For
official
1st
district
I
wanted
to
ask
and
hopefully
know
from
you
them
with
regard
to
this
d3
site,
what
are
you
planning
to
do
with
that
site?
That
site
has
been
all
these
all
these
years
and
it
keeps
coming
up
you
know,
and
now
you
know,
I
guess
you're,
proposing
that
a
certain
church
that
we
all
know
that
is
here
should
take
their
hands
and
join
with
this
guy
from
burbank
and
again
use
that
to
get
over
on
us
like
they
have
in
the
past.
You
know
so
I'm
just
one
to
know
honestly.
D
You
know
what
you're
planning
to
do
with
that
site
over
there.
You
know
at
one
time
I
thought
that
the
bus
rail
system
was
going
to
come
in
there
and
use
that
site
over
there.
But
you
know
we
don't
you
know,
get
any
honest
information
in
my
opinion
for
most
things
that
you
do
here
and
I
guess
you
know,
that's
that
your
game,
you
know
to
not
allow
people
to
really
know
what's
happening
before
it
happens.
So
I've
asked
you,
you
know
for
some
explanation.
D
E
E
Council
members,
my
name
is
Diane
Zambrano.
I
likewise
have
a
question
with
regard
to
what
you're
planning
to
do
with
the
property
known
as
d3
for
many
years
it's
been
the
tumbleweed
feel,
then
it
was
the
planned
multi-generational,
something
for
which
we
didn't
have
any
funding.
So
then
it
went
back
and
done
this
that
and
the
other.
As
of
this
point,
we
still
don't
have
any
renderings
for
the
public
to
look
at
that
we
have
other
than
I'm.
E
Assuming,
since
you
said
last
week,
we
were
ten
minutes
over
the
one
hour
that
we
will
have
less
than
an
hour
opportunity
to
discuss
how
you're
going
to
change
the
future
of
our
community.
Yes,
there
have
been
planning
committee
meetings,
but
those
of
course,
do
not
go
on
television
for
the
public
to
find
out
exactly
what
has
been
happening
and
very
few
people
are
able
to
attend
those
meetings
on
a
regular
basis
guessing
when
and
what
will
be
discussed.
Much
like
very
few
people
who
actually
have
jobs
are
able
to
attend.
E
The
two
o'clock
meetings,
though,
as
the
concern
was
expressed.
I
would
hope
that
you
have
a
public
hearing
not
to
decide
what
happens,
but
just
to
show
us
what
potential
plans
are
and
actually
give
the
public
the
opportunity
to
raise
questions,
concerns
and
maybe
even
make
some
changes.
I,
don't
think
that
will
happen.
E
F
Yo
Matthew
gets
it
for
mayor
and
city
council
on
payment
of
the
bills.
I
noticed
with
transferring
are
not
interagency
transfers
and
particularly
our
concern
litigation,
and
what
I'm
asking
is
when
you
budget
and
for
the
payments?
Is
it
unlimited
funds
in
the
nondenominational
budget,
because
you're
similar
you
simply
always
paying
extra
olive?
They
are
none
departmental,
should
I
say
when
you
make
these
interagency
into
agency
transfer
I'm.
Just
raising
that
question
also
I
understand
that
you
have
in
order
to
a
new
order
to
our
onboard
$10,000.
F
That's
a
special
audit
or
what
is
it
in
concerning
the
dr
special
public
hearing,
I'm
glad
it's
moving
forward.
Now
you
have
four
acres.
That's
me:
develop
that's
between
market
and
on
the
west,
in
C
market
on
the
west,
and
then
no
it's
not
labrea.
This
going
east
market
garnish
and
then
Florence
to
queen.
F
That
goes
to
the
taxing
entities,
kind
of
city-owned
property,
whether
those
proceeds
go
to
the
general
fund
to
be
expended,
and
then
what
is
the
plan?
Do
you
have
a
draft
plan
and
what's
going
to
go
on
the
4
acres
and
also
you
need
them
public
hearing
at
seven
o'clock?
And
you
have
nobody
here
today,
because
this
is
the
first
time
in
the
history
of
Inglewood.
You
had
a
meeting
after
holiday
anyway,
I
just
thank
you
for
the
time
see
the
people
to
with
you.
G
My
name
is
Willie
AG
and
I
live
in
the
beautiful
city
of
Inglewood,
proud
of
it
not
for
a
cause
of
land.
Over
there
it's
been
vacant
at
least
20
years.
I
believe
close
to
20
years
how
much
revenue
have
to
sit
in
no
brought
in
from
that
for
you,
because
a
man
that's
been
sitting
now.
That
would
be
nothing,
nothing,
zero!
G
That's
one
of
the
main
reason
why
the
city
was
going
broke
before
we
brought
these
people
up
here
that
councilman
and
staff
we
develop
in
the
city
now
and
hopefully,
just
four
acres
known
as
the
d3
site
will
be
developed,
and
it's
gonna
bring
lots
of
money
to
the
beautiful
city
of
Inglewood
and
I'm
so
proud
of
that
you
know,
and
anybody
that's
not
proud
of
it.
You
know
if
I
was
them.
If
I
was
that
miserable
I
just
leaving
the
wooden,
we
can
come
back
here.
No
more,
you
know.
G
What
are
you
staying
here
for
you
know,
but
bottom
line
is
growth.
Is
what
make
this
city
grow
money
to
pay
the
bills,
pay
the
employees,
please
staff,
and
that's
that's
why
we
got
development
and
thank
God.
We
got
a
counseling
staff
here,
that's
willing
to
to
go
up
and
do
get
their
development
and
stuff.
You
know
to
make
make
this
city
what
it
ought
to
be
and
that's
why
I
support
you
guys,
two
hundred
percent.
G
G
B
B
B
B
C
B
A
B
D
Last
meeting
rare
but
I
bought
to
you
my
concerns
about
not
having
meetings
in
seven
o'clock.
I
also
suggested
to
you
at
this
time
for
this
one
minute
that
people
in
order
to
ask-
and
you
know,
questions
about
the
city
or
what's
going
on-
should
be
given
more
than
one
minute
you
at
the
end
of
the
meeting,
had
the
nerve
to
suggest
that
having
more
than
one
minute
would
allow
people
of
ignorance.
D
Basically,
what
you
said
is
to
show
their
ignorance,
I
say
to
you
that
that's
what
I'm
talking
about
with
regard
to
this
city
and
the
people
in
it,
you
know
we
should
have
the
right
to
say,
and
you
know
whatever
you
want
to
say
and
have
the
time
to
say
it,
and
you
know
I
hope
that
on
the
8th,
when
you
go
to
court,
you
know
to
answer
mrs..
Oh
no,
that
may
be
the
judge
will
give
you
the
time
to
see
that
we're
not
getting
sued
again
to
lose
money
for
the
city.
B
E
During
our
elders
is
apparently
right
up
there
with
honoring
the
residence
we
probably
shouldn't,
we
bark
at
them
were
unkind
to
them
and
we
call
them
ignorant
in
this
room.
Isn't
it
that's
your
standard
off
and
I'm
going
to
say
right
now?
The
interesting
thing
about
this
is
that
every
time
you
behave
like
that,
you
behave
like
that
and
your
counterparts
allow
it.
I
wonder
how
many
young
men
are
sitting
in
jails
today
behind
that
kind
of
behavior.
H
H
To
be
here,
but
I
made
it
my
business
to
come
here
mainly
for
mr.
bucks.
I
just
want
to
let
you
know
on
April
temp
I,
don't
live
in
Inglewood,
but
I
lived
in
Los
Angeles,
since
2007
I
was
just
started.
A
brand
new
job
left
the
barbershop
imma.
Keep
this
very
brief.
One
of
your
police
officers
roll
down
his
window
as
if
he
was
a
gangster
and
asked
me
in
these
exact
terms.
H
Yo,
where
are
you
from
I,
could
not
answer
that,
because
I
don't
participate
in
that
type
of
activity
I
he
he
jumped
out
of
the
vehicle
with
a
child
in
the
car,
with
a
vest
on
no
gun
I
was
detained.
He
put
the
handcuffs
on
me
very
tightly.
Fill
me
against
the
car.
I
have
a
disability
in
my
left,
hip
metal,
plate,
spin
screws,
a
plastic
ride
for
the
rest
of
my
life.
I
asked
him
for
an
ambulance
medical
attention
over
five
times
officer
rivers,
badge
986,
he
ignored
me.
H
B
H
B
B
B
F
I'll
give
matthew
district
4
in
May,
I'd
see
this
comfortable
that
where
it
should
have
the
height
for
disabled
people,
and
you
might
be
able
to
raise
these
seats,
you
know
what
to
put
the
pipe
underneath
anyway.
First
I
congratulate
the
concert
on
this
we're
moving
in
the
right
direction
and
with
the
d2
site
and
moving
forward.
F
However,
I'm
concerned
about
the
proceeds
from
the
sale
of
the
properties
and,
what's
going
to
happen
to
the
city
property,
that's
for
sale,
I
assumed
it
was
going
to
go
up
for
auction,
but
it
went
another
way
where
people
that
have
individual
properties
on
the
question
is
how
you're
going
to
assemble
privately
owned
properties-
that's
not
owned
by
the
city
and
yet
you're
coming
up
with
a
plan
on
how
to
develop
it
as
far
as
a
decrease
as
other
sites
included.
In
addition
to
the
three
sites.
H
F
B
G
G
You're
not
going
to
get
everybody
in
here,
but
this
is
the
public
and
you're
the
council.
So
you
doing
doing
exactly
what
you're
supposed
to
do
and
I'm
doing
what
I
want
to
do
come
and
see.
What's
going
on
with
the
council
and
I
approve
of
it,
I,
don't
know
what
why
these
people
complain,
but
they
haven't
right
to
complain,
but
you
know
they
oughta
go
out
then
load
all
these
people
up
and
bring
them
here
every
week,
maybe
they'll
be
sad.
I
I
I
Doing
through
those
continued
events
that
occurred
during
independence
day
celebration
this
year
has
added
to
the
fear
and
frustration
would
a
detective
residents
of
the
media
area.
In
other
words,
I'm
on
the
eleventh
avenue
from
830
p.m.
I
got
it
in
right
up
documented
from
830
p.m.
21
to
23
this
morning
they
shot
off
a
sound
sonic,
sonic
boom
type
of
noises.
The
police
came
this
morning
we
got
pictures
of
Allens
Tucker's.
My
name
is
she's
80
she's,
fearful
she's
got
the
debris
all
on
her
garage
on
her
all
over
her
yard
and
everywhere
else.
I
I've
got
pictures
of
the
era
every
year
they
come
and
they
were
bringing
crates
to
set
up
there,
the
explosive
display,
and
so
we
got
concerned
citizens
on
89
13
eleven's
their
82-75.
They
got
pacemakers,
the
police
was
there.
So
we're
asking.
Can
you
guys
once
every
30
minutes
during
the
fourth
of
july,
in
the
after,
from
832
about
one
o'clock
to
try
to
get
them?
They
coming
in
Carlo's
with
a
crease
of
explosive
and
they're
fearful,
and
they
sent
me
here
and
they
told
me
to
type
it
up
and
I'm.
I
J
Right,
first
of
all,
sir
Jenna
just
left
it
Mike.
Would
you
please
meet
me
after
the
meeting?
Alright,
thank
you
very
much.
Okay,
I
just
have
one
announcement.
The
district
one
family
day
in
the
park
put
it
on
your
calendar.
For
saturday
july
16
will
be
at
Vincent
park.
700
Warren
lane
from
12
to
six.
It's
going
to
be
a
great
event,
will
have
a
health
and
wellness
screening.
