And
the
next
thing
is
number
5
49
to
48?
Has
some
legal
fees
paid
to
mr.
Saunders?
That's
almost
total
of
five
thousand
dollars.
Some
of
them
are
dated
from
2012,
so
I
have
questioned
with
that
is
in
posting,
how
you're
going
to
post
those
expenses
and
to
the
current
year,
and
so
the
point
I'm
making
to
you
is
that
we
need
some
oversight.
There's
another
one
on
there
about
a
trip
to
Sacramento,
with
airfare
of
five
hundred
and
forty-nine
dollars.
C
E
Good
evening,
Council
members
I
can't
help
but
notice
that
you
scheduled
this
during
the
day
only
because
well,
you
know,
if
we
go
back
and
check
the
records
you
haven't
had
very
many
night
meetings
recently
and
I
can't
help
think
that's
by
design.
It's
just
one
of
those
things
go
back
and
check
your
own
calendar
and
you'll
see
that
we're
right.
Anybody
else
can
tell
the
difference
between
night
and
day
meetings,
because
well,
2
p.m.
for
seven
o'clock
looks
a
little
bit
close
when
you're
looking
at
typeset,
but
we
all
know
where
the
Sun
is.

I,
POA,
ipma,
SEIU
and
I
pcma.
I
believe
I
got
them
all.
The
negotiators
for
the
city
were
already
filled.
The
city
manager
and
Jack
Hoffman
chief
negotiators,
as
two
extremely
discussion
was
held
direction
given
to
staff
as
to
cs2
closed
session
attorney-client
privilege
regarding
workers,
compensation
claim
with
George
Sanford
discussion
was
held
in
direction
given
to
the
staff.

C
District
for
our
mayor
and
city
council
I
would
hope
you
reconsider
these
day
meetings,
because
it's
not
seven
residents
very
well
and
in
fact,
it's
basically
a
waste
of
time
in
Council
time
because
yeah,
you
don't
have
any
attendance
in
this
and
that
when
you
comment,
would
you
come
in
on
the
update
of
the
Senior
Center
and
we
need
some
clarification
with
the
city
and
the
read
the
former
redevelopment
agency.
You
see
when
I
speak
on
it.
C
You
get
a
comment
from
the
console
negating
what
I'm
trying
to
say
but
you're
given
half-truths
and
we
had
a
presentation
from
the
city
clerk,
not
the
city
city,
treasurer.
That's
part
of
negotiations
from
administration,
the
health
law
with
the
11
member
brought
up
Affordable
Health
Care
Act.
It
is
to
reduce
health
care
premiums,
and
you
need
to
talk
to
someone.
That's
with
the
negotiating
team.
That's
an
expert
on
how
it's
going
to
affect
the
city
and
I've
seen
the
payments
we've
made.
Some
of
them
are
outrageous.
C
So
there's
a
lot
involved,
it's
not
as
simple
as
what
Miss
Brown
gave
you
it's
more
involved
in
the
Affordable
Health
Care
Act.
We
are
reduced
to
premium
and
then
also
you
have
what
is
known
as
the
a
quitter
when
people
retire,
they
come
in
with
Cobra,
so
there's
all
kind
of
things
involved
in
it.
It's
not
as
simple
as
saying
we're,
gonna
we're
gonna.
We
got
to
reduce
this
and
then
persons
involved
it's
more
involvement
than
what
you
looking
at,
because
pers
determines
what
premiums
has
to
be
paid,
that's
determined
by
actuaries.
C
So
the
point
I'm
making
is
simply
this:
let's
negotiate
fairly
with
the
employees
and
don't
cut
to
the
bone
where
the
organization's
of
eternity
dysfunctional
and
here
again
with
the
forum,
is
interesting
that
you
mentioned
six
hundred
thousand
dollars
guaranteed.
Now,
if
you
multiply
that
time,
30
years,
that's
18
million-
maybe
that's
coincidental.
Okay,.
A
Okay,
I'm
mr.
Matthew
you're,
absolutely
wrong
about
purse.
I
mean
anything
to
do
with
the
medical
premiums
for
this
city.
They
have
nothing
to
do
with
them
and
as
far
as
the
portable
Health
Care
Act,
it
doesn't
supersede
the
contract
that
we
are
enforcing
it
present.
When
we
let
people
retire
least,
you
know
you
can't,
and
so
this
is
not
a
debate
you
had
your
time
and
and
so
so
it
has
nothing
to
do.
If
we
excuse
me,
mr.
Matthew,
your
time
is
up
and
it
has
nothing
to
do
with
wit.
A
L
Good
afternoon,
mayor
butts,
my
name
is
Caillou
Tim
atefeh
I
work
at
the
UCLA
center
for
clinical
aids,
research
and
education
and
I'm
working
with
a
group
of
community
partners
to
do
an
event
for
National
Black
hiv/aids
Awareness
Day,
which
is
Friday
februari,
seventh
and
I,
be
held
in
the
city
of
Inglewood.
We
brought
flyers
for
the
event,
but
I
wanted
to
just
let
everyone
know
how
the
epidemic
of
HIV
is
impacting
our
communities
specifically
here
in
Inglewood.
I'm
pretty
sure
you
are
very
we're
aware
of
the
epidemic
nationwide.
L
We
have
over
a
million
people
in
the
united
states
that
are
suffering
with
HIV
and
AIDS
in
black
black
and
Latino
folks
make
up
more
than
half
of
that
percentage,
and
so
at
Bayou
girl
on
64
thin
labret
on
this
friday,
going
to
have
a
free
HIV
awareness
and
testing
event,
and
the
city
of
Los
Angeles
is
providing
the
testing,
be
free,
food
and
opportunities
for
people
to
come
and
hear
more
information
and
I
brought
some
flyers
per
the
request
of
dr.
gene
Davis.
For
you
thank.
M
My
name
is
Willie
AG
and
I
live
in
the
beautiful
city
of
Inglewood
and
very
happy
about
it.
I
want
to
ask
this
council
one
thing:
are
these
day
council
meeting
televised?
Yes,
sir,
approximately?
How
many
people
that
watching
these
council
meetings
on
television
I
don't
have
a
from,
I
would
say
that
a
big
percentage
of
the
people,
so
no,
regardless
of
how
many
people
you
see
in
here,
the
people
in
England
were
to
getting
the
message
and
that's
then
that's
a
fact.
M
If
I
wanted
to
change
this,
counselor
I
would
get
on
the
ballot
run
for
office,
and
let
the
people
elect
these
five
people
were
elected
and,
and
so
was
city
clerk
and
miss
one.
The
brown
when
it
comes
to
question
about
ms
wanda
brown
and
any
other
person
in
the
audience
I'm
going
to
be
with
Miss,
Brown
I
know
she
knows
what
she's
talking
about
and.
M
G
E
You
mr.
AG,
for
providing
that
great
segue
to
what
I
was
going
to
say.
You
know
this
week
has
been
significant
for
us.
We
actually
had
one
of
those
elected
actually
found
not
truthful
in
representing
where
he
lived.
Didn't
we
that's
a
something
that
happens
on
a
regular
basis
in
this
community
and
frequently
on
this
diet
in
the
past
and
I'm,
not
so
sure
it's
not
today
as
well.
But
more
importantly,
you
said
people
should
go
out
and
vote
and
I.
E
Yet
I
showed
you
and
gave
you
the
opportunity
to
know
that
fraud
exists
in
this
community
in
great
fashion,
because
Jamie
Sweeney
has
never
lived
at
my
address,
and
yet
she
voted
there.
Oh,
my
gosh
I
wonder
which
one
of
you
she
voted
for
I,
wonder
how
many
times
she
voted
in
different
addresses
or
how
many
people,
just
like
her,
put
fake
addresses
when
they
chose
to
register,
to
vote
I'm
fairly.
Confident,
wasn't
one
of
those
fake
names
that
Miss
Austen
used
when
she
was
making
those
examples.
E
E
So
I
would
encourage
that
this
year,
every
single
block,
Club
and
resident,
who
goes
to
vote,
go
and
check
that
list
to
see.
If
someone
else
who
doesn't
live
there
is
voting
out
of
their
own
address
or
see
if,
in
fact,
there's
a
name
of
someone
who
claims
to
live
on
the
block
that
we
all
know
is
a
vacant
address
and
has
been
for
many
years
or
even
those
vacant
streets.
A
lot
of
people
voted
out
of
a
hundred
and
second,
when
it
was
nothing
but
fields.
E
E
Isn't
that
sad.
There
will
be
letters
to
those
senators
who
decide
that
colleagues
are
more
important
than
truth
and
that
colleagues
are
more
important
than
residents
we'll
see
if
they
stay
in
offices,
because
I
don't
know
that
their
constituents
by
extension,
think
that
truth
is
less
important
than
a
colleague.
N
Good
afternoon
everybody
well
may
I
told
you
my
seattle
didn't
know
sad
all
the
way
yo
they
was
going
to
all
right.
I
gotta
jump
on
this
one.
Mr.
Brown,
no
seed
about
the
food
is
fraught
she's
right,
but
I'ma
tell
everyone
something,
and
you
put
this
in
the
bay.
When
man
bucks
was
running,
it
happened
to
him
and
I'm
the
queen
at
catching
it.
It
happened
to
him
so
I
would
say
he
got
Nets
even
legally
cuz.
A
lot
of
stuff
was
going
on
against
him
and
I
caught.
N
It
didn't
I
mare,
okay,
so
that
has
happened,
but
in
lately
the
city
is
already
on
the
being
watched.
So
it's
not
happening
now.
Purdue,
you
won
fairly
and
squarely
I
must
say
he
did
he
really
did.
We
already
knew
how
many
votes
it
took
to
be
Judy
done
that
you
had
to
get
990
votes
to
beat
him.
She
had
93
locked,
a
thousand
votes
and
I'ma
be
honest
about
that.
He
wanted
he
did.
You
know
why,
because
all
the
blacks
that
didn't
go
to
vote,
the
brown
went
to
vote.
N
N
Remember
that
its
own
stepmother
putting
them
in
the
changes.
We
can
never
get.
Leaders
that
want
to
do
something
right.
Those
up
there
won't
do
something
right,
I'm
serious.
They
are
doing
the
right
thing.
I
can't
say
they
not.
They
are
and
you
doing
the
right
thing,
but
I
hate
that
people
bring
personal
problems
up
here,
don't
bring
your
personal
problems
or
who
you
swing
and
who
you
taking
the
court.
Like
mr.
Brown.
Oh
say
this
will
be
business,
not
personal,
but
everybody
taking
somebody.
N
The
court
comes
up
here,
all
Willie,
Brown
I'm,
taking
you
to
court.
We
don't
want
to
know
that,
so
what
you
know,
how
many
people
get
sued
every
day?
Who
cares
you?
Ain't
gonna,
win,
no
way
and
always
remember
when
you
sue
anyone
here,
police
department,
no
plan,
for
we
are
the
taxpayers.
Remember
that,
yes,
we
are.
They
only
pay
the
first
upfront
money,
even
the
school
board.
You
gotta
remember
that
before
you
get
up
here
and
start
talking,
we
paying
for
it.
N
A
B
Thank
you
very
mu,
I
just
you
know,
I
just
want.
You
know
when
people
cast
those
kinds
of
comments
out
and
put
dispersions
on
voting
fraud.
I
just
want
to
make
it
real
clear.
There's
no
voting
fraud
going
on
in
my
office
and
when
it
is
asmus,
fo
I
take
care
of
it,
and
so
you
know
people
may
vote
at
the
at
her
address
or
she
may
have
gotten
somebody.
B
But
it's
not
true
in
the
city
of
Inglewood,
not
out
of
the
city
clerk's
office,
because
we
take
care
of
our
business
and
we
make
sure
the
voters
are
who
they
say
they
are,
and
not
only
that
our
voter
file
files
that
complete
file
it
comes
from
the
county
register
recorders
office.
We
don't
create
that
file
I.
Want
that
to
be
clear
too
so.
E
B
Work
with
what
we
get,
but
we
still
make
double
sure
and
so
I
just
wanted
to
close
with
that.
So
people
know
that
you
know
feel
safe
and
know
that
it,
the
clerk's
office,
is
straight
and
on
the
up
and
up,
and
we
do
a
fabulous
job
and
to
insinuate
that
it's
almost
insulting,
because
the
women
that
work
in
the
office
I
mean
they
work
hard.
We
spend
long
hours
to
make
sure
that
everything
is
handled
properly.
Thank
you
very
much.
Miss.
A
A
B
K
K
J
You
mayor,
it's
got
a
lot
of
thank
yous
to
give
out
I
want
to
thank
the
second
Avenue
block,
look
inviting
me
and
David
Espada.
He
did
a
great
job
on
explaining
them.
The
sound
insulation
program,
people
left
away
from
the
meeting
now
understanding
who's
getting
what
and
why
so,
I
wasn't
thinking
for
that.
I
also
would
think
assistant
city
manager,
Mike
Falco,
but
coming
out
and
giving
a
seminar
and
training
session
to
my
my
commissioners,
the
only
problem
is
he
did
such
a
good
job.
J
They
got
to
come
back
and
do
it
again
because
they
all
call
him
one
and
they
do
it
again,
but
Michael.
Thank
you.
So
very
much
for
that
and
I
want
to
thank
Lewis,
F
well
and
the
entire
public
works
department,
but
taking
care
of
problem
on
Second
Avenue
has
wood
has
existed
for
seven
or
eight
years.
J
You
can
never
know
what
it
means
to
me
to
work
with
and
14
like
I'm
working
with
now
the
not
only
the
council
staff
but
the
whole
entire
department
here
at
the
city.
They
have
been
so
carpet
with
me
and
I
am
so
great
to
to
have
been
here
this
at
this
time
to
work
with
these
people.
Thank
you
all
very
much
and
I
think
people
are
coming
out.
We
appreciate
it
and
I
hope
you
all
have
a
wonderful
day.
G
Pedir
Thank
You
mayor
just
a
couple
of
quick
things.
Number
one
is
just
a
reminder:
februari
15th
I'm,
having
the
opportunity
of
folks
to
sit
down
with
me
one-on-one
talk
about
any
of
their
concerns.
They
have
in
our
district
and
that's
from
nine
to
12
at
the
I
cop
center.
If
you
interested,
please
call
my
system
where
montiel
yáñez
at
412
8601
on
another
note,
I
got
to
tell
you
having
just
had
the
elections
in
April
and
June
and
being
a
part
of
that
whole
process.
G
I
could
vote
for
the
thoroughness
of
the
City
Clerk's
office,
my
hats
off
to
you
and
your
staff
for
everything
you
do
during
all
elections.
So
thank
you
very
much.
I
want
to
just
take
a
moment
to
welcome
back
one
of
our
police
officers
of
officer.
Marquez
he's
one
of
the
officers
that
was
shot
in
the
incident
back
right
before
thanksgiving
and
he's
back
to
work.
So
I
just
want
to
take
this
time
to
welcome
him
back.
G
You
know
Public
Safety
officers
go
out
there
every
day,
police
and
fire,
and
they
put
it
on
the
line
for
all
of
us
to
be
able
to
sit
here
and
enjoy
ourselves
and
I
also
just
want
to
make
a
quick
comment.
It
doesn't
matter
how
many
people
are
here,
whether
you
do
the
day
or
night.
What's
important
is
that
those
that
are
here
are
taking
part
of
a
process.
I
You
just
briefly
wanted
to
say
that
a
couple
things
had
the
opportunity
to
go
to
the
independent
cities
association
conference
this
last
week
and
I
know
councilman
Franklin
was
there.
There
was
a
great
deal
of
good
speakers
and
good
sessions.
11
which
really
stood
out
is
the
security,
peace
and
I
know
the
mayor's
been
speaking
about
and
we've
all
been
speaking
about,
cameras
that
was
discussed
first
responders
were
discussed,
and
it
was
something
that
really
hit
home.
I
So
hopefully
that's
the
kind
of
information
we
bring
back
and
get
the
ball
rolling
on
some
of
those
things.
But
I'll
say
that
one
of
the
most
exciting
parts
was
that
people
its
many
of
these
things.
It's
how
we
are
seeing
that's
important-
and
this
was
one
of
a
few
times
in
many
years-
that
the
positive
things
that
were
going
on
in
Inglewood
were
right
on
the
LA
times
this
last
weekend.
I
Mayor
was
on
TV
a
couple
times
and
people
noticed,
and
that's
amazing,
because
that
little
by
little
that's
how
we
start
to
change
our
image.
Around
California
and
I
was
just
very
impressed.
I've
been
to
a
variety
of
different
events,
and-
and
it
was
nice
to
see
that
type
of
attention
here
in
regards
to
miss
Horner-
has
there
been
anybody
more
beat
up
the
view
in
terms
of
your
department,
since
in
the
last
10
years
for
elections,
I
mean
you
know
it's
ridiculous.
It's
ridiculous
I
mean
talk
about
living
under
a
magnifying
glass
from
day.
F
So
let
me
pay
you
back
with
my
colleagues
comments,
because
he's
indicated
we
were
both
at
the
independent
cities
association
and
it
was
interesting
to
get
tid
bits
of
news,
and
the
mayor
also
kept
us
abreast
about
the
excitement.
The
fact
that
we
are
now
getting
rid
of
someone
called
a
tumbleweed
field
of
60
acres
that
we
now
have
a
opportunity.
