bring

the

food
establishments

our
facilities

kitchen.

Lagoon
became
part
of
the
conversation
Clark
Street.

this

conversation
about
kind
of
equipping
or
Furnishing
the
Lagoon
building
dates
back
several
years.
It's

been
kind
of
on
the
slow
path
internally
to
get
there.
So
at
the
time
this
idea
of
place
making
that
we've

embraced

the
last
year,
especially
as
the
foundation
of
thrives,
didn't
exist
at
the
time
that
the
ball
started
rolling
on
this.

that's
one

explain

think

is
a

for
Place
making

be

Lagoon

it
was
more
functional
and
usable.
For

know
a
small
business
or
some
operator
to

Begin
work
there
and
great

we're
getting
the
patio
furniture

would
have
loved
to
have
seen.

would
be

respond
to

an
order
of

isn't

established

we
thought

delay

that
we
could

patio

coffee

actually
able
to
run

cafe
out

project

project
involves
two
major
components
of

project:
are
building
new
space
for
medium
voltage,
switch
gear
and
building
new
space
for
two
new
generators.
As
we're
looking
for
a
space
to
build
out,
we
realize
that
a
retaining
wall,
that's

to
continue
being
adjacent
to
new
space
that
we're
building
is
in
poor
shape.
It's
an
old
retaining
wall.

been
fixed
by
staff
over
the
years
to
keep
it
in
in
good
condition,
but
there's
no
engineering
records
to
really
understand
the

wall,
its
strength
or
anything
else
to
be
able

build

design
new
structures
adjacent

reason

need
to
design
and
replace
it
having.

is
a
sole
source
contract

the
engineer.

is
marginally
sized
even
for

grown
organically
