Alright
I'll
speak
about
actually
administrative
in
public
works
in
a
way
because
tonight
the
rules
committees
appointing
new
alderman
went,
but
it's
just
not
in
regards
to
you
in
particular,
but
in
regards
to
those
on
the
administrative
and
Public
Works
Committee
I
feel
too
many
alderman
sitting
on
that
committee
are
not
doing
their
jobs,
questioning
how
the
city
runs.
These
projects
and
I
think
it's
important.
If
we're
pointing
somebody,
the
committee
or
anybody's
on
that
committee
needs
to
figure
out.
The
city
needs
to
bring
complete
projects
to
the
committee.
B
The
strategy
here
with
the
city
is
to
bring
in
partial
projects
in
complete
projects
and
keep
on
jacking
up
the
fees,
and
basically,
we
basically
bring
in
complete
scopes
of
work.
So
these
numbers
are
never
real.
They
start
out
at
a
few
hundred
thousand
dollars
or
fifty
thousand
dollars
and
they
escalate
beyond
that
many
times
and
what
that
amounts
to
its
incomplete
work.
It's
a
strategy,
I
think
of
the
city
staff.
To
do
this.
It's
basically
bringing
complete
stuff
so
keeps
getting
approved.
B
Once
an
alderman
said
at
a
meeting,
we
already
spent
a
hundred
thousand
on
this.
Let's
keep
spending
because
we've
already
wasted
the
money
essentially-
and
this
is
what
goes
on
here
so
much
and
unfortunately,
I
think
some
of
you
have
a
bigger
responsibility
to
demand
complete
work
out
of
your
employees.
Thank
you.
Thank
you.
All.
A
A
All
right,
all
those
in
favor,
please
say
aye
aye,
any
opposed.
Wait,
not
even
me.
