On
for
there,
his
honor
here,
yeah
right
here,
hi
honor,
I'm
in
chambers-
oh,
oh,
I
okay!
I
wasn't
sure
if
you
would
we're
gonna
go
well.
You
know
I
just
I
got
a
lot
of
the
garage
is
done
and
now
I've
got
the
front
bedroom.
It's
98
percent
done.
So
I
thought
you
know.
I'm
gonna
get
out
of
the
house
for
a
while.
D
E
Okay,
let's
we'll
give
roland
another
minute.

The
city
council
also
approved
resolutions
2020
2209
and
210,
which
approved
an
mou
with
the
county
of
san
benito.
For
the
acceptance
of
the
cares
act,
funding
for
a
parklet
program
to
assist
the
downtown
restaurants
and
businesses
during
cobia
19
and
approve
the
partner
program.
B
In
order
to
begin
those
projects,
san
bernardino
street
needs
to
be
slurry,
sealed
and
re-striped
from
4th
street
to
hawkins.
The
project
is
time
sensitive
due
to
the
funding
associated
with
the
cares
act
for
parklets
in
the
downtown
area.
It's
crucial
that
the
slurry
and
restripe
be
completed
in
order
to
begin
the
construction
of
the
parklets,
so
staff
received
a
proposal
from
a
company
american
asphalt,
repair
and
resurfacing
to
perform
the
work.
B
We
have
a
schedule,
a
tentative
schedule,
which
is
monday
october
26th,
to
remove
striping
tuesday
october
27th
to
do
a
slurry
seal
wednesday
through
friday,
which
is
october
28th
through
the
30th.
They
will
cat
track,
which
is
the
temporary
striping
layout
that
gives
us
time
to
do
that
and
approve
that
layout
and
then
on
monday
november,
2nd
and
possibly
a
little
bit
into
november
3rd.
B
Maybe
they
will
complete
the
restriping
but
they're
going
to
make
every
attempt
to
finish
that
on
monday,
so
staff
recommends
city
council
approved
the
sole
source
contract
with
american
asphalt
for
this
slurry
and
race.
Stripe
of
san
benito
from
fourth
street
to
hawkins
as
part
of
the
san
benito
street
traffic
calming
and
beautification
project
have
any
questions.
D
F
I'm
just
wondering
about
the
slurry:
is
that
the
one
that
you
guys
did
last
time
or
was
that
the
chip
and
still
what's
the
difference.
B
Oh,
no,
the
other
project
was
a
chip
seal
project.
This
is
a
slurry.
This
is
a
completely
different
product.
It'll,
be
a
very
smooth
finish.
