E
G
I
thank
you.
The
guardian
warrants
some
bills,
there's
still
a
lot
of
money,
going
to
attorney
keys
for
general
purposes
and
other
and
there's
also
other
issues
that
someone
else
will
have
to
investigate
regarding
orbeez
one.
It
seems
the
ordinance
still
has
language
that
opens
the
city
up
to
lawsuits
which
the
according
to
the
pattern
citizens
will
unnecessarily
and
unwillingly
have
to
pay
for.
G
G
G
Maybe
you
can
stop
criminalizing
and
analyzing
people
and
figure
out
a
compassionate
and
wonderful
way
to
solve
the
problems
at
their
source.
In
addition,
it's
very
it
sounds
like
I'm
getting
a
lot
of.
H
Ahead,
hi,
I'm
calling
about
item
0-1.
I
think
this
organization
by
the
city
that
targets
those
in
our
community
who
are
struggling
to
do
their
best
to
survive.
It's
only
doing
harm
to
the
most
vulnerable.
H
What's
the
point
of
taking
away
your
faith,
whereas
how
to
find
solids
generates
the
rest,
this
doesn't
help
them
in
any
shape.
Any
way,
shape
or
form
is
just
making
their
lives
difficult.
If
people
are
human
beings
and
they
they're
being
treated
like
they're
abusive.
H
H
Some
services
in
hawthorne
sense
pedro,
like
long
beach,
but
what
else
is
single
was
doing
that
people
aside
from
seeing
them
like,
like,
I
said,
like
a
nuisance
you
you
also
mentioned
that
there's
some
units
on
redondo
and
west
that
would
be
affordable
and
provide
resources
to
be
in-house,
but
we're
certainly
fine
with
these
details
about
this.
H
I
haven't
been
able
to
find
anything
about
that,
and
I
mean
that's
that's
great,
that
that's
being
done
but
yeah
like
I
said,
I
mean
I'm
unable
to
find
any
information
on
power
and
how
people
who
might
not
have
been
able
to
find
you
know
information
about
this,
not
just
about
this,
but
about
these
other
sources
that
you
have
on
the
site,
what
outreach
efforts
are
being
done
on
behalf
of
the
city
yeah
and,
like
I
said
back
to
the
ordinance
yeah,
it's
not
right,
and
I
hope
that
the
council
reconsiders
and
figures
out
another
way
to
go
about
this.
E
Thank
you
next
caller
operator.
I
C
I
I
That's
nothing
new
and
it's
a
lot
of
money
being
paid
and
also
now
only
on
an
advanced
agreement
with
my
people
who,
in
the
hell,
approved
mexico
and
other
than
you,
the
revenants
never
approved
my
people
that
you
move
it
properly.
I
You're
signing
contracts,
you're
talking
about
moving
up
water,
watermelon
and
you're
talking
about
construction,
that'll
start
in
the
summer.
The
summer
is
almost
here.
This
is
springtime
that
will
start
june
25th.
Now
what
is
going
on?
You
have
not
asked
the
residents
if,
in
fact
they
want
my
people
now
multiple
is
advancing
you
four
million
dollars
to
move
water
wheels
which
you've
already
moved
from
the
other
site.
I
K
L
I'm
calling
in
opposition
to
this
park,
ordinance
that
seeks
to
criminalize
the
unhoused
in
our
community.
If
this
is
the
solution
to
this
ongoing
crisis,
then
I
think
all
of
you
are
sitting
up.
There
need
to
go
back
to
the
drawing
board
and
think
of
some
better
solutions
that
do
not
involve
the
police,
fines
or
jail
time.
L
The
city
of
denver
in
colorado
has
begun
to
implement
a
housing
first
solution
that
has
been
found
to
be
more
cost
efficient
and,
more
importantly
than
that,
it
is
a
humane
solution,
an
evaluation
of
the
free
user
service,
enhancement,
supportive
housing
program
in
new
york
city.
That,
after
years,
almost
90
percent
of
the
participants
in
this
program
to
receive
supportive
housing
services
remained
housed.
L
A
Thank
you
mayor
in
regards
to
agenda
item
01.
We
did
receive
public
comments
via
email
in
our
office
and
will
be
put
into
our
file
to
our
minutes.

E
You
for
the
calls
that
had
questions
about
the
fairview
heights
development
over
redondo
and
west.
You
can
go
to
a
website,
it's
nationalcore.org
national,
then
the
word
c-o-r-e,
all
one
word
dot
org,
and
it
gives
you
a
description
of
the
project.
It's
going
to
be
51-bedroom
units,
25,
2-bedroom
units,
25,
3
bedroom
units
and
a
manager's
unit.
E
It's
for
transitional
homeless
as
well,
and
the
affordability
is
30
50
and
80
percent
of
our
area.
Medium
median
income
applications
for
the
property
are
not
currently
available.
However,
should
you
wish
to
sign
up
for
the
property
mailing
list?
Please
submit
the
form
to
the
right
and
we
will
email
you
an
electronic
flyer.
Once
the
development
nears
completion,
the
anticipated
completion
date
is
fall
of
2021,
and
so,
if
you
go
to
nationalcorp.org,
you
can
get
on
the
list
for
that
information
item.
One
csa1
and
h1
want.
E
A
A
E
E
J
D
Good
afternoon,
council
members
just
to
give
a
quick
overview,
let
me
see
if
I
can
turn
this.
It's
not
working.
E
D
D
Not
only
did
you
approve
the
joint
powers,
agreement,
metro
approved
the
joint
powers
agreement
and
we
have
had
a
request
for
information
industry
forum
over
300
people
attended,
and
we
had
a
one-on-one
interview
with
16
different
industry
partners
that
are
very
interested
in
this
project.
D
The
itc,
because
it's
a
unique
public
project,
that's
highly
specialized.
It's
a
complex
mega
project,
we're
looking
at
the
design,
build
finance,
operate,
maintain
type
of
delivery
structure,
exactly
the
same
type
of
delivery
structure
that
the
los
angeles
world
airports
use
for
their
automated
people
mover
the
dbfom
as
we've
talked
about
achieves
life
cycle
cost
efficiencies,
it
encourages
private
sector
innovation,
it
incentivizes
on-time
completion
as
well
as
incentivizing,
high-quality
performance,
and
then
it
really
forces
folks
to
meet
or
exceed
performance-based
technical
standards.
D
So
your
city
charter,
the
municipal
code
at
this
moment,
does
not
authorize
the
dbfom,
but
your
charter
does
permit
the
city
to
exempt
and
allow
for
only
certain
projects,
and
so
this
is
exactly
what
this
is.
We're
just
looking
for
the
enabling
ordinance
to
allow
for
the
itc
project
to
take
use
of
this
tool.
It
does
not
bind
you
to
it.
It
is
available
to
you
and
so
again
what
it
does
is
it
authorizes
and
allows
the
city
to
use
best
best
practices,
and
it's
all
it's
all
in
the
staff
report.
D
So
if
you
have
any
questions
just
this
is
an
enabling
ordinance
and
it's
there
for
us
when
we
go
forward
through
the
procurement
process,.
E
Okay
comment
by
district
two
councilman
padilla.
B
And
if
you
remember
back
in
february,
we
talked
about
getting
the
message
out
to
the
community,
and
I
want
to
thank
you
for
for
helping
us
do
that.
You
guys
sent
us
information
that
we
in
turn
included
in
our
newsletters,
both
in
spanish
and
english,
and
I
spoke
to
folks
that
participated
and
you
guys
did
a
really
good
job
of
explaining
this
whole
process.
What
we're
looking
to
do,
how
we
want
to
accomplish
this,
and
you
know,
make
people
feel
more
comfortable
with
this.
B
E
M
Mayor
my
comment
was
actually
a
public
comment
and
I
was
forward
prematurely
when
I
wish
to
speak.
So
I
don't
know
if
this
would
be
like
a
point
of
order
too.
N
J
G
Highlights
another
example
of
a
lack
of
transparency
of
what
is
going
on
in
the
city.
Would
you
claim
there
was
massive
outreach?
There
has
not
been
as
persistent
as
I
am.
You
can
tell
that.
I
should
be
able
to
put
everything
that's
going
on.
This
was
released.
The
report
was
released
by
the
city
december
23rd
of
2020
two
days
before
christmas.
I
believe
the
office
were
closed
weeks
before
and
they
did
not
reopen
the
month
depending
on
outlooking
them
with
the
food
issue
in
each
and
every
area.
G
Regarding
actual
outreach,
focusing
on
improving
strength
and
transportation
has
clearly
been
focused
on
entertainment
center
and
also
areas
where
the
places
where
the
administration
and
the
council
live.
In
11
years,
I've
been
at
their
time
that
my
neighborhood
trees
and
sidewalks
and
curbs
are
still
in
dire
neglect
and
exceedingly
different.
G
G
I'm
not
sure
what
that
noise
is
in
the
background,
but
it's
very
distracting
and
it'd
be
really
nice
people
would,
you
know,
monitor
their
microphones
and
be
respectful
to
us
as
we're
speaking
and
talking
about
things.
This
is
really
atrocious.
It
happens.
Every
single
council
meeting.
F
E
I
Gill
matthew,
264
man,
city
council,
this
is
this
meeting
with
a
public
hearing
to
be
held
at
7
00
pm
people
are
working,
and
then
you
have
this
old
city
ordinance,
16
dash,
which
allows
the
mayor
to
tell
what
time
the
meetings
are,
and
I
object
to
this
meeting
being
held
at
seven
o'clock.
But
nevertheless,
you.
I
I
Anyone
today
has
no
nobody
in
the
wood
gets
the
paper
and
then
lost
in
the
sentinel.
I
don't
object
to
you
post
it
anywhere.
You
want.
Those
papers
are
one
one
day
a
week,
and
then
you
send
you,
you
want
to
residential
agree
with
you.
The
whole
charter
is
absolutely
it
needs
to
be
redone
and
then
also
I
don't
know
what.
I
I
This
I'm
talking
about
article
32.
It
is
part
of
the
charter
that
you're
trying
to
amend
and
add
something
to
it,
and
what
part
of
that
you
don't
understand,
I'm
talking
about
you
want
to
amend
the
charter,
and
then
you
you've
got
all
those
things
on
there.
What
you're
trying
to
do
it
doesn't
fit
the
criteria
of
the
charter.
I
You
want
to
amend
it,
so
you
can
fit
your
program
into
it
and
I'm
objecting
to
that.
That's
what
I'm
trying
to
understand,
I'm
speaking
on
it.
Maybe
you
don't
understand
what
I'm
saying
object
to
it,
because
the
charter
was
here
to
protect
the
city.
Now
you
want
a
minute
to
make
this
kind
of
contract
or
whatever
the
hell
you're
trying
to
do
to
fit
into
the
city
charter,
and-
and
I
don't
know
why
you
saw
in
a
right.
N
Hello
city
council,
my
name
is
eddie
cruz.
I
just
wanted
to
well.
E
Thank
you
very
much.
There
was
a
comment
by
council
morales,
but
I
I
just
want
to
remind
everyone
that
the
county,
los
angeles,
is
11
million
people.
Their
council
meetings
are
in
the
afternoon
around
two
o'clock.
The
city
of
los
angeles
has
four
million
people.
Their
council
meetings
are
in
the
daytime
between
one
and
two
council
morales.
Please
go
ahead.
P
Thank
you
as
to
the
hearing
I
just
want
to
address
and
clarify
clarifies
a
few
things
that
were
mentioned.
First,
it
was
announced
in
in
the
mayor's
introduction
of
the
hearing.
As
regards
to
the
posting
that
was
challenged.
There's
a
specific
question
asked
to
the
city
clerk:
has
it
been
posted
in
the
time
form
a
manner
as
provided
by
law,
and
the
answer
was
yes,
of
course
today,
which
means
it
was
properly
posted
that
was
challenged
today,
but
just
to
clarify
what
we're
doing
here.
P
We're
not
mending
the
charter
in
any
way
to
falter
anything.
What
we're
doing
is
is
adding
to
our
toolbox
here
and-
and
thank
you,
mr
atwell,
and
miss
tripoletti,
who,
in
in
their
professions,
understand
that
that
a
project
of
this
magnitude
with
the
with
the
transit
connector,
we
are
based
on
significant
timelines
and
when
you
mix
in
a
process
that
has
the
ability
to
falter
our
timelines
and
give
us
less
options
as
a
city
to
produce
the
best
quality
for
the
best
amount
of
money.
P
This
particular
tool
will
give
us
the
option
to
have
another
process
in
place
in
case
we
need
to
move
forward
with
that.
One
of
the
items
that
was
pointed
out
in
the
I
believe
I
saw
a
slide
where
there
was
a
similar
process
being
used.
Is
that
that
lava
currently
that
uses
that
process,
so
you
would
tend
to
look
at
those
projects
as
significant
and
and
when
you're
talking
about
projects
of
that
size.
P
There
are
so
many
moving
parts
that
it's
important,
that
the
the
agencies
that
are
involved
have
the
ability
to
meet
timelines,
and
so
that's
what
we're
doing
here.
We
are
doing
so
within
our
guidelines
as
we
change
that
process
and
I'm
grateful
for
it.
So
I
just
wanted
to
clarify
that,
and
if
there's
anything
did
you
want
to
add
something?
Mr
adwell.
E
I'll
introduce
an
ordinance
adding
section
2-196.1,
the
inglewood
transit
connector
procurements
to
the
england
municipal
code,
chapter
2
administration,
article
5
purchasing
to
authorize
the
use
of
an
alternative
project
delivery
method
and
establish
certain
requirements
for
procurements
and
contracts
related
to
the
proposed
inguid
transit
connector
initial
ditc
project
initiated
pursuant
to
such
authorized
alternative
project
delivery
methods.
Is
there
a
second.
E
A
E
P
A
P
E
E
A
K
E
Aye,
let's
see
so,
we
did
csa2
the
journal
successor
agency,
no
appointments
to
boards
commissions
and
committees.
Public
comment
for
one
minute:
personal
worship,
city,
council,
in
any
matter
connected
city
business,
not
elsewhere.
Considerate
may
do
so
at
this
time.
E
A
Thank
you,
sir.
Just
want
to
get
it
out
the
way
we
received
some
emails
and
support
of
ab1163.
I
think
my
time
should
be
going.
I
don't
want
to.
A
Okay,
so
we
received
emails
in
support
of
ab1163
from
the
following
people:
oscar
sandoval,
antonio
persado,
marisol,
medina
and
claudia
jaro,
contreras,
and
then
also
my
deputy
received
an
email
from
mr
marvin
mccoy
regarding
any
future
payments
or
legal
bills.
On
behalf
of
the
mayor,
he
asks
that
that
be
seized
and
then,
furthermore,.
E
Thank
you
for
the
suggestion.
Are
there
any
callers
on
the
line.
G
M
Okay,
thank
you.
I
wanted
to
make
a
comment
regarding
the
ordinance
that
was
passed.
I
know
we're
still
living
through
a
pandemic
and
the
effects
of
transitioning
out
of
it.
M
The
data's
proof
of
how
necessary
open
green
spaces
are,
but
beyond
the
numbers
this
past
easter
weekend,
I
spent
helping
a
single
mom
with
an
instant
and
a
toddler
that
were
evicted
here
in
english
family
now,
because
of
current
county
housing
assistance
for
families,
the
singular
family
option
is
inaccessible
until
their
replacement
id
comes
through
the
mail,
but
there
weren't
for
community
members
coming
together
to
provide
temporary
support.
However
limited
it
may
be.
The
mother
said
my
only
option
is
the
park.
M
So
not
only
is
her
county
government
failing
her,
but
this
criminalization
of
green
spaces
via
this
item
that
was
passed
from
the
city
of
inglewood
on
the
docket,
is
failing
her
too.
I'm
disappointed
that
every
city
council
member
here
and
the
mayor
did
not
even
bother
discussing
this
ordinance
of
our
unhealth
community
members,
because
if
you
really
believe
in
housing
as
a
human
right
and
the
need
to
help
our
community
members
addressing
this
full
on
and
giving
proper
time
for
community
members
to
seek
on
this
matter
should
have
been
the
number
one
priority.
M
I
urge
them
for
you
that
moving
forward
you
act
morally
and
rescind
or
make
a
motion
to
question
your
your
ordinance
and
rebuild
and
vote
again
on
this
issue
in
terms
of
our
own
house.
Community
members,
we
are
at
a
crisis,
stunning
points,
homelessness,
keeps
skyrocketing
and
moving
our
englewood
and
house
community
members
to
lennox
area
so
county
can
take
over
is
not
a
proper.
E
H
Yeah
I
wanted
to
echo
a
previous
comment
that
was
made
about
the
emails.
H
It's
been
brought
up
many
times
that
these
meetings
are
unaccessible
and
y'all
have
mentioned
how
other
cities
do
their
meetings,
but
we're
not
other
cities.
Where
inglewood,
you
know,
please
move
these
meetings
to
a
time
that
works
for
people
and
the
people
that
are
unable
to
call
because
they're,
probably
at
work.
H
You
know
they're
trying
to
work
with
what
the
way
this
is
set
up
and
you
know
trying
to
have
their
voices
heard
by
sending
in
an
email,
and
I
think
it's
it's
not
fair-
that
their
emails
aren't
being
read
out
loud
or
their
comments
aren't
being
read.
So
if
y'all
could?
Please
do
that
and
I
had
a
question
about
where
I
can
find
the
main
minute
on
the
website.
H
I
believe
it's
all
supposed
to
be
in
one
place:
the
agenda
and
the
minute,
but
I
just
see
the
agenda.
I'm
not
too
sure
where
I
can
find
the
minute
to
see
what
the
comments
were
in
those
emails.
I
Gail
matthew,
district,
4
man,
city
council,
you
know
mayor
you've
made
that
comment
upon
before
when
l.a
council
meet,
I
may
remind
you:
englewood
is
part
of
the
south
bay.
There's
no
city
in
the
south
bay
meets
at
7
00
p.m.
I
mean
2
p.m.
I
I
We
need,
we
need
help
now,
in
the
spirit
we'll
do
stuff.
That's
gonna
happen
here.
We
need
damn
cameras
for
the
police,
so
much
going
on
here.
I
don't
know
if
you
guys
read
stuff.
Naturally,.
N
Let's
just
say
you
know,
this
was
to
the
best
population
if
you
need
no
alternative
for
unhoused,
where
they're
going
to
go
you're
going
to
start
giving
citations
you're
going
to
start
locking
up
individuals-
and
this
is
very
unfair.
If
housing
is
a
human
right,
we
should
treat
those
that,
unfortunately,
we
should
treat
those
that
aren't
housed
much
more
fairly
than
we
currently
do.
Mr
bud
and
city
officials
should
act
according
to
the
law
and
give
those
that
unhouse
a
residence.
Give
those
that's
unhoused
a
place
to.
N
Let
lie
their
heads
a
place
so
that
they
can
rest
at
night.
If
not
all
we're
doing
is
just
filling
up
the
county
jails.
All
we're
doing
is
coming
up
because
giving
citations
and
and
and
arresting
people
is
this
going
to
be
a
dangerous
placement,
and
it's
very
unfair
for
the
taxpayers
of
the
city
of
england
to
be
criminalizing
people,
because
they're
announced
find
other
alternatives
for
the
population,
so
that
we
can
help.
There
are
many
open
community.
J
Okay
hi:
this
is
cynthia
fordrago
and
I'm
an
inglewood
resident
and
a
professor
and
I'm
calling
about
the
ordinance
and
also
the
issue
with
the
reading
of
the
public
comments.
There's
been
an
email
about
the
ordinance
against
criminalizing
the
young
house
in
the
parks
and
the
email
was
not
read,
but
I
wanted
to
say
that
what
is
the
city
of
india
would
be
to
invest
in
helping
the
unhoused
with
social
workers
or
caseworkers
to
help
them
find
temporary
housing
to
transition
them,
or
rather
than
just
trying
to
displace
them
and
put
them
into
dark
corners.
J
I
mean
that
is
not
a
solution
to
a
problem
and
it
it
is
just
going
to
continue
the
situation,
especially
if
we're
not
doing
anything
to
have
rent
control
or
help
not
displace
people,
with
the
current
justification
that
is
occurring
due
to
the
stadium.
J
So
I'm
really
opposed
to
this,
and
the
city
needs
to
take
measures
to
actually
resolve
situations
with
displacement
and
people
versus
just
trying
to
sweep
people
into
their
cameras
and
criminalize
them
at
the
park
for
our
places
where
they
feel
safe
versus
other
locations,
where
they're
hidden
away
from
sight.
E
No
other
callers
at
this
time,
we'll
close
public
comment.
Council
comments,
councilman
dots
in
district,
one.
B
District
2.
thanks
man.
Thank
you,
george
I'll,
take
your
time,
but
look
I
just
want
to
make
a
couple
of
quick
comments.
So
one
gentleman,
a
couple
of
people
have
talked
about
meeting
times.
We
used
to
do
them
at
seven.
B
We
do
them
at
two
o'clock,
we've
had
council
meetings
at
two
o'clock
standing
room,
only
meetings,
you
know
with
covert
we
get
like
today
tons
of
phone
calls.
You
know
we
always
tell
folks
that
we're
accessible,
you
don't
have
to
wait
until
tuesday.
You
know
at
two
o'clock
you
can
reach
out
to
our
offices.
B
C
B
B
We've
had
people
come
in
from
outside
of
the
region
for
the
two
o'clock
meetings
that
are
representing
the
city,
so
there's
so
many
variables
to
go
into
play
for
having
a
meeting
at
whatever
specific
time.
Seven
o'clock
may
work
for
other
cities,
god
bless
them,
do
it
at
seven,
but
for
us
it
works
to
do
it
at
two
o'clock.
B
So
you
know-
and
I
know
people
aren't
going
to
be
happy
with
that,
because
I
didn't
tell
you
what
you
wanted
to
hear,
but
I'll
tell
you
what
you
need
to
hear.
B
The
other
thing
is
you
know
you
talk
about
the
housing,
the
un,
you
know
on
house,
you
know
we
we
as
a
city
like
other
cities,
we
work
with
other
social
service
organizations,
other
social
service
agencies,
whether
it's
lassa
or
any
other
groups
that
work
with
us
and
work
with
our
city
staff
work
with
our
public
safety
partners
so
that
we
can
work
together
with
our
house
to
try
to
find
them
housing.
We
also,
if
you
remember
just
a
few
months
ago-
and
this
goes
maybe
under
that
no
good
deal
goes
unpunished.
That's.
E
B
So
many
renters
gave
them
back.
You
know
helped
them
with
subsidizing
their
rents.
We
wouldn't
even
change
the
our
rent
control
to
to
make
it
better.
You
know
more
in
line
for
folks
to
be
able
to
stay
housed
right.
We
did
debit
cards,
we
took
money
that
was
given
to
the
the
city,
some
of
the
funding
that
we
got
and
we
passed
it
on
to
you
to
the
residents
here
in
inglewood
to
get
debit
cards
so
that
they
can
get
help
to
provide
food
and
shelter.
B
B
B
B
Now
crystal
you
know,
I
got
to
tell
you.
She
drives
like
an
hour
and
a
half
to
come
into
work.
She
two
hours
to
get
home,
but
when
she's
here
she
gives
you
100
percent,
you
know
and
she's
very
you
know
I
guess
johnny
on
the
spot.
I
guess
I
would
say,
but
through
all
that
she
went
back
and
she
realized
she
wanted
to
further
her
education
and
she,
even
through
all
this
pandemic,
going
on.
She
stayed
in
schooling
and
she
in
march.
B
She
graduated
from
north
central
university
with
the
4.0
gpa,
so
I
mean
this
is
the
caliber
of
staff
that
we
have,
and
so
we
are
very
proud
of
our
folks
here
in
the
city
of
englewood
that
you
know
want
to
continue
to
do
better
and
continue
with
their
education.
So
with
that,
congratulations
to
crystal
to
dr
crystal
mcglover
and
you
guys
enjoy
the
rest
of
your
week.
B
O
O
Thank
you
mayor.
I
really
enjoyed
councilman
padilla's
comments
and
I
also
want
to
congratulate
crystal
mcglove,
dr
crystal
mcglover,
hard-working
employee.
So
congratulations
to
her
just
wanted
to
kind
of
give
some
updates
on
some
cloven
19
vaccination
information
happening
in
district
four.
O
As
everybody
knows
as
of
april
first,
they
reduce
the
age
requirements
from
50
to
64,
that's
now
eligible
for
coven,
19
vaccinations
and
then
on
the
15th
it'll
be
reduced
again
to
16
and
over,
and
I
wanted
to
give
information
on
vaccination
clinics
that
are
happening
in
district
four
they're
hosted
by
a
district
four
business.
O
La
care
and
blue
shield
have
of
inglewood
they're
on
the
corner
of
century
boulevard
and
crenshaw
boulevard.
They
are
hosting
a
free
drive
through
clinics,
and
you
can
also
walk
up.
If
you
want
to
an
appointment
is
required,
and
if
you
want
to
make
an
appointment,
you
can
feel
free
to
call
them.
The
number
is.
O
844-832-5572,
the
dates
of
the
clinics
are
happening
on
friday
april
16th
and
friday
april,
30th
from
9
00
a.m
to
5
00
pm,
and
that
will
be
happening
actually
on
the
campus
of
los
angeles
southwest
college.
So
hopefully
our
residents
in
england
will
take
advantage
of
that
very
good
clinics
happening.
Please
call
that
number
to
make
your
appointments
and
that's
all
I
have
mayor.
E
Okay,
thank
you.
Okay.
First
of
all,
I
I
want
to
tell
everybody
that
I've
known
crystal
mcglover,
since
she
was
four
years
old
and
she
is
now
in
england
residents.
She
owns
a
home
in
morningside
park
and
extraordinarily
proud
of
her
when
it
comes
to
the
homeless.
Now
the
reason
that
we
have
enacted
an
ordinance
about
parks,
it's
really
not
safe
to
let
any
and
everyone
live
in
a
park.
E
It's
not
sanitary,
and
so
that's
why
we
just
like
santa
monica.
When
I
was
chief
there
have
outlawed
camping
in
the
parks.
It
doesn't
mean
we
don't
want
people
to
have
a
place
to
go.
We
have
people
like
cinderella
that
have
offered
housing
vouchers
to
every
one
of
these
individuals
in
the
parks
most
of
them
refuse.
E
E
We
also
took
their
animals
and
got
them
vaccinated
shots,
not
vaccination
and
records
for
them.
People
can
call.
The
police
department
asked
to
speak
to
senator
eller
she's,
our
homeless
outreach
coordinator
and
we'll
give
help
in
any
way.
We
can.
I
want
to
remind
everyone
that
the
city
of
englewood
has
more
affordable
housing
in
whole
numbers
and
per
capita
than
any
other
city
in
the
south
bay.
E
Anyone
that
suggests
the
city
of
englewood
should
do
something
just
because
other
south
bay
cities
do
them.
That
makes
no
logic.
It's
no
logic.
To
me
reason
I
mentioned
the
county
with
11
million
la
with
four
million,
whatever
problem
that
you
might
imagine
having
meetings
at
two
o'clock
here
would
be
magnified
on
an
on
an
order
of
a
hundred
thousand
there,
so
that
that
just
makes
no
sense
that
we
do
stuff,
because
other
people
do
them.
If
we
did
stuff
because,
like
the
way
other
people
did
them,
then
we'd
be
drowning
in
unfunded
liabilities.
E
To
this
day,
if
we
did
things
like
other
people
did
them
actually
would
be
in
receivership.
By
now,
so
we're
going
to
go
on
and
we're
going
to
try
and
make
the
best
decisions
that
we
can
for
the
residents
of
inglewood,
and
with
that
I
want
to
close
in
the
memory
of
romero
centeno
and
with
that
word
adjourn.
