A
C
D
I
see
those
first,
three,
four,
five
on
the
consent
calendar
our
moneys
for
attorneys,
and
these
monies
are
coming
out
of
the
general
fund
or
four
hundred
and
fifty
thousand
dollars,
and
it
just
seems
to
me
that
every
every
week
we
have
all
this
money
coming
out
of
the
general
fund
for
attorneys
fees,
and
you
know
as
poor
as
we
are
with
regard
to
the
general
fund,
this
seems
to
me
that
the
maybe
you
could
do
something
different
to
why
these
funds
for
attorneys
fees-
it's
just
it's
just
a
lot.
This
is
to
me.
D
E
Mr.
mayor
council,
my
name
is
Joseph
text.
Sarah
I
object
to
the
city
of
Inglewood,
doing
business
with
the
Engel
today
paper.
Specifically,
this
city
council
in
this
city
clerk
are
using
our
tax
dollars
to
help
finance
your
own
re-election
campaigns
by
paying
in
goa
today
to
regularly
praise
you,
while
regularly
hiding
your
mistakes,
your
misconduct
and
some
serious
problems
in
our
city.
It
is
wrong
for
this
council
to
deliberately
use
our
tax
dollars
to
finance
ingalls
voters
to
be
lied
to.
E
For
instance,
on
this
past
January
23rd,
a
Superior
Court
judge,
ruled
the
Willie
Brown
publisher
of
wing.
Wood
in
Goa
today
probably
committed
libel
that
he
deliberately
lied
to
his
readers
about
me
and
brown
did
this
to
help
his
pain,
client,
Alex
Padilla
win
his
election.
Now
last
time,
I
spoke
about
this.
Mr.
Bailey
arently
said
that
judges
don't
decide
that
something
probably
happened
or
probably
didn't
happen.
They
just
rule
on
what
did
or
didn't
happen.
So
let
me
explain
the
order
by
the
judge.
This
is
the
order
right
here.
E
I
sued
Willie
Brown
for
libel
because
he
lied
about
me
and
Willie
Brown
hired
a
high,
proud,
high
price
yell
attorney
to
try
to
get
my
suit
thrown
out.
Brown
could
have
gotten
my
suit
thrown
out
if
he
could
prove
that
what
he
said
about
me
was
either
true
or,
as
the
law
states
substantially
true,
because
the
truth
is
a
defense
against
defamation.
If
I
say
James
butts
has
broken
the
law
and
but
sues
me
I
can
get
the
court
to
throw
a
butt
suit
out.
E
If
I
can
prove
that
butts
had
broken
the
law
which
isn't
going
to
happen
and
Willie
Brown
lied
about
me.
I
sued
him,
so
he
tried
to
get
his
high-priced
attorney
to
prove
to
the
judge
that
what
he
said
about
me
was
true,
but
the
judge
didn't
buy
it.
The
judge
said
that
he
would
let
my
suit
continue,
because
I
proved
that
it
was
a
probability
that
I
was
going
to
win.
My
libel
suit
against
Willie
Brown
in
Inglewood.
E
Today,
specifically
in
this
order,
judge
Stuart
rice
states
quote
plaintiff
has
established
a
probability
of
prevailing
on
his
cause
of
action
for
libel.
Then
he
defines
libel.
The
elements
of
a
cause
of
action
for
defamation
are
the
tensional
intentional
publication
of
a
fact
that
is
false
and
unprivileged,
which
has
the
natural
tendency
to
cause
injury
or
damage
to
plaintiff.
E
Then
the
judge
states
again
plaintiff
has
met
his
burden
of
showing
the
probability
of
prevailing
on
his
court
of
action
for
libel,
no
judge
can
say
what
is
going
to
happen
or
what
is
going
to
happen,
what
isn't
going
to
happen
in
trial?
But
this
judge,
let
my
case
go
through,
because
I
proved
that
there
was
enough
evidence
that
Willie
Brown
deliberately
lied
to
the
the
readers
of
his
the
readers
of
Inglewood
today
that
he
betrayed
the
trust
of
his
readers
by
lying
to
them
just
to
help
Alex
Padilla
get
elected
again.

district

city
council
and
resonance
of
inglewood
on
items

departmental
reports
gr
one
two
and
three
I
would
hope
we
could
get
some
reef
oral
reports.
I
think
that
would
help
the
residents
understand
and
why
is
so
necessary
for
this
kind
of
legal
fees
and
litigation.
There's
very
much
going
on
and
I
understand.
You
know
we
need
to
protect
the
city
as
far
as
a
finance
is
concerned.
F
F
Falco
he's
the
technology
expert
and
it's
not
very
difficult
that
you
would
take
any
20
at
random
and
extrapolate
on
the
business
registered.
Yes,
you're
punching
is
this
a
program
and
all
you
would
do
is
required
documentation,
not
that
anything
is
wrong,
but
it's
just
good
business
sense
and
even
quantity
if
you
would
all
to
fette
catch
those.
Those
are
things
that
make
for
ink
good
business
oversight,
and
it
would
be
helpful
because
it
would
upgrade
this
organization
and
everybody
would
understand
hey.
G
Good
evening,
council
members
I
think
it's
interesting
that
the
comments
about
making
sure
you're
looking
at
what
you're
looking
at
would
come
in
handy
for
looking
at
item
number
six.
It
talks
about
award
of
a
contract,
but
nowhere
on
the
document
and
that
most
people
look
at.
Does
it
mention
that
it's
for
298
thousand
dollars?
G
We
bought
for
no
reason,
still
have
no
plan
for
and
still
sits
there
as
the
tumble.
We
feel
with
regard
to
item
number
11.
It's
talking
about
the
realignment
of
labrea
and
just
those
words
sounds
like
somebody's
going
to
change
the
street
yep,
there's
absolutely
no
graphic
to
show
anyone
would
actually
will
be
happening.
How
is
it
that,
with
96
pages
to
this
document,
there's
not
a
single
graphic
to
show
what
the
changes
will
actually
be?
G
I'll
wait
till
y'all
put
down
your
texting
devices
so
can
figure
out
what
you're
going
to
come
back
at
me
with
I
guess
not
well
I
guess
he
was
directing
some
information
to
someone
else.
Instead
of
paying
attention
to
people
who
come
to
speak
and
since
we
only
have
three
minutes
and
you
divert
that
attention
somewhere
else.
G
Clearly,
you
have
no
interest
in
speakers
with
regard
to
dr
one
once
again
we're
going
to
use
section
108
housing
for
the
Senior
Center
didn't
we
already
tried
at
work
and
now
we're
in
the
mess
that
we
were
in
and,
yes,
all
of
those
dollars
went
to
favored
architectural
firms,
shades
of
centinela
valley.
With
regards
to
dr
three,
you
know
I
think
that
was
just
mentioned,
but
where
that
pension
obligation
should
actually
lie.
G
It
is
this
council
who
decided
how
much
the
salaries
should
be,
and
now
we're
expecting
to
California
to
pick
up
the
tab
kind
of
interesting.
I
don't
know
that
will
win
that,
but
I
know
that
there's
going
to
be
some
attorneys,
making
some
major
money
off
of
that
at
our
expense
and
with
regard
to
that
crazy,
I
love
it
in
a
manner
consistent
with
voter
intent.
Remember
the
voter
intent
was
to
reverse
that
four
hundred
percent
salary
increase.
B
Close
probably
comment:
mr.
brunt
of
the
44,000
is
a
15-percent
contingency,
the
twitter.
Ninety
eight
thousand
dollars
is
articulated
in
the
staff
report,
which
is
online,
and
if
you
took
fifteen
percent
of
turin,
I
need
a
thousand,
you
see
it
was
44,000
734,
that's
what
a
contingency
means
as
far
as
the
pension
obligation
bonds.
B
Sometimes
it's
a
long
time
ago
the
the
voters
approved
a
pension
obligation
bond
to
to
pay
pension
costs
and
when
the
redevelopment
agency
was
dissolved,
the
state
has
captured
that
money
and
we
believe
we
are
rightfully
rightfully
seeking
attorney
intervention
to
have
the
funds
go
back
to
what
it
was
intended
to
do.
In
the
absence
of
that,
there
are
people
in
legislature
that
are
attempting
to
right
this
wrong.
So
in,
as
far
as
the
questions
about
attorneys
fees,
we
spend
money
to
protect
the
city's
rights.
B
This
is
a
very,
very
target,
rich
environment
for
the
state
these
days
as
far
as
capturing
as
many
dollars
from
the
local
municipality
as
they
can,
and
so
we're
trying
to
defend
ourselves,
as
you
would
expect
us
to
mr.
Mallory,
is
a
legal
defense
attorney
and
the
money's
we
were
spending
on
legal
defense
for
police
liability
issues
has
diminished
drastically
over
the
last
three
years
so
that
it's
money
well
spent
and
as
far
as
a
book
on
Annie,
mer,
I
believe
those
are
our
aviation
attorneys.

Brief
discussion:
this
is,
that
item
related
to
the
pension
obligation
bond
that
was
proved
by
citizens
some
years
ago.
That
was
meant
to
pay
pension
obligations
and
when
the
redevelopment
agencies
were
dissolved,
the
state
kept
the
increment,
and
so
there's
a
discussion
and
the
legislature
to
move
that
those
funds
go
back
to
where
they
were
intended
for
and
that's
what
the
support
is
for.
Madame
city
clerk,
councilmembers.
A
A
C
Yes,
good
evening,
mayor
and
city
council
just
want
to
bring
you
up
to
date
on
a
couple
of
items.
We
have
some
activity
going
and
going
on
on
the
weekend
at
darby
park,
the
parks,
rec
and
Library
Services
Department
will
be
seeking
help
from
youth
ages
13
to
21
to
help
design
a
new
mural
at
the
park.
It's
actually
an
eight-week
program
for
youth
ages,
8
I
mean
13
through
21,
and
the
kickoff
meeting
will
be
held
on
April
25th
at
three
o'clock
and
also
at
Derby
Park.
C
H
K
But
just
like
to
report
the
buns
out,
the
buns
outstanding
is
roughly
55
million
twenty
thousand
one
hundred
eighty
eight
dollars
and
the
estimated
market
value
of
these
bonds
is
54,
50-54
million
three
hundred
and
sixty
three
thousand
nine
hundred
two
dollars.
The
difference,
which
is
negative,
is
650
6280
six
dollars.
K
But
let
me
point
point
out
that
these
bonds,
of
course,
is
going
to
be
held
on
till
maturity
and
they
will
be
redeemed
at
costs
and
the
average
interest
rate
that
these
bonds
are
currently
generating
is
roughly
about
1.2
and
the
state
pool
is,
is
generating
approximately
0
point
2
4
and
the
the
cord
leader
roughly
about
point
26,
but
then
keep
in
mind.
The
state
have
to
be
short.
K
We
have
to
tell
all
of
their
investments
in
here
and
under
and
also
with
regards
to
the
bills
that
was
paid
for
the
month
of
marked,
was
thirteen
point
nine
million
and
they
took
the
net
payroll
was
2.8
and
the
total
bills
was
16.7
million
dollars.
Thus
far
in
April,
the
bills
paid
us
for
us
eight
million
and
also
would
like
to
point
out
that
just
some
economic
news,
the
private
employment
in
the
US
has
a
pass
is
pre-session
peak.
K
So
you
can
expect
the
newer
cars
to
have
come
equipped
with
time
with
cameras
and
business.
Travel
is
also
taken
off
gaining
altitude
with
the
economic
strengths
but
travel
to
foreign
locations,
they
say
have
actually
picked
up
and
grown
faster
than
just
another
comment
regarding
real
estate
we've.
Also,
as
I
mentioned
last
we've
had.
You
know.
Nice
gains
in
real
estate
here
in
the
city
of
inglewood
and
have
mentioned
last
week,
also
in
the
city
of
gardena
city
of
Carthon
and
those
and
those
home
prices
that
I
was
given.
K
B
K
K
I'd
like
to
point
also
in
you
know,
in
2008,
when
the
when
the
you
know,
when
the
real
estate
crash,
we
actually
had
some
prices
particular
the
heights
of
error.
Many
of
those
were
actually
priced
that
we're
between
six
to
eight
hundred
thousand
dollars.
So
again,
I
was
comparing
apples
to
apples,
not
apples,
two
grapefruits.
That
concludes
my
comments.
Thank.
B
E
E
E
Now
saying
the
killings
like
Frederick
margins
are
rarely
solved
and
that
buts
had
never
ever
seen
a
reward,
help
catch
a
killer
and
if
anyone
anyone
wants
to
see
the
video
taped
evidence
of
just
how
low
James
butts
will
stoop
to
promote
himself
politically,
just
go
to
the
Internet
and
type
in
the
phrase.
James
butts
exploits
the
death
of
Frederick
Martin
and
you
will
see
that
evidence
next.
I
want
to
make
sure
that
everyone
noticed
the
very
important
event
that
occurred
two
meetings
ago.
E
First,
as
some
people
know
about
a
year
and
a
half
ago,
I
started
playing
911
tapes
from
the
night
of
an
attempted
murder
on
my
block.
James
butts
the
City
Council,
the
city
clerk
and
the
city
attorney
had
helped
ipd
illegally
withhold
those
public
records
for
about
nine
months.
Those
tapes
proved
that
I
PD
officers
violated
their
own
policies
and
deliberately
refused
to
investigate
that
shooting.
E
So
I
began
to
play
the
tapes
in
these
meetings
to
prove
how
butts
and
his
counsel
helped
ipd
legally
hide
police
misconduct,
but
because
those
tapes
are
so
in
criminal,
yellow,
Morales
and
then
James
butts
violated,
state
law
and
my
civil
rights
by
creating
a
brand
new
rule
that
band
anyone
from
playing
audio
tapes
in
these
meetings.
In
fact,
James
bus
was
so
afraid
of
those
tapes
that
he
even
ordered
an
officer
to
stop
me
from
playing
the
tape.
E
One
night
with
the
officer
assaulting
me
trying
to
wrestle
the
tape
recorder
out
of
my
hand
during
my
three
minutes
to
speak,
but
last
November,
the
LA
County
told
butts
that
he
had
violated
the
law
and
my
civil
rights
by
ejecting
me
from
two
meetings.
So
when
I
played
a
recording
two
weeks
ago,
butts
was
afraid
to
interrupt
my
comments
and
have
me
ejected.
D
D
You
know
that
just
this
one
entity
or
you
know,
and
now
it
could
be
wrong
because
maybe
they
paid
for
it
and
and
if
they
did,
then
you
know
I'm,
sorry
for
all
the
things
that
I
did
say,
but
I
would
like
to
know
if
that
is
so,
and
if
this
is
going
to
be
the
way
that
you
know
they
do
things
for
the
residents
of
this
city.
So
if
any
of
you
have
information
that
you
would
like
to
share
with
the
residents
of
this
city
that
you
know
about
this
whole
thing.
B
Official,
I'm
glad
you
apologized,
because
you
and
the
place
where
you
get
your
information
as
usual
or
wrong.
That
was
not
a
community
day
that
belonged
to
the
city.
They
form
was
responsible
for
the
cost
of
opera
issues.
Me
mad,
faithful
central
was
responsible
for
whatever
cost
they
incurred
to
break
that
event.
B
We
didn't
give
the
church
18
million
dollars.
As
you
keep
and
others
keep
saying,
there
was
an
18
million
dollar
rehabilitation
loan
that
was
made
to
Madison
Square
Garden.
That
would
be
released
only
when
they
spent
50
million
dollars
to
rehabilitate
the
building.
They
spent
a
hundred
million
into
the
project
that
loan
will
be
forgiven
over
a
period
of
ten
years.
B
The
vast
majority
of
those
funds
would
have
when
the
redevelopment
agencies
were
dissolved
would
have
gone
back
to
the
state
into
the
county,
and
so
no
the
taxpayers
did
not
give
18
million
dollars
to
the
project.
It
would
have
been
worth
it
in
any
event,
but
so
all
those
things
are
wrong
and
I
think
that
was
your
questions.
Mr.
Agee,
so
I'm
glad
you
apologized
early.
L
My
name
is
Willie
AG
and
I
live
in
the
beautiful
city
of
Inglewood
California
anyone's
stand
up
in
bed
at
madison
square
garden
is
not
good
for
the
city
of
England.
He
must
be
sleeping
in
a
hole
at
night
when
they
leave
here
and
staying
in
that
you
know.
Madison
Square
Garden
gave
this
city
life
absolutely
my
personal
belief,
if
we're
not
for
Madison
Square
Garden
and
my
butt's.
M
Mics
bender,
first
District,
I'm,
sorry
I,
don't
have
anything
bad
to
say.
I
got
a
couple
of
comments.
First
of
all,
I
wasn't
here
the
last
couple
of
weeks
and
I'm
not
sure
if
anybody
close
the
meeting
in
honor
of
James,
dr.
James
Hall,
who
ran
the
Englewood
women's
clinic
right
down
on
their
knives
and
Manchester
long
long
time.
M
M
James
whole
also
like
to
congratulate
the
city
when
using
the
CBD
GE
funds
as
quickly
as
we
got
them,
we're
very
anxious
to
get
into
certain
things
and-
and
it
shows
that
you
got
your
eye
on
the
target
and
moving
these
funds
right
along.
So
as
we
get
it
from
the
feds,
we
can
turn
it
over
to
the
citizens,
get
these
programs
working
as
soon
as
possible,
because
we
definitely
need
these
programs.
So
I'll
have
to
say.
Thank
you.
F
F
F
The
best
thing
we
can
do
with
madison
square
garden
is
support
them
and
have
them
have
it
successful
business?
That's
it
that
is
it,
but
they
put
the
burden
on
one
business
that
you're
going
to
save
a
whole
city,
and
here
we
1.2
billion
dollars
in
outstanding
debt,
which
is
being
reduced
and
we
are
in
good
shape
because
the
assets
of
the
success
agency
exceed
the
liabilities.
F
F
You
misunderstand
it:
you
misunderstand
it
completely,
because
the
general
fund
is
going
to
have
more
money,
but
you
don't
understand
that
either
you
want
to
lay
off
people,
and
you
haven't
done
an
analysis
with
the
financial
condition
is
so
she
doesn't
misunderstanding
and
I've
never
said
that
the
sky
is
falling.
No.
B
F
I've,
no,
no!
You
misunderstood.
Okay
and
you're
still
misunderstanding:
now:
let's
have
a
meeting
of
the
successor
agency
and
have
your
turns
explain
it
to
you
and
if
you
want,
the
information
is
on
the
internet
and
you
have
cable
TV.
It
comes
live
from
Sacramento
all
day.
The
committee
meetings
the
proposed
legislation
that
debates
it's
all
on
there,
but
no
I,
don't
understand
the
silence
of
this
console
and
you
don't
want
to
meet
with
me.
I'll
meet
with
any
of
you
and
debate
any
other,
because
you
don't
understand
a
B
1484.
Now.
F
F
H
F
B
N
Good
evening,
mayor
council,
City
step
this
weekend
was
a
lovely
with
weekend,
the
forum
as
well.
This
weekend,
I
went
to
Friday's
event
and
I
was
decided
easy
there.
One
was
the
oldies
with
people
40,
mid
40s
and
over
and
I'm
in
the
fifties,
crowd
I
enjoyed
myself.
We
went
there
from
732
1238
night
Friday
and
Saturday
night,
which
was
crushed,
grew
10,000.
Strong
each
night
event
was
very
well
policed.
People
had
a
good
time.
They
were
a
little
B
little
with
me,
Brady,
but
other
than
that.
N
Everything
with
smooth
is
with
you
Saturday's
event,
earth
day
at
the
city,
hall
of
the
west,
romp
beautiful
event
very
well,
attended,
Thank,
You
counsel,
people
thank
you,
Steve
Bradford
technique
and
making
your
presence
known
and
loved
in
your
own
city.
That
is
very
respectful
for
all
of
you.
Thank
you
beautiful
day
beautiful
weekend,
just
like
to
say
that
the
event
sunday
for
the
face
central
easter
day
parade
I
mean
Easter
day
celebration
was
free
to
the
public.
N
Yes,
it
was
sponsored
by
us
south
face
central.
They
had
it
very
well
attended
from.
What
I
heard
is
seventeen
eighteen
thousand
strong.
You
couldn't
find
a
parking
space
and
the
forum
that
pic
and
as
we
all
know,
that
a
anytime
you
can
go
to
church
and
thank
the
lord
for
what
you
have.
But
what
you
don't
have
is
always
a
good
thing,
and
I
would
just
like
to
say
I
hope
that
these
things
in
the
city
keep
growing
and
we
keep
having
good
events
and
we
also
have
great
citizenship.
Turnout.
G
G
Your
role
is
to
do
what
the
residents
of
this
community
have
asked,
not
to
write
in
and
decide
what
you
want
to
do
and
that's
true
for
the
others.
You
know
it's
interesting
that
recently
we
pull
items
and
at
the
beginning
of
the
agenda,
I
can
automatically
right,
40
or
50.
It
doesn't
matter.
You
know
why.
We
all
know
that
the
others
do
not
ever
seem
to
question
or
object
in
front
of
the
public.
G
What
an
interesting
concept
I
would
have
hoped.
One
of
you
have
said.
Oh
maybe
we
should
have
put
that
close
to
three
hundred
thousand
dollar
amount
there,
but
then
to
suggest
that
a
forgiving
loan
is
not
actually
a
gift
ya
know.
Maybe
you
can
ask
the
kids
I'll
loan.
You
the
car,
but
never
mind,
don't
bring
it
back.
I
think
that's
a
gift.
A
forgiven
loan
is
no
longer
something
that
we
are
going
to
get
back.
If
I
loan
you
my
jacket
and
you
keep
it
or
not,
returned
it
and
I
never
mind
keep
it.
G
G
B
He
would
close
public
comment:
councilman
Dotson,
yes,.
B
C
J
Not
okay,
well
I,
it
is
forgive
me.
I
was
at
that
warm
event.
It
was
one
of
the
best
I've
ever
seen.
Broadway
couldn't
have
done
it
any
better.
So
if
you
wasn't
there,
you
missed
a
very
exciting
and
very
well
done
event.
I
would
suggested
they
do
it
next
year
be
present.
You'll
enjoy
yourself.
Another
thing:
I'd
like
to
talk
about
his
earth
day:
I,
don't
know
how
many
of
you
came
out
for
it.
But
if
you
didn't
come
out,
you
missed
a
great
event.
J
There
are
a
lot
of
booths,
a
lot
of
good
information
and
they
gave
with
a
lot
of
free
stuff.
So
you
missed
out
on
that
ticket,
so
mark
your
calendars
next
year.
To
make
sure,
did
you
come
out
birthday
you'll
enjoy
yourself,
and
you
learn
a
lot
of
stuff
to
have
some
cars
out
there,
that
our
detectives
will
be
using
that's
going
to
use
alternative
fuel,
very
good-looking
cars
I.
Think
there's
Chevy's,
so
you
know
come
out
for
the
city.
Events
you'll
enjoy
yourself
and
you
learn
to
on
April
26.
J
Are
we
having
a
town
hall
meeting
at
first
church,
I'm
10
to
12?
Please
come
out
and
be
informed.
There'll
be
quite
a
few.
A
city
departments
plus
the
mayor
will
be
there,
give
a
state
of
the
city
so
come
out
and
villa
siena
cities.
What's
going
in
the
city
made
the
10th
I'll
have
another
town
hall
meeting
at
the
Maranatha
community
church
from
10
to
12.
J
If
you
live
in
that
area,
please
come
out
and
I
want
all
district
1
residents.
Please
sign
up
for
the
district
1
datsun
team,
Dotson
bike,
the
American
Cancer
Society
Relay
for
Life,
so
please
come
out,
participate,
help
us
eat.
Rheticus,
eradicate
this
terrible
disease.
I,
look
forward
to
seeing
you
and
thanks
for
coming
tonight
and
we'll
see
you
next
week
thousand.
A
You
mayor
a
couple
of
quick
things:
I
just
want
to
piggyback
on
the
councilman's
comments
about
Earth
Day,
the
overwhelming
response
from
the
community
to
come
together
and
celebrate
the
good
things
that
are
happening
here
in
Inglewood.
The
support
we
have
from
all
the
different
boots
that
were
out
there.
A
I
was
also
very
well
received
by
the
community
members
that
attended
at
the
same
time,
friends
from
the
library
had
a
book
sale
at
the
library
and
that
went
very
well
and
they're
going
to
continue
to
have
that
for
the
following,
I
believe
two
or
three
weekends.
So,
if
you
get
a
chance
to
head
out
there,
please
do
so
and
and
support
the
Friends
of
the
library.
I
want
to
thank
the
community
members
that
came
out
this
past
saturday
at
our
district
too
I
cop
center.
A
We
had
our
shred
event
and
tell
you
the
community
response
again
very
much
appreciated.
It
gave
me
an
opportunity
as
well
to
meet
with
some
of
the
community
members
business
owners
that
came
out
and
have
low
one-on-one
time
talking
about
what's
going
on
in
the
community.
So
I
want
to
thank
everybody
for
showing
up
Relay
for
Life
district
2
also
has
a
team
just
a
reminder.
Put
it
on
your
calendars
june,
seventh
and
eighth.
That
starts
saturday
morning.
The
7th
at
9am
goes
to
the
following
sunday
at
9am
the
next
day.
A
We
need
people
walking
on
that
track
for
those
24
hours,
because,
as
you
know,
cancer
never
stops
to
take
a
rest.
Nor
will
we
District
two
were
having
our
town
hall
meeting
on
Thursday
evening
downstairs
in
community
room,
a
the
doors
will
open
at
six
pm.
The
first
presentations
will
start
at
six.
Thirty
I'll
have
people
there.
The
Director
of
Public
Works
Lewis
at
wal,
dr.
A
bran
from
the
England
unified
school
district
at
trusty
chief
anuradha,
will
be
there
to
talk
about
public
safety
and
we'll
also
have
Gerard
McCallum
talk
about
Hollywood
Park
tomorrow
and
the
progress
that
we're
making
so
that,
if
you
have
any
questions,
you'll
be
able
to
ask
these.
At
that
time
we
had
oh
one
more
thing.
I
want
to
thank
all
of
you
that
came
out
over
on
Saturday.
A
There
was
a
car
wash
held
for
Ismail,
Jimenez
and
Denise
Gomez,
and
for
those
that
don't
know
both
of
those
people
were
killed
in
that
tragic
bus
accident
is
up
north.
As
my
Jimenez
lives
here
in
Englewood
district
number,
three
Denise
Gomez
as
well
in
Englewood
district
number,
two
they
had
a
car
wash
and
the
response
again.
Our
community,
as
always,
came
together
to
support
the
family
and
they'll
be
having
the
services.
Next
week
we
had
a
community
member
come
up
front
to
talk.
Can
I
get
an
extra
minute
mayor?
Yes,.
A
You
two
talking
about
not
getting
the
attention
they
deserve
when
they're
up
there.
You
know
we
we
can
multitask
and
sometimes
we're
writing
notes
down
while
you're
speaking.
So
we
can
address
your
issues
later.
If
we
need
to,
we
use
our
technology,
some
counsel
people
will
have
computers
on
there
on
the
Dyess.
We
don't
have
that.
So
we
use
our
handy-dandy
sales
are.
L
A
Phones
to
access
information
so
that
we
can
make
sure
where
we
got
the
right
information
in
front
of
us,
but
you
have
people
up
here
that
are
very
good
at
multitasking
I'm,
not
just
talking
about
the
council
in
the
man
I'm
talking
about
our
city
staff.
So
when
we're
doing
that,
please
don't
misconstrue
it
that
we're
not
paying
attention
to
you,
because
we
are
we
care
about
what
you're
saying
it's
important
for
us,
but
we
also
want
to
write
it
down
or
put
it
in
our
in
our
smartphone.
A
A
We
read
every
single
one
of
these
documents,
it's
important
for
us,
because
we
have
to
make
sure
we're
making
these
decisions
and
we're
making
the
right
decisions-
and
this
is
not
a
willy
nilly
thing
where
you
can
just
come
up
here
and
some
say
you
know
just
for
yes.
Yes,
yes,
that's
not
the
case.
What
happens?
Is
you
have
a
council
on
the
mayor
that
sits
here
meet
with
city
staff?
We
get
questions
asked
early
on,
so
that
we
can
run
a
business
meeting
and
move
our
agenda
forward.
A
Not
so
we
can
get
in
here
and
bicker
back
and
forth
and
and
put
people
on
the
on
the
spotlight
and
name
and
shame
people.
That
is
not
what
this
council
meeting
is
for
it,
so
that
we
can
move
the
agenda
forward
and
this
city
is
taken
care
of
not
just
for
today,
but
for
the
future.
We
have
to
have
a
strategy
and
we
all
have
to
be
on
the
same
page
to
move
that
strategy
forward.
A
So
please
don't
ever
misconstrue
because
we're
not
asking
questions
I'm,
putting
people
on
the
spotlight
that
we're
not
reading
our
agenda
and
that
we
don't
care.
We
care
very
much.
Every
one
of
us
spend
a
lot
of
time
and
our
weekends
reviewing
these
agenda
packet,
so
we
can
get
it
right.
Thank
you
and
again,
thank
you.
All
for
coming
out
tonight
really
do
appreciate
it.
Thank.
I
Actually,
I'm
disappointed
that
some
of
the
residents
are
not
understanding
or
missing
the
mark
of
what
we
talked
about
forgiving
alone.
I
want
to
clearly
understand
that
this
council
reached
out
to
the
mayor
to
be
our
leader
as
our
mayor
and
being
in
charge
of
negotiating
on
our
behalf,
along
with
our
legal
counsel,
etc,
with
Madison
Square
Gardens,
the
18
million
dollars
that
we
were
about
to
lose
and
had
to
give
it
back
to
the
state.
This
18
million
dollars
and
forgiving
alone
is
to
marry
indicated
over
ten
years.
I
I
want
you
to
identify
the
amount
of
revenue.
This
city
will
now
receive
for
decades
to
come,
how
it
has
boosted
this
economy
of
the
city
with
permanent
job
opportunities,
with
revenue
streams
that
we're
now
going
to
be
able
to
receive
that
we
will
not
have
to
keep
reaching
out
to
our
tax
base.
Voters
here
in
the
city
of
Inglewood
to
say
that,
yes,
this
is
another
investment
that
we're
making
it
with
a
business
that
will
have
long
time
positive
results.
I
We
went
through
the
same
harassment
of
this
council
when
we
did
the
16-acre
development
that
currently
houses,
chillies
red
lobster
bed
bath
beyond
and
children's
place.
They
were
sad
because
of
the
acreage
per
square
foot
is
not
really
the
dollar
value
that
we
should
normally
be
getting.
That
was
a
planning,
a
seed
for
this
council
to
mushroom
or
actually
became
our
Tom
explosion.
They
say
you
know
what
Inglewood
resident
they
got.
I
Money
and
Inglewood
residents
will
spend
their
money
based
on
what
product
you're
willing
to
bring
to
the
city
and
our
goal
as
this
council
is
making
sure
that
we
identify
the
kind
of
retailer,
entertainer,
etc.
To
come
to
the
city,
to
spend
your
daughter
back
into
the
city
as
your
own
personal
investment
for
this
city
to
maintain
its
core
and
so
I
commend
the
mayor
and
all
the
council
members
that
we
are
on
one
Accord,
identify
that
this
is
where
we
need
to
go.
I
I
But
now,
in
the
other
note,
and
as
my
time
is
running
and
I
said
one
my
minute,
I
I
too
went
to
the
earth
day
and
I
thought
was
very
enlightening
to
identify
ways
that
that
it
was
education
of
you
take
for
granted
about
pouring
stuff
down
the
curbside
to
go
into
the
into
the
drains
and
how
it
creates
his
mask
pollution
and
how
you
can
be
more
energy
conservative
and
that
these
various
organizations
were
there
to
help
us,
along
with
this
council,
has
recently
approved
a
filing,
getting
an
expert
known
as
an
artist
to
trim
our
trees,
and
they
were
there
as
well
and
also
was
a
great
experience,
thought.
I
It
was
also
great
to
identify
that
the
friends
of
the
library
were
there
to
identify
that
there's
quality
books
that
were
made
available
for
sale,
which
I
purchased
for
my
granddaughter
as
well
to
identify
that
hey
we're
going
to
recycle.
This
is
good
education
with
books,
it's
fun
knowledge
and
a
great
adventure
story
for
them.
I
would
be
remiss
if
I
didn't
recognize
our
group
that
I
belong
to
called
justice
masters.
I
Some
people
know
it
as
Toastmasters
on
how
to
be
better
speakers
in
our
community
and
to
be
advocates
for
City
and
I
want
to
reach
out
to
the
RF
for
group,
which
is
our
governor,
Judge,
Patricia
Titus,
who
helped
spearhead
the
event
that
was
held
at
darby
park
this
past
Saturday.
It
was
a
joint
area
venture
with
f3,
f4,
evaluation
and
international
speakers.
That
was
there
and
they
were
having
speech
contests
and
was
it
was
excellent.
I
I
also
want
to
identify
that
I
heard
councilmember
Padilla's,
so
talk
about
the
car
wash
I
to
participate
it
to
make
sure
that
we
give
back
to
those
families
that
we
need,
because
we're
all
we're
all
family
here
in
district
4
or
in
the
city
of
Inglewood
and
finally,
I
do
want
to
acknowledge
that
in
district
4
we
are
having
this
Saturday,
our
town
hall
meeting
that
will
be
held
at
Hollywood
Park
Casino
Breeders
Cup
room
from
ten
a.m.
to
12noon.
I
We
have
many
subject
matters,
but
our
theme
this
time
is
we're
going
to
make
sure
that
we
reach
out
to
everyone
and
identify
that
we
want
to
make
a
difference.
So
we
district
4
is
spring
for
cleaning,
and
so
we
want
to
make
sure
you
come
and
identify,
listen
to
some
of
the
teachers
and
things
will
have
in
that
event
as
well,
and
on
that
note,
thank
you
very
much
man.
Oh.
A
I
I
He
was
very
active
in
district
4,
particularly
he
was
part
of
the
dads
club
and
he
also
reached
out
to
troubled
youth
and
got
them
focused
on
getting
quality
education
and
he
reached
out
to
Morningside
various
at
sports
activities,
including
football
basketball
track
off
in
performing
arts,
and
on
that
note,
I
like
to
close
in
his
honor.
Thank
you.
Thank
you.
B
I
attended
the
Easter
celebration,
part
of
it.
It
was
a
freak
on
scottsville
concert
and
a
play
actually
on
Sunday
and
it
was
a
wonderful
event
and
it
was
free
and
and
mr.
Brenner
I,
don't
we.
But
what
people
say
you
know
back
in
the
old
days
before
we
had
things
going
on
here.
There
wasn't
any
need
to
clarify
things
that
people
said,
because
we
really
weren't
anywhere
and
we
just
had
so
much
digging
out
of
a
hole
to
get
and
I
ignored
it.
B
B
It
was
a
vehicle
so
that
you
would
have
invest
capital
to
make
the
bottom
line
more
attractive
in
your
city
than
it
might
be
somewhere
else,
so
that
you
would
leverage
that
investment
and
gain
a
long-term
economic
stream
for
your
city.
That's
what
that
investment
was
about.
No
one
has
ever
suggested
that
alone.
Ultimately,
forgiving
is
not
a
grant.
No
one
ever
said
that,
and
so
when
you
say
that
and
purport
infer
that
we
said
that
we
have
never
said
that
what
we
have
said
it
was
a
wise
investment
for
this
city.
B
The
fact
that
Madison
Square
Garden
could
have
chosen
most
any
city
to
go
to
took
a
historic
venue
and
said
we're
going
to
remodel
that
one
and
maybe
it'll,
be
more
financially
lucrative
for
us.
They
could
have
done
that
we
partnered
with
them
in
that
event,
so
no
they're,
not
an
entity
of
the
city,
but
they
are
an
economic
partner
to
the
city.
B
So
that's
why
we
made
that
investment
and
no
they're,
not
the
salvation
of
the
city,
but
they
were
the
first
big
domino
into
fall
to
bring
us
back
to
where
we
were
and
Beyond,
and
so
no
I'm
not
rebutting
you.
But
when
you
infer
things
and
and
there's
a
there's,
an
entity
of
a
publication
in
this
town
had
actually
printed
online
that
the
church
stole
18
million
dollars
from
the
city.
They
actually
use.
That
wording
give
us
back
our
18
million
that
you
stole.
The
18
million
dollars
did
not
go
to
faithful
central
church.
B
They
sold
that
building
that
loan,
which
will
be
a
grant
if
they
perform
economically
over
the
next
10
years
in
ticket
sales
and
and
and
the
mounts
come
to
the
city.
That
loan
will
be
forgiven,
but
it
never
went
to
the
church.
So
there
is
a
need
for
us
to
clarify
things
when
mr.
Fisher
suggested-
and
that
was
in
that
publication
as
well.
They
asked
that
same
question
was
at
one
of
our
community
days.
No,
it
was
not.
People
deserve
to
know
that.
B
So,
if
you're
wrong,
that's
okay,
but
it's
okay
for
us
to
tell
you.
This
is
what
the
truth
is
and
what
I
was
doing
when
you
were
talking.
I
was
taking
fifteen
percent
and
seeing
what
47,000
was
of
it,
what
that
was
fifteen
percent
of,
and
it
was
a
288,000
it
was
in
the
report.
You
should
have
known
that
you
read
everything.
B
So
that's
why
we
take
the
time
now,
because
people
actually
watch
these
council
meetings
now
for
something
more
than
entertainment,
and
we
owe
the
city
we
owe
the
city
to
tell
the
truth
and
represent
our
good
business
decisions
properly.
Okay,
that's
it
that's
why
we
take
the
time
now,
because
it's
worth
letting
people
know
what's
going
on
here.
I
want
to
close
the
meeting
in
the
name
of
Jeff
jetty
Lewis
field,
dr.
