Description
No description was provided for this meeting.
If this is YOUR meeting, an easy way to fix this is to add a description to your video, wherever mtngs.io found it (probably YouTube).
A
A
C
D
I
understand
you're,
okay,
so
they're
much
good
afternoon,
Marin
City,
Council
I
appreciate
your
courtesy
to
the
LD
anyway,
my
name
is
Gil
matthew
and
I
live
in
district
4
and
mayor
in
city,
council
and
residents
of
it
like
to
speak
concerning
the
pavement
of
the
bills
as
usual,
and
also
finance
the
good
news.
As
we
making
progress
toward
our
outstanding
debt.
D
However,
we
need
to
be
a
bit
more
transparent
with
your
residence
see.
The
best
disinfectant
is
sunlight,
no
matter
what
chemicals
they
give
you
whatever
sunlight,
is
the
best
disinfected
going
and
it
was
created
by
higher
being
so.
This
is
what
we
need:
transparency
now
on
dro
three
and
on
the
agenda,
and
so
many
addresses
you
know
that
we
have.
D
We
need
just
a
little
bit:
transparency
on
it,
like
8205,
Crenshaw,
I'm,
not
sure
what
that
is.
If
that's
on
Crenshaw
drive
us
knotted
at
whatever
it
is
this
a
bit
information
is
being
least
1,500
a
month.
I
mean
that's
very
low
in
my
opinion,
but
if
it's
an
empty
lot
and
I
can
understand
that,
but
I'm
not
sure
what
it
is
also.
D
And
we
seem
to
be
moving
in
the
right
direction
on
most
things,
however,
I
would
hopefully
like
for
this
console
to
respect
opinions
of
the
residence
as
well
as
our
respect.
The
opinion
of
anybody.
I
may
disagree
with
it
in
some
other
time,
just
simply
say:
well:
everybody's
entitled
to
the
opinion
as
free
speech,
that's
guaranteed
by
the
Constitution
and
so
fort.
At
this
point
with
that
I
rest,
my
case
Thank.
E
E
So
you
know
I
continue
to
have
a
problem
with
the
things
you
do,
and
you
know,
unlike
some
of
the
residents
here,
you
know,
I
know
that
we
voted
against.
These
raises
that
you
them
are
these
salaries
that
you
them
have
currently
and
I
would
differ
with
some
in
this
audience.
That
believe
that
you
deserve
those
salaries
I,
you
know
strongly
disagree
with
you
deserving
them
at
all.
F
Good
afternoon,
council
members,
my
name
is
Diane
Zambrano
I
live
in
the
4th
district
have
had
since
some
of
you
find
it
resentful.
I
will
repeat
it
forever,
pretty
near
60
long
years.
So
yes,
I
did
see
this
community
when
it
was
a
thriving
metropolis
and
it
did
have
an
incredible
number
of
ongoing
entities.
F
Unfortunately,
now
you
seem
to
be
selling
the
majority
of
them
off.
That's
unfortunate,
with
45
listed
in
closed
session.
I
can
only
wonder
what
you
are,
which
your
actual
vision
is.
You
choose
not
to
share
it
in
this
meeting.
So
when
I,
look
at
this
item,
I
have
to
question:
why
on
item
number
7
we're
going
to
be
spending
a
hundred
and
fifteen
thousand
dollars
or
up
to
a
hundred
and
fifteen
thousand
dollars
for
someone
to
review
what
we
have
done
for
the
last
15
years
with
the
residential,
sound
insulation
program?
F
How
is
it
some
of
you've
been
sitting
there
for
ten
years
and
you
didn't
know?
How
is
it
on
and
on
and
on
when
some
of
us
came
before
you
and
said
there
needs
to
be
more
transparency.
There
needs
to
be
more
accounting.
We
were
called
names,
and
yet
now
you
have
to
hire
someone
at
approximately
up
to
one
hundred
and
fifteen
thousand
dollars
to
actually
clarify
what
happened.
F
F
In
one
week
little
typo
there
not
a
typo,
because
it's
a
whole
word,
but
then,
as
you
go
on
and
you
make
these
decisions
with
regard
to
supporting
the
audit
before
the
public
access
station,
how
amusing
eighty-six
thousand
dollars
you
already
spent.
What
was
it
come
on?
You
know
you
read
it
close
to
a
hundred
thousand
to
find
out
that
somebody
are
somebody
owed
us
90.
We
actually
only
collected
30
and
now
you're
going
to
go,
spend
another
86,000.
F
Why
didn't
you
collect
the
first
batch
that
you
knew
they
owed
duh
hello,
but
it's
an
ongoing
thing.
Isn't
it
I
thought
it
was
cute
and
that
staff
report?
It's
also
says
that
the
tax
went
down
from
ten
to
eight
percent.
I
hope
the
residents
are
only
getting
billed
to
the
eight
percent
since
theoretically
franchise
people
are
only
paying
the
eight
or
they're
not.
Are
they
we're
not
really
sure?
A
A
So
then
it
goes
on
to
describe
the
project
and
basically
this
is
a
lease
for
them
to
put
equipment
during
the
time
that
they're
doing
the
work
that
they're
contracted
for,
and
so
the
city
actually
gets
money
back
towards
the
payment
of
that
contract.
I,
don't
see
what
could
be
more
transparent
than
that
that
just
that
just
makes
no
sense
to
me
to
say
that
isn't
transparent.
This
is
actually
a
bonus
for
the
city.
A
It
doesn't
tie
the
property
up,
but
for
the
duration
of
the
project
so
come
on,
come
on
and
what
was
the
other?
What
was
the
other
thing
and
then,
as
a
relation
residential,
sound
insulation,
I
heard
for
years?
How
you
know
we
weren't
getting
it
done?
We
found
out
that
we
had
missed
out
over
36
million
dollars
in
grants.
We
could
have
gotten
I
met
with
lawa
met
with
the
executive.
A
Director
came
up
with
a
plan
where
we
could
get
access
to
our
funds,
and
one
of
those
requirements
was
that
we
do
an
audit
of
the
program
so
to
spend
115,000
to
get
what
will
actually
end
up
being
over
50
million
dollars.
I
think
that's
a
good
deal,
and
so
to
make
fun
of
that,
you
could
talk
about
what
happened
ten
years
ago,
but
it
has
no
relevance
to
now.
People
have
to
live
right
now.
Mistakes
made
in
the
past
don't
have
to
define
the
future.
A
B
A
B
And
agency
members,
Dodson

Padilla
all
right,
Morales
Franklin
mayor

Report
requesting
that
a
public
hearing
be
said
to
consider
the
appeal
of
the
Planning
Commission's
denial,
a
special
use
permit
to
allow
the
sale
of
beer
wine
and
distilled
spirits
for
offside
consumption
in
the
existing
retail
store
at
commercial
services.
Own
property
located
at
1,000,
South,
La,
Brea,
Avenue.
B
H
You
good
evening,
Matt
mayor
members
of
the
city,
so
item
before
you
is
a
recommendation
to
agreement
with
the
communication,
support
group
or
man,
audit
of
the
cable
franchise
fee
and
public
education
fees,
access
support
fees
or
an
amount
not
to
exceed
eighty
eighty
six
thousand
dollars
last
engagement
CSG
did
on
our
behalf
was
to
form
this
for
the
city.
They
covered
a
three-year
period,
I'm
Warner
and
then
covered
a
one-year
period
from
AT&T.
This
request
is
to
can
pick
up
where
we
left
off
and
audit
them
through
the
end
of
December.
H
B
Members
Dodson
all
right,
Padilla
Morales.
B
Members
put
the
Datsun
all
right:
Padilla
mireles,
I,
Franklin,
aye
mere
bird's
eye.
Dr.
J
Yes,
thank
you
mayor
on
behalf
of
the
city
manager.
He
wanted
me
to
let
the
public
know
that,
in
regard
to
online
utility
bill
paying
for
several
years
now,
inglewood
citizens
are
able
to
pay
their
water
bills
and
parking
tickets
online
at
at
payment
city
of
inglewood,
org
we'll
be
adding
a
link
under
the
residents
link
to
online
payments,
and
that
will
allow
residents
and
companies
the
ability
to
find
the
online
payment
portal
a
little
bit
easier
right
now
mayor.
J
K
K
Schism,
the
toes
the
total,
still
total
bonds
at
56
million.
This
is
a
cost
basis.
Twenty
thousand
one
hundred
eighty
eight
dollars
and
the
estimated
market
value
of
these
bonds,
55
million
three
hundred
and
sixty
three
thousand
nine
hundred
and
two
dollars.
The
difference
is
a
negative
656
286,000,
but
keep
in
mind
general
accounting
principles
require
that
all
bonds
to
be
reflected
at
market
and
japan
and
normally
all
of
these
bonds
will
be
held
to
maturity.
These
are
mostly
bonds
three-year
to
five-year
bonds,
so
all
of
the
press
will
will
be
will
be.
K
We
will
receive
all
of
the
principal
also
regarding
the
the
bills
that
was
paid
for
the
month
of
april
11.1
million
dollars
and
thus
far
from
a
two
million
dollars,
and
I
would
also
like
to
congratulate
one
of
our
city
employees
if
on
james
daughter,
for
receiving
one
of
the
police
scholarships
about
three
weeks
ago,
as
well
as
an
additional
scholarship
that
that
autumn
received
also
in
the
amount
of
five
thousand
dollars,
Yvonne
James
works
in
the
finance
department.
That
concludes
my
remarks.
A
F
My
name
is
Diane
Zambrano.
Thank
you
for
clarifying
that
we
can
correct
all
of
the
poor
decisions
we
made
in
the
past
and
for
some
of
that
is
in
some
of
our
elections
of
the
past.
Certainly
not
the
changing
of
the
salary
which
the
residents
of
this
community
voted
by
seventy
percent
to
reverse
the
four
hundred
percent
salary
increase.
F
As
we
all
know,
the
attorney
who
said
that
was
probably
not
verbalized
in
the
Charter
is
no
longer
an
attorney
Wow,
but
the
residents
of
this
community
should
take
the
opportunity
to
consider
where
that
half
million
has
gone
and
how
it
has
served
us
every
year,
because
that
is
unfortunate,
that
all
across
the
South
Bay
elected
serve
because
they
love
their
community
as
I.
Look
at
closed
session
item
three,
the
potential
sale
of
45
parcels
that
are
apparently
owned
either
by
the
city
or
the
redevelopment
agency
that
was
now
known
as
the
successor
agency.
F
That
is
sad
because
those
45
properties
and
who
they
are
sold
to
will
impact
this
community
forever,
and
you
did
not
even
discuss
with
courtesy
to
the
gathered
here
or
to
those
who
watch
city
council
meetings.
What
the
intention
of
the
individual
or
the
corporations
or
multiple
individuals
or
corporations
have
presented
to
you
as
you
choose
to
sell
45
properties,
including
what
is
it
Senior,
Center
development,
SC,
1,
111,
Locust
Street.
F
So
all
of
that
hey
seniors
gather
together,
because
you
want
to
participate
included
as
one
of
45
parcels.
Do
we
don't
know
who
that
is
not
transparency,
but
that
does
seem
to
be
the
mo
of
this
particular
council.
It
is,
it
is
currently
seated
and
that's
less
transparent
than
any
of
the
counselors
in
the
last
24
years.
F
That's
quite
a
legacy!
Isn't
it
more
behind
closed
doors
than
the
regime
of
Ed
Vinson
garland
Hardiman,
roosevelt
Dorn,
and
here
you
sit.
I
welcome
you
to
be
the
future
objects
of
attention.
As
in
one
of
the
guys
who
used
to
sit
here,
Jose
Fernandez
is
today
yeah.
He
was
on
the
RIT.
He
was
not.
His
name
was
on
the
radio.
Even
again,
today,
surprise
hojae
Jose
for
months
and
it
didn't
blow
over.
A
E
The
ROI
fish
in
the
first
District,
you
know
I,
will
say
to
you
that
things
are
the
same
here.
You
know
an
unchanged.
You
know
the
only
thing
changes
is
the
MSD
bought
the
pork.
That's
the
only
thing
that's
changed
here,
but
nothing
else
has
changed.
It's
been
good
for
this
community,
nothing
and
for
you
or
whomever
to
say
that
in
the
next
20
or
25
years
that
unless
God
really
blessed
me,
none.
E
Except
for
some
of
these
young
people
sitting
back
there,
you
know,
and
and
and
if
that's
you
know
what
you
think
is
the
best
thing
about
change
that
you
try
to
bring
about.
You
know,
is
it's
going
to
take
20
or
25
years.
Nobody
is
going
to
see
it.
You
know,
and
then
you
know
in
the
same
people
will
do
just
like
you.
People
say
well
that
was
back
in
the
past.
Well,
you
know
talk
about
the
day
and
make
this
day
brighter
for
those
who
are
here
today
and
who
live
in
this
city
Beautiful's.
E
Anything
of
it.
You
know
talking
about
this
beautiful
city
and
and
I'm
glad
that.
Well
you
didn't
that
a
boat
property
that
was
on
that
with
that
those
people
wanted
to
build
all
those
apartments
over
there.
That
was
on
the
closed
session
agenda
today
and
I
guess
it
was
acted
upon.
I,
don't
know
how
it
was
a
clip-on,
but
I
have
a
concern
about
that,
because
you
know
it's
talking
about
path.
E
You
know
a
property
to
be
sold
to
people
who
want
to
build
properties
for
people
who
don't
have
homes
or
homeless
or
whatever
got
a
problem
with
that.
Just
like
I
said
before,
but
that
school
being
over
there.
You
know-
and
you
know,
I-
couldn't
see
any
way
that
you
know
you
give
away
all
this
downtown
area
to
things
like
that.
That
don't
benefit
the
downtown,
and
you
know
once
a
building
is
built
when
it
is
gone.
E
But
more
than
that
you
know
it's
my
concern
that
those
children
in
that
school
could
be
I'm
not
safe.
There
was
a
shooting
this
month
last
month,
I
guess
on
the
twenty-fifth
over
at
the
veterans.
Building,
where
you
know
some
poor
veteran
was
was
Michelle.
Did
you
know?
And
so
again
you
know
I
say
that
all
this
stuff
is
getting
better
in
the
city
to
me
is
not
getting
better.
It's
getting
worse
and
I'm
going
to
say
to
mr.
E
brown
again
here
that
I
really
didn't
appreciate
him,
suggesting
that
people
who
have
speak
out
you
know
should
leave
the
city
and
I'm
going
to
charge
you
them.
You
know
to
stop
paying
him
to
tell
people
in
the
city
that
we
have
to
move
each
and
every
one
of
you.
You
know
you
read
that
article,
you
know
it
domaine
de
vane,
many
of
us,
you
know,
and
it
was
wrong
and
it
should
not
be
there.
D
Yo
Matthew
district
for
med
and
City
Council
and
residents
of
Inglewood
I.
Think
at
this
point
in
the
word,
is
at
the
crossroads:
we're
going
to
take
the
high
road
or
a
low
road.
It's
basically
upon
the
residents
of
Inglewood,
which
way
the
city
goes
and
let's
dance
it's
on
you.
You
have
the
power
of
the
vote
and
you
can
put
them
in
here.
You
can
take
them
out
and
I
would
recommend
the
latter
and
it's
going
to
happen,
but
that's
the
only
way
change
is
going
to
help
first
about
the
sale
of
the
properties.
D
You
have
the
property
management
plan.
If
you
completed
it,
everything
owned
by
the
redevelopment
AG
is
for
sale.
So
don't
miss
Li,
the
people,
it's
not
going
to
happen.
We
took
it
off
the
agenda.
You
can't
do
anything
in
what
the
heavens
that
you
don't
understand.
You
were
representing
the
state
as
a
success
agency.
You
representing
the
state,
your
state
agency.
What
part
of
that
you
don't
understand
and
then
how
in
the
world
you
inspect
the
state
to
pay?
Your
legal
bills
to
sue
themselves,
you've
got
to
be
crazy
in
mr.
D
bus
I
mean
mayor
bless.
Please
refrain
from
these
statements
you
making
and
the
rest
of
you
confer
with
your
console,
because
you
cannot
go
to
any
court
in
the
state
of
California
and
win
anything
just
about
a
statement
you
made
I'll
give
an
example:
we
got
to
spend
this
money
I'll,
send
it
back.
Are
you
crazy
their
state
money?
D
Being
your
talk
about
18
million
59
million
you
own
a
precarious
position,
because
you're
at
the
mercy
of
this
department
of
finance
we're
going
to
come
out
of
it.
I'm
assured
that,
because
you
have
171
cities
in
the
same
situation
but
attorneys
as
representing
the
city
going
to
have
to
muzzle
you
guys,
because
you're
detrimental
in
the
statements
you
make
him
and
if
I
was
returning,
I
wouldn't
represent
you.
M
M
I've
stayed
here
till
two
o'clock
in
the
morning
not
get
anything
accomplished
long
as
its
staff
council
is
doing
what
they're
supposed
to
do
for
this
city.
They
can
do
it
in
five
minutes.
That's
the
only
thing,
I'm
concerned
about
it
and
I'm
a
20
of
52
years
ago,
citizen
incentive
city
of
Inglewood.
M
You
know
they've
been
running
for
the
last
20
years
and
neither
one
of
them
ever
got
over
10
or
15
votes,
but
they
want
to
come
up
here
and
tell
this
council
how
to
run
this
beautiful
city
of
Inglewood.
All
I
can
say,
council
do
what
the
people
elected
you
to
do.
Don't
even
think
about
what
these
naysayers
said.
Because
ain't
about
nothing,
you
know,
do
your
job
absolutely!
Thank
you.
L
The
old
gardener
district
1,
it's
a
prime
example
that
an
honest
person
does
not
make
a
politician
every
one
of
those
seats
up
there
was
bought
and
paid
for
with
dishonesty
and
untruth,
and
the
audacity
the
labor
persons
who
are
faithful
to
community
who
tell
the
truth
as
article
I,
don't
know
what
you
would
call
it,
but
a
person
that
caused
their
selves
writing
a
newspaper
and
to
make
statements
that
they
do
about
community
about
the
very
persons
that
this
council
takes
their
money
and
pay.
This
there's
hardly
a
name
for
him.
L
C
C
Supervisors
and
everything
that
has
come
back
down
turned
out
and
taking
the
seats
as
a
councilman,
because
the
money
is
fantastic,
they
are
under
pain
for
the
things
they
are
doing
and
I
resent
the
people
just
word.
If
you
worried
about
the
their
salary,
do
what
I
did
for
the
Englewood
PD
I
went
and
did
a
petition,
because
I
said
they
deserve
more
money.
We
would
have
underpaid
City.
The
lowest-paid
cops
I,
walk
the
streets
and
got
a
petition
sign
and
brought
it
to
the
cousin.
So
get
a
petition
sign
to
take
this
salary.
C
Put
it
on
the
ballot,
get
5,000
signatures,
so
you
gotta,
do
it's
all
it's
simple,
seeing
I'm,
so
sick
of
hearing
the
same
thing
over
and
over
and
over
every
week
do
something
about
it.
I
would
I
did
if
you
got
that
much
pull,
get
your
people
together.
Another
thing
on
the
property
about
Willie
Brown!
That's
a
positive
thing!
You
people
live
here
for
decades,
that's
positive
and
you're,
not
going
anywhere.
You
demand
to
stay
here
because
you
want
to
see
the
city
move.
That's
what
the
man
is
saying
he's
not
saying
anything
negative
he's!
C
Not
also,
I
want
to
mention
about
the
changes
that
mr.
Brando
brought
up
here.
Yeah
pin
is
gone,
serious
gone,
so
has
all
the
white
folks,
it's
brown
and
black,
except
them
know
what
we
got
here,
the
one
the
white
folks
left
they
took,
they
stores
so
stop
complaining
about.
What
we
had
is
what
we
getting
that's.
What
you
worry
about
is
what
we
getting
and
one
more
thing
mayor
when
you
take
some
more
for
clothes.
If
it's
a
closed
item,
what
does
that
mean?
Do
you
discuss
it?
Are
you
don't
know.
C
Didn't
think
so,
and
another
thing
Marcus,
Street
for
years
and
years
complain
about
doing
something
about
market
street.
You
can't
see
you
drive
out
and
ran
up
all
up
on
the
sidewalk
on
Market
Street
sober
you
can't
see
so
now
this
councilman
got
together
trying
to
improve
the
lighting.
We
have
raised
so
much
hail
about
Marcus
Peters
sickening.
Now
we
back
up
here
because
they
trying
to
get
mocking
me
together.
What
do
your
people
won't?
C
N
Council
members
in
the
audience
and
the
viewing
audience
to
on
Damon
Johnson
district,
3
and
I'm
just
here
to
remind
us
that
on
the
19th
of
this
month,
we're
going
to
have
another
meeting
for
the
senior
citizen
center
on
the
Oversight
Committee
and
I'm,
welcoming
everybody
to
come
on
the
19th
of
May,
some
more
people
I've
been
invited
to
are
going
to
be
here.
Some
politicians-
I
guess
you
might
say,
I,
don't
know,
but
I
just
want
people
to
know
that
we're
be
there
and
we
need
community
involvement.
And
it's
a
lot
to
say.
N
But
the
main
thing
is
to
get
out
and
do
things
and
I
think
getting
out
and
going
to
the
Oversight.
Committee
is
one
thing
to
do
that
every
and
can
do,
because
this
is
involved.
Inglewood
is
wrong.
Just
involve
senior
citizen.
We
wanted
to
involve
the
youth
to
because
youth
and
seniors
can
work
together
and
that's
where
we
want
I'd
like
to
see
some
new
command.
He
have
posters
in
quite
a
few
places
in
inglewood
I.
No
one
on
the
library
now
is
back
up
again,
but
we
not
we're
not
playing.
We
want.
N
A
A
You,
sir,
we're
closed
public
comment
and
if
you
want
to
hear
all
the
councillors
comments,
though
you
can't
leave
early
because
you
know
we
we
we
all
speak,
and
so,
if
you
leave,
then
if
we
do
mention
something
you're
interested
in,
then
you
won't
know
about
it
and
then
someone
else
will
interpret
it
to
you
and
they'll
make
you
think.
We
talked
about
you,
but
we
never
talk
about
you.
A
So
so,
if
you
stay
you'll
be
able
to
hear
that
for
yourself
all
right,
so
councilman
Dodson,
so
remember,
I'm
last
you
gotta
wait
all
right
all
right!.
O
Thank
you,
Miss
miracle
I
want
to
invite
all
the
feet
from
district
12
come
out
and
participate,
the
relay
of
life
relay
for
life.
From
sorry
on
jun,
7th
and
8th,
we
will
have
a
team
district,
1
team
team.
Dotson
want
you
to
come
on
out
help
us
raise
some
money
for
cause,
that's
great
to
this
community
and
let's
get
the
whole
world
where
cows
cancer
kills
more
people
than
any
other
disease.
O
We
have
so
please
come
out
help
us
away
some
money,
let's
put
it
into
cancer,
and
I
just
had
one
thing
to
say
and
and
then
I'm
through
with
this
election,
because
this
election
is
over
done
been
done.
I
wish
I
could
have
bought
this
seat.
I
could
have
done
it
10
years
ago,
I
ran
three
times
and
I
worked
at
it,
I,
don't
care
what
nobody
say:
I
walked
these
streets
in
the
first
District
I
knocked
on
those
doors.
O
O
O
I
You
Merrill
make
my
comments
brief.
Just
a
reminder.
This
coming
Thursday
may
eight
downstairs
in
communal
community
room
at
six
o'clock.
Is
my
town
hall
meeting
for
district
number.
Two
I
encourage
all
of
you
to
please
come
out.
We'll
have
representatives
there
to
speak
on
public
safety
will
have
the
chief
of
police
will
have
dryer
McCallum
to
speak
on
Hollywood
Park
tomorrow
project
and
give
us
a
timeline
so
1
over
what
we
can
expect.
I
We'll
have
newest
south
wall,
the
Director
of
Public
Works
talk
about
our
tree
sidewalks
and
street
repairs,
and
we're
going
to
have
dr.
brand
and
state
trustee
for
the
English
unified
school
district
to
talk
about
the
status
of
the
schools.
We're
also
going
to
have
a
special
presentation
by
sitting
at
a
hospital
talk
about
the
construction.
That's
going
on
at
our
hospital.
We
have
one
of
the
best
hospitals
around
I,
think
in
the
port.
I
It's
important
for
us
to
know
what
services
are
there
and
what
we
have
to
look
for
in
the
future,
as
it
relates
to
what
they're
going
to
bring
a
medical
wise
to
our
community.
I
also
just
want
to
wish
all
you,
mothers
that
are
out
there
happy
Mother's
Day
this
weekend.
You
enjoy
yourself
on
Mother's
Day,
the
11th,
and
that
being
said,
thank
you
for
coming
out.
Thank
you
for
sharing
your
comments
with
us
and
you
know
I
just
freaking
enough
said.
Thank
you
very
much.
Councilman.
G
Really
hard,
the
last
couple
weeks,
we've
seen
a
rise
as
you'll
see
during
the
summer
months,
but
they
do
a
great
job.
Just
want
to
remind
everybody
about
the
hotline
to
help
us
we're
not
always
driving
around,
but
if
you
can
call
it
in
310,
4128,
739
and
just
happy
Mother's
Day
thanks
for
coming
out.
Thank.
P
Thank
You
Vera
I:
oh,
oh
thanks
to
many
individuals
since
March
29th,
through
this
past
Saturday,
May
3rd
district
for
residents,
the
principles
of
the
local
public
schools,
their
faculty
parents,
students
and
many
volunteers
rolled
up
our
sleeves
but
sweat
on
our
brows,
and
we
are
now
investing
in
epson,
salt
and
bengay,
because
we
beautified
five
campuses.
P
We
roll
up
our
sleeves
and
actually
planted
flowers,
rake
the
ground
put
in
new
grass
seed,
potting,
soil
and
plants
inside
some
of
the
administrative
offices
and
I'd
be
remiss
if
I
didn't
acknowledge
the
various
schools
in
the
that
we
did
the
work
we
started
off
with
Clyde
woodworth
elementary
school,
they
went
to
albert
monroe.
Middle
school,
been
a
cue
elementary
school
worth
an
elementary
school,
and
then
this
past
Saturday
May.
Third,
we
did
morningside
hi.
P
P
It
allowed
each
campus
to
extend
their
their
items,
of
which
you
would
put
on
there
on
the
campus.
I
too,
want
to
thank
the
mothers
for
happy
Mother's,
Day
Miska.
This
coming
Sunday
want
to
make
sure
that
you
do
give
honor
to
to
her
who
brought
you
in
this
world,
and
you
continue
to
show
your
token
of
appreciation
and
then
finally,
I
will
just
simply
say
that
this
this
council
is
rather
unique.
We
actually
have
continuity.
P
If
anyone
knows
anything
about
it,
we
used
to
have
our
own
sparring
issues
and
getting
away
from
the
content
of
issues
but
dealing
with
personalities
of
issues,
but
we
don't
have
that
we
work
in
in
continuity.
We
work
with
staff
on
making
sure
that
we
get
matters
addressed.
We
have
questions
of
areas
of
concern.
We
dress
those
with
staff
individually,
so
that
way
cohesively
we
come
here
and
we're
able
to
move
forward.
P
I
just
want
to
thank
people
that
they're
looking
to
make
a
difference,
and
it
starts
with
this
counseled
and
also
starts
with
you
and
when
you're
ready
to
make
a
change
and
just
on
making
sure
that
you
may
continue
to
put
the
city
on
the
map
nationally
or
internationally
I.
Welcome
you
on
board.
Thank
you,
Mary.
Well,.
A
First
of
all,
I
want
to
tell
you
miss
Gardner
and
Miss,
like
I
hope
that
you
didn't
feel
that
them
I've
ever
insulted
you
when
I
talk
about
issues,
it's
only
about
the
substance
of
the
issue,
so
that
other
people
that
are
watching
can
get
perspective.
So
if
you
for
offended
by
anything,
you
got
in
the
mail,
I
didn't
mean
to
offend
you
further
by
saying:
if
you
don't
like
it,
throw
it
away,
I
mean
that's
what
I
do
obviously
to
you.
A
It
was
heartfelt
and
you
didn't
feel
that
someone
should
send
you
mail
like
that.
Unfortunately,
people
have
the
right
to
conduct
a
business
and
to
transmit
their
materials,
and
you
ma'am
hold
hope.
Ma'am
wait
a
minute,
but
but
you
have
the
right
to
ignore
it
and
if
you're
offended
by
it,
if
you
want
to
come
here
and
talk
about
it,
that's
perfectly
you're
right
and
so
that
isn't
what
we're
addressing
we're
addressing
other
people.
A
Well,
ma'am
ma'am,
ma'am
out
ma'am
ma'am
I'll
talk
to
you
when
the
meetings
over
alright
so
I
want
you
to
know.
I
have
no
intention
of
offending
anyone.
Now
when
we
talk
about
other
issues,
you
know
sometimes
I've
heard
it
said
that
you
know
that
you
insult
us,
so
actually
all
I
do
or
the
counselor
does
is
address
the
things
that
you
say.
A
You
have
every
right
to
say
what
you
want
to
say,
but
no
one
has
their
rights
to
their
own
facts
and
no
one
has
the
right
to
expect
the
things
that
they
lay
out.
There
can
be
out
there
to
mislead
the
public.
The
perfect
example
was,
you
know
we
had
two
people
come
and
talk
about
how
we
lack
transparency
about
the
lease.
But
if
you
read
the
staff
report,
just
two
paragraphs
would
tell
you
why
it
was
fifteen
hundred
dollars.
A
It's
just
a
three
month
lease
or
four
month
lease
so
that
a
contractor
working
for
the
city
can
store
their
equipment.
That's
very
easily
understood,
there's
no
mystery
about
that.
So
all
I'm
saying
is:
we
have
to
come
to
a
point
sophistication
in
our
community,
where
we
just
all
read
and
leave
our
agendas
behind
and
just
accept
that
some
things
are
transparent.
A
Interesting
here,
I
want
to
compliment
mr.
Fleming
back
there.
He
managed
to
take
the
ugliest
pictures
of
me
no
known
to
man.
To
excuse
me.
Excuse
me,
excuse
me
mr.
Fleming,
you
will
have
to
leave.
If
you
interrupt
again,
you
could
have
spoken.
Ok,
so
he
has
set
back
there
for
about
the
entirety
of
the
council.
Trying
to
catch
me
looking
down
and
we
played
this
game.
He
puts
the
camera
up.
If
I
look
down,
so
he
could
take
a
picture.
I
look
up
and
I
smile.
He
puts
his
camera
down.
A
That
is
ridiculous
and
it's
that's
transparent
as
well.
So
I
want
to
tell
you.
You
have
taken
the
ugliest
pictures
of
me
that
I've
ever
had
taken
in
40
years
of
public
service.
It
takes
a
real
art
and
a
real
intent
and
commitment.
So
with
that,
we're
going
to
go
back
in
the
closed
session
and
finish
our
closed
session
discussion
and
I
want
to
wish
everyone
and
all
the
mothers
all
you
are
mothers
and
have
mothers
have
mothers
that
have
gone
on
the
happiest
mother
day.
Thank.
