You
and
receive
any
additional
input
from
the
public.
The
annual
plan
is
submitted
yearly
and
outlines
improvements
to
the
section
8
program
and
strategies
for
the
upcoming
fiscal
year.
A
partial
list
of
the
improvements
outlined
in
the
planner
as
follows:
iPads
are
now
used
for
housing,
quality
inspections
and
pictures
are
taken
or
failed
items.
All
paperwork
is
bar
coded
and
scanned.
All
receivables
are
now
tracked
with
software
called
tarz
housing.
Quality
inspections
are
now
performed
by
annually,
instead
of
annually
to
reduce
costs.
H
Tenants
are
now
given
180
days
to
locate
a
unit
instead
of
120
days.
Owners
are
now
allowed
to
submit
rent
increases
once
every
12
months.
At
any
time
of
the
year,
a
new
quality
control
procedure
was
created
to
review
100%
of
all
transactions
and
repayment
agreements
are
monitored,
with
strict
compliance
to
HUD
rules
and
regulations.
H
The
annual
plan
also
addresses
the
outcomes
of
any
audits
performed
on
the
section
8
program
and
I'm
happy
to
state
that
the
section
8
Housing
Choice
Voucher
program
has
emerged
from
two
separate
Hutto,
IG
audits,
from
the
financial
and
operational
aspects
of
the
program.
All
items
discovered
in
the
financial
audit
have
been
addressed
and
new
policies
and
procedures
have
been
written
to
ensure
strict
compliance.
The
operational
audit
showed
no
major
findings
and
OIG
staff
remarked
on
the
large
number
of
continual
improvements
implemented.
H
All
of
the
information
provided
in
the
annual
plan
was
presented
to
the
public
during
a
May
17
2017
meeting
that
took
place
in
the
Inglewood
city
halls
community
room
suggestions
made
during
this
meeting
and
input
from
the
public
throughout
the
year,
aided
in
the
development
of
the
annual
plan.
This
concludes
my
report.
Thank
you.
Thank.
I
Absolutely
I
died.
Anson,
Brennen
I
would
appreciate
someone
telling
me
how
you
plan
on
dealing
with
the
overload
of
individuals
that
if,
in
fact
the
clipper
situation
does
become
a
reality,
all
those
individuals
who
will
be
displaced
because
they
will
be
displaced,
they
won't
be
living
in
the
house.
That
is
no
longer
existence.
It
becomes
a
parking
lot
in
the
name
of
progress.
I'd
also
like
to
point
out
that
I
did
read
the
staff
reports
and
the
investigative
report
and
I
found
it
very
interesting
that
the
rebuttal
was
that
all
things
done.

The

This
is
the
second

three
document
shredding

donations
events
scheduled
for
calendar
year
of
2017.
The
objective
of
this
event
is
to
promote
recycling
and
safe
document
destruction.
We
hope
to
see
you
all
there.
Thank
you.
L
I'm
here
demanding
justice
for
Marc
Whitten,
sanim
and
I
spent
last
week
with
the
family,
the
seven
children
left
behind
after
these
two
people
were
murdered
by
Englewood
PD.
We
know
that
there's
more
information.
We
know
that
there's
video
tapes.
We
know
that
five
officers
no
longer
work
for
the
police
department,
which
definitely
would
indicate
something
extremely
especially
egregious
went
wrong
and
we
want
answers-
and
this
is
not
going
to
go
away
and
I-
promise
that
that
that
more
and
more
people
are
starting
to
find
out
about
this
and
we're
going
to
be
putting
pressure.
M
M
You
can't
have
a
negotiation.
You
can't
have
a
mediation
with
the
families
if
you
are
not
going
to
give
them
any
information
and
if
you're
going
to
continue
to
lie
to
them.
These
people
deserve
justice.
The
families
deserve
to
know
what
happened
to
their
loved
ones.
The
children
need
to
know
how
their
parents
died.
It's
seven
birthdays
that
have
happened
and
more
counting,
seven
Christmases,
seven
Easter's.
It
will
be
summer
now,
seven
children
without
a
parent
all
summer.
M
D
D
D
C
C
A
N
N
And
the
story
is
someone
one
of
the
police
officers
run
up
to
him
and
kick
the
court,
but
we'll
never
know
I,
don't
believe
the
officers
and
I
believe
the
story.
I
got
so
in
my
mind,
is
kind
of
a
split
picture.
Still
I
can
kind
of
understand
why,
where
these
people
are
coming
from
wanting
only
left
a
little
boy,
a
girl
that
I
know
of.
N
F
I'm
here
in
regards
to
a
denial
for
actually
it
might
be
petty
to
you,
but
not
to
me.
I
have
a
tire
that
was
busted
on
one
of
the
potholes
in
the
street
and
they
denied
it
stating
that
it
wasn't
during
the
rainy
season
time.
So
I
just
want
to
know
who
can
tell
me
that
it
wasn't
the
rainy
season
time
it's.
F
A
A
Understand
it,
but
that's
what
the
denial
letter
is
for
it
means
that
you'll
have
to
go
to
small
claims.
Court
I,
don't
I,
don't
know
the
ins
and
outs
of
what
you're
talking
about.
You
may
want
to
talk
to
our
city
attorney
for
a
moment
before
you
leave,
but
we
can't
litigate
that
here
in
the
council
meeting.
F
J
J
J
G
Thank
you.
I
also
want
to
just
thank
everybody
for
coming
out
really
was
actually
a
couple
of
weeks
ago,
and
you
know
in
district
2
we
do
a
raffle
raffle
table
and
a
lot
of
good
support
from
the
community
and
the
raffle
alone.
We
were
able
raise,
$2,500,
of
which
every
one
of
those
dollars
goes
to
the
American
Cancer
Society.
So
I
want
to
thank
everybody
that
came
out
to
support
the
district
to
raffle
and
everybody.
They
came
out
to
support
Relay
for
Life,
so
great
community
events
and
it's
and
it's
for
the
right
reason.
G
One
year
ago
we
opened
up
the
district
community
center
and
I
got
to
tell
you.
It's
been
a
huge
success.
A
lot
of
different
community
organizations
are
using
the
center.
You
know
want
to
thank
all
our
staff
for
helping
out
to
get
that
Center
open
the
council.
The
mayor's
office
are
supporting
it,
but
it's
really
been
a
benefit
for
our
community
and
if
you
haven't
had
a
chance
to
go
by
and
see
it
I
strongly
encourage
you
to
just
stop
by
visit
it's
right
at
Fairview
in
La
Cienega
again.
G
O
My
brother,
Arthur
district
2
wanted
to
make
sure
that
we
say
thank
you.
My
brother
and
I.
Both
are
cancer
survivors
and
he
participated
in
your
raffle
and
he
was
successful
and
winning
a
couple
of
those
items.
So
thank
you
very
much.
I
also
want
to
identify
that
I
attended
the
independent,
City
Association
seminar.
O
We
actually
had
the
city
attorney
from
Mike
Farrell,
who
spoke
particularly
identifying
that
what
was
assumed
to
be
that
all
of
the
grant
money
that
the
federal
government
provided
was
going
to
be
hampered
by
the
president
in
states,
but
it
was
far
from
that.
It's
primarily
the
money
that
you
get
reference
to:
law
enforcement
and
other
agencies
specifically,
but
because
the
grants
are
written,
the
condition
is
that
you
are
willing
to
cooperate
with
the
federal
government
of
sorry
Department
of
Justice,
involving
that
regard.
O
There
was
another
presentation
regarding
challenges
and
opportunities
when
upgrading
financial
systems
at
City,
Hall
and
I
thought
for
a
minute.
The
mayor
of
Englewood
was
doing
part
of
the
presentation
because,
as
he's
constantly
have
said,
we
can't
run
a
city
if
we're
bankrupt,
and
that
was
one
of
the
challenges
we
were
dealing
with
when
it
came
to
coming
up
with
a
new
financial
system
and
at
the
same
time
you
have
the
labor
organizations
wanting
to
increase
their
benefit
package
while
we're
trying
to
upgrade
our
financial
systems
to
make
sure
they
recurrent
and
recognizing.
O
O
So
those
are
the
only
three
I
want
to
highlight
on
that
event,
but
I
do
want
to
say
that
it
was
a
number
of
items.
Sessions
I,
attended
night.
End
of
all
of
them
was
a
great
concern
and
a
benefit
in
which
all
be
shared
with
the
city,
manager
and
city
attorney
on
specific
personal
trainings
they
provided
for
the
City
Council.
Thank
you
very
much.
Thank.
L
B
To
know
how
we
ended
up
getting
an
NFL
stadium
and
two
football
teams,
one
confirmed
them
one
on
its
way
and
I'm
surprised
you
didn't
do
the
Clipper,
maybe
next
year,
maybe
next
year,
but
so
that
that's
just
a
sign
of
where
we
are
as
a
city
and
trust
me.
When
you
go
to
these
conferences,
things
have
changed.
Things
have
changed.
How
we're
approached
things
have
changed,
what
we're
included
in,
and
that's
that's
probably
one
of
the
bigger
statements
that
you
see
throughout
California
I'd
like
to
start
by
welcoming
back
mr.
B
Thank
you
all
for
coming
out,
I
mean
I
trust
me.
Whenever
we
like
Alex,
says
we
listen
to
all
the
opinions.
You
know
we
don't
always
agree,
but
that's
what
it
takes.
It
takes
your
opinions
and
trust
me.
We
do
give
it
some
thought
and
we
know
what
what
what
how
the
way
we
feel
about
certain
things.
So
thank
you
for
that.
I.
Don't
have
much
merit
just
want
to
close
in
memory
of
a
40
plus
year
resident,
which
I
grew
up
next
door
to
her
name
is
Rosa
Maria
Ramirez
and
she
died.
B
A
Do
that,
and
once
again
you
know
we
we
do
embrace
everyone's
right
to
speech,
but
to
reaffirm
for
you
we
are
not
authorized,
nor
will
we
be
releasing
any
materials
related
to
our
investigation.
The
District
Attorney's
Office
is
a
proceeding
in
progress.
There's
litigation
in
progress
and
under
no
circumstances
do
we
have
access
to.
Nor
will
we
be
releasing
any
information.
There
are
procedures
to
do
that.
I
just
wanted
to
say
before
we
close
that
this
council,
the
whole
has
been
together
since
2013
before
that
there
were
myself
mr.
A
Morales
and
Councilman
Franklin
and
and
two
others,
and
during
that
period
of
time
we
were
going
through
the
nuts
and
bolts
of
just
trying
to
survive
I'm
going
to
go
over
our
track
record
past
and
future
it's
been
established.
Since
this.
These
five
people
have
been
working
for
the
city,
January
15,
to
2014
the
forum
reopened.
A
The
Chargers
declared
their
intention
to
relocate
to
Englewood
June
15th
of
2017,
the
Clippers
opened
a
green
ago.
She
ation
for
the
exclusive
negotiations
agreement
with
the
city
and
they
put
forward
1.5
million
as
a
good-faith
deposit
to
cover
any
expenses.
The
city,
my
app
in
November
of
2017,
a
twenty
seven
million
dollar
Senior
Center
that
has
long
been
promised
to
the
seniors
of
our
community,
will
open
September
of
2019
century
Boulevard.
Reconstruction
will
be
complete,
inclusive
of
an
intelligent
signalling
system
in
September
of
2019.
A
The
Metro
green
line
will
open
in
Inglewood
September
20
20
grams
in
the
Chargers
will
play
their
first
games.
The
most
modern,
larger
stadium
in
the
world
in
February,
six
of
2022
Super
Bowl
56,
will
be
played
in
Inglewood
California
in
July
and
July
of
2024
should
Los
Angeles
be
awarded
to
Summer.
Games
Inglewood
will
be
the
site
of
the
opening
ceremonies
ceremonies
for
the
2024
Olympics
World
Games.
Now
that
list
would
be
good
if
it
was
covering
75
years
of
city's
history,
and
this
is
all
within
10
years
want
to.
A
Thank
you
know
everybody
that's
going
to
watch
this
broadcast
everybody
here
for
your
support.
I
just
want
to
thank
the
members
of
the
council
for
all
their
collaboration
support
as
we
move
forward.
I
want
to
thank
the
staff.
Our
staff
has
been
the
antithesis
of
what
you
expect
from
bureaucracies
and
civil
servants.
