Description
No description was provided for this meeting.
If this is YOUR meeting, an easy way to fix this is to add a description to your video, wherever mtngs.io found it (probably YouTube).
A
Okay:
okay,
we
are
off
and
running,
welcome
hello
Bienvenidos.
My
name
is
Juan
karakattis,
the
council
member
for
the
ninth
ward
of
Evanston.
Thank
you
for
coming
here
and
coming
to
the
award
meeting.
As
always,
we
have
our
interpreter
Celia
carlino
here.
A
A
So
we
will
be
starting
off
with
our
guest
speakers
for
the
evening.
Please
type
your
questions
in
the
chat
and
what
we'll
do
is
address
those
at
the
end
of
the
meeting.
We
will
do
our
main
presentations
and
then
stop
the
recording,
so
we
can
have
a
more
freeform
discussion
afterwards.

B
C
C
She's
very
passionate
about
collecting
Asian
America
Asian
American
data,
which
has
never
been
collected
before.
B
B
C
B
C
B
C
B
A
Thank
you
so
much
Jared
I
will
see
you
on
Sunday.
I
might
be
there
at
1,
but
I
will
definitely
stop
by
sometime
during
the
opening.
Thank
you.
A
Go
onto
our
Ninth
Ward
report
from
Evanston,
Police,
Department
and
I.
Don't
know,
I
see
Sergeant
Brown
as
well
as
officers,
Galindo
and
Brooks.
B
B
A
Sergeant
Brown
officer,
Galindo
and
officer
Brooks,
okay,.
D
Yeah
good
evening,
everybody,
my
name
is
Officer
Galindo.
Thank
you
for
everyone
for
having
us.
I
am
company
right
now
by
my
sergeant
I'm.
Sorry,
if
you
want
to
translate
see.
D
B
D
Okay,
these
stats
that
I'm
going
to
read
radar
are
from
December
8th
2022
to
February
8th
2023..
The
stats
read
five
batteries
reported
a
burglary
to
Motor
Vehicles,
one
motor
vehicle
theft,
a
total
of
seven
deaths,
four
of
which
are
retail
and
three
are
parts
to
vehicles.
D
D
Those
are
stats
that
I
was
provided.
They
were
provided
to
us
from
the
time
period
of
December,
8th
to
February,
8th.
B
B
A
I
should
know
how
to
do
this
by
now
officer
Glendale,
so
I
had
I
was
hoping.
You
could
share
some
information
about
the
new
police,
again
Academy
program
that
folks
are
heading
up.
D
D
We
are
almost
full,
so
I
believe
there's
just
a
couple
spots
open.
So
if
you
are
interested
in
joining
I
would
highly
encourage
you
to
apply
to
Evanston
Police
website
and
I
believe
the
deadline
is
February
15th.
B
D
B
A
Great,
thank
you
all
for
coming.
We
don't
have
any
other
questions.
I
will
proceed
to
some
Ninth
Ward
notes.
B
A
First,
we'll
start
off
with
a
little
bit
of
kind
of
bookkeeping
type
things.
A
So
I've
received
some
feedback
from
residents
who
don't
use
social
media
that
they
feel
a
little
bit
left
out
about
getting
some
of
the
meeting
updates
that
I
post
on
social
media.
B
A
So
I
met
with
our
Communications
Department
and
we've
come
up
with
a
plan
to
address
that.
B
B
A
B
A
So
some
of
the
other
feedback
I
received
was
about
in-person
meetings
and.
A
So,
for
example,
the
hartree
cleanup
efforts
I
will
be
scheduling
a
in-person
meeting
in
the
neighborhood
in
the
upcoming
weeks
to
do
brainstorming.
B
A
And
we
will
be
discussing
the
recent
development
that
Aldi
will
be
promises
to
put
up
a
fence
in
the
in
the
springtime.
B
A
And
we'll
brainstorm,
what
I
want
to
hear
what
residents
want
to
have
happen
in
the
area
and
what
the
priorities
and
next
steps
would
be.
A
A
A
So
be
on
the
lookout
for
the
short
emails
with
meeting
dates
for
those
two
I
guess
we
can
call
those
working
groups
and
those
will
be
in
person
and
I
hope
to
see
the
neighbors
there
at
those.
A
Great
I
think
if
everyone's
okay
I
think
I
will
stop
the
recording
and
we
can
have
just
I
I
didn't
see
any
questions
in
the
chat.
But
we
can
you
can
ask
questions
or
I
think
we
will
leave
the
recorded
portion
at
this
and
we
can
have
a
discussion
with
anyone
who
who
wants
to.
