Are
there
any
members,
and
then
you
said
but
Kitty
Wampus
and
someone
might
want
to
look
at
it,
we'll
hope
that
maybe
the
microphones
are
working
this
time
there
are
several
items
on
the
agenda
that
I
want
to
address,
which
are
kind
of
interesting,
because
as
I
look
at
them,
I
sit
there
and
go.
Oh,
my
goodness.
C
How
is
it
that
we
get
to
that
place
that
on
our
payment
of
bills,
we
are
paying
thirty
thousand
dollars
to
Madison
Square
Garden
to
rent
the
parking
lot
for
our
tree
trimming
ceremony?
And
yet
we
cannot
afford
our
libraries
to
be
open
very
many
hours.
That
seems
a
little
bit
kitty
want
this
to
me,
because
it
seems
to
me
that
we
should
be
more
concerned
with
the
ongoing
everyday
lifestyle
of
the
children
of
this
community
than
a
one
time
very
quick,
and
then
it's
done
and
over
with
Christmas
party
and
I
know.
C
One
of
you
thought
parties
we're
absolutely
fantastic.
The
other
day
when
I
made
a
comment,
but
sometimes
when
you
deprive
your
children
of
the
things
that
help
them
grow
up
to
be
functional
adult
because
you're
so
busy
playing
party
time
that
doesn't
work
to
the
child's
best
interest.
So
I
am
concerned
that
we
have
decided
to
move
our
tree
ceremony
from
the
freebie
location
out
front
and,
yes,
we
do
have
to
pay
for
cleanup,
but
certainly
much
less
than
thirty
thousand
and
then
of
course,
I'm
also
fascinated
that
we
train
barrel
giveaway.
C
A
A
E
A
F
F
F
Our
security
and
stuff
and
giving
the
public
more
access
to
classified
documents.
As
you
know,
if
you
haven't,
you
should
read
the
paper,
my
you
can't
get
any
video
or
any
documentation
because
the
police
they
have
their
body
cameras
on,
but
you
don't
have
access,
they
use
it
and
to
tell
you
what
they
interpret.
That's
the
reason
why
you
can't
get
evidence
on
what
goes
on
here,
particularly
in
Inglewood
sense
of
facts
and
figures
in
pictorial.
They
know
he's
dead.
Annoying.
F
F
G
G
Last
night,
I
was
at
a
birthday
party
for
Keisha
Michaels
at
the
twin
sister
whole
family
was
there
celebrating
their
birthday
without
her
was
also
at
a
restaurant
that
was
frequented
by
Mark
Winton.
Everybody
was
aware
of
this.
They
are
also
aware
that
you
have
not
provided
the
information
to
the
families
that
they
needed
and
you
are
not
providing
any
kind
of
support
for
the
survivors.
We
are
encouraging
you
and
forcing
ourselves
on
you
in
order
to
ask
that
this
money
be
given
to
the
families
immediately.
No
waiting.
H
Afternoon,
I'm
here
to
echo
the
sentiments
of
the
people
that
have
been
here,
including
myself,
now
coming
for
weeks
and
weeks
again,
it
was
the
birthday
yesterday
of
Keyshia
Michael
celebrated
by
her
twin
sister
yesterday,
murdered
by
state,
sanctioned
violence
and
the
people
that
murdered
her
are
protected
by
the
state
as
well.
We
know
that
five
officers
were
fired.
We
know
that
five
officers
were
only
fired
because
they
were
forced
to
be
fired.
We
know
that
if
five
officers
are
fired
in
this
country,
it
means
that
something
went
egregiously
egregiously,
especially
wrong.
H
H
I
You
I
believe
the
reason
that
Matt
wanted
to
address
the
Andes
is
because
he
doesn't
believe
that
anyone-
what
is
listening,
I
want
to
tell
you
I've
never
been
here
before,
but
just
to
show
you.
There
are
more
people
when
the
people
that
have
been
coming
every
week
get
tired.
There
are
more
people
there
holding
you
accountable.
We
know
that
you
have
evidence
that
this
was
a
murder,
clear
and
simple
of
two
people
sleeping
in
their
car.
J
J
If
there
was
a
hours
worth
of
proof
showing
that
these
officers
are
completely
innocent-
oh
you
know
it
wasn't
matter
to
certain
people
in
our
society
because
they
have
an
agenda.
I
resent
the
word
reparations
being
used,
I
I,
don't
know
what
else
people
can
do
that
I
suggest
this
is
a
Democrat
Party
dominated
state.
It's
not
like
it's
the
Republicans
doing
it.
These
are
the
people
that
are
put
in
power
by
people
like
climb.
L
Good
afternoon,
I
would
like
to
be
one
more
person.
Speaking
in
support
of
the
group
of
people
who
are
here
specifically
I
would
like
to
echo
the
call
for
the
city
making
a
contribution
to
the
family
survivors
fund.
I
also
just
want
to
speak
quickly
on
the
confrontation
that
Hackman
happened
a
second
ago
about
addressing
the
crowd.
Last
week,
I
came
up
to
speak
to
the
council
before
the
meeting
was
abruptly
adjourned
and
as
I
began.
L
Speaking
almost
all
of
the
members
of
the
Council
looked
down,
I
don't
know
if
it
was
that
phones
or
agendas,
but
I
feel
like
it's
a
two-way
street
and
I.
Don't
think
the
speaker
before
me
looking
over
that
way
kind
of
disrespect
that
was
going
to
disrupt
the
meeting
so
just
an
observation
from
someone
who's
been
coming
and
once
again
my
voice
is
in
support
of
the
people
who
spoke
before
me.
I
think.
A
K
Where
are
the
families?
The
only
thing
I
see?
Is
certain
people
come
here
every
week
there
must
be
a
game
here,
somewhere
I
figure
after
people
that
that
that's
asking
for
the
money-
the
least
they
can
do
is
come
here
and
support
them,
but
they're,
not
here
I
would
like
for
these
people
to
be
investigated.
K
A
M
Afternoon,
mayor
council,
just
like
they're
tired
of
coming
every
week,
we
tie
to
their
coming
every
week.
There's
an
agenda,
and
all
you
hear
about
now
is
preparations.
This
is
getting
ridiculous
and
it's
giving
out
of
control.
They've
been
told
many
times
that
these
things
need
to
be
handled
downtown
with
the
district
attorney,
but
no
102nd.
J
A
M
You
know
no
one
has
gone
downtown
to
see
the
district
attorney
they
keep
coming
here.
Why
there's
a
reason
the
family's
not
here,
to
do
it
and
if
the
family's
at
work
continuing
on
with
their
lives
and
moving
forward,
they
need
to
do
the
same
thing
or
don't
they
have
jobs.
So
there's
a
reason
you're
here
and
it's
all
about
money.
So
this
needs
to
stop
is
getting
old.
It's
disruptive
and
we're
trying
to
move
on
with
an
agenda
for
our
serie.
N
Be
brief
from
Elijah
was
and
I'm
here
to
support
of
God
said,
and
a
lot
of
us
are
teachers
and
we
can't
come
after,
like
the
next
week
school
to
be
back
in
so
a
lot
of
times.
People
say
we
don't
come,
we
care,
but
we
have
to
work,
and
you
only
do
it
to
a
clackin
and
that's
our
in
our
situation.
We
do
care,
we
are
concerned.
The
all
this
stuff
is
gone,
it's
affecting
us,
but
we're
at
work.
Thank
you.
O
O
Care
if
the
these
are
friends,
these
are
friends
like
the
relatives
and
the
relatives
have
come
and
I've
been
here
when
they
have
come
either
they've
been
shouted
down
or
the
meetings
have
been
dismissed,
I
mean
even
abruptly.
Stop
the
me
so
just
put
yourself
in
their
place.
Close
one.
Second
put
your
child
in
the
children's
place.
Thanks.
P
Say
that
the
people
here
aren't
family,
and
so
they
shouldn't
care
is
actually
indicative
of
the
way
that
you
police,
the
city,
to
say
that
that
people
shouldn't
attend
or
shouldn't
be
here
because
they're,
not
the
family,
we
met
the
family,
we
speak
with
the
family.
We
attend
the
families
events.
Many
members
here
were
at
the
families
at
Keyshia,
Michael's
birthday
yesterday,
so
to
say
that
they
we
shouldn't
care
because
we're
not
family
with.
P
M
P
A
Q
Afternoon,
everyone
I'm
chaplain,
Ruth,
Summers
tweedle
and
in
the
city
of
Englewood,
which
has
to
come
in
a
place
where
there
are
so
many
attractions
coming
in
I
have
written
an
email
to
you,
sir.
We
ran
into
each
other
in
the
bank
and
what
we
are
looking
at
doing
is
finding
a
way
of
combining
numerous
artifacts
that
people
have.
Q
There
are
a
lot
of
art
people
who
created
museums
all
around
the
area
and
other
things
are
in
storage,
and
what
we
would
like
to
do
is
through
your
Cultural
Arts
Department,
be
able
to
find
a
location
and
would
create
jobs,
find
a
location
in
order
for
us
to
bring
in
all
of
these
different
artifacts
so
that
there
can
be
a
wonderful
art
museum.
That
would
be
indicative
of
all
communities
that
are
here,
particularly
black
and
brown,
and
beyond
that
I'm.
C
My
name
is
Diane
Zambrano
and
I
am
kind
of
annoyed.
Yeah
I
think
it's
kind
of
funny.
Everybody
else
is
looking
somewhere
else
right
now
and
yet
kind
of
interesting
that
if
I
looked
somewhere
else,
I
would
be
told
that
I
shouldn't
be
looking
somewhere
else,
and
yet
this
is
a
meeting
when
we're
supposed
to
be
heard.
My
clock
has
been
running,
unlike
mr.
hallease,
when
the
clock
was
absolutely
stopped.
C
It's
unfortunate
that
this
council
shows
the
complete
and
absolute
disrespect
to
everyone
who
comes
here
unless
they
are
praising
you
or
attempting
to
give
you
money.
I
think
that's
really
unfortunate,
but
it
certainly
shows
to
anyone
exactly
who
this
is
and
I
want
to
thank
whoever
organized
that
wonderful
broadcast
that
went
out
to
most
of
the
entire
Southland
that
you
chose
not
to
participate
in,
as
you
chose
not
to
participate
into
a
real
debate
about
Stadium.
R
R
A
R
Being
Steve
Ballmer
diggin
air
would
be
in
England,
a
billion
dollar
NFL
stadium
may
have
bunch
doing
good.
Yes,
I
just
went
to
my
room,
my
lovely
wife
and
they're
eager
y'all
I'm
from
Chicago
y'all,
it's
a
beautiful
place.
You
know
we
have
some
tensions
in
there,
but
their
butts
is
the
best
man
in
the
world.
Y'all.
Thank.
R
S
Good
afternoon,
everybody
good
evening,
absent
whatever
you
like
I,
want
to
tell
everybody
about
the
new
restaurant.
That's
going
to
be
coming
down.
Central
boulevard
it'll
be
open
tomorrow.
It's
called
a
habit,
burger
grill,
it's
at
30
to
45
century
Boulevard
and
they'll
be
open
tomorrow,
Wednesday
July
to
19th,
and
it's
from
10:30
they'll
be
open
from
10:30
to
11:00,
and
what
I
can
hear
is
a
very
good
burger
and
they
have
salads
and
other
stuff.
So
you
want
to
eat
eating
Inglewood!
That's
one
of
the
restaurants.
You
can
visit.
The
other
thing.
S
T
You
mayor,
look
folks,
let
me
get
something
says
the
word
insensitive.
We
don't
care,
we
all
care.
We
all
have
a
heart
care
about
what's
happening
to
to
the
different
families.
You
know
when
situations
come
up,
it's
frustrating
when
the
same
folks
come
up,
though,
and
say
that
we're
not
being
transparent,
we're
not
giving
you
information
week
after
week.
The
mayor
has
made
it
perfectly
clear
that
this
is
an
ongoing
investigation.
T
The
police
officers
also
have
their
rights.
It's
called
pole
bar
the
police
officers,
Bill
of
Rights
the
DA's
office,
is
still
doing
their
investigation.
It's
ongoing
it's
a
very
tedious
process.
Trust
me,
after
32
years
of
law
enforcement,
I
know
that
these
investigations
take
time
because
they
have
to
be
done
right.
T
T
It's
just
a
process
that
we
have
to
go
through
and
yeah.
Nor
do
we
have
the
information,
but
it's
a
process
that
we
have
to
go
through,
and
so
you
can
continue
to
come
up
here.
You
have
that
right
and
ask,
and
we
will
continue
to
tell
you
we
are
not
at
liberty,
because
we
don't
have
the
information
to
give
you.
T
So
this
you
know,
will
continue
as
long
as
you
want
to
keep
coming
up
here
and
that's
your
prerogative
but
to
come
up
here
and
try
to
say
that
we
just
don't
care
and
because
we
didn't
look
at
you,
it
shows
that
we
didn't
care.
You
know
we
have
to
multitask
when
you're
up
there
on
the
council
you're
trying
to
do
a
few
things
and
you
can
still
listen
and
be
attentive,
doesn't
mean
just
because
we
don't
look
right
at
you
that
we're
not
hearing
you.
We
are
and
we
do
care.
T
That
being
said,
I
want
to
commend
the
English
department,
because
yesterday
they
had
a
situation,
come
up
where
they
had
to
roll
out
to
two
suspicious
people
and
they
were
able
to
to
make
an
arrest
after
the
people
ran
from
them
and
they
recovered
a
handgun
and
took
a
subject
off
the
street.
Also
they
had
a
no-bail
warrant
and
it's
that
type
of
police
work.
T
That
makes
me
proud
of
the
Englewood
Police
Department,
and
so
when
you
talk
about
four
thousand
dollars
being
spent
on
a
tbw
and
then
four
thousand
being
spent
on
lodging
and
food,
that's
the
cost
of
doing
business.
That's
the
cost
of
having
one
of
the
best
Police
Department
around
is
to
be
able
to
do
a
tbw,
a
team-building
workshop.
T
So
that
they
can
continue
to
provide
quality
service
now
the
police
officer
standard
of
training
post
reimburses
the
city
for
those
funds.
So
when
somebody
gets
up
here
you
don't
you
know,
you
don't
have
I
get
it.
You
don't
have
that
background
about
how
that
process
works,
but
you
should
probably
do
some
homework
before
you
come
up
here
and
make
some
allegations
of
money.
You
know
not
being
spent
appropriately
when
you're
talking
about
public
safety.
That
is
money
well
spent.
T
That
being
said,
I
also
want
to
congratulate
the
wrote
Aryans
for
kicking
off
their
new
year.
I
was
able
to
go
to
their
meeting
last
Tuesday.
We
got
a
great
Rotarian
group
as
we
do
the
chamber,
and
so
we
have
some
great
organizations
here
in
England
that
are
helping
with
our
message
and
to
move
the
city
forward
in
a
positive
direction.
With
that
being
said,
enjoy
the
rest
of
your
day,
Johnson.
D
E
E
Now,
even
the
sergeant
that
that's
here
I
know,
she
played
a
role
in
everything
when
I
first
came
in
on
on
the
prostitution
we
had
on
century
and
even
though
it
can't
get
100%,
you
see
the
work
that
they
do
on
a
daily
basis,
and
you
wish
you
could
do
more
to
build
up
the
department
great
department
we
have
as
far
as
the
I
wanted
to
mention.
I
know
somebody
mentioned
the
library
and
how
we
tend
to
push
resources
outside
of
that
and
that's
not
true.
E
This
year
we
actually
did
a
really
good
job
of
trying
to
put
back
some
of
our
hours
and
correct
me
if
I'm
wrong
in
terms
of
getting
us
to
the
scale
closer
to
the
scale
of
where
we
were
and
I
know.
We
put
aside
two
hundred
thousand
dollars
plus
for
capital
improvements
of
our
library.
It's
something
we're
very
proud
of,
and
just
to
point
out
even
further
for
a
city
our
size
we're
one
of
the
only
cities
at
our
size
that
has
its
own
library
system.
E
You
can
go
to
other
cities
that
are
the
same
size
as
ours
and
you'll
see
that
those
libraries
are
run
by
the
LA
County
Library
System
we
held
on
to
our
own
during
the
toughest
of
times,
and
some
of
our
collection
is
some
of
the
best
in
the
state
in
terms
of
a
small
library
system.
So
we're
pretty
proud
of
that
and
I'm
a
former
employee,
of
course,
of
the
library.
K
A
A
We
have
a
lot
of
experience
in
dealing
with
tragedies
that
occur
and
no
matter
what
justified
or
not
the
two
people
lost
their
lives
as
a
tragedies
tragedy
for
the
families.
However,
in
life,
there
are
processes
to
deal
with
everything,
the
good
and
the
bad,
and
so,
as
we've
tried
to
explain
to
you
repeatedly,
there's
a
process.
The
process
eternally
has
occurred
in
the
city
of
Englewood.
A
A
Those
that
speak
so
loudly
for
freedom
of
speech,
one
individual
in
particular,
is
willing
to
overtalk
people
from
the
council
as
though
her
speech
is
the
primary
speech
and
only
she
should
be
heard
and
that
others,
when
they
speak,
have
no
right
to
their
opinion
or
right
to
be
heard.
That
says
a
lot
about
a
mindset.
It
says
a
lot
about
someone
sense
of
superiority
and
entitlement
and
I
would
ask
that
you
think
about
that.
A
I
want
to
close
the
meeting
two
ways
well,
first
in
honor
of
the
Sudduth
and
Williams
family,
who
had
their
45th
reunion
just
recently
and
we're
going
to
close
the
meeting
in
honor
of
their
celebration
of
their
family
and
sadly,
in
the
name
of
dr.
Lewis
Dean
Irvin,
who
passed
away
on
July
3rd
2017
she's
a
12
year
member
of
the
English
units,
School
Board
from
91
to
2003.
A
She
was
a
district
4
appointee
to
the
Aviation
Commission
for
14
years
from
2003
to
2007
teen.
She
was
a
senior
pastor
of
the
interdenominational
prayer,
Brandon
church
and
second
vice
president
of
the
England
area.
Ministers
Alliance.
She
also
served
as
a
member
of
the
2nd
Avenue
block
Club
very
long
time,
district
4
resident
that
all
of
us
knew
and
we
will
miss
her
deeply
and
cherish
her
memory
and
we
are
adjourned.
