I
have
a
number
of
reasons
why
this
info
is
and
was
critical
and
it
in
a
timely
managed,
a
manner
and
amongst
them,
and
if
you
have
no
police
report
or
incident
report,
there's
no
crime,
I
needed
to
prove
cases.
I
also
need
to
prosecute
the
perpetrators
and
also
to
get
victims.
Rights.
Assistance
I
do
not
believe
that
I
have
all
the
requested
information
nor
have
the
necessary
conditions
been
met,
even
though
an
individual
was
tasked
is
getting
the
information
for
approximately
two
years
prior.
F
The
context
for
the
need
is
that,
for
the
last
seven
plus
years,
I've
had
to
endure
ongoing
continued,
egregious
activities
by
my
former
neighbors,
their
relatives,
friends
and
associates,
which
caused
me
major,
personal
and
property
safety
issues
and
cost
me
a
lot
of
money
and
I'm
still
cleaning
up
the
aftermath.
Among
the
issues
are
trespassing
destruction
of
property,
trespass
and
theft
of
property,
vandalism,
harassment,
intimidation,
threats
of
bodily
harm,
daily,
round-the-clock,
illegal
unpermitted,
construction,
ten
feet
from
my
bedroom
windows
until
4:30
a.m.
and
then
starting
up
again
at
4:30,
a
at
5:30
a.m.
F
It's
been
really
difficult,
I've
been
harassed
and
intimidated.
It's
been
difficult
and
getting
to
watch
commanders
I've
had
people
have
been
divert.
There's
been
direct
refusal
to
take
police
reports,
great
difficulty
in
guessing
just
a
few,
the
ones
that
I've
gotten
there's
been
refusal
to
enforce
the
restraining
orders
I've
been
told
very
hostile
II.
F
Why
don't
you
just
move
and
I've
been
told,
also
I'm
going
to
take
I'm
not
going
to
take
any
police
reports
from
you
and,
after
being
told
to
call
the
police
when
these
things
are
happening,
I
was
told
if
you
don't
stop
calling
the
police
we're
going
to
start
investigating
you
I've
ignored
public
ridicule
and
human
nation,
humiliation
from
the
police
in
front
of
the
perpetrators.
There's
been
refusal
to
look
at
supporting
evidence,
videos
and
stuff
during
the
restraining
that
wouldn't
prove
violations
of
the
restraining
orders.
F
G
G
We
have
had
experience
with
this
man
I'm,
really
nearly
doing
what
overriding
citizens
cooking
the
books
with
percentages
and
numbers
to
show
improvement
where
it's
not
or
you
know
smoking
screens
up
under
the
Privacy
Act
they
pass
this
phony
money
or
I
call
the
funny
money
paperwork
back
in
corporates.
You
can't
see
you
to
get
it,
such
as
the
cameras
are
the
one
that
body
cameras
and
cameras
in
the
neighborhood
they
do
what
they
do.
G
You
can't
get
it
for
two
years,
because
they're
investigating
procedure
and
not
criminology,
and
it
takes
two
years
to
go
down
three
whatever
they
want
before
it
gets
downtown
with
criminals,
but
to
make
a
long
story
short.
This
is
the
same
procedure,
a
mayor
attempt
to
get
a
toehold.
That's
all
they
wanted
to
put
it,
get
it
on
the
table.
That's
their
goal!
If
we
can
get
on
the
table,
we're
in
will
bring
the
rest
on
board.
G
Do
not
allow
the
mayor
to
put
one
of
his
people
on
these
committees,
thereby
to
corrupted
actually
conflict
of
interest.
He
shouldn't
be
allowed
to
have
one
his
people
on
this
committee.
This
is
a
committee
by
the
people
and
it
should
stay
that
way,
shouldn't
be
influenced
by
him
and
his
Chicago
boiler
room
people.
H
Absolutely
my
name
is
Diane
Zambrano
and
I
couldn't
help
but
notice
that
not
too
many
years
ago,
when
the
residents
of
one
district
were
speaking
about
candidacy,
that
candidate
was
very
well
told
that
the
community
of
district
four
did
not
want
any
more
hotels
and
immediately
we
got
to
can't
help
but
notice.
Here's
number
three
coming
up.
H
It's
amazing
to
me
that
when
the
community
says
we
don't
want
this
that
or
the
other.
That's
the
very
thing
that
we
end
up
getting
from
this
council
and
I
know
there
are
those
of
you
are
gonna
say
we
have
to
do
it
because
mister
crunky
needs
more
space
to
put
people,
but
here's
the
deal
you're
not
supposed
to
be
working
for
mr.
conch
crunky.
You
were
supposed
to
be
representing
the
people
of
this
community.
H
A
lot
like
the
change
that
took
place
in
Anaheim
recently
when
one
of
those
council
members
had
to
be
replaced
by
the
community
for
giving
so
many
concessions
to
Disneyland.
It's
unfortunate
that
you've,
given
up
your
soul
or
a
business
and
people
who
don't
live
here,
but
then,
of
course,
some
of
you
didn't
live
here
very
long
before
you
got
elected.
Did
you
you
see
for
us
it's
a
home,
it
isn't
an
economic
Center.
Some
of
you
don't
know
what
a
home
is.
H
As
I
came
down
Manchester
today,
I
couldn't
help
but
notice
the
interestingness,
it's
so
hot
today
and
we've
put
in
palm
trees
water
sucking
palm
trees
instead
of
broad
leaf
canopies
that
ensure
urban
forestry,
better
climate,
certainly
oxygen,
which,
with
all
these
new
cars,
we're
gonna
need
some
oxygen
and
instead
we're
putting
in
palms
how
unfortunate,
even
Miami's
doing
away
with
palms
their
non-native.
They
will
cause
this
disaster,
but
then
again
we
don't
care
about
environmental
and
that's
why
we
don't
want
sequa,
California
Environmental,
Quality,
Act
yeah,
when
they
suck
up
the
water.
H
C
I
Name
is
Willie
Agee
and
I
live
in
the
beautiful
city
of
Inglewood,
California
I.
Don't
think
we're
going
to
have
horsing
birthdays
in
Inglewood.
Again,
you
know
old
country
whole
world.
It's
progress,
that's
what
we
got
going
here
in
this
city.
You
know
I,
welcome
the
hotels.
You
know
I've
been
living
here.
53
years,
you
know
I
pay
taxes
like
some
people,
don't
you
know,
but
I
do
and
I
appreciate
you
guys
for
bringing
their
hotels,
the
whole
development
and
giving
people
jobs-
and
you
know
I'm,
proud
of
it
and
he
put
the
good
work.
J
A
J
J
The
ones
usually
can
rent
for
a
few
hours
due
to
the
fact
that
you
either
had
to
go
to
down
town
or
you
had
to
go
to
45
minutes
on
the
other
side
toward
Pasadena
and
I
am
excited
that
you,
the
staff
and
the
mayor
council
are
ahead
of
this
wave
because
they're
going
to
be
coming,
we're
gonna
have
thousands
of
people
coming
into
this
city
and
they're
gonna
need
places
to
stay
and
I.
Just
commend
you
guys
on
that
I'm
all
for
the
hotels
keep
up
the
good
work.
K
K
L
K
Operations
coming
in
the
environment
was
raised
by
one
of
our
English
concerned:
citizens
yeah-
that
should
be
an
issue
too,
like
they
should
be
very
water,
friendly
I
think
that
they
should
have
solar
capacity.
I,
think
that
should
be
a
matter
of
if
you
don't
come
in
with
that,
we'll
go
to
the
ones
that
will
and
yeah
cuz
folks.
You
know
I
say
this
in
half
jest.
K
If
anybody
gonna
sell
their
soul
in
this
city
at
your
business
but
get
the
highest
price,
you
can
and
it
will
be
a
high
one.
Nowadays
it
will
we've
all
lived
through.
We
live
to
a
mayor,
sold
his
soul
for
a
mortgage.
It
cost
him
his
reputation
and
his
position.
I,
don't
think
that's
gonna
happen
again
at
least
I
pray.
It
doesn't
because
it
doesn't
have
to,
but
we
can
operate
on
our
terms
now
and
that's
what
we
should
all
expect.

We
all
hear
how
hard
it
is
to

Inglewood

working
hard

show
that
it's
not
with
a

the
cornerstone
of

O
Now
we
have
an
opportunity.
We
have
an
opportunity
with
the
growth
of
the
city
of
Inglewood,
to
now
have
a
national
brand
hotel
that
wants
to
move
to
Inglewood
and
I
say
why
not
clearly
we're
talking
about
being
business
friendly.
This
is
a
key
location
on
which
we
can
now
provide
quality
lodging
for
our
families
and
guests
that
want
to
come
to
visit
us
in
the
city
and
I
think
it
is
a
all
right
thing
to
do
so,
regardless
of
what
other
people
may
say,
they
want
to
live
in
Mayberry.

afternoon

and
I

I

this
in
my
mail
and
I.
Do
not
appreciate
irate
Inglewood
I,
don't
know
who
they
are,
but
they
mean
there's
something
wrong
with
Inglewood.
Then
we
need
to
fix
it
as
residents.
If
your
house
needs
a
yard,
needs
grooming
grooming,
there
is
pollution,
it's
been
pollution
ever
since
I
can
remember.

Have
you
been
on
the
405
freeway
east,
north
and
south?
Have
you
been
on
Manchester
Imperial,
there's
traffic?
They
haven't
even
started
with
the
arena.
For
my
clipless
I'm.
Sorry
how
you
talk.
What
do
you
mean
traffic
you're,
not
gonna,
get
rid
of
the
traffic
you're.
Not
it's
going
to
be
a
part
of
our
life
and
a
couple
of
games
a
week
and
go
kill
you.
So
please
stop
stop
sending
this
and
they
got
it
addressed
to
mr.

How
am
I
to
get
to
get
resolution

get
my

taken
care
of?
If
my
only
access
to
you
all
is
within
one
minute
at
2:00

weekly,
even
though
I've
been
respectful,
there
are
employees
who
are
very
unprofessional,
they
refused
to
give
me
necessary
information
and
they
bar
me
from
calling
your
offices.
They
assume
that
they
know
what
I'm
calling
about
and
they
don't.

for

the

You
guys
have
been
going
through
so
much
so
much
since
you've
been
here,
but
I've
learned
something
from
you
guys.
I
learned
to
listen,
I
learned
to
go,
find
out
the
facts
and
because
of
that,
I
am
so
proud
of.

Inglewood

I
wanted

to

his

for
the

They
did
on
the
housing
situation
in
Inglewood.
It
was
superb
and
I
just
wanted
to
come
down
today
and
applaud
you
and
your
staff
for
that.
It
really
gave
a
glow
to
our
city.
As
far
as
how
educated
we
are
now
and
with
the
leadership
of
mayor

we
can't
lose
and
I
just
want
you

to
just
keep

the

know
that
the
citizens

you.

what
has
become
outrageous,
but
I
would
first
like
to
thank
the
opportunity
for
letting
me
speak
today,
also
and
because
I'm
very
passionate
about
this
and
I
appreciate
the
improvement
you

have
done
and
for
the
infrastructure
of
Englewood.
It's
amazing.
You
got
to
have
run
out
of
business,
and
I
will
continue
to
love
to
move
here,
but
rent
for
us
who
have
lived
here
for
a
while,
like
I
said

of
City
Hall
I,
just
wanted
to
remind
all
of
you
on
council
and
the
residents
here
that
this
is
an
opportunity
for
you
to
bring
your
unused
expired
medications
and
will
be
able
to
dispose
of
it
properly,
you'll
be
able
to
get
them
out
of
the
hands
of
youth
and
keep
our
environment
safe.
Thank
you
very
much.

Vietnam
veteran
conscious,
objector,
1966-67
everything
is
about
money,
greenback
and
everybody's
getting
rich,
but
to
everyday
people.
I've
been
screaming
about
a
goal
that
you
haven't:
tapped
and
you're
selling
off
dealing
with
development
companies,
making
all
kind
of
deals
for
yourself
and
mayor's
are
being
arrested.
All
the
time
charged
and
convicted
I
think
in
order
to
correct
this
situation
of,
what's
going
on
that
people
can
be
heard.
G
G
N
G
C
N
C
Obvious
but
come
on
forward,
sir
I.
P
Think
you
good
afternoon,
honorable
mayor
City
Council
well,
first
of
all,
thank
you
so
much
that
project
I
111
certainly
be
a
great
improvement.
I
also
want
to
thank
the
staff
for
that
housing
report
and
we've
also
made
copies
that
will
be
distributed
to
the
Englert
rental
property
owners
association
as
they're
meeting
next
Wednesday
and
I
think
that
report
really
highlights
some
of
the
misconceptions
about
the
difference
in
rent
increases
over
the
years.
P
That
report
goes
back
many
years
and
I
think
that
really
helped
to
do
that
and
I
also
provided
the
council
people
with
some
suggestions
and
ideas
in
turn
helping
out
and
as
the
realtors
we
really
supported
actors
bill
SB,
which
I
hope
the
city
staff
will
be
able
to
look
at
that
at
sex.
Some
of
those
funds
are
to
Heather
further
your
housing
programs
throughout
the
city,
so
that
we
can
keep
the
city
vital
and
be
able
to
bring
more
affordable
housing
to
the
city.
Thank
you
very
much.
Thank.
A
About
the
new
mayor
staff,
Baili
living
for
third
district
I
am
here
to
comment
on
the
congratulations
to
the
city
and
the
council
for
the
award
that
you
have
won.
Yeah
worked
hard.
We
have
projects
in
the
city
because
we
are
friendly.
We
are
almost
at
the
stretch,
end
of
Inglewood
rail
project,
which
is
coming
through
the
city,
it's
very
fast
and
once
we
can
complete
that
there
will
be
a
year
of
testing
so
that
we
have
smooth
operating
metro
system
in
our
city.
A
Both
tell
is
a
beautiful
thing.
Mr.
Franklin
we
have
the
hotel
workers
will
be
needing
housing
in
the
city
as
well,
because
they'll
need
to
be
in
the
city,
but
are
there
jobs
for
the
hotel,
so
we
are
working
on
getting
them
more,
affordable
housing
in
the
city?
These
are
my
comments
and
thank
you
very
much
and
keep
up
the
good
work.
Gentlemen.
H
Council
members,
I'm
couldn't
go
ahead
and
piggyback
on
something
that
someone
else
said.
I
don't
think
anyone
has
suggested
that
we
go
back
to
the
horse
and
buggy
days,
but
it
certainly
feels
as
if
we
have
when
you
take
a
car
along
Imperial
or
century,
doesn't
it
bumpety,
bumpety
bumpety?
It
would
actually
be
smoother
on
a
horse
and
buggy.
You
say
you've
taken
a
great
time
to
do
a
personal
bash
over
and
over
again,
and
that's
not
what
your
role
is.
In
fact,
your
own
rules
of
decorum
say
it
is
not.
H
U
L
V
I've
been
told
all
along
since
we
started
the
planning
on
that,
then
we
needed
a
policy
along
that
line.
I
mentioned
it
to
you
guys
before
one
time
and
you
haven't
passed
a
policy
for
them
to
even
check
out
a
price
or
the
feasibility
of
using
it.
Now
they
we're
getting
the
plans
drawn
up
for
that.
They
supposedly
have
a
design
where
they
can
put
solar
panels
on
the
building
and
and
I
know
they
can
use
wind
generators
and
all
that
stuff.
So
what
we
need
is
a
policy
somehow
I,
don't
know
how
you
guys.
C
C
Before
you
get
started,
no
no
come
on
up.
Please
coming
up.
First
of
all,
we
spent
27
million
dollars
on
a
project
that
was
originally
conceived
to
be
20
million.
Until
the
seniors,
you
could
have
the
best
that
they
could
have
and
to
come
here
and
complain
about
emergency
generators
and
solar
panels
when
you're
gonna
have
the
best
Senior
Center
in
the
South.
C
Bay
is
amazing
to
me,
and
it
just
seems
that
we
have
residents
that
have
no
idea
of
what
it
means
to
be
appreciative
of
a
city
moving
forward
and
providing
things
that
could
never
have
been
conceived
up
and
I
just
couldn't
help
but
say
that
the
seniors
will
have
a
premier
Senior
Center
larger
than
they
could
have
ever
conceived
of
with
more
amenities,
and
they
could
ever
dream
of
an
underground
parking.
So
mr.
winder,
if
we
didn't
satisfy
you,
I'm
sorry,
but
the
city
really
did
the
best
that
it
could
do.
Davis.
K
I
have
literally
done
if
I
see
somebody
who
has
a
service
or
they're
involved
in
an
industry
that
our
city
can
use
to
its
benefit.
I
sell
the
city,
I
tell
them
hey,
herder,
Inglewood
I'm
shocked
distill
people
who
have
well.
They
hear
about
it
from
me
and
I'm,
pretty
sure,
I'm
hoping
that
both
the
city
manager
and
Chamber
of
Commerce
president
as
I
receive
phone
calls
from
people,
and
if
not,
they
will
it's
only
a
matter
of
time.
Thank.
N
Q
E
I
do
Thank,
You
counsel,
our
staff
and
all
the
employees
on
the
area
work,
because
these
small
and
medium
and
large
businesses
in
the
city
provides
thousands
of
jobs.
You
know
for
residents,
but
for
others
that
don't
do
not
live
in
a
city.
So
I
certainly
want
to
congratulate
everyone
forth.
You
know
for
that
effort
of
earning
the
Eadie
award
and
I'd
like
to
also
I
mentioned
again
that
these
city's
registered
an
interim
program
will
be
starting
on
November,
the
2nd
through
the
30th.
V
E
2.0
and
would
like
to
mention
also
that
the
president
Trump
will
be
appointed
a
new
Fed
Chairman
and
there
are
five
finalists
and
also
the
Fed
fund
rate
is
expected
to
increase
and
there's
an
84%
chance
that
that
will
happen
in
December
and
also
sales
of
existing
homes
continue
to
rise.
But
inventory
is
deeply,
is
depletion
and
the
u.s.
national
debt
now
is
at
20.
Q
This
award
is
Eddy
award.
This
is
for
the
entire
City
Council,
the
mayor
and
council.
We
do
our
job,
we
have
staff
that
do
theirs
and
that's
one
of
the
reasons
we're
so
successful.
As
far
as
traffic
goes,
I
heard,
a
man
say
one
day
in
this
very
room:
that
traffic
is
money
well,
I
stopped
paying
attention
to
the
traffic
and
every
city
that
I
went
to
that
had
a
lot
of
traffic
money,
so
that
is
true.
Q
I
found
that
to
be
true
by
doing
my
own
experiment,
so
the
traffic
doesn't
bother
me
anymore
when
I
Drive
down
the
streets
thing
good,
nice,
I'm,
just
sitting
there
listening
to
the
radio
and
watching
these
people
coming
in
and
out
I
know
that's
money
going
into
Treasury.
So
please
don't
let
traffic
bother.
You
I'd
like
to
thank
everybody
for
coming
out.
We
enjoy
you
coming.
We
listen
to
what
you
have
to
say.
It
always
helps
us.
So
please
come
back
again,
see
you
later
on
next
week,
Thank.
B
Thank
You
mayor
first
off,
you
know,
don't
forget
to
celebrate
we're
in
Red
Ribbon
Week,
Drug,
Awareness
Week
from
October
23rd
through
the
31st.
So
I
want
to
thank
Traci
for
giving
us
our
red
ribbon
pins
last
week
and
keep
that
on
your
mind
there
also,
you
know
you
talked
about
businesses
striving
so
a
few
months
ago,
Inglewood
today
the
newspaper
did
a
thing
where
they
told
the
community.
Hey,
you
know,
give
us
your
feedback
on
all
the
successful
businesses
that
we
have
here
in
Inglewood,
and
so
a
lot
of
folks
participated.
B
Time
here
in
England,
I
want
to
thank
Willie
Brown
for
putting
that
together
last
Wednesday.
We
all
had
an
opportunity
to
go
to
the
miracle
theater,
which
is
a
beautiful
theater.
If
you
haven't
been
there
on
Market
Street,
it
is
maintained
like
like
it
was
old
school.
You
know,
and
so
it
looks
really
nice
inside.
So
we
all
went
there
and
it
was
so
much
excitement
to
watch
these
different
business
owners
and
and
community
members
come
out
to
celebrate
the
great
things
that
we
have
here
in
the
city
of
England.
B
Like
we
say
you
don't
have
to
shop
outside
of
Englewood
anymore,
it's
nice
to
be
able
to
find
these
quality
businesses
here
in
Englewood
and
I
want
to
thank
again
Willie
Brown
for
recognizing
this,
and
also
for
giving
the
awards
out
last
Wednesday
night.
So
so,
thank
you
so
very
much
for
that.
We
also
had
an
opportunity.
Last
last
week,
duska
Dan's
artwork,
there
was
built
in
1975
right
outside
of
City
Hall.
B
That's
tall
50
foot
statue
there
that
was
erected
a
few
years
back
in
75
I
want
to
thank
Sabrina
Barnes
and
her
staff
for
putting
together
a
great
event.
The
artist
who
is
90
years
old
actually
showed
up
to
say
a
few
words
give
us
a
historical
perspective
on
what
Skadden's
was
all
about,
because
I
got
to
tell
you
a
lot
of
us
were
like
what
does
kid
Dan's
mean,
so
it
was
really
nice
to
see
that
and
the
artist
Tony
de
Lappe
hats
off
to
him.
B
You
know
for
coming
out
and
for
sharing
his
perspective
on
it.
Last
Saturday
I
had
an
opportunity
to
go
to
the
West
Chester
Elks
Lodge
to
celebrate
their
60
year
anniversary.
You
know
Englewood
combined
with
West
Chester
Elks,
so
there
is
no
Inglewood
Elks
and
we're
all
part
of
the
Westchester
Elks
councilman,
Ralph,
Franklin
and
I
are
members,
and
we
were
both
there
to
recognize
and
celebrate
their
60
year
anniversary.
B
Also,
council,
member
Franklin
and
I
had
a
chance
to
stop
by
on
Sunday
at
Inglewood
Park
Cemetery,
where
we
celebrated
the
Dia
de
los
Muertos.
It's
a
celebration
of
folks
that
have
whose
lives
have
you
know
have
passed
on,
but
we
celebrate
their
life,
you
know,
and
so
in
the
Hispanic
community,
it's
a
very
special
day
for
us
to
recognize
those
folks
that
have
gone
before
us.
So
it
was
a
very
busy
week
and
all
that
said
and
done.
B
B
C
L
O
And
so
it
was
a
great
family
gathering
that
that
was
there.
For
that
event,
I
also
want
to
bring
up
two
items,
one
particularly
regarding
Imperial
Highway,
which
seems
to
be
coming
up
regularly
that
if
you
come
to
town
hall
meetings,
you
would
learn
that
the
public
works
director,
city
manager
and
economic
director
and
myself
have
all
announced
that
Imperial
highway
from
the
property
about
city
boundary
lines
from
Venice
on
East
to
Prairie
on
on
the
West
will
be
resurfaced
in
this
budgeted
year.
O
The
challenge
we're
dealing
with
is
that
there's
multiple
agencies
that
are
dealing
with
the
street
itself
because
you
have
Hawthorne
on
the
South
you
have
Englewood
on
on
the
on
the
north
and
then
in
the
middle
you
got
LA
County,
so
LA
County
is
the
leading
agency.
That's
moving
forward
for
this
project
to
go
for
it
and
that's
going
to
happen
in
this
budget
year.
O
The
other
thing
was
the
those
that
live
in
lochhaven
communities
such
as
myself
have
been
plagued
with
a
number
of
signage
posting
by
Southern
California
Edison
that
one
they're
telling
us
that
we
can't
park
on
certain
days
of
the
week
we
get
flyers
at
our
houses,
saying
that
we
may
have
interruption
of
utility
services
and
nothing
happens.
The.
O
I
saw
that
happen
in
particularly
my
front
yard,
particularly
that
a
hole
was
dug
so
deep
that
there
was
a
bag
that
was
holding
dirt.
That
was
taller
than
me
and
larger
in
diameter.
Nothing
was
happening,
no
one
would
say
anything,
but
thank
goodness
to
the
public
works
director,
mr.
Lewis
at
well
and
his
staff.
They
came
into
the
lochhaven
community
today
and
they
removed
the
signs
they
refilled
the
holes
and
now
they're
reaching
out
to
Southern
California
other
utility
poles
in
the
lochhaven
area,
so
I
want
everyone
to
be
made
aware
of
that.
O
But
Southern
California
is,
is
the
leading
agency
to
do
that,
but
there
have
to
be
corporate
friendly
to
us
as
residents
in
the
nerd
acity
for
them
to
call
Friday
when
we're
a
week
ago,
Friday
October
13th,
to
tell
us
that
we're
now
going
to
shut
off,
interrupt
your
service
on
a
Friday
night
from
8:00
p.m.
to
Saturday
morning
at
4:00
a.m.
O
was
it
going
to
happen
and
thanks
to
the
public
works
director
and
his
staff,
it
did
not
happen,
and
so
now
we're
gonna
make
a
pull
the
permits
correctly
and
make
sure
that
it's
a
daytime
activity-
that's
gonna,
take
place,
so
they
can
see
what
they're
doing
and
get
these
polls
replace
throughout
the
lochhaven
community.
On
that
note,
thank
you
very
much.
R
I
just
wanted
to
mention
that
the
mailer
was
mentioned
in
terms
of
the
melody
that
came
out
regarding
the
potential
Clippers
arena
and
how
it
impacts
our
neighborhood
in
it.
You
know
the
opinion
that
I
think
the
speaker
said
in
regards
to
how
she
felt
about
it,
which
I
just
happened
to
agree
with,
but
aside
from
that,
I
think
it's
important
that
we
all
understand
that
we're
gonna
see
a
lot
more
of
these
Flyers
and
that
you
know
in
for
somebody
to
spend
that
kind
of
money
to
send
out
that
kind
of
message.
R
You
have
to
start
to
really
think
about.
You
know
what
their
intentions
are.
I
mean
there's
certain
things
that
they
have
to
plant
the
seeds
for
before
they
they
can
make
you
believe
they,
the
fact
that
they're
scaring
people
that
their
residences
are
under
attack
and
that
they
may
lose
their
homes
I
mean
that's
an
incredible
thing.
R
I
mean
I'm,
really
disappointed
in
the
fact
that
I've
got
neighbors,
who
have
come
to
me
and
asked
me
and
said
that
people
have
sent
them
stuff,
dropped
it
off
at
their
homes
and
they're
scared
of
losing
their
home.
That's
ridiculous
to
have
somebody:
that's
a
homeowner.
Have
that
fear
for
no
other
reason
other
than
to
help
your
own
interest,
and
that's
just
it's
terrible
and
it's
the
truth.
R
R
I
was
around
back
then
when
you
started
a
bond
and
we
did
a
lot
of
lunches,
we
did
a
lot
of
breakfasts,
but
it
was
different.
It
was
different
and
I
think
that
you
know
I
congratulate
you
for
doing
it
that
day
and
hopefully
we'll
all
grow
on
that
number
and
of
course,
we
couldn't
have
done
it
without
Owen
who's
back
there
who
heads
the
miracle,
theater
and
and
who's
kind
of,
become
somewhat
of
an
ambassador
here
in
Englewood,
because
I'll
tell
you
it
it's
something.
R
If
we
talk
about
Englewood
and
tell
everybody
what's
going
on
and
and
how
positive
it
is
to
come
and
invest
in
the
city
of
Englewood
right
now,
but
it
means
something
completely
different
when
someone
who
really
put
their
money
where
their
mouth
is
and
believes
in
a
city
and-
and
he
knows
I
constantly-
you
know
kind
of
use,
that
kind
of
piece
of
them
and
we
appreciate
it
so
going
forward.
Hopefully
we'll
see
more
of
those
events
Willie
and
outside
of
that
mirror.
R
C
Real
quick
miss
while
bill.
Let
me
apologize
to
you
because
I
was
a
little
bit
short
with
you.
We
do
have
a
generator
backup
generator
in
the
in
the
building.
I,
don't
have
solar
panels.
Iii
think
I've
been
reading
a
little
bit
too
much
Facebook,
because
I'm
a
little
short
these
days
but
I
have
to
tell
you
I
have
to
tell
you
that
you
know
there
was
a
time
when
I
started
on
this
council
seven
years
ago.
C
There'd
be
1520.
People
and
they'd
complain
about
this
think
I'm
playing
about
that,
and
you
know
what
what
could
we
say.
There
was
everything
to
complain
about
we're,
going
broke,
weren't,
paving
any
streets
trimming,
any
trees.
Police
department
was
down
to
a
hundred
and
fifty
eight
people,
the
lowest
I've
ever
heard
it
to
be
it
was.
It
was
pitiful.
C
In
two
years
we
used
to
have
someone
that
came
here
and
told
us
that
were
a
billion
dollars
in
debt
and
we're
on
a
slippery
slope-
and
you
know
I
mean
that's
what
we
were
put
out
about
ourselves.
Well,
we've
had
our
fourth
bond
rating
increase
in
two
years.
Last
week
the
LA
Philharmonic
indicated
their
desire
to
place
their
Youth
Orchestra
training
program
here
in
the
city
of
Englewood
and
they're
willing
to
pay
a
premium
to
do
it.
C
The
Girl
Scouts
of
America
are
moving
their
west
regional
headquarters
from
Marina
del
Rey
to
Inglewood
on
North
Inglewood,
and
if
you
go
to
the
old
VFW
building
you'll
see
they
have
their
Girl
Scouts
of
a
what's
that
American
Legion
excuse
me:
American
Legion
used
to
be
American,
Legion
Hall,
just
north
of
the
English
carwash
and
just
south
of
the
track.
Auto
huge
facility
and
they're
going
to
bring
the
Girl
Scouts
of
America
regional
headquarters
here
to
Inglewood.
C
And
now
everybody's
got
to
know
that
doesn't
live
in
a
cave
that
we've
been
paving
streets
like
nobody's
business
for
the
last
four
years,
Louis
at
well
in
the
public's
work,
people
have
been
done,
Herculean
work
in
taking
over
taking
account
for
decades
and
neglect
for
our
roadways
century
Boulevard.
It's
a
thirty
five
million
dollar
project.
That's
gonna,
take
three
years
by
the
time
it's
all
said
and
done,
but
everybody
that
complains
about
since
you
bought.
C
People
believe
that
to
be
true,
why
would
you
do
that?
Imperial
highway,
as
was
explained,
is
a
multi
jurisdiction.
What
we're
getting
it
done,
it'll
be
done
in
the
next
year,
I
I
say
thank
God
for
Kurtis
mr.
Willie
Agee
ray
Davis,
Stuart
Bailey,
who
have
the
guts,
tell
the
truth
about
what's
going
on
here,
because
everybody
expects
the
council
to
say
things
are
going
good.
You
know
we
will
get
a
job
review
every
Tuesday,
but
you
guys
is
a
once-in-a-lifetime
opportunity.
C
Once-In-A-Lifetime
era
in
the
city
of
this
in
the
in
the
history
of
the
city
and
I
know,
the
council
is
proud
of
it
and
I
know
that
you
were
proud
of
it,
but
it's
really
necessary
that
we
tell
the
truth
about
what
we're
accomplishing
here.
The
employees
of
the
city
have
done
a
magnificent
job,
particularly
over
the
last
four
years.
Magnificent
job
I've
worked
in
three
cities.
This
one
twice
never
never
had
the
opportunity
work
with
a
more
dedicated
group
of
employees.
C
Police
department
was
at
1:58
when
I
got
here
we're
now
at
181,
we've
increased
it
apart.
My
25
positions
were
authorized
now
to
199
and
we're
still
hiring
police
officers,
because
you
know
what
doing
well
is
not
good
enough.
The
police
department
and
engaged
with
the
city
we've
had
our
sixth
consecutive
lowest
years
of
crime
in
the
history
of
the
city.
Crime
has
dropped
in
the
last
35
years
by
70%,
and
last
year
was
the
lowest
total
for
part
one
crime
in
recorded
history
of
this
city,
people.
