So
the
first
rendering
here
was
the
view
from
the
street
and
basically
shown
says
six
and
a
half
one
extension
on
the
second
floor
that
were
proposing.
So
you
can
see
the
columns
for
the
city.
Okay,
we
tried
to
do
the
date
to
do
that.
We
took
in
the
photograph.
This
is
probably
as
much
as
you're
going
to
see
if
any
of
the
work
that
we're
doing
there
from
the
street
you
following
dealings
of
what
we
previously.
K
Third
view,
there
shows
our
second
floor
being
extended,
we're
basically
keeping
the
first
floor,
rear
elevations
of
the
existing
kitchen
window.
The
steps
for
the
backcourt
are
staying.
Everything
that's
coming
out
over
that
existing
first
floor
wall
and
then
to
the
left
is
the
new
sunroom,
which
is
just
going
to
be
quiet
and
trend,
they're,
primarily
a
classroom.
K
K
F
K
K
Richer
cousin
to
the
Gulf
Sara,
so
we
were
trying
to
basically
make
that
a
classroom,
but
we
didn't
really
want
to
or
see
a
effective
way
to
make
this
sort
of
parts
of
the
house
itself.
So
we
intentionally
made
this
a
little
more
contemporary
structure
to
distinguish
it
from
the
rest
of
the
house.
But
the
main
objective
was
basically
just
to
fill
that
role.
Applause
and
then
we
plot
the
affairs
of
in
some
existing
window
and
an
additional
federal
window
there
that
we're
trying
to
preserve
like.
A
K
So
yes,
it'll,
be
the
same
shingles
if
you're,
dense
employer,
look
at
the
stains
that
we
plan
to
match
that
the
windows
will
be
Marvin
windows
and
they
will
have
the
same
custom
detailing
that
have
been
previously
detention
window
and
a
couple
of
side
windows
that
have
same
custom.
Color
customers
won't
be
built.
A
A
K
K
F
K
C
C
C
Let
me
back
up.
You
know
the
original
fabric
of
this
house
that
is
extant
from
nine
till
1920s.
It
has
been
modified
over
the
years
at
this
time.
I
bet
before
this
body
actually
met
neutrals
in
and
we've
been
working
on
this
project
off
and
on
for
the
last
20
years,
but
then
we
have,
when
we
were
younger
than
the
original
house
have
a
very
small
porch
and
in
the
40s,
the
porch,
a
very
bad
extension.
C
The
2/3
of
it
is
approximately
the
way
it
originally
was
constructed,
but
our
thinking
is
that
was
the
paint
with
the
climate
has
changed
our
age,
etc.
We
don't
use
the
open
porch
as
much
as
we
would.
We
are.
We
love
the
our
interface
the
outdoors,
and
we
want
to
be
able
to
air
conditioned,
make
this
a
four-season
room
rather
than
part
of
one
summer.
Space
and
I
thought.
This
is
indeed
the.
C
Concept
of
these
of
the
glass,
which
is
door
height
and
the
window
row
across
the
top,
is
a
type
of
feature
that
you
see
in
beams
were
rendered
in
materials
and
style.
In
most
cases,
those
were
French,
Provincial
style,
English,
cottage
style,
but
this
is
a
modern,
a
contemporary
version
of
what
he
did
at
the
twenties
now
and
we
as
owners
who've
studied
this
property
for
a
while
ever
are
really
in
love.
With
this
Wisconsin.
A
A
C
G
C
L
L
M
M
A
one-story
addition
was
made
to
the
back
of
the
house
in
1995
and
the
third
floor
addition
was
made
to
convert
through
or
basically
into
a
master
suite.
The
one-story
vision
is
back
to
the
house
was
a
family
extension
off
of
the
area
that
had
Congress
existing
kitchen
high
points
or
the
new
owners
of
the
house
about
the
house.
Wanna
maintain
its
character,
they
want
a
larger
kitchen,
and
this
really
would
not
be
accomplished
by
expanding
into
the
existing
an
issue
that
was
there
because
the
family
everything
was
built
at
a
lower
level.
M
M
Lately
the
Commission
asked
that
the
proposed
addition-
the
Sanders
one
through
four
seven,
eight
ten
and
eleven
through
fifteen,
so
standard
one.
The
proposed
high
definition,
the
theme
of
groups
at
my
house,
we
stepped
down
from
the
main
fortunately
walked
in
the
house
along
Lincoln
Avenue,
similar
to
the
proportion
of
the
facades,
are
compatible
with
the
existing
structures
and
wrote
their
pikemen
with
standard
three.
M
M
M
And
standard
12th
existing
structure
is
dirt
or
we
feel
countries
or
standard
13th
are
on
no
archaeological
resources
affected
by
adjacent
to
this
as
the
exit
814,
the
design
is
not
intended
to
be
innovative
in
its
warm
exterior
appearance
and
then
15.
There's.
One
reason
why
this
efficient
that
not
be
removed
in
the
house
restored
to
its
original
historic
condition.
The
1995
edition
already
removed
or
destroyed
that
you
sort
of
soft
wallet
petition
and
we
don't
have
any
surviving
documentation.
M
M
Why
sleep
on
the
existing
limits
and
the
cops
are
peeling
wood
and
they
are
single
glazed
lemongrass
casement
windows,
who
led
Kimi,
that
is
the
actual
divisions,
are
3/8
of
an
inch
wide.
The
existing
windows
have
contemporary
meaning
sordidness
on
their
exterior,
which
means
that
when
the
light
reflects
a
company,
you
can
barely
see
that
they're
beautiful
metal,
glass
windows
and
also
because
of
the
installation
of
the
aluminum
windows.
They
are
trying
to
put
the
question
of
the
facade,
so
the
numinous
that
we're
proposing.
M
Painted
windows,
but
they
would
be
double,
plays
for
energy
purposes,
a
wide
web
kami
on
the
interior
in
the
history
of
the
glass.
They
will
not
require
stronger
than
those
who
are
using
wood
rather
than
cloudiness,
because
the
installation
position
we
didn't
wall
puts
them
closer
to
where
the
original.
M
Of
maneuver
proposing
to
use
here
and
the
window
manufacturer
said,
find
us
it
to
us.
The
difference
has
been
in
his
arm.
It's
a
clan
without
me
using
wood
and
the
sample
shows
what
the
applied
led,
keeping
with
what
light,
except
in
these
five
eighths
and
they
install
the
statement
said
why
this
add.
O
I
I
P
I
Q
Q
M
Where
we're
aware
of
what
happens
when
it
rains,
because
there's
standing
water
than
a
drive
right,
I,
wasn't
aware
that
penny
stock
from
the
garage
was
actually
water
on
your
property
and
that's
easy
enough
to
fix
the
drainage
on
the
property
we
just
haven't
addressed.
It's
not
part
of
this
project,
I,
don't
know
whether
they
do
landscaping
or
do
anything
to
change
the
10th
grade,
but
they're,
really
wonderful
people
I
would
have
a
conversation
with
them
to
figure
out
and
landscape
architect
at
work,
but
civil
engineer
to
figure
out
how
to
control
them.
M
With
respect
to
the
addition
that
we
do,
and
even
though
the
footprint
is
bigger
than
the
addition,
that's
there
we're
taking
it
down
with
an
extensive
area
of
terracing,
which
actually
doesn't
mean
particularly
well.
It
is
nice-looking
as
it
is
so
that
the
amount
of
water
that
would
be
actually
shadow
to
the
property
from
impervious
surfaces
moving
less
than
what's.
Currently
there
we're.
Surely
in
downspouts
we
haven't
excavated
to
find
out
if
there
is
in
fact
an
existing
rainy
tile
system
around
the
house.
J
A
A
Ingenuity-
and
that
may
be
something
that
all
of
you,
if
you
other
two
gentlemen,
are
affected
as
well,
would
work
together
with
the
applicant
as
well
as
the
city
engineer,
to
see
if
there's
a
solution
that
was
wrong,
but
in
the
interim
you
were
you
all
signed.
You've
got
signed
in
to
speak
correct.
If,
if
you
would
like
to
I,
have.
A
S
M
The
the
main
level
of
the
house,
which
are
extending
out
into
the
new
addition,
is
about
five
steps
above
brain
so
they're.
What
currently
is
a
patio
erase
patio
when
he
sends
all
the
way
around
the
much
smaller
addition
we've
taken
that
down,
and
this
is
simply
a
wide
stair-
the
width
of
the
French
doors,
whether
the
owners
will
put
them
here
or
not?
Oh
I,
don't
know,
look
like.
M
M
What
we
did
was
to
demonstrate
based
on
what
the
city
of
Wow's
as
a
calculation
for
impervious
surface
the
extent
of
patio
here's,
what
I
would
recommend
to
devote
all
three
of
you,
gentlemen,
in
terms
of
solving
the
water
problem,
I
think
it's
a
real
issue,
I
think
the
owner,
who
has
not
moved
in
there
yet
was
aware
of
that.
If
you'll
give
me
your
names,
I
will
pass
them
along
and
I.
M
S
S
M
M
A
A
A
T
A
A
A
U
U
U
These
are
the
prevailing
sort
of
lines
of
the
we're
going
to
go
over
a
few
of
the
standards
of
how
we
analyze
it,
but
the
eastern
line
is
the
average
line
of
all
the
front
setbacks
run
along
anything
Western.
My
head
above,
is
the
line
that
runs
along
on
the
within
250
feet
over
these
little
outliers
and
be
well.
These
three
kind
of
I
feel
that
the
wall,
if
you
will
up
at
the
side,
runs
along
here,
which
is
probably
established
where
the
facade
of
our
building
was
established.
U
I
feel
these
are
the
outliers
these
of
the
garages
and
the
two-story
garage
and
living
until
Harry
structure
is
sort
of
an
anomaly.
It
was
the
personal
bill,
but
I
feel
that
their
key
is
push
forward
much
more
than
the
rest
of
the
context
of
the
of
the
site,
the
site.
What
we're
doing
is
the
word
as
of
right
has
come
up
and
what
we
were
meaning
by.
That
is
that
we
do
not
be
any
zoning
variation
for
the
property.
U
This
is
the
buildable
footprint
of
the
site
per
the
zoning,
we're
doing
a
5
foot
setback
on
the
market
without
the
building
stuff
back.
This
is
the
liner
notes,
stuff
that
in
deference
to
the
blower
garage,
that's
to
our
South
and
then
we
brought
the
building
back
in
with
it
work
there.
That
comes
through
here.
U
The
other
thing
that
there
was
a
comment
about
that
one
time
you
did
that
window
well
for
daylight
into
the
lower
levels.
We
do
not
have
any
kind
of
elves
that
are
approaching
and
sitting
into
the
side
guards
the
facade
I'll
show
you
in
a
future.
We
have
simplified
it
so
that
this
is
all
now
stucco.
U
In
deference
you
Elliott
from
predisposition,
you've
eliminated
all
the
whip
fighting
so
we're
going
to
essentially
stone.
We
have
a
natural
stone
that
runs
along
the
base.
We
have
taco
taco,
there's
a
stone
spine
that
runs
through
the
center
of
the
hub.
That's
what
this
is,
which
is
a
fireplace
chimney,
and
these
are
mechanical.
Flutes
that
stone
spine
does
show
up
in
your
workout.
We
then
have
stucco
that
completes
the
rest
of
it,
and
then
we
have
metal
flat,
bronze
windows.
Eliot,
you
have
the
air
materials.
U
So
this
is
the
this
is
actually
the
stone
it's
kind
of
a
natural
cleft
I
just
own.
This
will
be
the
stucco
coloring
here,
and
these
are
the
brown
plaid,
the
color
of
the
brown
clad
windows.
So
we
actually
went
from
the
for
materials
down
to
three
in
terms
of,
and
we
feel
that
again
we'll
get
into
that
with
your
standards,
but
we
felt
that
was
a
common
sort
of
palette
that
happens
so
the
height
of
the
building.
U
U
This
is
the
North,
precise
and
critical
to
this.
These
are
the
condenser
is
up
on
the
roof.
The
actual
generator
is
eight
feet
off
of
the
property
line,
and
the
condensers
are
11
feet
off
of
the
property
line.
They
are
hidden.
That's
whether
death
thought
it
in
here
you
do
not
see
the
from
anywhere
on
the
block
or
in
neighboring,
and
these
are
showing
up
on
the
north
side.
U
U
The
ideas
with
the
horizontal
windows
that
they
actually
stretch
to
the
side
as
much
as
we
can
because
we
are
in
a
very
narrow
line
with
the
with
the
50-foot
lot.
So
we
try
to
do
the
horizontality
to
utilize
that
into
our
to
our
advantage
and
you're,
also
seeing
on
here
the
sort
of
materials
of
the
stucco
stone
down
at
the
bottom.
But
this
is
actually
a
true
photo
of
how
this
will
feel
in
black.
U
This
is
up
from
the
other
direction.
This
element
here
that
steps
down
to
align
with
the
bridge
of
the
front
portion
of
this,
but
you
can
see
the
reason
that
that
is
where
our
design
lines
up
with
that.
You
can
see
the
stone
material
here
running
up
as
stunning,
and
you
see
the
stone
is
the
base
of
the
building.
We
do
have
a
from
patch
glass
garage
door
to
lighten
it
and.
U
The
house
is
actually
about
5,300
square
feet
without
the
garage
the
garage
is
up
on
the
front.
It
is
a
four-bedroom
house
for
a
brief,
was
the
39th
time
to
have
kids
bedroom
13
by
10,
a
fifth
bedroom.
There's
a
craft
room
up
here
in
the
front.
This
is
the
master
suite,
so
there's
a
master
bedroom,
bathroom
and
closet.
This
is
a
home
office
in
a
laundry.
This
is
the
first
floor.
What
we
are
doing
is
we
look
at
the
house
and
have
the
the
main
living
up
on
the
second
floor.
U
U
This
is
then
the
fourth
bedroom,
the
guest
room.
There
is
a
playroom
up
on
this
floor,
and
then
we
have
music
room
here
and
then
the
idea,
the
concept
is
that
this
is
a
big
loft
in
space,
if
you
will,
along
the
back
with
kitchen
family-room
serving
piece
and
then
dining
room
and
this
day,
and
it's
about
door
space
for
accusingly.
U
These
are
the
this
shows
you
that
that
we
put
set
back
to
the
the
generator,
and
then
these
are
the
compressors
of
the
leventy.
Here's
the
property
line
here
and,
as
I
mentioned
there,
some
into
the
structure.
This
is
the
fireplace
blues
from
the
family
room,
kitchen
area,
and
then
these
are
all
completely
centralized
reader.
U
This
is
just
a
comparison
that
it
actually
simplifies.
This
is
what
we
present
the
last
time.
This
is
with
signing
of
the
natural
I,
see
that
here
they
brought
the
building
down
slightly
in
terms
of
the
height,
and
then
this
is
it's
a
little
aggressive
on
how
your
site
is.
It's
very
smooth,
stucco,
that's
almost
like
a
plaster
finish,
and
then
this
shows
the
difference
here
that
again,
where
we
have
the
society
that
move.
This
is
now
one
material
same
thing
with
this
one
material,
so
it
is
still
in
the
center
Center.
T
V
Surprise
of
in
our
preparations,
an
opportunity
has
some
direct
conversation
with
staff
and
the
recommendation
that
you
spend
a
little
time
addressing
the
GP
standards.
So
the
first
slide
we
have
here
is
with
reference
to
tag
number
one
which
is
height.
We
will
point
out
the
average
height
of
the
structures
along
the
internet
court,
which
was
surveyed
the
years
ago
by
my
professional
answer.
Here,
the
average
height
along
that
record
is
33
feet
or
inches
our
structure
maxes
out
there
was
several
conversations
about
the
advertise.
V
This
deadline
shows
that
every
site
we
want
to
point
out
that,
due
to
the
history
of
the
development
of
this
of
this
block,
many
of
these
structures,
which
we
don't
consider,
distort
and
textual
predate
the
zone.
The
ordinance
and
the
preservation
room
is
therefore
it
would
not
be
possible
to
build
homes
of
this
height,
your
honor.
We
feel
that
the
transition,
as
we've
made
between
the
high
ridge
of
this
home
and
the
Mo's
home
to
the
houses
on
the
south
end,
is
a
they
modest.
V
V
V
V
V
Most
of
these
houses
were
plates,
some
form
of
it,
if
not
large,
amounts
of
a
large
amount
of
students,
so
on
this
house,
in
keeping
with
that
rhythm
longhouse,
the
use
of
large
panels
of
glass
that
seems
a
flying,
some
inanimate
comic
materials
and
comedy
uses
the
proportion
on
this
one.
If
you
look
at
the
look
at
the
proportion
of
these
these
besides,
these
are
large,
mostly
two
and
three-story
masses
facing
facing
the
street
wall.
V
This
friend
also
mentioned
we
have
intentionally
step
back
and
postulated
beside
of
this
house,
because
if
it
steps
down
in
height
in
steps
back
this
shorter
time
in
order
to
respond
to
what
is
over
the
course
of
time
happens
of
these
structures,
which
is
an
added
process
where
they
become
longer
shorter,
creeping
forward
of
that
average.
Then
that
way,
so
we
have
we
also
appropriated
use
of
the
horizontal
phantoms
blasted
for
buildings,
which
is
also
common
throughout
these
homes
along
in
camp.
V
If
you
look
at
the
proportion
of
most
of
these,
you
look
at
the
proportions.
Related
windows
are
lying
and
gangs
windows
on
the
predominant
houses,
the
garage
doors
and
does
you'll
see
that
these
things
are
often
used
to
create
holes
and
proportion
things.
Besides,
you
can
see
in
a
particularly
900
which
is
across
the
street
to
the
south,
the
large
tall
registered
whether
it
was
a
gang
of
properly.
V
W
V
I
say
utilize,
similar
to
our
potential
methods
to
define
a
precise
proportions,
particularly
the
use
of
modular
some
great
limestone.
We
have,
as
we
show
you
the
sample.
Let
me
go
the
seat
basement,
but
base
don't
work
on
this
house
would
maintain
the
beauty
of
the
lower
base
works
in
keeping
with
with
the
pedestrian
scales
it's
used
in
many
of
exhausts,
including
the
house
pd9
store,
which
is
all
painted
gray.
V
V
V
Also
I
wasn't
present
that
but
I'm
assuming
the
commanding
of
this
bottom
of
the
structure,
by
which
level
stone
began
using
large
panels
of
the
same
material
of
mark
strips
to
pass
the
house
across
the
street
using
large,
large
coursing
lathe
openings
for
the
fibers
you
can
see,
is
as
diagram
goodness
the
horizontality
and
they
use
a
blasted
by
these.
These
proportion
facade
is
not
an
uncommon
use
of
these
techniques
in
these
materials.
V
I
also
should
know
that
say
that
the
houses
that
we
records,
at
least
in
this
life,
call
exhibit
flat
roofs
any
strong,
horizontal
lines.
All
of
these
are
weekend.
We
historic
district,
many
of
them
listed
as
contributing
and
many
of
them
have
you
received
I
would
be
some
good-looking
sport
or
preservation
award
recognition
for
their
slightly
three
are
standard
Overstreet
portion
of
openings.
Again,
we
we
have.
We
have
survey,
teach
these
decides
to
to
highlight
the
proportions
blasted
opening-
and
this
again
this
is
a
modern.
V
This
structure,
in
keeping
with
innovative
contemporary
modern
design,
is
very,
very
glass,
rented
I
think
he
highlighted.
If
you
look
at
the
highlighted
sections,
these
are
houses
that
are
similar
in
proportion
of
glass
to
the
side
on
this
block
in
particular,
and
again,
we
context
of
the
rest
of
them
of
the
district
to
see
them,
as
you
might
imagine
any,
because
a
large
percentage
of
glass
to
solid
relations
in
front,
in
particular,
the
houses
across
the
street
900
house
house
across
the
street,
from
work
for
contemporary
contractors
across
the
large
central
house
across
the
street.
V
Is
the
halogen
high
percentages
of
glass
proportions
over
medicine?
We
feel
it.
Our
use
of
glass
and
large
openings
is
also
in
keeping
with
the
character
and
content
of
the
standards.
The
proportions
of
these
it
is
in
keeping
with
negative
visually
adjacent
properties
and
I
mean
clearly
in
keeping
with
the
aggregate
of
the
related
visual
properties
within
within
the
district
itself.
V
Or
the
rhythms
of
some
of
the
points
I
read
spoke
briefly
about
the
proportions
in
the
modulation
of
these.
Besides,
the
Jenna
diagrams
intergeneric
here
showed
the
section
of
the
house
as
it
relates
to
the
property
needs
to
ignore
again
the
zoning
set
back
that
the
ordinance
and
that
wall
of
continuity
has
been
established
as
this
line,
which
Falls
keeping
with
the
rest
of
the
structures
going
north
and
south
on
me
on
the
east
side,
the
street,
the
west
side
doesn't
have
any
outliers.
They
seem
to
be
all
that
marching
in
lockstep
along
inside.
V
As
you
can
see,
the
house
immediately
to
the
north
is
way
out
of
context.
It
is
the
anomaly
it
should
not
go
without
being
said
that
that
house
would
not
be
permitted
of
the
current
ordinances
on
today,
so
it
would
be.
It
should
be
considered
in
insisting
on.
In
addition,
therefore,
we
have
set.
We
have
set
aside
the
primary
incident
at
the
back
line
the
front
decide.
Is
it
X
forward
and
address
in
the
house
further
to
the
south
that
you
see
that
that
garage
structure
again
he's
being
sent
by
clients?
V
Okay,
which
furnace
standard
number
five,
the
rhythm
of
space
constructors
on
the
street
Freddie
mentioned
this
as
he
he
introduced
to
project
the
red
line.
The
red
dashed
line
is
the
average
set
act
of
the
entire
block,
which
we
certainly
had
had
every
intention
respect
that
you
can
see
that
the
front
porch
portion
engages
that
line
which
the
lowest
one
the
lowest
elevation
portion
the
lightly
hatched
area
is
the
open
porch
in
front
of
the
setback.
V
L
V
You
can
see
we
have
intentionally
pushed
this
house
of
faculty
performance
will
reset
back
an
average
of
the
entire
block,
recognizing
that
this
house
will
become
contextual
within
the
rest
of
that
block.
If
ever
in
the
future
of
this
house
works,
we
modify
her
food.
We
believe
that
that
back
setback
is
the
one
not
only
to
find
that
instructor
already
in
this
house
would
not
affect
that
setback.
U
V
Relatives,
probably
this
properties
related,
consists
of
wide
grand
structures.
This
project
proposes
to
use
materials
of
masking
masking
and
glazing
configuration
intended
to
bridge
the
variation
between
these
examples
of
modest
low
structures
himself,
maintain
the
design
say
or
be
able
to
even
Probie.
You
need
to
improve
instruction
to
this
site.
It
is
visually
related
and
district
relational
context
again
by
dividing
this
is
a
time
the
nine
contributing
lot,
and
there
is
more.
There
is
more
consideration
that
should
be
given
to
this
lot
that
just
immediately
visually
it
visually
adjacent
properties.
V
And
they're
slightly
recycling.
So,
as
you
see
here
this
house,
the
house,
the
massing
in
context
with
the
adjacent
houses,
continues
that
higher
roofline.
As
you
see
here,
the
larger
houses,
as
you
see
them,
would
happen
down.
The
block
maintain
a
visual
relationship
with
this
hydrogen
I.
Think
it's
clear
in
these
drawings
of
these
setbacks
and
the
transparency
of
this
house
take
away
a
lot
of
the
weight
concern
about
the
mass
proportion
of
this
of
this
house
is
an
imposing
presence.
V
Number
six:
the
rhythm
of
entrance
porches
and
projections:
it's
important!
Okay,
these
these
houses
predominantly
feature
modest
injuries,
blood
that
one
day,
a
lot
of
them
feature
ornate
ornate
work,
those
ornate
entrances.
This
house
in
particular,
has
I
look
at
they
survey
information
to
clarify,
but
this
is
a
large
flat
roof.
It's
a
two-story
to
an
a
story
structure
that
projects
forward
of
the
house;
data
done.
That
is
clearly
an
addition,
which
coordinates
the
front
entry
with
the
main,
with
a
major
commercial
entry
on
the
front.
V
This
house
obviously
has
a
must
front
door
in
the
corner
with
a
prominent
front
front
garage
door.
This
structure
again
the
projected
garage
they
at
the
front,
making
the
garage
door
front
feature
the
only
house
on
this
side
of
the
block,
which
features
a
formal
entry
identify
the
industry.
Is
the
house
to
be
next
door
in
our
in
our.
V
Development
we
have
created
the
t-shaped
modest
overhang,
which
creates
a
a
small
bit
of
brain
protection.
I
did
like
that
is
the
front
entry
to
the
door
at
the
rise
of
the
front
portion
he
keeping
with.
Arguably
what
that
interest
would
be,
arguably
what
that
interest
would
be
just
talking
well
back
with
three
car
garage
and
large
in
front.
V
These
houses,
these
houses
to
begin
again
or
not
they're,
not
particularly
they're,
not
particularly
grand
as
other
ones
over
north,
in
making
the
transition
between
these
granite
houses
and
these
more
modest
house
within
the
ends.
These
houses
feature
very
prominently
as
the
most
the
most
visible
piece
of
the
garage
garage
doors
as
you
walk
up
and
down
the
alley
of
the
down
the
street
and
low-slung
and
small
openings
on
the
sides.
V
They
are
house
the
transition
between
the
identify,
both
front
gretna
trees
and
eastern
and
the
proportions
the
rhythm
of
these
things,
the
predominant
rhythm
and
predominant
projection
on
these
structures.
Carl
turbines
we've
identified
the
garage.
Clearly,
the
set
back
up
here
allows
this
to
project
forward
very
slightly.
We've
done
it
for
couple
of
reasons,
but
intentionally
kept.
The
garage
pulled
back
a
little
bit
so
loud,
not
needed.
V
And
going
back
to
the
context,
the
larger
context
to
which
this
house
would
be
visually
rated
related
throughout
again,
the
board
meet
vertical
masses
with
the
garage
sort
of
things
and
the
predominant
alignments
of
these
vertical
vertical
facades
is
a
common
tool.
We
use
in
a
lot
of
the
development
of
some
existing
in
some
modified.
V
We're
sending
the
relationship
with
materials
texture
again,
we've
taken
time
to
to
type
the
proportions
with.
Besides,
if
you
notice
the
highlighted
our
structures
proportions
relative
to
openings
glass,
stone
that
are
that
are
within
that
are
within
a
reasonable
percentage
matching
what
we've
already
proposed,
showing
that
that
Atticus
houses
within
the
context
of
this
neighborhood
to
the
adjacent
project,
the
its
it
should
be
noted
that
the
lakeshore
serve
district
consists
of
a
very
wide
range
materials
in
report
at
the
smaller
scale
and
also
a
lot
of
agility
in
art
history.
V
Fine
stucco
is
done
on
every
block.
Most
every
house
inspection.
This
isn't
an
uncommon
material.
We
believe
we
have
adapted
it
and
used
it
in
a
contemporary
or
stylistically
appropriate
fashion.
For
a
house
of
this
style,
we
talked
about
the
adjacent
structures.
They
vary
greatly
in
style
and
style
north
to
south
and
across
to
the
west.
V
In
looking
at
the
proportions
of
stucco
lying
to
stone
within
a
short
walk,
you
would
find
every
one
of
these
materials
on
the
adjacent
houses
so
textually
and
in
terms
of
compatibility,
the
use
of
these
materials
is
very
much
in
keeping
with
what
this
neighborhood
is
is
accustomed
to
again.
You
notice
that
highlighted
the
highlighted
sections
have
now.
I
have
identified
the
structures
that
are
proportionally
relevant
to
the
development
of
this.
This
structure,
in
terms
of
lattice
all
exploit
materials.
V
Brooo
tapes
and
roof
mounted
equipment.
We
notice
on
this
slide.
We
break
out
the
structures
that
do
not
feature
necessarily
compatible
compatible
features,
which
we
know
that
the
additions
that
we've
structured
we've
noted
here
all
feature
prominently
flatter
additions
of
Latin
roots,
major
elements
that
make
up
the
competition.
The
to
attack
story.
Addition
on
the
front
of
this
house
is
a
large
flat
burden
structure.
V
The
problem
in
entry
courts,
one
of
the
only
ones
on
the
east
by
the
street-
features
a
flat
roof
structure
as
the
primary
primary
object
in
the
front
nine
hundred,
which
is
on
the
end
of,
is
a
quite.
A
beautiful
house
features
not
only
a
flat
roads,
solarium,
that's
all
glass,
but
also
enclosed,
sleeping
porch
that
was
enclosed
as
a
flattened
structure,
flat
fine
stone,
moving
down.
Clearly
the
house
across
the
street.
They
were
consent
very
house
in
the
late
60s
when
a
face
is
clearly
a
flat
low
structure.
V
V
So
our
our
contention
in
terms
of
reshapes
percent
equipment,
we
can
seal
all
the
roof
mounted
equipment,
it's
not
visible
from
any
direction,
and
there
is
already
a
precedent
for
prominent
or
prominent
volumetrically
roads
and
prominent
features
on
their
facades
mentality
that
that
prevent
or
encourage
the
use
of
placards
again
it's
mentioned
earlier
within
the
district.
There
are
several
notable
contributing
and
Vitus
body
award
winning
examples
of
successful
flat
rate
structures
within
the
context
of
expert
district
I
wanted.
V
We've
talked
about
this
many
times
in
our
design
for
a
conservation
standpoint.
The
lakes
were
to
go
to
these
short
district
is
clearly
the
most
diverse,
innovative
and
revolutionary
districts.
We
have
features
the
oldest
and
most
prominent
houses,
and
some
of
the
most
modern
and
contemporary
ones,
I
think
this
house,
the
proposed
house,
makes
use
of
a
lot
of
the
materials
that
are
traditional,
belong
to
this
neighborhood
and
this
community
and
in
this
district,
but
also
fits
in
very
well
with
what
we
see
clearly
isn't
a
successful
integration
of
these
stylistic.
V
Walls,
Conaty
we've
mentioned
this
several
times
that
this
visually
is
clearly
a
wall
of
continuity
along
the
societies.
The
houses
itself
are,
or
the
houses
to
the
Normans
right
are
tall
grand
structures
with
predominantly
flat
facades.
Well,
they
do
have
sloping
roofs,
the
major
volume
these
houses
are
completely
along.
This
line,
this
garage
extension
is
that
not
only
again,
we
thought
about
this.
A
moment
ago,
this
house
extends
far
forward
with
the
average
setback
is
and
beyond
beyond
the
point
that
this
absolutely
permitted
to
be
constructed.
V
The
current
zoning
ordinance
anyway,
these
structures,
the
shaded
sections
on
all
of
these
drawings
on
the
east
side,
indicate
below
the
low
objects
with
low
massing
elements.
These
are
those
garage
extensions
we
spoke
about
earlier,
and
the
darker
masses
represent
the
higher
cable
second
stories
and
rising
structures
which
says
adjacent
columns
again.
The
wall
continuity,
we
believe,
is
along
this
red
line.
V
Again,
we've
talked
about
the
heights
of
this
house
and
how
it
falls
within
the
average
we've
shown
the
massing
leading,
it's
called
the
open
air
space
that
would
indicate
the
scale
of
the
structure.
These
the
structures
and
here
are
built
lots
a
lot
lot
lines
a
lot
line
with
very
minimal
yeah.
It
should
be
noted
that
the
structures
up
here
many
of
these
many
of
these
houses
are
less
than
the
allowable
side
guard
setback.
So
these
work
very
narrow
gaps
between
the
houses
down
here.
V
V
If
you
see
we
have,
we
have
maintained
as
much
space
between
the
structures
here
here,
as
you
can,
if
I
might
to
say
than
the
this,
this
particular
house
was
recently
granted
a
certificate
ruble
or
a
ramp.
That's
built
right
up
to
that
and
five
foot
setback
as
it
is.
This
was
what
the
difference
with
the
fence.
V
The
directional
expression
that
decides
again
Fred
mentioned
that
we
we
try
to
do
a
couple
things
we
have
it:
narrowed,
live
and
based
on
the
scale
of
the
houses
here
and
the
maximum
height.
We
can't
build
a
tall
house
here
that
would
be
comparable
to
the
grander
structure
to
the
north.
So
we've
we've
chosen
instead
to
go
horizontal
horizontally
random
structure
with
the
bands
of
glass
and,
as
you
would
blue
diagrams,
you
see
that
completely
the
directional
expression
of
these
facades
turns
and
how
the
glazing
works
is
a
strong
horizontal
element.
V
The
yellow
indicates
the
vertical
the
vertical
elements
we
have
picked
up
on
that
by
exposing
spine
in
this
house.
The
house,
for
example,
900
down
here
as
as
very
tall
to
a
half
to
three
storey
gable
ends
facing
the
street
I
think
we
believe
that
the
job
to
the
verticality
in
this
work,
but
a
scale
a
lot
to
me,
Paul
Tara
house,
is
not
that's
where
so.
We've
we've
attempted
to
pick
up
on
the
horizontality
of
these
lazy
bands
throughout
see
them
also
across
the
street,
particularly
other
went
directly
across.
N
V
Obviously,
there
were
some
qualities
again.
This
is
a
non-contributing
dating
site,
so
the
standards,
the
standards
would
point
you
to
a
larger
context
than
just
immediately.
It's
obviously
an
activity
but
says
this
time:
Garrity's
construction,
that
we
innovative
design
I
think
there's
a
lot
of
discussion
about
what
that
means.
V
V
Obviously,
this
is
not
a
new
vision
and
new
construction.
Clearly,
the
owners
games
have
read
the
team
and
discussed
with
us
early
this
project
that
they
they
really
wanted.
A
concise
house
with
a
clear
statement
and
stylistic
vision.
So
the
team's
worked
hard
to
define
something
that
is
of
its
own
period
of
its
own
time.
V
V
A
A
P
Hi,
my
name
is
terry:
moran
saw
that
the
night
19
engineered
court,
which
is
directly
north
to
the
applicant
and
I've,
been
coming
here
for
two
and
a
half
years
now,
with
respect
to
this
application
and
at
the
very
start
depth
in
2016,
the
Commission
has
always
asked
for
a
model,
but
the
applicant
would
never
deliver
one.
So
I
thought
after
the
last
meeting
that
waters
globby
have
one
made,
so
we
went
ahead
based
off
the
deep,
the
application.
P
I
guess.
My
contextual
model
makers
put
this
together
with
a
3d
printer
and
they
put
this
whole
floor
plan
together,
and
it
gives
you
a
much
better
understanding
of
how
this
really
really
lends
up.
If
you
take
a
look
at
this
is
my
house
now.
This
is
a
landmark
house.
This
house
here
is
a
landmark
house.
So
this
the
applicants
house
is
flanked
by
a
landmark
top
and
a
landmark
house.
So
is
it
the
responsibility
of
this
commission
to
protect
the
landmark
homes?
P
And
if
so,
if
you
allow
this,
proportionately
speaking,
it's
going
to
render
this
home
in
this
home
as
teardown
der
tear
downs
are
really
unsaleable.
I
mean
take
a
look
at
the
mass
that
this
occupies
now
the
house
to
the
north
to
me,
which
everybody
says
how
did
that
ever
happen,
whoever
approved
that
is
here,
so
it
creates
this
whole
Canyon
effect
on
to
my
north
once
this
is
put
up,
it'll
create
a
greater
canyon,
so,
with
respect
to
this
home
with
the
application,
it
really.
P
P
In
addition,
it
just
totally
Dwarfs
the
house
to
the
south
of
it,
because
this
roof
line
here
is
only
20
60,
that's
the
maximum
and
then
that
stair
it
is
to
go
from
the
garage
at
the
back
of
the
house.
So
I
think
it's
like
around
18
feet
and
then
it
drops
down
to
another
18
feet.
So
essentially
that's
almost
double
what
this
is.
If
you
take
out
the
26
foot
part
part
part
of
the
house.
P
P
So
you
have
a
landmark
house
here,
a
landmark
house
here,
a
landmark
casa
process.
People
Empire
calls
over
here
so
I
pray
to
this
commission
that
they
will
consider
that,
when
making
the
evaluation
of
how
things
are
going
to
pan
out
there
because
of
this
Canyon
effect
here,
this
is
way
too
large.
We
put
that
into
the
packet,
so
it's
I
can
pull
it
up
on
your
screen
or.
P
W
A
A
P
A
lot
of
conversation
was
given
to
the
district
above
standards
within
the
district,
but
I
believe
from
what
I've
read
and
perhaps
I'm
wrong.
If
it
be,
the
guidelines
are
quote
the
properties
to
which
they're
visually
we
deleted.
That
means
immediately.
That
means
the
block.
It
doesn't
mean,
what's
two
blocks
down
or
a
half
a
block
north
or
three
blocks
west,
it
means
what's
what
right
here.
What's
visually
related?
Oh.
P
Then
this
is
a
shoe
market
just
spoke
to
that
they
couldn't
build
a
smaller
house
here.
Well,
let
me
tell
you:
there
was
a
little
Mediterranean
house
here
for
many
many
years
up
until
2006
when
they
tore
it
down
so,
and
it
said
very
nicely
on
this
slide.
Wasn't
it's
a
narrow,
that's
a
narrow
slot,
but
it
was
a
cute
little
Mediterranean
house
and
it
said
very.
A
P
T
P
L
P
O
Hi
David
Rappaport
1938
reporting,
the
entry
is,
and
here
we
don't
have
a
lot
to
end
others
and
several
statements
were
made
about
house
being
direct,
is
across
the
street
from
1917.
It
is
true
our
houses
to
how
system
or
silver
example
we're
I
don't
come
out
shows
this,
but
basically
are
you.
This
is,
and
this.
O
A
X
Yes,
hi
I'm,
Mary,
Ann,
McGrath
I
live
down
at
the
very
end
of
the
street
right
over
here.
I.
The
only
thing
I
really
want
to
add
are
a
couple
of
things.
One
is
that
I
thought
the
obviously
the
presentation
at
home
or
at
the
architecture,
school,
very
persuasive,
but
using
things
like
means
mean
highly
innate
septagon,
is
a
little
bit
skewed
and
biased,
because
the
reason
why
so
many
people
are
here
prevention,
your
court
tonight
is
because
of
9/11
and
so
9/11
use
the
fact
that
is
some
tall
and
is
so
big
an
insect.
X
W
X
X
H
R
W
W
While
there
are
a
number
of
complex
issues
to
be
addressed
regarding
preservation,
standards
which
I
trusted
expertise,
is
a
very
qualified
members
of
this
commission.
The
one
overwhelming
issue
is
the
relative
bulk
and
height
of
this
project
relative
to
playing,
in
landmark
progress
to
the
general
historic
nature
of
this
very
special
block
to
those
visually
related
properties.
W
While
I
appreciate
the
adjustments
to
the
chair
services
made
in
current
design,
I
feel
they
are
improvements.
They
are
the
first
steps
in
the
right
direction.
The
proposed
pot
boiling
is
divined
by
an
uncharacteristic,
inverted
floor
plan.
You
need
to
this
block
placing
bedrooms
on
the
first
floor.
It
mainly
spaces.
On
the
second
floor,
with
the
first
floor
at
5
feet,
0
H
was
above
grade
where
elevation
was
lower
and
a
second
floor
at
18
feet,
0
inches
per
grade.
W
This
is
a
13
foot,
Florida
Florida
mentioned
even
with
two
or
three
feet:
bookends
his
interstitial
space
for
structure
and
mechanical
those
results
in
our
ten-foot
ceilings
for
a
number
of
smaller
private
spaces
such
as
bedrooms
and
bathrooms,
I'm,
giving
the
room
size
the
show
our
disproportionately
high,
like
deep
wells
and
building
sections
have
not
been
provided
as
part
of
this
application,
but
I
feel
they
affected.
Well,
this
conflict
between
exterior
expression
and
interior
function
is
one
of
the
anomalies
even
to
be
overall
excessive
height.
These
spaces
were
stuck
in
floors
is
typical.
W
W
Additionally,
the
first
floor
is
elevated
at
five
feet:
zero
inches
above
grade,
which
is
I
believe
again
typical
for
this
neighborhood.
Well,
this
may
be
intended
to
enhance
lake
views
from
both
levels.
By
boosting
up
the
house
again
is
a
possible
source,
excessive
height.
Now
basic
plans
have
been
made
available
to
us,
but
windows
indicated
on
the
North
elevation
using
there
are
tight
spaces
in
the
basement.
W
So
you
assume
they're
occupied
spaces
in
the
basement,
and
if
this
is
the
case
at
least
one
form
of
emergency
egress
must
be
provided
with
more.
If
there's
more
than
one
that
can
harvest
level,
we
do
slices
indicated,
may
not
be
adequate
for
such
an
emergency
egress,
and
there
may
be
a
future
request
for
zoning
variance
for
island
and
relative
and
then
website
put
five-foot
setbacks.
It
spans
a
lot
line
to
a
lot
again
without
knowing
what
is
planned
with
the
basement.
This
is
another
opportunity,
true
to
the
overall
type
of
this
building.
W
It's
a
5-foot
height
above
great
is
excessive,
compare
visually
to
neighboring
property,
indeed,
the
location
of
the
second
floor
and
anything
to
me
about
greatest,
looking
to
dwell
upon
the
2.0
second
floor
and
we're
fighting
over
30
feet
again,
you've
got
finished
down
placed
at
least
10
feet,
possibly
more
from
the
second
floor,
and
canvas
is
a
possible
area
of
production.
As
the
second
floor
of
most
one
is
on
this
block.
Kept
lower
ceiling
is
often
contained
within
the
bottom
of
the
sloped
roof.
W
So
it
also
does
much
lower
overall
I
mean
I,
look
forward
to
seeing
in
your
house
note
on
this
block
and
I
welcome
innovative
design
in
general,
and
they
hope
that
will
be
possible
to
have
a
solution
and
I.
Thank
you
for
your
time
and
consideration
and
your
service
to
our
community
and
hoping
the
standards
we
all
agree
to
live
by.
A
W
S
S
S
R
Z
I'm
Doug
Gilbert
I'm,
a
preservation,
architect
and
consultant
based
in
Oakland
Park,
and
it's
just
a
very
brief
background.
I
was
hired
by
the
neighbors
and
a
number
of
the
neighbors
at
the
time
of
the
peel
that
occurred
in
July
to
review
the
appeal
documents
and
to
write
something
to
the
City
Council,
which
I
did.
L
Z
Is
not
relevant
here
about
what
is
relevant
is
as
part
of
that
process.
I
reviewed,
that
design
proposal,
that
I
think
and
your
review
comments
and
concerns
from
I
think
it
was
your
June
meeting
and
so
I
was
asked
by
my
clients
to
review
the
current
proposal
before
you
proceed
me
and
kind
of
compare
that
with
your
previous
review
and
the
changes
they've
made
to
see
if
there's
any
remaining
issues
and
to
kind
of
highlight
a
number
of
those.
Z
So
if
you
would
and
I'll
try
to
be
fairly
brief,
because
on
some
of
the
speakers
have
already
said
a
few
things,
but
I'll
go
down
through
several
of
the
standards
that
I
think
are
still
an
issue
based
on
your
previous
review
number
one
is
the
height
and
that
it
should
be
visually
compatible
with
the
properties
to
which
their
to
which
individually
related
and
has
been
noted.
The
issue
here
isn't
just
the
height
by
a
number
and
by
a
standard
of
an
average.
That's.
Z
Certain
value,
but
it's
also
the
context,
the
visual
context
that
the
standard
requires
you
to
look
at,
and
that
is
the
fact
that
almost
all
of
the
other
properties
on
this
block
have
sloped
roofs
and
so
the
height
taken
of
all
the
other
properties
are
going
to
be
based
on
a
roof
that
is
receding
away
from
the
front
elevation.
This
proposal
is
essentially
a
flat
roof
repair
of
it,
and
so
there's
a
different,
completely
different
path
massing
at
play
here
that
you
would
have
with
a
sloped
roof.
Z
Z
So
been
trade
by
number,
the
other
speakers
and
I
would
point
out
that
again
it's
it's.
The
the
other
houses
have
a
massing
height
to
a
certain
level
and
then
there's
a
sloped
roof,
and
so
again
this
having
more
of
a
flat
elevation
and
a
certain
height
I,
think
the
one
and
two
were
kind
of
somewhat
related.
So
I
don't
want
to
be
too
repetitive
on
that.
Z
The
issue
as
I
see
it
isn't
necessarily
the
window
openings,
and
this
is
a
contemporary
design.
So
they're
they're
plain
for
larger
openings
versus
a
punched
openings
that
you
can
see
more
typically
in
a
historic
house,
but
rather
the
subdivision
of
those
window.
Openings
they're
using
very
large,
essentially
plate
glass
window
types
with
sort
of
some
minor
divisions
of
the
top
and
sides,
but
you're
getting
very
large
expanses
of
class,
which
I
don't
see
in
any
of
the
examples
that
may
show
both
on-the-fly
throughout
the
district.
Z
N
Z
Z
Lastly,
really
I'd
like
to
address
a
standard
14
of
your
innovative
design,
standard
and
I'd
like
to
first
say
that
I'm
really
impressed
that
you
have
this.
A
lot
of
commissions
and
communities
do
not
and
I
actually
think
it's
a
wonderful
thing,
although
I
do
preservation,
architecture,
I,
love,
contemporary
architecture
and
I
think
that
it
is
appropriate
to
have
compatible
contemporary
architecture
in
an
historic
district.
But
the
key
there
is
and
is
in
effect
in
your
standard,
is
that
it
needs
to
be
compatible.
Z
Z
A
Statements
from
commissioners
describing
her
issues
specific
to
services,
and
that
is
going
to
be
a
preferred
answer
all
of
these
informations
as
part
of
this
process.
We
also
received
two
letters
dated
today.
The
first
is
from
a
dominant
virgin
birth
worship
group
from
907,
and
they
object
to
the
proposed
design
based
on
appropriateness,
context
and
scale.
A
similar
letter
was
received
from
Michael
Arrington
of
mine,
the
airport
also
dated
today
we
also
receive
from
the
applicants
a
series
of
letters
addressed
to
different
altar
and
the
City
Council.
A
A
A
A
P
R
F
P
P
V
To
make,
but
we
appreciate
the
terms
of
the
model,
it's
we
disagree
with
the
accuracy
of
the
bottle
of
the
renderings
they've
used.
It
creates
solid
masses
and
projections
of
non-existent
proposals.
So
I
think
that
would
ask
this
money.
Take
the
provision
of
these
things
by
the
neighbors
were
the
great
assault
they
head
of
the
review
prior
act.
You
see,
it
don't
match
the
model.
The
records.
P
W
U
We
felt
that
the
rendering
to
it
we
talked
to
some
of
the
board
and
some
staff
they
said,
show
us
the
rendering
how
it
really
feels
as
you're
walking
down
the
street.
So
that's
what
we've
produced
as
the
rendering
the
renderings
that
we
show
have
the
landscape
in
context
and
they're
they're
digitally
perfect.
That's
exactly
how
you
would
perceive
the
building
where
I
don't
see
it
again.
I
think
some
of
the
massing
that
is
shown
in
the
model
and
in
these
renderings
here
are
deceiving
the
Revit,
though
I.
AB
Mean
like
like,
if
I
look
at
these,
it
makes
me
wanna
vote
against
the
house,
because
it's
what's
the
complexities,
there's
no
windows
with
that
whole
door
side
is
covered
with
us
right.
So
it's
a
little
bit
like
it's
not
really
accurate,
but,
like
you
must
simplest
things
that
come
before
us
have
like
a
bottom
like
to
rebuilt.
That
model
tonight
for
his
night.
AB
U
AB
U
AB
Don't
think
that's
true,
because
I
walked
on
the
street.
All
the
time
and
I
know
that,
like
based
on
that,
if
I'm
walking
ignore
five
hegemon
on
the
east
side
of
the
street
I'm,
not
just
gonna,
see
this
little
this
this
makes
the
house
look
tiny
there
any
any.
Now,
not
it's
not
hanging
off.
So
that's
one
thing,
but
I,
don't
know
why
you
guys
a
little
model,
because
that
seems
a
good
thing.
So
much
support
for
all
of
us.
It's
a
super
cup
of
you
know.
U
But
like
this
structure
right
here,
this
is
what
I'm
saying
this.
This
does
hanging
out
right
here.
It's
an
open-air
structure.
It's
not
a
solid
mass
like
this.
Doesn't
this
right
here?
This
is
the
inverse
of
what
we
actually
have.
We
have
the
second-floor
steps
back
and
the
ground-floor
steps
forward.
So
that's
what
I'm
saying
about
the
accuracy
of
this
but
again
I
feel
that
what
we
have
shown
here
is
is
you
cannot
manipulate
the
depth
of
that
under.
AB
A
L

D
Your
assertion
of
facades
is
interesting
these
days.
If
you
look
at
some
of
those,
the
red
news
comes
up
way
around
all
the
way
up.
I'm
most
of
these,
it's
really
this
horizontal,
not
necessarily
that
everybody
outside
up
there,
like
that
areas
house
on
this
one
I'm,
not
sure
again,
because
this
room
some
of
these
ropes
recede.
You
could
argue
that
it's
really
this
rectangle,
this
rectangle
they're,
all
horizontal
rectangles
and
then
I.
D
U
D
D
D
But
I
would
have
said
it's
a
beast
three
buildings
that
were
really
talking
about
new
ones
being
plugged
in
between
these
other
two
and
that's
what
everybody's
been
I
think
we
can
earthbound
block
and
say,
look
at
that,
but
I
think
now
you're
starting
to
drift
away
into
context
and
I
am
hoping
textualist,
whether
I,
like
it
or
not.
So
I
think
it
becomes
very
important.
D
D
D
D
L
D
D
However,
perfect
is
about
streetwalker,
there's
a
lot
more
of
them
for
those
menacing
abuse
Romans
than
that
model,
and
it's
much
better
than
this
to
Vietnam
to
division
and
I
think
it
still
fails
if
anything,
on
the
basis
of
a
mess
of
this
building
and
I
have
to
admit.
Having
looked
at
these
drawings
today
and
that
model
for
whatever
and
those
who
are,
architects,
have
recast
the
simplicity
of
the
model.
It
really
makes
this
building
much
bigger
than
I
imagined.
I
I
AB
I
totally
want
to
work
for
this
after
you
guys
with
your
presentation
of
like
no,
this
makes
sense
right.
I
want
to
vote
for
it.
I
love
the
tactics
in
February,
I
love
the
fact
that
this
new
destruction
and
then
it's
like
different
I,
live
next
door
to
that
Larson
house
on
Michigan,
that's
like
a
white
box
I
actually
bought
my
house
with
a
vintage
stucco
1910
house,
with
in
fact
that
I
haven't
got
really
modern
thing.
Nexus
I
really
understand
what
could
be
like
for
the
original.
AB
AB
The
north
side
of
our
the
south
side
of
our
house,
our
neighbors,
have
no
windows
on
the
side,
so
I,
look
at
this
and
I
think.
That's
not
that
bad
I
mean
it's
sort
of
like
your
leisure
relating
to
your
neighbors
I
think
they
really
met
with
next
door
a
box
with
no
way
that
was
right.
He
was
crazy
but,
like
I,
have
to
agree
with
everybody
else
on
what
Holly
said.
AB
I
can't
believe
you
guys
more
Nancy
Wilson
didn't
build
my
model
for
like
a
5
million
dollar
house
I'm
kidding
and
like
the
massive
this
thing
down
is
the
base
model.
I
want
to
vote
for.
I
really
do
I
want
a
new
house.
There
I
want
to
watch
my
really
cool
like
my
dog,
but
it's
like
this
isn't
leaning
and
it
doesn't
fit
into
the
scale
of
that
line
and
I
know
it's
a
really
hard
lot,
because
it's
like
this
hallway
of
a
lot
and
I'm
what
you're
supposed
to
do.
AB
But
it's
like
it
really
does
blow
the
scale
of
the
block
and
that's
the
problem.
It's
like
I'm,
not
against
it
being
modern
or
contemporary,
or
you
know,
but
like
kind
of
raising
it
up
on
a
platform
and
doing
all
those
things
it's
just
like
eBay
and
that's
the
only
thing.
That's
really
shown
how
huge
it's
gonna
be,
and
maybe
it
shouldn't
be
this
huge
I,
don't
know.
Maybe
the
Taco
Bell
house
set
a
bad
precedent.
AB
I,
don't
know
how
that
got
built,
but
but
it's
like
you
know,
I
mean
it
does
seem
like
it's
really
York
irrelevant
to
the
design
it's
just
gonna
like
overwhelm,
but
once
it's
there,
it's
like
they're
forever.
You
know,
and
it's
not
like
a
good
there
forever.
It's
sort
of
like
all
these
picked
up,
warehouses
that
you
guys
showed
in
the
neighborhood.
It's
really
interesting,
my
neighbors
basically
covering
up
their
entire
force
out
of
their
house
to
the
garden,
because
it
looked
crazy
on
that
block.
AB
You
know
and
like
all
these
modern
house
in
the
neighborhood,
almost
all
of
them
have
done
something
to
sort
of
like
make.
The
facade
of
our
house
disappear
because
it
don't
fit
in
and
it
look
crazy,
so
I
sort
of
really
hey,
I
sort
of
feel
like
I,
mean
all
of
those
samples
that
you
showed
on
that
one
page
they're
all
kind
of
like
over
vegetated.
So
you
don't
really
like,
feel
the
severity
of
them
so
I
want
this
done.

He
had
a
gable
roof
tilting
back
two
years
ago,
I
exhausted
I,
don't
know
where
to
go.
We
were
told
it
two
years
ago
that
it
was
not
a
complete
building.
It
was
a
hybrid
with
a
gable
on
the
front
end
glass
on
the
back,
which
was
at
that
time
he
discussed
now.
It
should
be
on
South
the
purview
of
the
board
to
talk
about
the
back,
but
I
hear
your
comments,
I
think
and.

To
what
would
constitute
the
height
I
think
Elliott
is
22
gutter
line
on
the
northern
house.
I
think
there's
a
lot,
there's,
certainly
a
lot
to
unpack
there.
We've
discussed
the
client
in
preparation
was
being
the
ability
to
lower
that
house.
It's
not
going
to
come
down
five
feet.
It
may
be
a
foot
so
I
think
going
up.
We
need
to
understand
whether
or
not
that's
even.
AA
A
Not
great
break
the
gallantry
that
that
would
be
fun
and
think
the
issue
I
think
it's
actually
what
we're
talking
about.
It's
the
regular.

Her
suggestion
on
started
lower
and
work
your
way
up.
Maybe
that
would
help
the
mass
of
the
structure,
which
also
and
I
think
right
now
it
becomes
the
rhythm
it
changes.
The
rhythm
of
the
whole
thing,
I
think
now
that
whole
mass
is
where
it
comes
about
I,
think
somewhere
in
this
martyrs,
regardless.

I,
wouldn't
furnish
my
standards
when
you,
when
you
are
occupying
a
public
way.
You
see
both
sides
of
that
Street.
You
see
into
end
of
that
streets.
The
argument
that
a
house
may
not
be
directly
across
maybe
caddy
corner.
We
may
not
be
related
visually
to
the
adjacent
house
because
it
ain't
nice
in
a
bottle.
This
way,
I
think
there's
fighting
us
to
continue
to
look
at
this
in
terms
of
the
overall
height
that
there
are
larger
houses.

Was
a
relative
to
one
one
comment
that
was
made
in
terms
of
support
versus
opposition
to
this
project,
the
eighty
signers
letter
writers
and
pro
to
review
this
project
with
us
when
it
went
to
the

to
these
City

before
our

in
racial
districting.
