Description

If this is YOUR meeting, an easy way to fix this is to add a description to your video, wherever mtngs.io found it (probably YouTube).
A
A
Thank
you
clerk.
The
first
item
on
our
agenda
is
public
comment.
We
begin
as
per
usual
with
those
who
signed
up
in
person.
Oh
and
every
this
evening,
everyone
will
be
given
three
minutes
for
public
comment.
We
begin
with
those
who
signed
up
in
person
to
speak
in
person,
beginning
with
ray
friedman.
C
Thank
you
very
much
city
council,
mayor
bis.
What
I
want
to
talk
about
a
little
bit
is
city
manager.
I
want
to
thank
mayor
biss
for
town
hall
meeting
that
we
had
and
the
roundtable
discussion
afterwards.
C
So
when
we
was
a
couple
years
ago
when
we
had
interviewed
or
you
had
interviewed
for
city
manager,
the
residents
were
involved
and
it
seems
like
the
residents
are
less
and
less
involved,
and
I
mean
it's
kind
of
you
know
about
the
residents.
C
It
would
be
nice
if
somehow
that
that
response-
and
I
don't
expect
it
now-
because
I
understand
at
a
council
meeting-
you're
not
supposed
to
respond
but
we're
we're
not
usually
responded
to,
and
I
think
that's
just
out
of
respect
for
residents,
we
need
to
be
responded
to.
We
need
and
some
kind
of
answer
we
need
to
know.
C
What's
going
on
in
our
city
and
like
I
asked
at
our
last
meeting
to
have
ward
meetings
at
the
same
night
same
time,
doesn't
work
just
doesn't
work,
so
you
know
it
would
be
helpful
if
residents
were
involved.
A
You
that
concludes
the
in-person
portion
of
this
evening's
public
comment.
We
now
move
to
online
and
I'll
call
on
mary
rozinski.
D
Hi,
thank
you
very
much.
I
have
three
concerns.
I
think,
for
what
we're
embarking
upon
over
the
next
couple
years,
and
one
is,
I
feel
as
we.
D
We
need
to
build
trust
in
this
town
by
having
a
process
that
everyone
can
follow
and
that
everyone
understands-
and
we
can't
say,
we're,
transparent
and
then
not
be
transparent
and
transparent,
means
that
our
website
is
up
to
date
and
there's
I'm
going
to
talk
about
the
city
manager
and
I'm
going
to
talk
about
the
thing
that
popped
up
to
45
to
95
million
dollars
as
an
ex
potential
project
at
last
year
at
last
week's
special
meeting.
D
D
There
were
the
two
top
bullet
points
were
about
bringing
in
someone
who
had
the
skills
to
deal
with
social
diversity
and
racial
diversity,
and
all
that,
when
the
second
search
came,
they
dropped
it
down
to
the
seventh
bullet
point,
but
it
was
still
in
there.
It
says,
understand
and
how
to
transform
commitments
around
social,
racial
equity
and
the
new
firm
doesn't
even
have
it
under
the
requirements
of
criteria
or
anything.
So
I
am
wondering
where
we're
going
in
this
city
if
we
pass
a
fifth
ward
tiff
for
racial
diversity,
equity
and
fairness.
D
If
we
have
reparations
and
then
we
bring
in
someone
who
may
be
a
fine
woman
and
is
probably
an
excellent
realtor,
but
clearly
by
her
own
words,
has
no
skills
around
racial
equity
and
the
social
diversity
they
just
weren't
in
her
wig
and
has
done
nothing
in
her
career
to
expand
that
knowledge.
And
I
don't
think
we
are
in
a
position
right
now
in
this
city
to
be
having
our
head
person,
who
has
to
create
the
culture
within
the
2100
ridge,
our
government,
and
build
the
sensitivity
we
need
on
all
levels.
D
She
doesn't
have
the
skills.
So
I
think
I
agree
with
ray
what
happened
here.
Where
are
the
candidates?
And
why
is
there
no
transparency
on
this
real
issue?
I
think
we
need
to
stop
reset,
refocus
and
move
on.
The
second
thing
I
wanted
and
move
on
until
we
can
stabilize
out
get
a
search
firm
who
is
not
knocking
on
someone's
doors,
who
doesn't
have
the
skill
set.
I'm
sure
there
are
people
in
there
75
people
that
you
had
that
that
were
initial
there.
D
There
has
to
be
someone
else,
a
couple
people
and
I
think
the
residents
deserve
to
know
who
we're
doing,
but,
more
importantly,
okay.
The
second
thing
is:
last
week,
staff
presented
a
45
to
95
million
dollar
proposal
on
the
facilities
management.
Now
I've
been
following
the
budget,
the
five-year-old
capital
improvements
budget-
and
I
am
I
was
shocked
because
I
want
to
know
where
that
number
came
from,
because
it's
a
five-year
program.
D
It
only
has
six
hundred
thousand
dollars,
so
I
feel
we
are
really
navigating
towards
a
huge
real
estate
deal
to
move
everything
out
of
the
fifth
ward,
put
it
over
someplace
else
and
then
pay
to
have
someone
build
us
new
stuff.
So
we
need
to
look
at
this
and
be
absolutely
transparent
with
it.
There's
too
much
money
at
stake
here
we
need
someone
in
charge
of
the
city,
who's.
A
Thank
you
very
much.
This
concludes
public
comment
for
the
evening
and
it
brings
us
to
call
of
the
wards
council,
member
revell.
F
Yes,
I
will
announce
our
ward
meeting,
as
always
is
the
last
thursday
of
the
month,
so
that'll
be
on
the
25th
at
6
00
p.m,
and
you
can
find
information
to
join
on
the
city's
website.
We're
likely
going
to
hold
this
meeting
in
person
at
the
levy
senior
center
looking
forward
to
connecting
with
folks.
G
G
There
will
be
no
office
hours
this
thursday,
we'll.
I
will
see
you
all
again
on
in
september.
Thank
you.
