A
How
do
you
improve
the
best
police
department
in
the
United
States?
You
have
to
have
the
equipment,
you
know,
I,
don't
have
any
problem
with
cameras.
You
have
to
put
this
thing
in
perspective.
Now
we
need
the
equipment
and
whatever
the
chief
asked
for
to
keep
this
put
department
in
the
position
that
is
in
and
that's
the
best
in
Southern,
California
I
think
probably
United
States
I
support
this
consent.
Calendar
number
three
and
I
hope
this
council
supported
to
thank
you
very
much.
B
Afternoon,
aldine,
sly,
4,
1st
district
mayor
and
city
council
and
staff
I
agree
that
we
should
have
cameras
on
the
police
as
well,
because
it
could
help
the
police
department
as
much
as
proving
whether
or
not
someone
that
they've
arrested
or
killed
or
whatever
was
in
the
wrong.
It
will
help
on
both
sides.
So
I
think
it
should
be
mandatory
that
they
wear
cameras,
ones
that
they
can't
turn
off
in
situations,
but
I
agree
that
lift
the
rest
I
think
they
should
be
wearing
cameras.
Thank
you.
B
C
My
name
is
Diane
Zambrano
and
once
again,
I'm
going
to
point
out
that
you
could
not
have
helped,
but
to
see
that
someone
had
stood
up
when
you
suggested
that
they
weren't
here
is.
If
the
public
comments
would
be
closed
and
I
think
that
that
still
speaks
to
that
whole
need
to
shut
down
the
community
in
any
way
you
possibly
can
I'm
going
to.
C
Let
you
know
that
I
think
that
you
have
one
two
three
four
five,
six
public
hearings
scheduled
at
two
o'clock
in
the
afternoon
and
that's
ridiculous,
considering
the
fact
that,
even
when
you
knew
that
the
signatures
gathered
for
daytime
meetings
were
falsely
presented
to
you,
you
knew
that
and
acknowledged
it.
You
then
said
you
would
have
public
hearings
in
the
evening
and
you've
disregarded
that
in
much
the
same
way
that
you
disregarded
your
resolution,
91
and
and
1604,
you
completely
disregard
even
the
laws
you
make
the
ordinances
that
you
put
into
effect.
C
C
That
said
that
you
didn't
want
them,
and
that
in
and
of
itself
is
an
insult
that
to
the
rest
of
you,
do
not
speak
out
and
have
a
difference
of
opinion,
a
debate
and
a
discussion
in
front
of
the
public,
but
you
all
go
with
the
flow
and,
unfortunately,
I
can't
help
but
notice
that
I'm
not
sure
why
we
are
currently
paying
so
many
other
people.
Since,
even
in
a
significant
press
conference
this
week,
I
did
not
see
the
chief
of
the
police
department.
C
Is
he
absent
on
vacation
no
longer
present?
We
are
paying
him,
and
yet
he
doesn't
appear
for
a
press
conference,
even
though
I
know
he's
not
allowed
to
speak
and
that's
insulting
so
I
think
you're
going
to
approve
this
and
will
probably
be
out
here
by
at
least
2
45,
because
you've
probably
already
scheduled
a
meeting
at
three
o'clock.
As
you
did
a
couple
weeks
ago,
a
complete
absolute
disregard
for
the
community
that
you
claim
you
represent.
D
D
Well
what,
when
you
get
overlapping
one
right
after
another,
it's
a
thousand
dollars
it
does
so
you
know
it
goes
back
to
me
with
that
thing
that
happened
with
my
friend
downstairs
here
he
went
off
and
all
that
got
killed
down
there
and
shot
and
then
I
heard
someone
ran
up
there
and
kicked
him
after
he's
dead.
You
know
and
and
I've
heard,
that
that
wasn't
what
happened.
I've
heard.
D
You
know
and
I
got
dull
ease,
grandkids
and
great
grandkids
and
stuff
running
around
the
streets
over
here
and
I
hate
to
see
any
of
them
go
through
that
kind
of
stuff
you
know
and
and
good
equipment
for
the
police
department
is
a
must.
As
far
as
I'm
concerned,
you
know,
and
that
should
be
part
of
the
equipment,
even
if
the
officers
had
to
pay
for
it.
D
You
know
I
remember
the
days
in
England
when,
when
we
had
a
reserve
police
department
and
everything
and
those
guys
used
to
buy
their
own
guns
and
uniforms
and
everything
else,
you
know-
and
you
know
they
were
pilots
and
who
knows
what
all?
But
that's
because
the
racetrack,
when
I
used
to
go,
come
in
here
with
huge
amounts
of
traffic,
but
all
things
change
and
changing.
D
Bud
ser,
he
more
or
less
telling
everyone
that
that
was
under
his
direction.
Thank
you
because
that's
the
way
more
things
should
be
handled
and
and
I
hope,
maybe
you're,
starting
to
see
the
light
on
how
to
deal
with
people.
You
know
what
I
mean,
because
there's
some
things
like
you
hear
about
these
meetings
and
stuff
and-
and
you
know
maybe
you're
come
around.
Thank
you.
I'll.
E
F
E
G
H
Good
afternoon
America
Council
members,
the
staff
report
you
have
before
you
today
is
to
request
authorization
to
amend
the
purchasing
ordinance
section
2
dash
1
98.1
exception
to
competitive
bidding,
specifically
as
it
relates
to
standardize
purchasing
in
order
to
maintain
consistent
operation
with
technological
systems
and
public
safety
systems
that
we
have
in
place
and
add
onto
these
systems.
Burnt
authorization
level
of
$20,000
is
insufficient,
given
the
marketplace
so
we're
requesting
that
council
approve
an
increase
from
twenty
thousand
dollars
to
$250,000.
E
I
For
the
first
District
I
was
looking
through
the
books
out
there
to
have
some
idea
of
what
that
was
all
about.
One
thing:
it
concerns
me
that
I
was
reading,
for
instance,
placing
equipment
than
things
like
bullets
even
and
whatnot.
It
concerns
me
that
you
put
a
contract
out
there
for
250
thousand
dollars
and
you
don't
have
to
put
it
out
for
bid
now
in
2014.
I
You
know
you
amended
this
already
and
now
you're
coming
back
in
2016
again
to
amend
it,
but
you
know
when
it
comes
to
public
dollars,
you
know
and
and
and
how
they
are
spent.
You
know
I
understand.
You
know
that
you
by
a
computer,
the
preview
equipment
or
whatever
you
know,
and
maybe
you
don't
have
to.
I
It
concerns
me
that
it
wouldn't
take
the
time
to
go
out
to
bid,
because
you
know,
there's
a
lot
of
people
that
make
things
like
bill
is
there's
a
lot
of
people
to
make
got
a
computer
devices
and
computers
and
stuff,
and
it
seems
to
me
that
$250,000
is
a
lot
just
say:
well,
you
don't
have
to
go
before
anybody
to
ask
their
justify
it.
You
know
I
can
just
go
out
and
deal
with
the
same
people.
I've
been
dealing
with
all
the
time
so.
I
Concerns
about
you
know
the
language
of
this
and
the
amounts
of
monies.
You
know,
because
you
know
when
you,
when
you
go
and
spend
these
monies
it'sit's
public
money,
it's
this
tax
dollars.
You
know
it's
just
it's
my
money
and
all
these
other
people
that
live
here.
So
it
concerns
me
that
when
you
talk
about
a
large
amount
of
money
like
that
that
you
don't
have
to
number
one
give
out
for
bid
and
number
two
just
go
and
spend
the
money.
However,
you
would
like.
C
Council
members,
I
think
the
timely
knows
that
this
is
very
inopportune
considering
you
now
have
that
wonderful,
48-page
whistleblower
lawsuit
before
you.
I
would
think
that
now
would
be
the
last
time
that
you
want
to
increase
any
spending
any
time
you
want
kind
of
thing
and
even
the
blanket
suspending
I
happen
to
have
done.
C
The
research
and
I
know
that
the
person
you
have
the
head
of
our
finance
department
had
issues
when
he
was
in
LA
that
he
was
hired
here
after
that
just
amazes
me,
but
it
is
kind
of
standard
up,
so
I
think
we're
setting
ourselves
up
for
a
real
disastrous
problem
and
I
remember
the
days
when
anything
over.
I
think
it
was
at
one
time.
Fifteen
thousand
dollars
individually
came
before
this
council,
and
now
we
just
spend
money
without
even
thinking
about
it,
don't
win.
E
E
E
F
E
K
You
good
afternoon,
mayor
City,
Council
members
today
we're
conducting
a
public
hearing
and
requesting
your
approval
of
the
2016-2017
annual
action
plan.
This
plan
has
been
put
together
after
six
community
meetings,
one
in
each
district,
one
in
the
center
near
that
we're
Vincent
park
and
one
here
at
City
Hall,
including
input
from
our
residents
as
many
of
our
councilman
personnel
from
those
meetings
and
also
we
received
over
700
survey
responses
and
comments.
And
so
those
are
the
things
that
influenced
the
operation
of
this
item.
So.
K
In
addition,
we
are
continuing
our
funding
of
the
fair
housing
organization,
housing
right
center,
which
will
assist
landlords
and
tenants
with
disputes
anything
ranging
from
handicap.
Accommodations
to
you
know,
repairs
on
the
unit
and
a
new
thing
that
we're
adding
because
of
public
comments,
is
a
homeless
public
services
activity
to
help
able
eyes
people
when
we
first
find
out
of
their
homelessness
until
we
can
give
them
permanent
housing
solution,
which
is
one
of
HUD's
major
goals
in
Alaska.
Thank.
C
You
and
I'm
going
to
share
with
the
council
that
I
remember
that
in
times
past,
we
actually
had
an
entire
presentation
of
how
each
of
the
however
many
million
dollars
not
213,000
we're
going
to
go
where
and
a
recap
of
how
they
were
spent,
but
I
guess
that
wouldn't
fit
into
the
ever
so
short
time
period.
You
allowed
for
council
meetings.
L
At
first,
first
of
all,
I
like
to
think
the
Intel
housing
Marvins
vestments
depicted,
I
was
at
cover
those
meetings
and
I'm
very
proud
of
way.
It
was
conducted.
They
were
very
informative,
I'm
you
got
a
year
for
because
I
was
there,
so
you
were
very
informative
and
gave
good
answers
that
the
people
really
received.
So
they
understand,
what's
going
on
in
the
housing
about
that
I
do
too
so
I
want
to
thank
you
for
that
and
you're
holding
Department.
Thank
you.
E
E
Madam
clerk
ph
three
four
five
and
six
are
the
same
type
of
public
hearing
with
just
different
areas.
So
when
I,
when
I
asked
for
this,
if
you
call
all
of
them
together,
it
will
allow
public
comment.
Simultaneous
and
people
can
pick
and
choose
the
one
that
they
want
and
will
give
five
minutes
for
each
speaker
to
do
them.
So
would
you

I
I
You
know
I,
don't
see
any
changes
in
the
street
lighting
or
the
tree
trimming
for
that
matter.
It
concerns
me
that
in
much
of
this
city,
you
know
we
don't
have
the
trees
to
him
like
I
would
like
to
see
them
personally.
I
said
to
you
hear
of
some
time
ago.
In
particular,
I
was
talking
to
mr.
Franklin
with
regard
to
Crenshaw
and
in
the
fourth
District
and
those
trees
along
Crenshaw
there,
and
how,
in
fact
the
city
wasn't
trim
them.
I
What
was
happening
in
fact
was
that
the
trucks
that
were
going
by
were
trimming
them
so
that
you
could
see
the
trees
were
instead
of
the
oval
trees
that
we
had
were
just
cut
along
the
side
and
and
I
guess.
Finally,
they
got
the
message
because
they
did
trim
those
trees.
So
you
know
with
this
assessment
stuff
and
especially
the
street
lighting.
I
You
know
I'm
glad
to
see
that
there
are
no
changes,
because
I
don't
see
a
lot
of
justification
for
the
changes
and
especially
you
know,
even
a
long
Manchester,
the
trees
that
we're
planted
out
here
on
Manchester,
some
of
them
were
died
even
and
they
plan
to
level
sticks,
and
some
of
those
little
sticks
are
even
dying
because
they're
not
being
taken
care
with
proper
watering
or
whatever.
So
you
know
good
that
you're
not
charging
these
people
anymore.
Thank
you.
C
We
have
a
quality
of
air
quality
issues
around
and
I'm
very
disappointed
that
it
seems
to
be
that
the
standard
up
for
trees
is
killing
them,
because
when
I
look
down
century
and
I,
look
down
Manchester
and
I
look
down
labrea
in
particular
those
areas
that
used
to
be
lush
and
green
and
beautiful.
Well,
I,
don't
know
labrea
sandpits!
Now
you
got
some
sticks
called
palms
which
are
water
suckers.
By
the
way,
in
a
time
of
drought,
we
have
the
grass
underneath
the
beautiful
Pines
along
Crenshaw,
turning
brown
to
me.
C
We
have
not
done
a
very
good
job
of
taking
care
of
our
landscaping
and
that's
really
atrocious,
because
one
of
you
runs
around
says:
I've
saved
so
much
money
on
tree
trimming
yeah,
because
you
killed
the
trees.
That
is
not
saving
money
on
tree
trimming.
It
is
killing
trees
palms,
don't
give
the
same
amount
of
oxygen,
shade,
habitat
enrichment.
All
of
that
you
can
go
and
research
other
communities
and
find
that
out.
Remember
mr.
C
via
Ragosa
and
now
Eric
our
city
Garcetti
go
on
with
the
whole
thing
of
planting
a
million
trees,
but
anglewood
were
special.
We
define
beauty
as
massacre
of
trees
and
I.
Don't
know
why
that
is
except
that.
Maybe
we
want
to
turn
us
into
more
of
a
cement
jungle,
because
it
is
certainly
not
beneficial
to
air
quality,
shade
microclimate
and
it's
unfortunate,
but
it's
just
one
of
the
signs
of
how
the
directions
either
given
or
taken,
do
not
enhance
the
quality
of
life
of
this
community.
J
J
The
general
fund
continues
to
subsidize
these
assessments,
which
basically
means
for
the
public
that
the
assessments
themselves
don't
pay
for
the
service
is
given
and
every
year
services
cost
more
money
because
it's
actually
personnel,
that's
doing
the
work
and
a
lot
of
things
go
into
it
and
I
just
wanted
for
the
for
the
public
to
to
get
a
good
grasp
as
to
what's
happening
here.
Those
assessments
don't
pay
for
themselves.
The
sir
don't
pay
for
the
services
themselves
and
the
city
continues
to
subsidize
it
so
seeing
the
same
services
every
year
is
actually
progress
here.
J
M
M
The
tax
imposed
by
this
ordinance
was
set
at
a
rate
of
zero
point,
one
four,
six,
nine
five,
eight
cents
per
one
hundred
dollars
of
assessed
property
value
and
has
remained
unchanged
for
the
last
33
years
that
it
has
been
in
effect
on
August
in
August
of
2013.
The
county
notified
the
city
that
this
ordinance
would
have
to
be
approved
every
year.
So
what
is
being
presented
in
front
of
you
is
the
ordinance
asking
for
the
approval
of
the
secured
property
tax,
ordinance,
I'll.
F
O
Thank
you
mayor
like
to
give
a
brief
treasurer's
report
at
May,
31st
2016
and
again
there.
There.
There
are
copies
of
this
report
on
the
table
outside
as
a
seven
page,
very
detailed
report
that
you
could
follow
along
with
me
and
also
the
report
is
always
posted
on
my
website.
I
by
the
end
of
the
week
for
the
city
of
Inglewood
funds
out
of
management,
it's
90
92
million
550
4195
dollars
and
the
total
interest
earnings
is
114,000
256
esser
agency,
89
million
640
5306
three
dollars
and
the
debt
service
interest
earning.
O
This
is
a
gross
debt
service
in
turning
is
13,000
647
houses
of
thyroid
100,
1000
234
under
management,
public
finance
authority,
13
million
five
hundred
thirty
thousand
seven
hundred
ninety
nine
dollars
and
a
debt
service
interest.
Earnings
is
220
218
dollars,
total
funds
on
a
management
at
May,
31st
2016
is
195
830,
1591
dollars
and
at
May
31st
the
interest
generated
is
114,000
207
dollars
and
the
total
gross
interest
investment
earnings
from
1987
to
date
at
May
31st
2016
is
83
million
dollars.
O
That
includes
the
debt
service
centers
of
5.19,
and
also
I
would
like
to
mention
that
the
total
debt
service
that
have
been
generated
thus
for
at
jun,
16
2016
from
october
15,
2
jun
2015,
is
590
7680
two
dollars
and
the
interest
earnings
late,
which
is
our
state
pool.
The
their
interest
rate,
is
currently
on
jun.
Jun
15
is
0.5
76.
O
E
I
Fish
in
the
first
District
again,
I
would
say
to
you
them
that
you
ought
to
have
evening
meetings.
I
know
that
you
don't
think
it's
necessary,
but
there
are
people
that
do
work
in
the
city
that
would
like
to
get
out
here
and
to
have
an
opportunity
to
input
in
discussions
or
things
that
go
on
here
in
this
city.
I
also
would
like
to
suggest
to
those
of
the
city
to
go
on
a
site
called
transparency.
I
California,
transparency,
calm,
it'll,
tell
you
a
lot
about
what
goes
on
in
your
city.
It'll
tell
you
about
salaries
of
individuals.
It
will
tell
you
that
many
of
these
people
are
doing
better
than
than
most,
and
especially
you
them.
Who
supposedly
represent
the
residents
of
this
city,
you're,
overcharging,
us
and
I.
Don't.
P
So
Parker
jr.
conscious
after
66
67
Vietnam.
As
you
know,
in
the
paper
recently
Hillary
Clinton's
phone
classified
material.
She
used
it.
The
FBI
investigated
you're
not
going
to
charge
her,
but
the
FBI
doesn't
have
that
much
to
do
it.
United
states,
air
force
is
the
one
who
authorizes
you
to
be
clear
to
handle
classified
materials.
P
When
you
violate
that
or
you
misuse
your
information,
you
lose
your
national
in
her
case
and
international
security
clearance
to
the
Air
Force,
not
the
FBI,
okay
I
folk
about
Maxine
Waters
all
over
when
you
handle
finance
when
you
handle
classified
material,
the
Air
Force
issues
that
clearance
for
you
to
handle,
not
the
FBI.
When
you
violate
it,
you
lose
your
security
clearance.
That
is
the
way
it
goes.
Having
had
one
most
of
my
work
like
that
to
each
other
time,
I
work
glass.
P
A
Will
the
AG
I'm
pretty
sure
to
city
there's
a
lot
of
advertising
as
far
as
the
council
meet
when
the
council
meetings
are
and
if
there's
anybody
out
there-
and
you
know
that
knows
how
to
read-
and
you
know,
listen
to
news
and
stuff.
If
they
want
to
come
to
this
council
meeting,
they
can
catch
a
bus
call
a
friend,
either
drive
I.
Don't
think
you
know
that
we
were
responsible
foot.
All
the
people
in
England
would
come
coming
into
council
minute.
It
wouldn't
work
out,
no
wait!
A
So
yeah
I,
don't
think
you
can
get
115,000
people
in
here.
So
I
look
at
it
like
this.
If
you
want
to
come,
you're
gonna
come
that's
just
like
me:
I've
been
coming
for
18
years,
you
know,
I,
don't
draw
no
money
and
its
fullest
hours
for
these
people
here
the
work
that
they
do.
I
think
I'd
be
down
demanding
a
little
bit
more
money.
You
know
I'm
a
taxpayer,
a
big
tax,
paying
you
know
and
I
don't
have
no
problem
with
it.
Thank
you.
B
B
Specifically
fourth
of
July
evening
I
was
driving
down.
Fourth
Avenue
to
my
home,
people
were
having
parties
and
the
fireworks
were
going
off
in
the
middle
of
the
street,
and
one
celebrant
came
out,
as
he
saw
me
coming
down
the
street
and
rushed
out
lit
a
firecracker
right
as
I
was
getting
ready
to
go
by
so
I
had
to
apply
my
brakes
and
let
that
stupid
thing
go
off.
B
It
was
like
a
bomb
and
when
I
finally
pulled
into
my
driveway,
I
noticed
on
my
back
window
of
my
car,
this
yellow
spray
of
whatever
the
dynamite
or
whatever
it
was
that
they
use
in
these
things.
You
need
to
pass
an
ordinance,
it's
dangerous
one
of
my
neighbors
called
the
police.
They
finally
came
and
I
appreciate
that
they
went
to
her
home
and
she
was
complaining
about
the
noise
she's
elderly.
She
lives
alone
and
they
were
scaring
her
half
to
death.
B
B
C
Perhaps
the
word
was
enforced,
the
laws
that
we
currently
have
that
she
was
appealing
that
we
do
I'm
going
to
ask
the
city
manager,
but
of
course,
I
know,
he
has
to
ask
the
mayor's
permission
to
update
transparent
California
because
the
city
I'm,
sorry,
the
state
controller,
doesn't
seem
to
have
the
current
numbers
available
on
the
website.
So
keep
in
mind
that
when
anyone
looks
that
up
those
are
old
numbers,
so
the
new
numbers
are
actually
probably
much
higher.
C
But
having
said
that,
I'm
going
to
go
back
to
that
concept
of
I
would
like
to
think
that
you
believe
that
many
of
the
residents
of
this
community
actually
do
go
to
work
and
have
a
job.
Typically,
that's
nine
to
five
and
typically,
two
o'clock
is
in
the
middle
of
nine
to
five.
Not
everyone
has
the
luxury
of
being
old,
retired
or
never
employed.
L
C'mere
I
would
like
to
first
of
all
thank
mr.
spaza
for
going
out
with
me
last
night
at
the
77
street
block
Club.
He
did
a
marvelous
job
in
his
explanation.
He
received
a
lot
of
comments
from
the
neighbors.
They
were
very
happy
wing
left.
So
I
really
want
to
thank
mrs.
pasa
for
his
help
and
his
explanation.
It
was
very
well
received
and
they
really
needed
to
know
the
information
that
he
gave
them.
I
want
to
thank
mr.
Lewis,
a
dwell
in
the
public
works
department.
L
I've
received
several
comments
and
a
lot
of
phone
calls
about
the
work
that
your
crew
and
your
department
are
doing
in
my
district
I
really
appreciate
that
that
makes
any
would
the
place
it
should
be
when
you
do
your
job.
So
thank
you
for
that.
I
want
to
also
invite
all
of
you
out
to
district
ones
family
day
in
the
park.
It's
this
saturday
from
12
to
six.
L
L
We'll
have
lots
of
dancers
and
food.
If
you
bring
your
own
food,
we
have,
we
will
have
a.
We
have
some
lunch
trucks
that
would
be
out
there.
I
think
it's
for
now,
so
food
would
be
new,
no
object.
I
have
to
say
this
and
I
want
to
said,
but
I
had
to
say
it.
7-Eleven
has
donated
hot
dogs,
so
they
will
be
free
as
long
as
they
last
so.
L
L
L
N
E
N
Anyway,
no,
you
know
what
I'm
looking
forward
to
Saturday's
event.
It's
so
good
to
have
these
community
gatherings
to
come
together
and
to
just
expand
on
the
good
things
happening
in
our
beautiful
city
of
Inglewood.
So
I'm,
looking
forward
to
attending
the
picnic
mayor,
I
just
like
to
ask
that
you
close
in
the
memory
of
the
five
Dallas
police
officers,
actually
the
for
Dallas
police
officers
and
the
one
dart
Dallas
area,
transit
police
officers
that
were
killed
last
week.
So
if
peoples
in
their
memory.
J
Thank
you
just
like
to
say
that
on
sunday
night,
I
guess
when
the
protesters
were
here,
you
know
when,
when
something
happens
and
the
police
are
involved-
and
it's
something
goes
wrong-
it's
all
over
the
news
here
about
it
for
weeks
on
end,
but
when
a
thousand
people
show
up
and
announce
close
to
2,000
people
show
up
unannounced,
and
things
are
so
well
done
by
our
Police
Department
that
nothing
happened.
J
You
don't
see
that
on
the
news
and
I
want
to
take
the
time
to
say
that
we
all
know
we
have
a
great
police
department,
and
we
all
know
that
the
men
and
women
even
that
evening
risked
everything.
They
don't
know.
There's
2,000
people
out
there
that
they
don't
know
what
they're
doing
they
don't
know
what
they
brought
and
they're
out
there,
keeping
us
safe
and
keeping
us
organized.
J
Something
was
said
about
the
mayor
taking
charge.
Well,
you
know
we
have
the
benefit
of
having
someone
who
spent
their
whole
life
under
these
pressure
situations.
That's
a
benefit,
that's
what
we
bring
to
the
table.
Our
lives
and
I
just
wanted
to
say
that
bad.
If
nothing
else,
the
news
didn't
point
it
out,
but
Englewood
looked
real
good
that
evening.
That's
it
I!
Just
that's
all
I
have
man.
E
That
was
not
involved
and
I
just
want
to
tell
you
just
an
outstanding
job
by
by
everyone
on
the
police
department
involved,
going
to
close
the
meeting
first,
with
our
condolences
to
the
city
of
Dallas
for
the
11
police
officers
that
were
shot,
six
injured,
five
killed
and
when
it
closed
the
meeting
in
memory
of
all
those
public
safety
personnel
that
lost
their
lives
during
that
internet.
We're
adjourned.
