A
All
right,
good
evening,
everyone
happy
new
year.
Did
you
come
blessed
to
receive
as
anyone
been
to
my
town
hall
meetings
before,
let
me
see
his
out
of
hand.
That
means
you
came
to
be
with
information
to
get
information,
because
what
of
all
I
said
with
knowledge,
there
is
power,
so
tonight
get
ready
to
increase
your
power.
We
have
a
number
of
keynote
speakers.
I
did
identify
that
the
mayor
said
he
was
going
to
come
through
and
when
he
does
the
speaker
that
is
currently
speaking
after
that
person
will
have
the
mayor
come
and
speak.
A
But
we
have
a
lot
of
items
to
be
addressed.
The
laboratory
facilities
are
immediately
to
my
left
and
right,
male
and
male
and
female.
Also,
we
did
not
validate
parking,
they
do
not
validate
parking,
but
if
you
parked
on
the
second
floor
or
higher,
it's
free
parking,
okay
and
we'll
keep
the
refreshments
going
as
long
as
we
can.
A
A
But
we
have
a
project
manager
that
has
worked
with
me
since
I've
been
on
the
council
since
2003,
but
had
a
vision
that
I
want
to
partner
with
the
city
of
Englewood
and
be
part
of
the
footprint
to
make
a
difference
of
our
quality
of
life.
He's
identified
that
yes,
there's
going
to
be
a
lot
of
disruption
temporarily,
but
we
know
it's
only
temporarily
because
permanently
we're
going
to
have
a
quality,
wholesome
development
and
environment.
So
I
want
you
to
please
help
me
recognize
mr.
A
B
Thank
you.
Thank
you.
So
much
well
good
evening.
Everyone,
it's
great
to
see
you
again
as
councilman
Franklin
has
said,
I've
been
here
since
the
project
started
when
we
first
came
to
the
city
over
gosh
12
years
ago
and
I
met
with
many
of
you
back
then
and
and
we've
just
thought,
this
was
a
dream
that
we
actually
will
actually
build,
build.
What
we
were
calling
that
time,
Hollywood
Park
tomorrow.
B
As
you
recall,
and
at
that
time
we
were
building,
we
were
proposing
to
build
about
3,000
homes,
a
retail
center,
roughly
about
500,000
square
feet
and
26
acres
of
Park.
Since
that
time
the
project
is
expanded.
Immensely
we
went
from
238
acres
to
now
300
acres,
so
the
top
half
of
the
project
was
acquired
in
2016
by
2014
by
mr.
Stan
Kroenke,
and
we
came
up
with
a
basically
a
joint
venture
run
by
the
Kroenke
NGO
organization
to
come
up
with
what
is
now
Hollywood,
Park
and
I'll.
B
Give
you
a
little
bit
overview
of
Hollywood
Park,
and
what
I'm
gonna
do
today
is
that
for
every
town
hall,
meeting
I've
always
gone
over
what
was
going
on
with
the
stadium?
What
was
going
on
the
stadium,
but
the
questions
that
I've
always
come
back
to
you
is
what
about
the
rest
of
the
project
about
20
days
of
the
year.
We'll
have
stadium,
it'll,
be
great,
it'll,
be
fun
and,
and
you
know
the
Rams
will
win
and
the
charges
will
win
and
we'll
all
have
a
good
time.
B
B
B
So
right
now
we're
here
at
the
casino,
and
that
was
the
first
part
of
the
project.
As
you
recalled,
we
had
to
move
the
casino
in
order
to
be
able
to
be
eligible
to
bid
and
go
after
the
the
NFL
stadium,
and
so
the
casino
used
to
be
right
about
there.
We
move
this
here,
which
is
now
see
outside
of
you.
B
If
you
were
going
to
top
of
the
parking
structure
on
the
third
floor,
if
you're
ever
out
in
a
sunny
day,
you'll
be
able
to
see
a
lot
of
the
construction
from
the
third
floor
of
the
casino
and
you'll
see
that
the
stadium
is
currently
an
indica
under
construction
and
a
lot
of
activity
has
gone
on.
Most
of
the
dirt
has
been
moved
around.
The
stadium
is
going
ten
feet
down
to
ten
stories
down
into
the
ground,
so
it
doesn't
really.
B
You
know,
boat
too
far
over
the
top
of
the
city
and
it'll
be
covered
by
a
clear
structure.
This
roof
we're
calling
made
out
of
e
te
Fe,
which
will
be
a
clear
roof
for
the
most
part
and
on
the
opposite
side
of
that
stadium
will
be
a
performance
art
venue
for
about
6,000
seats
down
to
about
1500
seats.
So
these
are
phurba
for
smaller
shows
theater.
That
will
happen
that
wouldn't
necessarily
happen
to
the
forum.
It's
on
a
much
smaller
late
level.
B
So
if
you
went
to
downtown
he's,
went
to
Club,
Nokia
or
Microsoft
Theater,
you
see
those
are
bounced
against
field
theaters.
They
handle
different
types
of
audiences
and
that's
what
this
performance
arts
venue
will
do
and
in
the
middle
of
that
sits
about
a
two
and
a
half
acre
plaza
and
that
plaza
will
be
open
to
concerts
and
outdoor
activities.
Anything
we're
hoping
to
at
some
point
to
get
the
NFL
Combine
in
that
facility,
so
it'll
be
a
lot
of
activity
going
on
outside
of
just
game
days.
B
What
we
preserved
from
the
old
Hollywood
Park
project
is
the
26
acres
of
parts
and
what
I
mean
by
that
is
that
the
first
part
of
the
project
is
going
to
open
in
2020
will
be
Lake
Park.
So
you'll
see
the
stadium,
the
performance,
art
venue
and
Lake
Park
open
the
rest.
The
project
will
develop
over
a
period
of
time
that
will
develop
another
20
16
acres,
giving
you
a
total
of
26
acres
they'll,
be
a
significant
Park
in
the
back
area
here
and
a
parking
which
we
call
a
Royal
Park.
B
That
will
run
through
the
spine
of
the
project.
These
26
acres
park
and
I
could
say
this
unashamedly
will
be
the
nicest
parks
in
LA
County
.
period
from
the
lake
park,
to
the
waterfalls
to
the
tot
lots
to
the
dog
parks.
These
will
be
designed
by
one
of
the
premier
landscapers
in
Los,
Angeles,
Mille
Miglia
and
associates,
and
will
be
maintained
by
the
ownership,
but
be
open
to
the
entire
public.
B
That
was
part
of
the
things
that
the
mayor
negotiated,
that
these
would
be
not
public
parks
funded
by
a
private
owner
also
opening
day,
which
is
what
I
always
get
the
inquiries
about
when
it
come
to.
These
meetings
is
the
retail
center
in
in
red
in
the
red,
and
this
is
centering
prayer
at
the
corner
of
century
and
Prairie
leading
off
the
lake
edge.
B
We're
gonna
also
open
the
first
phase
of
some
of
the
residential,
which
is
300
apartments
right
in
this
area.
Here
the
project
is
entitled
to
build
2,500
homes
and
apartments
over
a
period
of
time,
but
the
first
phase
will
be
these
300
luxury
apartments
right
here,
opening
again
for
the
2020
opening
day.
B
What
we're
also
in
the
outfield
right
now
is
marketing
a
boutique
hotel
which
will
be
on
this
side
of
the
lake
area
here
and
that's
about
the
300
room,
hotel
and
that's
out
being
marketed
right
now.
We
don't
have
a
name
brand,
yet
we
have
several
people
competing
for
it
and
at
some
point,
I'll
be
happy
to
come
back
and
tell
you
what
that
is
once
we
settle
on
that
deal.
B
I'm
gonna
go
to
the
next
slide
here.
So
you
probably
can't
see
this
from
the
back
area
here,
but
this
is
basically
a
detail
of
how
far
we've
gone
beyond
schematic
design
into
the
retail
center,
we'll
be
coming
into
chris
jackson's
department.
In
about
two
or
three
weeks
submitting
what
we
call
plot
plan
review.
This
is
means
we
are
now
moving
into
the
phase.
B
B
Okay,
there's,
like
I
gotta,
tell
you
we're
trying
to
get
to
the
movie
theater
you
just
do
it
this
way
old-fashioned
right
here.
Right
here
is
a
movie
theater
that
would
go
in,
and
this
is
one
of
those
multiplex.
It's
13,
the
16th
great
seat
movie
theater,
a
grocery
store
is
scheduled
to
be
here
which
creating
an
in
this
area
is
heading
out
toward
century
Boulevard
kind
of
a
which
you
called
your
general
amenities,
grocery
store,
Bank,
pharmacy
and
what-have-you.
B
So
these
are
your
dailies
that
you
can
kind
of
get
in
and
out
without
going
actually
into
the
whole
retail
center
on
the
corner.
Here,
we're
launching
a
really
a
kind
of
a
unique
idea.
If
you've
ever
been
in
San
Francisco,
we
do
a
concept
called
the
Ferry
Building,
where
we
curate
a
lot
of
the
local
food,
vendors
or
whatever,
and
create
kind
of
a
Market
Hall
experience
that
everybody's
been
trying
to
replicate.
B
Well
we're
doing
something
a
little
bit
different
here,
we're
creating
some,
what
we're
basically
calling
a
fashion
Center
in
which
we'll
pure
eight
different
people's
some
of
the
local
people
here,
own
Ehrlich,
etc.
That's
that's
born
out
of
Englewood
and
they
will
be
able
to
be
a
part
of
this
sort
of
fashion
district
here
and
there'll
be
a
want
considered
to
be
one
of
the
anchors,
and
this
will
give
a
lot
of
bit
people
that
are
currently
in
the
community
opportunities
to
participate
in
this
whole
retail
center.
B
So
you
may
not
be
able
to
you
know,
go
toe
to
toe
with
an
H&M,
but
you
can
go
into
the
fashion
Center
as
your
own
sort
of
entity
if
you,
if
you're
curating,
unique
fashions
that
are
by
design.
So
this
is
not
meant
that
you
go
downtown
and
buy
something
and
sell
in
Iraq.
This
is
means
you
are
actually
curating
your
own
fashions
and
designs
in
here
and
we'll
have
a
stylist
that
will
actually
lead
and
be
part
of
the
fashion
industry
to
talk
about
actually
what's
being
curated
in
this
area.
B
Here,
there's
one
big
parking
structure
similar
to
have
you
ever
been
to
the
grow
that
feeds
everything
into
this
into
the
development
itself
and
there's
a
number
of
plazas
throughout
the
development
there's
even
a
little
instance
in
st.
basketball,
court
for
private
showings
and
basketball
games
handed
up
by
aliphatic
clothing
and
in
chinchou
place,
and
then
just
a
number
of
your
typical
type
of
retailers
bounded
by
a
lot
of
local
restaurants
and
boutique
restaurants
associated
as
well.
So
what
does
that
look
like?
B
Let's
take
a
look
at
what
were
actually
there's
here,
and
this
is
the
first
time
you'll
be
able
to
see
some
of
this.
So
this
is
the
movie
theater
looking
into
what
we're
calling
our
fashion
Plaza
and
there
be
big
screens
in
the
movie
Plaza
you
just
kind
of
see
the
roof
of
the
stadium.
In
the
background
here,
some
of
the
offices
peeking
over
the
the
top
edge
here.
B
But
this
is
the
interior
of
this
immense
plaza
here,
and
the
idea
is
to
have
these
run
where
fashion
shows
going
outside
of
these
fountains
on
each
side.
That
would
lead
you
into
that
retail
fashion
market.
At
the
very
bottom
down
there,
but
the
idea
is
to
program
this
that
it
goes
on
for
different
types
of
events.
B
If
game
is
going
at
the
stadium,
we
want
to
be
able
to
show
the
game
on
here
so
that,
if
you
don't
have
a
ticket
or
whatever
you
could
come
to
the
retail
Center
sit
in
the
middle
park
and
watch
the
game
out
with
your
with
your
name
neighbors.
Also.
What
we
want
to
do
is
be
able
to
curate
we're
going
to
be
working
with
local.
B
This
is
that
sunken-in
private
basketball
court,
where
that
would
be
anchored
by
again
big
screens
and
you
might
do
private,
showings
or
private
parties
back
here,
but
you
will
also
be
curated
by
a
fashion,
Footwear
sports
like
a
Nike
or
adidas,
or
something
like
that
that
would
anchor
and
management.
So
you'd
have
three
men:
basketball
watching
the
game
here
at
the
same
time,
while
other
things
also
curated
into
this
private
space.
B
That's
the
idea
that
this
is
becomes
a
big
Civic
Plaza
in
the
middle
of
retail
center.
This
right
here
will
be
our
curated
food
hall,
and
this
is
a
take
off
of
what
we've
done
in
San
Francisco
called
the
Ferry
Building
and
which
will
curate
a
lot
of
local
and
entrepreneurs
that
are
in
the
food
industry
is
part
of
that.
B
This
is
another
plaza
looking
out
back
into
the
stadium
over
the
office
building,
and
here
we've
got
these
signature
fountains
throughout
these
kind
of
art,
design
fountains
throughout
the
the
plasma
with
lots
of
open
and
eat
eating
spaces
and
open
restaurant
areas
throughout
the
plaza.
This
is
looking
into
that
food
hall
coming
out
of
that
food
hall
and
you'll
be
able
to
get
fresh
fruits
and
vegetables
and
all
sorts
of
pastries
and
bakery
goods
all
curated
by
again
local
professionals-
and
this
is
one
of
our
plazas
coming
down
into
the
retail
Center.
B
And
then
this
is
basically
what
we're
calling
the
new
Hollywood
Park
yeah,
it
is,
will
be
curated
as
one
of
the
largest
urban
infield
developments
in
the
country,
Playa
Vista
was
number
one.
Hudson
Yards
is
the
other
one.
That's
currently
under
construction.
This
one
will
be
the
largest
second
to
all
those.
So
with
that
I'll
take
any
questions
you
might
have
so.
A
Before
we
take
any
questions
or
comments,
we
actually
have
a
special
guest
that
came
to
join
us
and
he
has
many
meetings
to
go
through.
So
I
asked
where
you
will
take
your
Q&A
question
answers
momentarily,
but
because
the
mayor
has
to
rush
to
other
events
he's
running
late
as
we
speak.
So
without
further
ado.
Please
help
me
recognize
our
distinguished
City
being
would
Mayor
James
D,
but
jr.
C
C
C
C
C
C
C
62
so
you're
the
first
black
man
here,
1961
okay:
when
did
you
get
here
1960,
so
I
want
you
to
know
something.
I
want
you
to
look
at
this.
For
me,
the
Alpha
and
Omega
frame
would
started
in
1967
when
jack
kent
cooke
came
and
built
the
form
moved.
The
lakers
Elgin
Baylor
and
Jerry
West
from
the
sports
arena
near
the
Coliseum
to
Inglewood
1972
acquired
Wilt
Chamberlain
and
the
Lakers
won
their
first
championship
here
in
Los
Angeles.
C
Then
we
went
into
the
Showtime
years
with
magic,
Johnson,
cream,
abdul-jabbar,
wilkes
worthy
Rambis,
Cooper
norm,
Mixon,
AC,
green
who's,
that
Byron
Scott,
but
can't
forget
Byron,
Scott
and-
and
those
were
the
days
that
made
Inglewood.
You
know
there
was
the
Kings,
the
Lakers
Showtime.
The
forum
was
going,
the
track
was
drawn
38,000
43,000
a
day.
Six
days
a
week,
Seattle
Slew
ran
here,
everybody
knew
who
we
were
and
we
were
doing.
C
Okay,
then
1999
the
Lakers
and
the
Kings
leave
for
the
Staples
Center
somewhere
along
the
way
they
allowed
off-track
betting,
so
that
you
didn't
have
to
come
here
to
bet
your
horse.
If
you
lived
out
near
San
Anita,
you
could
bet
your
horse
now
near
San,
Anita
and
the
track
crowd
started
to
die
and
they
got
down
to
about
a
thousand
people
a
day
from
it
from
an
average
of
43,000
a
day.
Then
the
recession
in
2008,
then
the
housing
market
crash
and
then
I
came
back
and
foolishly
ran
for
mayor
in
2010.
C
C
C
We
trimmed
trees,
which
we
have
19
thousand
trees
in
our
inventory,
and
we
were
trimming
about
1,200
trees
a
year
which
meant
whether
you
need
it
or
not.
We're
trimming
a
tree.
Every
20
years
we
had
to
street
sweeping
machines
that
were
older
than
35
years
of
age
and
we
had
to
street
sweeping
personnel
for
9
square
miles.
C
One
of
those
machines
was
broken
at
all
times,
but
it
worked
out
well
because
one
of
the
street
sweepers
was
injured
at
all
times.
So
we
had
a
perfect
symbiosis
between
equipment
and
personnel.
The
streets
were
dirty.
Our
water
system
was
60
years
old
and
the
youth
all
of
you
probably
remember
back
in
2011,
we
were
having
these
sinkholes
on
century
Boulevard,
because
water
was
leaking
into
the
ground
eroding
the
roadway
bed
century
Boulevard
was
about
15
years
overdue.
At
that
time
to
be
redone,
it
was
a
mess.
C
We
had
our
challenges,
we
cut
140
positions
from
the
organization,
sixty
of
them
had
people
in
them.
In
those
positions
we
discontinued
lifetime
medical,
we
had
lifetime
medical
for
every
employee
in
a
dependent
and
it
was
not
funded
by
the
employees
or
the
city.
We
were
paying
as
we
go
if
we
had
escaped
the
seven-month
bankruptcy
figure
date
by
2017
last
year.
Lifetime
medical
expenses
would
have
climbed
to
9
million
a
year
and
we
would
have
been
bankrupt
again,
so
we
did
the
tough
stuff
we
made
some
smart
decisions.
C
We
entered
into
advertising
deals
where
we
put
up
things
like
these
billboards
that
you
see
those
were
put
up
for
no
cost
to
us
and
we
derive
50
percent
of
the
income
from
them.
We
did
smart
things.
We
entered
into
an
agreement
with
Madison
Square
Garden,
where
we
put
up
our
last
18
million
dollars
of
redevelopment
bond
money
towards
the
renovation
of
the
form
and
a
hundred
million
dollars
later
the
form
reopened
and
AEG,
and
all
our
competitors
said
nobody
had
come
to
ingress
anymore.
C
C
2015
we
announced
that
we
were
going
to
seek
an
NFL
team
in
Englewood
and
again
everybody
said
the
NFL
will
never
come
to
Englewood.
They
just
used
them
as
leverage
against
st.
Louis
January
2016,
the
NFL
on
the
Rams
committed
to
build
a
2.6
billion
dollar
Stadium
here
in
Englewood,
at
no
expense
to
the
city
and
girag.
Just
named
all
the
benefits
that
it
came
with.
That
deal
is
one
of
the
best
deals
ever
negotiated
in
the
history
of
sports
and
the
Rams
and
NFL
said
they
were
coming
here.
C
Then
we
say
yeah
you
come
on
come
on
June
of
2017
a
little
more
than
six
months
ago
we
entered
in
negotiations
with
the
Los
Angeles
Clippers
to
build
a
state-of-the-art
NBA
arena
across
the
street
from
that
development
that
will
consist
of
their
corporate
headquarters,
their
practice
facilities
and
a
18
to
20,000
seat
NBA
arena
there'll
be
a
total
of
a
billion
dollar
project.
That
project
should
yield
10
million
a
year
in
property
taxes.
C
1.4
million
of
that
will
go
to
the
city
of
Inglewood
about
seven
million
that
goes
to
the
state
of
California
and
what
it
would
have
property
taxes
in
the
state
of
California.
Do
they
fund
schools
I,
feel
some
of
that
should
come
back
to
our
Englewood
schools,
because
that's
money
they
never
would
have
had.
C
But
we
have
people
that
will
try
and
convince
you
that
we
have
enough.
We
have
people
from
New
York
that
will
tell
you
that
that's
too
much
traffic,
if
you
ever
been
to
New,
York
and
seeing
the
traffic
there
are
people
that
think
we
are
stupid,
that
they
will
tell
us
when
we've
had
enough.
Well,
we'll
tell
them
when
we've
had
enough.
C
Now
here
are
the
things
that
are
going
to
occur
over
the
next
few
years
in
2020,
the
Rams
and
the
Chargers
will
play
the
first
game
here.
In
England
California
in
2022
will
host
Super
Bowl
61
in
2023
will
host
the
NC
to
a
championship
ball
game.
These
are
things
that
are
already
set
in
stone
in
2024.
That's
the
things
keep
going
along.
The
Clippers
will
play
their
first
game
in
Inglewood
in
2028,
we'll
be
the
host
for
the
opening
ceremonies
for
the
world,
Olympic
Games
in
English
California.
C
We
are
selling
them
the
old
security
bank,
building
that
we
bought
last
year
to
land
bank
at
a
at
a
profit
of
1.5
million
dollars
to
the
city
and
Frank
Gehry
is
going
to
redesign
that
building
they're
going
to
expand
the
Youth
Orchestra
program
from
1,000
students
to
2,000
students.
A
large
number
of
those
will
be
Englewood
youth
that
will
be
mentored
in
contact
with
some
of
the
best
orchestra
talents
in
the
world.
C
This
is
the
most
magnificent
and
you
can
ask
June
Chavez
or
anybody
on
the
committee,
the
most
magnificent
in
that
right,
Maxine,
magnificent
facility
for
seniors
or
anyone
that
you've
ever
seen.
If
you
haven't
seen
it
go
over
to
Queen
and
Locust
and
be
ready
to
spend
some
time
because
it's
35,000
square
feet,
it's
beautiful,
so
we
saw
the
Alpha
and
the
Omega,
and
now
the
Phoenix
rises
again.
C
This
is
what
you
deserve,
because
you
voted
for
the
leaders
that
you
wanted
people
that
were
going
to
look
out
for
you
for
your
interest
for
your
community,
for
your
prosperity.
Do
you
there
are
more
people
working
now
in
Inglewood
than
have
ever
worked
has
worked
in
the
last
40
years
that
we
know
of
from.
C
Never
before
in
the
history
of
construction
in
the
city,
have
you
seen
contracts
to
go
to
local
subcontractors
like
this
they'd
always
go
to
the
guys
from
Orange
County,
because
those
were
the
developer
and
they
bring
their
own
people.
Well,
we
insist
on
our
development
agreements
that
we
have
local
hire
and
we
have
local
subcontractors,
because
everyone
should
benefit
from
the
prosperity,
that's
being
developed
for
this
region
and
what's
happening
right
now,
we're
changing
the
whole
economic
paradigm
over
the
county.
C
C
Now
he's
been
here
since
1960,
but
you
were
here
in
2018
to
see
when
everything
changed
in
the
County
of
Los
Angeles,
so
I'm
gonna
say
congratulations
to
all
of
you,
there's
so
much
for
us
to
do,
but
these
are
actually
the
best
of
times.
Thank
you
very
much
for
your
support.
Thank
you.
Mccallum
Franklin,
for
the
time.
A
Many
wonders
why
we
have
talent
our
meetings.
The
mayor
gives
global
impact
of
the
city,
so
a
little
bit
later,
I'll
give
you
more
details,
but
if
I
have
Gerard
McCallum,
please
come
back
and
join
us
because
we're
part
of
the
presentations
focusing
on
the
Hollywood
Park
entertainment
district,
and
he
did
his
presentation
and
I
do
also
want
to
acknowledge
what
you
see
on
the
screen
will
also
be
broadcast
through
spectrum,
or
also
we're
going
to
be
making
DVDs
of
this
town
hall
meeting
and
we're
going
to
make
them
available
through
Aaron
L.
A
Z
raise
your
hand,
Aaron
he's
he's
our
police
liaison
at
our
at
our
community
center,
and
then
you
can
check
them
out
for
your
charge
to
be
able
to
see
him
intimately
or
you
can
also
watch
them
on
the
city's
website.
We
have
a
youtube
link
where
you
can
also
see
it
as
well.
Now
we'll
take
a
few
questions
or
comments
regarding
this
project
which
y'all
McCallum.
We
do
ask
that
you
stand,
give
us
a
chance
to
get
a
microphone
to
you,
because
we
are.
We
are
televising
this
broadcast
any
questions
or
comments
for
Jill.
D
B
A
E
B
Really
won't
go
because
they're
different
seasons
for
the
different
sports,
but
what
we're
doing
with
a
lot
of
the
infrastructure
improvements
you
see
like
we
did
some
the
widening
on
centuries
from
the
widening
on
Prairie.
It's
turn
off
lanes
we're
actually
doing
an
integration
with
the
city
for
intelligent
traffic
signals
that
will
actually
computerize
a
lot
of
the
signals
throughout
the
city.
A
Let
me
piggyback
with
it
as
well.
For
those
that
don't
know
me
I
said
on
many.
Many
chairs
and
I
have
many
many
committees
I
happen
to
be
the
chairperson
for
the
Metro
service
council
and
that
deals
with
public
transit
and
the
mayor.
James
C
butts
is
now
on
the
board
of
Metro
Board
and
we
have
been
it's
Jimena
on-ear.
This
is
not
working.
We're
earmarking!
A
The
actual
first
mile
last
mile
of
a
light
rail
system
we're
working
on
from
the
Florence
and
Market
Street,
whether
it's
going
to
be
the
new
train
station
to
have
light
rail.
Think
of
Disneyland
coming
all
the
way
down,
Florence
to
Prairie,
to
drop-off
right
where
the
old
airport
Park
Hotel
used
to
be.
For
those
that
remember
that
location,
it's
going
to
go
back
up
again
and
it's
going
to
drop
off
and
some
future
sites
that
we
aren't.
We
have
identified
that
is
just
south
of
century.
A
Then
it's
going
to
go
back
up
again
and
work
his
way
back
through
the
Market
Street
to
downtown.
So
we
are,
we
are
working
on
us
and
so
that
way
we
can
make
sure
that
we
are
able
to
provide
the
public
transit
is
needed
and
mitigate
the
amount
of
vehicles.
That's
going
to
be
on
the
road
two
more
questions,
this
gentleman
here
and
there
young
lady
over
there.
B
There
are
actually
several
walking
paths
throughout
the
both
around
the
park
throughout
the
Arroyo
Park
and
actually
through
the
actual
retail
center
itself
so
like.
If
you
go
to
the
Grove,
you
could
walk
and
stroll
all
of
that
Market
Street
that
main
thoroughfare
and
visit
any
of
the
sort
of
pocket
plazas
in
that
that
that
that
retail
center
and
also
go
out
into
the
lake
there
pass
all
the
way
around
that
Lake
that'll.
Take
you
all
the
way
up
into
a
Royal
Park,
and
if
you
want
to
walk
that
far
it'll.
A
G
H
B
We
I
don't
as
of
yet
we're
actually
just
starting
to
go
into
plot
plan
review
again.
The
project
will
be
up
in
2020,
so
we'll
know
about
a
year
out
who
X
there
will
be
the
tenants
in
that
we
have
a
team
out
and
we've
actually
gone
in
partnership
with
the
city
to
various
conventions
or
whatever
to
start
marketing
who
will
actually
be
on
site.
I
can
tell
you,
based
on
the
cost
of
this
project.
There
ain't
gonna
be
no
discount
in
here.
A
A
Is
that
I
like
to
talk
to
you
about
the
nuts
and
bolts
of
the
city,
particularly
in
district
4,
so
you're
going
to
hear
my
presentation
which
be
toward
the
end
and
at
that
time
I'll
be
asking
for
you
to
get
the
pen
in
hand
and
get
your
paper
ready,
because
I'm
going
to
give
you
a
lot
of
bullet
point
things
specifically
going
on
now
and
in
the
immediate
future.
That's
going
to
impact
your
quality
of
life
and
your
means
of
transportation.
A
But
before
we
get
there,
one
of
the
pet
peeves
that
I
have
been
on.
The
council
is
having
to
go
to
you
front
of
your
house
in
dealing
with
utility
companies,
because
all
of
a
sudden
nature
takes
its
course.
You
have
equipment,
piping,
etc.
Like
a
life
wears
out
and
all
of
a
sudden,
we
have
their
water
main
lines,
busting
and
all
of
a
sudden.
What
do
we
do
and
as
soon
as
the
utility
company
says,
we
need
to
increase
the
fare.
The
first
thing
he
says:
oh
no
I
can't
afford
that.
A
But
at
the
same
time,
you're
going
to
say
but
I
want
to
make
sure
my
water
is
on
when
I
turn
on
the
faucet
no
different
than
when
you
put
your
key
in
the
ignition
of
your
car.
You
said:
look
open
and
I
know
it's
going
to
start.
So
when
it
don't
start,
guess
what
you
get
angry.
So
when
you
get
a
turn
the
water
on
you
don't
have
water,
because
the
busted
water
main
you
get
angry.
A
So
we
have
a
company
that
has
braced
us
to
make
sure
that
they
have
the
necessary
infrastructure
on
keeping
the
water
lines
up
and
running,
as
well
as
making
sure
we
have
quality.
Clau
clarified
water
as
well:
fluoride,
water
as
well
to
make
sure
that
you
in
fact
have
the
quality
and
the
enjoyable
use
of
the
water.
So,
every
time
you
turn
the
faucet
on
and
take
your
shower.
A
I
Evening,
everyone,
thank
you
so
much
for
that
very
warm
welcome.
Councilman,
Franklin
I
was
a
little
nervous
coming
up
here,
because
I
just
heard
the
mayor
give
a
great
talk
about
the
amazing
things
that
are
happening
in
Englewood
and
also
mr.
McCollum.
Talking
about.
What's
gonna,
be
happening
right
here
and
I'm
here
to
talk
to
you
about
water,
which
isn't
quite
as
exciting
so
we'll
try
to
make
it
exciting.
But
those
are
a
couple
of
tough
act
to
follow.
As
councilman
Franklin
said,
my
name
is
Kate
Nutting
I'm,
the
general
manager
for
gold,
say
waters.
I
Southwest
district
I
have
a
couple
of
other
people
who
will
be
presenting
here.
Today
too,
we
have
Dave
shultiess,
it's
our
water
quality
engineer,
so
he'll
be
giving
the
water
quality
update
and
Bill
Schwartz.
Our
capital
program
manager
will
be
talking
to
you
about
some
capital
improvements
that
are
going
on
in
the
city,
so
just
to
briefly
go
through
I'll.
Give
you
a
little
overview
of
our
water
system
and
then
Dave
will
talk
about
water
quality
bill
will
talk
about
infrastructure
improvements
and
then
I'll
finish
our
talk
talking
about
our
a
rate
case.
I
So
just
to
talk
to
you
a
little
bit
about
Golden
State
Water
Company,
we
serve
1
million
customers
of
people
across
California
through
261,000
service
connections,
we've
been
around
since
1929,
and
we
have
seven
different
water
systems
or
water
districts
throughout
the
state
and
38
different
water
systems.
We
have
20
different
customer
service
areas
within
75
communities
in
the
state
and
we
do
have
a
24-hour
customer
service
number
so
anytime,
day
or
night
any
day
of
the
year.
You
can
call
our
800
number
and
talk
to
a
live.
I
I
So
this
is
our
entire
system.
So
what's
shaded
in
yellow
is
our
whole
system?
You'll
see
it's
very
large.
We
have
about
465
miles
of
pipe
that
circle.
There
basically
very
generally
shows
the
portion
of
it.
That's
in
Englewood,
so
this
map
right
here
shows
that
a
little
bit
better,
if
I,
try
to
put
it's
kind
of
hard
to
see.
But
all
this
sort
of
light
pink
area
here
is
our
portion
of
our
system
that
serves
Engle
was
so
there's
Van
Ness
over
here,
Imperial
Highway
century
and
then
La
Cienega.
I
G
J
J
So
I
is
actually
naturally
occurring
in
the
environment,
but
we
also
add
a
small
amount
of
fluoride
to
increase
the
level
to
the
level
that's
recommended
by
EPA
for
optimal
health
protection
and
Florida
is
regulated,
and
we
have
a
lot
of
different
measures
that
we
take
to
ensure
that
the
fluoride
is
at
the
proper
level.
You
don't
want
too
much
or
too
little
so
at
each
of
our
treatment
sites.
J
We
have
continuous
online
analyzers
that
will
record
the
the
readings
and
actually
alert
one
of
our
operators
if
the
levels
go
outside
the
control
range,
the
treatment
sites
are
checked
daily
and
the
operators
calculate
the
dose
every
single
day
to
make
sure
it's
the
proper
amount.
We
also
do
distribution
monitoring
a
different
sites
throughout
our
system
to
ensure
that
every
site
is
within
compliance,
and
then
we
also
have
to
notify
the
state
if
our
fluoride
levels
are
out
of
control
range
two
or
more
times
per
month.
J
J
This
is
all
California,
then
this
is
the
Metropolitan
Water
District
of
Southern
California
service
area,
and
these
are
the
aqueducts
from
state
water
project
and
also
from
the
Colorado
River
that
feed
the
metropolitan
water
system
in
the
metropolitan
water
district.
That
Southern
California
has
all
these
different
customers
here
and
we
purchased
water
from
West,
Basin
and
also
from
Central
Basin.
But
ultimately
it
comes.
A
majority
of
our
water
comes
from
the
metropolitan
water
and
we're
about
63%
metropolitan
water
and
36%
local
groundwater,
which
is
the
wells
that
we
operate
so
in
water
industry.
J
We
use
a
multi
barrier
approach
to
protect
public
health,
Metropolitan
Water
District
is
important,
surface
water
and
they
use
multi
barrier
treatment
for
convention.
It's
called
conventional
treatment,
which
is
coagulation
flocculation,
sanitation,
filtration
disinfection
and
fluoridation
surface.
Water
can
have
pathogens
like
bacteria
protozoans,
and
we
want
to
remove
all
that
to
make
sure
the
water
are
safe.
Now
for
Golden
State
Water
Company,
we
have
ground
water
wells
and
we
also
treat
our
water.
J
However,
most
of
our
wells
are
pretty
good
water
quality
to
begin
with,
and
we
primarily
remove
iron
to
manganese,
which
isn't
really
something
that's
harmful
to
your
health,
but
it
is
a
nuisance.
It
causes
discoloration
of
water
fever,
toning,
your
faucets,
and
see
brown
or
blackish
water.
That's
what
it
is,
so
we
remove
iron
or
manganese.
Then
we
disinfect-
and
we
also
add
fluoride
for
the
for
a
dental
health
as
we
mentioned.
J
So
a
lot
goes
on
in
water
quality.
I
think
it's
really
fascinating,
which
is
why
I'm
so
happy
to
be
here
and
explain
everything,
there's
source
water
protection
and
also
monitoring
that
we
do
so
part
of
the
source.
Water
protection
is
drinking
water
sources,
specimen
and
protection
or
D
swap,
and
we
submit
that
to
the
state
after
we
do
a
survey
of
the
properties
around
our
wells.
J
In
certain
industries
might
pollute
more
than
others,
and
so
we
identify
those
as
being
potential
sources
of
contamination,
and
we
also
can
drive
around
and
see
what
they're
doing
visit
their
sites.
But
we
tell
the
state,
you
know,
basically
what
we're
seeing
and
there's
also
a
database
from
the
state
that
will
help
us
identify
those
sources
in
some
sources
could
be
underground:
storage
tanks,
gas
stations
are
really
you
know
popular
agriculture,
dry
cleaners,
storm
sewers
things
like
that.
J
We
also
need
to
okay
so
quickly.
Here
we
also
have
concern
about
security.
So
we
have
a
lot
of
measures
in
place
to
help
prevent
intrusion,
so
iron
gates,
fencing
security,
alarms,
motion,
sensors
cameras,
we
visit
sites
daily,
multi-layered
control
systems,
access
control,
which
is
allows
us
to
know
who
came
in
and
when
also
emergency
preparedness
and
response
plan,
which
we
work
with
the
state
on
to
be
able
to
notify
the
public.
J
The
media
in
case
of
emergency
multi,
coordinate
agency
coordination
is
also
important,
as
well
as
a
cow
horn,
which
is
like
a
multi-agency
co-op
for
equipment
and
other
safety
for
other
things.
We
might
need
in
case
of
emergency
and
also
the
California
water,
environment,
Association,
so
I
forget
Bill
on
here,
and
you
can
talk
about
the
launch
of
the
capital
improvements
we're
doing
in
our
system.
Excuse
me.
K
Good
evening,
I
will
let
you
know:
I've
been
in
the
water
industry
for
probably
about
15
years
and
I
get
about
50%
of
what
Dave
just
talked
about.
So
don't
feel
bad
if
you
didn't
get
all
of
that,
because
I
don't
quite
understand
it
either
to
that
end,
I'm
out
of
the
capital
program,
Management
Group
and
we
are
responsible
for
determining
designing
and
installing
the
capital
equipment
necessary
to
provide
water
from
water
sources
directly
to
your
homes.
K
To
that
end,
how
we
drive
everything
make
our
decisions
determine
is
based
on
our
vision,
which
really
is
to
cost-effectively
renew
expand
infrastructure
in
the
communities
we
serve
to
maintain
and
improve
the
standard
of
living
for
generations
to
come.
I
think
you've
heard
some
conversations
about.
Sometimes
people
don't
invest
in
their
infrastructure
and
they
pay
just
like
if
your
car,
if
you
don't
fix
your
car,
it
doesn't
start.
So
we
believe
that
we
really
want
to
do
this
for
the
long
term.
K
To
that
end,
you
can
kind
of
look
at
our
projects
and
break
them
into
three
buckets.
Water
quality,
which
is
Dave's,
talked
a
lot
about
system
reliability,
which
is
getting
the
water
to
you,
both
in
normal
conditions
and
in
emergency
conditions.
We've
had
fires,
we've,
we
can
have
earthquakes
here,
so
we
have
to
make
sure
our
infrastructure
is
designed
and
we
can
respond
and
keep
that
water
supply
going.
K
And
finally,
we
look
at
water
supply
cost
reduction
projects
think
that
we
can
do
to
lower
the
cost
of
water
to
the
Englewood
community,
so
those
are
sort
of
three
areas
we
do.
Projects
put
them
in
those
buckets
again.
You've
seen
this
map,
but
I
only
want
to
bring
to
your
attention
just
real
quickly
like
for
how
to
use
a
light
saver
here,
golden
state
water,
our
water
sources,
are
here
in
green.
Our
MWD
connections
are
here.
You
can
see
where
we
have
some
water
sources
here.
Green
means
we
can
push
water
up
here.
K
Brown
means
we
rely
on
this.
Why
do
we
do
that
or
why
are
we
concerned
about
that?
Groundwater
is
about
half
the
cost
of
MWD
water.
So
what
we're
trying
to
do
is
we
want
to
is
whenever
we
can
push
groundwater
into
the
system,
because
it's
cheaper,
less
expensive.
So
but
it's
a
balancing
act
because
we
have
groundwater
wells.
Sometimes
the
water
isn't
perfect.
Also,
you
can
see
where
the
sources
are
and
where
you're
at
got
to
bring
water
into
this
area.
So
yeah,
here's
a
well
right
in
here,
but
we
also
have
water.
K
K
So
to
that
end,
when
you
talk
about
water
quality
products,
we
do
these
various
projects
and
again
we're
trying
to
improve
water
quality.
We
have
to
meet
both
federal
standards,
state
standards
and
from
your
custom
from
the
inputs
from
you
folks.
So
if
you
don't
like
the
water
there's
an
issue,
you
contact
us.
So
to
that
end
we
tend
to
invest
a
lot
of
money.
A
lot
of
this
SCADA
is
automatic
system,
so
we
can
control
them
remotely
again.
K
We
knop
tamai
so
we're
trying
to
blend
ground
water
with
surface
water
and
surface
water
and
ground
water.
Don't
always
necessarily
agree
with
each
other.
They
have
different
physical
characteristics.
They
have
to
be
treated
differently
when
they
interact,
they
produce
things
that
we
have
to
handle.
So
we
need
to
really
look
at
control
here.
Nitrification
again,
nitrates
and
nitrites
are
two
things
that
are
regulated
by
the
division
of
drinking
water.
K
We
have
to
make
sure
that
we
don't
have
an
issue
with
nitrites
and
forming
and
that's
an
issue
again
with
surface
water
and
ground
water,
surface,
water
being
the
MWD
state,
water
project,
water
and
groundwater
being
our
Wells.
And
finally,
we
have
to
do
enhancement
of
our
well
sites
to
be
able
to
make
sure
the
water
we
send
to
you
is
in
good
shape.
Some
of
these
wells
are
older,
Wells
and
wells
are
very
expensive
to
punch.
Some
of
them
are
a
million
to
two
and
a
half
million
dollars
per
well.
K
So
we
have
to
make
sure
that
we
stretch
that
ass
out
as
far
as
we
can,
and
sometimes
we
need
to
do
some
treatment
at
the
wells
or
work
at
the
wells
to
make
sure
that
water
quality
is
where
it
needs
to
be
overall
in
this
category
about
3.4
million
dollars
pipeline
management
just
real
quickly.
These
are
the
whole
system.
K
Reliability
issues
make
sure
pipelines,
don't
rupture,
make
sure
water
is
there
and
again,
these
are
all
pipelines
that
we
put
in
this
one
we're
putting
in
a
19,
but
all
of
these
pipelines
feed
what
you
saw
on
that
map
earlier
about
thirteen
million
dollars
total
from
water
supply,
cost
reduction
again
we're
looking
at
trying
to
reduce
water
cost.
So
this
includes
putting
ground
water
tree.
K
They've
talked
about
manganese
also
on
these
two
plants,
we're
looking
at
trying
to
do
some
advanced
treatment
to
truck
in,
to
try
to
take
groundwater
resources
that
potentially
are
right
now
stranded
and
get
them
back
online
to
try
to
reduce
cost.
And
finally,
we
have
various
water
quality
projects
and,
again
all
dedicated
try
to
reduce
that
imported
water,
which
is
about
twice
the
cost
total.
Twelve
million
dollars
in
projects,
so
roughly
we
put
about
twenty
eight
million
dollars
into
the
water
system,
supply
water,
the
city
of
Englewood,
community.
L
I
I
think
we're
just
about
out
of
time.
We
had
a
few
more
slides,
but
what
I
can
do
very
generally
and
I
will
say:
I
will
be
here
after
the
meeting
to
take
any
specific
questions,
but
I
did
want
to
make
you
aware
that
all
of
those
things
maintaining
water
quality
meeting
regulations
and
making
sure
that
our
services
are
reliable
means
it
costs
money.
So
we
have
a
general
rate
case
that
we
have
to
file
every
three
years
with
the
Public
Utility
Commission.
I
We
just
filed
one
in
July
of
2017
for
rates
that
will
take
effect
in
2019.
We
do
have
a
public
participation
hearing
for
that
rate
case.
If
you
want
to
go
and
hear
more
about
it,
it's
on
February
1st
at
7
p.m.
in
Huntington,
Park
I
can
give
you
all
the
details
after
you
should.
If
you
haven't
already
receive
a
notice
about
that
in
the
mail
that
will
have
all
the
details
too,
but
I
will
be
here
after
the
meeting
to
talk
to
you
about
it.
A.
A
Few
things,
so
let
me
interject,
you
ever
have
you
it
leaves
anybody
knows
when
you
have
the
town
hall
meetings
with
yours.
Truly
it's
where
the
rubber
meets
the
road.
So
I
want
to
talk
and
ask
the
those
residents
that
live
on
spinning
between
a
hundred
and
eight
on
the
north
to
Imperial
highway
on
the
south,
to
give
them
a
hand
put
in
new
water
lines
for
you,
as
well
as
new
fire
extinguish.
Fire
extinguishers
is
what
fire
hydrants
as
well.
We
also
have
because
I've
been
around
a
few
years.
A
We
also
have
the
issue
at
117th
in
Kornblum,
where
their
facilities
located
that
they
reached
into
their
pockets
and
maintained
they
that
cleanup
area
that
was
part
of
their
property.
We
had
to
break
in
water,
broken
water
main
on
a
concern.
Street.
We
took
care
of
that
one.
We
had
one
on
shanira
Avenue.
We
took
care
of
that
one.
We
had
one
on
thorough.
We
took
care
of
that
one.
A
You
had
a
number
of
issues
regarding
the
quality
of
water
and
I,
see
you
out
there
as
I'm
looking
and
they're
going
to
stay
afterwards,
and
if
you
still
have
that
issue
with
them.
Please
make
sure
that
you
take
time
to
talk
to
them
one-on-one
they
will
take
your
personal
information
and
they'll
reach
out
to
you
as
well,
so
I'm
gonna
allow
them
together.
We'll
take
a
couple
of
questions,
but
we're
really
behind
on
time,
and
so
I
want
to
move
forward
on
that.
A
H
I
That
is
a
great
idea.
Thank
you
for
that
question.
We
don't
specifically
have
a
program
like
that.
We,
as
a
company
do
support
many
programs
that
that
want
to
do
that
kind
of
water,
education,
I
know
West
Basin,
municipal
water
district,
who
we
purchase
metropolitan
water
from
they
have
a
lot
of
programs.
So
I
could
look
into
that
if
they
have
something
like
that,
and
it
is
something
that
in
other
areas
we
have
put
together.
So
it's
something
that
I
could
look
into
too,
because
I
think
it's
a
great
idea.
Okay,.
F
I
What
that
is
and
I
apologize,
we
had
to
kind
of
rush
through
that
section
because
we
were
running
a
little
bit
behind,
but
those
are
projects
that
are
specifically
for
our
groundwater
wells.
So
we
have
some
groundwater
wells
that
are
not
running
right
now
that
we
need
to
do
work
to
in
order
to
get
them
running
and
when
we
get
them
running.
That
means
we'll
have
more
groundwater
to
serve
the
system
as
opposed
to
water
that
we
have
to
purchase
and
that
groundwater
is
about
half
the
price
of
water
that
we
purchased.
A
Is
that
the
question
is:
is
our?
Is
our
rates
gonna
go
down
the
answer,
questions
no
he's
gonna
void
from
going
up
and
then
also
just
so.
You
know
that
those
that
live
in
Lock
Haven.
They
also
have
a
well
at
111th
Street
in
Yukon,
which
they
refurbishing.
As
we
speak.
One
more
question
regarding
the
subject
matter
or
comments
and
we'll
move
on
gentleman
next
to
mr.
Manning.
I
So
in
terms
of
our
water
quality,
I
would
say:
yeah
most
of
the
water
systems
across
the
country
have
very
good
water
quality.
The
United
States
in
particularly
California,
has
very
stringent
water
quality
regulations,
so
any
city
that
you
live
in
I
think
you
can
feel
comfortable
that
the
water
is
safe
to
drink,
including
the
ones
that
we
serve.
In
terms
of
your
question
about
the
dam,
demographics
I,
don't
know
that
that
demographic,
so
I
can't
really
speak
to
what
that
issue
is,
but
we
I
mean
we
serve.
I
A
Then
let
me
interject
as
well.
You
heard
the
mayor
also
do
a
Talia
who's
who's
been
here
the
longest
and
so
far
we
found
one
resident
that
has
that's
a
freakin
American
who's
been
here
since
1960
they've
been
here
since
1908,
providing
us
water
so
because
of
gender
vacation,
there's
been
a
change
and
so
we're
just
wrong
with
the
flow
and
it's
going
to
happen
again
as
we
start
moving
forward
with
the
City
of
England.
Let's
give
our
presenters
a
hand.
If
you
would
please.
A
So
before
we
get
to
the
next
presenter
and
again,
I
want
to
say
this
part
of
the
segment
is
where
the
rubber
meets
the
road
and
I
saw
several
Imperial
Village
residents
that
have
bent
my
ear
repeatedly
regarding
your
water
quality.
Do
not
let
them
get
away
with
that.
You
have
an
a
some
some
choice,
words
of
labor,
of
love,
of
what
you're
dealing
with,
so
they
can
at
least
address
those
concerns.
If
you
would
please
I
also,
we
have
a
number
of
people
in
the
audience.
I
want
to
recognize.
A
First
of
all,
everyone
has
a
boss
and
I've
been
married
for
over
44
years
and
I
have
a
boss.
So
when
you
go
outside
at
the
information
table,
please
let
my
wife,
Juanita
Franklin,
know
that
you
value
our
labor
of
love.
In
addition
to
that,
I
have
my
daughter,
my
oldest
daughter
is
out
there
at
the
information
table
during
the
handouts,
and
that
is
Felicia
Frankland.
Please
give
her
some
love
and
then
also
the
young
lady
has
came
on
board
with
beef
since
2008
Claudette
Matthews.
A
You
know
behind
every
good
man
is
a
good
woman
and
I
got
three
out
there
today
so
show
some
love
please,
and
also
we
have
a
number
of
individuals
that
volunteer
their
time
and
labor
of
love
and
I
also
want
them
to
stand
and
be
recognized
from
the
art
commissioners
Vicki
banks
district
for
representing
our
city,
our
to
our
location.
Thank
you
very
much
for
the
citizens
face
oversight.
Commission
Linda,
Smith
autistic
for
Linda
raise
your
hand,
so
they
can
see
you
you're
our
representative
for
the
construction,
Appeals
Board,
Jeanne
Eldridge.
A
Please
stand
to
be
recognized,
give
it
to
Jean
and
by
the
way
Jena
served
on
several
Commission's,
because
that's
how
he
truly
values.
Given
his
labor
back
into
the
community,
the
housing
advisory
board
give
it
up
for
Sheryl
McCollum
McLennan.
There
we
go
she's
a
resident
right
around
the
corner
from
us
human
affairs,
commission,
Dorothy
Cole.
Please
stand
to
be
recognized,
Park
to
recreation,
Kamini,
our
Chairman
and
district
4
resident
Willie,
Agee,
stana,
Willie
he's
also
the
young
man,
the
young
man,
that
we
just
named
our
Playhouse.
A
After
this
many
years,
parking
and
traffic
commission
Barbara,
Brooks
I
thought
I
saw
her
okay,
Planning
and
Zoning
Board.
Well
there
she
was
I,
sorry
about
that
Planning
and
Zoning
Board
Terry
L
Coleman,
the
Senior
Center
Advisory
Board.
When
you
heard
the
mayor
just
talked
about
earlier,
Maxine
Toller
she's
recognized
them.
A
We
have
a
number
of
block
Club
captains
and,
if
I
miss
anybody,
please
stand
because
we
want
to
recognize
your
block,
2nd
Avenue
block,
Club,
Sheryl,
Matawan,
5th
avenue,
block
club
lawrence
Haley
play
in
the
back
6
Avenue
block
club
Charles
comm
that
we
have
the
Shannara
a
Venusian
Howard
jr.
is
here.
I
know:
I
saw
ok,
there's
a
if
there's
representing
from
Georgia
narrow,
Avenue
just
raise
your
hand.
So
we
can
recognize
you
I
know.
I
saw
a
couple
y'all
here
there
we
go.
I
also
have
LaMotta
Avenue.
A
If
you're
in
here
raise
your
hands,
let
me
recognize
Maxine
Belfort.
Ok,
we
also
have
Venice
and
spinning
Avenue
Dorothy
Cole
she's
over
there
as
well,
and
then
we
had
the
young
man
that
blessed
us
to
start
our
meeting
on
Van
Wyck
Street
block
club.
Please
help
me
recognize
again:
pastor
Johnny,
Blakely.
A
For
several
of
the
individuals
on
here
is
representing
the
city,
so
I
just
want
you
to
know.
You
may
see
me
as
the
main
figurehead,
but
I
need
a
lot
of
help
and
part
of
the
presentation
you're
going
to
have
I'm
going
to
be
presenting
where
the
rubber
meets
the
road.
Is
that
I
have
me
a
backup
partner
and
he's
from
the
city
of
Englewood
public
works
department
he's
one
of
our
engineers
Eli
castilo.
Thank
you
very
much
recognize
Eloy,
because
we're
will
be
talking
about
Crenshaw
and
and
in
eccentric
middle
art.
A
Eli
will
be
having
my
back
of
you.
If
you
jack
me
up
for
those
issues
that
have
concerns
regarding
homeless
issues,
cannabis,
dispensaries,
garage,
conversions,
parking
on
the
grass
we
have
our
manager
or
our
director
of
code
enforcement,
Jerry
Tucker.
Please
stand
to
be
recognized,
so
these
individuals
are
here
I'm
telling
you
now,
so
you
don't
need
to
come
to
meet
them
the
ones
that
go
out
there
all
the
time.
You
feel
me
and
then
also
one
of
our
district
4
representatives
that
lives
in
Imperial
village,
that
is
the
assistant
to
the
city
manager.
A
Please
help
me
recognize
tonisha
Johnson
right
there
and
then
last
but
not
least,
I
want
to
recognize
a
very
dear
friend.
So
when
I
came
here
in
74,
they
embraced
me
from
the
very
beginning
and
we've
been:
we've
been
family
from
every
sense.
When
my
kids
were
growing
up,
her
kids
were
growing
up
and
we
would
take.
He
turns
to
take
each
other
back
and
forth.
The
kids
back
and
forth
to
school,
but
and
and
her
son
is
now
with
England
Police
Department.
Please
help
me
recognize
Rosa
Aguilar
Rosa
there.
She
is
over
there.
A
Now
that
has
changed,
and
so
now
we
have,
we
say
we're
doing
smart
thinking
about
what
type
of
development
want,
because
I
heard
someone
else
say
and
it
we
echo
those
same
sentiments
we're
tired
of
discount,
and
you
know
what
that's
all
we
could
get,
but
guess
where
we
get
now,
you
heard
Gerard
McCollum.
No,
we
are
into
the
Saks
Fifth
Avenue
Macy's
in
those
kind
of
stores.
A
Now
and
so
I
will
be
taking
another
survey
between
now
on
this
summer
as
to
the
retail
stores,
you're
shopping
at
and
also
a
new
rude
awakening
that
now
people
are
shopping
online.
This
amazon.com
has
really
caused
a
major
closure
to
a
number
of
brick-and-mortar
stores
that
used
to
be
in
shopping
centers,
so
they
these
shoppers
have
now
figured
out
a
new
way
of
shopping.
A
That
being
the
case,
that
has
the
domino
effect
when
you
have
a
major
developer,
such
as
Hollywood
heart,
to
make
any
determination
on
what
kind
of
retail
can
I
get
here
that
will
get
you
out
of
your
house
and
not
on
your
computer
to
come
and
patronize.
So
that
being
said,
let
me
help
you
help.
Please
help
me
recognize
the
economic
director
Christopher
Jackson,
Chris
Jackson,
and
why
he's
coming
up
I
want
to
recognize
one
other
a
person
or
should
say
I
want
to
recognize
my
dear
friend,
dr.
A
Dennis
Young
and
his
board
of
chair
Richard
Williams
they're
from
the
Children's
Dental
Center.
If
you
anybody
know,
we
stand
up
doctors,
so
we
recognize
you
if
anybody
knows
when
you're
trying
to
raise
a
child
and
trying
to
get
them
to
focus
on
their
education,
the
challenges
that
they
have
when
they
have
their
teeth
or
bother.
Now
dr.
A
young
has
gone
in
his
pocket
and
got
a
number
of
sponsors
to
help
those
that
are
low,
very
low
income
families
to
help
those
children
to
be
able
to
get
their
teeth
properly,
fixed
and
taken
care
of,
and
he's
been
here
well
over
ten
years
that
I've
been
here
for
14
years
on
the
council-
and
you
were
there
before
me.
So
that's
this
his
labor
of
love
and
he's
also
reached
out
to
USC
and
UCLA
students
to
also
work
in
his
program
as
well.
A
M
Hello,
council,
district
4,
you
guys
look
great
out
there.
Let
me
tell
you
I,
want
to
first
of
all
thank
the
councilman
for
giving
me
this
great
privilege
to
be
able
to
share
with
you.
This
is
two
in
a
row.
Now
we
are
we're
on
a
roll
councilman,
and
so
hopefully,
I'm
not
gonna,
spend
a
whole
lot
of
time.
I'll
try
and
get
to
the
key
points
that
I
think
all
of
us
need
to
discuss.
I
do
want
to
also
acknowledge
we
have
our
economic
development
manager,
Miss
Sharon,
Garrett
man.
M
Here
we
also
in
already
introduced
our
code
enforcement
manager,
mr.
Jerry
Tucker
here
as
well,
and
then
one
of
his
staff
Estela
Hill,
who
will
come
up
here
and
when
you
guys
start
throwing
darts
I'll,
have
them
here,
so
I
can
hide
behind
them.
Okay,
first
things.
First,
let
me
move
along
okay,
just
quick
update
on
it
and
you've
heard
it
already,
so
I
won't
spend
too
much
time
there.
You
know
we're
rapidly
moving
ahead
with
the
exclusive
negotiating
agreement
for
Murphy's
Bowl,
the
Clippers
arena.
M
M
M
We're
going
through
a
site
plan
review
with
it
right
now,
building
plan
check
is
going
to
be
coming
up
pretty
soon
the
demolition
of
the
buildings,
if
you're
driven
by
the
site
you've
noticed
it's
all
torn
down
right,
so
the
buildings
that
are
remaining
there
are
the
ones
that
are
going
to
not
on
the
site,
they're
actually
away
from
the
project.
But
if
you
do
have
a
chance
to
go
by
there
and
take
a
look
at
it,
you
can
see
the
amount
of
activity
that's
occurring
and
we're
really
excited
about.
M
What's
going
to
be
happening
there,
the
front
elevation,
that's
from
Prairie
is
the
in
the
primary
entry
way
into
the
townhomes
I.
Think
I
shared
with
you
last
time
that
the
original
target
prices
for
these
units
were
somewhere
around
7
to
8.
It's
gonna
be
1.12
1.2
million
per
per
unit.
So
yes
get
ready
to
stand
in
line.
M
As
we
get
into
this
type
of
development,
the
metro
station
update
you've
driven
down
Florence
you've
seen
they
are
moving,
the
stations
are
up.
The
tracks
are
laid
if
you've
been
over
by
faithful
central
you'll
notice,
that
they've
taken
a
lot
of
those
gates
down
and
all
that
kind
of
good
stuff,
so
you're,
starting
to
get
a
feel
for
the
landscape
of
what
it's
going
to
look
like.
M
They
still
have
a
lot
of
work
to
complete,
but
it
is
starting
to
take
form
they're
gonna
be
working
over
a
lot
of
the
bridges
and
cleaning
them
up.
You
may
have
noticed
that
they're
starting
to
recoat
those
I
know
some
of
you
looked
at
them
and
said
I
hope,
they're,
not
gonna,
leave
that
dirty
bridge
over
crossing
looking
the
way
it
is.
It's
gonna
be
recoated
and
then
we're
gonna
be
working
on
some
really
nice
things
over
those
bridge
crossings
to
recognize.
M
What's
going
on
in
the
city
of
Englewood,
and
that's
the
there's,
obviously
the
station
that
is
our
downtown
station
and
then
there's
a
secondary
station
over
in
Fairview
Heights
as
well.
So
if
you've
driven
up
Florence
you've
seen
that
station,
which
is
coming
coming
together
as
well,
Tod
transit,
oriented
development
or
design
update
we're
working
on
two
right
now,
one
which
is
in
district
4,
which
is
the
Crenshaw
Imperial
area.
M
We've
been
holding
a
lot
of
workshops
through
my
Planning
Division,
headed
by
Miss
Mindy
Wilcox,
and
talking
about
the
various
things
that
will
be
going
in
and
around
those
transit
hubs
and
those
transit
locations
to
facilitate
some
of
what
we
believe
is
going
to
be
exciting
development
in
around
that
area
and
transformative.
In
terms
of
the
way
we
think
about
what
trans
is
going
to
do
throughout
Southern
California,
here's,
the
good
stuff
cannabis
you
gotta,
love
cannabis,
councilman
warned
me
about
this
part
of
the
presentation
and
so
I
have
my
invisible
shield.
M
That's
in
front
of
me,
so
you
thought
whatever
you
want
to
throw
at
me.
We
well
I,
want
to
share
with
you
and
I
shared
this
at
the
last
town
hall
that
we
are
we
are.
We
are
very
intentional
about
this
issue
with
cannabis.
The
City
Council
has
been
very
emphatic
about
not
allowing
it.
However,
there
are
folks
out
there
who
don't
operate
under
the
rules
of
the
city,
and
so
what
we
have
done
is
we
have
put
the
appropriate
legislation
and
regulations.
M
In
effect,
that
makes
it
clear
that
we
do
not
allow
cannabis,
dispensaries
or
sale
in
the
city
of
Englewood
all
right,
excellent
and
the
councilman
just
gave
me
some
literature
that
I
believe
you
you
should
all
have
which
talks
about
our
fact
sheet.
I
want
to
thank
my
Economic
Development
Manager
mitts
I
got
you
Garrett
man
I
keep
going
here.
Man
Gary
you
get
rid
of
one
of
those
names,
Sharon
Garrett,
in
putting
together
the
fact
sheet
that
you
have
in
a
press
release
that
is
going
out
across
the
media.
M
We're
gonna,
let
everybody
know,
but
I
will
tell
you
this.
The
council
and
I
have
discussions
and
people
that
are
not
used
to
playing
by
the
rules
don't
play
by
the
rules.
So
we
have
to
make
sure
that
we
are
aggressively
looking
at
what's
happening
in
our
city.
I
will
say
this:
you
call
the
councilman
the
councilman
calls
me.
M
Then
I
call
my
code
enforcement
folks
and
talk
to
the
Chief
of
Police
and
we
come
up
with
the
strategies
to
try
and
deal
with
these
issues
and
I'm
going
to
share
with
you
some
of
the
things
that
are
going
on
in
the
back
drop.
So
many
other
times.
When
we
hear
from
you,
we
already
have
addressed
the
facilities.
We
know
where
they
are,
but
we
appreciate
the
communication
that
comes
from
you
because
you're
the
eyes
on
the
street.
You
see
what's
going
on
and
you
see
the
impact
that's
having
in
the
to
the
city.
M
M
Let
me
just
say
that
again,
they're
going
to
be
everywhere,
but
what
we
have
done
is
we
have
let
everyone
that
we've
come
in
contact
with
know
that
Ingrid's
going
to
be
the
hole
in
the
doughnut.
You
do
it
all
around,
but
when
you
come
in
our
city,
we're
going
to
be
coming
after
you
aggressively
to
the
full
extent
of
the
law
to
be
able
to
deal
with
these
issues.
So
let
me
kind
of
quickly
tell
you.
This
is
what
we
we
have
right
now
we
have
four
locations
that
have
been
identified
in
the
district.
M
Most
on
that
great
arterial,
Crenshaw
boy
I
tell
you
create
chakra
chakra,
and
so
what
I
wanted
to
see
is
the
actions
that
we're
dealing
with
one.
That's
called
the
MX
Club,
that's
on
one
one:
zero
one
South
Korean,
sha
Jerry,
come
on
up
real,
quick
Stella
and
be
good.
Remember,
I
told
you
I
need
a
shield.
I
need
a
shell.
D
A
Place
the
one
that
really
surprised
me
is
the
Church
of
acceptance.
There
is
a
crucifix
in
green,
so
those
has
been
around
few
years.
No
we're
Debbie's
cleaners
is
which
is
nail.
The
one
called
Crenshaw
Boulevard
25
cap,
the
burning
tree
is
so
I
got,
I
won't
burning,
trees
actually
will
Papa,
Papa
speaks
is
located,
and
then
we
take
the
MX
Club.
That's
where
Jim's
liquor
used
to
be
so
now
where
in
the
world
is
this
Church
of
acceptance?
A
Let
me
remember
the
Chinese
store
that
was
a
right
across
the
street
from
Debbie's
cleaners,
so
between
Debbie's
between
the
Chinese
store
and
gins
liquor,
you
buy,
we
fry
there's
a
driveway
and
at
the
driveway
there
is
a
crucifix
that
is
green
and
that's
the
one.
These
are
all
the
ones
were,
after
so
I'll.
Let
them
go
and
talk
and
and.
M
Then
I'll
tell
you,
the
councilman
is
right.
On
top
of
all
that,
and
obviously
we
get
this
communication
it
comes
with
me
gets
to
Jerry
Estella
is
out
there.
We
aggressively
and
I
want
to.
Let
you
know
that
the
first
one
at
the
top
of
City
Attorney
received
a
packet
on
that
on
January
18th,
we're
moving
towards
criminal
on
that,
so
we'll
be
working
with
the
City
Attorney's
Office
to
get
that
into
the
court,
so
that
will
be
aggressive.
M
And
so
this
is
we've
been.
We
tried
to
work
with
owners
and
now
owners
become
part
of
the
problem,
so
we
go
after
the
owner
and
we
go
after
the
dispensary
and
if
we
can't
get
one
we
get
the
other,
and
so
these
owners
are
now
saying
what
do
we
have
to
do
to
get
these
folks
out
of
here,
and
this
is
an
example
of
the
good
work
that's
going
on
and
yes,
sir
I
give
them
a
hand
cause
they
working
and
I'll
say
this
just
to
let
you
know
why
City
Hall
was
closed.
M
That
we
could
put
this
together,
get
it
on
the
City
Attorney's
desk
and
then
let
him
be
able
to
move
forward
prosecution,
and
so,
if
you're,
seeing
those
the
code
enforcement
vehicles
all
roaming
all
around
there,
that's
why
you're
seeing
them
sorry
I
asked
you.
If
you
would
his
help
me,
give
them
a
big
hand.
M
All
right
back
to
our
good
old,
you
know
I
put
the
good
news
stuff
up
there,
so
you
know
y'all,
remember
this
right.
This
Yukon
Imperial
right
I,
know
a
lot
of
y'all
used
to
hang
around
now.
I
told
you
the
story
last
time.
My
first
accident
in
my
new
car
was
in
front
of
this
station
when
it
was
operational.
M
Today,
demolition
is
going
to
be
happening
on
that
site
within
the
next
month
and
we're
gonna
see
some
some
exciting
things
happen
to
kind
of
transform,
transform
that
whole
stretch
of
imperials.
So
we're
really
excited
about
that
Chris,
our
Imperial
Plaza
project
update.
You
guys
have
seen
what
has
been
going
on.
That's
why
you
can
clap
right.
I
am
I,
mean
really
excited.
M
This
thing
was
a
real
royal
pain
in
my
butt
back
in
the
day,
because
it
was
just
ugly,
Center
and-
and
it
was
just
not
well
thought
out,
but
you
see
what
they've
done
and
what
they've
worked
with
staff
to
recreate
there
to
create
a
modern
site
that
is
accessible
and
walkable,
and
yes,
we're
still
working
on
all
the
details
for
landscaping
and
lighting
and
all
the
things,
but
we've
gone
a
long
way.
You've
seen
the
new
Planet
Fitness,
that's
open
there,
some
of
the
things
that
we've
done.
Congratulations
on
your
on
your
Planet
Fitness!
M
Both
facilities
are
doing
extremely
well.
You
know
we
have
to
Planet.
Fitness
is
in
the
city,
so
we're
really
excited
about
that
and
then
they're,
some
of
the
other
renovations
that
are
going
to
be
occurring
on
the
site
and
we're
expecting
for
these
things
to
be
completed
relatively
soon.
Okay,
now
we're
going
to
go
over
to
a
hundred
and
eleventh
and
prairie.
A
new
Hilton
is
coming
to
the
city
we
are
we've
been
talking
and
with
the
Hilton
troupe
who
has
identified
this
site
as
a
location,
kind
of
the
starting
of
hotel
row.
M
That
means
we
shouldn't
have
any
sinkholes
Street
trees
should
be
all
the
things
the
mayor
talked
about.
These
monies
are
going
to
go
right
back
into
making
sure
that
our
city
is
the
most
beautiful
city
that
you've
ever
seen
again
the
councilman.
This
is
one
of
the
handouts
that
you
have.
It
gives
you
all
the
details
in
it.
The
next
slide
kind
of
gives
you
what
the
interior
amenities
are
going
to.
Look
like.
It
really
is
fashion.
I
know
I'm,
not
a
millennial,
but
it's
fashion
for
the
Millennial
folk.
It's
a
whole
lot
of
them.
M
So,
but
but
the
exciting
thing
about
it
is
all
the
amenities
that
are
going
to
be
there.
Some
of
you
are
going
to
be
able
to
have
events.
There
birthday
party
celebrations,
things
like
that
that
are
really
going
to
be
exciting,
so
it
will
have
kind
of
a
boutique
feel
to
it,
which
is
exciting.
Well,
listen,
there's
a
lot
of
other
things
that
are
going
on.
I.
Think
the
councilman
asked
me
to
talk
about
the
tower
that
is
being
erected.
M
The
wireless
telecommunication
tower
that's
being
erected
on
110
and
Prairie,
and
it
is
a
wire
telecommunication
facility.
It's
masked
as
a
tower
it
does
say,
welcome
to
the
city
of
Inglewood
at
the
top
we
made
them
do
some
stuff
Inglewood.
The
site
is
going
to
be
cleaned
up
and
those
big
containers
that
you
see
out
there
for
our
RS
I
program,
I'm
on
them
constantly
about
the
graffiti
constantly
about
cleaner
side
up,
but
the
expectation
is
that
they'll
be
removed,
as
once
this
project
is,
is
completed
there.
M
A
Well,
I
told
you
where
the
rubber
meets
the
road.
That's
what
this
town-hall
meeting
is
about.
We'll
get
you
a
cue
and
we'll
get
your
question
a
little
bit
later
before
we
ask
for
to
take
questions.
I
thought
it's
only
fair
and
fitting
that
you
also
reach
out
to
a
person
that
is
on
the
Dyess
with
me,
because
if
you
can't
count
the
three
out
of
five
on
the
council,
it's
difficult
to
get
things
accomplished,
and
so
they
upcoming
developments
that
you
heard
about.
A
It
takes
three
members
on
the
council
or
the
Planning
Commission
to
make
sure
it
goes
to
it's
only
fair
and
fitting
that
we
fought
the
good
fight
of
faith
to
make
sure
that
we've
carved
in
and
crafted
legal
language
that
we
can
go
after
cannabis
and
I
mean
anywhere
from
cultivating
transporting
warehousing
and
selling,
whether
it's
recreational
or
whether
it's
for
merit
medical
marijuana.
But
it
didn't
take
away
the
state
law
entitlement
that
you
can
have
up
to
six
plants
for
yourself
in
your
house
in
your
house,
our
coal.
A
Does
we
had
the
restriction
that
you
could
have
it
outside
of
your
house.
We
require
to
be
inside
your
house,
but
we
can't
stop
you
from
from
them
having
it
and
the
only
thing
we
can
do
as
well.
They
may
have
the
six
they're
not
for
resale
to
anybody
else,
which
is
another
challenge
where
you
as
neighbors,
watching
neighbors
will
have
to
share
with
us,
because
if
I
see
you
floating,
then
I
know
you
part
of
that
team.
A
So
we
want
to
make
sure
we
carved
as
much
language
as
we
could
for
enforcement,
because
the
young,
lady
and
the
gentlemen
you
heard
before
that
was
with
him
they're
the
ones
that
are
in
the
trenches
that
physically
have
to
go
door
to
door
repeatedly
to
in
order
to
get
enough
documentation,
photographs,
etc
to
go
to
the
City
Attorney's
office
and
said
now:
we're
ready
to
prosecute
not
only
the
business
but
the
owner
as
well.
So,
let's
give
them
a
hand
against
you,
rip
leaves
and
before
they
were
able
to
pound
the
pavement
again.
A
A
O
Thank
You
councilman
look
at
it
really
is
a
pleasure
and,
and
while
I
was
just
telling
councilman
Franklin
boy,
you
bring
them
out
Man,
Alive
and
I'm
trying
to
count
I,
say:
there's
you
know
over
125
plus
folks,
you
know,
and
it's
late
at
night,
so
I
don't
want
to
stay
up
here
any
longer
than
I
need
to,
but
I
just
gotta
tell
you.
You
know
it's
an
exciting
time
to
be
a
part
of
everything,
Inglewood
all
the
changes
that
are
occurring
at
the
big
level.
You
know,
I
get
it.
O
We
got
the
stadium,
which
is
awesome.
The
development
in
Hollywood
Park
this
facility
here
that
we're
in
the
casino
and
everything
happening,
but
at
the
same
time
we
as
council
members,
have
to
look
at
our
districts
and
what's
happening.
So
we
don't
forget
folks,
like
you
that
everyday
have
to
drive
through
Englewood
and
can
see
and
recognize
the
great
things
that
we're
doing
the
hotel.
That's
coming
the
work,
that's
being
done
with
the
different
vacant,
lots
that
we
have
in
the
city
of
Englewood.
O
Now
everybody
wants
to
be
a
part
of
it
and
so
we're
fortunate
to
have
a
mayor
and
a
council,
that's
united
and
we're
working
together
for
the
best
interest
of
you.
The
residents
of
England,
we
haven't
forgot,
you
and
I
can
tell
you
that
councilman
Franklin
certainly
has
not
and
we're
fortunate,
because
it's
not
just
about
what
the
mayor
and
the
council
does.
It's
about
staff
like
Chris,
Jackson
and
all
his
staff
and
all
the
rest
of
our
folks
in
the
city
of
Englewood.
O
A
So
now
we'll
take
a
few
Q&A.
Thank
you.
Thank
you.
He
has
to
go
to
another
meeting
as
well,
so
one
second
young,
lady
I,
gotcha,
I
gotcha,
but
this
brother
in
the
back
had
his
hand
away
a
long
time
ago.
Gentlemen,
the
middle
first
and
then
we'll
deal
with
this
young
lady
and
then
Jean
in
the
back.
If
you
please
stand
so,
we
have
you
on
camera
and
smile
makeup
off
I,
just.
P
M
Yeah
and
obviously,
there's
there's
going
to
be
a
lot
of
challenges
along
our
major
thoroughfares
throughout
the
city,
and
that's
just
one
of
the
things
that
we're
working
through
the
beautiful
thing
about
what's
happening
in
the
city
of
Inglewood
is
as
the
property
values
are
increasing.
What
you're
beginning
to
see
is
people
step
in
and
step
up.
So
you
know,
that's
the
existing
property
owner
saying
now,
I
understand
the
value
of
my
property
and
I
need
to
look
at
it
and
look
at
opportunities
for
that.
M
We
see
a
lot
of
joint
ventures
at
the
beginning
to
go
on
and
some
of
these
things
you
don't
you
won't
see
for
several
years,
where
you're
really
beginning
to
see
the
uptick
is
going
to
be
right
around
2020
in
a
yeah
and
in
that
because,
what's
what's
what's
happening,
is
all
of
the
positioning
is
tailored
towards
the
stadium.
The
stadium
becomes
such
a
crucial
point.
M
So
a
lot
of
the
work,
that's
being
done
in
the
background
meeting
with
planning
staff
talking
to
economic
development,
trying
to
make
sure
that
they
have
the
proper
deals
that
they
have
to
doing
a
background
or
happening
right
now
and
I
get
the
phone
calls
and
I
sit
in
on
the
meetings.
And
we
talk
about
things
to
make
sure
that
they're
moving
in
the
right
direction,
some
of
the
activities
as
you're
talking
about
like
prostitution,
etc.
The
Chief
of
Police
is
certainly
aware
of
all
that.
M
We
we've
hired
and
increase
our
are
force
to
make
sure
that
we're
going
to
be
addressing
those
issues,
but
these
some
of
the
things
that
are
going
to
come
along
with
as
we
move
forward
with
the
city.
But
the
city
is
aware
of
it
and
we're
doing
everything
in
our
power
to
try
and
minimize
those
negative
impacts.
So
I.
A
Will
answer
your
question
regarding
Imperial
Highway?
Remember
I
come
last,
so
I
am
the
closer
okay.
So
we're
going
to
get
that
question
and
just
when
I
tell
you
to
pick
up
your
pen
just
be
ready
to
write
young
lady
up
front
here
please
and
then
Gina
in
the
back
and
then
we'll
take
this
young
lady
and
one
before.
D
E
M
When
I
said
is
good,
it's
important
I
was
just
up
in
Seattle
Washington,
where
it's
been
legal
for
some
time
and
I
was
in
the
park
and
I
I
didn't
realize
it
was
legal
contact
high
that
yeah
I
mean
in
the
environment
once
you
legalize
it,
and
you
allow
people
to
be
able
to
do
it
now.
There
are
restrictions,
people
shouldn't
be
driving
with
it
and
whatnot,
but
the
police
hands
are
kind
of
hampered.
M
That's
where
the
city,
in
terms
of
controlling
some
of
the
nuances
that
you
see,
but
the
state
now
is
going
to
realize
the
impact
of
what
they've
done
now
the
good
thing
about
it
went
through
a
referendum
process.
Who
knows
what
we
see
going
on
down
the
road
once
we
have
the
effects
of
what
it
is.
I
apologize,
I
try
and
be
careful
where
you
walk
these
days,
especially
with
my
kids.
You
know
so
G.
Q
Christmas,
thank
you
for
straightening
up,
Imperial
and
Yukon.
We
applaud
you
for
that
effort,
but
I
gotta
tell
you.
Unless
you
do
something
about
the
prostitution
there
you're
wasting
your
time,
you're
wasting
our
money,
you're
wasting
our
city.
There
is
no
reason
to
have
much
prostitution
on
the
side
of
my
home.
We
pick
up
new
prom
or
condoms
out
there
than
you
can
imagine
it's
always
going
on
out.
There
do
something
to
help
us
out.
Please.
M
A
R
R
R
But
my
question
is
with
regards
to
the
cannabis,
so
it's
great
to
see
what's
happening
to
address
it:
district
1
district
4,
but
what
about
the
rest
of
the
districts
I
would
love
to
see
that
same
sort
of
spreadsheet,
for
for
our
area
and
and
just
across
the
city.
So
we
can
all
sort
of
contribute
and
make
sure
that
this
is
being
addressed.
Yeah.
M
I
think
that
the
council
was
just
you
know,
whisper
in
my
ear,
we're
doing
exactly
the
same
thing
for
every
district,
so
we're
reporting
to
the
mayor.
So
he
knows
what's
going
on
citywide
we're
reporting
to
each
one
of
the
day,
the
council
districts
and
we
started
with
Councilman
Franklin
and
we
just
met
was
the
last
week
and
sat
down.
But
what
I
wanted
to
do.
M
I
want
to
make
sure
that
the
councilman,
as
well
as
the
mayor
and
each
one
of
the
council,
were
aware
of
what
we
were
doing
so
we
laid
out
code
enforcement
manager.
Jerry
talks
did
awesome
job
laying
out
where
things
are
so
you
know,
and
a
lot
of
things
that
we
talked
about
is
the
issue
of
just
communication,
so
you're
aware
of
what's
going
on
that
it's
happening,
but
we
still
want
to
make
sure
there's
that
communication
is
important.
A
James
liquor,
October,
6,
2016
I,
couldn't
get
enough
phone
calls
I've
been
on
this
ever
since
so
don't
take
it
lightly.
Unfortunately,
wall
takes
its
time.
It
moves
slowly,
but
when
it
moves
it's
with
so
just
get
give
us
the
day
with
us
with
continuity
and
young
lady.
That's
not
in
district
4,
but
we're
family.
This
is
the
whole
city.
That's
here,
I
just
had
to
be
I,
just
like.
What's
going
on,
I
just
haven't
been
what
it's
not
working.
A
I
just
have
to
be
one
of
the
council
members
that
I'm
old
school
I
like
to
interface
with
my
commissioners
and
my
councilmen,
my
constituents
and
Miss
Matthews.
Now
we
don't
need
walls
and
we
don't
need
phones,
we
meet
you
face-to-face,
and
so
that's
just
how
we
do
it
in
district
4
and
so
as
long
as
we're
still
and
office,
and
you
still
run
us
and
I'm
still
willing
and
able.
We
have
a
good
thing
going.
Brother
man,
you
got
the
floor.
F
Guys
from
the
last
time,
I
was
here,
I
think
we
brought
up
the
problem
by
cannabis
in
the
city
than
you
would,
and
you
said
there
would
be
no
shops
now
that
the
law
has
been
passed,
that
you
can
do
this.
How
can
the
city
of
Englewood
say
we're
not
going
to
have
this
year?
You've
got
a
neighbor
in
Los
Angeles,
and
some
of
the
other
cities
says
it's
ok
how's
this
gonna
deal
with
the
ACLU
and
this
respect.
M
Yeah
that
that's
something,
obviously
what
we
in
the
economic
unit,
Development
Department,
makes
sure
we're
doing
is
we
are
being
aggressive
with
regard
to
making
sure
that
the
dispensary
and
the
owners
know
we're
serious
that
goes
to
city
tourneys
off
as
a
city
attorney,
then
files
that
with
the
district
attorney
and
the
district
attorney
then
decides
to
move
it
forward,
one
way
or
the
other.
In
that
issue,
the
ACL,
the
the
ACLU
is
coming
interesting
to
see
how
they
approach
the
situation.
M
At
the
end
of
the
day,
it's
been
very
clear
legally
that
the
city
has
the
authority
to
determine
its
course
as
a
city
where
charter
City,
we
have
that
authority,
so
even
those
faxes
that
they
were
come
against.
This
were
probably
more
procedural,
then
issues
of
whether
or
not
we
can
regulate
it
or
not.
So
we'll
see
how
that
kind
of
works
out.
This
is
all
new
for
California.
M
Other
states
have
been
doing
it
in
the
councilmen
attended
a
bunch
of
the
meetings
with
us
and
talked
through
that,
and
let
me
tell
you,
the
council
would
call-
and
you
say
Chris:
are
you
nobility
yeah
I?
Need
you
up
on
the
ninth
floor,
I
have
to
drop
everything
and
come
up
and
try
and
address
these
issues,
but
to
respond
of
yours,
we're
working
through
that
legal
process.
Excuse.
A
We're
able
to
enforce
that
I
can't
think
of
a
second
offhand,
but
I
do
know
that,
because
we
are
chartered
city,
we
also
have
a
right
for
us
to
enforce
on
a
public
law
enforcement,
and
that
is
one
of
the
things
we
did
in
advance.
We
knew
that
this
was
coming.
It
was
a
steam
train
coming
down
that
track.
It
was
just
a
matter
of
time
we
was
going
to
get
and
we
knew
January
1st
was
it
with
two
more
questions
and
we
need
to
move
on
because
I
want
to
talk
to
y'all.
A
D
I'd
like
to
know
what
is
the
law
regarding
the
air
quality
air
quality
management,
because
here
in
Englewood,
where
I
live,
was
always
a
constant
flow
of
air
from
west
to
east,
and
a
lot
of
nice
is
down
and
a
lot
of
nights
most
nights.
It
I'm
not
saying
this,
my
neighbor,
whoever
it
is,
but
it's
pretty
close
comes
into
my
house
and
I
cannot
stand
the
order.
What
can
be
done
about
that.
D
M
The
regulations
that
have
been
established
are
established
to
protect
us
as
individual
municipalities,
where
it
gets
very
interesting,
is
air
flow
and
just
like
young
ladies,
were
talking
here
earlier.
You
don't
control
that
aspect
of
it,
but
what
you're
gonna
hear
a
whole
lot
of
people
say
is
close
the
window
and
turn
on
air
condition,
because
this
is
not
going
to
go
away
so
I'm.
Sorry
to
tell
you
that,
but
that
is
one
of
the
situations
and
it's
not
considered
to
be
harmful,
so
AQMD
will
not
be
regulating
that.
A
What
you
know
you
was
referencing
about
the
new
aroma
in
your
neighborhood,
but
we've
been
dealing
with
people
vapor
in
for
some
time,
which
is
even
worse,
and
the
law
allows
that
if
a
cigarette
and
tamanna
and
cigars
allowed
to
be
smoked
at
lookout
for
marijuana
or
cannabis,
that's
why
we
had
to
make
sure
we
put
the
laws
down
upfront
to
make
sure
we
have
it.
It's
didn't
stone
to
more
questions
that
we
really
need
to
move
on.
The
gentlement
this
hand,
up
with
the
LA
Dodgers
and
then
we'll
take
Lily
agian
called
a
wrap.
S
M
M
M
He
just
asked:
when
will
it
be
done
the
construction
yeah,
the
construction
activity
that
is
going
to
take
probably
about
twelve
months,
to
construct
going
through
the
entire
process
and
some
of
the
things
that
are
going
on
with
the
site
and
probably
will
be
entitled
within
the
next
three
months.
So
again,
everything
kind
of
comes
together,
late,
19,
2019
and
2020.
A
T
Just
like
to
say
one
that's
been
active
in
this
city
for
18
years:
I
want
you,
people
to
know
that
you've
got
representation
now
in
this
city,
and
you
can
look
at
what's
going
on
the
people.
That's
that's
representing
you
and
Councilman
Franklin
Hall
for
500
people.
That's
involved!
I
want
to
thank
you
for
what
you're
doing
for
this
city,
because.
T
A
M
Your
college
I
just
want
to
say
that
to
to
to
Willie
ag's
point,
I
just
was
the
keynote
speaker
at
the
hearth
on
business
expo
that
just
took
place
today.
They
they
stood
up
and
applauded
at
what's
going
on
across
the
city.
Let
me
tell
you
guys
they
are
impressed
with
this
city
and
its
leadership
and
they're.
Just
it's
amazing,
and
this
district
is
a
court
all
the
things
that
are
going
on
in
and
around
the
city.
So
thank
you
very
much.
Everybody.
A
To
whom
much
is
given
much
is
required
and
when
I
assume
this
role
in
O
3,
and
you
kept
me
in
office
thereafter,
now
I
have
institutional
knowledge
and
I'm.
The
second
most
senior
person
on
the
council
so
I
do
know
a
few
new
polls
that
goes
on
in
the
city
and
some
hiccups
that
we
may
have,
but,
more
importantly,
because
I've
lived
in
our
district
for
well
over
40
years.
I
know
what
used
to
be
there
and
what
we
have
now
and
I'm
looking
for
the
future
to
be
even
better.
A
So
thank
you
very
much
for
long,
maybe
in
office.
But
now
do
you
have
your
pins
up
your
pins
ready?
Are
we
ready
before
we
do
that
I
want
to
recognize
a
couple
other
people
on
the
9th
floor
that
helps
work
me
on
the
administration,
Ashley
marzetta
9th
floor
she's
she's
out
there
helping
me
she's
one
to
go
around
with
all
the
the
microphones
that
we
have
that
available.
A
We
have
a
Civil
Service
Board
of
reviews,
she'd
be
Walton,
District,
4
I
just
saw
her
show
up
as
well
and
then
also
we
would
be
remiss
if
we
didn't
recognize
the
audio-video
crew,
Tom
pun
and
his
team
Tom.
Are
you
raise
your
hand
to
be
recognized
a
district
for
a
resident?
Ok,
ok!
Here
we
go
for
the
information
table.
We
endeavor
to
provide
district
for
residents
with
a
variety
of
information,
both
in
literature
and
flyers
and
handouts,
and
not
everyone
is
able
to
make
it
here.
A
So
hopefully
you
will
take
that
information
and
you
will
share
with
others
if
there's
still
more
stuff
out
there
grab
it,
because
some
of
the
handouts
we
didn't
talk
about
is
the
city
of
Englewood
directory.
We
also
have
the
emergency
hotline
numbers.
So
when
you
have
power
outages,
you
have
streetlights
out
and
you
have
bulk
pickup
and
all
that
you
need
to
pick
that
up
city
of
economic
City
of
England
economic
indicators.
We
let
you
know
what
is
going
on
with
your
property
values.
A
What's
going
on
with
job
opportunities,
you
need
to
get
that
as
well,
and
you
heard
the
announcement
about
the
Inglot
Planet
Fitness
is
now
open,
so
we're
ready
for
that
one.
The
LA
stadium,
entertainment,
district
job
fair,
is
scheduled
for
tomorrow,
January
25th
at
Rogers
Park.
You
should
get
the
flyer
for
that.
A
If
anyone's
interested
employment,
Southern
California
Edison,
the
has
approved,
has
been
approved
by
the
California
Public
Utilities
Commission
to
expand
electric
transportation,
so
we're
talking
about
being
able
to
handle
infrastructure
having
stations
where
you
have
electrical
vehicles,
where
you
can
charge
them
up
other
than
not
only
in
businesses,
but
also
in
apartment
complexes,
as
well
as
your
own
home
LA
County,
Animal,
Care
Control.
How
many
since
Hollywood
Park
development
have
dealt
with
what
we
call
critters
if
you've
dealt
with
possums
you've
dealt
with
raccoons
and
now
the
top
of
the
chain
is
coyotes.
A
You
need
to
get
those
Flyers
that
are
out
there,
particularly
it's
called
coexisting
with
wildlife.
We
also
want
to
acknowledge
that's
out
there.
The
South
Bay
City
Council
government
is
celebrating
the
19th
annual
General
Assembly.
We
want
to
make
sure
you
get
that
information
as
well.
The
water
replenishing
district
that
provides
free,
edible
gardening
classes,
March
3rd
2018-
that
Flyers
out
there
as
well
West
basin
rain
barrel
program,
how
many
of
you
actually
capture
rain
and
then
put
it
in
your
garden,
etc.
So
get
ready.
A
Yes,
it
doesn't
rain
at
least
I've
known
right
now,
but
this
time
last
year,
the
reason
why
the
stadium
has
now
been
bruised
back
a
year
because
they
had
over
9
feet
of
water.
In
that
hundred
feet,
depth
Bowl
it
took
days
to
get
it
out
and
AQMD
Air
Quality
Management
District
said
you
cannot
pump
that
water
out
in
the
street
to
go
into
the
drains.
A
They
had
to
be
percolated
on
their
land
and
they
had
to
recapture
it
and
put
it
back
in
in
drums
and
then
recycle
that
water
to
keep
the
the
dirt
dry
as
much
as
possible.
So
if
you
have
rain
barrels,
you're
interested
in
rain
barrels
now's
your
chance
to
do
that
and
then
finally,
the
rest
basin
provides
rainwater
greywater
classes
and
workshops.
A
So
if
you
have
that
information
again,
the
information
tables
out
there
and
who's
out
there
waiting
on
you,
my
boss
and
my
and
my
daughter
and
Miss
Matthews,
okay,
so
for
those
that
are
here
and
would
like
to
share
this
information
again,
be
mindful
that
this
is
being
recorded
and
once
the
Thomas
Bundys
team
finalized
the
editing,
it
will
be
broadcast
on
spectrum
channel
35.
In
addition
to
that,
the
city
of
Englewood
website,
you
can
also
go
to
WWC
TV
Norg
and
there
is
a
youtube
link.
A
A
How
many
you
get
our
job
opportunity
lists.
You
may
not
be
looking
for
work.
Other
people
might
be
looking
for
work
or
you
know
somebody
who's
looking
for
work.
If
you're
not
on
our
list,
see
Miss
Matthews
and
say.
Please
add
me
to
the
job
listing.
Okay!
I
would
be
remiss
if
I
didn't
recognize.
The
13th
annual
district
for
Christmas
toy
food
drive.
I
mean
I.
I'm
gonna
extend
a
sincere
heartfelt
thank
you
to
all
of
the
district
for
residents.
A
A
Our
base
is
broadened.
So
that's.
Why
he's
now,
over
several
hundred
over
several
hundred
families,
we
continue
to
blouse,
not
only
at
the
Inglewood
Unified
School
District.
We
also
have
LA
Unified
School
District.
That's
in
our
district
as
well
as
we
have
foster
parents,
we
have
caregivers
and
we
have
seniors
on
fixed
income
that
we
also
bless
as
well.
Also
I
share
with
you
again
a
Flyers
out
front
that
talks
about
the
Turner,
a
calm,
Hunt,
joint
venture
team
regarding
the
stadium
project
and
entertainment.
We
don't
discuss
it
here.
They
have
their
own
separate
meeting.
A
So
if
you
have
issues
regarding
what's
going
on
at
the
stadium,
the
next
meeting
is
scheduled
for
Thursday
February
15th
from
at
7
p.m.
at
Holy
Trinity,
evangelistically,
300,
South,
Korean,
Travel
Award.
If
you're
interested
in
that
one
or
know
more
about
it,
particularly
those
that
live
in
the
Renaissance
and
district
4.
That
is
your
meeting.
Not
here
that
is
you
me.
The
media.
A
We
have
is
Gerard
McCollum
talk
about
what
else
is
going
on
in
us
in
that
in
our
community
and
how
can
we
get
involved,
particularly
when
it
comes
through
the
type
of
retail
stories
you
may
want?
Let
me
know
the
type
of
job
opportunities
you
may
need.
Let
me
know,
and
also
25
acres
of
that
site
is
going
to
be
for
green
space.
A
So
therefore,
we're
going
to
have
it
and
4
acres
has
been
identified
specifically
for
the
city
use
in
this
case
we're
looking
at
for
maybe
another
community
center,
where
we're
exploring
the
options
that
we
may
have
on
there.
The
other
item
want
to
talk
to
you
about
is
the
Metro
green
line
service
disruption?
Does
anyone
take
public
transit?
A
Anyone
take
public
transit.
You
need
to
get
the
Flyers
that
I
provided
you
because
Metro
green
line,
which
goes
from
Norwalk
to
the
east,
to
Redondo
Beach
on
the
West
will
be
disrupting
rail
service,
beginning
January
26th,
that
is
this
Friday
through
April.
The
7th
Metro
is
going
to
do
a
connection
of
the
Crenshaw
LAX
project
infrastructure,
so
it
can
tie
the
Green
Line
in
to
the
future
Green
Line
into
the
the
LAX
original
line.
A
So
if
you
go,
the
LAX
Crenshaw
line
is
the
one
that's
going
to
go
across
Florence
and
it's
going
to
tie
in
all
the
way
down
to
Imperial
Highway
and
aviation,
and
so
there's
going
to
be
a
disruption
of
five
stations
that
will
be
closed,
which
is
that
aviation
lax
romera
polska
El,
Segundo,
Douglas
and
Redondo
Beach.
They
will
provide
your
free
bus
shuttle,
even
though
you
can
go
to
those
stations
and
take
you
either
to
the
Hawthorne
Linux
station
or
the
Redondo
Beach
station.
A
A
We
have
received
in
negative
propaganda
that,
when
we're
trying
to
work
on
a
Murph
Murphy
Bowl,
which
is
the
future
NBA
arena
for
the
Clippers
that
were
taking
homes
that
we're
taking
a
church,
we
want
you
to
look
at
make
sure
you
understand
the
city
repeatedly.
Council
members
of
opinion
said
no.
No,
no
so
I
want
you
to
see
the
boundary
line,
so
you
can
have
that
we
also
you
can
go
to
the
city's
website
where
again,
which
is
w
WAW
org,
to
review
the
August
15th
City
Council
meeting.
A
When
you
go
outside
to
the
information
table,
you
will
see
a
large
poster
board
that
is
going
to
be
the
future
Park
modifications
which
would
include
restroom
facilities
with
doors,
installation
of
security,
cameras,
walk
walking,
tracks,
walking
track
with
exercise
stations,
so
there'll
be
eight
different
little
state
stations.
So
as
you're
doing
the
walk
you
can
pull
on
in
and
then
do
your
calisthenics
or
exercise
with
that
location.
There
will
also
be
new
playground,
equipment
and
and
resurfacing
we're
getting
rid
of
the
chip
wood
to
now
have
the
rubber
composite.
A
That's
going
to
be
underneath
the
new
potus's
there's
going
to
be
three
gazebos
with
picnic
tables
and
benches
and
new
landscaping
with
sorry
n.
So,
therefore,
you
can
have
a
family
pick
pink,
there's
going
to
be
grills
out
there.
You
can
do
it
as
well
we're
99%
complete
on
that
project
and
that
we're
looking
to
have
a
special
ceremony
next
month
as
soon
as
the
oh,
it's
a
where's
located
Oh,
Center
Park
and
by
notice
Center
Park
is
111
Street
off
of
UConn
and
right
behind
Worthington
elementary
school.
A
That
is
the
city
park
that
we
have
right
there
you're
the
mayor
announced
about
the
Senior
Center
I
gave
you
flyers.
We
talked
about
the
35,000
square
feet
and
also
all
the
amenities
that's
there.
So
you
have
that
information
and
those
that
like
to
do
Samba
and
all
all
the
kind
of
dancing
programs
they
have
them
right
there
for
you,
as
well
now,
specifically
with
Imperial,
highway
improvement
project.
I
have
been
fighting
this
for
well
over
five
years.
I
was
short
five
million
dollars
and
guess
who
came
to
my
rescue,
congresswoman
Maxine
Waters.
A
But
that's
great,
but
the
question
is
when
we
going
to
break
ground
so
think
of
where
Imperial
highway
is.
When
you
have
ven
s
on
the
east
and
you
have
Prairie
on
the
west,
there
is
LA
city
or
county,
there
is
Hawthorne
city
and
there
is
Inglewood,
and
this
la
said
that
they
were
going
to
be
the
driving
force.
Well,
I
have
to
tell
you
it's
a
squeaky
wheel
against
the
oil
and
if
you're
at
the
council
me
consul
office
and
you
scream
loud
enough,
you
talk
high
enough
and
you
can
read
and
become
repetitive.
A
You
could
attention.
I
am
proud
to
say
that
I
that
our
public
works
director
Lewis
at
well
led
the
charge
in
removing
the
city
of
the
County
of
Los
Angeles
running
the
project
to
city
of
Inglewood
is
now
taken
over
this
project.
We're
now
the
lead
agency
and,
as
your
question
specifically,
is
currently
out
to
bid.
So
we're
now
expecting
construction
to
start
either
the
spring
or
summer
of
2018,
and
that
includes
sidewalks
curbs
gutters
driveways.
All
that's
gonna
be
done
from
Venice
on
East
to
Prairie
on
the
west.
So
we
got
that.
A
Thank
you
and
hold
me
to
it.
We
have
another
item
that
that's
on
this
flier,
how
many
live
where
I
live,
the
lockhaven
community,
Lock
Haven
community,
so
in
Lock
Haven
we
have
a
horrendous
problem
of
being
over
to
park
on
on
public
streets.
We
are
penalized
because
our
streets
are
not
wide
enough.
We
only
have
one
sided
parking,
so
after
many
many
years
and
I
told
you
in
your
over
40
years
and
been
in
office
since
14
years
were
finally
finally
finally
getting
the
planning
I'm.
A
Sorry,
the
public
works
director
to
work
with
me
on
trying
to
be
able
to
have
two-sided
parking.
So
what
you're
going
to
see
there
at
the
top
of
that
location,
highlights
specifically
that
we've
now
started
a
pilot
program
in
November
of
last
year
of
a
hundred
and
fifth
and
106
from
Prairie
on
the
east,
I'm,
sorry
for
Prairie
on
the
rest
to
Yukon
on
the
east
of
having
two-sided
parking
but
obey
the
parking
signs.
A
We
have
changed
these
signs
as
recently
as
last
week,
trying
to
make
sure
that
we
work
working
with
engineers,
mandate,
the
e
or
the
police
department
mandate.
In
order
for
us
to
accommodate
two-sided
parking
for
the
residents,
so
this
is
the
last
process
and
if
it's
successful,
we
plan
to
broaden
it
into
further
parts
of
other
streets.
That
is
in
this,
that
is,
in
the
Lock
Haven
community,
from
104th
through
the
north,
to
Imperial
Highway
on
the
south,
from
Crenshaw
on
the
east
to
Prairie
on
the
west.
So
that
is
a
major
project.
A
Here
we
heard
you
when
I
was
getting
number
of
phone
calls
and
emails
about
how
come
you
keep
tearing
up
this
street
every
time?
I
look
up!
There's
a
lane
closure
here
that
we
got
to
do
this.
Please
make
note
that
we
have
had
three
construction
modifications
since
we
started
this
project
they're
in
phases
and
phase
one
and
phase
two.
A
So
bottom
line
is
stay
away
from
century.
If
you
can,
the
third
construction
segment
was
the
LA
County
Department
of
Water
and
Power.
They
removed
and
installed
new
pipes
valves,
along
with
pavement
restoration
from
Prairie
Avenue
to
Doty
Avenue,
which
started
March,
20
17th
and
was
completed
in
2017.
A
Now,
with
these
multiple
phases
required
for
this
project,
it
requires
a
number
of
permits
being
pulled
in
construction
time
to
allow
for
multiple
utility
services,
such
as
Southern
California,
Edison,
Southern,
California
gas
in
LA,
Department
of
Water
and
Power
and
AT&T
just
to
name
a
few.
This
has
been
a
this
has
and
will
contribute
to
the
multiple
closures
of
some
of
the
same
areas
that
have
been
closed
previously.
A
Now
it
gets
even
worse.
The
city
is
aware:
the
very
heavy
traffic
impacts
along
central
boulevard,
specifically
between
Fifth
Avenue,
on
the
east,
to
Yukon
Avenue
on
the
west,
with
a
record
number
of
lane
reductions
and
closures
from
5th
Avenue
to
Prairie.
Over
the
past
few
weeks
and
months,
our
Public
Works
Department
has
confirmed,
write
this
down.
A
Public
Works
Department
has
confirmed
not
Ralph
Franklin,
but
once
White
House
confirmed
that
Center
Boulevard
from
Crenshaw
Boulevard
to
Club
Drive
will
have
all
lanes
open
for
through
traffic
not
left
for
a
right
hander,
but
through
traffic,
including
eastbound
and
westbound
left-hand
turn
lanes
at
Village,
Drive
and
Club
Drive,
beginning
Thursday,
January
25th.
There
you
go.
Aren't
you
glad
you
came
now,
but
I
yeah?
A
What
good
is
a
bad
construction
work
currently
taking
place
at
the
intersection
of
century
Boulevard
and
Crenshaw
Boulevard
is
expected
to
be
completed
and
all
lanes
will
be
open
for
through
traffic
weather,
permitting
by
Monday
January
29th,
but
there's
always
a.
But
in
order
for
this
to
happen,
the
intersection
at
Crenshaw,
Boulevard
and
Crenshaw
Boulevard
will
be
closed
to
northbound
and
southbound
Crenshaw
traffic
because
they
need
to
get
in
that
center
area.
A
So
when
you
approach
central
Boulevard
with
your
traveling
northbound
or
southbound
on
Crenshaw,
you
will
be
required
to
make
a
right-hand
turn
and
that
will
go
on.
You
write
this
down
for
Friday
January
26.
That's
this
coming
Friday
9
p.m.
and
will
continue
to
Monday
January
29th
at
6
a.m.
you
can
pick
up
that
copy
the
most
recent
construction
since
you're
below
our
construction
notice
at
the
information
table.
But
you
heard
it
first
here
so
when
you
go
out
there,
why
is
this
happening?
A
What
did
you
hear
what
councilman
Franklin
said
and
taking
what
I
have
my
backup
band
I
told
you
my
engineers
out
there
and
he's
won?
It
gave
me
this
information
and
don't
kill
the
messenger.
Okay,
I
think
we've
had
a
number
of
discussions
tonight,
so
I'm,
going
to
close
with
one
exception.
I
do
want
to
make
sure
how
many
of
you
are
seniors,
55
and
older,
hello,
hello.
A
So
one
of
the
handouts
I
passed
out
there,
one
of
the
hand
it's
not
passed
out.
There
said
always
best
care.
Senior
Services
is
offering
information
on,
should
your
aging
parent
still
be
driving.
This
is
a
tough
topic,
but
the
necessary
conversation
to
have
with
your
aging
parent,
and
maybe
yourself
if
you
are
observing
certain
symptoms
and
tight.
Also,
do
you
know
the
sign
of
stroke,
reduce
your
loved
ones,
chances
of
having
a
stroke
and
making
some
simple,
healthy
choices
in
your
exercise,
lifestyle.
A
A
You
being
here
tells
me
I'm
doing
something
right,
and
that
is
how
many
times
I
told
you
with
knowledge
there
is,
and
so
you
have
been
educated.
Please
take
this
information
home
share
with
you
get
more
flyer
information
that
you
want
out
there.
God
bless
you
all.
Thank
you.
The
meeting
official
adjourned.
