A
Hey
might
have
Paul
left
on
the
owner,
founder
and
distiller
here
at
few
spirits
in
evanston
illinois
we
are
grain
to
glass,
craft
distillery,
making
the
world's
finest
whiskey
and
gin
right
here
in
evanston
glad
to
have
you
here
today.
Let's
take
a
quick
tour,
the
facility
and
meet
some
of
the
team
here,
hi.
B
My
name
is
Steven
Kaplan
and
I
am
the
director
of
filling
an
operation
here
at
the
experienced
one
of
the
things
that
makes
us
really
unique
as
a
distillery.
Is
that
we're
fully
grain
to
glass?
So
we
have
all
our
grain
here.
Everything
comes
from
as
close
as
possible
with
the
highest
quality
as
possible.
I'm.
C
Katherine
Loftus
I
work
here
at
G
serious
distillery
as
the
tour
manager
and
kind
of
jill
of
all
trades
to
help
out
with
a
lot
of
different
things.
It's
important
to
have
a
general
understanding
of
the
chemistry
behind
what
we
do,
because
people
are
really
interested
so
when
they
come
here
to
visit
us
and
I
have
to
be
able
to
describe
to
them
how
we
make
this
magic
happen
in
the
distillery.
It's
important
to
know
the
ins
and
outs
of
the
science
part
fermentation.
B
Is
all
biochemistry
it's
just
really
interesting
stuff
and
very
important
to
a
healthy
permit?
Healthy
ferment
gives
us
more
alcohol
and
better
product
after
about
four
days
of
fermentation,
we're
going
to
run
that
wash
or
mesh
into
a
pill.
So
this
is
alcohol
that
has
not
had
any
flavor
or
component
cuts,
still
pretty
tasty,
but
we
wouldn't
quite
want
to
drink
it
as
it
is
there
where
r
gins
the
way
they
get
their
flavors.
D
I'm
Brandon
I've
been
with
you
for
about
nine
months,
I
work
at
the
rack
house
that
involves
more
of
modeling
side
of
things,
harvesting,
blending
and
stuff
like
that.
As
far
as
coming
into
this,
the
beginning,
I
definitely
figured
out
pretty
quickly
that
patience
and
willingness
to
you
know
be
able
to
absorb
and
learn
as
much
as
possible.
I've.
Definitely
what's
gotten
me
this
far,
at
least
so,
whatever
I
pick
up
along
the
way,
just
another
bonus,
hi.
E
My
name
is
Riley
Henderson
I
am
one
of
the
newer
distillers
here
at
few
spirits.
I
think
the
biggest
skill
needed
to
do
this
kind
of
job
is
just
a
willingness
to
learn
and
to
put
in
the
energy
and
time
to
be
constantly
better
at
what
you
do.
The
team
here
is
really
great,
because
we
all
work
together
to
be
better
and
should
be
more
efficient
on
a
day
to
day
and
to
create,
hopefully
interesting
and
tasty
product.
