in
an

B
You
crawled
along

you
were
dining
in
deficit
in
with
an
off-duty
epd
detective
by
the
name
of
King
Carter.
When
you
saw
a

on
the

edge
of
a
nearby

the
subject
appeared
distraught
and
was
pacing
after
you
notify
the

what
you
saw.
You
remained
on
the
scene,
provided
comfort
to
the
family,
members
of

You
even
assisted
epd

and
carrying
one

and
remain
with
her
after
she
became
too
distraught

B
B
Detective

your
involvement
with
the
fam

began
in
nineteen.
Ninety,
when
you
played

you
began

Your
participation
with
the

has
led
to
an
improved
relationship
between
the
community
and
members
of
the
evanston
police
department.
Your
involvement
in
the
program
is
a
testament
to
your

Your

to
the

of
Evanston
is

B
Detective

in
1999,
you
began
your

with
the

Since
then,

You
have
shown

a
vehicle
near
the
intersection
of
bridge
avenue
and
Greenleaf.
There
was
a
large
number
of
children
in
the
area.
Due
to
this
time
of
day
and
the
close
proximity
to
Nichols
middle
school,
you
attempted
to
wake
the
driver
who
initially
unable
to
do
so.
The
driver
eventually
woke
up
and
attempted
to
drive
away.
B
You

He
was
arrested
and
charged
with

helped
remove
an

and
keep

We
present
you
with
the
