and
add
to
the
code
during
the
rewrite.
So
it
has
tracked
before
this
free
write
process,
but
we
can
use
the
rewrite
process
as
another
opportunity
to
get
things
correct
if
we
need
to.
A
F
I
I
can't
find
the
electronic
hand
raising,
so
I
I
just
do,
though.
That's
okay,
that's
right
for
each
meeting
that
we
have.
Will
there
be
a
fixed
amount
of
information
that
we
go
over
at
that
particular
meeting,
and
when
we
have
the
information
like
a
few
days
beforehand
to
be
able
to
research,
it.
E
So
a
lot
like
what
john
vobarel
did,
he
will
have
a
bunch
of
information
prepared
and
we
will
get
as
far
in
the
night
as
as
you
all
want
to
go.
So
you'll
have
you'll
likely
have
a
whole
bunch
more
information
than
what
we'll
talk
about
in
the
night
that
we
meet
and
then
we'll
just
gradually
build
on
the
conversations
from
meeting
to
meeting
until
we
get
through
things
with
regard
to
you
know
having
the
information
beforehand,
there's
not
going
to
be
any
thing,
that's
done
differently
than
what
we
do
now.
E
I
think
packets
go
out
to
you
all
thursday,
friday
time
frame,
so
it
could
be
a
quick
turnaround,
but
you
know
you
all
can
always
tell
me
and
and
the
consultant.
We
need
more
time
to
digest
this,
and
you
know
there
might
be
smaller
bits
that
we
go
to
instead
and
talk
about
that
night
to
get
out
of
the
way
if
we,
if
we
need
more
time
to
think
about
a
heavier
topic
like
bulk
plane.
I
imagine
you
know
some
of
those
things
are
going
to
be
multiple
meetings
and
many
hours
spent.
F
This
process
has
been
long
delayed,
so
will
there
be
a
set
time
for
to
redo
the
whole
process
over
again
five
years,
whatever.
E
This,
how
do
I
answer?
Unified
development
codes
generally
aren't
updated
frequently
because
of
the
amount
of
time
and
effort
and
dollars
that
a
community
goes
through
to
get
get
the
document
done
correctly.
The
first
time
there
will
always
be
opportunity
for
certain
amendments
to
be
made
just
like
we
made
amendments
with
the
adu
ordinance
and
the
short-term
rental
ordinance.
E
E
Rewrite
that
doesn't
happen
very
often
for
various
reasons.
A
Wade
you're
very
familiar
with
the
document
more
familiar
than
I
think
we
are.
Is
there
a
particular
place
in
your
mind
that
you
think
that
we
should
first
start
reading
and
taking
notes
on
or
shall
we
wait
until
after
some
of
these
dates
have
gone
by
in
may.
E
E
I
would
also
take
a
you
know:
keep
in
the
back
of
your
mind,
the
healthy
corridor
study-
and
you
know,
maybe
start
looking
at
what
goals
those
documents
have
mentioned
as
a
priority
and
and
sort
of
placing
them
in
maybe
a
chapter,
and
you
know
highlighting
where
you
want
to
talk
about
different
goals
and
objectives,
but
I'd
focus
really
on
those
five
high
priority
topics,
which
is
chapter
four.
A
G
A
That's
right,
it's
like
in
your
veins
or
something
right,
great,
okay,
all
right,
so
no
other
hands
up,
we'll
move
to
staff
choice.
E
So
our
review
of
the
capital
improvement
project
has
been
delayed
by
a
meeting.
We
won't
start
looking
at
them
at
the
next
meeting.
It'll
be,
the
may
4th,
I
believe,
is
the
date.
E
E
A
B
A
F
The
this
this
huge
project
with
the
dda-
that's
that's,
gonna,
be
a
kind
of
a
chore.
There
there's
going
to
be
a
lot
of
conflict
of
interest
between
the
two
of
them,
and
it's
going
to
be
interesting
to
see
how
that
works
out,
we'll
see
how
it
goes.
D
E
Forward
to
really
diving
in
with
with
everyone
on
here.
D
I
was
just
going
to
say
notice,
there's
a
community
meeting
thursday
night
for
proposed
development
at
1070
west,
hampton,
which
I
think
is
what
we
looked
at
gosh
almost
two
years
ago
or
two
years
ago.
So
I'm
not
in
the
that
area
to
be
notified
of
that
meeting,
but
they
have
information
for
that
on
the
city
website.
A
Great,
thank
you.
Meg.
G
A
Scrolling
across
the
top
of
my
screen-
that's
kind
of
kind
of
strange.
I
have
nothing
either,
except
for
I
think,
we're
all
looking
forward
to
get
some
really
substantial
work
done,
but
we
have
a
lot
of
work
to
do
so.
We're
just
gonna
have
to
dig
in
and
do
the
best.
We
can.
A
Okay,
any
objection
to
adjourning
the
meeting.
