If this is YOUR meeting, an easy way to fix this is to add a description to your video, wherever mtngs.io found it (probably YouTube).
A
Sounds
good
mayor
great
thanks
so
much
so
let
me
call
the
february
7th
2022
meeting
of
the
liquor
control
review
board
to
order
begin
with
the
roll
call
of
commissioner
macbeth.
B
A
Mr
phillips,
here
mayor
bus
is
here
as
well,
so
with
three
members
present
horam
and
were
able
to
do
our
work.
A
The
first
item
on
the
agenda
is
the
suspension
of
the
rules
to
make
this
meeting
remote
meeting
with
electronic
participation
legal.
Would
someone
like
to
make
a
motion
to
do
that.
C
I
move
to
make
this
meeting
remote.
Is
there
a
second.
A
All
right,
so,
commissioner,
phillips
moves
to
suspend
the
rules
to
enable
electronic
or
telephone
participation.
Commissioner
rick
best
seconds
they're
in
discussion,
seeing
none
commissioner
macbeth.
A
Phillips
I
I
vote
I
as
well,
so
on
a
vote
of
three
to
zero.
The
motion
passes
and
we
are.
We
are
legal.
So
this
brings
us
to
public
comment.
Is
there
any
member
of
the
public
seeking
to
make
comment
just
to
remind
folks
that
that
would
be
kind
of
separate?
And
apart
from
participating
in
the
discussions
on
either
of
the
two
agenda
items.
A
Is
there
any
such
member
of
the
public
seeing
none?
This
brings
us
to
item
four
approval
of
the
meeting
minutes.
Would
anyone
like
to
make
a
motion
to
approve
the
minutes
of
the
january
24th
meeting.
A
D
A
Mr
phillips,
all
right,
I
vote
I
as
well
so
on
about
three
to
zero.
The
the
minutes
of
the
january
24th
meeting
are
approved,
and
this
brings
us
to
our
actual
work
for
the
day
so
item
five.
A
on
the
agenda
is
a
a
request
for
a
class.
I
license
for
a
dollop.
D
A
Great
so,
commissioner,
phillips
moves
approval
of
the
class
I
license
for
dollop
llc,
doing
business
general
store
and
cafe,
commissioner
seconds,
and
so
obviously
we
have
both
the
applicant,
the
applicant's
representative,
as
well
as
council
member
nusma,
here
to
speak
to
this
so
I'll.
Let
you
guys
decide
who
wants
to
jump
in
first
I'll.
Go
quick
with
the
I'll
go
first
with
a
quick
thumbs
up
no
further
comment
thanks
nelson
member.
E
Oh,
I'm
sorry,
there's
dan
piedemanti
and
dan
weiss
I'll
comment.
Yes,
we
originally
applied
for
a
c
license,
but
after
further
discussion
with
brian
george,
it
was
it
was
a
misunderstanding,
and
so
therefore
the
I
license
is
more
appropriate
for
what
dollop
is
looking
to
do
at
that
location.
E
Dollop
is
familiar
with
the
ordinance
associated
with
an
eye
license,
so
they
will
comply
with
the
hours
and
days
of
operation
and
the
size
of
any
containers
that
will
be
part
of
the
grab
and
grow
grab
and
go
for
the
customers.
A
Got
it
thanks?
Are
there
any
questions
or
comments
from
the
from
the
board.
C
I
have
one
question
and
I
guess
this
is
for
ryan
yeah
for
brian
and
again
I'm
sort
of
the
one
who's
always
sniffing
around
in
the
packet
and
asking
questions
and
the
pedantic
questions
and
the
details.
But
brian.
I
noticed
that
the
sign
affidavit
on
page
11
of
the
packet
still
has
the
class
c
license.
Do
we
care
about
that
and
if
you
tell
me,
we
don't
care,
then.
F
No,
we
don't
care,
I
told
them
that
they
can
leave
their
the
application
packing,
mostly
the
same
and
just
change.
The
first
couple
of
pages.
A
I
feel
like
these
packets
are
are
some
sort
of
where's
waldo
exam
for
commissioner
phillips.
C
D
A
Commissioner,
phillips
all
right,
I
vote
I
as
well,
so
on
a
vote
of
three
to
zero.
The
class
I
license
approval
is
recommended,
if
I
remember
correctly,
council,
member
nusma.
The
initial
request
was
for
the
previously
recommended
license
to
be
appear
on
an
agenda
for
introduction
action.
I
imagine
you'll
want
that
done
here
as
well.
Yes,
please
great
and
brian,
I
just
in
the
just
interesting
transparency
for
the
applicant
brian.
Do
you
know
if
our
internal
systems
make
that
feasible
to
do
a
week
from
today.
F
Yeah
I've
already
informed
michelle,
who
puts
together
the
agenda
for
the
city
council,
that
we
have
the
liquor
board
meeting
today
and
there's
going
to
be
two
items
that
are
going
to
be
on
there
last
minute.
So
she
she's
aware-
and
I
don't
anticipate
a
problem
with
it.
I,
after
the
meeting
today
I'll
that's
the
first
thing,
I'm
going
to
do.
A
Okay,
great,
so
our
expectation,
then,
is
that
we'll
be
able
to
get
this
on
the
agenda
a
week
from
today
and
if
there's
some
internal,
if
that's
difficult
for
some
technical
reasons,
internally,
we'll
communicate
with
the
councilmember
news
and
the
applicant
as
well.
Just
right
aren't
surprised
awesome
thanks
so
much
brian,
it's
great
sounds
good
thanks.
Everybody
thank.
A
We've
had
a
series
of
of
conversations
with
both
both
the
legion
and
canal
shores
and,
I
think,
have
a
greater
level
of
clarity,
and
I
see
that
representatives
of
the
legion
are
here
as
well
as
council.
Member
revell
is
also
here.
So
would
one
of
the
members
of
the
board
like
to
make
a
motion
on
this
item,
so
we
can
then
enter
into
the
conversation.
C
I
moved
to
discuss
mending
city
code,
section
3-4-6-s.
A
Mr
macbeth
seconds
so
once
again
we
have
a
member
of
council
as
well
as
representatives
from
the
legion
here
in
the
zoom.
I
don't
know
if
you
guys
have
preference
about
sort
of
who
goes
first
or
who
says
what,
but
the
floor
is
the
floor.
Is
yours.
B
Mayor
yeah,
please
correct,
go
ahead,
yes,
I
I
just
want
to
say
that
I
I
concur
with
with
your
general
commentary
that
we
had
a
much
greater
understanding
giving
given
the
discussions
that
have
taken
place
in
the
last
week
or
so,
and
so
long
as
what's
recommended
is
consistent
with
what
we
had
discussed
and
and
of
course
it's
still
the
same
proposed
language
we
saw
after
the
meeting
the
american
legion
is
good.
We're
fine.
A
Thank
you,
and
just
to
summarize,
for
you
know,
for
for
everybody.
So
what
I?
A
What
I
see
in
the
packet
in
front
of
me
does
look
to
me
like
it's
what
we
discussed
so
first
of
all,
one
way
in
which
it
varies
from
what
this
board
saw
two
weeks
ago
was
that,
as
we
kind
of
talked
about
that
night,
that
afternoon,
we
will
would
retain
at
10
pm
at
10
pm,
end
time
for
sales
sunday
through
thursday,
but
move
that
to
11
p.m,
friday
and
saturday,
and
then,
additionally,
there's
a
sentence.
A
That's
struck
regarding
the
possession
and
consumption
as
opposed
to
sale
of
of
alcoholic
beverages
outside
of
those
hours.
A
So
I
think
those
were
the
two
changes
and
my
understanding
is
that
those
are
changes
that
council
member
revell
is
comfortable
with
as
well
and
that
I
think
brings
this
brings
this
license
into
a
place
of
parity
with
what's
been
talked
about
with
canal
shores,
which
I
think
was
a
point,
the
point
that
you
guys
raised
two
weeks
ago
that
I
think
everybody
was
everyone's
in
agreement,
that
that
seems
fair
and
appropriate
councilmember
revell.
Am
I
representing
your
views
fairly
here.
D
I
I
think,
everybody's
all
on
the
same
page
now
and
everybody's
ready
to
move
forward.
So
I
I
urge
the
liquor
commission
to
approve
to
recommend
this
on
to
city
council.
A
Great
well,
thank
you
so
much
thanks
for
all
the
time
you
put
into
this
council
member
do
do
either.
Member
of
the
of
the
commission
of
the
board
have
any
questions
or
any
comments
about
this.
C
A
Yeah,
so
if
you're
on
page
79
of
the
packet,
the
second
so
there's
there's,
I
guess
subsection
s
which
is
sort
of
that
whole
first
page.
The
second
paragraph
is,
has
a
new
sentence,
the
underlying
sentence.
That
explains
when
you
can't
sell
liquor.
A
And
so
that
has
now
been
removed,
and
the
point
here
is-
is
that
the
kind
of
conduct
that
the
neighbors
are
concerned
about
is
conduct
that
we
think
should
be
addressable
through
noise,
ordinances
and
other
regulations,
and
so
it
felt
like
maybe
a
little
bit
of
a
red
herring
to
try
to
get
at
those
noise
issues
through
this
particular
approach.
A
So
there's
you
know,
council,
member
rebel
has
a
really
strong
commitment
to
making
sure
that
we're
addressing
those
noise
issues,
but
we
as
a
city
felt
that
there
are
other
ways
to
get
at
them
without
without
adding
this
restriction
about,
you
know,
buying
a
beer
inside
and
just
you
know,
carrying
it
outside.
You
know
two
or
three
people
sitting
outside
you
know,
let's
say
having
a
reasonable
volume
conversation.
C
C
A
F
Right
and
just
to
emphasize
the
point
that
mayor
bis
just
brought
up
the
restrictions
on
the
sales
at
10
p.m
and
11
p.m
are
only
have
to
do
with
the
sale
of
liquor
outdoors.
There
still
is
the
2
a.m
you
know
indoors,
but
the
the
bulk
of
the
discussion
had
just
centered
around
what
is
and
isn't
allowed
outdoors.
A
Seeing
none,
I
think,
we're
prepared
to
take
a
vote.
In
that
case,
commissioner
macbeth
aye,
christopher
phillips
hi,
I
vote
I
as
well,
so
I'm
gonna
go
to
three
to
zero.
This
motion
passes
and
I
just
wanna
again
thank
everybody.
I
mean
certainly
a
council
member
of
elle
is
putting
a
ton
of
time,
and
you
know
the
folks
at
the
legion
have
been.
You
know,
put
in
a
lot
of
time
and
the
conversations
I
think
got
us
to
a
place
that
makes
sense
and
will
be.
A
You
know
I
think,
equitable
and-
and
I
think
she'll
work
well.
So
I
just
appreciate
everybody's
everybody's
willingness
to
to
sit
together
until
we
can
get
to
a
spot
that
that
makes
that
makes
good
sense,
and
I
appreciate
the
liquor
board's
willingness
to
meet
again.
You
know
to
to
get
this
worked
out.
I
think
it's,
I
think
the
the
outcome
for
the
city
is
going
to
be
better
as
a
result
of
it.
A
So
thanks
everybody
for
your
time
and
your
your
effort,
and
you
know
it's
hard
to
imagine
a
world
where
people
are
going
to
want
to
sit
outside
and
drink
a
cold
beverage,
but
the
earth
is
going
to
continue
revolving
around
the
sun
and
the
time
will
come
and
it'll
be
amazing.
A
So,
with
with
thoughts
of
summer
in
my
heart
I
would
say
with
no
further
business
to
come
before
the
electric
control
board.
This
february
7th
meeting
stands
adjourned
thanks,
everybody
I'll
see
you
guys
soon.
