B
D
Mayor
in
City,
Council
gill
net
to
district
4
on
table
in
the
pills
now
we've
been
having
many
obligations
paid
through
the
successor
agency
and
it
hasn't
been
posted
anywhere
and
I'm
trying
to
keep
up.
You
know
the
debt
service
and
amount
of
money
we
paid
and
how
much
we
got
left
and
because
earlier
I
stated
that
the
outstanding
debt
was
1.2
billion
dollars
and
I
think
at
the
time
I
think
it
was
a
little
misunderstanding
where
they
saying
we
could
not
be
in
that
much
debt.
D
But
in
fact
we
are,
and
I've
noted
with
interest
that
we
have
been
able
to
pay
it
off.
So
it
is
decreasing,
and
we
at
this
time,
I'm
concerned
about
the
financial
condition
of
the
city
and
how
long
we'd
be
able
to
survive,
because
there
is
a
trailer
bill.
S
1484
and
I
wanted
to
make
sure
this
console
as
a
way
of
it.
I've
been
reading.
It
is
40
pages.
D
You
know
whether
to
know
if
any
of
the
council
members
need
a
copy
of
it,
they
furnish
them
a
copy
of
it,
so
they
can
respond
in
kind.
When
questions
asked
of
this
console
now,
it
is
a
trailer
bill
that
more
or
less
makes
the
city
that
very,
very
disadvantaged
and
when
I'm
telling
you
it's
happened
to
Cerritos
and
you
might
want
to
keep
up
and
see
what
happens
to
them
in
the
tune
of
170
million
dollars,
and
it's
very
restrictive
in
terms
of
mourning
their
money.
Now.
D
We
are
not
allowed
to
ask
question
because
he
gives
his
report
and
then
he
has
the
console
question
and
the
consequent
didn't
question,
and
everybody
has
no
questions
so
I'm
saying
something
not
necessarily
wrong,
but
we
need
to
change
the
method
in
which
we
are
communicating
with
the
residence
and
I'm
terribly
concerned,
because
1.2
billion
dollars
is
a
lot
money
and
we
do
january
31st
approximately
16
million
dollars
that
correctness
the
field
or
you
can't
answer.
Okay,
but
I.
Have
it
right
here,
whereas
posted
from
from
you,
okay.
D
But
this
is
the
question
my
hair,
you
can't
answer
these
things.
It's
on
a
computer
and
so
on.
The
Internet
has
posted
from
the
city
I'm
not
devolved
in
any
information-
that's
not
there,
but
it
should
be
discussed
now.
Jenny,
where
31st
from
will
know
moderate
income
housing
front,
we
do
to
pay
about
16.5
million
dollars.
This
is
relevant.
Thank
you.
Next.
D
F
My
name
is
Willie
AG
and
I
live
in
the
beautiful
city
of
Inglewood,
the
best
Council
and
staff
in
the
country.
I
have
confidence
in
you
because
I
see
the
progress
in
this
city.
I
stand
here
to
the
to
support
in
support
of
consent.
Calendar
number
two
three
and
four,
and
thank
you
very
much
and
keep
up
the
good
work.
We're
back.
G
Good
afternoon,
council
members
I
first
of
all
want
to
acknowledge
that
this
is
an
afternoon
meeting,
as
was
last
week's
wow.
How
did
that
happen,
but
I
obviously
don't
drink
a
lot
of
kool-aid
so
I'm,
not
quite
as
supportive.
If
I
look
at
csa
to
which
is
the
successor
agency,
I
am
really
kind
of
miffed
why,
on
one
day
you
choose
hmmm
to
approve
the
minutes
for
march
19th.
Let's
see
this
is
November.
May
second
yep,
it's
still
november
May,
seventh
yeah
we're
in
November
may
21st
doggone,
it's
still
november
june
eighteenth.
G
Theoretically,
you
think
I
should
say
something
the
city
clerk,
but
you
know
what
I
hold
you
responsible,
because
you
guys
are
the
agency
you're
responsible
to
tell
us
what
is
going
on
now.
I
got
here
late,
so
I
have
no
idea
what
it
was
that
mr.
Fisher
was
talking
about.
However,
I
would
venture
to
say,
because
I've
looked
at
the
agenda
myself,
that
there
are
several
things
on
here
that
are
of
major
concern,
teach
and
every
one
of
us
that
we
have
a
right
to
know,
and,
oh,
my
goodness,
mr.
G
Saunders
just
left
the
room,
I
guess
what
I
was
going
to
call
to
his
attention.
But
then
again
he
works
for
you,
so
I'm
going
to
let
you
know
right
now.
The
reporting
out
of
closed
session
should
be
done
with
not
just
a
discussion
or
at
a
settlement,
but
we
have
the
obligation
to
know
what
it
was.
You
did.
You
see
I
happen
to
have
encountered
a
nice
little
flyer.
G
That
means
at
least
three
of
you
voted
to
sell
our
community
either
you're
telling
us
the
truth
or
he's
telling
us
the
truth.
But
I
don't
hear
anything
from
our
attorney
about
who
owns
those
parcels
that
you
voted
to
do
something
with,
and
we
do
have
that
right.
How
many
parcels
was
that
anything
was
17.
Wasn't
it.
My
thing
was
17
of
our
downtown
Englewood
parcels
that
someone
else
wants
us
to
believe
are
now
his
and
the
only
way
they
could
be
his
is.
If
you
sold
our
community.
H
H
H
C
K
E
C
H
Si
si
tu,
we
want
to
amend
and
we've
given
copies
to
the
council
and
it's
been
posted
online
and
copies
have
been
made
available
for
the
public
on
March
19th
that
was
amended
and
on
May.
Second,
it
says:
2103
I'm
surprised
mr.
brenell
didn't
catch
it
and
it's
actually
2013.
Thank
you
very
much
and
on
that
one,
its
approval
of
the
minutes
for
the
meeting
held
March
19
may
second
may
7th
the
21st
jun,
18
and
jun
25th
2013.

N
M
Good
afternoon
mayor
members
of
the
council,
there
was
a
closed
session
held
as
two
CS
1
closed
session
confidential
conference
with
labor
negotiators
under
government
code,
section,
5,
49,
57.6,
subsection,

employees,

Management,

for
the
city,
rd
feel,
city
manager
and
Jack,
Hoffman,
chief
negotiator,
human
resources
and
labor
relations.
Consultant
discussions
were
held.
However,
no
final
action
was
taken.
M
I
H
You
mayor
I
just
wanted
to
share
with
you
that
last
week,
I
think
it
was.
Last
week
my
deputy
and
I
had
attended
a
new
laws,
election
laws
from
our
city,
the
Martin
and
Chapman,
who
conducts
our
elections,
and
so
I
just
wanted
to
report
out
a
little
every
year
our
legislature
changes
laws,
and
so
we
have
a
few
of
them
that
were
changed
as
they
pertain
to
the
city
of
Inglewood
and
we
talked
about
the
changes
of
certifying
election.
H
Usually
we
get
two
weeks,
but
if
the
county,
if
we're
consolidating
with
the
county
it's
28
days,
so
that's
now
law
how
we
circulate
our
nomination
papers,
there's
more
that
I'll
go
into
because
this
gets
a
little
bit
intense.
So
if
you
want
me
to
come
back
and
talk
about
a
little
more
I
can
there
was
some
fppc
rules
that
were
changed.
They
had
some
different
regulations
on
that
also
student
participation.
H
They
have
interaction
with
them
in
terms
of
the
city's
buying
their
supplies
or
just
handling
their
daily
business.
Asking
questions,
election
questions,
but
65
cities
in
Northern,
California
and
Southern
California
actually
conduct
their
elections
through
Martin
and
Chapman.
The
other
thing
I
would
like
to
mention,
though,
since
we
won't
be
here
next
week
and
we
will
be
bringing
back
the
minutes
that
were
not
approved,
it's
going
to
be
December,
third,
and
so
we're
going
to
be
asking
for
may
and
june.
H
C
N
You
mayor
and
welcome
and
excuse
me
thank
you
and
I
would
like
to
introduce
the
young
ladies
of
the
National
Honor
Society
this
past
year
we
chartered
the
first
Honor
Society
of
Inglewood
high
school.
These
ladies
represent
GPAs
of
3.5
or
better.
Our
goal
is
to
learn
about
how
business
is
done
here
at
the
city.
These
young
women
are
very
motivated.
We
have
lots
of
plans.
N
L
N
J
N
C
H
Dodson
Padilla
on.
H
O
O
So
I
don't
know
like
they
just
went
into
a
different
room
and
when
I
would
ask
for
medical
condition,
they
told
me
I
didn't
need
any
medical
that
they
knew,
that
I
filed
complaints
against
members
of
the
shift,
a
permit
and
another
division,
and
they
told
me
how
they
need
medical.
The
sergeant
walked
by
a
couple
of
times,
told
me
he's
busy.
He
didn't
have
to
contact
anybody.
Are
they
not
sport?
Lieutenant
they
told
me
lieutenant
are
busy
so
hours
later.
O
O
The
arresting
officer
was
officer,
green
lieutenant
Reed
came
from
the
back
and
said
I'm
gonna
call
a
clinic
who
we
usually
go
to
and
I'm
going
to
have
him
to
put
ok
to
book,
because
if
you
take
him
to
the
hospital
county
hospital
or
another
place,
it's
going
to
take
you
a
long
time.
You
won't
be
able
to
end
your
shift
early,
so
he
had
a
person
he
contacted
this
doctor
and
they
spoke
on
the
telephone.
One
like
and
I
told
her
when
they
came
back
to
myself.
Please
don't
remove
me.
O
I
might
have
a
back
condition
and
they
three
officers
came
told
me.
If
I
didn't
walk,
they
were
gonna.
Man
handed
me,
so
they
put
three
officers
came
in.
They
put
their
arms
crazy
places.
Forced
me
into
the
vehicle
outside
of
the
police
station,
which
I
asked
him
not
to
bother
me
when
there's
a
911
that'd
be
called
to
a
paramedic
can
be
called
Kaiser
hospice
across
the
street.
There
other
means
that
that
I
should
have
had
treatment.
So
then
they
forced
me
into
a
vehicle
and
drove
me
to
this
clinic.
When
I
get
there.
O
The
doctor
only
asked
me
two
questions
and
handsome
a
letter
or
note
that's
already
typed
up
and
bring
up
ready
to
okay
to
book
and
I'm
being
now
ree
forced
back
into
a
vehicle.
Dr.
never
gave
me
any
aspirant,
but
I
understand
you
have
nothing
to
the
doctor,
but
the
point
is
I
was
then
forced
again
into
a
vehicle.
After
I
had
already
explained.
O
I
need
emergency
medical,
so
at
that
point
someone
again
should
have
contacted
911
for
ambulance
because
wherever
they
took
me,
it's
not
working
so
they
mentioned
they
want
to
get
off
their
ship
early
and
they
took
me
to
LA
County
when
I
got
there,
they
told
me
that
you
should
have
requested
medical
assistance
there,
because
here
it's
a
weighting
system.
If
it
was
an
emergency
form,
you
should
request
it
with
that
agency.
O
Aside
from
that
x-ray
from
2007
the
shells
I
have
disability,
my
back
I
also
went
to
the
center
now
the
hospital,
because
up,
maybe
you
thought
your
own
City
has
more
medicine
of
the
people
and
upon
getting
out
same
diagnose
so
being
denied
medical
and
coming
back
and
getting
out
of
questions
because
we'd,
who
seemed
to
do
a
lot
of
food
ordering
thing
assisting
the
public
in
the
opposite.
He
told
me
nothing's
going
to
happen
to
him
or
his
officers
because
they
are
the
angular
police
department.
O
Officer
green,
told
me,
nothing's
going
to
happen
to
him
there
at
the
PD
here
and
I
just
wanted
to
bring
this
to
the
attention
of
council
members
and
when
I
came
to
the
office
with
the
mayor
he
was
busy
see.
The
attorney's
office
told
me
that
there
was
nothing
the
City
Attorney's
Office
is
interested
in
about
this
matter,
because
he
only
protects
the
police
officers.
O
So
having
known
that,
I
just
want
to
put
the
city
on
record
I'll
just
be
looking
for
other
means
and
measures
to
bring
my
matters
to
light
because
I
didn't
know
it
was
a
non-issue
to
the
city
attorney
office.
I
thought
he
was
supposed
to
represent
the
people
in
a
non-biased
fashion
and
I
thought
he
was
supposed
to
prosecute
accordingly,
so
I
didn't
know,
he
only
protects
them
when
he,
your
officers,
are
not
in
accordance
with
the
laws.
O
So
that's
why
I
came
today,
not
so
much
for
so
much
more
responses,
because
I
came
to
sort
of
opposites
and
I
keeping
till
there's
no
one
around,
but
on
camera
days
everyone's
here.
So
my
matter
upcoming
today
is
to
put
the
matter
unnoticed
or
no
one
can't
say
they
did
not
know
of
this
concerning,
hopefully
other
people
of
my
description
of
Trayvon
Martin
or
any
people
that
have
to
deal
with
matters
like
this.
O
C
O
B
Know
I
do
want
to
address
this
council
in
the
best
of
who
remember
the
city
and
I.
I
would
begin
by
saying
that
this
young
man,
who
was
just
here
had
been
given
more
than
ample
opportunity
to
express
himself
and
I,
would
ask
that
you
would
consider
these
residents
who
live
here
for
some
of
those
many
years
the
same
respect.
B
I
told
you
here
last
week:
I
believe
that
I
thought
that,
with
regard
to
the
first
District
Council,
meaning
that
they
had
there
at
the
church
number
one
I
didn't
think
that
necessarily
had
to
be
at
the
church.
At
all.
We
have
our
own
public
offices
where
those
things
can
happen,
but
at
the
same
time,
people
were
not
given
the
opportunity
to
have
questions
answered.
B
It
was
said
this
afternoon
even
that
you
people
don't
hear,
and
you
don't
answer
questions
that
are
asked
of
you,
so
you
need
to
begin
to
take
that
into
your
ears
and
to
hear
them,
because
it's
my
knowledge
that
people
in
the
first
District
in
particular
are
very
concerned
about
not
being
heard
by
their
counsel
for
Sofia.
So
you
know,
I
I
would
ask
that
of
you.
B
I
applaud
these
young
people
here
for
their
educational
awareness
and
the
good
things
that
they're
doing
and
they're
going
to
go
forward
and
do
very
well
in
their
lives,
but
I
I
implore
you
that
stay
involved
and
hear,
listen
and
know
you're
voting
for
when
it
comes
to
the
politicians
that
you
were
involved
with
I've
asked
you
on
many
occasions
to
consider
working
with
LA
metro,
YMCA
and
bringing
a
YMCA
into
the
city.
It
was
here
for
any
odd
years.
You
know
I
keep
bringing
this
to
you.
B
D
Yo
Matthew
district
for
mayor
and
city
council
to
the
students
I
welcome
them
because
you
are
the
future
of
Inglewood
and
if
enger
was
going
to
change
and
survive,
it's
going
to
be
you
doing
it.
We're
not
going
to
be,
though
it's
on
you.
So
take
it
serious.
What
you
see
now
and
also
we
do
have
an
excellent
council
and
they
are
available
to
you.
D
However,
when
our
night
for
this
concert
to
do
is
we
consider
the
time
of
the
meeting,
because
it's
very
confusing
to
the
residents
and
students
and
be
sure
to
tell
your
parents,
you
want
a
council
meeting
in
that
they
should
come.
Then
you
insist
that
they
attend,
because
we
doing
everything
to
keep
the
school's
out
of
receivership
and
we
working
hard
to
do
that.
It's
the
adults
that
are
responsible,
not
you!
D
What
we're
going
to
do
everything
we
can
to
make
sure
you
get
the
best
education
provided
in
the
state
of
California
as
it
once
was,
and
are
back
to
the
financial
condition.
I've
asked
to
put
the
property
tax
and
transfer
tax
back
on
the
agenda.
If
you
want
to
increase
the
revenue,
nothing's
been
done
and
you
see
you
got
to
be
proactive.
If
you
want
revenue
to
for
the
city
to
come
in,
it's
not
going
to
come
from
heaven,
it's
not
going
to
come
from
the
state.
D
You
have
to
be
proactive,
and
now
again
we
have
a
fourth
quarter
budget
review.
That's
never
presented
I've
astronaut,
we
December
31st.
We
at
the
end
of
the
first
quarter
for
1314.
Let's
do
an
analysis
also.
We
have
tax
allocation
bonds,
20
million
dollars
sitting
on
the
table,
you're
going
to
need
a
plan
B
in
to
the
console.
D
You
guys
been
very
mom
on
the
financial
condition,
the
city
and
my
consummate
of
their
surprise
of
you,
because
as
much
as
you
talk
and
you
won't
talk
to
walk
when
it
comes
to
financing
and
I
have
a
copy
of
it.
If
you
want
to
make
a
copy
that
he
approves
or
their
pc
farm
I
just
need
it
back
if
they
want
it.
So
if
you
get
to
know
anything
about
1484
talk,
this
tom
don't
be
mum
just
Tom
and
mr.
D
C
P
P
There's
two
kinds
of
red
light:
camera
tickets:
there
was
the
one
on
your
right,
which
is
a
real
red
light
camera
ticket
and
that's
what
they
look
like.
The
four
pictures
are
in
a
column
and
then
there's
the
one
on
on
your
left,
which
in
many
cities
is
about
half
of
what
sent
out
and
that's
called
a
snitch
ticket.
P
P
I
would
like
to
ask
you
if
you
do
continue
the
program
to
put
that
heading
up
there
in
Spanish,
also
and
any
other
language
that
you
choose
whatever
the
main
languages
are
of
the
community
when,
when
it
comes
time
to
decide
whether
to
continue
this
program,
I
hope
that
you
will
make
a
very
informed
decision,
many
communities,
don't
they
just
kind
of
get
a
two-page
police
report
or
staff
report
from
the
police
department.
Bang
boom.
P
You
got
another
five
years
of
red
light
cameras,
the
one
of
the
things
that
I'd
like
to
see
in
a
staff
report
and
I
think
you
would
like
to
see
also
is
something
dealing
with
this,
namely
the
LA
times
has
reported
in
two
articles
that
the
tickets
are
ignoring
they're,
telling
the
whole
county
that
the
tickets
in
the
whole
county
are
ignore.
Both
at
you
don't
have
to
respond
to
them.
I
think
you
probably
want
to
know
how
that's
going
to
affect
the
financial
viability
of
the
program.
P
Will
that
run
it
into
the
hole
or
what
there's
there's
also
the
basic
safety
question?
If,
if
you
ask
your
staff
to
give
you
the
monthly
results
of
how
many
tickets
have
been
issued,
and
you
look
back
five
or
six
years,
you'll
see
that
the
number
of
tickets
each
month
has
not
gone
down
and
supposedly
the
idea,
the
red
light
cameras
is
to
get
the
number
of
tickets
to
go
down.
I
mean
because
that's
it
represents
somebody
who's
running
through
a
light
and
being
dangerous.
P
So
that
should
be
in
the
staff
report
and
then
there's
also
a
report
that
I've
asked
your
Police
Department
for
and
which
they
they
say
they
can't
produce.
But
every
other
city
that
works
with
Redflex.
Has
this
report?
Culver
city
has
a
hawthorn
hazard,
gardena
used
to
have
it
when
they
had
a
program.
This
is
this:
is
a
table
or
gardening
a
bar
chart
that
they
can
do
for
each
lane
that's
enforced
each
month,
and
it
basically
shows
how
many
people
ran
through
the
light.
P
One
tenth
of
a
second
late
up
to
two
holman
two
whole
seconds
late.
It
breaks
it
down.
Every
tenth
of
a
second
and
the
height
of
the
bar
chart
of
the
bar
represents
how
many
people
ran
through
3pm
third
time,
I'll
finish
up
real,
quick.
The
importance
of
that
is
that
if
you
can
get
this
little
bar
here,
which
represents
people
running
through
two
seconds
or
more
late,
you
really
make
it
a
lot
safer
and
you
need
to
pay
attention
to
that.
If
that's
not
going
down
and
your
system
as
a
fail.
G
G
So
what
I
would
ask
this
community
in
the
future?
Is
why
on
earth
do
we
believe
our
community
is
so
much
harder
to
run
than
any
other
community?
We
are
not
Los
Angeles.
We
do
not
have
millions
of
residents,
we
only
have
about
120,000.
A
lot
of
that
is,
you
know,
tumbleweed
feels.
But
now
I
gotta
tell
you.
When
I
went
over
to
set
no
park
the
other
day
and
I
saw
that
flurry
of
dust.
G
I
gotta
change
the
song,
because
the
tumbleweed
feels
now
are
not
only
at
century
and
prairie,
but
we
have
the
best
desk
cloud
available
on
what
we
call
our
soccer
fields,
and
it
was
so
sad
because,
as
I
asked
one
of
the
gentlemen
there
kenna
do
you
guys
get
to
play
anywhere
else.
He
said,
oh
yeah,
would
you
like
to
see
pictures
because
I
took
pictures
of
the
dust
clouds
you'll
see
them
on
the
internet
soon
everywhere
else,
it's
beautiful,
green
grass.
F
My
name
is
really
a
G
and
I
live
in
the
beautiful
city
of
Inglewood
and
I
want
to
welcome
the
beautiful
kids
here
from
Inwood
high
school
I.
Just
want
to
explain
to
you.
Had
these
people
get
up
where
they
are,
they
go
out
in
the
campaign
and
they
make
promises
some
of
them.
They
feel
out
some
of
them.
They
don't,
and
then
you
have
nae
sales
becoming
a
year
after
year
after
year
they
run
for
office,
but
they
never
get
elected.
They
might
get
15
to
20
votes.
F
F
If
and
when
the
young,
lady
and
the
Senators
is
the
backup
system
and
I
want
to
tell
you
all,
this
is
very
serious.
We
have
representative
people
here
sitting
on
this
dies
today,
regardless
of
what
the
naysayer
say,
these
people
are
representing
this
city
and
then
you
you
in
a
few
years
a
couple
years.
Look
at
the
form.
Look
at
the
phone.
That's
that's
progress.
Watch
hollywood
pop,
but
another
thing
you're
going
to
have
to
take
this
city
for
me,
I'm
not
giving
it
up.
You're
gonna
have
to
earn
it.
F
C
J
J
The
bills
that
was
paid
for
the
month
of
October
is
14,
14
million
two
hundred
and
seventeen
thousand
three
hundred
ninety
nine
dollars.
That
includes,
of
course,
payroll
in
a
total
for
the
month
is
17
million,
24
thousand
seven
hundred
and
twenty
eight
thousand
71
cents
thus
far
for
the
month
of
November
bills,
paid
is
four
million
five
hundred
fourteen
thousand
nine
hundred
forty-four
thousand
83
cents,
and
that
pretty
much
concludes
my
report.
J
But
I
also
would
like
to
take
this
time
to
really
thank
the
mayor
and
the
City
Council
full
support
of
the
city
treasurer's
student
intern
program
that
just
earned
just
ended,
as
well
as
my
favorite
city
clerk,
who
also
was
very
supportive
and
provided
the
the
food
funding
for
one
foot
one
session
and
want
to
thank
also
councilman
Padilla,
who
paid
for
all
of
the
pizzas
last
last
week.
Thank
you
very
much.
Councilman
dachshund
I
appreciate
your
participation.
J
Councilman
Morales
and
Councilman
Franklin
he's
always
been
very
supportive
and
he
all
gave
us
also
coupons
for
McDonald's
of
five
dollars
each,
including
one
for
me,
because
I've
definitely
had
my
hand
stuck
out
there.
So
we
all
got
that
also,
and
just
as
special
thanks
to
assistant
city
manager,
Michael
Falco,
who
has
always
been
very
supportive
and
for
the
program
and
who
also
taught
two
sessions
during
when
I'm
out
of
town.
J
So
thank
you
very
much
and
I
appreciate
everyone's
support,
and
this
is
the
first
time
ever
that
we
had
all
four
councilman,
including
the
mayor.
You
know
that
Ashley
was
there
at
the
same
time,
so
I
certainly
want
to
thank
you.
I
got
a
chance
to
take
lots
of
pictures
of
them
as
well
as
the
clerk.
So
thank
you
very
much
for
your
support
and
we
will
be
having
our
presentation
of
the
of
their
plaque,
probably
only
simple
intent.
J
I
think
that's
would
be
the
only
night
council
meeting
and
the
kids
are
now
taking
their
final
exam
because
they
must
complete
the
final
exam
which
is
comprehensive
and
they
have
to
score
no
less
than
eighty
five
percent
on
the
exam.
So
I
expect
him
to
turn
those
exams
in
tomorrow,
Thank
You
mayor.
Thank.
Q
Q
The
other
thing
I
want
to
talk
about,
and
I
probably
won't
say
this
again,
but
I
think
my
first
District
town
meeting
was
one
of
the
best
I've
ever
been
to
and
everybody
that
I've
talked
to
since
then
has
told
me
that
they
were
very
well
informed
that
people
that
gave
the
information
there
were
ahead
of
their
departments.
I
couldn't
do
any
better
than
that.
They
have
all
the
information.
So
that's
why
they
were
there.
Q
B
Q
L
L
We
encourage
people
to
stand
up
and
make
your
comments,
but
we
also
remind
folks
they
don't
take
everything
so
literally
the
mayor
says,
and
he
could
talk
about
the
drill
thing,
but
when
you
just
make
a
comment
like
that
to
come
up
here
and
blast
that
comment
and
take
it
out
of
context,
you
know
that
doesn't
do
anybody
any
good
I
think
he
was
just
trying
to
say
you
know
mr.
Fisher,
you
know
where
what's
up
and
who's
next,
that's
all
it
wasn't
trying
to
be
negative
towards
mr.
Fisher.
L
L
Why
is
this
city
so
much
harder
to
run
than
others?
Something
to
that
effect
and
I'll
tell
you
any
time
that
you're
doing
heavy
lifting
any
time
you're?
Looking
to
move
your
city
forward,
it
is
going
to
be
hard
work
and
that's
why
you
have
people
up
here,
not
only
council,
members
of
the
mayor,
but
city
staff
that
are
dedicated
and
committed
to
being
a
part
of
the
team
working
with
the
community
to
move
the
city
forward.
So,
yes,
it
is
hard
work.
L
Yes,
it
is
some
heavy
lifting
to
be
done,
but
that's
why
we're
here
to
work
together
to
make
that
happen.
I
want
to
thank
the
National
Honor
Society
from
Inglewood
high
school
for
being
here
today.
Hopefully,
you
got
something
out
of
today's
mean
I'm
sure
you
did
I
hope
you'll
be
able
to
attend
our
future
meetings
and
be
involved
not
only
in
local
government
here
with
the
city,
but
on
your
campus
as
well.
Be
a
part
of
that
leadership.
L
Take
that
role
to
bring
change
goals
or
to
any
area
that
you're
working
in
Thanksgivings
coming
we're
not
going
to
have
a
meeting
next
week.
So
I
want
to
take
the
opportunity
to
wish
each
and
every
one
of
you
a
blessed
thanksgiving
with
you
and
your
loved
ones.
Be
thankful
for
what
you
have
remember
to
keep
in
your
thoughts
and
prayers,
those
that
are
less
fortunate
again.
Thank
you.
So,
very
much
for
being
here
today,
counsel.
I
The
federal
government
has
reevaluated
funding
appropriation
or
the
soccer
fields
just
recently
approved
it,
and
so
the
soccer
fields
are
going
to
be
gone
from
the
dirty
dirty
vindicated
to
the
artificial
turf
that
we
were
approved
for
it
to
happen.
With
reference
to
reflex
cameras,
that's
been
a
no-brainer.
This
council
has
repeatedly
said
that
when
the
contract
comes
up,
we
have
no
interest
to
extend
that.
We
identify
that
there's
some
issues
of
concern.
I
heard
the
gentleman
mentioned
earlier,
which
I
haven't
ever
heard
of
that
littered
the
detailed
data
to
provided
us.
I
That
would
say
that
we
would
know
it
particularly
intersection
for
that
particular
lane
that
we
would
know
the
ticket
issuance.
For
that
particular
time.
We've
asked
for
that
for
repeatedly
during
the
duration
of
the
reflex
camera
operations
in
the
city.
We
know
it's
expiring,
februari
back
next
year,
it's
a
substantial
drain
on
the
general
fund
that
it's
a
lost
loser
leader
for
us.
Initially,
it
was
alike,
was
designed
for
public
safety
and
it
has
improved
for
public
safety.
So
I
want
to
make
sure
that's
identified.
I
Also
I
want
to
reach
out
shout
to
an
amen,
the
stem
international
discovery
and
learning
center.
They
had
a
special
science
and
technology
community
resource
fair.
This
past
Saturday
there
was
ten
students
that
received
a
one-thousand-dollar
scholarships,
each
and
they're
in
their
interest
to
explore
science.
In
addition,
I
want
to
thank
the
city
manager
for
his
outreach
with
the
library
and
the
other
resources
about
there's
a
guy
down
to
four
city,
public
art.
I
That's
available,
you
don't
have
that
it's
readily
available
should
be
in
the
for
ye
outside,
if
not
on
the
first
floor,
but
certainly
at
the
library.
If
you
want
to
know
about
art
about
the
city,
it's
all
there.
Finally,
I
want
to
acknowledge
that
I'm
working
with
the
city
of
inglewood
direction
from
them
and
the
Salvation
Army
we
are
going
to
reach
out
to
bless
those
that
are
in
need.
I
The
Salvation
Army
has
prescreened
1250
families
that
we're
reaching
to
bless
on
Monday
November
25th
that
they
will
be
pre-screened
pre-identified
that
their
go
to
the
forms.
If
you
want
to
help
us
will
be
at
the
forum
parking
lot
from
eight
in
the
morning
to
four
in
the
afternoon
and
which
these
families
will
be
coming
to
that
parking
lot
location
to
get
their
food.
In
addition,
if
you
want
help
us
physically,
as
of
tomorrow,
I
will
be
in
my
grubbies
from
Wednesday,
Thursday
and
Friday.
I
We
will
be
at
the
Inglewood
Salvation
Army
off
a
queen
street,
the
300
block
at
their
church,
where
we
will
have
over
6,000
pounds
of
canned
goods,
beans,
rights,
etc,
and
we're
going
to
take
those
cases
of
product
produce
it
into
box
forms
for
our
residents
you're
interested.
We
will
be
there
from
ten
in
the
morning
to
eight
it
I
wengie
do
friday.
Thank
you.
Thank
you
very
okay.
C
First
of
all,
once
again,
congratulations,
ladies!
So
it's
just
such
a
blessing,
be
in
a
room
with
so
many
young
scholars.
You
know
education
is
so
so
important
and
since
you
were
here
to
like
see
our
meeting,
you
know
you
did
get
to
see
kind
of
what
it's
about.
I
wanted
to
tell
mr.
Mathia
the
first
quarter
report
will
be
presented
the
first
week
of
februari,
because
the
court
will
have
to
be
closed
before
we
know
what
the
first
quarter
report
will
will
consist
up,
as
it
relates
to
some
of
the
things
we
heard.
C
We
heard
about
the
town
hall
meeting
for
District,
one
was
standing
room
only.
It
was
very
well
attended,
a
lot
of
great
information,
and-
and
just
so
you
understand
what
we
do-
a
town
hall
meeting.
Some
of
us
do
that's
different
than
what
we
do
at
council
meetings.
You
know,
council
meetings,
you
get
three
minutes
and
you
took
your
three
minutes
and
talk
and
in
town
homing
these
people
they're
actually
to
hear
staff
present
to
them
information.
C
And
so,
while
we
do
have
people
that
love
to
hear
themselves
talk,
but
that's
not
what
the
citizens
are
there
for
there
for
there
to
get
information,
and
so
what
we
do
is
we
ask
people
to
write
down
their
question
and
then
that
that
question
is
read
off
an
answer.
Sometimes
you
get
five
or
six
people
with
the
same
question
and
therefore
you
don't
have
to
spend
the
time
with
redundancy
and
also
when
you
have
a
meeting,
that's
full
of
presenters.
C
You
know
there
are
four
main
reasons
that
cities
exist:
provide
Public,
Health,
public
safety,
infrastructure
renewal,
you
know
to
fix
the
streets,
keep
the
parks
in
order
to
trim
the
trees,
keep
streetlights
going
to
provide
education
for
children
and
economic
development.
This
city
was
in
an
18
million
dollar
deficit
about
two
and
a
half
years
ago.
We
bridged
that
down
to
seven
million.
Now
we
at
the
same
time,
we've
managed
to
save
nine
million
dollars
over
the
last
two
years
and
we
intend
to
use
that
money
prudently,
some
of
it
to
do
infrastructure
renewal.
C
We
do
have
a
plan
for
the
soccer
fields
at
the
park
and
I
I.
Think
anyone
is
here
regularly
knows
that.
But
so
you
understand
this
is
what
the
public
process
is
about.
You,
you
get
yours
to
talk
about
whatever
you
want
it,
you
don't
have
to
be
accurate,
but
you
get
to
talk
and
we
embrace
that.
That's
what
our
democracy
is
all
about
and
an
hour
mr.
Fisher,
you
know
I
met
you
no
harm.
C
When
I
said,
you
know
the
drill,
because
you
know
being
coming
every
week
if,
after
five
seconds,
nobody
moves,
I,
close
public
comment
and
that's
all
I
meant
and
and
so
just
the
expectation
was
that
people
get
up
an
orderly
fashion
so
that
we
can
be
expeditious
as
we
go
through
the
public
comment,
because
sometimes
we
may
have
30
40
people
that
want
to
make
comments.
So
that's
all
that
was
and
so
again
thank
you
for
coming.
We
really
appreciate
you
appreciate
you
being
here
and
we're
journey.
